ROXI JOHNSON v AMY MARSHALL
« Reply #1 on: June 20, 2015, 02:57:34 PM »
 I never ever considered the Internet title when it was introduced as another title and felt it was beneath me.  Also when you are fighting to keep the tag titles, Roulette title and/or Bombshell, you almost forest its there. After fighting for and winning the bombshell championship, I was on top of the world and I didn’t think about anything else, until I declared I was fighting champion and issued an open challenge, what a big fucking mistake.  Well as you know I lost the title to Raynin and even in my rematch and even the match to determine the number one contender.  All this left me a limbo and I had to think about what to do next… and well here what has happened so far.

::: FLASHBACK :::

Prince Abdul Aziz bin Musa'ed Stadium - Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
7th June 2015
Climax Control - 117

… Amy: Congratulations Roxi on your successful title defence, but I’m not out here to praise you… instead I’m out here to apologise. I know I did it last week, but I wanted to reiterate it and as I said… I know what I did was wrong and I should have simply asked you if I could have a shot… but instead I barrelled in like a bull in a china shop and I am truly sorry. Please accept this handshake and we can fight like adults and with respect. What do you say?

Amy sticks her hand out for the handshake…Roxi looks around, and although the fans are telling her not to, a smile crosses her face. From ringside, the attendant hands her the microphone.

Roxi: I have to apologize too. Last week, Keira got a little carried away, and I tried to tell her that you just got carried away. I'm glad we've got all this squared away. So from here on out, we've got a clean slate. I knew I was right about you Amy. I will gladly shake your hand.

Roxi shakes Amy's hand, as Amy smiles...

Amy: Apology...not accepted

Amy drills Roxi with the mic, before pulling Roxi in for a clothesline and hitting it, as the crowd erupt into booing. Amy then begins to lay in some boots into Roxi's prone body, before picking her up and drilling her with The Bad Girl. However, before Amy can do any further damage, Keira comes rushing out, but Amy is one step further ahead and climbs out of the ring and over the barrier and partway through the crowd. Keira checks on Roxi, as she shouts profanities and threats towards Amy, as Amy flips her off and uses the wrestlers universal sign for 'I Want the title' before disappearing.

::: Backstage :::

The scene opens backstage moments after Amy attacked Roxi Johnson, where we see Amy come rushing through as she watches her back as well as looking around corners in case Keira decided to leave Roxi’s side and chase her.

As she continues on, Amy smiles knowing that she is safe and sound, as Pussy Willow finds her and stops her.

“Can I have a few words with what you did out there?”

Pussy Willow asks.

“You can… but I am not going to stick around.”

“That’s fine.”

Pussy understands, as she looks around.

“Pussy, what I did out there, was I proved to Roxi how much of a gullible fool she is… I played her and I am not sorry for what I did and she can shove her apology up her ass, I want the Internet title and I’m going to do anything and everything I can to take it away from her.”

“But why throw your friendship away?”

“I’m not explaining myself now… so we are done here. Thanks Pussy.”

Amy stops the interview and walks away with a smile, as she once again continues heading back to the changing room, still looking over her shoulder and around corner.

The Irish Harp
Doha, Qatar
8:30pm

“Keep your eyes closed and no peeking.”

“Ok ok.”

The scene opens up in a taxicab as it travels down one of the many Doha streets, as we see Amy sitting in one of the backseats, as she looks around at the same time keeping an eye on the passenger beside her.

“Are we there yet?”

That person chuckles, as Amy gives him a push.

“Nearly.”

Amy spots the place that they are going to, as the driver slows and parks the cab outside the place they are going to, as Amy pays the driver the fare, as she grabs the passengers hand and drags him out of the taxicab.

“Eyes closed for a few more seconds.”

Amy closes the door, as she watches the cab drive off, as she stands in front of the passenger, who turns out to be Kris Halc.

“Open your eyes.”

He opens his eyes and look at Amy before looking at the building in front of him, which turns out to be an Irish styled bar, which appears to be busy but not with lots of people.

“Where did you find this place?”

“I overheard a couple of people mentioning this place, so I decided to inspect it this morning and they those people were right.”

Amy smiled and shrugged.

“Listening into conversations is always useful.  Lets go.”

Amy smiles, as Kris grabs Amy hands pulls her into the bar, where the place is decorated in the style of an Irish pub, where there is also Guinness and various other Irish beers, liquors and wines on tap.

“What would you like?”

Amy looks around at the drinks around the bar and in the fridges.

“Guinness please.”

Kris raises an eyebrow, where he orders something for himself before putting his money down.

“I don’t know how you can like that stuff.”

“I tried it when we were in Belfast back in February and I thought it was nice. Especially when they decorated it with a four leaf clover.”

Amy watches the barman pour the Guinness, as Kris surveys his surroundings, watching the few people inside the bar interact with each other, as a couple of TV’s have music stations on.

“Here go guys.”

“Thanks.”

The bar man places the beers on the bar, where Amy and Kris pick up their drinks and head over to an empty table by the juke box.  Sitting down, they take a few sips of their drinks, as Amy looks around.

“So what are you plans for this week for Roxi Johnson?”

Kris asks.

“I don’t know to be honest… Last week it was pre-planned because I knew that I was going to take her out regardless, this week I just don’t know.”

Amy shrugs.

“Maybe steal the title.”

“That isn’t exactly easy, she has no match and Keira is always around.”

Amy shrugged.

“Since when are you afraid of Keira?  And I’m sure you can find a way.  I have faith in you.”

Kris smiles.

“I’m not afraid of her, but she is always at Roxi’s side especially more so now.  But thanks for planting the idea into my head… just have to find the right moment.”

Amy takes another sip of her Guinness.

“You will find it… and the title would look good around your waist.”

Kris smiles.

“Thanks Kris. So how is it going with you and Liz? Still putty in your hands?”

Amy changes the subject.

“Still putty and still a sucker for me.”

Kris grins.

“Before we continue this conversation, ets get some shots in…

“That’s a great plan.”

Kris agrees, as the scene soon fades out, as Amy goes to the bar to get a few shots, while Kris heads to the jukebox and begins to check out the artists and songs, while waiting for Amy to come back.

Climax Control - 118

The previous week on Climax Control 117 and on CC118, Amy didn’t have a match, however, with no matches to compete in, it gave Amy a chance to watch the shows and even build up and fuel the feud between Roxi and herself.   Last week it was attacking Roxi after faking an apology for being too rash in her decisions, but it was all a rouse and prove to the world that Roxi is too trusting and a gullible fool.

And then on Climax Control 118 that this happened…

The scene opens moments after the last match between Old Skool/Travis Nathaniel Andrews and The Surf boys, where we see Amy heading down the corridor, as she goes to find Joshua Acquin and commiserate with him on his loss to Sebastian Hardin, however, before she could continue, she finds herself being pushed up against the wall face first and with her arm pinned behind her back.

