GRIME Info
« on: January 27, 2020, 04:04:09 AM »
Some info of what GRIME is.

In-character: G.R.I.M.E. is a faction within Sin City Underground, but is not part of SCU.  They are a collective of people who want what was promised to them back in October of 2018.  They want a dirty, hardcore, grimy wrestling company.  Under the same ownership as SCU, G.R.I.M.E. has been given free reign to stir up trouble, rile up the roster, and push the limits.  Headed up by Angel of Filth and Javier Gonzalez, they look to do that, and so much more.

Tad Ezra was fired from SCU and hired to be the GM of GRIME. In order for Tad to have real power in SCU a story line of Tad getting a high position with the company will allow that to happen.

Out of character:  G.R.I.M.E. is a modern day nWo.  At the moment, they are a collective of wrestlers running a muck.  However, the idea is to make them a critical threat to the roster, and the administration.  This is more than just a stable.  This is it’s own roster the way NWO was meant to be.  They will fight to be booked at the start so most matches will be SCU. As the angle goes forward more matches featuring GRIME and even GRIME vs GRIME will take place. This is to help sell the idea that they’re indeed it’s own brand within the brand. The first real blow was the group taking the SCU Double Down Tag Team titles and turning them into the GRIME World Nightmare Championships. They now belong to GRIME Wrestling.

To make up for the loss of the tag titles the Pride Tag Times titles have been bought back but now follow the same rules as SCW and be Mix tag titles. The Hardcore tag titles will remain intergender.

Because of the size of the roster now in SCU. We will go forward with what one of the things SCU spoke with SCW about. You will all start seeing SCU matches on SCW Climax Control. Those matches will not be the standard SCU 400-600 word count for a match. They will be a minimum of 900 words, max 1,200 to go with SCW matches that avg 1,250-1,500. The matches will be written by SCU and will look like how SCU matches are written but will use all SCW officials for the matches unless specified due to story line reasons.

Anyone who signs up to SCU may sign up to be a part of GRIME Wrestling brand if they choose. When the story angle comes to an end it will go back to just being SCU. However, this is a story line that will be taking the main arc for the next year+ and will involve everyone in SCU.

SCU vs GRIME is the bigger picture all while SCU still has their own feuds inside the brand.

Because of how long this angle will last, any and all ideas are encouraged to be PM to "Underground" on this site or this account. Or @SCUnderground1 on twitter will also work just fine.
