Jessie wasn’t in action last week but she was on the show as she joined the commentary booth for one of the Blast from the Past matches, namely Amanda Cortez and Trevor Irons vs. Kain and Alexis Morrison, naturally the two feuding bombshells ended up having a screaming match which ended with Jessie accidentally costing Kain and Alexis the match.
This week however she was in action in another Blast from the Past match where she was teaming with new NXT member Derek Thorne to take on Despayre and Aleksei Koji’s sister Karina, can Jessie turn things around for her?

Yeah, that didn’t end well for me.
I lost my temper and attacked Amanda during her match costing Kain and Alexis the match in the process and now I’m locked in a vacant locker room by Jake until I calm down, at least he was helpful enough to turn on the Television and have it show Climax Control, at the moment it’s showing the last Blast from the Past match of the evening which I’m enjoying, mostly because it features Odette.
My train of thought was interrupted when the door opened and Jake entered the room, he quickly closed the door and I frowned knowing what was coming up. “Are you feeling better now?”
“I’d be feeling better if I had actually cost Amanda the match.” I answered with a grunt as I turned to him. “Instead that backfired big time and I’ve pissed off Kain and Alexis.”
“I wouldn’t worry about Kain, SCW doesn’t do intergender matches and if he tries to attack you he’ll have to go through me.” Jake responded as he folded his arms. “As for Alexis, you were bound to face her at some point anyway, she’s the SCW Bombshell Roulette Champion and you’re the Number 1 Contender.”
“Yeah, that’s true enough, though Christian will probably suspend me for ruining one of the Blast from the Past matches like he did to Tom.” I added as I shook my head. “I may not like Laura and Amanda but he was way over the line when he attacked Laura.” I added and Jake nodded in agreement, before he could say anything else Jake’s ringtone rang out and he checked his messages.
“I wouldn’t be so sure about that.” Jake told me earning a confused look from me. “The opening round for the Blast from the Past tournament is wrapping up this week on Climax Control, guess who’s in one of the matches?”
“Me?” I asked and Jake nodded. “Awesome, who’s my partner and my opponents?” I asked and Jake looked at the message again.
“You’re teaming up with that Derek Thorne guy who helped Odette save you from Misty, as for your opponents your up against the team of Karina Koji and Despayre.” Jake responded and I blinked in surprise before motioning for him to pass me the cellphone and he did so without hesitation.
“He’s challenging for the NWA Tag Titles in the Main Event right?” I asked and Jake nodded. “He’ll be fired up no matter what the outcome of that match is, he wins and he’ll have a hell of a lot of momentum going into next week’s match, he loses and then he’ll want to avenge that loss.”
“Guess it’s a good thing that SCW’s Intergender Rules still apply.” Jake pointed out and I grinned at that. “Though knowing you, you want to face him regardless.”
“Yeah, but why the hell not, I’ll be fighting men in the Super J Cup after all.” I pointed out before sighing. “That said this is probably the closest that Christian and Mark are willing to go as far as that idea goes.” I added and Jake nodded in response. “So at what point will I be able to leave this locker room again?”
“I think it’ll be best if you spend the rest of the show in here.” Jake responded and I frowned at that. “You may not like it but you just know that Alexis will be looking for some revenge following the match.”
“Not my fault that Drew’s a fucking idiot!” I pointed out and Jake shook his head. “He was in a perfect position to see that Amanda attacked me first but he still DQed Kain and Alexis.”
“I guess we can take it up with him during the week.” Jake added and I grinned at that. “That reminds me, it might be a good idea to visit a dentist during the week to see if Amanda knocked any teeth loose.”
“Oh yeah, having a dentist poke around my mouth will improve my attitude.” I said sarcastically and Jake rolled his eyes at my sarcasm. “Okay, there’s bound to be some cameramen lurking around, can you see about grabbing some so that I can start my promo?”
“I’m on it!” Jake nodded before leaving the room and closing the door behind him, I ran a hand through my hair as I watched the show continue on the TV screen and at the moment I’ve reached the match between Argento and the turncoat Casey Williams, just as the match ended the door opened and I looked up to see Jake standing there with a cameracrew.
“Ah good, you found them!” I said with a grin as I greeted the cameracrew. “Where did you find these guys?”
“I found these guys leaving the area where Courtney and Maggie where doing their segment, I told them that you wanted to do a promo for next week’s match and they are for it.” Jake responded as he turned to the cameracrew. “I’ve already told them that this isn’t for a seg during the show so go ahead and speak your mind.”
“When haven’t I done that?” I pointed out and Jake paused for a moment before shrugging.
“That’s a good point actually.” Jake realized before turning to the doorway. “I’ll be waiting outside, give me a shout when you’re done.”
“Got it.” I responded with a nod as Jake left the room and locked it behind him, I sighed as I got ready to start my promo. “I’m sure a few of the other wrestlers have already formed their own opinions on my actions towards the end of the match between Kain, Alexis Morrison, Trevor Irons and that bitch Amanda Cortez, especially if your one of two people who I inadvertently screwed over as a result of those actions and Drew Patton being the biggest fucking idiot in wrestling history.”
And that’s saying something.
“And as much as I’d like to say that I have an excuse for those actions I don’t, first there was the screaming contest with Amanda Cortez, then she punched me and from there I just lost my temper and took it out on her, if Drew Patton had any idea on how to do his job then he would’ve intervened before it got that far but he didn’t and as a result I’ve pissed off two wrestlers and didn’t get the revenge that I was hoping for.”
I said with an annoyed sigh.
“If there’s anything I can take away from that is that I can do better next week because my turn in the Blast from the Past tournament has come, my tag team partner is Derek Thorne, a guy I never got a chance to properly thank for helping Odette put an end to Misty’s attack on me before it got any worse, my opponents are Despayre of Sinful Obsession and Karina Koji, a woman who I’ve faced before.”
This should be fun.
“Since this is under Intergender Rules I won’t be addressing Despayre in this promo, rather I’ll be focusing on Karina, I know her brother well enough but Karina on the other hand? I only met her once and that was during my first appearance, namely the SCW Bombshell Party that Odette held back in the summer, besides that I’ve only seen her matches and I competed against her once so I know how tough she is.”
Will that stop me? You should know better by now!
“That said I’m not letting that stop me from winning this match and moving on to the second round where I’ll hope to face Amanda Cortez’s team so that I can get some measure of revenge against her for costing me my match against Roxi Johnson two weeks ago, for now though I plan to focus on only one thing, winning this match and making my plans for revenge possible, especially after my first plan failed.”
Oh crap! I just said that out loud didn’t I? Well I guess it’s time to wrap things up.
“Karina, Despayre, I don’t know about Derek but I don’t plan on letting either of you win this match, in fact my only plans regarding this match is winning it and making it through to the next round, this is SCW’s Heavy Metal Bombshell and future SCW Bombshell Roulette Champion signing off, see you in the ring!”
I turned to the TV as the scene fades.
