Everything comes into focus and as it does we are at the home of Kate Steele. It seems that Kate is throwing a huge sleepover and she invited all of her friends. The only ones that decided to attend however are her sister in law Cindy Warren from SCU and of course her fellow country woman Cat Riley. Which is ironic considering that for the longest time Kate didn’t get along with either woman. However with a change of attitude Kate seemed to be getting along with most of the people in the locker room and her and Cat especially had gotten closer. The pajama party also included Kate’s daughter Juliet and Cindy’s daughter Terra. It was a night just for the girls as all of the men were out doing their own thing. Kate couldn’t help but smile as she brought out a huge pitcher of fruit punch into the living room as she glared at the two other women.

“Okay ladies my husband is out of town which means that we will be having the most supercalifragilisticexpialidocious party of all time!!! It’s going to be exciting and I guess this party is officially sponsored by the likes of RAINBOWS AND KITTENS!!!!”

Cat Riley smiles as she nods her head in agreement as she pulls out some crayons. She turns her attention to Cindy and Kate as she holds the crayons proudly in the air.

“So do you mind if I make all of your faces kittified! I will give you both the best whiskers of all times…”

Cindy however just sighs as she shakes her head and glances back at Cat.

“I don’t think that’s a good idea. For starters from a medical standpoint it just doesn’t seem healthy and I don’t think we should really be playing with the crayons. The more you use them is the more the kids will want to draw all over the house and maybe write all over the walls. Kate lives in such a nice place and I doubt she wants to spend most of the time cleaning up a mess…”

Kate and Cat both just pout as they sigh in return. Kate especially crosses her arms as she looks back at Cat.

“I told you my sister in law was quite the party pooper… Too bad my friend Melody was busy this weekend. If she was here this party could have been involved with Rainbows, Kittens, and her very special ingredient of UNICORNS!!!”

Kate smiles wider than before as she nods her head in agreement.

“Yes UNICORNS!!! It is like the most awesome animal of all time!”

Cat nods her head with a smile as she looks back at Kate with a wide grin.

“That sounds like it would have been super fun. As soon as Melody has some time we need to revisit this and throw a huge party. Maybe we can invite Christian and…”

Kate quickly shakes her head as she offers a sigh in return.

“I don’t think I want to invite Christian… He seems like he is so mean and he doesn’t get along with a lot of people…”

“NOOO!!!!”

Cat yells in return as she places her hands on her hips as she looks back at them.

“He isn’t so bad when you really get to know him. You need to trust in me. I know he can appear mean but deep down behind everything he really is a cool person. You just need to get to him better…”

“Like I said before no thank you, it’s nothing personal it’s just I am trying to keep myself to be a more positive person lately but I really don’t mind the time we are sharing with one another Cat. To be honest I really needed this in my life. You have no idea how much this means to me to have someone like you befriend me.”

Cat nods her head in agreement as she winks at her in return.

“Don’t mention it… That’s what I am here for. I want to be friends with as many people as I possibly can. You seem like a really cool person especially when you aren’t trying to talk smack to me or act like a total jerk…”

Cindy can’t help but chuckle as she chimes in and begins to speak.

“Kate tends to do that a lot. Hell I remember she did that to me when I was trying to help her with her wrestling career. She just blacked out on me and attacked me backstage to prove a point. It really didn’t get her anywhere other than being a target and perhaps she will learn her lesson now…”

Kate just sighs as she slowly looks at Cindy before turning her attention back over to that of Cat.

“I guess I owe you both an apology. I never really saw through any of my actions. I spent so much of my life being this spoiled rich brat that I thought the world really revolved around me. When things didn’t go my way I thought I could throw a temper tantrum and everybody would listen to me. I was sadly mistaken and at first I thought I could get by on just having a mean attitude and watching everything just fall into place but that wasn’t the case by any means. The more I threw temper tantrums and hissy fits is the more that things didn’t go my way. To be honest I owe so many apologies to the both of you that I truly don’t know where to begin…”

Kate just sighs in return as she looks back at the both of them.