“I told you won’t make it to the Supercard”

The person behind and who has Amy pinned against the wall is Keira Fisher-Johnson, who delivers a punch to the torso of Amy, who flinches and screams from the pain.

“Keira please stop”

Roxi only a few meters away, pleads with Keira to stop and shakes her head in disbelief.

“She is going to pay for the deception.”

Keira spins Amy around and grabs her around the throat and raises her fist once more, however, before she can do anymore damage, Amy begins to laugh.

“What’s so funny?”

Keira soon finds out, as she is barged out of the way, as Roxi looks around confused in the ensuing brawl, as the camera pans around to Jessie Salco and Keira brawling. And with Roxi distracted, she fails to spot Amy behind her.

“Hey Roxi”

Roxi turns and Amy plants a kiss on Roxi, before slapping the taste from her mouth and then hitting an uppercut and this stuns Roxi enough for Amy to grab the Internet title from Roxi.

“Thanks bitch.  Jessie run.”

Amy shouts; as she laughs and then runs down the hall with the Internet title in her possession and disappears out of sight, leaving Roxi shaking out the cobwebs, as the scene fades with Jessie and Keira still battling each other, as security begin to arrive on scene.

Minutes later, camera’s catch up with Amy where she is found in the canteen area of the arena, as she has caresses the stolen Internet title.

“Hey Amy”

Amy looks up to see Jessie jogging down the hall having lost Keira and security after they began to brawl.

“You alright?”

Amy asked somewhat a little confused in why Jessie decided to help.

“Yeah… fine.”

Jessie said, as she adjusts her ring gear.

“Thanks for the help… though I wasn’t expecting it from you.”

Amy places the belt on her shoulder, as she gives a small shrug.

“Lets just say…changes are coming. Look I can’t stay… my match is coming up in a while. But we can catch up later or next week.”

Jessie smiles and jogs off again to get ready for her match.

“Umm sure.”

Amy shakes her head as she wonders what those changes are going to be, as she then slowly and cautiously begins to leave the canteen area, as she hopes Keira is tending to Roxi’s bruised ego or even that security has her somewhere trying to calm her down. Whatever the case may be… Amy quickly heads back to where the TV monitors are and goes to watch Jessie’s match.

Friday 19th June 2015
Las Vegas, NV

A few days after landing back in Vegas, Amy was back inside the gym and preparing hard for the match against Roxi Johnson at Into the void, and while she has been preparing for the match, there were various other chores to do including paying bills, checking emails, hiring and firing etc… however, with how busy had been she had forgotten about friends and her promo.

The scene opens inside the Bagel Café, where we see Amy sitting alone, as she jots something down on a napkin, as the café slowly begin to fill up around her, for the early afternoon lunch run.  Ignoring those around her and focusing on the napkin, she fails to see Jessie enter the café and say hello.

“Earth calling Amy…”

Jessie clicks her fingers in front of Amy, who blinks and looks up.

“Hi… Jessie… sorry I was miles away.”

Amy put down the pen and smiles.

“Definitely, what has got you thinking?”

Jessie asked sitting down in front of Amy.

“Just thinking about my promo and jotting down idea’s for later on.”

Amy explained, as she folded up the napkin and shoved it into her pocket.

“Must have some good idea’s to be that focused.”

Jessie with a shrug, as she picked up a menu from the table and looked it over.

“I have a few. I just hope they turn out ok, when I go to record.  So how are your plans going?”

Amy asked, as she glanced at the menu as well.

“Good… I’m enjoying my new found attitude and look of life.

Jessie grins, as Amy peers over the menu and smirks, as the waitress comes over.

“Can’t I get you something?”

“One of those chicken stuffed sandwiches and diet coke please.”

Amy asked.

“Chicken salad and a water.”

Jessie reads out her order, as the waitress smiles and jots down the order before disappearing.

“It suits you by the way, this new found attitude.”

Amy said with appreciative nod.

“Thanks. As I’ve said already… I refused to be no longer overlooked… it’s my time.”

Jessie said with a wicked smile, as she sat back.

“I don’t blame you and I won’t be mad if you decided to come after the Internet title… you deserve any title in SCW.”

“Thanks.”

Jessie said as she watches the waitress come over with their food.

“Thanks. Oh speaking of thanks… I can’t thank you enough for helping me out last weekend.”
Amy said with a smile, as she looked down her large sandwich.

“Anything for a friend, and I know you would do the same thing.”

Jessie said eyeing her salad and the large sandwich of Amy’s.

“Hungry are we?”

Jessie joked.

“I’ve missed American food. Plus I’ll be in the gym later.”

Amy shrugged as she picked up a bit of her sandwich and bit into it and moaned with delight at the flavour.  The scene soon fades outs as Jessie shakes her head before tucking into her salad, while Amy eat her sandwich, as she quickly checks the time ensuring she has time before recording her promo.

You really disappointment me Roxi, you haven’t questioned, you haven’t demanded nor have you fought back and got your revenge. Its all been Keira doing the shouting and screaming and attacking.  And you have said and done nothing… have I broken your sprit already?

If I was a fan of yours I would be looking to support to someone else… hell if I was to be rescued by you… I would rather be continued to be mugged or whatever.

There is just no fight in you… you are like sad sick little puppy with no energy in its tiny body… its truly sickening to watch.

You claim to see where I am coming from… do you really? I don’t think so.

Do you really want to know where I’m coming from?  Well its something called looking after number one with added glory and fuck my friends. You see Roxi, its all about me and I want gold and I want to make history and hurting friends is just a small price to pay. We could have stayed friends, respected each other and kissing each other’s ass but there is no fun in that.  I am having so much more fun making your sad little life a misery and stealing from you.  I bet everyone else would agree that friends facing friends is dull and facing an enemy is far better.

Oh and the Internet title looks so pretty around my waist.

I bet you even agree…deep down you know its going to be tough, just kissing my and nothing else. I tried to light a spark under you but all of Keira’s hot air blew it out.  And speaking of Keira… it’s a shame that the resident Psycho is barred from ringside, I might have got a better fight from her. No wonder you just submit to her. Maybe I should tie you up and make you my bitch and force you to submit and relinquish the Internet title. After all you have nothing for this title… I would be a far better champion than you will ever be. I would make the title famous and you want to know why?

I will be the first ever grand slam champion, the only other person who can achieve this is Vixen and well she is off playing happy families… and no-one else is even on my level.

And you know what… I don’t care about all the criticism that I will receive that I should take wrestling seriously and should just entertain the fans and that its not all about titles. In my opinion, you are all wrong… I do take wrestling seriously and I do agree it’s about what you accomplish during your career and for some people, holding gold means they have set and accomplished something and made a name for themselves. I don’t care if I get hate for it, I’m here to do a job and my job is to beat Roxi and walk away champion at the Into the void.

