Tad Segment

The crowd cheers at a near deafening level as Liam nods his head and raises his hands out to the side. He lets it go for a moment before bringing the microphone back to his mouth.

Liam: Iiiiiintroducing first, from right here in Ottawa, Ontario, respectfully welcome the General Manager of Sin City Underground… TAD… EZZZZZZZZZZRAAAAAAAAAA!!!

“Play Hard” by Krewella begins playing as the audience claps heartily for the arrival of the General Manager. The lights come up as Tad walks onto the stage in a grey suit. He looks from side to side before raising his arms up in the air. This gets him a reaction before he runs down the ramp, switching sides as he slaps hands with the fans. He makes his way all around the ring before swinging around to the ring steps. He jogs up them and wastes no time in getting inside of the ring. He walks around, throwing his arms up in the air and a smile on his face. After working the crowd for a moment, Tad walks up to Liam, shaking his hands with him before accepting the microphone from him. He takes center stage as Liam steps back to the ropes. Tad looks from side to side, smiling at the reaction and letting it die down before he continues.

Tad:  Good evening, ladies and gentlemen!

Crowd:  *POP!*

Tad: I love to make a spectacle of things, you all should know that.  But, tonight, we are short on time before the ghosts and goblins come and rush us off the air.  So let me just drop some major announcement bombs on you all.  Now, at the top of the list on everyone’s minds, since the High Stakes VIII card was released is… The Combat Championships…

Crowd:  *MEGA POP!*

Tad pauses for a second, smiling as the crowd becomes almost deafening.

Tad:  These titles are one of the many things that makes SCU unique from other companies.  You have wrestling companies, sports entertainment companies, and MMA/cage fighting companies.  SCU is all three, and more.  Where else can you find competitors such as “Shorty” Devin Tyler?

Crowd:  BOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Tad:  Where else can you find such talented individuals such as Jerry Cann and Jenifer Lacroix?

Crowd:  *POP!*

Tad:  Or Tatsu Ikeda, Winter Elemental, or Shelby Holt, with varying fighting styles in their repertoire?  Jiu Jitsu, MMA, Cage fighting, prize fighting, point fighting… Why should they not get to showcase their abilities?  We have set up a six match tournament, including the men and women, fighting their own genders, to determine who has what it takes to become the Combat Champions on each side respectively.  On the men’s side, we have Earl Lockyer, Jerry Cann, Ahuevo, and Dax Beckett.  On the women’s side, we’ve got Melissa Ruin, Shannon Middlebrooks, Stephanie Sullivan, and Dahlia Rotten!

Tad pauses as he gets a mixed reaction, yet very passionate for love and hate for the various stars mentioned.

Tad:  We will crown the winners as the new Combat Champions, respectively.  Now, this leaves a few unanswered questions regarding our Underground Champions.  Angel Kash will not appear in action this Sunday due to what he lawyer calls “a lack of safety in the complainant's place of work”.

Crowd:  BOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Tad:  I agree, but do we really want a repeat of Zero Hour II?  I didn’t think so.  Now, the following match has been passed down from my boss, so it pains me to announce that Stewart Mason will be defending his title against Tim Staggs… and I have no authority to make any changes to this match…

Crowd:  BOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Tad nods his head.

Tad:  Next up, in tag action, we will see Blade Nation, Chanelle and John Martinez-Blade, competing together as they take on another infamous mixed tag team in the form of Eric Weaver and “The Nurse” Cindy Warren.


Crowd:  *POP!*

Tad:  And as a result of the opening contest this evening, The Ruin SIsters will be facing off with the Kawaii Dragons for the Hardcore Tag Team Championships!


Crowd:  *POP!*

Tad goes to give his microphone back, but at the last possible second, he pulls it back and tilts his head back.

Tad:  And, I know how much you bitches love battle royals, so the Underground Champions need to pay close attention as they will find out who they will be facing off with in the new year at SCW’s next Super Card, as contenders will be determined…  You’re most welcomed.

Tad tosses the microphone to Liam Gagnon as “Play Hard” by Krewella plays over the speakers.