“I still can’t believe I would really attack my own sister in law just to further my own ego and as far as you go Cat I tried to judge a book by the cover and I didn’t spend the time to really learn about the contents of the pages.”

Kate can’t help but offer a long sigh as she just shrugs her shoulders in return. Cat however walks over to Kate and embraces her into a huge hug.

“Don’t worry about any of that right now. It’s all in the past. I can let bygones be bygones, and I know that attitudes were definitely rising between the both of us. When the two of us were fighting with one another it was always based on a professional level. We both just wanted to be the best technical wrestler in all of the Bombshell wrestler. That was what our war was about nothing less and nothing more. I did my best and I was the woman who came out on top… As a matter of fact I believe I beat you over, and over, and over again!”

Cat begins to giggle as Kate just sits there dumbfounded as she gives Cat a look.

“Oh gee way to rub it in my face Miss had a perfect streak for so long…”

Catherine forms a serious expression on her face as she continues to speak to Kate.

“But in all honesty I am happy I won that battle. It’s nothing against you it’s just you don’t know how my father can be. Catch wrestling is everything to him so if I didn’t manage to come out ahead in our battle I wouldn’t have heard the end of it from him.  He is a man that trains hard and he expects the very best from people.”

Kate opens up her eyes in amazement.

“Wow he sounds pretty cool…”

“I don’t know if cool is the word you would use to describe Paul Riley…”

“Well maybe I need to meet this Paul Riley someday. I think I could benefit to learn a great deal from him…”

Cat nods her head with a smile as she looks back at Kate.

“Be careful what you ask for Kate. If you thought iw as tough on you in our matches with one another you really haven’t experienced anything yet. As far as you go are you really okay? I mean you have been through a lot lately…”

Kate thinks about it before she nods her head with a wicked grin.

“I think I am doing okay. I would say things are happening exactly as I would hope for them. My marriage seems to be back to where it needs to be especially after remarrying the love of my life in Teddy. The band with Griffin Hawkins is so amazing especially considering he is back in SCW so that means we will be able to spend more time with one another, the fans support me again, and I have found myself to winning ways again. It really can’t get any better than that if I say so myself. Well maybe add in the fact that I found a friend on the roster that I can depend on in the likes of you, and I would say things are going extremely well…”

Cat smiles as she looks back at Kate.

“Good you need to think happy thoughts. After all the idea of KITTENS AND RAINBOWS! Is supposed to be happy thoughts! That is like the best tag team name ever or are we the KATEY CATS!”

Cindy chimes in as she giggles as she begins to speak.

“Both of those super fun although you can’t forget Melody Kate! I mean nothing can ever replace the BEST HAIR FRIENDS!”

Kate nods her head as she looks back at Cat.

“I mean our friendship was just meant to be. CATHERINE and KATH-LYN! Even the full versions of our names rhyme. It’s nice to be able to bond with a fellow British woman. Someone who gets me for me and doesn’t poke at my accent…”

Cat smiles in return.

“Well your accent is a tad funny!”

“That’s because I am half Scottish and Half English! I spent so many summers in Glasgow with my other grandma! Some of that was bound to rub off on me!”

The two women begin to giggle once again as Cat smiles and continues to speak some more.

“But on a serious note how are you feeling. I know it must be tough to go through what Jessie put you through.”

“To be honest it hurts so deeply. I didn’t do anything to her. I thought she was my friend. I thought all of that time that we spent traveling the road together, going to concerts with one another, and just being friends would have meant something to her but sadly I was mistaken. I worked hard for my briefcase Cat, and to see her just snatch it away from me hurts more than you could ever realize. I just honestly don’t know how to feel about the situation but one thing I do know is I am going to make her pay for it…”

Kate shakes her head in disgust as she continues to speak.

“I am going to beat her so badly Cat you have no idea how much I plan to harm her. I feel like I need to do so in order to get exactly what I want. The only problem is that I have to fight in yet another ladder match and I absolutely hate ladders!”

