Blaze of Glory V marked the debut of the exhibitionist known as Ryan keys. The debut….. well, it didn’t go over so well for him. Though he WOW’d the crowd with his dodges and in-ring abilities, his moment was inevitably sealed in a casket. Literally. That did not go over so well so well for Ryan’s pride, but the crowd loved the match, and that’s what’s important.
Now it’s back to SCW’s Climax Control, were Ryan will face off against one of his opponents from the Roulette Fatal four Casket match, Matt Spears. Because…. Why the hell not? It’s not like the other two did anything. And let’s face it, Keys vs Spears would have drawn in a bigger crowd of screaming Japanese fans anyway. True, Matt did win over Ryan in the match, but how will he fair against him in a one on one match?
Ryan was currently in his hotel room near Nagasaki, Japan. Where he decided to stay indefinitely until the “Riot in The Rising Sun” tour was over. Something about Japan never really sat well with him. Anyway, bored and desperate, he phoned and paid for his friend and former tag team partner, Jaiden Queen, to fly over to Japan to keep him company. Why? Because…reasons. Jaiden sat on the edge of the bed, filming Ryan has he prepared to do his promo.
“Alright, Japan, if that is your real name. Let’s get something straight. I don’t like you, and you like me, so lets deal here. I’m going to show you what a show really looks like… not the same show I did in BOGV but a new show. A show were I actually show talent and big moves that make you guys cheer and scream, you’re probably gonna yell out words that I don’t understand but it’s cool. You are my people… from this side of the planet. And what my people want, my people gets.”
“Tonight I’m facing, random guy #3 from my Blaze of Glory match, Matt Spears. Why? I have no idea, probably some booking error. But I’m glad. Why? No it’s not because I get to face you, it’s because I get to face you and win this time. Yeah, you heard right. I may have sucked on that Casket match we had… well honestly I suck at a lot of things, but that’s not the point. The point is that I won’t lose to you on a normal one on one match. Believe it or not it’s pretty hard to get me on my back, so you’re well out of luck with that. And that is why without a doubt you’ll lose tonight… and probably keep losing after that.
The exhibitionist goes over that last sentences in his head and agreed whole heatedly on it. He smirks at the camera.
“Spears, listen, listen…. Listen, are you listening? You should be. Because what I’m about to say is of no importance, but because we have some sort of tension between us for some reason you need to pay attention. I'm not going to stand here and argue with you about how your win against me was a fluke, or how my casket wasn’t entirely closed by you rather than my own force upon the impact. No… that’s too easy, and due to unpopular belief, I am not easy. So congrats, you got me, the crowd loved it and that’s good enough for me. Now don’t let that go to your head. Because you have yet to see what I can do.
Ryan smiles at the camera as it zooms closer.
“Keys does what the people want, and what the people want is to see me become a legend. And I can’t wait to see your face when your little #1 contenders title match is overshadowed by how much the people love me. I mean, SCW management already cancelled your match this week, that goes to show how important you are here in the company. Now don’t get me wrong Spears, I’m not saying all this to be mean. I’m saying all this mean stuff simply because...”
He narrows his eyes and gives a haunting side grin.
"I’m just that good at being bad.”
