It has been two weeks since Jessie has seen ring action with the closest thing she’s gotten to a match being providing commentary for Chelsea Payne’s match against Samantha Marlowe which saw Chelsea emerge victorious, however after the match Jessie delivered a clear message to Chelsea: she was coming for the Roulette Championship and that Chelsea should keep the belt warm for her, everyone thought that this match would take place at Summer XXXTreme in a few weeks’ time but anything can happen in the wrestling business.

Case in point: Chelsea Payne’s first defense of the Roulette Championship was not only taking place in this week’s Main Event but Jessie was set to be her first challenger and with Jessie also having recent troubles with the Mean Girls alongside her Metal and Punk Connection tag team partner Amy Marshall and the impressive upstart Bombshell Devona Jessie had a lot on her mind but can Jessie prove that she would’ve retained the title if Veronica Taylor wasn’t involved in their last match?

God damn that was satisfying!

Putting the Mean Girls in their place like that totally made up for the fact that I had the week off for two weeks in a row and you know what else makes up for that fact? The fact that I don’t have to wait until Summer XXXTreme to get my rematch for the title against Chelsea Payne as that match is serving as this week’s Main Event! Don’t get me wrong, I thought I’d be in a match this week but I thought the bosses would use the opportunity to scout new talent in the form of that Asian woman I had a brief spat with on Twitter by granting her the request for a one-off match against me but nope!

At the same time though, I doubt I’ve seen the last of her and for all I know they could be saving that for the last Climax Control before this year’s Summer XXXTreme but if they are then I welcome both challenges, especially since I plan on taking back my Roulette Championship this Sunday!

But I’d be lying if I said that it was going to be that easy.

I know for a fact that the Mean Girls will be looking for revenge against me, Amy and Devona this week on Climax Control but it goes both ways, I’m the only member of that trio who’s in action this week but the same goes for Mercedes Vargas and if she thought she was pissed off against me before? Just wait for the snorefest that’ll be her match against Mikah.

I may be on Mercedes’s shit list but she hasn’t beaten me in a match in two years, Bombshell Internet Championship match at last year’s Blaze of Glory? Beaten, the Chamber of Fate match at last year’s Summer XXXTreme? I didn’t make it to the final two but I did eliminate Mercedes from the match within seconds of being let out of my pod so yeah, if Mercedes’s old, washed up ass could beat me in a match I’d be worried but she can’t.

And as much as I’d like to say I’m done taking you on a trip down memory lane…….

*flashback*

It was a few minutes after the seg where me, Amy and Devona brawled with the Mean Girls ending in me and Amy hitting the Mean Girls (and several security guards) with suicide dives and as you can probably guess we have been read the riot act by the bosses for attacking non-wrestlers, we won’t be punished though for one reason, the guards were collateral damage but we were backstage in a room with a small army of security guards stationed outside.

“Note to self, never try a suicide dive in heels again!” Devona commented out loud calling attention to something that I honestly hadn’t spotted whilst we were in the ring, namely that she was indeed wearing heels. “I’m still surprise that I didn’t fall flat on my ass!”

“That’s reason number one thousand why I don’t like wearing heels.” I commented with a grin as I glanced up at the rookie Bombshell. “I’d list the other reasons but by the time we’re done the Main Event between J2H and James Tuscini will be over!”

“You could always sum it up with one sentence. I’m a tomboy.” Amy offered and I grinned in response, it should really come as no surprise that I’m a tomboy considering all the other things I am into including wrestling. “Anyway, we should be glad that they didn’t suspend us for diving at the guards or do I need to remind you of how long Steve was suspended for when he superkicked Shane?”

“Well maybe they should’ve gotten out of the way first.” I responded with a grin and the other two Bombshells nodded in agreement. “Not our fault that they’ve apparently never watched a wrestling show in their entire lives!”

“Exactly!” Devona nodded with a grin on her face. “Anyway, if things continue down the path they’ve been going it’s possible that we’ll be booked in a Six Bombshell Tag Match at Summer XXXTreme, I think we should start training for that.”