Kate shakes her head.

“I am a technical wrestler! I shouldn’t have to be subjected to climbing a ladder!”

Cat can only giggle in response as she looks back at Kate.

“And this is where my father would tell you that flying is for the birds. Don’t worry Kate I believe in you. I am sure that the SCW Universe believes in you. You just need to go out there and believe in you. You can do it. Don’t let what Jessie did get to you. Simply beat her and prove to her that if you really wish to accomplish something you go out there and you earn it the right way. You don’t get anywhere by taking shortcuts or taking the easy way out. In the end it will leave you with nothing…”

Kate nods her head in agreement as she looks back at Cat Rley and just smiles at her.

“Thank you for that… Honestly I appreciate everything you said to me Cat. Thank you for being my friend it really means a lot to me…”

“Don’t mention it… After you had my back when Crystal tried to attack me after our final encounter with one another I knew you weren’t all that bad. Whatever happens from here on out you have a friend you can depend on…”

Kate nods her head as she smiles in return.

“I know and I have an awesome sister in law as well… Thank you for being two important parts in my life.”

“Don’t mention it… That is what family is for Kate.”

Is what Cindy says as both her and Cat embrace Kate into a tight passionate hug. Kate smiles as she looks at the both of them with a smile on her face.

“Okay… Now onward to some more important matters… WHO IS UP FOR SOME FRUIT PUNCH?!”

The three women just smile at one another as Kate, Cat, and Cindy all raise glasses in the air. Cat begins to speak.

“To RAINBOWS, KITTENS, AND UMMM MEDICAL STUFF!!!”

Kate grins as she holds her glass up and bounces it against the likes of the other two glasses.

“CHEERS!!!”

With that we leave this image of happy fun times as we slowly let the trio of women be with their pajama party.









On Camera
Heartbroken

The scene comes into focus and as it does we are treated to the likes of Kate Steele. Her long blonde hair is cascading down her back and she doesn’t seem to be smiling as she has her electric guitar slung over a shoulder. She takes a long deep breath as she begins to strum away and she glares at her pedal board and steps on one to distort the sound of her guitar. She slowly moves her eyes to that of the cameras. She strums a very violent melody as she slowly begins to speak.

“Good evening SCW universe… It is me Kate Steele and if you couldn’t tell by the way I am strumming on my guitar I am absolutely pissed off. I shouldn’t be upset after all this has been perhaps the best time in my wrestling career. My husband and I are proudly back together. Things have been going really well with my family. I have a beautiful daughter who loves me with all of her heart. Cat Riley has turned out to be an amazing friend and of course Griffin is back! All of those things are absolutely awesome and I love being part of this wonderful company Things should be booming. I should be all smiles however something has caused me to not be so cheerful and it comes in the form of one of my closest friends stabbing me in the back…”

Kate takes a long deep breath as she shakes her head and begins to vent her frustrations to that of the camera.

“Jessie Salco you do realize I am talking to you right? How could you stab me in the back?! Especially after everything we have been through. I know I was a late addition to the likes of the Punk and Metal connection and I may not have been as close knit as you and Amy were but I still have feelings and I still respect everything that you have done or accomplished within the company. You have so much going for you and you shouldn’t let a briefcase or even a title get in the way of a friendship…”

Kate shakes her head as she continues to show her emotions to that of the camera.

“I really just don’t understand what is going through your head but you honestly took a page out of Crystal’s book and I thought I saw you having way more class than that. I can’t believe you would throw a well established friendship out the window all because you wanted to get close to a championship. Jessie if you really wanted the briefcase you could have asked me for the right to fight for it. I honestly would have lobbied for it. I would have went right to management and asked for them to take your ban off because you deserve to be fighting for gold. You deserve to be near the top echelon of the roster. I do believe it’s bullshit that your right to fight for gold doesn’t exist anymore but to be honest Jessie you are one of the most verbal wrestlers on the roster. That much I can respect you for… Whenever you are booked or even when you aren’t booked people can respect you because you show up. You make people give a bloody damn about what you are doing…

