SCW’s first show and Supercard of 2013 was drawing near and with it came Jessie’s shot at winning a chance at the SCW Bombshell Roulette Championship but first she had to go through the veteran Tiami Tyler, can Jessie win?

“So……what’s this I hear about you signing up for the Super J Cup?” Katie asked as she approached me, like last week I was getting some guitar practice in though this time I was practicing a different guitar riff, namely the Black Sabbath classic “Iron Man” and I looked up before shrugging.

“Yeah, I figured it would be a great way to get noticed.” I shrugged as I continued to play the riff. “Especially since wrestlers from all over the NWA will be competing.”

“And Misty competing had some impact in your decision I take it?” Katie asked and I frowned, I knew she would be asking that the moment I saw that Misty had also signed up for the tournament and I knew what my answer would be.

“Katie, Misty signed up after I did, I had no way of knowing that she’d sign up for the tourney.” I reassured her with an annoyed sigh. “And if she had signed up first I definitely would’ve signed up.”

“Jessie, aren’t you forgetting what happened the last time you faced Misty?” Katie sighed in annoyance. “If Odette hadn’t stopped Misty when she did then who knows what would’ve happened? Whose idea was it to suggest you to sign up for that thing anyway?”

“You can blame me for that.” Jake commented and we turned to him. “I found out about the tournament before Jessie did and I told her about it, it didn’t exactly take much persuasion to get her to sign up.”

“Why do I even bother?” Katie sighed before walking out of the room, once she had left Jake sat down next to me.

“Ignore her Jess; she’s just being her usual overprotective self.” Jake reassured me and I smirked as I set the guitar aside.

“Way ahead of you.” I responded with a smirk getting a laugh out of Jake. “Any word from Tiami since her promo last week?” I asked and Jake shook his head.

“Well, if there was you wouldn’t have asked that question.” Jake answered and I nodded in response. “She seemed pretty hung up on the fact that you made a few mistakes about her past.”

“First off, those weren’t mistakes, I was making guessed based on what I knew at the time.” I answered as I folded my arms. “Besides that if she keeps focusing on what I got wrong in my last promo then this will be in the bag.”

“Are you sure? She is a veteran.” Jake pointed out and I nodded.

“I’m sure, besides no-one’s perfect despite what Matthew Kennedy thinks of himself.” I pointed out with a shrug. “Tiami may be a veteran but she’s bound to be rusty due to the years she’s spent away from the ring which will definitely give me a fighting chance.”

“If you say so Jess, I’m going out to the shops, you need anything?” Jake asked and I shook my head, Jake left the hotel room and once he had left I turned to the camera.

“One more week has passed and things are heating up in SCW, will that stop me from winning my match at the Supercard? What do you think? Tiami, I may have gotten a couple of facts wrong but I don’t care, mistakes happen and considering that I basing my information on what your SCW profile said I didn’t exactly have a lot to go on so I just made wild guesses, don’t like it? Well that’s too bad!”

I said before shaking my head.

“Hell if you want to even further than that then why don’t we bring up the fact that I’m a rookie as well? A rookie making mistakes pretty much comes with the territory when you’re a rookie after all even if it has to do with your history! You may be a veteran but I’ve held my own against women with more experience than me and I’ll continue to do that at the upcoming Super J Cup being hosted at ACW.”

Why am I bringing this up?

“As for why I’m bringing that tournament up well it’s simple, and I don’t mean to offend Tiami in anyway by saying this but as far as I’m concerned this match is basically a warm-up in preparation for the tournament and who better to warm up against than a veteran? Just as I thought, no-one, I’m not saying that I expect an easy match out of this but I don’t want it to be easy anyway.”

And with that I decided to wrap things up.

“Tiami, your kid may have kept you away from the ring but that just means that you’ll be rusty going into out match this Sunday at the Supercard and that means that I’ll have an easier time defeating you and going on to the Roulette Title match, this is SCW’S Heavy Metal Bombshell signing off reminding you to keep it metal!”

I picked my guitar back up as the scene fades.
