Looking for all the hot gossip behind the scenes of Sin City Wrestling? Look no further!

OOC DISCLAIMER: The opinions in this article are for fun and entertainment purposes only. They are not real opinions but that of fictional character Kenny Chisholm. And PS- Some of this stuff is blatantly made up.

New Blood Rising?
Word is that the 99th edition of Climax Control will feature heavily on the plethora of signings the SCW Front Office has announced over the past few weeks. It’s a safe bet we will see the official debuts of the Players Club plus others. Speaking of ‘others’, there is word of a new force forming in the SCW locker room and it has Erik Staggs and company quickly second guessing if they made the right personnel moves in recent weeks. Mark Ward however, is on holiday drinking booze and having the time of his life. All hail Hot Stuff.

Bundle of Oops?
Rumors are swirling that Vixen Staggs may not be the only pregnant member of the Bombshell roster. A janitor found several pregnancy tests in the garbage of the Bombshell’s locker room in Michie Stadium the day after High Stakes IV and they were all marked positive. Could we be losing one more Bombshell due to maternity leave? And by the way…what kind of sick man pulls pregnancy tests out of a garbage can and checks to see the results? Weird…

Tag…You’re It!
After months of floundering, the SCW Tag Team divisions, both Men and Bombshells, seem as if they are about to get a boost. Road agents were buzzing at the Front Office monthly meetings about the new depth that has been added to both divisions. Kudos to the bosses for recognizing the hole on their rosters and making personnel decisions to get the Tag Team divisions back on track. The word is that not only will new signings be boosting the ranks but also a returning team or two will also make their presence felt.

Player Recruiting?
The three members of the Player’s Club, Caleb Houston, JT Midas and Hydro, made their debut in shocking fashion at Michie Stadium last Sunday night during High Stakes IV. Rumor is that they are looking to add to their ranks with some new, fresh faces. Could this be that they are gearing up for a battle with a certain ‘Power’-ful stable? The twitter shots have been fired and JT and Caleb made it known they were asking for a fight but Mr. JN Ringo was vague in his response. Could we be seeing the beginnings of a new rivalry and what could most certainly lead to some entertaining matches? Only time will tell.

Main Event Maker Making Another Movie?
The rumors is after the wildly successful summer blockbuster ‘Gunplay’, studio executives have tapped SCW’s resident Showstopper Drake Green to star in a new action franchise. What this could do to Green’s status in SCW is unclear as it is not known how much time he would miss, if any, if the deal gets done. When contacted, Green’s agent Barry Goldstein was quoted using obscenities to describe how the size of his manhood is taking part in the negotiations and that it would have a direct effect on how much the studio would offer his client.

100 Returns…
Climax Control 100 is just around the corner and already the rumor winds are blowing about who will be showing up. Names like Nick Jones, Liz Smalls, Simon Jones, Lucian Frost, and a member of the Staggs family have all been thrown around. Spike Staggs was originally advertise for the show but his name and likeness have since been pulled from poster and graphics advertising the event. There were talks of having another former Roulette champion return as well but what I’m hearing now is that might not be the case.

JJ Dixon Arrested?
It appears as though former ACW owner and SCW personality JJ Dixon is not dead as previously rumored. He was arrested last week in Vienna, Austria on charges of drug possession and prostitution solicitation. It has been a might fall from grace for a man who was once credited as the driving force behind the independent wrestling scene in Canada. From his days as a backstage reporter at Acadian Wrestling to his well-documented gambling addiction, Dixon has always been a polarizing figure in the wrestling world. Credited with discovering talents like Ben Jordan and Drake Green, Dixon had his hands in changing the pro-wrestling landscape forever.

Champion of the World?
With SCW’s world tour on the horizon, the IWC has been running wild with speculation that SCW might rebrand their titles as World titles. Although still considered a regional, independent federation, SCW has gained momentum and a giant fan base over the past two years. They’ve already been to Japan, Africa, and South America and with them now traveling to Europe, it’s not out of the realm to start recognizing a World Champion in both the Men’s and Bombshell’s divisions.

NXT Still Kicking…
When Jon Dough cut a promo a few weeks ago banding with his NXT brothers and sisters, many thought he was off his rocker since Spike Staggs had disbanded the iconic group weeks ago. He was again representing the group last Sunday at High Stakes IV and now rumors are starting to circulate that this may not be a mistake. Dough had incredible momentum this time last year before a couple of short tag team title reigns. It’s not out of the realm for Dough to take the reins of the baddest stable in SCW history and keep the NXT name alive.

STOCK WATCH

UP

Bosom Buddies
Despayre and Big B are in the middle of a historic tag team title run, one that is beginning to rival Despayre’s other historic run with Gabriel as ‘Sinful Obsession’. As they continue to vanquish all challengers, one has to wonder how long this reign may end up being.

Equinox
Despite losing his title at High Stakes IV, Equinox has moved up the big board in a big way. After earning the honors of being the longest reigning Roulette Champion, it took two challengers and a double cross to get the belt off of him. If we don’t see him regain his title Roulette soon, I would look to him moving on to bigger and better things.

Necra Octavian Kane
Another competitor who failed to notch a ‘W’ at High Stakes IV has also been rumored to be loved by the bosses. It’s not hard to see why. Kane is a relentless competitor who shows up every week for work and never complains. We can use some more like her!

Traci Patterson
The sister from Texas opened up High Stakes IV with a bang in a decisive victory over Angelia Corazon. What’s next on the horizon for the former Tag Team Champion? Apparently something big.

DOWN

Drake Green
Green not only lost his title last Sunday, he also lost to Sean Jackson for the second time in 2014. If he fails to regain the title in his contracted rematch, we may not see him in the Heavyweight title scene for quite some time.

Cindy Warren
Many expected Warren to  be a great replacement for Amy Marshall as Jessie Salco looked to regain Tag Team gold at High Stakes IV. Unfortunately, Warren was not able to capitalize on her opportunity and who knows when we will see her in the title scene again.

Gabriel
After coming out on top of one of the hottest feuds of the year with Steve Ramone, Gabriel has been left behind to slowly slip down the card. So much so that he was completely left off the billing for biggest show of the fall. Something needs to be injected into the former Heavyweight Champion as his talent shouldn’t be wasted for much longer.

See you next week for an all new HOTWIRE and if you hear any interesting news or rumors, don't forget to tell Kenny Chisholm ... @kchotwire