So Roxi… we have established that you are pathetic, a sick little puppy, Keira has bigger balls than you and that I’m will to risk everything to become great.  And all that is left is to step inside the ring with you and show why I should be the Internet champion. Though this ass kicking ’should be’ pretty easy since you have no fight.

Notice how I air quoted should be… while I have thrown away our friendship to grab some gold… I still have some respect for you and while you are lacking the fight, I am not going to take you lightly. I’ve done that too many times recently and the outcome has been disastrous. So I will be spending my time inside the gym and watching all your DVD’s and promo’s… yup… I’m going the whole hog and be 100% prepared.

There will be no horrible surprises at Into the void… just high standard of wrestling and a new champion… I just hope I get a fight from you Roxi, otherwise I will be sorely disappointed and 100% right about you lack of fight.

Fight Roxi Fight.

ROXI JOHNSON v AMY MARSHALL
« Reply #2 on: June 20, 2015, 11:17:40 PM »
 Issue #64: "Friends"

{It’s the post CC events from Doha. Roxi sits in her locker room dejected, as Keira enters, slams the door, and punches the wall in frustration.}

Keira – I told you she wasn’t being honest! I told you!

Roxi – Kiera! Enough!

Keira – This is so stupid. Now she stole the title. Now she’s laughing at us. She backstabbed us like Amanda did!

Roxi – I said that’s enough, Keira! You let your temper get the best of you tonight. We didn’t even need to be here!

{Keira gets wide-eyed, and even angrier than before.}

Keira – Are you saying this is MY fault?

Roxi – I told you, to let me handle this, I begged you, to let me handle it! And you couldn’t control yourself for one week!

Keira – SHE BETRAYED US! She’s played us for fools for a month straight. I told you, right after she attacked the first time, that this was who she was. And you didn’t want to believe me!

Roxi – I didn’t want to believe you, because I wanted to give Amy the benefit of the doubt, and not rush to conclusions!

Keira – And look at the situation now!

{Roxi looks up at Keira, angry at first, but then she turns away from Keira, and her head drops. Keira takes a moment to compose herself, licks her lips and sighs.}

Keira – I… I’m sorry. I know that… I screwed up by trying to attack Amy. We both have had our share of rotten luck recently. I think this whole Amy thing is just… It’s was so shocking and overwhelming that… we’ve lost track of everything.

Roxi – ….

Keira – And, I can’t stand it when someone hurts you. I’ve seen it too many times. And NOBODY hurts you. I will make sure nobody ever hurts you, ever again!

Roxi – Keira, I’m not a child! I can take care of myself!

Keira – I know but –

Roxi – No, Keira. I know you mean well. I do. But this is something I have to deal with on my own. I asked you to let me deal with this, and I meant it.

Keira – I will not stand by and watch someone do this to you!

Roxi – It’s too late. The match is me, and Amy, and you are barred from ringside.

Keira – I…. Barred?!

Roxi – Yes. I told you that this was my fight, not yours. Now, I’m going to deal with it.

{Roxi sighs, looking at her bags on the floor.  She stands up, brushing her hair out of her face, she looks over at Keira, a blank look on her face.}

Roxi – Come on, let’s go.

Keira – Roxi…

Roxi – I said let’s go Keira. We’ve had more than enough trouble come our way tonight. I don’t want anymore.

{Keira can only look on at Roxi grabs her bags and begins to leave. Keira hurriedly grabs hers, and walks out.}

I never want to think that my trust is misplaced. For a long time, I believed that Amy Marshall was my friend. I believed that she was genuine is her love for me and my wife. I guess I was still in a state of shock last week. I didn’t want to believe that Amy Marshall was that person who would simply use my trust and love against me. And use it she did. First, she uses the lights out move to hide her movements, then she apologizes, not meaning a word she said, and attacks me again. Heck, I apologized for Keira’s anger, I didn’t want any revenge before I knew what kind of person Amy truly was.

I have always believed Amy to be a good person. I was one of her biggest fans. And this is what happens to someone who is a friend of Amy Marshall. You get turned on, when you have something she wants. This whole time, I believed that this was not simply about a championship belt. All because Amy Marshall wants to be remembered. It’s not enough I guess that she’s a triple crown winner, it’s not enough that Amy’s one of the standout bombshells, she’s already earned a spot when it comes to being a top bombshell on anyone’s list for crying out loud. No, Amy’s need to be something important has apparently poisoned her mind so much so that she would attack me, instead of just asking for a championship match.

Because that’s all she ever needed to do. Had she simply come to the ring like Jessie did a few months ago, and say, hey, Roxi, give me a title shot, or, I want a match for that bombshell’s internet championship and I would have gladly accepted. Not only because Amy is my friend, not only because she’s a great wrestler, and a great challenge, but because she’s earned it. But no. Amy Marshall decided that sneak attacking me at every turn was the way to get what she wanted. It makes me even sadder because Amy’s good enough that she didn’t need to do this. If she believes she’s got some kind of psychological edge now, she’s dead wrong. The reason I have been silent on social media, and let her trash me as much as she wants, is to maybe try and open her eyes and look at the person she’ become. People are changing left and right around here and it just makes me sad. Sad because this could have all been avoided, but Amy Marshall wanted to take it down this path. And so now, she’s going to have to deal with the harsh consequences that come from it.

{Inside Roxi and Keira’s hotel room, Roxi plops her bag down, and sits on the bed kicking off her shoes. Keira also puts her bag down and sits on the bed, as she looks at Roxi, who turns towards the window. Keira reaches out to touch Roxi, but pulls back.}

Keira – Are you…. Still mad at me?

Roxi – No.

Keira – I’m sorry. You know how I get.

Roxi – I said I wasn’t mad.

Keira – You can’t hide it from me. I know you. I’m sorry I got you title stolen.

Roxi – You didn’t. I did. Please, let’s not discuss this anymore.

Keira – I let you down.

{Roxi can’t help but turn back to Keira, and hug her as tears start flowing from Keira.}

Roxi – Hey… listen to me. I know how protective you are of me. And it hurts me too that Amy would do this. I may not have said anything, but yeah, it hurts me too. I know I said we’d take care of everything, and we’d face any problem together, but this one, this one is mine.

{Keira wipes away the tears from her face and sniffles.}

Keira – I was… just doing what you would do.

Roxi – What I would do?

Keira – If someone tried to hurt me…. You would protect me.

Roxi – Someone would have to kill me to hurt you again.

Keira – That’s how I felt. Especially since it was someone like Amy. I felt so… betrayed. I felt so angry.  I just… I lost my cool, and I’m sorry. I hate seeing you hurt.

