We see Harper filming her vlog via her phone rubbing her aching cheek.
”Man, what a night huh? The three evil musketeers are still running rampant, Cassie won her first match in SCW and oh yeah, all the shit that’s happening to me as of late!” Harper grunted as she ran a free hand through her hair. ”And all because some people didn’t like the way I was running my mouth after I finally got out of my rut at the start of the cycle, it’s like I’ve been saying, the veteran Bombshells would rather a rookie like me kept quiet and just took the bookings where I could.
And then the big bad Bombshell they sent to shut me up choked, and did they honestly think I was gonna stop there after I beat Bobbie two weeks ago?”
Harper shakes her head.
”Off course not, and off course, Bobbie pushes the “Harper’s a cry-baby” narrative with that challenge she issued tonight, a challenge I would’ve accepted in person if it wasn’t for Jessie’s return tonight.” Harper shakes her head as she leans against the wall. ”I’ll get to that challenge next week, anyone who’s followed me since my debut knows that I’m not someone who backs down from a challenge no matter who it is! As for that ridiculous stipulation?
Well I’d say that it’s as ridiculous as a former Blast from the Past winner being beaten by Bea Barnhart but that actually happened! Bobbie? You will have my answer this time next week, but until then? We have this tag team match against the Zdunichs, don’t we? Seleana, the one who everyone wonders how she still has a job even though she hasn’t been relevant in what? Five years? And Crystal, the one bombshell who comes and goes as frequently as her personality changes.
Funny, my first match of the year was Crystal’s return match, she got the win then, hung around for a bit and then left again, and now she’s back! What’s changed?
My money’s on absolutely nothing! The only thing that has a higher chance of happening than Crystal not sticking around is me beating Bobbie again.”

