We see Harper in her suite looking frustrated as she starts her latest vlog.
”Let’s face facts for a sec here, I’ve said a lot of ugly things about Bobbie over these past few weeks, especially after I beat her on Climax Control.” Harper states as she lets out a deep breath. ”Things that, were they still alive, my parents would fly out to Tucson for the express purpose of chewing my ass out for, I suppose at this point you’re expecting me to express regret for everything I’ve said about Bobbie since that fateful match, not to mention that tag team match on the last Climax Control.
Keep dreaming, because that ain’t happening.”
Harper adds as she shakes her head.
”I don’t regret calling her out on tapping out to Mercedes at Violent Conduct, I don’t regret being angry at her for letting me do all the work against the Zdunichs and then picking up the scraps, hell if anything? I regret not knocking her out on the spot! And most importantly, I don’t regret my comments that led to the rubber match.” Harper states defiantly as she flips her hair over her shoulder. ”Because according to that idiot, fucking caring enough about my job and the sport I partake in enough to make my voice heard when I’m being ignored over far less deserving Bombshells, and yes Bobbie, that includes you, is being a cry-baby and is a bad thing!
Give me a fucking break! I’ve been busting my ass in SCW for over a year at this point, in that year I’ve put in a lot more work and effort into every match I’ve competed in, including our Roulette Title Match at My Bloody Valentine, then you’ve put into any of the matches you’ve had since you returned from injury, you have no right to call me a cry-baby when you clearly don’t give enough of a shit to make even the most basic of efforts! The Bobbie I faced for the Bombshell Roulette Title wouldn’t have sat back and let me do most of the work against Crystal and Seleana, but since you came back from injury?”
Harper shakes her head.
”You’ve been a shell of your former self and even that’s stretching things! Didn’t you handle both Mercedes and Seleana at the same time when you were the Roulette Champion Bobbie? I remember one of your first defences, if not the first defence because let’s face it, it’s been nine months and I’m not about to disrupt the flow of this vlog to watch old Climax Controls from that time period and check, either way? The facts couldn’t be clearer.
The Bobbie that started the year as Bombshell Roulette Champion is gone, maybe for good, who knows? I’m sure they’ll keep finding ways to trot you out as a former Bombshell Roulette Champ Bobbie, but at the rate you’re going? You’ll slide into the category of irrelevant former champions faster than Mercedes or even Seleana, THEN we’ll see who the real cry-baby is!”

Harper’s suite, Tucson, Arizona
Thursday the 21st of November 2024, 13:00pm
It’s the following day and Harper is getting a moment to relax in her suite with Cassie.
”So no hard feelings about the Rumble, right?” Harper asked Cassie after checking her twitter for notifications. ”I mean the words “Open Invite” are right there in the description.”
”Oh please, I saw it coming from a mile off.” Cassie responded with a dismissive shrug and Harper nodded. ”The only thing that really caught me off guard was how direct you were about it I thought I would’ve found out through one of your vlogs, not face to face.”
”Hey, we’re friends remember? The least I could’ve done is let you know ahead of time Cassie.” Harper assured the Aussie and Cass nodded as she got the idea. ”And now that I’ve done all my vlogs for the Rumble I can focus on my match with Bobbie.”
”And hopefully finally put that mess behind you, and who knows? Maybe after you face Bobbie they’ll book another rematch with Bea.” Cassie suggested and Harper turned to her. ”She is the other win you got back this past cycle after all.”
”Kinda surprised they haven’t booked you against her honestly, at least not yet.” Harper shrugged her shoulders in response and Cassie shook her head. ”Didn’t you call facing Bea a rite of passage for any new Bombshell or something?”
”It’s not really a universal thing though, and if that match does happen I will make sure I get the win unlike you the first time around.” Cassie responded with a grin and Harper grunted in annoyance, before either woman could say anything though their phones went off. ”Huh, we don’t usually get texts at the same time unless it’s from the group chat with Josh.”
”It is from Josh, apparently he’s booked us a table at a local steakhouse for tomorrow night.” Harper responded with a nod before she clicked on the link, after going through the menu items see let out a low whistle. ”An expensive local restaurant at that! The cheaper items are going for at least $20 and that’s just the appetizers.”
”Seriously?” Cassie asked with a surprised look before checking the menu for herself. ”Guess hiring Josh on as my manager was the right call! I would’ve gone to the nearest Wendy’s for a Baconator.”
