 {The scene opens in the locker room right after Climax Control last Sunday. Keira is shown taking her boots off, a slightly dejected look on her face. She tosses them aside and she is about to take off her wrestling top, when she spots Roxi out of the corner of her eye. She stops, giving Roxi a long look.}

Roxi – Hey.

Keira – … Hey.

{Keira pulls of her top, as Roxi walks into the room, looking a little sheepish as she cautiously approaches.}

Roxi – I just…. Want to say that, I am very proud of you. You didn’t hold back, you tricked me a couple of times, you pulled out all the stops. You did what you had to go, and I will forever respect that. I love you Keira.

{Keira doesn’t really acknowledge it at first, as she places her gear in her back and sits back down on the bench. She finally looks over sighs at Roxi.}

Keira – I love you too. Come here to get revenge for me losing?

Roxi – No. Of course not. Look, I know how bad you wanted to win. If it was anybody else Keira, Anybody at all, I would be behind you 100%. I’d back you against anyone, Okay, that’s not the point here. I’m just glad that we got out of that match healthy, and happy. I know  you have another match to get through, but I wanted you to know how proud I am, of all you have accomplished, and how far you’ve come from our first match a couple years ago.

{Keira looks away, and nods, still a little upset at her loss.}

Keira – T… Thanks.

Roxi – I know how much it sucks to be out of the this tournament, but, would you rather I did it, or that someone like Alexis did it? See, there’s a bright side to this.

{Keira can’t help but smirk as Roxi sits down next to her and gives her a hug.}

Keira – Yeah, I guess. It could have been worse.

Roxi – Not only that, we had the best match, just like we always wanted. All the eyes of SCW, we’re on us. We were, our own main event.

Keira – True. I don’t even remember what followed us.

Roxi – Neither do I.

Keira – Well… *sigh* I guess, one down, and one to go.

Roxi – Yeah. But in that match, you can actually kick some butt, and take it to the level you need.

{Keira stands up, and stretches.}

Keira – Yeah. I know. Just… do me a favor?

Roxi – Anything.

Keira – If I… go back to the dark place I was before…. Stop me.

{Roxi looks confused by what Keira is asking.}

Roxi – I… I don’t want to lose you to that darkness…

Keira – Just… promise me.

Roxi – I… I will.

{Keira smiles a bit.}

Keira – Thanks. And… one more favor?

Roxi – Okay?

Keira – Win this damn tournament, and take Mikah out!

{Roxi smiles at Keira, stands, and kisses her on the cheek.}

Roxi – I will do my best.

Keira – Good.

{Keira gathers up her gear bag, as Roxi does the same.}

Keira – Ready?

Roxi – Ready.

{Keira places a hand on Roxi’s shoulder, and then transmit away, headed towards Keira’s next match as the scene fades on the empty room.}

{The scene opens inside of a casting studio. Three young ladies, sit, curious and anxious about their chances to get the part in some kind of film. They sit on the couch as some talking can be heard behind a closed door. The name on the door reads “John Gilmore, Casting Agent” The talking can be heard, but in more or less unintelligible. Finally, something behind the door slams, and the door flies open. From there, another woman storms out, adjusting her hair and blouse, but looking incredibly angry.}

John Gilmore – Cindy! It was a mistake!

Cindy – Fuck. Off.

{Cindy then turns and pushes back John to go back into the room, and grab her purse. She pushes past him again as she exits. She heads to the door, before turning back to address the other three ladies.}

Cindy – Word to the wise ladies, this guy…. Isn’t going to get you any parts, he just wants to touch yours!

{Cindy slams the door as she exits in a huff, the three women look at John, who takes out his comb and fixes his hair, shaking his head.}

John Gilmore – I’m sorry ladies, that bird is just cuckoo. Don’t let her disrupt what could be the chance of a lifetime!

{John says this will all the sincerity of used car salesman. The three ladies look at each other in disgust, and confusion as they then turn and gather their things. John pleads with them to stay.}

John Gilmore – No! No come on, dolls! You can’t believe that bitch! She’s whacked! And she’s a bad actress! She’ll never work in this town again!