That’s a quality that is really hard to come by in wrestling and I know everyone respects you for it. Sometimes you do have a habit of asking for things that you honestly don’t deserve but that doesn’t change the fact that you are one of the very cornerstones of this business. Honestly I don’t know why you are so obsessed with winning championships anyway. I know it’s the ultimate goal of everyone. We all strive to be the very best and I personally can attest that sometimes it’s hard to get to the very top. I was at the top once in my entire career and I felt it ended way too prematurely, but to be honest I wasn’t known for being a top tier competitor. I was known for being an 8 time Hardcore champion and 6 time Mid Card champion and I have no issues with that.

As a matter of fact I am quite proud of accomplishing that sort of thing and you should be proud as well because you have managed to capture every single title that SCW has to offer basically. The only thing that is missing from your resume is holding the big title. I know it can drive a woman to insanity but you should be happy with what you did achieve. I know it must pain you that you are so close to achieving Grand Slam status but don’t let it eat at you. Being a World Champion sometimes isn’t what it is all cracked up to be. World Champions tend to get lazy at points in their career because their bookings become so far few and in between. They don’t compete on the roster as often as the other members of the roster, and you should be proud to be such a main focal point in the Roulette and tag team division history…”

Kate smiles as she continues to speak.

“You know what that makes you Jessie? Women like us who have been multiple time Mid Card champions and are expected to compete night in and night out are considered to be the workhorses of a company. No matter what is going on we always come through in the clutch and we always go out there and put on a show for the crowd. Whether we are cheered to no end or end up getting booed right out of the building. We are what drives a division and that is something to be proud of…

Yet your greed and envy for others caused you to be a backstabbing and complaining little bitch. To the point where I see you taking shots at women such as Seleana for what purpose exactly? Just so you can get noticed by management? Just so you could be with the in crowd. It’s absolutely pathetic and I would have expected so much more from you. I guess Amy Marshall slapping you silly really didn’t do anything for you but I guess I am going to shove the message into your thick little brain. Wrestling isn’t a mosh pit. You just can’t dive into a crowd ane expect to get into the middle of everything. It doesn’t work like that. Your biggest mistake Jessie is you attacked me from behind. You tried to take me out when I wasn’t looking and you just didn’t finish the job. You should have just put me out of my misery but instead I can say that I am proudly still standing and next Sunday I am going to get even.

How dare you fuck with a Siren?! I am a mythical creature and I am going to wear you out. You are a high flyer and this match might suit you but to be honest I have no intention of climbing the ladder anytime soon. I plan to wear you down. I plan to wrap you in one of my submission and I am going to yank back until you don’t have the ability to fight back anymore. That’s what makes this match amazing. The only way a person can win is to climb the ladder and grab the briefcase in their hands. The referees can’t stop this and there aren’t any rope breaks. That means I am free to do as I please and may God grant you mercy because I am entering into this match with the intention to fuck you up. I am going to destroy you and I am going to maim you.

Perhaps I might choke you out with my Siren’s Song or I will break your arm with my Shipwrecked. Either way you are a marked woman and I already started to sing which means your demise is surely to follow. The thing about a Siren’s Song is that it is often the song you hear that will lead you to your demise. What were you honestly hoping to accomplish by taking me out Salco?!”

Kate shakes her head in disgust as she continues to vent her frustrations to that of the camera.

“What you don’t understand Jessie is that the briefcase means the entire world to me. It’s more than just a chance at a title. It’s my way to gaining my very first Main Event PPV spot in this company and I do not like the fact that you tried to take it away from me. I earned that with my own merit and through hard work and dedication. After struggling so much against the likes of Cat riley and Crystal Hilton it was the symbol that I redeemed myself and I was on the way to coming back to the top. Yet you took it away from me. You took what I worked so hard to achieve and I will make you regret it. I didn’t come all this way over three years of being in this company to have you take away what three years of hard work brought to me. You are going to pay for what you did and you need to be punished for your actions.

