Cassie was still in search of her first win in Sin City Wrestling after being the second Bombshell eliminated from the Roulette Contenders Match at Violent Conduct (being eliminated by eventual winner Luna) but Cassie wasn’t about to give up! As the road to High Stakes kicked off Cassie was set to go one on one with the runner up of the Tables Match Alexandra Callaway on the opening show of the cycle.
Cassie and Alexandra knew each other well as they were both PWS: Apex alumni and while Cassie’s arrival in SCW was later than Alexandra’s they had both made their way to Sin City, can Cassie get her first win?
Backstage at Violent Conduct, London, England

Anyone who says this sport is easy can eat a bag of dicks!
I knew tonight’s match wasn’t going to be easy by any stretch, sure Seleana being in the match diluted things a little but Alexandra and Luna are still excellent wrestlers who have a lot more experience in the Roulette Division than me, still, my loss tonight still leaves me with a winless record in SCW and High Stakes is the next big show, scratch that, THE big show on the SCW Callender meaning that if there was a time for me to turn things around? This was it.
Well, not this exact time this my body is still aching from the Tables Match! At least Raine lost her bid for the Internet Title (in fact, no titles changed hands tonight) and by all accounts is already on her way out of the company.
In the words of Jeremy Clarkson: Oh no! Anyway!
I could rant all day long on the irony of the bitch who said I didn’t belong not even surviving pass her first cycle as a Bombshell but I’m going to put Raine where she belongs, in the past! I’ll have a clean slate heading into the High Stakes cycle and I’ll have a chance to get my first win in Sin City, regardless of who it’s against.
”Oh I’m going to be feeling that table match on the fight home to Nevada tomorrow!” I groaned as I felt my body ache, hardcore matches like Table Matches are always going to be extra painful but against four other women? It’s even harder. ”Just get to the hotel. Pop some painkillers and plan for the next cycle.”
”Was that you talking?” I glanced up and saw Harp approaching me with her arms crossed, she was somewhat lucky, in that she wasn’t booked tonight and was heading back to Vegas unscathed. ”So Krystal talking?”
”Both, Krystal said that painkillers helped her a lot during her first full year with SCW, especially after she won the Roulette Title.” I responded as I shook my head and Harper nodded as she got the idea. ”How she managed to avoid getting addicted I don’t know!”
”Probably knew how to pace herself or something.” Harper shrugged her shoulders in response to my comment and, well, it made more sense than anything I could come up with at least. ”Any plans for High Stakes?”
”If by that you mean “will you try the open challenge idea again and hope that the third time’s the charm” no, got burned by that backfiring twice and I’m not trying that again unless I win a title.” I responded as I shook my head and Harper nodded as she got the idea. ”And with Luna chasing after Victoria next? Who knows how long that wait will be.”
”There’s always the chance they’ll book you as a challenger over the next few weeks but yeah, I get your point.” Harper nodded in understanding as she leaned against the wall. ”As for me? I’ll take it as it comes, I was hoping that Violent Conduct would be the night I break my losing streak but you were the only Young Justice member booked.”
”Yeah, and you saw how that ended for me.” I sighed as I shook my head. ”I guess we’d better head back to the hotel.”
”I was going to say actually, Josh is driving me back to the hotel and he wanted to know if you wanted to hitch a ride.” Harper explained and I paused as I considered the idea. ”It’s a lot cheaper than getting a taxi or an uber at least.”
”Can’t argue with that logic, let’s go.” I nodded in agreement before I followed Harper to the parking lot.
Fast forward two weeks and I didn’t have to wait long for my next SCW Match and fittingly it was against the runner up from the tables match Alexandra Callaway, fitting, because of our history in PWS: Apex! Harp was also kicking things off against Bea Barnhart but I’ll leave that match too her.
Twenty one year old upstart against a 40 year old veteran, if nothing else, I’ll learn a lot from sharing a ring with her.
Hero Academy, Las Vegas, Nevada

