Cassie earned the right to challenge the winner of the Internet Title Match at the Christmas Special, that winner ended up being the returning Aleesha Jones who dethroned Bella Madison in the semi-main event of the show in what ended up being the only title change of the night but Cassie didn’t wait around to make her presence known, coming down to the ring after the match to stare down the new champion.
However Aleesha took exception to this and went straight to the bosses, not only accusing Cassie of being a spotlight hog but demanding that their title match be brought forward to Climax Control 414, AKA the first Climax Control of the new year! While Cassie tried to sweeten the deal by offering a Pick Your Poison situation instead that was ignores and the match was on! Can Cassie win her first title in SCW?

Sometimes you gotta break a few eggs to make a statement.
After I beat Harper in the #1 Contenders Naughty or Nice Match earlier I knew I wanted to make my presence known after the Internet Title Match between Aleesha Jones and Bella Madison, it didn’t really matter to me who won the match, either Bella continued her Cinderella story or Aleesha won back the title she never lost, knowing full well that whoever won would be my first opponent in a title match in Sin City Wrestling.
And now that Aleesha is the champion again? I’m fully expecting the blow back from her, but I’ll deal with that when the time comes.
As I walked down the hallway I was quickly greeted by Josh who wasn’t exactly happy.
“I told you not to go out there Cassie.” Josh commented as he folded his arms and I just shook my head. “Interjecting yourself in a title match like that?”
”Oh please! I waited until after the match finished before I went out there! You’re acting like I actively cost Bella the title.” I commented with a scoff as I shook my head and Josh frowned. ”Besides, she rained on my parade when she entered herself in the Open Invite Match at High Stakes, had to give her a taste of her own medicine.”
“Even though you know that match was Open Invite?” Josh asked pointedly and I just shook my head. “Look, deal with the blowback in the morning, this is the last show of the year, we may as well enjoy the time off before you face Aleesha.”
”You mean at Inception VI, right?” I asked as I folded my arms and Josh frowned. ”Because I’m pretty sure the match description for me and Harp’s match tonight said that it was to determine Aleesha’s Challenger at the first PPV of the New Year.”
“Even if that’s true there’s two more shows left in the cycle after this, it just means that there’s every chance that they’ll book the match sooner.” Josh responded simply and I nodded as I realized that he had a point. “And besides that, what were you thinking with that stunt?”
”I was thinking that I wanted to make a statement at either Bella or Aleesha’s expense.” I responded as I shook my head before I continued to follow Josh down the hallway. ”I didn’t care if Bella got to continue her Cinderella Story or if Aleesha got her title back, I only cared about who I would face in my first title match in SCW, as for everything else? I’ll tackle that when we get to it.”
“In other words, when the bosses decide what to do with this situation.” Josh nodded as he got the idea. “But in the meantime, we’ve got a Main Event to watch, Harper was discharged from the medic’s office not long after you left to make your statement so we’ll be good to go once the match between Finn and Eddie ends.”
”Like anyone actually thinks that title’s going to change hands.” I responded as I rolled my eyes and Josh shook his head. ”And for that matter? What are the plans for Christmas?”
“You’ll find those out on Wednesday, but I have been generous with the gifts for you and Harper.” Joshua responded with a nod and I grinned at the thought of that. “You girls will be getting a chance to relax over the holidays but once the card for the first show of the year goes up? It’s back to business as usual.”
”Had a feeling that was the case.” I responded with a nod before we continued down the hallway.
It didn’t take Aleesha long to kick up a storm on Twitter, accusing me of going into business for myself with those actions and demanding that our match happen on the first Climax Control of 2025, I tried to reach a common ground with a Pick Your Poison offer but Aleesha didn’t budge and, well, I eventually caved in.
2025, Climax Control 414, Reno, Nevada, me vs. Aleesha Jones in the Main Event of the first Climax Control of the year, Internet Title on the line yeah, the stakes are high on this one and I’m not saying that because this match was essentially set up at the High Stakes Rumble.
Either way? I’m bringing the poster girl for Main Character Syndrome crashing back down to earth.

As far as the holidays go? This year was kinda mid.
I mean yeah, me and Harper had that match literally days before Christmas but that was the most exciting thing that happened in the final two weeks of 2024, I got some great Christmas gifts sure spent some time with Krystal but outside of that? Not a lot happened.
Yeah, I know, the holidays are supposed to be when you kick back and relax after a tiring year, but since there wasn’t any games that really grabbed my attention this year I didn’t get to play my round of new games like I usually do, I guess I can count my match against Aleesha as my big Christmas gift this year even if it was a gift to myself in a way.