Not only is the briefcase the way to me main eventing my very first PPV but if I grab a hold of the briefcase I can main event the very next Super Card which will be right in my hometown of London England. I have worked too fucking hard to miss out on this chance. You won’t deny me Salco and the very moment that the bell rings you are no longer my friend. You made your decision when you decided to steal my briefcase and leave me bloody in the arena.”

Kate seems to be full of passion and emotion as she continues to pour her heart to the camera.

“You cast the first stone but I am going to end this. I am going to end you once and for all Salco. All bitching and complaining is going to come to an end. You can go about in la la land playing Resident Evil 2 and keeping your mind on things away from the business but I am always focused to the task at hand. I am always focused on advancing my skill set and taking my skills up a notch and beating you is all of the justification I need to let me know that I have made it.Do you hear that Jessie? That is the sound of my Siren’s Song. I think you know what happens at this point. You will not past go, you do not collect $200, you do not make a name of yourself at my expense. This charade of you being something comes to an end. I hope you are ready for a fight because you are getting a war. My back isn’t turned so let’s see what you do face to face. See you in the ring Bitch you better be prepared because I am coming for you….Get ready to find yourself SHIPWRECKED!”

With that Kate continues to strum as her eyes meet with that of the cameras and it’s on this image that we slowly fade out on.

[Jessie Salco]

 RP Title: “Undefeated.”

Several weeks ago, Jessie stole the Golden Briefcase from Kate Steele as a last ditch effort to get out of what she viewed as an unfair title shot ban by two vindictive bosses, the following week Mark would make it official that Kate and Jessie would face off at this year’s Blaze of Glory with the Golden Briefcase on the line, that event was two weeks away and Jessie had one thing going for her in the lead up to this year’s event, throughout her SCW career Jessie has been undefeated at Blaze of Glory and whilst last year’s event was skipped due to the hiatus SCW was on at the time Jessie was determined to continue the tradition but will Kate break it?

Some people need to learn their lessons the hard way.

I’ve been saying it since the whole debacle with Ben Jordan last year, but this is a cutthroat business and as the old saying goes, nice guys finish last! I tried being the nice girl during my first few years with the company and what did it get me? A few title reigns that barely lasted a week between them whilst the Mean Girls ran rampant with a lucky streak so long, you’d think that they were regularly giving blowjobs to genies in the back.

No, I can’t believe that sentence just went through my mind either, but my point still stands.

After I won the Internet Championship from Mercedes Vargas a couple of years ago and lost it at the following Supercard I started to set my sights higher, namely the World Bombshell Championship and the prestige that came from being a Grand Slam Champion, you know the rest by now, I was eliminated from the Chamber of Fate match by Sam Marlowe, had to watch from the sidelines as one of the Bombshells I eliminated got a shot ahead of me because of fan demand at the following Supercard only for that same Bombshell to rage quit the week after.

I got sick of waiting for what I fucking deserve.

Oh sure, the morons in charge can say that I don’t deserve shit all they want but I can’t really take the business decisions of two men who let Team Hero walk out of the company without trying to get them to stay seriously, my time in Honor Wrestling opened my eyes to what a fed owner should be and it wasn’t an ego driven snooze fest like the SCW World Bombshell Championship, so off course I wouldn’t even get to enjoy a year in the company before SCW brought it out.

Ever wonder why so many Honor Wrestling mainstays didn’t stay in SCW for long? I’ll go you a hint, their names start with M and C.

And that brings me to this year’s Blaze of Glory and after putting up with the bullshit title shot ban for so long (that never should’ve been put in place to begin with but that’s what you get when the company is run by egotistical morons) I went and stole Kate Steele’s Golden Briefcase, as I said earlier, it’s a cutthroat business and you have to do what you can to succeed, Kate was naïve to believe otherwise and now I’m going to beat the crap out of her to earn it legitimately.

In the meantime, though……...

“Oh, there goes Drew.” Jake commented as we watched the Main Event between Alicia Lukas and Seleana Zdunich, does it really surprise anyone that I plan to go after the World Bombshell Championship once I beat Kate? That should go without saying. “And here comes Crystal with the title.”