A dimly lit room appears on the screen as a man wearing a mask is standing in the middle of it. A middle age Latina woman is standing beside him with a white fat man on the other side. The fat man is wearing a hockey jersey and jeans while sporting a very mean look on his face. The woman looks to have dirty blonde hair and is sporting multiple facial piercings. Her left arm is crossed through the masked man's arm as the fat man clears his throat.

Stephen: Good evening pissants and cocksucking pricks, my name is Stephen Lance and I am the voice for a man who could rip off a metal door handle without flinching. This man to my right.

Stephen points at the masked man.

 Stephen: This man is full of pure hatred for the human race. He can't stand those who claim to be anything but themselves. My monster can and will destroy those who are placed before him. He has the knowledge to make everyone suffer in his wake.

Stephen pauses as the woman runs her index finger along Powershock's arm.

Aeriel: My husband will sacrifice young Jerry Cann. He will bring your soul down to hell where it will stay for eternity. My husband is no stranger to pain. He can dish it and receive it. Just a fair warning, my husband enjoys inflicting pain. He finds comfort knowing your life is in his hands. He enjoys listening to you scream. The sound of bones breaking soothes him. So Jerry, I would you make peace with your maker because you just might meet him.

Aeriel laughs as Stephen smirks.

Stephen: Jerry Cann, be prepared for your Shock Treatment.

Powershock lets out a long grunt as the video slowly starts to fade.

Liam: The following contest is scheduled for one fall and has been deemed a Falls Count Anywhere Match!  Iiiiiiiiiiiiintroducing first, from Chicago, IL standing at 6’ and weighing in at 175lb, he is… Eric Weeeeeeeeeeeaverrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

Take Five starts to play as we here the jazz beat coming we see Eric Weaver coming from the curtains.
"Won't you stop and take
A little time out with me
Just take five"

Eric waves at the fans as he walks down the ramp.

"Though I'm going out of my way
Just so I can pass by each day
Not a single word do we say
It's a pantomime and not a play

Still, I know our eyes often meet
I feel tingles down to my feet
When you smile, that's much too discreet
Sends me on my way"

Eric slides in the ring from underneath the bottom ropes.

"Wouldn't it be better
Not to be so polite
You could offer a light

As the music fades we see Eric holding his right hand in the air as he looks over to the crowd.

Liam: Aaaaaaaaaaaand his opponent… From Charlotte, NC standing at 5’4” and weighing in at 120lb, she is… “The Nurse”... Cindyyyyy Warrrrrrrren!!!

“Get Well Soon by Reggie & The Full Effect” blasts all over the speakers. As it does the beautiful Cindy Warren emerges from the back accompanied by her husband James. She smiles as she is wearing a stethoscope around her neck. She holds the end to the crowd to check the life of the crowd and they welcome her with loud cheers. She grins as she stretches her arms out and slaps the hands of the people cheering her on. She slides into the ring and slowly rises to her feet. She proudly raises her hands in the air and waits for her opponent to come out.

The crowd begins booing as soon as a picture of a dragon appears on the Honor Tron. “Gimme Chocolate” by Babymetal begins playing, Winter Elemental and Tatsu Ikeda come out from behind the curtains. They laugh together as they hold onto each other’s hands, skipping down the aisle, pointing and laughing at fans as they pass.

Liam: And their opponents... Winter Elemental, and Tatsu Ikeda, the Hardcore Tag Team Champions, the Kawaii Dragons!!!

The crowd continues to boo them more as Winter and Tatsu make it to the bottom of the ramp. Tatsu and Winter slide in the ring. They prance around with the belts, rubbing them, and their cuteness in the faces of the fans. They settle into their corner, laughing and joking together as they hand their belts over to the referee and wait for their opponents.


Ding! Ding! Ding!

Gena: Kawaii Dragons leave the ring and go underneath it to grab there kendo sticks! Eric and Cindy slide out the ring, The Kawaii Dragons swing there kendo sticks almost daring them to get close.

Chad: Eric looks at Cindy and points towards as. Cindy runs around to the otherside as Eric gets closer to the Kawaii Dragons but still keeps his distance. Winter turns to watch Cindy who goes to grab a chair.