Roxi – I’m mad too, Keira. Probably more mad than you are. I cannot, express to you how angry I am at this whole thing. I never wanted something like this to happen. Never. I never expected it. But more than anything, more than anything in this world, what I want is for you to be safe, and no be drug into anything because of me. I never want you to have to fight my battles for me. Even though I know you would, and I would do just the same for you.

Keira – I know. I just… was just so sick to my stomach from what happened. And to see you, not really respond, I… I thought maybe she had gotten to you…

Roxi – No Keira, Amy just made me mad. But if her stealing the championship makes her feel like she accomplished something, then so be it. She’s the one who has to live with that. There are far more important things in my life, than a championship belt. She didn’t beat me for it, she simply stole it. And I’m going to get it back at Into the Void. I promise.

Keira – I know you will.

Roxi – So, let’s not waste any more time arguing or talking about the past. We’ve got more important things to do this week. But let’s start by getting some rest, okay?

Keira – Okay.

{Roxi and Keira share a kiss, as the scene fades.}

I’m going to address one Tim Staggs since he’s another in a long line of people who believe that I am fake. That I am no sincere in my hopes that people have good days, or I don’t really care if anyone has a good night, and that I am, apparently, obsessed with sex. And of course, that’s not true at all. I wouldn’t say things for the attention. I don’t do things, simply to get noticed. I’ve seen hundreds of times that I am the lucky one because my friends allow me to be in their lives. I have been invited to weddings and parties and all that, because I am a friend to people. I have never expected gratitude or appreciation for anything I’ve done or said. That’s what being a hero is all about. It’s the job that’s the reward. But apparently, like so many others, Tim Staggs believes I only do this for the attention. Because Tim doesn’t know me, or what I do, or simply doesn’t care to remember. It wasn’t long ago that Tim was cheering me on. He may think anyone remembers it, but I do. Tim Staggs was rooting for me to punch Delia in the face, just for him. I know that for a fact. But because Tim has adopted this new persona, everyone seems to be fake to him. I was there trying to talk his mother out of murdering people because of their manipulation of Tim, by them, to get to her. I didn’t do that, because I wanted Tim’s respect, or his mother’s friendship. I did it because it was the right thing to do. A concept that seems lost on some folks these days. But I digress, the point is, Tim believes me to be fake, because he doesn’t know me. He doesn’t know what I do for people that’s not all over twitter. He doesn’t know the people that I talk to, or what I do for them to help them in their time of need. So, I’m sorry to Tim for whatever it was I did to him, but I stand by who I am, and what I believe in. I am not fake, I have never been fake. I’m sorry you feel the way you do Tim, but that’s the truth.

Amy Marshall has proven herself to be fake. Much like Tim, his Mother, and everyone else I considered a friend, I supported Amy. I was her fan through and through. Even when she didn’t believe in herself, when she was being bested by the Mean Girls, I was there for her. I always told her she could beat them. And you know what, she did! She beat Delia. She succeeded where everyone else failed. And I was right there to offer my congratulations, love and support. Because that’s the kind of person I am. And low and behold, after all that, this is where we stand now. All because Amy Marshall, is a shallow person. I pity her at this point. I really do.

{We re-open inside of Roxi and Keira’s highrise condo, as Roxi slips her costume on, preparing for a patrol. Roxi makes it to the window, looking out as Keira stands in the doorway, a loaf of garlic-bread in her hand.}

Keira – Where are you going? Dinner’s almost ready!

Roxi – I’m going on patrol really quick, just a quick zip around the city, make sure everything is okay.

Keira – Just be quick, this baked pasta is almost done.

Roxi – I will. I promise. Love you!

{Roxi blows Keira a kiss before pulling her mask over her face and flying out the window. Roxi makes a quick lap checking for anything out of the ordinary. She sees nothing, but goes in closer as she makes laps around the downtown area. Finally, door on a rooftop swings open catching Roxi’s eye. She studies it for a moment, and lands near the door. The door shuts rapidly, as Roxi manages to toss a stone into the door to keep it wedged open just a crack. Roxi walks over, hearing the footsteps of someone running down the stairs. Roxi jerks the door open and gives chase, heading down the stairs, and seeing another door slam shut. Roxi runs over and opens that door, into a pitch black room. Reaching into her belt, she pulls out a flashlight. She can only make out a few feet in front of her, as she moves the flashlight about, unable to really make out anything.}

Voice – Hey!

{Roxi swings the flashlight in the direction of the voice, only to have a pail of water tosses her direction. Roxi stumbles and loses the flashlight, and then the sound of an electric buzz is heard, as Roxi feels the prongs touch her back as she’s shocked by a cattle prod! She groans and moans in pain as the water of her whizzes and crackles as her body convulses. Soon enough, she stops shaking, and moving altogether.}

Unknown Person – You should have investing in night vision…

{A short time later, Roxi is shown still out of it, tied to a chair, unmasked, and gagged. Her head is laying against the head of the chair, as the door opens in front of her. An unknown person walks in, a glass of water in their hand. }

Unknown Person – Wake up, sleeping beauty.

{The person tosses the water in Roxi’s face to wake her up. Startled, Roxi goes into a coughing fit  and shakes the gag loose.}

Roxi – *Cough* What are you trying to do… drown me?

Unknown Person – I could have just killed you Roxi.

Roxi – How do you know…

{Roxi looks around and notices her predicament.}

Roxi – Well, that answers that question…. So, why didn’t you?

Unknown Person – Because…. I have a use for you…

{The person takes a step forward, into the light as Roxi’s eyes widen.}

Roxi – Claire!

Claire – Yes. You really need to learn to mind your surroundings. It was so easy to lure you in.

Roxi – What do you want?

Claire – Believe it or not, I actually need your help.

Roxi – I’ve been trying to help you for a long time Claire.

{Claire backhands Roxi across the face.}

Claire – I told you, we’re even for that, until I decide to kill you.

Roxi – Then what could you possibly need my help with?

Claire – I thought we were friends?

{Roxi shakes her head in disbelief.}

Roxi – You WERE my friend. I wish you still were my friend. But you came after me. You tried to kill me, you tried to kill my wife.

Claire – Because of what you did to me! But… but… I’m not here to drudge up the past.

Roxi – Then what is it?

Claire – One of your super skanky friends is messing around in my business.

Roxi – So?

Claire – You, are going to make sure she doesn’t find anything.

Roxi – Why should I do anything for you?

{Claire feigns heartbreak.}

Claire – Does our friendship mean nothing to you?

Roxi – You’re calling making me wait until you try to come and kill me a friendship? Harold poisoned your mind Claire. If you let me help you….

{Claire this just just slaps Roxi across the face.}

Claire – You are going to help me. That’s what friends do. You know, quid pro quo.

Roxi – How is this quid pro quo?

