Scene 1 – Meeting Christian

The camera comes up inside of the office of Christian Underwood the fifty percent owner of SCW.  He was busy working on some paperwork when the buzzer on his intercom went off. He lent over and pushed down the button.

Christian Underwood
Yes?

The receptionist voice came through on the con with the usual buzzing noises the things produce.

Your 11 o’clock is here sir

Christian Underwood
Send them in!

He removed his finger from the com and lent back in his chair watching the door. Moments later the handle came down and into the room walked Laura Jackson who seemed to be less then pleased to be in the offices of SCW! She had on a black Tampa Bay Buccaneers Jersey, blue jeans and black boots. She walked over and slipped into a leather chair that sat in front of the desk.

Laura Jackson
So you fly me all the way to Vegas so I could get fired by you face to face. I give you credit your the first person who ever did that. So props Christian!

Laura looked at him and it was clear that he wasn’t happy about something.

Christian Underwood
Ummm Miss Jackson can I ask you where Miss Cortez is? I ask both of you to come here!

Laura Jackson
Look I don’t want to deal with a heretic Mandy so she hasn’t come plan and simple. So go ahead fire us both for choosing to side with Erik!

Christian looked at her and started to chuckle! Laura looked at him and started to get a little annoyed.

Laura Jackson
Mind telling me just what is so funny?

Christian finally stopped laughing and looked at her.

Christian Underwood
I’m sorry but I just find it funny that you think I bought you all this way to get fired! Beside if I wanted to fire you I would done it a lot sooner considering the numerous headaches you and Amanda have given me. So please understand this is just to let you know that I am not going to hold that decision against you and that you are welcome back to SCW!

Laura looked at him and seemed to be completely surprised by that.

Laura Jackson
Oh well in that case Mandy is going to need time off?

Christian Underwood
Why that!

Laura Jackson
Basically Amanda other career has taken off big time. Her specialist videos have been flying off the shelves and she also got a few scripts for films nothing major but because of that she isn’t going to be able to focus on wrestling and so I request on her behalf she is given time off.

Christian looked at her and put his hand together before resting his chin on his fingers for a moment. He seemed to be pondering what he was going to do.

Christian Underwood
Ok then Miss Jacskon tell Miss Cortez she can have the time off and that the company wishes all the luck with those projects!

With that Laura just stood up and started to leave the office.

Laura Jackson
Cool I let her know so yeah I get out of here let you get back to whatever it was you were doing before I got in here. I guess I see you at whatever show I’m next booked on.

As she reached the door Christian stood up and called out to her.

Christian Underwood
Laura wait I’ve got one more thing to say! If you wouldn’t mind sitting down.

Laura looked at him and it was clear she was surprised by this.

Laura Jackson
Oh ok.

With that Laura turned and sat back down looking at Christian!

Christian Underwood
Look Laura I know you haven’t had a lot of luck in terms of win recently.

Laura looked at him clearly not happy with his choose of words.

Laura Jackson
You think!

Christian Underwood
I don’t put that down to your ability I put that down to you being given bad advice from a man who clearly didn’t have your best interest at heart. He used you and deserve better because believe me you may be a pain but you have talent! So that is why in 2 weeks on Climax Control I’m giving you a title match!

Laura looked at him and her eyes bugged out in surprise at that news.

Laura Jackson
You giving me a title shot?

Christian Underwood
Yes I am it’s going to be you Amy Marshall and the new Bombshell champion Roxi Johnson in a triple threat match so in Reno you have a chance to be champion once more!

Laura then looked at him and was stunned.

Laura Jackson
Thanks Christian I wasn’t expecting that at all?

Christian Underwood
I’m glad you like it so you can go now and I see you in Reno!

Laura then slowly got up and left the offices it was clear she was still in shock over her talent match. As she left the offices the screen turned black.

End of Scene 1

Scene 2 – Interview

The camera came up in the basement of the Bally's Grand Ballroom in Reno. It was part of the way Laura getting ready for matches to head to the bowels of a building and just try and get herself in the right frame of mind. However this was the first time in a while she actually be getting ready on her own since Amanda was away. Laura went through her normal routine of stretching before she started to throw punches.

Laura Jackson
Ok yeah that’s it. Getting in the zone now!

Laura sped up her punches before leaping up and throwing a spinning kick before landing and posing!

Laura Jackson
Oh yeah I’m ready to get that Bombshell title!

With that Laura was joined by SCW interviewer Ms Rocky Mountains coming over to her with a microphone.

Ms Rocky Mountains
Hey Laura it’s been a while since we last talked.

Laura Jackson
Yes it has been so let me guess you want to talk to me about this match?

Ms Rocky Mountains
Yeah if its ok!

Laura Jackson
Go ahead

Ms Rocky Mountains
Folks I’m here with Miss Laura Jackson who is set to be apart of this week main event when she takes on Roxi Johnson and Amy Marshall so Sally what are you expecting from this match!

Laura Jackson
Well I think it’s going to be an interesting match since we have all faced off in the past and had some tough battles. I mean Roxi I said a lot of negative things towards her when I first faced her and I got to say that I was dead wrong. She may have a unique look and some interesting out of the ring activity but you know what you did beat Misty for that bombshell belt that is no mean feat. I mean I faced Misty and she just flat out kicked my ass but I know that as hard as it is to actually win a title it’s twice as hard to hold onto it. So yeah Roxi you may think you are ready but you are not. I’m coming for you pure and simple. Of course I’m not alone in competing against Roxi I also have to deal with Amy Marshall who I have been unlucky against in recent outing. Amy is talented but I kind of feel like she could do more like there is a part missing from making her a truly dominate wrestler. I wish I could put my finger on why that is but yeah it’s how things are. Maybe she will find it out there tonight but for me this is a show that I can’t wait to compete on!

Ms Rocky Mountains
I see I have to ask you does the absent of Amanda Cortez worry you here tonight?

Laura Jackson
No it doesn’t Mandy was great for moral support but honestly she can’t help me in that ring so I know that I have to just focus on the match and focus on making that belt my own!

Ms Rocky Mountains
There you have it folks Laura Jackson is ready for this match. Will she leave with the Bombshell title only time will tell.

Laura then looked into the camera as the screen turned black