{The three ladies ignore John and pick up and leave. Jack runs out after them as they all three go in different directions.}

John Gilmore – Come on! Please come back!

{They ignore him and keep moving. Dejected, John walks back into his office, and slams the door.}

John Gilmore – That bitch!

{John turns off the sign in his window and retreats back into his office. He plops himself down in her chair and reaches into the drawer and pulls out a bottle of scotch, and a shot glass. He sets them on the desk, and pours himself a shot, sloppily spilling some on the papers on his desk. He downs the shot in one gulp and replaces it in the drawer. He sighs heavily, before grabbing a napkin to clean up his spill.}

John Gilmore – They don’t know who I am! They want to ruin me!

{There is a knock at his door, he looks up, angry.}

John Gilmore – Go away! We’re closed!

{The door is opened, and a woman in a business outfit and glasses peeks her head in.}

John Gilmore – Diane…

Diane – Mr. Gilmore… I take it there are no more openings?

John Gilmore – Very funny Diane.

Diane – Boss, That was… not even 10 minutes of my break… That’s got to be some kind of record.

{John is not amused by Diane’s attempt at levity.}

John Gilmore – Are you done? You wanna bust my balls some more?

{Diane sighs, she knows the deal.}

Diane – Sorry Mr. Gilmore. I was… just trying to lighten the mood.

John Gilmore – Diane…

{John is about to yell at her, but the raised hand and finger point give way to a more sympathetic look. He just waves her off.}

John Gilmore – Go home Diane…

Diane – You… sure? You going to be okay?

{Diane opens the door further and stands in the doorway, obviously concerned.}

John Gilmore – Yeah… I’ll be fine. Go home to your kids.

{Diane still looks concerned as she turns and shakes her head, closing the door and leaving John to be alone in his misery. John again reaches into the desk drawer and pulls out his bottle and glass, but looks at the glass and scoffs, before tossing it behind him, removing the lid from the bottle itself, and taking a huge swing. The bottle is emptied out, and John looks at it, and chucks it across the room, shattering it against the wall. He looks even angrier as there’s another knock at the door.}

John Gilmore – I’m fine Diane! Go home!

{John runs his hands through his hair, lowering his head and slumping on the desk. The knock happens again.}

John Gilmore – I said I was fine!

{John picks up his head just slightly, really annoyed. The knock happens one more time, this time almost a pounding on the door.}

John Gilmore – What the fuck?!

{John knows now that it’s not Diane, but rather someone who has to be male. He shakily gets up and reaches into another drawer, revealing his Glock pistol. He slowly pulls it up to his chest like he’s seen in movies. He begins moving to towards the door.}

John Gilmore – Look asshole, we’re closed! No more auditions today!

{John reaches slowly for the door handle, waiting for another knock. One that never comes. After a few seconds, he figures the person who was knocking his since left. He breathes a sigh of relief and heads back to sit down in his chair, but the loud knock happens again. John turns and wipes his mouth, instead of fear, there is now a whole lot of anger and annoyance.}

John Gilmore – I said we’re closed! Now fuck –

{John flings open the door to a pistol right in his face. He is distracted by the barrel pointing right between his eyes, so he doesn’t see the side kick catch him flush in the chest. It sends him reeling back into the office to the ground. He looks up, clutching his round stomach to see two women. One of them, Amelia, the other, now her sidekick or henchwoman, Amelia keeps he pistol pointed right at John, as Lei walks in, having used the side kick.}

Amelia – Hello Mr. Gilmore!

{Amelia is of course, psychotically cheerful, and then fires off the pistol at the floor a few feet in front of John. He screams, and clutches his pistol, preparing to use it..}

Amelia – I wouldn’t try to use that thing if I were you. The next one won’t miss. Lei?

{Lei steps on John’s wrist and snatches it away from John. He groans in pain as Lei simply places the pistol in her pocket. Amelia, gun still trained, put the barrel up to John’s nose as she kneels down, smiling like a lunatic.}

Amelia – Well John, I know this is short notice, and… I don’t have an appointment but, I was wondering if you maybe could help me out.