“Good form on the drills Cass, you’re doing great.” Josh encouraged me from the sidelines as I did some workout drills with Zara, another trainee from Hero Academy, in preparation for the match with Aleesha. “Keep this up and you’ll be champion in no time.”
”That’s the plan!” I responded with a grin as I leaned on the ring ropes in between drills. ”I mean someone has to bring that arrogant bitch back down to earth right?”
“Is that really what this is about?” Zara asked as she folded her arms with a curious look on her face and I turned to her. “I know you said that you didn’t care who won the match between Aleesha and Bella but it sounds like that’s changed.”
”It’s her hypocrisy that grates me.” I responded as I rolled my eyes and folded my arms. ”And yeah, I know the match was Open Invite but that doesn’t change the fact that she came from out of nowhere after a year away from SCW, stole that opportunity from hard working Bombshells like me and Harp and had the audacity to say that I went into business for myself at the Christmas Special.”
“She was injured Cass.” Josh chimed in as he shook his head and I glanced over at him. “We both know that.”
”Do we though?” I asked with a frown and Josh raised an eyebrow as did Zara. ”Aleesha’s injury was announced right before the Go Home Show for High Stakes 2023, the exact nature of it was never made public and I couldn’t find any evidence that she had been wrestling in the time since that match, you could say that she was rehabbing an injury that she wanted to keep private but I don’t think so.”
“What exactly are you saying?” Zara asked with a confused look on her face and I turned to her, “Because you’re sounding like a conspiracy theorist right now Cass and I’m not talking about the team of Alexander Raven and Luna Pasilno either.”
”I’m saying that I think she faked the whole thing.” I responded bluntly and Josh and Zara shared shocked looks. ”Because she was afraid that she wouldn’t be able to cut it when her reign ended.”
“She was undefeated before she got injured Cass.” Josh reminded me and a frowned in response. “That has to count for something?”
”Out of five matches? Two of which were title matches?” I asked with a frown as I brushed some hair over my shoulder. ”That’s not exactly an impressive streak Josh and how many previously undefeated wrestlers have you seen flame out once their streak is over?”
“Too many.” Josh nodded in acknowledgement as he started to see my point. “But why do you think Aleesha faked her injury?”
”Because she was afraid of doing just that! Hell, Krystal was undefeated for most of her Roulette Title Reign and look at what she did afterwards!” I responded with a small grin on my face before I leaned back on the ropes. ”I’m sure Aleesha will deny it left and right once my promo airs later, but the proof will be in the pudding when we face off during Sunday Night’s Maan Event!”
“Or you’ll end up eating those words if Aleesha retains the title against you on Sunday.” Zara responded with a shrug and I turned my attention back to the taller girl. “Just saying, it could happen Cass.”
”And I’m just saying that it’s been three long years since I last held a title and that’s three years to long!” I responded as I shook my head and Zara nodded. ”And I’ll be damned if I have to wait much longer because Aleesha decided to come out of obscurity!”
“Whatever you say Cass, I’m just trying to be a realist over here.” Zara responded with a shrug and I just shook my head. “Shall we resume training in the meantime?”
”Never thought you’d ask.” I responded as gave my head a little rotation to warm up my neck. ”Because now? You’re speaking my language! Ready when you are!”
Me and Zara would proceed to train for another couple of hours but I, off course, had my upcoming match with Aleesha on my mind the entire time, and how she’s been acting like this match is just a formality.
I don’t get champions like that and frankly? I never will, treating me like I’m Bea Barnhart when that bitch is so far beneath me that it’s not funny! Besides, Aleesha needs to realize that this isn’t the same Bombshell division she left in 2023, there’s fresh faces, there’s new challenges and more importantly?
There’s a reign that’s about to end almost as quickly as it began! She’ll at least be able to say that her reign lasted as long as Bella’s did, at least mine will be memorable, Aleesha?
She’ll be remembered as the Bombshell who fucked off for a year while faking an injury, came back, won back the title she vacated, only to vacate it three weeks later! Sometimes you just can’t make this shit up!

As I got ready for my first promo of the year I had a lot on my mind.
”Aleesha Jones, what can I say about the Bombshell Internet Champion? Someone who came back from adversity for completely unselfish reasons, won back her title and was immediately and unjustly upstaged by a young upstart from the land down under?” I asked before shaking my head with a laugh. ”Hah, no! Here’s what I really think of the hypocrite of the year, starting with the fact that we never learned what the injury that took her out of action was!”
Maybe it’s because there was no injury to begin with? Maybe Aleesha got cold feet and decided that she wanted no part of it for the better part of the year? Am I really the only one who’s thought of that possibility since she returned for the High Stakes Rumble?” I shook my head again. ”Oh and Aleesha? Don’t get me started on going into business for myself!”
Yep.
