SCU Ep 116

Cow Palace Arena

Sin City Underground Ep 116 comes to you taped in front of a sold out crowd at the Cow Palace Arena, San Francisco, CA. This episode will air on WGN and the Sin City Network at 11:55pm PST on December 4th , 2021.

Friendly reminder, SCW General Manager Brooke Saxon made note of some strict rules to ensure the safety of fans, staff and the wrestlers alike;

1- Each ticket purchased will come with a safety bag. (A safety bag includes a company logo face Mask, one .5 oz bottle of hand sanitizer, and a pair of XL gloves. Masks must be worn in all areas of the building.

2- Tickets to all shows going forward will only be sold at the SCW shop and only available to the local residents in which the show is being held.

3- Tickets will be sold no earlier than 48 hours before the show. (For SCW, look at it as the promo deadline is when tickets go on sale for that show and SCU shows.)

4- Everyone entering the building will get screened to read their temperature.

5- All food sold going forward will be already wrapped. All drinks will now be sold only in cans or bottles. No fountain type drinks.

6- Food can only be consumed in the designated areas in which masks can be taken off temporarily. All merch bought at the event will be done by credit cards, the shops will no longer take cash.

Anyone not abiding by these rules will be removed and barred from all future SCW/SCU shows.

Number one contendership Combat Championship match
Andrew Garcia vs Rory Rockefeller vs Jake Jeckel vs Jamie Staggs

The show opens up with SCU finding out who Andrey’s next opponent will be for when he defends the Combat Championship. The first person to score a pinfall will win the match and start preparing for their Kick boxing match against Andrey Azarov and Night Of Champions on News Years Day 2022.

GRIME Championship Thumbtack & Tables Match
Joshua Acquin vs Father Gerald

A good ole hardcore match between two men who faced each other enough times for us to know the fans are in for a treat. Joshua has been able to put everyone down when it comes to defending the GRIME Championship, including Father Gerald. But has often as the title gets defended someone has to be able to have Joshua’s number and become the new GRIME Champion. The question is, will this week be that week it happens?

Chelsea LaClair vs Orchid

Two fan favorites face off as the newcomer Chelsea takes on the veteran Orchid. The last time we saw Orchid in the ring, she was given a shot at the Underground title. It didn’t go her way as Cordelia was able to defeat her. This time Orchid plans on walking out the winner but Chelsea isn’t going to let that happen, she may be new to SCU but not new to the ring. After getting a big win on SCW’s newest Hall Of Famer Veronica Taylor last week, SCU better see that as a warning shot. Chelsea is here and is capable of being the next top star!

GRIME Championship SCU Rules Match
Amy Santino vs Winter Elemental

Amy is putting everyone that gets thrown in front of her down on the mat. Amy has shown that she can take on anyone, at any time, in any match. Given all she’s done in Sin City is anyone really shocked? This week she faces Winter. Winter, one can say is the greatest hardcore tag team wrestler. With what she's done with the GRIME Tag titles over the years, (formerly Hardcore tag titles) some feel it may be her time to seek out the singles version of the GRIME title. The best of GRIME will go at it as Amy wants to fight the best, Winter also wanted this match and her manager Mercedes delivered it to her. But here's the thing, given how dominate they been in hardcore matches. Mercedes somehow got Gianni to book this match in a setting that has never been done before… For the first time in history the title that falls under “Hardcore Rules” will be defended in a standard rules match!

Angel Of Filth vs N.F.G.

These two teams have been going at it in the ring and out the ring for months now. This seems to be a feud that is never going away. These four have ignored every order given by any SCU official. The referees are refusing to call this match up. So Gianni himself will call this one.

Ariana Angelos vs Helena Jeckel

Over the past couple of months these two have faced off in tag matches, singles matches, contender matches, you name it and these two have been in it. This week is no different. We know that both women be in the ring against Cordelia one more time for the title. They will at some point but for now, they face off to see who gets to move up the ranks and who moves down the ranks.

Andrey and Esther Azarov vs Mz Holly Wood and Kelli Torres

Holly Wood and Andrey have had their share of battles but when it comes to these two times. The hate, the feud, well, that lies on Esther and Kelli, it started two years ago and never really died out. Always lingering in the air, this week they get to display this hate.

Main Event
GRIME Tag Team Championship
Inferno Table Match
2 Broke Chicks vs Halo Annis and Linnera Lacroix

Four women who get along are booked in a SCU match… Sounds like the start of a joke. Might be because of how rare that is in SCU. But that’s what we have this week and it’s the main event. The four will walk in and try to throw each other through burning tables. Then the four will walk out and enjoy a few drinks as they celebrate putting on one hell of a main event for the SCU fans.