“And Seleana’s face is about to have an intimate encounter with the title.” I responded with a shrug as we watched the match, after all, it was the obvious choice, right? Nope. “Or not.”

“Did Crystal just cost Alicia the title?” Shane wondered and it was confirmed when Seleana hit the Cats Eye for good measure to win the title. “So, the main event of Blaze of Glory just got more interesting.”

“I’ll take understatement of the year for $200 Alex.” Jake commented as we watched Crystal go to give Seleana the title only for Seleana to shove her into the Georgia Drop. “Oh look, the daily double!”

“Oh look, Crystal got dropped so hard that she developed a whole new personality, as if her tiny mind wasn’t enough of a clusterfuck already!” I laughed as Crystal slammed the chair into Alicia and Seleana but was stopped by Dani from taking it even further. “Wonder what she’ll call this one? My money’s on “Paris Zdunich Hilton”.”

“Let’s not give her ideas.” Jake commented as the show ended. “And if you had earned the golden briefcase legitimately, you could’ve cashed in.”

“I was defending the Legacy Championship at the same show Kate won the Golden Briefcase, I wasn’t exactly in a position to do that!” I pointed out as I leaned back in my chair. “Besides, any way I can get out of the bullshit title shot ban is good enough for me.”

“I’m not even going to argue with you again on that because we’ll be here for the rest of the night.” Jake responded as we stood up and got ready to leave. “Just got to get ready for the trip to California.”

“And I’ve got a promo to do.” I responded as I checked the time on my iPhone and the boys nodded before we left for our car, I trailed behind until we reached the parking lot where I stopped to get my promo done whilst they went to get the car.

“Seven years’ worth of blood, sweat and tears, that’s what I’ve given to this god damn company and this is how the brain trust in charge rewards me? By sticking me with a title shot ban because I dared to call them out on their bullshit under the guise of “protecting their ratings”.” I said before spitting to the ground. “If they were interested in protecting their ratings, morons like Crystal Hilton wouldn’t get title shot after title shot but this is the lengths I have to go to so I can get what I fucking deserve, stealing the Golden Briefcase from someone who considering me a friend and then fighting her for the right to keep it, just remember Kate, don’t blame me, blame the idiots in charge!”

Seriously, I wouldn’t trust them to run a hot dog stand.

“There’s two things you need to realize heading into this match Kate, one: I’m undefeated at Blaze of Glory, that didn’t get a chance to be challenged last year because of SCW’s hiatus but that’s changed now! The other thing? This is a cut throat business and sometimes, you must stab your friends in the back to get ahead, I did that last year with Ben Jordan when he started the #BenDeservesBetter campaign or as I like to call it #BenIsAWhinyBitchThatStillDoesntDesrveShit and I’m doing it this year with you! Difference is, this is ending in my favor.”

And I’m not just talking about Blaze of Glory.

“The Main Event scene might be a clusterfuck now, but once things calm down and I earn this for real, I’m setting my sights at the top of the card! Mark can enforce the bullshit ban all he wants but once I cash this in, he’ll have little option but to honor it, I just must beat the shit out of you Kate before I can get that far! We may have been friends at one point Kate but it’s like I said, at the end of the day, in this business fiends will ultimately betray you, if they don’t then they’ll just get in your way and the sooner you face the harsh reality of this business, the sooner you realize how right I was!”

And with that I decided to wrap this up.

“If the brain trust in charge actually respected talent, I wouldn’t need to resort to this but instead, they brought out the company that respected my talents just because they couldn’t stand to see me be successful and now, I’m forced to steal to get ahead! Kate, our match in two weeks will end with me holding the Golden Briefcase above me head atop the ladder and to whoever wins the title, well for starters, I’ll be surprised if Crystal gets out of that match alive but more importantly, keep the belt warm for “The Heavy Metal Angel” Jessie Salco!”

I entered the car that Jake was driving as the scene fades.