Gena: Winter goes after Cindy who throws the chair at her. Winter dodges it as Cindy gets another chair and throws it at Winter again. Winter dodges the second chair, Cindy throws a third chair and that one hits Winter on her shoulder.

Tatsu: AHHHHHH!!!!!

Gena: Tatsu yells as she charges at Cindy, Cindy tries to grab another chair but Tatsu jumps over Winter swinging her kendo stick, she nails Cindy’s arm causing her to drop the chair.

Chad: Tatsu hits Cindy again the the arm with the kendo stick then kicks her in the shin bone. Eric tries to help but Winter trips Eric up as she wraps her arms around his ankles.

Gena: Eric falls on the floor as Tatsu keeps attacking Cindy. Eric tries to crawl but Winter won’t let go. Eric grabs Winters kendo stick and whacks her on her back!

Chad: Oh no, Tatsu saw that!

Tatsu: AHHHH!!!!

Gena: Tatsu turns her body around and nails Eric in the face with her kendo stick! Tatsu swings and hits Eric again the in face. Winter gets up and charges at Cindy who nails Winter as she throws a chair to her head!

Chad: Oh crap, Tatsu saw that!

Tatsu: AHHHHH!!!!

Gena: Tatsu goes to swing her kendo stick to Cindy but Cindy hits a Superkick on Tatsu! Tatsu stumbles back before tripping over Eric’s body landing back to the floor. Cindy picks Winter up and Bodyslams her too the barricade.

Chad: Cindy goes over to check on Eric who hasn’t moved. Tatsu tries to kick Cindy but Cindy blocks it. Tatsu swings her kendo stick but Cindy gets up to get out the way. Tatsu does a Kip Up landing on Eric’s chest!

Gena: Tatsu goes to swing her kendo stick but Cindy hits a Spear knocking Tatsu off of Eric. Winter gets back to her feet as Cindy gets on top of Tatsu nailing her with blow to her face…

Chad: Winter sees what’s going on. This ain’t good!

Winter: AHHHHH!!!!

Chad: Winter runs and kicks Eric on the chest then jumps over him to get to Cindy. Winter grabs Cindy’s hair to pull her off of Tatsu. Winter goes for a Neckbreaker but Cindy manages to turn around and push Winter away knocking her to the ringpost!

Gena: Tatsu gets p and hits a dropkick to the back of Cindy. Cindy stumble over to Winter, Winter stumbles back hitting the ringpost again. Dr. Smith gets up from his chair to now check on Eric who has yet to move.

Chad: This is not good, Dr. Smith gets his arms up in a X. For those at home, that is a sign that a stretcher is needed.

Gena: Well, if he is out of the match, Cindy will be all alone unless the ref or Dr. Smith call the match. Tatsu grans Cindy from behind for a German Suplex but Cindy blocks it. EMT’S make there way to ringside.

Chad: Tatsu keeps trying a Suplex but Cindy keeps countering. Winter walks up to Cindy and hits a Hard Chop to her chest. Tatsu now hits a German Suplex on Cindy as EMT’S get Eric on the stretcher.

Gena: The back of Cindy’s head hits the barricade. Tatsu gets on top of Cindy for the cover!

Chad: Cindy kicks out! Tatsu lets g and gets to her feet. The Kawaii Dragons turn to see EMT’s on the other side of the ring taking Eric away. Winter and Tatsu now start kicking Cindy as they double team her.

Gena: Looks like the ref is allowing this match to go on. Tatsu goes back on top of Cindy for the cover.

Chad: Cindy kicks out again! Tatsu gets up as Winter grabs Cindy and throws her back in the ring. Tatsu and Winter get on the apron and each take a turnbuckle. They get on top and jump off for Kawaii Elbow Drops!

Gena: Winter gets on top of Cindy for the cover!

Gena: Winter gets off as tatsu gets on top for the cover.

Chad: Another kick out by Cindy. Tatsu gets off of Cindy, Winter gets Cindy to her feet. Tatsu kicks Cindy in the gut. Winter grabs Cindy and lifts her for a Powerbomb! Tatsu runs and jumps on top of the turnbuckle… Winter hits the Powerbomb as Tatsu jumps off and hits a 450 Splash for the cover!