Claire – You help me, I help you.

Roxi – I know what it means, how are you helping me with any of this?

Claire – You do this for me, I don’t kill you.

Roxi – That’s not quid pro quo, that’s silver or lead.

Claire – Eh, they’re interchangeable. My best friend in the world isn’t going to let me down, is she? Once again?

{Roxi is stung by those remarks.}

Roxi – I’m sorry Claire. I can’t say it enough.

Claire – I don’t want your sorrow, or your pity. I want you to help me.

Roxi – I…. who are we talking about?

Claire – Some chick, in blue and white.

{Roxi’s eyes narrow.}

Roxi – Sapphire.

Claire – Yeah, that’s it. You know her?

Roxi – You could say that.

Claire – Aww…. You have juicy details?

{Claire gets real close, mocking Roxi by putting her hand up and cupping her ear.}

Claire – I love juicy details.

Roxi – Very funny. What the hell do you want me to do about it?

Claire – I’ve moved my operation out of the city. You keep her away from there, and we’ll be square.

Roxi – How am I supposed to do that? She and I aren’t friends of partners.

Claire – All the more reason for you to help me! I’m your friend, and she isn’t!

Roxi – You AREN’T my friend. You’re a lunatic that was once my best friend!

{Claire places her boot between Roxi’s legs on the chair, using it to push the chair back and forth.}

Claire – I could just kill you right now. And then go kill Keira, Your mother, your sister… and then JB, and Keira’s sisters. All of them.

Roxi – If you hurt them, I will –

Claire – So, you agree! Excellent!

{Claire takes her large hunting knife and undoes Roxi’s bonds.}

Claire – So, you do whatever it takes to keep Sapphire away from my operation on the west side of the outskirts of town, and I won’t kill you and everyone you love…. Right now…

Roxi – Ugh…..

{Roxi stands up, clutching each wrist, shaking them out.}

Roxi – Fine. I’ll do what I can.

Claire – I’m so happy!

{Claire gives Roxi a huge bear hug, and spins her around. After putting her down, Claire hands Roxi her mask, and then elbows Roxi in the ribs, and tosses her through the window.}

Claire – I’ll be in touch!

{Roxi stops herself in mid-air from falling too far, puts her mask back on and flies back home. Coming in through the window, it’s obviously later than she has promised. Keira is waiting in the kitchen, sitting at the table with a full plate sitting across from her.}

Keira – Did you get lost?

Roxi – No. I… I had….

{Keira arches a brow, clearly not wanting to hear Roxi’s excuse.}

Roxi – I got a little tied up is all. Met an old friend.

Keira – Oh, is that right?

Roxi – Keira, I’m really sorry. I…. I need to talk to you about this.

Keira – Tell it to the pasta and garlic bread!

{Keira gets up, furious as Roxi tries to explain. She makes her way into the bedroom.}

Roxi – Keira is was Claire!

{Keira stops, and turns back to Roxi with a look of disbelief on her face.}

Keira – Excuse me?

So now it comes to this for Amy Marshall. She has attacked me, taken advantage of me, and now, stolen my championship. I have been biding my time and really assessing this whole situation. That’s why I haven’t given Amy the “fight” she wants on twitter. I don’t need to say anything more about her, and the current situation. She has been able to one up me at every turn, and that, and I foolishly have allowed that. I trusted Amy Marshall to do the right thing. I trusted that Jessie would stay out of this, and I’m hoping it remains that way. I don’t want to have to deal with Jessie, but I know if Amy will stoop as low as to just steal my championship, then I’ll be looking out for Amy to try and use Jessie to get what she wants. It’s sad that it’s come to this. I expected so much more from Amy Marshall after all this time. And this is what I get for it. A back-stabbing, betraying thief.

I thought you were my friend Amy. I was wrong, and now, you have chosen to make yourself, my enemy. I don’t have many of them, but those that have put themselves on this level, they don’t really get off of it. There whole reason I have tried to be nice, and be understanding with people, is because I have a side I don’t like to show. I have a side that I don’t bring out in public. Keira knows that she pushes my buttons, but she knows not to push too far. This isn’t to sound intimidating, or tough, but you’ve pushed way too many buttons Amy, You put that knife in my back and I can never forgive you for it. So I want you to go ahead and take this championship everywhere with you. I want you to enjoy this week and next week. Go ahead and mock me all you like on social media and whatnot. Laugh it up with what few friends you have left. Because you will realize very quickly at Into the Void, once you look across the ring from me, and you look in my eyes…

I’m going to tear you apart.

You want a fight, you will get all the fight you want Amy. All the fight and then some. This is not going to be me, just beating you and taking my title back, this is not going to be just me putting you in your place and getting revenge for the past month. No, I’m going to prove a point at Into the Void. I’m going to prove that friend, or foe, it will take more than what you have to beat me. It will take more than anything you can dish out to take my internet championship. You may have it in your possession right now, but you know you’re not the champion, and as the week, turns into days, and as the days turn into hours until we meet, I just hope you realize how screwed you really are. Once that bell sounds, I will unleash all of my anger, frustration, and sadness onto you. All the pain you caused me, will come back to you ten-fold. That is what awaits you at Into the Void.

Then, when it’s all said and done, and I take back what’s rightfully mine, when I beat some sense into you in Dubai, I will stand up, look down at you, and despite all you’ve done. I will put my hand out to shake your hand. Despite you proving to be a horrible friend, and at this point a desperate person. I don’t hate you. I will be willing to forgive what you tried to accomplish here. I’m going to prove that I am better than you in the ring, and then better than you outside of it too. Because that’s the kind of person I am. But if you don’t want to accept that, if you still want to test me, then we can go from there. And Amy, I’m not sure that even you want to go there with me.

But we’ll cross that road when the bell rings and the match is over. For now, I just will wait patiently, bide my time until we hit Dubai, and then, as I told you Amy, it’s game on. And that will result, in you getting your pretty ass kicked by me. You didn’t break anything Amy, you simply poked the bear up from her slumber. And that’s a choice that you will sorely regret. It didn’t have to be this way Amy. This is what you wanted, so this is what you’re going to get.

Game. On.

 Do you know how pathetic you sound? Wah wah wah I trusted her, wah wah wah I though she loved me wah wah wah she has changed, I thought she was a good person blah blah blah.  Oh Roxi… I am still the same person but I echo my words – Nothing personal its just business.

However, I can make it personal, but I won’t because that isn’t me. As you know, I prefer to attack you inside the ring and out but also question your character and the lack of fight you seem not to have.  You see Roxi… I am still me, I still like you, and I still can be trusted… I haven’t changed. I just to prefer to fight you a little dirty and forget that we are friends. Why do I want to put the fans into a boring situation, where we fight respectfully and kiss each other’s ass.  As I’ve said already… that’s just boring.