The Parking Lot, Phoenix, Arizona

Climax Control has just concluded and we see Harper and Josh making their way to the parking lot with a brisk step.
”Josh, the sooner we get back to the hotel, the better.” Harper commented as she adjusted her duffel bag strap. ”Between the confrontation with Jessie and Bobbie’s challenge? I’m officially done with tonight and just want to get some sleep!”
“I understand that Harp but you heard what Jessie said.” Josh called after her and Harper stopped to turn to him. “She said that she wanted to talk after the show to give you a chance to calm down.”
”Oh yeah, because slapping me because I dared to speak about one of the worst years of her career was going to make things so much better.” Harper responded as she rolled her eyes noticing the older woman coming up behind her. ”I’m already dealing with enough shit as it is and…………”
”You didn’t think I anticipated you going straight for the parking lot as soon as the show ended?” Harper spun on her heel and saw Jessie standing behind her wth her arms crossed. ”Please Harper, you’re just as hot headed as I am and I can’t count the number of times I’ve stormed off to the parking lot because things on the show didn’t go as planned.” Jessie added as she stepped up to the taller but younger woman. ”Especially during 2018!”
“Err, I should probably go ahead and get the car ready.” Josh commented and the two women turned to him. “I don’t want to keep you.”
”Go ahead Josh, we won’t be too long.” Jessie instructed him and Josh nodded before he left to get the car. ”Okay, let’s start from the top, what is going on with you Harp?!”
”Where do I even begin? After you got pregnant in December things were initially going great, I won the feud with Mercedes at December 2 Dismember, had my first title shot in SCW come February, I even had the balls the challenge Tempest as a warm up for my title match with Bobbie!” Harper stated as she leaned against the hood of a nearby car. ”Even after I fell short against Bobbie in that ladder match I kept on the grind, even if my comments following that match got misconstrued as me making noise about a return match after Bella had earned her shot against Bobbie.”
”I remember that part, you spent a good chunk of the promo for your match against Sam disproving it.” Jessie responded as she shook her head. ”And things only got worse when you took that tainted win.”
”What the hell was I supposed to do?! Leave the ring and let Sam win via countout? Either I looked like a hypocrite or the dumbest Bombshell to ever grace the division since Lizzie Smalls!” Harper added before letting out an aggravated sigh. ”God that’s a deep cut!”
”Right?! You only went and referred to the most forgettable member of the Mean Girls!” Jessie scoffed as she shook her head. ”I’m not saying that I wouldn’t have done the same in your shoes, god knows I’ve had multiple losses to Sam over the course of my career and especially considering Sam’s been on the shelf since that tag team street fight against The Conspiracy, but we’re not getting to the heart of the matter here, because I know you beat Kallie at Blaze of Glory.”
”You mean the rut I was in after me and LJ got eliminated in the first round of Blast from the Past?” Harper asked as she folded her arms and Jessie nodded. ”Look at some of the situations I found myself in, non-title match with Kayla, Queen for a Day Ladder Match, and yes I know I threw my hat in the ring for that match, that bullshit handicap match against Callaway and DiMaria thanks to Victoria, Alicia coming out of retirement to kick my ass, randomly getting a shot at Victoria and to top it all off? Not even getting booked for Violent Conduct! Only just got out of the rut by beating Bea and people are acting like I’m the bad guy for getting angry at how people have treated me since.”
”And that is why I wanted to talk!” Jessie responded as she shook her head. ”Look, I can’t help that I wasn’t there for the majority of the year, being pregnant tends to impact your travel options, especially when it comes to overseas travel, and I’m not saying that Josh hasn’t done a fantastic job with you and Cass, the guy’s up for Manager of the Year for a damn reason, but it’s clear as day that you’ve been lost without me there to support you!”
”And would you have done any better in my shoes? I know for a fact that there had never been a regular handicap match in SCW before Victoria’s Queen for a Day episode and you were around for that match between Seleana and the Metal Maniacs!” Harper responded as she shook her head. ”And that’s another deep cut.”
”Not as deep as Lizzie, the Maniacs were on a recent Summer XXXTreme card.” Jessie responded as she let out a deep breath. ”Look, the point is? I’m free to start coming to SCW shows more often, April’s moved on to baby formula and Shane’s looking after her tonight, but by hook or by crook your image will be redeemed even if Bobbie gets the win over you at High Stakes!” Jessie added as she folded her arms. ”Josh will be still be your manager because frankly? He’s doing a better job than I ever did when I managed you, but I will still be there.”
”And you’re going to talk to Josh about this I bet.” Harper commented and Jessie nodded. ”I think we’ve kept him waiting long enough.”
”Agreed, let’s go.” Jessie nodded in response before they walked off.
Harpin’ On With Harper, Harper’s Loft, Las Vegas, Nevada

We cut to Harper in her loft and she lets out a deep breath.
”Ever since I signed that contract with SCW last year it seems like they keep throwing me to the wolves just to see if I make it out alive, guess what? I’m still standing.” Harper started as she brushed some hair over her shoulder. ”And setting aside this ridiculous challenge by Bobbie? I’m still set to compete at my third ever High Stakes because I’m not missing out on an opportunity to wrestle at the biggest show of the year! But off course, before we get to that, we have Seleana and Crystal to worry about.
Or at least worry about as much as I can worry about two Bombshells who haven’t been relevant in years.”
Honestly!
”First we have Seleana, one of several members of the perpetual challengers club, last a champion all the way back in 2019 when I was fifteen years old.” Harper stated as she folded her arms. ”Feeling old yet Seleana? Meh, I’m just stating facts over here Sel, you haven’t been relevant in years yet the bosses keep you around while flash in the pans like Raine come and go and question is, do you really think you can win against me and Bobbie?
Don’t answer that, we both know you’ll fail either way.”
And Crystal?
”As much as I loathe to give someone like Crystal credit? She at least has a recent title reign to her name, as recent as last year when she won the Bombshell Roulette Title from Ariana but does anyone really remember her reign?” Harper asked with a grin on her face. ”I do, because in a roundabout way it led to me joining SCW, she had two defences, one against Jessie and the other against Georgie “worst Golden Briefcase Winner Ever” Robinson before she dropped it to Luna and Luna subsequently dropped it to Jessie! I don’t know about you but come on, Jessie’s reign has to be more memorable than that two hit wonder!
I mean, I wouldn’t be here competing in this match without it!”