Chad: CINDY KICKS OUT!!!!

Gena: Kawaii Dragons can’t believe it! Tatsu gets Cindy back to her feet. Winter leaves the ring and grabs the kendo sticks. Tatsu hits a Dropkick… No she misses as Cindy moves to the left. Tatsu gets back to her feet but eats a clothesline from Cindy.

Chad: Winter slides back in the ring, Cindy backs away, Tatsu rolls over to get next to Winter before getting to her feet.

Gena: Winter hands Tatsu a kendo stick. This is just sick, they already have a two on one advantage and they still want to use those damn kendo sticks. Cindy backs up to the counter as the Kawaii Dragons stalk her like prey.

Chad: Bam!!! Winter nails Cindy on her leg as Tatsu hits her arm, Winter hits the leg again as Tatsu nails Cindy in the chest. Kawaii Dragons take turns hitting Cindy as she tries to block as many as possible.

Gena: The crowd looks up at the rampway as Eric Weaver is walking back to the ring as the EMT’s try to keep him back. Tatsu goes for another swing but Cindy drops to the mat. Winter gets on top for the cover.

Chad: Cindy kicks out yet again This is just reflexes as Cindy is out of it but just refuses to lose. The Kawaii Dragons look to be really frustrated now. EMT’s manages to hold Eric back as the Kawaii Dragons go back to attack Cindy with the Kendo Sticks.

Gena: Dr. Weaver finally comes out and orders her younger brother to get to the back.

Chad: Is that his sister telling him or the doctor ordering him as he is refusing and keeps walking down to ringside. Dr. Weaver calls for SCU security to come help out. Eric gets on the apron and gets the Kawaii Mist!!! (Tatsu red mist & Winter’s white mist)

Gena: Security get to ringside a bit to late as Eric gets the mist, blinding him.EMT’S take him to the back.  

Chad: Kawaii Dragons turn around to see Cindy getting back to her feet but barely… Kawaii Superkick!

Gena: Tatsu goes for the cover!

Chad: Cindy kicks out!!!!

Gena: No one better not say that Cindy has no heart as she just refuses to stay down. Winter and tatsu start arguing with the ref about the count but with no luck.

Chad: Winter turns Cindy around. Tatsu holds on to Cindy’s leg, Winter swings her kendo stick and hits the back of Cindy’s left knee.

Gena: Cindy yells in severe pain as Winter hits her again. Winter goes for a third then a forth... Tatsu gets up and tackles Winter!?

Chad: Tatsu is calming Winter down as she has snapped by the looks of it. Tatsu and Winter get up as Tatsu takes the kendo away from winter… Tatsu turns around and nails Cindy on the back of the head with the kendo stick!

Ding! Ding! Ding!

Liam: The timekeeper has rung the bell as we have reached the matches time limit!  This match is a time limit draw, therefore still the Hardcore Tag Team Champions… Tatsu Ikeda and Winter Elemental… A Gift’s Kawaii Dragons!!!!

Gimmie Chocolate by Babymetal starts to play as they just leave the ring to grab their titles. The ref goes to check on Cindy. Kawaii Dragons get halfway up the ramp when all of a sudden we see Cindy trying to get up on her own, leaning on the ropes as she gets on the microphone.

Cindy: You may still have the titles but you didn’t win, the two of you couldn’t beat me. Your no champions, your just lucky, I would've beat both of you if I had more time. Your trash!

Gena: Not smart Cindy.

Kawaii Dragons run back to the ring and grab Cindy for a Double Suplex. They each get on top of a turnbuckle as the crowd start to pop loudly, we see Shelby Holt and Ivory Sullivan run down the ramp and knock the champions off the turnbuckles. They then grab the kendo sticks, Ivory starts hitting Tatsu as Shelby starts nailing Winter.

The New Foundation keep hitting the Kawaii Dragons until they go down and stay down. SCU Security finally arrive but the New Foundation throw the kendo sticks at the champions and walk up the ramp together. They turn around to face the ring and place there arms by their waist letting it known they are coming for the Hardccore Tag Team titles as we go off the air.