John Gilmore – S….s….sure… I… I guess… H-H-H-H-How… can I h-h-help?

Amelia – mmm… I like a man who gets results. Now, I need a favor, because I want to be a star! A star in the world!

John Gilmore – S-s-s sure sweetheart…

Amelia – Great.  You hear that Lei? John’s gonna make me a star!

{There is almost genuine excitement in Amelia’s voice. She grins wide and looks up at Lei, who says nothing and folds her arms. Keeping the barrel trained on John, and still point right at his nose. Amelia jerks him to his feet.}

Amelia – So, how much are you charging?

{John is taken aback by the question, but Amelia just starts laughing.}

Amelia – Hahahaha… Silly me, you’re not going to charge me at all, are you?

{Amelia does the “duh” hand sigh with the gun in her hand, and then just shoots it off haphazardly,  busting out the lights, John yells, panicked, but Amelia simply sticks the gun right back in his face. He grin replaced by a look of malice.}

Amelia – Are you?

{John shakes his head violently from side to side. And just like that, Amelia’s grin returns, and she throws an arm around John.}

Amelia – Very good! I’d hate to see what happened to me, happen to all the other ladies of this town.

John Gilmore – Huh?

{Amelia jabs him on the ribs in the barrel.}

Amelia – Hush. We must go John-boy! We’re going to have a special audience for this permier! Lei… if you could.

{Lei takes out a can of spray paint, and simply tags “Amelia” on the wall. Then she walks out and opens the door as Amelia leads John outside. Lei then opens the drunk of their car and the two force John in.}

Amelia – Sorry, this is only a two seater. So, you’ll have to ride here.

{Lei reaches in and grabs the red gas can out from the trunk. John looks horrified.}

John Gilmore – What…. What is that for?

{Lei then starts doucing John in the gas!}

John Gilmore – Oh…. Oh! NO! NO! NO! Please!

Amelia – That’s for asking questions. Ask another one, and we’ll just do the 2nd half of the job right here.

John Gilmore – Okay! Okay!

{John holds up his hands, as Amelia shuts the lid. Lei pours only a little gas on the ground of John’s casting office. Not really enough to burn the place down, and she only does it in a big circle. She takes a lighter from her pocket, and sets the circle on fire, before getting into the getaway car and starting it. Amelia cackles as the store is on fire. She pulls out a phone and dials 911}

Amelia – Hello? Hello 911? …. YES…. I Think you should get down to John Gilmore’s casting office! It’s on fire!... Yes, and tell Lady Bedlam and Lady Kat to be there… this could be BIG!

{Amelia then hangs up, and chucks the throwaway phone into the fire. She laughs again as she and Lei speed off.}

{Inside of Roxi and Keira’s condo, Roxi finishes putting away the Thanksgiving leftovers, as she looks at Keira, who is leaned back on the couch with a plate of food in her lap.}

Roxi – You almost done with that?

Keira – Uh-huh.

{Keira quickly scrapes the last remnants of food into her mouth and gulps it down. She gets up and puts the plate in the sink.}

Roxi – Well… I think everyone had fun.

Keira – Well… maybe not Christine.

Roxi – I don’t know what the heck is wrong with her. It seems nothing we do really helps.

Keira – I wish I knew.  Ugh…

{Roxi walks with Keira back to the couch for them to snuggle up together.}

Keira – This has been a much better week than the last one.

Roxi – I’l say.

Keira – I mean, no huge matches, no villains, no trouble. We’ve needed a week like this for a long time.

Roxi – Yeah, I mean, I do have that tournament match.

{Keira sighs.}

Keira – Yeah… Just win.

Roxi – It’s not like Melanie and Sam are pushovers…

Keira – I know you can do it. With this stress-free week… I know you and I both feel rejuvenated.

Roxi – Yeah. I am feeling much better, and seeing family and friends did help.

Keira – Well, you’re not facing me this week, but I know Mel is our friend too.