Yet, it seems I’ve got stuck with a snivelling, whiny little bitch, who would prefer to do all her talking inside the ring. Which is fine with me of course, because fighting over twitter is a little distracting and I can channel all my energies into training, watch uninspiring videos of you wrestling and boring promo’s.

Oops I got a little personal.

But hey Roxi… I could do a whole lot worse in getting personal regarding my words and how I’ve handled you so far.  You’ve been lucky that I’ve only knocked you out, stunned you and even stole your Internet championship. You could be in a superhero-decorated cast on one of your limbs.

Just consider yourself lucky that I’ve temporarily put a halt on our friendship and nothing else.

{Amy wraps Rose’s arm in the chair and gets on the ring apron. Suddenly “Not Listening,” by Papa Roach plays on the loud speakers as Nathan heads to the ring ramp. Amy seeing Nathan, doesn’t seem to be phased giving him a salute mocking him before she jumps down onto the chair. Rose feeling the rush of pain lets out a wail and grabs her arm as Nathan races down the ramp to get to her. Amy seeing this books out of there through the crowd to loud boos from the crowd. The emergency personnel soon arrive as well as Kelly Knite to check up on her. Kelly seems perplexed as to what happened and looks at Nathan almost apologetically.}

25th June 2015
Jumeirah Mosque
Dubai
Time: 7:30pm

What is Ramadan?

Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic lunar calendar. Every day during this month, Muslims around the world spend the daylight hours in a complete fast.

During the month of Ramadan, Muslims all over the world abstain from food, drink, and other physical needs during the daylight hours. As a time to purify the soul, refocus attention on God, and practice self-sacrifice, Ramadan is much more than just not eating and drinking.

Muslims are called upon to use this month to re-evaluate their lives in light of Islamic guidance.

The scene opens inside the Jumeirah Mosque, where we see at least 100 people inside the mosque and many more outside the mosque, as the nightly prayer is in full swing, as the many local’s mainly dressed in white – who listen, recite and bow down to their knees in front of imam.

In the back of the mosque away from the masses sits Amy in the corner, listening and watch the ongoing prayers, as she takes in the culture, the ceremony and splendid display of the prayers and Ramadan, however, not partaking in the fasting or prayers but still respecting everything.

{In Arabic} “ALLAH, on this day, make me among those who love Your friends, and hate Your enemies, following the way of Your last Prophet, O the Guardian of the hearts of the Prophets.

As Amy listened intently, her cellphone buzzed in her pocket, which Amy grabbed her cellphone from her pocket and answered the phone.

“I’m outside.”

“Come in then… I’m right at the back.”

Amy hung up; as she turned to see the Muslim faithfuls bow before getting back to their feet and the imam continue his prayers, and although not understanding a single word of it, Amy understood a few words and it was the most obvious words.  Spotting Joshua, Amy got to her feet and snuck through the rows of prayer goes and meets up with Joshua.

“You weren’t kidding that you were here. Why are you here?”

Joshua whispered.

“Unlike a few people in this company, I like to sometimes take in the culture and scenery of the country. Plus it’s Ramadan… I want to learn what it is about etc…”

Amy explained.

“How long do prayers last?”

“I don’t know to be honest…but I do know that they must pray as many times as they can as well as read the whole of the Koran. If that helps?”

Amy said with a shrug.

“Nope.”

Joshua shakes his head.

“Well it sounds like they are repeating themselves, though I could be wrong…”

Amy shrugs.

“However, I think its time to go and let them pray.”

Amy gives it a few moment and as the men drop down to their knees to pray to Allah, Amy does the same repeating what they are doing before standing back up. Amy watches for a few moments longer before turning, where she thanks the security guard before leaving a donation and then leaving the mosque.

“So where too?”

Joshua asked.

“The food court in the mall, its open and I am hungry.”

Amy suggested.

“Sure.”

The scene fades out, as Amy and Joshua exit the mosque, as they go around the praying masses before catching a cab and heading to the mall.

Roxi Johnson
Bombshell Internet Champion

Defeated Krissy Filopovich on 8th March 2015 at Blaze of Glory IV in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Number of Defences: 2

1.   Vs Jessie Salco and Mercedes Vargas @ Mayhem in Morocco on May 3rd 2015

2.   Vs Jade Manendez-Arcador @ Climax Control in Saudi Arabia on June 7th 2015.

Three months you have held the title, this pretty good on paper and in the history books, but when you delve a little deeper, you have had only two title defences in that time and that is quite pitiful and sad. And to be honest Roxi, you have just too complacent and comfortable as the Internet champion.

Just like Delia.

She sat on the title for too long… lack of competition… you get bored and mistakes happen. Your two title defences were child’s play compared to our match, and this title defence against me will be different. I am going to exploit the fact that Keira can’t do a damn thing to help and show that you are too damn comfortable being a very bad champion.

Where is your heart… where is your passion?  You just don’t seem to care anymore… I have your title and there have been no efforts to take it back, I have heard nothing from the bosses about giving it back… and that tells me a lot your heart and passion or lack of.

What is wrong with you Roxi?

Is it family problems, marital problems – is keeping Keira on a leash hard work?, work it self, or is being a ‘hero’ too much for you… I could go on, but frankly I don’t care about your little problems because all that should be worked out outside the ring… I would rather have a Roxi Johnson who is feisty and ready to kick ass.

Unless of course… you are just sitting back, watching, waiting, biding your time, which I totally understand but find totally lame because I want a fight, however, I am prepared for whatever you concoct in your plan of revenge, but I am telling you this… I will be walking out as champion and you have no choice or say in the matter.

Be ready Roxi… this title is staying with me.

ROXI JOHNSON v AMY MARSHALL

 Issue #65: "Friends" Part II

I didn’t want it to come to this Amy. Really, I didn’t. I tried, and tried, and tried when you took the path you took to try and see things from your perspective. But Keira was right. You betrayed us, all so you could be a grand slam champion. I pity you right now. I pity what you have become. A cheap shot artist, a liar, and a thief. This is what it has taken for you to become what you always wanted. And I’m guess from your actions, it’s simply to be… relevant. You already were relavant to Keira and I, and many other people around you, and now, you watch as they slowly turned their backs on you, not simply because you attacked me, but because you had to stoop so low, after having such a great thing going for you. You have a legion of fans that you have all but turned on, and even though you do it with a smile now, you know how empty that feeling is inside. I thought higher of you Amy. I really did.

