- Why do you still have a hold over me?
« on: May 03, 2012, 08:03:22 AM »
She longed for his touch; she craved for the feeling of his hard sun damaged over worked hands to touch her bare skin. Although his rugged hands felt like they belonged to a construction worker they still felt like a feather fluttering delicately on her skin. How she missed his masculine scent that would linger in the breeze an exotic mixture of citrus colliding with the brutal blend of bourbon. She needed the sound of his voice to dance down and rest on her ear drum, as it echoed his intentions. She missed the way his stubble tickled her cheek as he whispered assertively telling her that he loved being with her, he loved this and more importantly that he loved her. She craved the touch of his moist lips as they dangerously trailed kisses all over her glistening body, his hands cupping her in all the right places. Her body ached as she recalled the numerous times he would scoop her up in his arms and hold her sweaty body adjacent to his. Sweeping loose strands of her brunette hair out of her eyes reassuring her that this is the only place he would ever want to be, he was addicted she was his heroin the very thought of her got under his skin. He needed her like she needed him every breath without him seemed like an endless battle, the thought of being without him brought out insecurities that so few got to see. The way their lips would meet would send shivers down her spine, she would be covered in Goosebumps yet she felt warm and cosy like a million and one candles were burning around her engulfing her. Being in his arms she was protected she was on top of the world. The taste of his kiss lingered in her mouth as she remembers gasping for air as they parted.

“I love you”

As those three little words escaped her lips Odette eyes ripped open as she gasped for air, she had dreamt about him again. Why was her subconscious playing these tricks on her again? Why now? What had triggered for all of these emotions to come flooding back? Odette knew there was only one reason why this was happening again and why it was happening now many years after their relationship suffered a serious fracture and broke down to nothing, nothing but memories. She has seen him again earlier this week; her mind must have thought it was funny to postpone the dream until now. She never understood why he had such a hold over her but she was destined to make it stop.

“Seriously why now?”

Shaking her head Odette sat up in her king size bed running her right hand through her messy hair; with one last sigh she peeled the doona covers off of her and rolled out of bed. Rushing over towards the bathroom the tweeting sound of her iPhone could be heard in the distance as much as she wanted to see who the texts are from she needed a hot shower a cup of coffee and a good book. Approaching the bathroom Odette spotted her reflection in the mirror her usually effortlessly beautiful face was pale, her eyes were surrounded by dull black circles her eyes were red itchy and watery. Pulling her right eye open with her thumb and index finger Odette learned towards the mirror shuddering at the shell of the women staring back at her. Dropping her hand away from her face Odette looked down at her oversized orange and navy broncos football jersey she was using as a night shirt. Odette needed to fix this and fix this fast.

After her shower Odette made her way back through her apartment brushing her long dripping wet hair, grabbing her phone off the white dresser along the way to her short journey to the couch. Scrolling one handed through her phone she checked her emails there was nothing new to report, her opponent for this Sunday still hadn’t made an appearance in SCW yet. In fact none of the female talent that was on this Sunday had made any sound this week except for herself. Huffing Odette decided to check her messages flashing up on her screen, she had one from her mother back home in Australia wishing her the best of luck for her first match this Sunday, another from her two brothers telling her to own it and make it her night.

Smiling wildly Odette’s white teeth could light up even the most emotional person’s mood. She knew deep down that she would in fact own it this Sunday; Odette was just getting tired of waiting for Krystal to break the silence.  Locking her phone she slid it into the front pocket of her ultra mini denim short shorts, before dusting off the stray bits of hair off her super tight purple v necked halter neck top. Crossing her legs she sat up right on her dark mocha lounge chair before resting her head against the head rest, she needed to clear her mind she had to remain focus for Climax control Odette needed the memories of him that haunted her every so often to be released from the prison inside her mind. There was only one person in the world that could make her this paranoid that could creep under her skin and she knew that it was only a matter of time that she would meet with him face to face.

Why after so long was he still the one that made her crazy? Gritting her teeth Odette knew it was time to turn off her mind to this and to focus on her debut; she wanted to make it possibly the best debut match the SCW had seen from a bombshell to date. She knew that it was just a matter of time before her career in SCW would take off; she was anticipating it she had come too far to fail. What she needed now was for the rest of the bombshell’s was to make like Kanye West and to kill the radio silence
