2013 is officially over and Jessie Salco has one very simple New Year’s Resolution for 2014, make it her year by winning the SCW Bombshell Championship becoming a triple crown winner in the process, however to kick off the new year Jessie was in action and if she wanted to win this match she had one hell of a hill to climb first.
On the first Climax Control of 2014 she was taking on JD Phoenix and her old foe Necra Octavian Kane in a triple threat match that could set the course for either of the three women in the year to come, JD has been very impressive since her debut before the New Year and Necra, at this point, was a woman who needed no introduction, can Jessie win?

I can’t wait for things to return to normal around here!
And by normal I mean all the Christmas decorations are taken down, the Christmas tree is removed from the house, Jake will be taking care of that, and in general I just want a return to normality around here, yes, the includes SCW as well.
And oh boy, do I have a hell of a match to kick off 2014 with!
I am taking on Necra again alongside a woman who I’ve never faced before now, JD Phoenix, in a Triple Threat match, if I win this I can set the tone for the rest of the new year and focus on my main goal for 2014, becoming a triple crown champion in the Bombshell Division by the end of the year and to be blunt I don’t care if it takes me until next December to do it! I will win the Bombshell Title!
But first I have to get through Necra and JD, and Necra’s tough enough on her own!
So, how was my Christmas? Well we went up to Miami like I said I would to spend time with my parents and my other siblings but we came back on Boxing Day since we had no idea when SCW was going to release its next card and whether or not I’d be on it, as for my Christmas Haul, it was as follows, PS4, 3DS, games for both systems and the present that quite frankly, nearly had me running down the streets of Miami in just my pajamas screaming yes at the top of my lungs, don’t worry, Jake talked me out of it, what’s the present?
Three tickets with camping to Wacken Open Air 2014!
That’s right I’m going to the biggest metal festival in the world! A festival so big that its tickets sell out in minutes of the first bands being announced, Jake was ecstatic since it meant that he could see Emperor twice in one year and we didn’t even bother asking our parents how they pulled it off because we were that excited to go to the festival! Off course the new game consoles and games where great as well but for me the Wacken tickets where the highlight of this year’s Christmas haul!
Now I just need to make sure I can make it to Wacken.
So, why did I leave my promo until literally the last hour of the year? Well I tried to schedule in a promo for today but most of the cameramen where out celebrating with their families, not that I blame them one bit, and it wasn’t until a half hour ago that Mark called, wished me a Happy New Year, and told me that a cameracrew was on the way which was awkward because I was in my pajamas at the time and I quickly threw on a halter top and jeans to avoid doing a promo in my pajamas.
Yes, I know I once did a promo whilst hung over but that’s where I draw the line!
“Hey Jess, the cameracrew’s here.” Jake told me as he entered my room I was currently playing Assassin’s Creed IV on the PS4 and had just assassinated Julian De Case in one of the most frustrating missions that I’ve played to date on any game, let alone Assassin’s Creed! “We’ll give you a shout when the countdown’s about to begin.
“Thanks Jake.” I said as I took a swig of my beer, I may be a recovering drug addict but fuck it! It’s New Year’s Eve! I may as well enjoy myself! “Is Shane still excited about Wacken?”
“Yeah, he’s still acting like a hyperactive Labrador Puppy, without the leg humping off course.” Jake responded with a laugh and I grinned at that.
“If there’s anything he’s going to hump it’s me!” I responded getting a laugh out of Jake before he left the room, now that I’m alone I paused the game and decided to start on my promo. “How can I sum up 2013 in one word? Awful! Yes, I won my first Bombshell Single’s Title and yes, I have had a great year so far but between the Team Erick Debacle, The Saviors, the ACW merger and my Roulette Title Reign only lasting a couple of weeks because of the Team Erick Debacle it wasn’t exactly a great year for me or SCW! I hope to change my fortune in 2014 by making it my year and since its New Year’s Eve I’m making my resolution right now! Win the SCW Bombshell Championship by the end of the year!”
But first I have to deal with my first match of the year!
“But before I can do any of those things I have my first match of the year to win! This week I’m taking on Necra Octavian Kane and JD Phoenix in a Triple Threat Match and when I win this match I will set the tone for the rest of the year for me! I’ll beat a newcomer in SCW and I’ll beat a woman who I’ve had numerous matches against already but I’ve never beaten her, until now!”
That’s right, I’m starting with Necra.
“Necra, at this point I’m so repetitive when it comes to our matches together that a broken record is shaking its head in disgust! I’ve said time and time again each time we’ve faced off against each other that this would be the match where I finally beat you but this time I mean it! Like I mentioned before my New Year’s Resolution revolves around becoming a three time champion and unlike most people who make these things I intend to see it through and it’ll start with your defeat!”
Next up is JD.
“As for JD, I don’t know much about her as she hasn’t been in the company very long but what I do know is that she’s as tough as she comes and that I’m going to be in for a fight! That said I have one plan going into this match and it’s this, walk out the winner no matter what! Yeah, I know that Necra and JD probably have the same plan but in the end it’ll come down to who wants it more and I don’t know about you but I want it more than either of them!”
That’s basically it!
“Like I said earlier, every time that I’ve faced off against Necra I didn’t back down from the fight and as a result I’ve given her a hell of a fight! That said if the FoSan Bombshells can defeat her then I should be able to defeat her as well! As for JD, like I said earlier I don’t know as much about her but what I do know is that she won’t stop me from winning!”
“20 seconds until the new year babe!” Shane called out to me and I grinned.
“I’ll join you guys soon!” I responded and Shane walked off and with that I decided to wrap things up. “Necra, JD, as far as this match goes I need to win because I want momentum going into 2014 and what better way to gain momentum than to win this match? This is SCW’s Heavy Metal Bombshell Jessie Salco wishing the SCW Universe a Happy New Year and reminding my opponents that underestimating me is a mistake!”
“10, 9, 8……” I heard Jake and Shane counting down and I rushed off to join them as the scene fades.
