[R.O.A.R.]

 (Hello everyone. Dark Tiger here with my future wife Zatanya and we are at the Pupput ruins in Hammamet, Tunisia. Since it can get warm in Tunisia, I am in my ROAR T-shirt, and black shorts and boots, and my black hair is in a ponytail of course. Zatanya is in the same thing, and she is starting to show as I can see the glow that pregnant women give off and she could not be any more beautiful. I have my half of the SCW tag team titles over my shoulder and we walk thru the ruins. They are indeed amazing Roman ruins and I would say that this would definitely be the highlight of our visit to Tunisia before our title defense.

We stop and lean against one of the ruins and then I also have a bag for water for the heat as well. I sit it down and I take a couple of bottles of water out and I take a swig and then think)

”Love, what are you thinking?”

”I am thinking that we have skated thru to keep the titles ever since we won them from the Surf Boys. That’s not what I am all about. I am all about being prepared, to make the first strike as early as I can to get a leg up on the competition. We are the tag champs and we are fighting champions.”

”Well it has been a while since you have been a tag team champion. Don’t get me wrong love because you are nothing short of being legendary when it comes to tag team gold. Hell, you made history in aWo with Doug as the longest reigning tag team champs.”

”That may be true my lotus blossom, but I feel we are not conducting ourselves as champs. We have Steve Ramone and Joshua Acquin for the titles. Two very capable wrestlers in their own right, and we should be ready.”

”Baby, listen to me. This is not the Dark Tiger that we all know. The Dark Tiger we know should and always will be prepared. You have been in this business long enough to know that if you feel that you need to step up you always find a way to do just that. That’s why you have the reputation that you have in this business. You always find a way to step up your game when you feel you need to.”

(No wonder I love this woman so much. She is right. Sometimes I need a good kick in the butt to get me back to why I came in this business and she just gave it to me. She then takes my hand and puts it on her stomach.)

”Even our little one knows that he or she has one of the greatest wrestlers in this business as his or her father, and she wants you to buck up as well mister.”

(I lean down and kisses her stomach. I then talk to our unborn)

”You know you have a smart mother. I sometimes need a good swift kick in the backside from her. I have a feeling that you will be just as smart as the both of us. Do not doubt yourself when you grow up. I don’t ever want you to give up on what you want to accomplish in life. I never did, and neither did your mother.”

(She looks down and smiles and then I stand back up and she kisses me. The SCW cameras are spotted and then we turn to the cameras.)

”Hey hey SCW Universe, especially the fans from Tunisia. We are not far from Tunis, but you can rest assured we will be there. Tunis will be rockin’ with action with stars like Bo Dreamwolf, Sean Jackson, the Seven Deadly Sins, and my girl Raynin in the main event.

Now, I want to send a little message out to the opponents of the tag champs. First, Steve Ramone. You have quite a big chip on your shoulder don’t you? You see this man right here? This man along with his nephew fought and clawed their way to the top of the tag team mountain in SCW. They are not about to let you and Joshua think you can just waltz thru us and take the titles from us. It ain’t going to happen.

Joshua Acquin. You yourself are a former tag team champ, but you are going to hope like hell that you will become tag champ. Well hope in one hand, crap in the other. Which one will grow faster. What do you got to say my love?”

(I smile and nod.)

”Steve Ramone. You have let ego take control of your personality. I don’t need to remind you about how I feel about flaunting egos. You say that you will be a champion that the people deserve. From the looks of things, the people are happy with who they have as the champs right now. Do you know why? Because we are fighting champs, and you two were put together by the bosses. We will not let a makeshift team come and take our titles.

Steve, if you think you can run around and think you run the place, then we wont mind kicking your teeth down your throat. So go ahead and flaunt your ego, because we will make sure you will eat canvas and do not act surprised if you find yourself looking up at the lights because your ego gets the best of you. It has proven to be the downfall of many and many of our opponents. Take Dying Breed for example. They thought they were the hottest tag team around when they were the champs, but what happened to them? They were beat by the Surf Boys, and when they had the shot at the tag titles we won from the Surf Boys, they didn’t show up, and now look at them. They are no longer a tag team, and it looks to me like they took their ball and went home.

Joshua, like my lotus blossom has said. You yourself are a former tag team champ who is looking to grab that brass ring one more time. I am sorry to disappoint you, but its not going to happen. You are going to have to go thru hell to beat us for the titles, because we will do everything in our power to stop you in your tracks and keep the titles.

