Cassie fought in a losing effort to Alexandra Callaway and after a two week break Cass was back in action and taking on the winner of the Roulette Contenders Match Luna Pasilno! Luna was all set to challenge Victoria Lyons at High Stakes in a few weeks’ time but Cass getting a win here could change things up, can Cassie score her first win in Sin City Wrestling?

Let’s just say that last night was a mixed bag for Young Justice.
Harp won her match against Bobbie sure but she’s been growing more and more frustrated as her attempts to make a name for herself get shut down (at least that’s how she puts it), me? I wasn’t even in action last night, instead watching Bea Barnhart and Prudence Pierce stink up the joint in the opening match (and don’t even get me started on a former Blast from the Past winner losing to Bea Barnhart) but at least I’m getting what I want next week, another shot at breaking my losing streak.
And just to sweeten the deal? I’ve got the #1 Contender for the Roulette Championship Luna Pasilno!
She won the contenders match at Violent Conduct obviously and her title match isn’t exactly at jeopardy if she loses this match, but we all saw what happened when Luna beat Victoria in that Pick Your Poison Match before Violent Conduct, for those who need it? A reminder, Luna broke Victoria’s winning streak that night and while it didn’t directly effect the title match between Bella and Victoria?
Luna was added to the Roulette Contenders match, you try telling me that was a coincidence, I dare you, I double dog dare you motherfucker!
You know the rest by now, Victoria retained her title, Luna won the contenders match, was the Special Guest Ref for Victoria’s title defence against Mercedes, the match is set for High Stakes! But as a wise British co-owner once said to my half-sister: nothing is set in stone!
And just so we’re clear: I have no expectations of what will happen if I get the win over Luna, frankly I just want to get my first win in SCW! And as I said during last night’s Climax Control? My patience is wearing thin!
Waiting three weeks to make your official debut while a flash in the pan gets her debut and a match in the Proving Grounds Tournament tends to do that!
”So Harp.” I stated as I turned to Harper who sat down at the edge of the bed, we weren’t set to head back to Reno or Vegas for a couple of hours yet and checkout was in an hour so we had time to chat. ”How you holding up after your rematch with Bobbie?”
”I’ll live, wrestling someone who’s literally twice your size is tough but I’ve had worse.” Harper responded with a shrug and I nodded, ”Shouldn’t you be more worried about the match with Luna?”
”I am but I gotta look out for my partner in crime Harp.” I explained as I turned to her. ”I mean for fuck’s sake, your run in SCW was what inspired me to take the leap and join, but we both know that this lashing out isn’t you.”
”I know! But right now I feel ignored if I don’t act out like this!” Harper grunted in annoyance before shaking her head. ”I’ll deal with it, don’t worry, but what are you planning to do against Luna?”
”Stylistically? We match up pretty well, we’re both high flyers who aren’t afraid to get our hands dirty if it calls for it, which is most of the time in her case, but this is also Luna’s first match since she earned the shot against Victoria.” I commented as I glanced up at the ceiling. ”Which means she’s fresh and motivated enough to do everything she can to keep me from potentially throwing a monkey wrench into her Roulette Title Match.”
”Even that’s not solidified, if you do win they could do what they did to Luna and throw you into a contenders match, ironic considering you were one of Luna’s opponents at Violent Conduct.” Harper commented with a frown and I nodded in agreement. ”It would be one hell of a way to make your High Stakes debut at least, not sure how it’d stack up to my debut in Laura Pheonix’s retirement match but it’d be something.”
”We can compare those later! Especially since I actually need to beat Luna to set that scenario in motion.” I responded before glancing at the clock. ”You’d better head over to your room, we’ve got half an hour to get packed.”
Harper checked her phone and nodded. ”Good catch! I packed away my clothes, including ring gear and my costume, earlier so the only thing left to pack is my laptop and toiletries, meet up in the lobby?” Harper asked and Cassie nodded before Harper left the room.