“Aren’t you forgetting something?” I asked as I turned to the Cajun Bombshell. “I’m still owed a rematch against Chelsea for the Roulette Championship, they’ll probably book that match for Summer XXXTreme.”

“Yeah, maybe.” Amy responded but before I could say anything else the door opened and a stage hand sheepishly stepped in.

“Err, the card for next week’s show has been made official ladies.” The stage hand said and I held out my hand to take it from him, once the transaction had been made the stage hand left just as quickly as he had arrived.

“Okay, what are we up too next week?” I wondered out loud as I read through the card. “Mercedes is taking on Mikah in a non-title match, might be a good idea to get another one up on the Mean Girls and stick it to the Black Sheep in the process.”

“I like the way you think.” Devona responded before I continued to read through the card and only stopped when I reached the Main Event at which point my jaw dropped. “What? Are you getting a shot at Crystal next week?”

“Much as I’d love to throw a spanner in the works for their Summer XXXTreme plans, that’s not the case.” I responded as I turned to the other Bombshells. “But I am getting a title shot, one that I’ve been owed since Into the Void.”

“Your match against Chelsea is next week?” Amy asked before leaning over. “And apparently Kris made it official, I thought he was just the host?”

“He was, maybe the bosses already planned to have this match and had Kris make the announcement for them.” I responded as I looked at the card. “You guys aren’t on the card so there’s that, maybe you can help keep the Mean Girls at bay.”

“Nothing more fun than diving at Mean Girls.” Amy responded with a grin before frowning. “So that means that the Six Bombshell Tag is set for Summer XXXTreme?”

“That’s if I don’t win the Roulette Title back, if I do they’ll probably replace me with Kate.” I responded with a frown. “And as much I love kicking Mean Girls ass I love being a champion more so I’m a bit conflicted here.”

“Don’t worry about it for now, if anything they’ll probably hold off on the Six Bombshell Tag until after Summer XXXTreme if you do win so just worry about your match against Chelsea Payne.” Amy responded and I nodded in response.

*end flashback*

After that point, we pretty much just talked shop for the rest of the show and in me and Amy’s case we spent those couple of hours getting to know Devona as a person, we’re not close enough to consider her a good friend of the Metal and Punk Connection yet but we trust her enough to know that, if I do lose to Chelsea in this week’s Main Event, we can rely on her in a pinch.

Only problem? I don’t plan on leaving this week’s Climax Control without the Bombshell Roulette Championship!

“Keep it up Jessie!” Jake encouraged me as I continued to kick away at the punching bag, Amy would’ve joined us but she wants to spend time with Joey so Jake’s taken up the mantel of my trainer this time around. “If it helps, imagine that this bag is Veronica and she just tossed your entire CD collection into a trash compactor!”

“I am not paying for repairs on that punching bag if she actually does that!” Shane quickly chimed in and we laughed as I continued my work-out.

“Trust me Jake, if she did do that she’d be lucky to walk again!” I responded as I continued to work out. “Besides, Veronica isn’t my main focus this week, it’s Chelsea!”

“I know that but Chelsea isn’t the only one you have to worry about this week!” Jake responded as I finished my workout and sat down on the weights bench. “Last week you gave the Mean Girls plenty of reasons to want revenge on you.”

“Even with the numbers game I’m not worried about them.” I responded before taking a sip from my water bottle. “Veronica has never beaten me in singles competition, Mercedes hasn’t won a single match against me since September of 2015 and Celeste? She may have beaten me in that Tai Pei Death Match but that was two years ago and I’m a much better wrestler than I was back then!”

“I’m still wondering what you were thinking challenging her to that match.” Shane commented as he folded his arms. “You were damn lucky that the show took place in Canada because I’d hate to see the hospital bill after you were discharged.”

“Tell me about it, I know the bill for the last hospital stay required us to dip into the Bloodstock savings.” I responded before checking the time on the wall. “Anyway, we’ve been here for two hours so I say we call it a day, I’ve got a promo to do so I’ll hang back as usual.”