”And the fact that he’s hooked us up in these suites wasn’t an indication of that?” Harper responded with a teasing grin. ”He’s really going all in for that manager of the year award, isn’t he? I think the awards ballots are closed but he’s still making a strong case.”
”I mean, if nothing else we can start the campaign for him to win it two years running a year in advance!” Cassie responded with a grin and Harper nodded in agreement. ”So what do you think? Should we spend so much money at this restaurant that people will start thinking he did the Chase Bank Glitch?”
”I don’t think there’s enough food in the restaurant that we could eat between the two of us, including Josh’s meal, that would leave him bankrupt, millions of dollars in debt and facing serious prison time.” Harper joked and Cassie had a good laugh in response to that. ”Besides, I can never pick from an online menu, I prefer to pick when I’m in the restaurant ready to chow down on some good food, unless I’m getting takeout but that kinda goes without saying.”
”Fair, and I think I’ll do the same to be honest.” Cassie nodded in agreement before they closed the link. ”How about I send the message to Josh and you get the Switch set up so we can game?”
”Deal.” Harper responded with a nod before they went ahead and did just that.

It’s a few hours later and we see Harper back in her suite, alone this time.
”You know, I’ve mentioned this a couple of times but way before I was a wrestler or hell, even knew I was related to Jessie, I was a high school wrestling standout and I hold a black belt in Taekwondo, what stopped those things?” Harper started listing off reasons with two of her fingers. ”One: I graduated from high school, that isd a pretty big obstacle to continuing in that path and well, my parents didn’t have the money to send me off to college otherwise I would’ve picked up where I left off there and then, two: the COVID 19 pandemic claimed my old Taekwondo school as a victim and even after everywhere started to open up again the other schools in my area were way out of my price range.
Why do I bring this up? Coming from a background like that and into professional wrestling you tend to notice things about your opponents, like when they aren’t the same after an injury, sound familiar? Yeah, this is about Bobbie.”
Harper started plainly as she leaned back in her chair.
”I’ve seen this before Bobbie, both in high school wrestling and as a Taekwondo Black Belt, a competitor comes back from injury but they can’t compete at the same level they did before they took time off.” Harper shakes her head as she continues. ”You can deny it all you want but that’s exactly what’s happening with you, you started the year hot, you were the Bombshell Roulette Champion for Christ’s Sake, that’s probably one of the most competitive divisions out there, but then you lost the title back to Alexandra during Blast from the Past and lost the Queen for a Day Ladder Match at Into the Void before taking time off, since then?
Losing to Victoria I can understand, she’s a vicious bitch but I’m not denying that she’s a hell of a wrestler, then you beat Mercedes and Seleana again but after that win? You submitted to Mercedes at Violent Conduct in a match that also featured the worst Blast from the Past winner in the ten plus years that SCW has held that tournament, then to me in our last rematch and you only beat the Zdunichs because you let me do all the work.”
Harper shakes her head.
”To think, earlier this year I felt I needed to face someone in the same weight class as you to prepare for our Roulette Title Match so I challenged Tempest to a singles contest! If this isn’t a case of how the mighty have fallen I don’t know what is!” Harper added bluntly before letting out a deep breath. ”And the worst part is? You’re delusional about it! You claimed that you could’ve gotten onto the High Stakes card without this match but could you really?
If you ask me? If it weren’t for this match and your desire to humiliate me your best shot likely would’ve been inserting yourself into the Open Invite Match!”

Flemming’s Prime Steakhouse, Tucson, Arizona
Friday the 22nd of November 2024, 18:00pm
After a hard week of training in preparation for their matches at High Stakes Cassie and Harper are being treated by Josh at a high end steakhouse.
”You weren’t kidding about the prices Josh I’ll say that much.” Harper commented to Josh as she looked at the menu, the two members of Young Justice alongside their manager have just been seated in the restaurant and were considering their options. ”And just so we’re clear, you’re paying for it?”
“It’s my treat, you girls have been working hard since the leadup to High Stakes kicked off in earnest.” Joshua responded with a reassuring grin and Harper and Cassie shared a look. “We’ll see how much my bank account regrets this by the end of the night but trust me, you’ve earned this.”
”I was about to say, we were joking about your account looking like you did the Chase Bank Glitch after you sent the link yesterday.” Cassie responded with a big grin on her face and Josh chuckled. ”Well, I joked, Harper pointed out how improbable that idea was but you get the point.”
