"You're a great Actor..."

 ON CAMERA

“My story begins just like any other kid who dreams of fame, fortune and might I add, stunning good looks...”

The blonde man offers a cheesy smile, posing in what could only be described as a ‘model pose’ before quickly looking back down at the paper in front of him. He is very attractive. Although the rest of his body cannot be seen, there is no much left to the imagination seeing how tightly his grey T-shirt clings to his pectoral muscles and upper arms.

“I grew up on the outskirts of Tucson. The heat made your skin dry. I am glad my mother knew the importance of great skin. I started on a regime of moisturizers from a very young age. Of course, my mother, being a single parent, had the difficult task of raising me all alone. She saw an add for models and right from the age of 6 months I was a star.”

He is smiling again. It seems to go too long. Almost like he is stuck in that position. That is until, a hand moves in front of his face and snaps loudly. The man suddenly comes to attention.

“Wha...?”

A disembodied voice answers him

“You were daydreaming again.”

The body of the other man becomes the sole thing seen by the camera before it shuts off.

OFF-CAMERA

Chester L. Bannington Esquire - Agent Extraordinaire (Because Chester was a man of extreme prestige, of course) moved to sit on the desk in front of his client, not known yet to the SCW world. He crosses his arms over his chest and gives his client a stern, but not angry look.

Chester: “What is bothering you? The last time you kept going off into space was when you were nervous over that gum commerical?”

His Client, The burly blonde with a swell cleft in his chin, chews his bottom lip at first.

Burly Blonde: “Well, this job is a lot different than any of the others. I don't want to fail.”

His voice has changed from the confident man that fans had seen only moments ago. He displays a vulnerability you would not expect. Chester puts a hand on his shoulder, which only emphasizes that Mr. Bannington is rather underwhelming in size. He is even smaller than an average man so up next to his client, his small stature was further emphasized.

Chester: “Tyler. What have I always told you?”

Tyler gives a look like he is stuck in a set of headlights. He tries to remember. Then his lips form an ‘O’ as the answer comes to him.

Tyler: “Failure creates character?”

Chester sighs and shakes his head.

Chester: “You only say that in front of a camera. Never let anyone know what is really going on. So no, I told you that there is always a way to turn a situation around to benefit you. So, if you lose a match, we find a loophole to take the attention away. You are never going to look bad with me managing you.”

Tyler still looks a little unsure.

Chester: “You are also one of the most brilliant actors I know and hey, didn't you say that you grew up loving this shit?”

Tyler nods, his long locks bouncing on his shoulders, looking like someone out of a shampoo commercial.

Tyler: “Being a fan and actually doing it are two different things though. I know they are not going to take me seriously.”

Chester hops off the table.

Chester: “Don’t show them it bothers you. That is where their power comes from. Don’t give it to them and they have nothing. This industry is all about mental intimidation before a match. If you act like it doesn't bother you, they go in unsteady. Then you take advantage. I mean look at the size of you. You can take out an average sized guy with one punch...”

Tyler smiles ear to ear.

Tyler: “Well there was that one paparazzi...”

Chester slaps the big man on the shoulder.

Chester: “That’s the spirit Ty-baby. You got this and all those guys won’t know how to take you.”

Chester walks away and Tyler readjusts himself before reaching for the camera again.
