Looking for all the hot gossip behind the scenes of Sin City Wrestling? Look no further!

OOC DISCLAIMER: The opinions in this article are for fun and entertainment purposes only. They are not real opinions but that of fictional character Kenny Chisholm. And PS- Some of this stuff is blatantly made up.

Power Hungry
Word coming out of Climax Control last week was that the trio of Ringo, Di Luca, and J2H, now known as Power Play, are looking to continue their path of destructiveness. Whispers were of them possibly targeting more people in the coming weeks, specifically of a once great institution. What this means is anyone’s guess. J2H has been quiet on twitter and while Di Luca continues to tweet openly about his level of self-appreciation, Ringo’s tweets have been more cryptic and vague. More on this as it plays out.

Turning 100…
Climax Control 100 is upon us and the bosses have spared no expense. Two title matches, including a rematch between Heavyweight Champion Sean Jackson and Drake Green, and two Over-The-Top Battle Royals filled with returning stars. Names like Ben Jordan, Amanda Cortez, Liz Small, and even ‘Primetime’ Matthew Kennedy are on the billing and it looks like this is shaping up to be one of the best Climax Controls of the year. No word yet if there are any surprise names coming in but Spike Staggs, who was originally advertised for the event, has been pulled from any promotional material.

Not Playing Around…
The Players Club was in full force on Sunday night, and despite Hydro falling to Andrew Watts (no one can hold that against him) the trio looked great. Anyone who can stand toe to toe with the Sins is surely guaranteed to impress. The sky is the limit for these newcomers and only time will tell what the ceiling will be.

Daaaayyyummm…
Speaking of newcomers, the beautiful Mikah made her debut by dominating Bombshell veteran Cynthia Warren. Out of all the debuts this past Sunday, this one may have impressed me the most and not because she’s effing gorgeous. The sky is truly the limit for the star as the SCW bosses continue evolving the landscape of the Bombshell division.

He is coming?
An interested promo aired in the middle of Climax Control Sunday night proclaiming that ‘HE’ is coming and no one is safe. Something to keep an eye on for sure.

The Franchise?
It’s official. Paramount released a press statement Monday announcing that Drake Green will star in their new action franchise “Jack Hammer” about a private investigator who plays loose with the law. Word is that the show will be loosely based on the ‘Mike Hammer’ character that was created by author Mickey Spillane and adapted into a television show starring Stacey Keach in the 1980’s. How this will effect Green’s SCW touring schedule is yet to be determined.

Where the best are born!
Mark Ward and the returning JJ Dixon made a HUGE announcement on Sunday, revealing the brand new Arizona State Wrestling, a developmental territory for the ever-growing SCW. I am pleased to announce that as of this morning, I have inked a deal to return to play-by-play commentary for the brand new organization. Ward and company are clearly sparing no expense in making this successful. Also signed on for backstage reporting is former SCW Bombshell, the lovely Emma Rose. With this particular development, rumors are starting to swirl about a certain “Cockney King” returning to television.

ASW: What We Know So Far
Not much. The site will launch later this week (reportedly Thanksgiving Day at some point) and that should shed some more light. What we do know…

1.       This is a separate fed and ASW stars will not be featured on SCW television.
2.       They will adopt most of SCW’s rules and regulations, specifically the six-sided ring.
3.       There will be a separate Men’s and Women’s division.

More to come as I keep digging…

STOCK WATCH

UP

Andrew Watts
Many expected Andrew Watts to make a splash in his debut and he didn’t disappoint. SCW Creative is high on Watts so we will no doubt see his television time increase as we approach the end of 2014.

The Metal and Punk Connection
Two-time Champs they are and decisively so. I’m looking forward to seeing these two in action again and kudos to Amy Marshall for reclaiming the gold in her first match back.

Power Play
In particular JN Ringo. Not many people can go toe-to-toe with one of SCW’s bosses and not look outclassed. He is a far cry from the arrogant but immature Jimmy Ringo we knew a year ago.

DOWN

The Mean Girls
Sure Delia is still the undefeated Bombshell Champion and Mercedes Vargas is still the Bombshell Roulette Champion but after losing Liz Smalls and then Veronica Taylor losing the other half of the Bombshell Tag Team titles (and getting injured in the process) cracks are finally showing.

Orchid
Since exploding on to the scene as one of the top Bombshell teams last year, Orchid seems to have fallen a bit. With all the talent in the world, it’s only a matter of time before she turns things around.

Cindy Warren
‘The Nurse” continues to disappoint and it’s only a matter of time until the bosses cut their losses with this Bombshell.