“Maybe if I was treating everyone at SCW to this meal, from the wrestlers to the refs to the non-wrestlers and even the backstage staff and co-owners, that would’ve been possible but even then my bank wouldn’t let me go overdrawn.” Josh shook his head with a chuckle and Harper and Cassie nodded as they got the idea. “So what are you girls thinking for apps.”
”That’s a great question because they all look so good.” Harper responded with a grin as she and Cass went over the menu. ”I think I’ll go with the crab cakes myself but why don’t we order the everything from the apps to the main to the dessert at the same time and save us some trouble later.”
“Good thinking, nothing like a nice smooth meal.” Josh nodded in response and he went over the menu. “In that case I’ll go with the seared pork belly for my app, scallops for my main and chocolate lava cake for dessert, Harp?”
”Already decided my main but, well we’re at a steakhouse so why not go for the steaks before High Stakes.” Harper added before quickly shaking her head. ”That joke was terrible!”
”I agree and I’ve told some atrocious jokes during my time on Twitter.” Cass responded with a grin before making her choice. ”For me it has to be the Calamari App, Certified Angus Ribeye for the main with the lobster tail surf and turf option and the New York Cheesecake dessert.”
”You’re really breaking the bank there Cass, geez!” Harper laughed in response and Cassie grinned. ”I’m already going with the Crab Cakes but for my main? I’m thinking Prime Bone In Ribeye with the truffle poached lobster and the Chocolate Goey Butter Cake for my dessert.”
“Great choices from you both.” Josh responded before they set the menus down and before long the waitress came up to take the orders, once she left Josh turned his attention to Cass and Harper again. “Look, no matter what happens this Sunday? I’m proud of you both, you’re both future champs in my eyes.”
”Thanks Josh.” Harper thanked him before offering a toast which they both accepted. ”Hasn’t been an easy year for either of us but we’ve persisted.”
”Especially after I finally got around to taking you on as a manager.” Cass added with a grin. ”And at this rate? Who knows? Maybe you’ll get that induction you’ve been after this time next year.”
“Here’s hoping.” Josh responded with a grin and before long they got their appetizers.

*on camera, start vlog, final promo part*
We cut to Harp back in her suite a few hours after the meal out.
”You know, I’ve always felt that there are certain things you shouldn’t do on an empty stomach, I guess I can now add promoting wrestling matches to that list.” Harper started as she rubbed her stomach for a couple of seconds. ”Especially when my opponent is so blind to their shortcomings that they create a stipulation designed to humiliate me at the next Climax Control when she doesn’t even consider that it could backfire.
Make no mistake Bobbie, I accepted your challenge to get this little rivalry of ours over and done with, you’ve already pissed away any respect I had for you Bobbie, are you prepared to piss away your self-respect as well?”
Good question.
”Like it or not, I’m a Bombshell on the rise and your fall from grace has been so dramatic and sudden that it should probably be studied.” Harper stated as she stretched her arms a bit. ”Bombshell Roulette Champion at start of year, losing to former challengers at the end, says it all, doesn’t it Bobbie? And believe me, when I do beat you at High Stakes I will be looking forward to you showing up to Climax Control in that outfit.
I believe the term for this is “hoist by their own petard”? Not sure on the correct usage of that phrase but from what I understand? It fits your situation like a glove.”
It’s that simple.
”Maybe after I beat you at High Stakes you’ll snap out of your delusion Bobbie, otherwise you’ll reach the same delusions of relevance as Mercedes Vargas.” Harper added as she rested her hands behind her head. ”Just remember this when you’re wearing that outfit at the next Climax Control, you wanted this, this wasn’t my idea, it was yours, you wanted to teach me a lesson about actually having passion for this sport or “being a cry-baby” as you so elegantly put it when in reality? The only lesson here is how fast a Bombshell can fall from grace.”
And with that Harper decided to wrap things up.
”It’s sad really, you are my first and last Supercard opponent of the year Bobbie and the difference is night and fucking day!” Harper added as she shook her head. ”Maybe next time you won’t be so quick to lick Mark’s boots but either way? The world needs a new hero and her name is “The Slaytanic Avenger” Harper Mason! I’ll see you on Sunday Bobbie, and bring a baby bottle while you’re at it!”
Harper turned off her camera as the scene fades.