“Sure, and if you want to do some more working out later we can always watch the new episode of MasterChef on your laptop.” Jake added before he and Shane walked off towards the men’s changing room as they had been working out as well and since we were the only ones in the gym I decided to do my promo here.

“You know, I was under the impression that my match against Chelsea Payne was being saved for Summer XXXTreme, especially after we were left off the card last week but apparently the bosses have other ideas for us Chelsea but at least I have a rough idea of what I’ll be up to should I lose this week’s Main Event against you for the Bombshell Roulette Championship but you? They’ll probably stick you and a bunch of random Bombshells in one of those Ultimate X Over the Pool Matches that they’ve been hosting at the even since its inception! But that’s not going to happen because I’m about to become a three-time Bombshell Roulette Champion!”

And as for what will happen to the Six Bombshell Tag? Meh.

“I know Devona is conflicted because whilst she wants me to win she also wants me in the Six Bombshell Tag! Here’s the big problem though and I’m sure you understand this as well Chelsea, when it comes to Supercards like Summer XXXTreme I’d much rather be competing for or defending a championship than being stuck in a random match even if said match is against the Mean Girls and this Sunday I’ll be booking my ticket for Summer XXXTreme with the add on of “championship match guaranteed” included!”

It’s that simple.

“Chelsea, I said before that I see a lot of me in you whenever I watch you wrestle but much like me when I made my SCW debut way back in 2012 you have a lot of learning to do in that ring and you know, history does have a habit of repeating itself, doesn’t it? My first title reign outside of single’s competition was with the Roulette Title and it ended on my first defense because half of the fucking Bombshell Roster decided that interfering in my match sounded like a good idea!”

Yeah, I’ve never gotten over that!

“Encase you can’t tell, I’m still bitter about that and the fact that I never got my rematch but my point is that this match is going to end the same way, your reign will end after its first defense and there’s a good chance that the Mean Girls are going to try to interfere, only difference? Unlike Joanne Canelli, the woman who couldn’t beat me on her own, I’ll actually grant you a rematch at the earliest opportunity and I won’t need my friends to help me out outside of keeping the Mean Girls at bay!”

When will that happen? Who knows!

“If there’s one thing for certain Chelsea it’s that you and I will put on a great match worthy of Main Eventing a Climax Control but this is also going to be the match where I expose you as the fluke champion you are! You say that you had me beat when we met in the Blast from the Past Tournament but I would’ve managed a comeback without Nicolas’s help and as for our match at Into the Void? There was only one reason why you walked out the Bombshell Roulette Champion and that reason’s name is Veronica Taylor!”

To the surprise of absolutely no one!

“This Sunday Chelsea, I’m going to show the world what would’ve happened if Veronica was never added to the match in the first place and as a matter of fact, I’m going to give you a hint, I’d still be the Bombshell Roulette Champion! You may claim that the title’s happier around your waist but I fail to see how any title can be happy around the waist of a fluke champion like you! I said keep that title warm for me Chelsea but I don’t know how warm it is considering that this is your first defense.”

And your last.

“At the end of the day I have one goal in my mind heading into this match and that’s winning back the Roulette Championship that you pinned Veronica to win Chelsea and this time there’s no third wheel to hinder or help us! No tag team partners, no Veronica Taylor and certainly no Mean Girls if Amy and Devona manage to keep them at bay and when I do beat you Chelsea you’ll be exposed as the fluke champion you are!”

And with that I decided to wrap things up.

“As far as I’m concerned, if Veronica was never added to my third title defense at Into the Void VI I’d still be the Roulette Champion but that didn’t happen and here we are, ready for your first and last defense of the Roulette Championship! In fact, I’m considering this to be one of the few cases of a lunatic running the asylum working out best for everybody because if Kris did book this match then we know exactly who Chelsea will be kicking in the balls when I win back the Roulette Championship! This is the Heavy Metal Angel Jessie Salco signing off and Chelsea, there’s no one around to help you this time and that means the end of your reign.”

I went off towards the women’s changing rooms as the scene fades.
