She had other problems now as an oversight when she brought in Krystal as her new manager: she never voided her contract with Josh and all the money was being split between her, Krystal and Josh with Josh giving his half to Harper as a direct result! But now Cassie had one last match on the cards before Into the Void!
Namely? she was facing former World Bombshell Champion Crystal Zdunich! Crystal had announced as the third woman in the Triple Threat Match for the freshly vacated World Bombshell Title alongside Mercedes Vargas and Victoria Lyons and with all three women in action this week (Mercedes was facing Harper and Victoria was facing Bea Barnhart) none could afford to lose momentum, can Cassie win?

What was meant to be me taking the next big leap in my career has turned into a legal shitshow!
Look, it’s not like I didn’t expect backlash for my actions back at Legoland, I knew someone was going to raise a stink over me betraying Josh and Harper like that, but one technicality has left me financially fucked over for the foreseeable future.
In other words? I forgot to make sure my contract with Josh was voided before I went ahead with the plan, and now me money is being split between me, Krystal, and Josh, and by extension? Harper.
Yeah, this isn’t ideal and with my potential last match before the Queen for a Day Ladder Match being against Crystal this week? Yeah, this isn’t good!
”How the fuck did we overlook this?!” I exclaimed as I looked at both contracts on the desk in front of me and Riley stood next to me with her arms folded. ”This was supposed to be my escape to the big time and I’m instead being financially fucked!”
“I don’t get it?” Riley asked with a confused look on her face. “Logan has the Shields Sisters as his managers and this rarely comes up with him.”
”One: if I had those absolute babes as my managers I’d be the happiest bombshell on the roster since Candy! Seriously, they are such total baddies! Two: Logan has made it abundantly clear that he doesn’t care about money, only bloodshed and glory, I doubt he gives a fuck!” I corrected Riley and she nodded along as she got the idea. ”And third? Even if Logan cared about money Brooke and Marissa are trust fund kids, they’ve got money to burn!”
“Yeah, that does make sense now that you explain it like that.” Riley nodded before there was a knock at the door and she went to answer. “Hey Krystal.”
”Hey! I’ve got an update on the contract situation but it’s a mixture of bad and good news, can I come in?” Krystal asked and Riley nodded before letting her in, me and Riley had been sharing rooms o try to keep the costs down on the tour and, well, being a lesbian makes that awkward enough when she isn’t getting changed. ”Rightm good news first: I’ve spent the past two hours negotiating my manager’s contract with Evelynn and I got her to allow me to take a pay cut.”
”Okay, that lessons the financial burden somewhat.” I nodded as I turned to my older half-sister,, ”Bad news?”
”Another thing you overlooked, the contract with Josh is iron clad, same goes for Harper’s contract, you can’t fire him as your manager without legal headaches.” Krystal explained and I frowned before nodding. ”Now, Josh is willing to let your old managerial contract with him expire when the time comes, but that comes with worse news: the contract isn’t expiring until next January.”
”Great! I have to put up with this shit for nearly a year!” I groaned as I ran a hand through my hair. ”Any pat cuts from him or is it wishful thinking?”
”Wishful thinking I’m afraid, and you can bet Harper’s loving this.” Krystal responded as she shook her head and I nodded with frustration clear on my face. ”Any other time I’d get my lawyer on it, but I can’t fly him to England on short notice.”
“So in other words? It’s the worst version of the waiting game ever.” Riley nodded as she got the idea and Krystal just shook her head. “Any suggestions in the meantime?”
”Depends, Cass, do you still have the money from the PTA Gym collapse all those years ago? The money sent by Jenny Tuck?” Krystal asked and I quickly nodded, knowing that I still had that massive windfall in a savings account trough Chase. ”Okay, good, we’ve got reserves but we cannot let Harper or Josh know about this!”
”Should be easy considering Jenny hasn’t been heard from in years!” I commented as I leaned back, for context? Jenny was a millionaire ex wrestler who loved throwing around money like it was going out of style, including a failed attempt to buy the Go Gym because she thought Krystal, Carter and Carter’s bestie Ariana ran the place but that’s a long story! ”Getting threatened with a lawsuit does tend to chase away people with working brain cells.”
“Most of the time.” Riley nodded in agreement before the conversation drifted off.