Joshua, do you really want a tag team partner like Steve Ramone? Well, what we have seen in the past from you, maybe you two do deserve each other. Could Steve Ramone take you to the promised land in SCW like Lucian Frost did? Could Mr. Ward and Mr. Underwood have a hit tag team on their hands from the lottery thing? In my honest opinion, makeshift teams do not last that long. I have seen them come, and I have seen them go. There have been few in this business that do become champs, but not for very long. We have the experience, and we have definitely learned to co-exist.

I do wish you two the best of luck against us though. Jeremiah is born ready to take the both of you on, and so am I. My nephew has a tag team specialist as his partner, and these tag titles aren’t going anywhere. You two have two hungry tigers that are guarding the tag titles as long as we have them, it’s going to be hell and high water for you to try to take them. I can assure you of that.

Come Climax Control, you two will find out why we are the champs, and we will not stop until you find that out first hand. That has been said, it will be Etched in Stone. You may leave now”

(The cameras leave us as I grab the bag and pat the tag title and we continue the tour of the Pupput Ruins.)




MEANWHILE


(Hey hey yall, your boy Big Tiger here. My Emme and I are at the Bardo National Museum In Tunis. I wasn’t really sure what was special about Tunisia, but I had never been to Tunisia either so I had stereotypes about it, but they were put to rest when we came here. It was my gorgeous goddess’s idea to come here, and who am I to say no to her. She’s got the rockin’ body, the good looks, the good heart and all that. I have my half of the tag straps over my shoulder. Im rockin’ the ROAR t-shirt, jeans and the Timbos. She’s rockin’ the same thing, and she looks better in it than I do.

Anyway, we take a look at the art which is made of Roman Mosaic and other Roman, Tunisian, and Islamic art. She’s more into it than I am, but I am slowly getting into it.)

”Baby, look at all this art. I love it. Can you believe this place was attacked not to long ago by terrorists?

”I can’t stand terrorists. This place is cool. I do like the art here.

”I told you you would.”

(I smiled and we looked at the Ulysses Mosaic and she smiles)

This one reminds me of you baby. Always the fighter and you will fight for who and what you love.

That’s right. There aint a damn thing that I wouldn’t do for the people I love, especially you my love.

(She smiles and kisses him. One of the curators comes to us and smiles and nods.)

“You are Jeremiah Hardin and Diamond from the Sin City Wrestling aren’t you?”

”Yes we are.”

“I am a big fan of you and your uncle. So is my daughter. We watch it all the time. We hope you win this week and keep the titles.”

”Oh, I have no doubt we will keep them.”

“We cant wait to see you guys.”

(The curator then leaves them alone.)

”Yeah, you got Steve Ramone, and Joshua Acquin this week.

”Yeah, I know. It doesn’t matter who they put in front of us, we will not have a short title reign. I don’t plan on losing the titles. I want this reign to be memorable, not some fortnight thing like I did with the Roulette title. We will not let Stevie or Joshua take this away from us.

”That’s what I want to hear baby. I got the camcorder if you want to send a message to them”

(She gets the camcorder and starts recording.)

”Whats up Tunisia. Your boy Big Tiger here and after Morocco, we are still the champs, and Dying Breed are no more. Now, we have had the rest, its time for some good old fashioned action. I can’t wait to defend these titles.

Now, unc and I are facing a makeshift team. The team consists of Steve Ramone, and Joshua Acquin. Stevie, what happened to you man? You went from having the respect of the fans to turning your back on them. Oh I have been keeping track, but you let your ego get the best of you man. I can be cocky at times, but I don’t act like I run the place. You seem that you think you are the champ that the people deserve. Really? Trust me Stevie, the fans don’t believe that one bit.

Do you think for one bit that we are going to believe that? Not a chance. You see, that’s why we are the champs. We fought to get the titles, and we will fight to keep them.

Joshua Acquin. A former tag champ in your own right, but do you think you can take Stevie to the promised land of the tag team division against us? I would love to see you try, but you know something, all your efforts will be in vain. We will not let this get to us. We are ROAR and we will stop at nothing to keep these titles, and there will not be a damn thing you, Stevie, or anyone else that will tell us otherwise.

We lead by example by making examples. We follow our own paths of greatness. Stevie, Joshua, prepare to get beaten because the ring will feel like a battlefield when you step in the ring with the tag champs.

(I give the signal to cut the feed and she does, and she comes back to me and we look at the promo.)

”I think that will get the point across.”

”I didn’t do that just to hear myself think. I know that for sure.”

(We finish looking at the art as the scene ends.)