So yeah, I officially made Josh my manager a couple of weeks ago.
I knew he had been managing Harper for the majority of the year since Jessie went on maternity leave back in December but I thought I would be okay if I went it alone for the first few weeks of my SCW Career and well, do I even need to bring up how my open challenge went? It doesn’t take a genius to figure out what a bad idea that was in hindsight! Even after I dropped that idea and just took whatever bookings I got for SCW I wasn’t entirely sure on hiring Josh on as my manager.
Truth be told, it was the fact that he managed Harper to her first win in months at the start of the cycle that won me over, sure that win was over Bea Barnhart and beating her in a match is practically a rite of passage for most new Bombshells but I still looked at that and thought “maybe he’s onto something”.
We made it official during the meeting when we agreed to bring me and Harp’s Young Justice tag team to SCW during that week where neither of us were scheduled to wrestle, and while Harp’s match against Bobbie happened first we knew that Josh would debut as my manager the moment I got another match.
And, well, I think you know the rest by now.
”Okay, Josh, I’ve seen you do a pretty good job at guiding Harp through most of the year but with your first match as my manager coming up I just wanna make sure we’re on the same page.” I commented to Josh as I walked up to him in his gym and Josh nodded in response. ”Plus I’ve never had the need for a manager in the two plus years that I’ve been a professional wrestler but after my career’s not gotten off to a great start in SCW I’m basically willing to try anything as long as I can get away with it, what can you do for me as my manager?”
“I understand your hesitance Cass but much like Harper this is ultimately to help you.” Joshua responded and I nodded in response. “But I have to ask, didn’t Krystal offer to manage you when you graduated from Hero Academy?”
”Nope, that was smack bang at the start of SCW’s Indian Tour in 2021, she chose to leave me to my own devices and me and my girlfriend at the time didn’t join her in India until it was obvious that the second match in the first promotion I joined was never going to happen, at which point SCW had reached that year’s Violent Conduct show and, well, what happened after that is a rant for another day.” I added with a shudder as I thought back to THAT week in New Delhi, let’s just say that I’m in no hurry to go back to India! ”Anyway, let’s start with the obvious, my match against Luna this week, I know it’s a standard match and I know that I wrestle a similar style to Luna, what else can I cover here?”
“Luna is up for “Most Hated” for a good reason, she’s not afraid to use underhanded tactics and you can look The Conspiracy’s feud with Sam Marlowe and Ben Jordan from the beginning of the year as proof of that.” Josh responded and I nodded as I leaned against the ring apron. “Now, whether she wins Most Hated is another matter because there’s a lot of tough competition for her in this years ballots, including Raven and his buddies, but yeah, that’s the main thing you’ll have to look out for.”
”Don’t take this the wrong way but I could’ve figured that out on my own.” I responded ass I shook my head and Josh nodded as he got the idea. ”I know you’ve been training Harp on the side, we’re both students of Team Hero, how does that differentiate from Team Hero’s training?”
“For one thing? I’m a one man show here, Amy will occasionally pop in and so will Jessie now that she’s s off maternity leave and while I do occasionally get other students from the Go Gym and Hero Academy as my charges you’ll get all my attention, same goes for Harper.” Josh responded and I nodded as I got he idea. “Failing that? I can cover things such as hotels and meals out for you, been doing that since I took over as Harper’s manager and the same goes for you.”
”On top of giving me advice for my upcoming matches?” I asked and Josh nodded to confirm that was the case. ”Okay, last question, I swear but how would you have advised me if you had been my manager from the beginning?”
“Mostly to actually make sure anyone was interested in answering the open challenge when you decided on that idea, we both know what happened instead and I won’t dwell on it.” Joshua responded and I nodded. “And maybe avoid the shots at Raine, even when keeping in mind how short her stay in SCW was.”
”It wasn’t just short but she seemed to have dropped off the face of the earth, not even sure if she’s popped up anywhere else.” I added as I brushed some hair over my shoulder. ”I honestly could talk all day but I want to get some training in, shall we run some drills?”
“Let’s do it.” Joshua responded and I grinned before rolling into the ring to do my drills.

As I got ready to cut my promo against Luna I had a few things on my mind.
”It seems like I’m a bit of an anomaly in SCW and I don’t mean like in the SCP Foundation way, I’m winless yet I was in the Roulette Contenders Match at Violent Conduct, made my debut in the Proving Ground Tournament, have had high profile matches with Alexandra Callaway and the like, but now?” I asked as I folded my arms and Luna’s face appeared behind me. ”I’ve got the hot half of The Conspiracy and the #1 Contender for the Bombshell Roulette Title in this week’s opener.”
I shook my head as Raven’s face appeared on screen with a big “No” sign over it.
”Raven, mate, I’m sorry but even if I was straight? I wouldn’t go for “skinny goth metalhead #42069!”, I like to think that I have higher standards than that!” I added as Luna’s face appeared on screen again. ”Now Luna? That’s more like it, give me the hot metal chick any day of the week! Now, obviously I can’t wrestle Raven under SCW’s intergender rules but I think I can take him in a fight but as far as Luna’s concerned? Well, we’ve already had a preview of this match Luna!”
As I said this the green screen showed the match graphic for my first foray into the Roulette Division.
”After all, I was one of your opponents in this Tables Match, and to address the elephant in the room, no, I don’t have The Troll with me, why would you think that? I didn’t win the match, Luna did, that’s pretty obvious since the title match between Luna and Victoria has been set in stone for a few weeks now! But I guess they gave Luna this little match against ne as a warm up, am I right?” I asked before grinning. ”Off course I am! Especially with Victoria wrestling Kayla in a non-title match on the same show, and I’m sure Kayla will hate me for me calling her Victoria’s warm up but then again she just looks for excuses to hate people so it wouldn’t be new.
Never thought I’d recommend watching My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic to the World Bombshell Champ so she can take a chill pill but here we are! And here’s the thing Luna, you can treat this as a warm up all you want, but what happens if I beat you?”
Good question.
”I mean that question was poised in the match preview, if Cassie wins, which I will, will she secure herself a future title shot?” I asked after looking up the match preview on my phone. ”And don’t get me wrong, I’m not expecting the bosses to change the match completely because I won the match, and honestly when was the last time they did that?! But as a way to not only score my first win in SCW but have a nice little insurance policy on the side? Can’t get better than this, right?”
It's that simple.
”So while Raven goes and listens to My Chemical Romance’s Black Parade album of the 69th time this week in preparation for the Triple Threat against J2 Ego and Mr. “Don’t You Know Who I Am” Kevin Carter we are going to tear the house down in the opener Luna!” I added as I flipped some hair over my shoulder. ”But at the end of the day? I’m gonna be a monkey wrench in your Roulette Title Plans.”
And with hat I decided to wrap things up.
”It’s like I said at Climax Control Luna, I’m sick of waiting and it’s time that I took destiny into my own hands, care to take a guess as to where you fit into that?” I asked before making the gun point motion with my fingers. ”As the woman who’s going to get her sweet ass kicked this Sunday night in Phoenix! To all my fans? In a world of fake queens and total babes being aligned with guys way out of their league? Be yourselves and be a Rebel Princess, and Luna? Get ready because I’m Hungry Like The Wolfe and Young Justice.” I made the gun going off motion. ”Will be served! See you on Sunday!”
I turned off the camera as the scene fades.
