In recent weeks the Bombshell Division has been pitted against each other for a chance to win the SCW Bombshell Championship that was vacated my Mercedes after Into The Void, this week it was the turn of three more Bombshells, Odette Ryder, Laura Jackson and the Heavy Metal Bombshell herself and Odette’s teammate in NXT Jessie Salco, obviously the two NXT Members where entering the match with clashing feelings something that Laura could take advantage off.

“Well Jess, I’ve got some good news and some bad news.” Jake said as he approached me with a copy of the new Climax Control card in his hand, I was at my laptop and moments ago I had been blasting out Testament’s The Legacy album. “Good news is that you’re finally in one of the Bombshell Championship Triple Threat Matches.”
“About damn time!” I said with a grin as I turned to him. “What’s the bad news?”
“Bad news is you’re finally in one of the Triple Threat Bombshell Championship Matches.” Jake said and I looked at him as if one of his dreadlocks had started speaking. “And Odette is one of your opponents.”
“Oh please tell me this is a joke!” I groaned as I leaned my head back, I knew I’d had to face her eventually in the tournament but I was hoping to face her in one of the later rounds. “Who’s the other Bombshell in the match?”
“Laura Jackson, one half of the Tattooed Goddesses.” Jake said before handing me a copy of the card so that I could see for myself. “You may remember her as the member whose random drug test cost the Tattooed Goddesses the Bombshell Tag Team Titles?”
“Oh yeah, I’m still pissed off about that.” I groaned as I thought back to the press release. “When I was waiting for the results of the drug test I thought I’d be fired from the company after one match if I failed it, now she fails one and she gets a slap on the wrist?”
“You call being suspended without pay a slap on the wrist? Then again it probably is compared to being fired.” Jake shrugged his shoulders. “Look I know you were looking to face her later on in the tournament but you’ve seen enough of Odette’s matches to be pretty familiar with her wrestling style.”
“Yeah and it’s similar to mine.” I pointed out before sighing. “But Laura on the other hand, she’s got the advantage going in, she’s a brawler and has at least ten pounds on both me and Odette in terms of weight, and that’s not even considering the possibility of her girlfriend Amanda interfering on her behalf.” I added with a frown.
“True enough.” Jake shrugged before pausing. “Wait, Amanda as in Laura’s tag team partner Amanda Cortez? You mean to tell me that two of the Bombshells are in a Lesbian relationship?”
“I don’t know the details but they’re not exactly in the closet about it.” I said with a shrug as Jake started rubbing his chin. “I’m not saying I have any issues with that off course, hell I’ve been with a few women myself.”
“True enough, but I still think we should grab a camera and tape Marty McFarge’s reaction to the news.” Jake added and I groaned.
“You do that, the further I am away from that creep the better.” I responded and Jake nodded in understanding. “Just give me the footage so I can put it up on YouTube later, okay?”
“You have a deal.” Jake nodded in agreement before walking off, I sighed in annoyance before turning to the camera so that I could get ready to tell the SCW audience my thoughts on the match.
“My first shot at the SCW Bombshell Championship and I have to beat one of my friends and stablemates and one half of the tag team who’s stealing my tattooed bombshell gimmick in order to qualify for it, yeah, I’m pretty conflicted about this match.” I said before sighing. “I’ll start with Odette since I have the most to talk about her to talk about but I’ll get to Laura in due time.”
I am not looking forward to this.
“Odette, you were the first Bombshell I talked to in SCW, hell your decision to host the Bombshell Party the week before I made my debut helped me get noticed……and unintentionally led to me having to do a drug test but that’s not important, when you talked about forming a team with me a few weeks back I got excited about the possibilities but I guess the SCW higher ups saw that and decided to show for the second week in a row that they have a sadistic sense of humor.”
Seriously, I think Christian and Mark have a meeting every week to discuss how to piss off certain SCW Superstars.
“Does that mean I’m not looking forward to the match? Hell no, this is my first possible shot at the SCW Bombshell Championship and making Spike’s prediction of me being a Bombshell Champion come true, I was just hoping that it was against anyone but you Odette, I’m sure we can put on a great match but at the same time it would suck if either of us was eliminated this early from the tournament.”
And the award for biggest understatement ever goes too.
“Odette, no matter who wins this match we’ll still be friends but that won’t stop me from winning this match, and if I can debut the new finisher that I’ve been perfecting with the help of some of Spike’s trainees then that would make things a lot better, even more so if I hit it on Laura and not you, especially since I know this isn’t an elimination match.”
Speaking of Laura it’s time I talked about her.
“Next up on the chopping block is Laura Jackson, one half of the Bombshell Tag Team with the shortest Bombshell Tag Title Reign in SCW history The Tattooed Goddesses.” I said before shaking my head. “I realize that you were probably not hoping to hear that from one of your opponents in your first match back but you know what? Tough shit, the reason you lost the title in the first place pisses me off!”
I’ve been waiting for this.
“Encase you didn’t hear Laura, I’m a recovering drug addict, that’s pretty much widely known across the SCW fanbase ever since my debut match, like you I was forced to take a drug test and the wait for the results was torturous for me, why? Because I thought that I’d be fired for failing the drug test obviously I tested negative so that brings me to the question your probably asking yourself, what does this have to do with you? You failed your drug test but they suspended you and stripped your team of the Tag Titles so yeah, I’m more than a little upset about that fact.”
Seriously, did they give me special treatment because I basically admitted to using the hardcore stuff on air?
“Besides that I don’t really have any reason to be upset with you, hell I should probably be more upset at Christian for showing you bias but I’m not about to go on a rant about the guy who signs my paychecks, what matters is that you’re here now in this match and your one of my opponents, I intend to make it through to the next round one way or another and if you get in my way you’ll regret it big time.”
And with that I decided to wrap things up.
“This match has me conflicted for obvious reasons, I’m facing Odette in her first match since losing the Bombshell Championship and I’m facing Laura who’s lax punishment for failing a drug test still leaves a bitter taste in my mouth however no matter what I am going to win this match and go to fight for and hopefully win the SCW Bombshell Championship, in the meantime Laura and Odette you’ll learn why the first words spoken in my theme-song fit me perfectly, I was born to bleed and I’ll fight to succeed in this match and win!”
I turned to my laptop as the scene fades.