Because you and I have more history than you really know. You wanted to make this personal, you wanted to try and get to me, because you think I’m weak? The truth is, you are the weak one. I thought you stronger than what you have become. But since you want to go that route, I can go that route too…
You don’t even know the good things I tried to do for you in the past. You don’t know the positive things I tried to do for you, because I’m not out for self-gratification. I have never once demanded any of your gratification or thanks for being your friend, and cheering you on, when no one else would, and things seemed bleak. When you were chosen to wrestle Delia. And I mean… chosen, I backed you 100%. And that support was unwavering. And you threw that away. I tried to be your friend and help you through any situation I could, I offered you advice, suggestions. That was me, all the time, and you’ve thrown that away. And when you were looking for love, you know who Gabe went to, to ask about you? ME. And I put in the good word for you. I told him that you were a great woman, and really good friend of mine, and that you were all kinds of great things. I did those things because of my friendship with Amy Marshall.  And now, you’ve thrown them away.

All for a chance to be a grand slam champion.

Yes, I pity you Amy.  And Into The Void, is where we lay everything out on the table, and see who really wants this fight. Who really wants my championship belt. You may have it right now, but that is as close as you will ever get to being the Internet champion, so long as I hold it. You wanted to make this good vs evil, you wanted to play the Villain, and spring this wonderful trap, you should beware that heroes usually have a trap of their own. You can’t believe everything you see on the internet Amy.  It’ll get you in trouble.

At Into the Void, I’m going to prove to you, that what’s right, and just, and good, is the right way to go. You took it down this path for the short-term success, and long-term failure. I wanted so much more from this Amy. This could have been an easy way for us to have a good match, remain friends, and see who comes out on top. But no, you didn’t want that, you wanted this. So this, is what you’re getting. I hope you are happy with what you’ve done against me and my wife so far. But I don’t need her to beat you. Not at all. I never have needed Keira to beat anyone. You should know that by now. All you did, ws make her angry, and I knew what you were doing. Now, my plan goes into motion, and Keira doesn’t factor in. All I need, is me, standing across from you, ready to kick your ass, and take back what is mine. Keira’s barred, no problem. Jessie wants to come help you, that’s fine too. At least she was a woman about her challenge. But you, Amy Marshall… you have stepped into something that you shouldn’t have. And I’m going to show you just how outclassed you are when it comes to plans, schemes, and wrestling in Dubai. That you can count on.

And in the end, after all this bickering, and fighting, you can just admit to me that you were wrong, and you’re sorry. Even after all this, I will still forgive you. I will still be the bigger person, and resume what we had before all this. And deep down, I know you do too. But, this is only going to be a one-time thing Amy, after you are beaten, I will put my hand out, and then it’s up to you. Then you make the choice. Either we forget this, and we try to forgive and forget, or you don’t, and you walk away bitter and angry, and plan some other type of revenge. It’s your choice Amy, I’m asking you to make the right one when the match is over. You won’t be internet champion, you won’t have my title, but you can keep my respect, regain my friendship when all is said and done.

I’ll see you n Dubai.

<HR>

{We pick up where we left off last time with Roxi having stopped Keira in her tracks mentioning Claire.}

Keira – Excuse me?

Roxi – Listen, Claire…. Claire asked me to help her, she… got the drop on me, that’s why I was late.

Keira – That woman in insane. What on earth could she have possibly asked you to help her with?

Roxi – Something to do with whatever she’s planning. Wants me to… keep Sapphire away.

Keira – You mean keep Sarah away.

Roxi – Either or, or both. It doesn’t matter I need to figure out what to do.

{Keira gets an annoyed look on her face as she can’t believe Roxi is even considering helping Claire.}

Keira – What do you mean, what to do? There’s nothing you need to do. You can’t possibly be thinking of helping her!

Roxi – Keira…. Somewhere inside of that monster, that crazy person, is my friend.

Keira – Roxi, no. This is stupid. It’s not going to bring her back to her senses. We tried that, and here she is doing this to you again!

Roxi – Keira… I have to try. Besides, if I don’t… She’s going to try and kill my whole family and everyone I care about. I cannot let that happen.

Keira – I’d rather have her try than play this game with you Roxi.  This isn’t going to end well either way. She’s so insane, she just might try and kill you anyway! You know that’s the endgame here anyway don’t you?

Roxi – I know that. But I feel like if I can just… reach her

{Keira moves over and throws an arm around Roxi.}

Keira – Roxi, listen to me. She’s gone. She’s out of her mind. Whatever she’s planning, you’ve got to stop it, not help her.

Roxi – I can’t risk putting your life in any more danger, or anyone else’s Keira. If I don’t, she’s coming after us, and if I do, Sapphire will hate me even more.

Keira – Roxi, Sapphire will understand if you just tell her. It’s what you need to do. If she doesn’t understand, you need to make her. You know she’s going to double cross you in the end. It’s just a trap.

Roxi – I know that. And it makes it all the more painful. There’s no easy way to go about this.

Keira – Talk to Sapphire, it’s the only way this mess will get at least a little cleaned up. It’s the right thing to do for everybody.

{Roxi kisses Keira and stands up, sliding her mask back over her face.}

Roxi – I love you Keira. Whatever happens…Remember that.

Keira – What are you going to do?

Roxi – … The right thing.

{Roxi walks over to the window and opens it, taking a look at the city before taking a long look at Keira.}

Keira – Please... let me help.

Roxi – No Keira, just like with Amy… this is my fight, but if something does happen, I need you to promise me something.

Keira – What?

Roxi – Give me an hour, if you don’t hear from me after an hour, get out of here.

{Keira’s eyes widen as she stares at Roxi.}

Keira – Excuse me?  I’m not going anywhere. If anything happens to you, I’m coming for revenge.

Roxi – Keira, I am NOT about to lose you. You need to run if anything happens to me. I mean it.

Keira – I won’t.

Roxi – Keira, I’m begging you, lock this place down if you don’t hear from me. One hour.

{Roxi gives Keira a hug and a passionate kiss again before flying out the window. Roxi uses her wrist communicator as she flies.}

Roxi – Vision, I need your help.

Vision – Hey Rox… what’s happening? Is everything okay?

Roxi – No. I need you to do me a favor.

Vision – Sure… but… this doesn’t sound like a good type of favor.

Roxi – Contact Sapphire, have her meet me on the 1st national bank roof.

Vision – What is this about?

Roxi – I need to warn her.

Vision – About what?

Roxi – Claire, she’s planning something. Also try and find out if any recent activity happened on the outskirts of the west end of the city. That’s where Claire told that her operation is located.

Vision – She spoke to you?

Roxi – She wants me dead, but first wants me to stop Sapphire from finding it. If you tell her, she might be able to stop it. But I need to try and tell her in person before all this. Because if she walks into this unaware…

Vision – Yeah, I’ll get on it.

Roxi – And one more thing Vision….

Vision – Yes?

Roxi – If anything happens to me, make sure someone gets Keira out of the condo, and into a safe place. Also safeguard my sister, and Keira’s sisters and their families.