Roxi – Yeah, she is. Mel is good people though. I think our match will bring out the best in both of us. Sam being there is odd, but she seems pretty cool too. I am really looking forward to this.

Keira – Plus, you already know you can beat her.

Roxi – Well… I mean, we beat her and Lucy… but really, they weren’t at the level they are now. They’ve definitely raised their games. Mel’s the Roulette champion now. Lucy’s doing awesome too.

Keira – Still, with this week off… you’ll be ready.

{Roxi smiles, and snuggles closer to Keira.}

Roxi – Thanks my love.

Keira – Of course.

{The two keep cuddling together, holding each other close.}

Keira – I just want to lay here with you forever. Finally some peace…

{And, as if on cue, the wrist communicator goes off. Roxi and Keira look at each other and Keira groans.}

Keira – Me and my big mouth.

{Roxi gets up and answers the call.}

Roxi – Yes Vision?

Keira – This better be good!

{Roxi glares at Keira.}

Roxi – Sorry, what’s up?

Vision – We’ve have a kidnapping and arson in the area.

Roxi – Two crimes?

Vision – Actually no, this was at the same place. Police were called and told to check from the pre-paid phone. It happened at John Gilmore’s casting office.

Roxi – How do they know he was kidnapped?

Vision – Well… he’s gone, secretary said she saw a car pull up right after she left. She just put two and two together. Plus… the fire wasn’t anything big, just enough for attention.

Roxi – So… this wasn’t his own doing?  How do they know? I mean, people run insurance scams all the time.

Vision – They wouldn’t burn a small hole in the floor, they’d burn the building down. The gas was just dumped there, seemingly on purpose. Plus…

Roxi – Vision?

Keira – What’s the deal?

Vision – There was a name tagged on the wall in spray paint.

Roxi – Oh, so this should be open and shut… who… wait…

Vision – Yeah…

{Roxi has a moment of realization, and Vision’s answer confirms her fears.}

Roxi – Alright.

Vision – Also, the caller specifically asked… for you two.

Roxi – That narrows it down. Amelia.

Vision – Yeah, I’m afraid so.

Roxi – She wants our attention. We’ll get right over.

Vision – Police investigation is nearly wrapped on the crime scene.

Roxi – We’re on it. Thanks Vision.

{Roxi ends the call and looks at Keira, who is already heading towards the bedroom.}

Roxi – You alright?

Keira – I’ll be fine. It’s been a few days, I feel a lot better. We need to stop Amelia.

Roxi – Right.

{Roxi and Keira suit up, and head to the crime scene.}

{Roxi and Keira head to the crime scene, headed by Lt. Murphy, who scoffs and crushes out his cigarette as soon as he sees them.}

Lt. Murphy – Friends of yours?

Roxi – Good to see you too.

Lt. Murphy – Don’t give me that. They called looking for you. Wanted to make sure you’re here. Way I see it? You guys created this mess.

Keira – Because we can figure out what a lunatic is going to do.

Roxi – Just…. Tell us what you got.

Lt. Murphy – Kidnapping vic is John Gilmore, runs this casting agency. Obviously not the best in town or anything. Been brought up many times on sexual harassment charges.

Keira – Pig.

Lt. Murphy – Yeah, anyway, had 4 appointments today, so says the calendar and appointment book we found.  All 4 women were contacted for a statement, 3 all left together, one still wants to press charges for harassment against him too. But the three all saw him go back into the office before they made it home.

Roxi – So… Amelia came here after that. Why would she kidnap this shulb?

Lt. Murphy – At one time, Gilmore was pretty important. Had ties to some major studios. Movies and television. Fell on the hard times obviously.

Keira – Couldn’t keep his hand out of the cookie jar then…

Lt. Murphy – Looks that way. Office wasn’t ransacked, safe still locked. Nothing was done besides the small fire, and the kidnapping.

Roxi – Still doesn’t answer why. There’s something to this.

Keira – Maybe Amelia got harassed?

Roxi – Still… she would have just killed him if that was the case

Lt. Murphy – Nice to see the rosey outlook.