A wise man once said, if you get booked for a wrestling match, train, I don’t know who that wise man is but screw it, that’s what I’ve been doing for most of the week.
Keira’s been around but I haven’t had a chance to chat with her, same with Harp really since she has her own match to worry about, but I’ve been focussed on my own thing and today that involved me training with a new recruit.
“Thanks for agreeing to train with me Cass.” The slightly younger (as in she just turned twenty) newbie said after we got n he ring and I started working out with the ring ropes. “Heck, I still remember when you debuted as Krystal’s younger cousin.”
”And I’m sure no one had an issue with the fact that I was seven years old when SCW first opened its doors made them feel old.” I responded as I shook my head and Hannah (the trainee) laughed a bit. ”Besides, I’ve only been a pro for two years now, I still remember what it was like to be a trainee at Hero Academy! And the PTA Gym to a much lesser extent.”
“Yeah, I guess that’s true.” Hannah nodded in response before she stepped forward. “Well, I’m ready when you are.”
”We’ll see about that.” I responded with a grin before we started sparring.
Obviously Hannah was a new recruit and thus much bellow my skill level but a sparring partner is a sparring partner, especially when everyone else isn’t available or taking a break and let’s be honest, she definitely picked up a few things from sparring with me, but the match had to end at some point and that point was when I dropped her with the Wolfe Hunt.
”You okay Hannah?” I checked on her after counting the three with my free hand ad she nodded. ”Wolfe Hunt still has some kinks to work out, always get nervous when I use it on a newbie.”
“I get it but I’m fine.” Hannah responded as she sat up after I got off her. “Why did you develop that move anyway when you’ve already got Heir to the Wolfe and The Coronation?”
”Heir to the Wolfe takes too long to set up and has many ways it can go wrong and there’s the risk that I’ll miss The Coronation.” I explained before helping Hannah up. ”Wolfe Hunt is quick, can be hit on anyone from Harp to Bobbie or even Tempest, assuming the latter doesn’t just power out of my attempt off course, but that doesn’t mean I can’t bust out the flashier moves when I need too.”
“True that.” Hannah nodded in agreement before she went to leave the ring to have her performance against me evaluated.
Off course, it’s one thing to go up against a raw rookie like Hannah, a veteran like Alexandra? She’s a whole different story.

”The danger with multiperson elimination matches is if you take your eye off the ball for one second? the match is over for you, especially in a tables match.” I stated as the green screen showed me being put through a table by way of a Meteora from Luna at Violent Conduct. ”And as you can see here, I learned that the hard way on the way to my third less in SCW, but my opponent this week also learned that hard truth in London, in fact? She was the runner up in the match.
Hey there Alex, didn’t take long for me to clash with someone from Apex, did it?”
I said as the green screen showed Alexandra losing the match at Violent Conduct.
”Neither of us got the result we wanted at High Stakes, that much is obvious, at least we can say we outlasted Seleana right?” I asked with a grin before the green screen showed Seleana being put through the table at Violent Conduct. ”But here’s the thing Alexandra, I have a bit of extra motivation heading into our match. Remember Raine? Off course you don’t, she’s SCW’s One Hit Wonder of the Year! I don’t know if that’s an official award and we’ll soon find out with High Stakes drawing near of course, but in her short stay in SCW that bitch had the audacity to say that I didn’t belong here.
Remind me again, who’s winless and still here and who bailed after suffering her second loss?”
A question for the ages,
”The Raine may have dried up but I’m extra motivated to prove that idiot wrong! Or haven’t you noticed my little discourse with the Bombshell Internet Champion? And guess what? I’m using all that motivation to get me to my first win in SCW Alexandra and if it’s against you? All the better!” I added as the camera showed the PWS: Apex logo. ”I know I was a late comer to PWS: Apex but I still wrestled there and we were set to face off right when the place closed, fast forward a year?
And our little match has gone from Apex To Sin!”
This will be fun.
”Setting aside our history in Apex? This match is a tale as old as wrestling itself! Me, the young upstart in SCW, 21 years old and two years in the business, and you, the respected veteran of the squared circle, the rest practically writes itself doesn’t it? The two of us have a competitive match until you put me away, right?” I asked before the green screen showed the word “NO” in big bold capital letters. ”No! Nope! Nada! Nitch! Nein! I won’t let my story be dictated by tradition! I don’t know if you’ve noticed but I’m hardly the picture of a squeaky clean rookie!
I have tattoos, s naval piercing, I listen to metal and love horror movies, I’m the antithesis of what tradition dictates because I’m my own person! I’ve never let anyone try to dictate who I am or what I should be and further more? I’m calling veto on the ending to this little story!”
It’s that simple.
”Because I’m not just some rookie looking to make everyone happy, I’m a sassy bitch who will out sass everyone I meet! Our little encounter at Violent Conduct was just the start Alexandra, this is the full show and I’m going to shock everyone by the end of it, how you ask?” I held up three fingers. ”It’ll end one of three ways, The Coronation, The Heir to the Wolfe, or the Wolfe Hunt!”
And with that I decided to wrap things up.
”Alexandra, as a veteran I respect you but as your opponent? I have to be the bearer of bad news: your old ass won’t keep up with me!” I stated as I flipped some hair over my shoulder. ”Because there’s a fucking reason why the three scenarios I just listed ended with me as the winner, because it’s written in the fucking stars! Maybe I’m just channelling some left over frustration for having my first cycle as a bombshell hijacked by female wrestler naming herself after rain #5000 but either way? I’m going all out!!
To all my fans? In a world of fake queens and one hit wonders? Be yourselves and be a rebel princess, and Alexandra? Be ready because I’m Hungry Life The Wolfe!”
I turned off the camera as the scene fades.
