Since tag team matches take place in an intergender division, please let Tad Ezra know if you wish to only wrestle your gender. As Down's "On March The Saints" hits, the arena is bathed in gold with black revolving Fleur-de-lis all over the place. Linnéa Lacroix makes her way out looking ready to go, her sister and manager, Alissa, standing right next to her. They march down to the ring, smiling confidently. Upon arrival, Alissa steps aside while Linnéa slides into the ring and climbs the nearest corner, raising her arms. She drops to the mat and turns to face her opponent, ready to rock.

Superstar Bio: Linnéa Lacroix was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana to a father of French descent and a Swedish immigrant mother who died in the aftermath of Hurricane Katrina when she was 18. Linnéa was not home at the time, having dropped out of school to play in a rock band called Encycloplodia. Her younger sister, Alissa, was also not at home as she was off playing bass with her own band, NOLA Boom.
Encycloplodia was your standard weird, faux-goth death metal band that liked to dress up like a cross between King Diamond and Nightwish with some vampirism thrown in. The band continued on until 2009 when internal and creative differences exploded leaving Linnéa lost and alone. She came to New Era Wrestling 18 months later in September of 2011, almost immediately bumping into and falling in love with a fellow wrestler, Zenna Zdunich. A week later, Alissa’s band also broke-up when the guitar player/lead singer bailed to go play sideman for a Disney starlet, allowing the trio to form a unit known collectively as the Fallen Angels
Nine months later, after both Linnéa and then Zenna had suffered ankle injuries and several other assorted incidents, the three women all fell into the depths of substance abuse, each abusing alcohol and cocaine with Linnéa and Zenna adding painkillers on top. Alissa would meet Kelly Taylor in 2014 when another New Era Wrestling competitor, Jenni Taylor, moved into the same apartment building in New York City that the Fallen Angels owned the penthouse of. Kelly would suffer an incident of her own and fell into substance abuse alongside the Fallen Angels, adding heroin to the mix for herself and Alissa.
All four entered rehab in 2014 with Zenna and Linnéa maintaining their sobriety for almost a year before relapsing. A second attempt at sobriety occurred in 2016 and has been maintained moving forward with each reaching a year’s sobriety on May 22, 2017. Alissa and Kelly would enjoy brief pockets of sobriety, but for the most part would not achieve it fully until March of 2017.
Linnéa began training for a comeback attempt alongside Bethany Kenyon and Katie Montes at the Hybrid Combat School in the hopes she’d be declared good enough to try again. She was and a year later was able to claim the brand’s world championship. Jenifer Lacroix is her cousin.