Roxi – Funny. Amelia’s a lunatic, but she wouldn’t have kidnapped someone so random, for no reason other than to get our attention. Gilmore would be dead if that was the case. Since she’s got him, it’s obvious she’s still got use for him.

Keira – That usage is to get to us. But I don’t even know what this even is. There’s nothing to go on, besides her getting out attention. No ransom note, no damage… nothing.

Roxi – It doesn’t add up to me either.

Lt. Murphy – It’s your mess heroes, you clean it up. We’ll do our job to track him down, but it’s obvious the nutcase is all yours.

Roxi – Gee, glad to see the rosey outlook.

Lt. Murphy – Keep it up. Keep it up.

{Murphy turns and walks away in disgust. He lights up another cigarette as he heads towards his car.}

Keira – So… what now?

Roxi – Murphy?

Lt. Murphy – Yeah?

Roxi – What studios did Gilmore have connections to?

Lt. Murphy – All the local cable channels, specifically WFTS. Plan on storming the news station?

Roxi – No…

{Roxi turns to Keira.}

Roxi – We’re going to go watch some TV.

Murphy – ….

{Murphy just shrugs and heads back to his car, entering it and driving away. Keira turns to Roxi, confused.}

Keira – Watch TV? Amelia is out there.

Roxi – Exactly, and she’s going to want our attention again soon.

Keira – So we just leave this guy kidnapped?!

Roxi – No. She wants us to find him, and find her. I know how she operates. I just don’t know why Gilmore of all people would be worth it.

Keira – Guy is a slimeball.

Roxi – Yeah… Come on, let’s go home.

{Roxi and Keira fly back to their condo.}

{Re-entering, Roxi turns to Keira and places her hands on her shoulders.}

Roxi – Turn on WFTS.

Keira – You think she’ll broadcast?

Roxi – Soon enough.

Keira – What are you going to do?

Roxi – I need to contact Vision.

{Roxi does so, Vision answers.}

Vision – Anything new?

Roxi – Need some more information.

Vision – Oh, you mean about the sidekick?

Roxi – If you have that, yes, but right now, I need information on John Gilmore, and any connection he would have had with Amelia.

Vision – Rox, I…. I don’t have anything on Amelia’s personal file. She’s a blank.

Roxi – Perhaps this is the first step to filling in those blanks.

Vision – I’ll dig up what I can on Gilmore.

Roxi – Thanks Vision, let me know the moment you find anything.

Vision – I will.

{Roxi ends the call, and turns, only to see Keira standing there.}

Keira – Sidekick?

Roxi – Yeah, sidekick… some Asian woman.

Keira – How do you know?

Roxi – Because… because when I went out while you were training, I encountered Amelia.

Keira – WHAT?! Why didn’t you say anything?!

Roxi – Because you were training, I didn’t want to interrupt you or make you lose focus.

Keira – I could have helped!

Roxi – It was nothing. Just another warning. Only this time, that Asian woman snuck on me with a pipe. I don’t know her affiliation with Amelia, if at all, but they seemed buddy-buddy.

Keira – So now it’s a fair fight! Now I’m even more pissed you didn’t say anything.

Roxi – Let’s just focus on the bigger picture for now Keira. I did that because you were already nervous enough. I protect you, much like everyone else. In fact, even more so.

Keira – Rox… I have POWERS! I’m fine. I can heal! I don’t need protection, at least not any more than those who don’t have powers!

{Roxi just hugs Keira in response.}

Roxi – It’s just… how important you are to me. And how much I need you.

{Keira bites her lip, still angry, but beginning to understand. She nods as they break the hug.}

Keira – I… I know.

Roxi – Let’s just focus, okay. We’ve got to find Amelia.

Keira – Yeah… you’re right.

{Roxi and Keira head back to the living room as they sit on the couch.}

Keira – You think she will show?

Roxi – She has to at some point. I really don’t think she kidnapped him at random.

Keira – She is crazy.

Roxi – Sometimes, like a fox.