Wednesday the 6th of November 2024, 13:00pm
It’s been a few days since Climax Control aired and Harper and Cass are hanging out at her home in Reno.
”You’ve either got an Internet Title Match or a spot in the Open Invite Match and I’ve got that cry-baby match.” Harper commented as she sat down with Cass and Cassie’s Golden Lab Sandy soon joined them. ”Beginning to think I’ve got the short end of the stick heading into High Stakes.”
”I’m not so sure about that, you told me that Bella’s running away with the vote to be Julianna’s next challenger and unless told otherwise? That open invite match might be my only way onto the High Stakes card.” Cassie countered with a shrug and Harper nodded as she got the idea. ”At least you’ve got that match with Bobbie, bullshit stipulation or not, and besides, it’s open invite, I don’t think there’s anything forbidding someone who’s already booked from competing.”
”Yeah, I guess you’ve got a point.” Harper admitted after thinking on it for a bit. ”And if I do enter, it’s a Catch 22 regardless of where that match and the match with Bobbie is on the card, either way I’ll be banged up before my second match.”
”I’m sure Josh would have something to say about it too, I know he gave me great encouragement after I won my first match in SCW.” Cassie responded with a nod and Harper leaned back in the sofa. ”So you’re seriously going through with the challenge?”
”If I win Bobbie gets a taste of her own medicine, if I lose? I’ll own it, maybe even ask for a match on the next Climax Control after High Stakes just to stick it to Bobbie and show that I can kick ass regardless of what I’m wearing.” Harper responded with a shrug and Cassie grinned, clearly liking the idea. ”Either way I’m not backing down from Bobbie if it gets me on the card!”
”Thought that would be the case, so, wanna see if there’s anything good on TV?” Cassie asked and Harper quickly nodded before the Aussie turned on TV.
Harpin’ On With Harper, Harper’s Loft, Las Vegas, Nevada
Thursday the 7th of November 2024, 15:00pm

We cut back to Harper’s loft where we see her deep in thought.
”The Go Home Shows before a PPV are always crucial for whoever’s competing because it’s usually the last chance they have at getting momentum before the event, and yes, that goes double for High Stakes!” Harper stated as she brushed some hair over her shoulder. ”For me this tag team match isn’t about whether me or Bobbie can get along and beat the Zdunichs, I mean at this point Bobbie could probably beat them on her own, but rather it’s about the momentum I’ll gain for this match against Bobbie.
Oh yeah, don’t think I’ve forgotten about that Bobbie, you’ll have my full answer on Sunday night but for now? I accept!”
Harper stated as she leaned back.
”And really, who does Bobbie thinks she’s kidding with that “carry me in the match” bullshit? The only carrying she’ll do is if she picks me up because she’s definitely stronger than me.” Harper added as she folded her arms. ”If anyone’s carrying this team it’s me. I know Bobbie was off with an injury but can you honestly say that she’s been the same since she came back? She submitted to Mercedes Vargas at Violent Conduct yet she’s strutting around here like she’s hot stuff.
No offense to Mark Ward off course, he’s definitely earned that Hot Stuff nickname!”
It’s that simple.
”When I first saw this match I was like "Well, That’s a Turn For The Books!”! But at the end of the day? This is still my first tag team match in SCW, honestly I would’ve preferred teaming with Cass but Christian’s sadistic sense of humour is well known by now! But once the dust has settled on this Tag Team Match, what will Christian accomplish exactly?” Harper asked with a shrug. ”Seleana and Crystal going to the drawing board again while me and Bobbie celebrate our win, warts and all? That sounds about right, doesn’t it.
Or Bobbie fucks things up for the team and we face a mutual setback heading into High Stakes, either outcome is possible really!”
And with that Harper decided to wrap things up.
”My PPV Debut Match was at last year’s High Stakes where I retired Laura Phoenix, since then? It’s been up and down but at least I can say that I’ve had a good year, same can’t be said for my opponents or my partner!” Harper added as she blew a stray strand of hair out of her face. ”Who knows? Maybe we’ll send Crystal packing again? But one way or another? We’re entering High Stakes with a win over the Zdunichs because the world needs a new hero and her name is “The Slaytanic Avenger” Harper Mason!”
Harper turned off her webcam as the scene fades.