”Because honestly? I was just doing what you did when you entered the High Stakes Rumble, you saw an opportunity and you took it, stealing the spotlight from the hard working Bombshells who worked their asses off for the whole year while you sat at home faking an injury!” I added as I flipped some gair over my shoulder. ”Yeah, you heard me! I don’t buy your injury story for a single god damn second! You used that as an excuse to fuck off for a whole year because you didn’t want to drop the title.
And you have the gall to call me selfish? I was making a statement at the Christmas Special and now? I’m going to officially rain all over your parade by taking the Bombshell Internet Title from you!” I added with a laugh. ”I mean really Aleesha, you call me selfish for taking advantage of an opportunity to make a statement? Maybe I should’ve dropped you with the Wolfe Hunt right there and then! Who knows? Maybe it would’ve knocked some fucking sense into you!”
Maybe, maybe not.
”But that’s enough about the past, because I need to talk to you about how you carry yourself as a person Aleesha, by the way, did you receive your reward for Ms. Main Character Syndrome 2024?” I asked with a big grin on my face. ”No? Too bad, maybe it got lost in the post alongside any belief I had in your injury story! But that’s my main problem with you Aleesha! You think the whole world revolves around you and you’re overinflated ego when in reality?
You’re one of the biggest attention whores in wrestling, always hogging the spotlight when other, more deserving talent needed it more!” I added as I rolled my eyes. ”What happened at the Christmas Special was more than just me sending a message to you Aleesha, hell. if I can be honest? I didn’t care who won that match, I would’ve done the same for Bella if she had retained the title, but when you defeated Bella for the title? The stars just aligned perfectly bitch!”
Don’t you love it when that happens?
”And if you think for even a fucking second that that was going to end at the Christmas Special? Then it’s clear that being a two time Bombshell Internet Champion has gone straight to your head!” I added as I brushed some hair over my shoulder with a confident smirk on my face. ”Because while I may have ruined your little celebration, well, I say ruined but all I really did was come out, stare you don and leave while making belt motions around my waist but who cares about important details like that, am I right?
My point is? You had no problem raining on the parade of the bombshells who have actually worked hard while you were away sulking at home because obviously the world can’t forget about Aleesha Jones!” I scoffed as I rolled my eyes, ”You’re one of the biggest hypocrites I’ve ever seen Aleesha and this Sunday night in the Main Event of the first Climax Control of the year? I look forward to taking that title off you!”
What else?
”Wouldn’t that be a bittersweet irony, huh Aleesha? The woman who came back from a faked injury to take the opportunity away from Bombshells who worked harder inn that match than she did all year loses the title she earned through that match to one of the Bombshells who was eliminated along the way?” I grinned a bit as I folded my arms. ”Once the dust settles and I’ll have my new title in my possession, will you wish that you had waited just a couple of more weeks? Taken my offer of a Pick Your Poison situation instead?
Oh wait, I forget, you can’t stand having your ego bruised.” I scoffed as I shook my head. ”It’s exacyly as I said Aleesha, you are the poster girl for Main Character Syndrome and you can’t stand the fact that someone had the gall to stand up to you after you took the title from Bella at the Christmas Special! But I wouldn’t worry too much about that Aleesha because this Sunday?”
It's that simple.
”I’m going to be Party Poooing in the New Year by taking that title from you in the Main Event!” I stated as I flipped some hair over my shoulder. ”After all, you ruined Bella’s moment when you set your sights on her! You could’ve easily gone after Victoria or Kayla instead but you wanted the title that Bella had just earned after years of hard work! You claimed that it was because you respected her but like Kayla and Victoria before me? I’m calling bullshit.
The truth is you couldn’t stand the fact that someone who has been grinding away in the division for years was taking your precious spotlight and you set your sights on her rather than be humiliated by Victoria or Kayla! And furthermore.” I stated as I folded my arms. ”You couldn’t stand the fact that I gave you a taste of your own medicine moments after you stole Bella’s moment from her, so it’s going to be poetic justice when I do the same to you this Sunday!”
And with that I decided to wrap things up.
”Not so much fun when the shoe’s on the other foot, is it Aleesha?” I asked with a grin as I started to pace around. ”You want so desperately to be remembered as someone who did something worth a damn in Sin City Wrestling but here’s the truth of the matter Aleesha! When the dust has settled on the first Main Event of the year and the decision has been called?
It will be me who’s holding the title high above my head while you lay on your back counting the ceiling lights!” I added as I flipped some hair over my shoulder. ”To all my fans? In a world of fake queens and paper champions? Be yourselves and be a Rebel Princess! And Aleesha? Keep your title warm for me because I’m entering 2025 Hungry Like The Wolfe!”
I turned off my camera as the scene fades.