{Keira turns to Roxi, eying her suspiciously. Roxi notices and holds her hands up, shrugging.}

Roxi – What?

Keira – You treat her with more respect than I’ve ever seen you treat a villain. When…. When I had my… encounter, you didn’t even bother to strike her! Who is Amelia? What the heck is she doing to you?

Roxi – What? Nothing?! As far as we know, Amelia has no powers, no skills, nothing. She’s a complete blank. So now, what can we do? I have all this power, WE have all this power, and yet, we can’t kill her. I mean, how could we? And that only makes her a martyr, and only strengthens the people like Lt. Murphy’s stance that we’re bad. We can’t go that far, you know that.

Keira – But you’re treating her with kid gloves. You fought with Claire for goodness sake!

Roxi – I…. I know, and that was extremely difficult. But I wasn’t still struggling with my powers back then, and…. I still didn’t know, that Claire could get the way she did. But when she came after you… that was it. She came after everyone I held dear. I don’t know what Amelia’s obsession with me is. I’m determined to find out though, and then, put an end to her.

Keira – I am too, but… Amelia is… different.

Roxi – I know. Let’s just… keep watching, we need to make sure.

{Roxi and Keira keep watching as the scene fades.}

{The scene opens with Amelia and Lei getting out a their car, at a building labeled “Palmer Studios” The “p”has fallen off and smashed to the ground. Lei and Amelia open the trunk and pulls Gilmore out, and he panics.}

John Gilmore – What…. What is this place? Why are you doing this?

Amelia – What did we say about questions?

{John quickly shuts up.}

Amelia – But, since you asked so scared, you’re gonna be here a while. Well, til the big reveal. But don’t worry, you won’t be alone. We have still a few more guests to round up.

{Lei opens the door, and inside, are a group of 3 henchmen, dressed in the same black shirt and black pants combo. Amelia tosses John to them.}

Amelia – Take care of our guest. He’ll have company soon.

{Amelia chuckles as she turns to Lei, who closes the door, leaving John with the henchmen as the scene fades.}

Well, I’m not going to lie, last week was brutal. I in no way took pleasure in the fact that I had to face my wife, and had to beat my wife to get in the finals of this tournament. But, as I said, I would have rather done this now, than in the finals. Even though Keira would have been in the finals if she had any other opponent last week. I believe very much so in my wife and her abilities, and I am happy to have wrestled her again, and seen just how much she has improved, and boy howdy, she has. Trust me when I say a punch to the jaw from her, probably hurt more than anyone who has ever punched me. Including some of the baddest bad guys I’ve fought. She rocked me. I am also proud that she didn’t hold back on me. I got it all last week that I couldn’t do it to her, and I didn’t. I gave her my best, just like she gave me. I am forever proud of my wife and her accomplishments, and proud to see the great wrestler, fighter, and hero she has become today. I just… didn’t want to have to be the one to end her dream of getting a bombshell’s title match. It just… ended up working out that way. I don’t hold it against SCW, it’s what the drawing was, and we, Team Hero, made the most of it. If there is one good thing that came out of that, is the fact the we, in fact, delivered when it counted. We did what was asked, we tore the house down, we got a ton of congrats from everyone, and we gave the people what they wanted to see. For that, I am very proud.

And then to top it off and watch my wife and Jenni almost kill each other in a Hell in A Cell match… I could not watch without cringing each time they did something. I know Keira is tough, she’s proven that over and over, I just feared she would go too far. And I am thankful she didn’t. She came back to me, not only a winner, but more importantly, a survivor. I know she practically collapsed in my arms, I know she could barely move the next day and for a few days after, but she never ceases to amaze me with how much she can endure. That week was harder for her than it was me.

Now that that’s said, I am very glad it’s over.

