I’ll win the war.
« on: April 23, 2013, 09:40:28 PM »
The first promo period for the Hostile Takeover Supercard has passed and Jessie was one step closer to her match against Amanda Cortez, this feud started before the Blast from the Past Tournament started and over a month later it was ready to end, can Jessie end it by getting revenge on Amanda Cortez?

Baco Pizzeria, Brasilia, Brazil
April 23rd 2013, 5:00pm

I can’t believe it’s almost over.

This feud between me and Amanda has gone on for so long now that I’ll be happy to see it end so that I can focus on re-winning the SCW Bombshell Roulette Title after being cheated out of it by Amanda and her cronies against Joanne Canelli in my first and last defense, of the title, I may have made some enemies during this feud but I’ll cross that bridge when I come to it, for now all I want to do is put this stupid rivalry against Amanda Cortez to rest.

So, what am I up too? Well I definitely surprised my family members when they found out that I had admitted to the fact that I was abused as a kid on TV and the response has been mixed, Jake and Katie understand since they’ve seen Amanda’s promo and understand where I’m coming from, Johnny and Craig where initially shocked but once I sent them Amanda’s promo they understood and my parents…..oh boy.

I promised them back when I started training that I would try to keep my personal life separate from my professional life as much as possible, hence why it took me this long to admit that I was abused, well okay there were other reasons like my future opponents thinking it would be funny to make light of the subject but that’s the main reason, so yeah they were upset with me even after I sent them the promo.

That kind of ties into why I’m at a Pizzeria here in Brasilia actually, Jake and Katie have realized just how stressed this match has caused me, especially since I would’ve thought twice about revealing my abusive history before, so they took me here so that I can relax and besides having to sign autographs for kids who barely know English, thank god Katie’s fluent in Portuguese, things have been going well and the food’s good to boot, we’re all having pizzas but the menus in Portuguese so I couldn’t exactly tell you what we’re eating.

“Well Katie, I may not know a single word of Portuguese but that was good.” I commented as I finished my pizza, Jake was still eating his and Katie had finished hers a few minutes ago, “When did you learn Portuguese anyway?”

“I briefly dated a guy from Portugal whilst I was in high school, the guy didn’t speak English but we were able to hit it off.” Katie responded as she shrugged her shoulders. “He moved back home due to family problems but I learned how to speak Portuguese in the meantime.”

“Wait, if you didn’t know how to speak Portuguese then how did you hit it off with him?” Jake asked as he finished his pizza and Katie just shrugged.

“It’s kind of a long story. Basically we met through a mutual friend.” Katie answered before turning her attention back to me. “Speaking of long stories how has this meal been for you Jess?”

“It’s been good. I haven’t had pizza in so long that I forgot what it tastes like.” I responded as I took I sip from my drink. I wasn’t kidding either, last time I had pizza was when I was a teenager. “If you’re asking how it relates to my match related stress, well it was definitely a good way to unwind after this month long feud against Amanda.”

“That I can understand and I’ve never been in the ring before.” Jake responded as he shrugged his shoulders. “Then again I’ve been in the army and I think it’s a fair comparison to compare the toll wrestling takes on your body to serving in the armed forces.”

“I can see what you mean but there is a few differences, for one thing most wrestlers end up being in the business their whole lives even after they retire.” I pointed out and Jake nodded as if to say “fair point”. “With the army you spend a couple of years in it and decide whether you want to stay or not right?”

“Right, it’s a bit more complicated than that but that’s basically the jist of it.” Jake said with a nod. “Still you have a tough match ahead of you this Sunday at Hostile Takeover and I won’t be at ringside for the match, you sure you’re going to be okay?”

“I’m sure, hell I’ll be more than okay, I’ll win the match and get my revenge on Amanda.” I responded with a grin. “I feel like stretching my legs, you guys mind if I leave you with some cash towards the bill?”

“Sure, just don’t go too far.” Jake said and I grinned before leaving some notes on the table. “You have our cellphone numbers so if anything happens call us, okay?”

“Will do, I shouldn’t be more than a few minutes anyway.” I responded before leaving the pizzeria and walking down the street, it is as hot as it was last week when I first went for my walk but this has less to do with sightseeing and more to do with stretching my legs like I said, still it does give me an opportunity to address Amanda.

“It’s only been a week yet given how long this damn feud has gone on for it feels like it’s been longer than a week since my last promo for the match against Amanda Cortez.” I said as I put my hands in my denim jacket pockets. “Still I’m looking forward to ending this damn feud against Amanda and moving on with my life. I’d like to say that I’ve enjoyed my first real wrestling feud but to be honest? I haven’t, not one bit.”

Why’s that?

“The reason is simple, when I decided to enter the wrestling business six years ago I figured that my first real feud would either be over a title or something personal, what do I get instead?” You should know the answer but fuck it! “What I got is some idiotic bitch deciding to be an attention whore and cost me my match against Roxi Johnson because she wanted attention, well guess what Amanda? You have attention now, you have the attention of a pissed of metalhead chick who you know you can’t keep up with in the ring!”

I said as I walked by a store selling TVs, coincidentally showing Amanda’s latest promo.

“Great, just as I’m talking about you the TV Shop I’m walking by decides to play your promo, as if you weren’t annoying enough already.” I said as I quickened my pace. “You talked about how you hate girls who act nice and are in reality bitches? That’s funny, I tend to remember you being a nice person during your first couple of weeks in SCW but I guess Laura’s drug addiction costing you the SCW Bombshell Tag Titles made you snap huh? Whilst we’re on the subject why don’t we talk about the types of people that I hate?”

Don’t worry this won’t be as long winded as Amanda’s promo.

“You want to know the type of person I hate? Attention whores who’ll do anything for attention only to whine when their attempts to search for attention ends up pissing off the wrong person, sound familiar Amanda? It should, I just described your actions throughout this little feud of ours, only difference is that instead of fighting me like a warrior you went and hid behind your Team Erick teammates, it got to the point where I had to go to Christian personally and ask him to ban everyone else on the roster from ringside just so I could ensure a fair fight……well as fair this fight can be given your cheating ways.”

I said as I slowed down a bit.

“I’ve already made my plans for when this damn feud of ours ends, barring any grudges being held by Bombshells I’ve made enemies of since this feud began I want to get back in the title hunt and I’ll be starting with the title you screwed me out of, the SCW Bombshell Roulette Title, you on the other hand? You can go back to sucking Erick’s dick for all I care!”

And with that I decided to wrap this up.

“One woman’s search for attention resulted in a war between herself and the intended victim of that attention seeking stunt, this Sunday at Hostile Takeover I’ll personally make sure that you regret that decision for the rest of your wrestling career, maybe your life, who knows? By defeating you in the ring and scoring the three count, this is SCW’s Heavy Metal Bombshell Jessie Salco reminding the SCW Universe to make it metal and Amanda Cortez to choose her targets for attention seeking stunts better next time, I hear The Fallen love those kind of stunts.”

I turned back to meet my siblings at the pizzeria as the scene fades.