Vision – Rox, I don’t like it when you talk like that.

Roxi – Neither do I Vision. But Claire…. Claire is dangerous. I can’t take any risks.

Vision – Roxi, please, please be careful…

Roxi – I’ll contact you and Keira in an hour. If you don’t hear from me, do what I asked.

Vision – You…. You got it. You have my word.

Roxi – Thank you.

{Roxi flies to the 1st National bank. Landing on the roof, she checks around, checking to see if she’s being watched. She waits impatiently as soon enough, Sapphire and Comet Girl Sarah land on the roof.}

Sapphire – So, what’s the big deal? What do I owe the absolute pleasure of your company this time?

Roxi – Erica, listen to me. I need to speak with you. This is about… the west side of the city.

Sapphire – The waterfront? So what? That’s my territory while I train Comet Girl.

Roxi – Listen… I… I need to warn you about something going down over there.

Sapphire – Oh? And why would you know anything about my territory? You don’t belong over there.

Roxi – Erica, this isn’t about me, it’s about who’s over there.

Sapphire – So? I can handle it.

Roxi – It’s… it’s my friend Claire.

{Sapphire and Sarah look at each other, confused.}

Sapphire – Your friend is a supervillain?

Roxi – She was… is… was my friend.

Sapphire – Wait a minute, the Beaumont girl?

Roxi – Yes.

Sapphire – I thought she was dead?

Roxi – She’s not. And now, she’s… asked me to stop you from stopping her.

Sapphire – You’re not going to stop me Bedlam. We don’t negotiate with the bad guys remember?

Roxi – I’m not trying to work for her. I’m putting my friends at risk by even telling you. If I don’t do this, Claire is coming for everyone I hold close to me. She’s already burned down my apartment, took over an army of super soldiers, and basically told me one day she’s going to kill me.

Sapphire – That sounds about par for the course for you.

Roxi – Erica listen to me dammit! This isn’t some kind of game!

Sarah – Sapphire, I think she’s serious. Roxi wouldn’t lie to us.

Roxi – Please, Erica, hold back on your investigation into that area. Let me try and get to Claire. I can help her.

Sapphire – Yeah, no. I don’t take orders from you Bedlam. I’m going to do what you clearly don’t have the stones to do. I will stop this Beaumont girl, and put her in out custody, clearly that’s where she belongs. I don’t really care what she’s planning, I’m going to stop her.

Roxi – Erica, this isn’t a competition.

Sapphire – Are we done here? We have training to do, and lots of work to take down Beaumont. Come on Comet Girl.

Sarah – I’m sorry Roxi. We’ll get this girl for you.

Roxi – No! Please don’t…

Sapphire – If you’ll excuse us.

{Sapphire and Sarah fly away, leaving Roxi alone on the roof. Roxi’s head drops as she sighs and prepares to take off, until she is snatched by a rope on the ankle. Claire appears and tosses her into the wall. Roxi’s body thuds from the impact as she tries to get up, Claire puts a boot on her back.}

Claire – I take it that meeting was successful…

Roxi – Claire…. Please…

Claire – Oh, you’ll beg soon enough, save it for now.

{Claire eases her boot off of Roxi who groans and rolls over, trying to get up.}

Roxi – Claire, I tried.

Claire – You always try, and then, you fail. This is now what? 2, 3, 4 times you’ve failed me… I thought you wanted to help me?

Roxi – Claire, I want to help you.

Claire – I know what you’re trying to do Roxi, you can’t fool me. You think there’s a way out of this, don’t you? You think I’m just going to turn away if I get what I want. Well, I still plan on killing you, Keira, and the rest of your family, but we’ll call it a test. The more you pass, the less people I will kill.

Roxi – You can’t be serious…

Claire – Oh, but I am. You see, you are going to die one way or another by my hand. So you are actually out of the running, but, you can still save your friends. This is how it works: I own you. I will send you to do things for me, and if you succeed, you’ll save one life. Fail, and that person dies right before you.

Roxi – Claire, this is ludicrous.  If you want me, just kill me right now.

{Claire chuckles.}

Claire – Oh no, hero. Just like you didn’t save me, I’m going to make you watch, and your friends have that same experience. They will look into your eyes, and they will know that you failed them. How many, depends on you.

Roxi – Claire, listen to me, Sapphire already hates me, she’s not going to listen to a word I say, I just tried and she’s not going to listen! Please, you have to believe me.

Claire – Ha! Another person hates you. What a shock. It’s quite a trend at this point, isn’t it? You aren’t the hero, this isn’t the story where you come out on top. In the end, you die. How many die with you, is the only question you can answer.

Roxi – Claire, this is madness.

{Claire turns with lightning like speed and kicks Roxi in the stomach driving her into the wall again and forcing her to slump down, holding her ribcage.}

Claire – I’m going to be generous tonight.  You’ve already failed tonight’s task. Go home and think about what you’ve done. I’ll contact you when I need you again. Remember, you either play the game… or else.

{Roxi tries to get up, but Claire drops a smoke bomb and soon has vanished from the area. Roxi slowly gets up and contacts Keira.}

Roxi – K… Keira…

Keira – Roxi! Where are you? Are you okay? Please tell me you’re okay?!

Roxi – I’m… I’m fine. Just gonna take a second for the healing to kick in.

Keira – What happened?

Roxi – Nothing… It’s alright, I promise. Keira, are you safe?

Keira – Yes, I’m fine. I’m coming to get you!

Roxi – No. It’s alright. I’ll be home in a little while.

Keira – Roxi, please don’t do this to me….

Roxi – Keira, I will be fine. I promise. Just keep everything locked up until I get there.

Keira – I can handle it. Please let me help you!

Roxi – Keira, please. I said I’m fine. Let me deal with this. It’s my fight.

{Roxi ends the call before Keira can respond. She changes the call to Vision.}

Roxi – Vision…

Vision – Rox… you don’t sound so good… is everything okay?

Roxi – Yeah, I’m fine. Did you find anything on the Waterfront?

Vision – Rox… I don’t mind telling you that what Claire may be planning, if may be bigger than you or Sapphire.

Roxi – I tried to tell her, relay the info to her. I’ll do what I can to help her when I get back. Just… try, try to keep her from going in. Stall her as much as you can. She’s going to need help… we all will.

Vision – Look at this readout….

{Roxi’s eyes widen under her mask.}

Roxi – That’s… impossible.

Vision – She’s been at this for a long time. You have to stop her. You, Sapphire, doesn’t matter who, but if this plays out like we’ve scenario’d for the past hour… It’s going to be hell on earth.

Roxi – I’ll… I’ll stop her. I promise.

{Roxi ends the call and slowly flies back home knowing full well Claire was somewhere, possibly watching her, and waiting for the moment to strike. Roxi was not left to wonder when, and where that would be…}