Now the focus shifts to this week, and facing both Melanie and Sam in the finals. When this tournament first started, and I was entered in, I was content just being in it. I mean, I expected to do well, reaching the finals? I don’t know, I guess I underestimated myself. I’m not saying that I COULDN’T do it, I’m just saying that the road I was on, seems like it was put there just to soften me up for this finals. I mean, one week, I’m facing a psychopath who tried to possibly murder me with a chainsaw, who also cracked my head open which required concussion tests and 3 staples to close, and then I go on and face my wife… I mean, goodness…

But then again, this is SCW, and I never asked for an easy road, or an easy schedule. I face whoever SCW puts in front of me, and I do my best to walk away a winner. It could be Alexis Edwards, Amy Marshall, so on and so forth. I just try to give the fans their money’s worth, and steal the show and make people remember. Champions have come and gone in SCW and some are forgetful. I just want people to know that, even with the tag team championship around my waist, that’s one goal down, but being the bombshell’s champion a third time? That would be special.

Now, much like with Keira, and how much I hated putting her dreams of being Bombshell’s champion to bed, I have to do it once again this week with Sam Marlowe. I know, it’s kind of a shock to see her here, but you know, I like Sam. She’s got the desire, the heart, and all the tools one would need to be a champion in this, or any company, heck, if I wasn’t in this tournament, and Keira wasn’t either, I would be pulling for Sam. I love a good underdog story, and I know that one day Sam is going to be something special. I know she’s an underdog, but it’s no accident she’s in the finals. It’s not an accident to beat Raynin. Not even close. I like Sam, and I am sure, one day, she will be a champion.

But, that’s not going to happen anytime before we come home from this year long overseas trip.

I hate to burst bubbles like that. I really do. I’m not the type of person who takes pleasure in ruining others dreams, and hopes. It just happens that an awful lot of the time, I am thrust into that spot, for the sake of my own career. I mean, when Melanie debuted, who was her opponent? Keira and I. And I pinned Melanie. I mean, seriously. I never wanted something like that for Mel. She is my friend and she has been a friend for a while now. I am so happy for her success in SCW, and well as UWF. She’s on fire right now, and not too many people have been able to beat her. That says something. The company I am in in this triple threat match is absurd. The level of talent is off the charts, and I even feel a little out of place.

I mean, I never measured my own greatness. I don’t consider myself, “Great” by any stretch. I just, go do my job to the best of my abilities, and I have fun. For me, winning a match isn’t the end all-be all. I mean, I never beat Odette or Delia in a one on one match. I still hold the record for shortest bombshell’s title reign in SCW because I wasn’t good enough to be champion with my situation at the time. I’ve done goofed plenty in my career. I’ve had runs of bad luck, and good luck, and 2015 has been a wonderful year for me. I am so thankful I was able to do my best and make some people happy, and accomplish some goals. I needed to be able to do that with my wife, and That was amazing. But do I consider myself great? No. I’ve done a lot for, and in SCW. I’ve tried to make a bit of a difference, and I hope I was able to.  I may never join the ranks of Misty or Vixen as all-time greats or hall of famers, but I think I’ve done pretty well for myself.

But, this is not the end. I’m far from done, and far from conceding this match by any stretch of the imagination. I did not walk through a chainsaw wielding psycho, and then my own wife, just to come up short, against an upstart or another good friend on a hot streak. No, I came to win. I mean, if I don’t, my wife will probably kill me for coming up short after I had to beat her. She’s reminded me several times.

Not that it will be some kind of cake walk, because it won’t be. Sam and Mel are extremely talented, and they deserve be in the finals. No question about it in my mind. A run of luck going all the way to a title match, a champion vs champion showdown? Really, we’ve seen these. But the other option is me, winning this match, and getting another crack to be at the top, and possibly being the first to hold tag team gold and the bombshell’s title? How crazy would that be?

I for one, would really like to see that.

Well, my wife would too. Hahaha.

I’m not saying it’s going to happen for sure, but I will do everything in my power to walk away with yet another win. Either way, I am proud of my own effort, proud of my opponents, and proud for the opportunity. They say may the best woman win, and I have a feeling she will.

I mean me, of course.

I mean, I plan on being it on that night. That’s for sure. Mel and Sam will be ready, I’m sure of it. I will be  at the top of my game as well.

Just like I always am.

See you guys soon!