Remember when I said that going around theme parks isn’t fun when you just betrayed your best friend? Yeah, well, it’s even worse now.
Because of the financial situation with Josh and Chrystal I’m limited on what I can do at these parks and while we plan on setting aside a plan for the reserve money as soon as we’re back in Vegas? I don’t need to tell you that this situation sucks.
God knows I’ve been saying that a lot!
”I should’ve held out until the Summer XXXTreme Cycle!” I muttered to Riley as we walked around. ”Not only will this year mark two years since I signed SCW Contract while on the cruise in 2024 but at least then the cycle would’ve been normal!!”
“What exactly is normal about wrestling?” Riley asked as she folded her arms and I just shook my head. “Besides, the cycle’s almost over and before long? We’ll be planning our next steps.”
”And if everything goes as planned? That will include me as Queen for a Day!” I nodded in agreement before folding my arms. ”Haven’t really thought about what I’d do as queen yet.”
“Weren’t you in last year’s match?” Riley asked and I nodded. “Did you have a plan for that match and the follow up show?”
”Considering me and Seleana were literally thrown into the match at the last minute? No!” I responded as I shook my head. ”This year I don’t have that excuse as the first Bombshell to qualify but if I beat Crystl on Sunday and if by some fucking miracle@? She walks out as champion again I might just challenge her.”
“Invoking the old cliché?” Riley asked with a grin and I nodded.
”Why the fuck not? It’s basically me giving myself a title shot!” I responded before we walked off.

”I’m sure those who hate me love the fact that, since that whole contract issue was brought up, I haven’t been able to enjoy the rides on this tour as much as I should!” I commented as I rolled my eyes. ”You know, among other injustices! But this Sunday I get to take out my anger on another former World Bombshell Champion, someone who will be competing for he vacated title at Into the Voice alongside two other former champions! And when I look at the lineup for that match I can’t help but wonder one thing.
HOW THE FUCK DOES CRYSTAL FIT INTO THIS MATCH?! Seriously, Mercedes had that miracle title run last year, Victora is a record breaker champion and future Hall of Famer but Chrystal?! And I’m her opponent this week on Climax Control? Riley, cue up the music.”

”One of these things is not like the other, one of these things just doesn’t belong!!” I sung the tune and now it’s stuck in your heads, enjoy! ”Oh, what’s that? Crystal was the champion before Kayla swooped in and put the reign out of its misery? Needed I remind you of what the one defence of that reign was?
Because apparently Seleana Zdunich and her nobody relative were due for a World Bombshell Title Shoy in 2026!” I couldn’t help but shake my head at that. ”And how did that work out for you Crystal? Oh, right, Mercedes carried the team to a win and betrayed your useless ass! And people wonder why the fuck you’re in the Triple Threat at Into the Void to begin with! Spoiler alert: I’m one of those people.”
I added as I shook my head.
”And look at that, I’m in the Queen for a Day Match and really, what’s stopping me from using my queen powers to put myself against you if, by some motherfucking miracle, you’re the new champion after Into the Void?” I asked hypothetically before shaking my head. ”In other words Chrystal? I’m using you to make a statement to the rest of the Bombshell Division,.”
It’s that simple.
”My message is that the era of weak Bombshell Champions is over!” I added as I flipped some hair over my shoulder. ”And like it or not? I will be leading the charge as soon as I beat you Chrystal!”
And with that Cassie decided to wrap things up.
”Is there a sadder Hall of Famer right now than you Chrystal? I doubt it and I’ll prove it on Sunday!” I added as I glared at the camera. ”And Crystal? When the Judas Wolf howls, you won’t be able to run before I sink my teeth into you for the Judas Bire!”
I turned off the camera as the scene fades.
