 Steve’s hopes at taking the Roulette Title from Kris Halc were dashed as Kris would go on to win what ended up being a “Mystery Box Match” to retain the title in his first defense but did that mean that Steve would get the week off from competition? No, instead Steve was competing in a Triple Threat Roulette Rules Match against Travis Nathanial Andrews, who made his presence known at the end of the match, and Ryan Keys who can’t seem to stay out of Steve’s hair lately but can he win?

Andreas’s farm, Fort Defiance, Arizona
Wednesday the 7th of June 2017, 11:00am

I bet you forgot that Andreas owned a farm out here, didn’t you?

But yeah, since we’re in Arizona for this week’s Climax Control Andreas suggested that we spend the week at his farm rather than at a hotel which we agreed, really the only problem we had was telling the bosses because they had forgotten that Andreas owned some farmland in Arizona as well but we’re here for the whole week and we may as well make the most of it, even if I can’t get good reception out here due to us being in a rural area.

Yeah, I’m already regretting not staying in a hotel, can’t you tell?

But you know what I won’t be regretting? Kicking Ryan and Travis’s ass in the match on Sunday because there’s no way in hell no one else on the roster is getting a title shot ahead of me especially not two of the three men I beat to win the Roulette Title in the first place!

I don’t care if I’ve had my rematch already because certain people have gotten shots at titles without ever earning it and by certain people I mean Ryan Keys and Kris Halc the two men who have robbed me of my SCW Roulette Championship and this Sunday I at the very least get to exact revenge on one of those men and show the world why letting Christian be in charge of booking talent is a bad idea!

Honestly, a blind howler monkey would do a better job than him!

“Another day and another day with next to no internet connection.” Cyrus sighed as he tried, and failed, to get on Pokémon Go for the 50th time this week and no, that’s not an exaggeration, me and Kaylee were watching TV on the couch whilst Andreas was out in the fields tending to the crops and feeding the animals, you have no idea how much I’ve been holding back the urge to make an Old McDonald joke. “Is it too late to go into the city and stay at the hotel that the other SCW wrestlers/on-air talent are using?”

“Already tried that, they gave the rooms that we would’ve had to a family of four which includes a teenage son and daughter and the hotels fully booked.” I responded before glancing back at the TV which had the International News on with the top story being about the upcoming election in England and the recent terrorist attack over there. “Tried several other hotels and no luck there, it seems that fans are coming from all over for this week’s Climax Control.”

“And as annoying as that is, I can at least understand it.” Kaylee commented before yawning. “Huh, I just realized that it’s almost been a year since I first made an on-screen appearance.”

“And my first appearance on the Jeremy Kyle show.” I grunted in annoyance as I leaned back, for those who don’t remember it that was the show the led to the end of my marriage to Charlotte and whilst I have gotten married to Kaylee since then it’s still a painful memory, especially considering that Charlotte would be exposed as a cheat herself when I made my second appearance on the Jeremy Kyle Show. “I’m still surprised Jeremy never invited you out.”

“Yeah, I think he just wanted to get that over with.” Cyrus shrugged his shoulders before Andreas entered the house in his overalls and was about as dirty as one might expect. “Everything all right on the farm?”

“Some animals got lose but we rounded them up.” Andreas responded before he started making his way upstairs. “I’m going to have a shower and get changed, I know Steve has a promo to do so if he can get that done maybe we can go out into the city for a Pokehunt?”

“Sounds good to me, anything’s better than watching the news.” I responded and Kaylee and Cyrus nodded in agreement before they left the room to do something else, now that I was alone I decided to get my promo out of the way, mostly out of boredom but still.

“No one kicks out of the Fearless Shot, NO ONE! I don’t know how much Jacob was paid to screw me over but considering that his incompetence led to my first Roulette Title Reign being cut short by that thief known as James Tuscini I am THIS CLOSE to starting a Change.Org petition to have that idiot fired from Sin City Wrestling for gross incompetence because it’s clear that that moron does not know what the fuck he’s doing as a referee! Fact is that I should be the first four-time champion in SCW history right now and because championship shots aren’t earned these days Travis Nathanial Andrews has stuck his nose in my business!”

And that’s not even the worst part!

“And you know what’s worse? They have booked me in a match against Travis and the other thieving thorn in my side Ryan Keys with Roulette Rules attached for good measure, to put it bluntly I don’t care what the Roulette Wheel stops on because I am entering this match with a mission, screw Travis out of whatever shot he thinks he’s owned for his five minute title reign because hey, if I have to wait several fucking months to get my rightful one on one Roulette Title Shot then so should he!”

And I’m serious!

“Who do you are Travis? Huh? The only reason you are a former Roulette Champion was because I interfered in Chris Shipman’s title defense against you and then you went on to lose it to me at this year’s Blaze of Glory! The only way you could have less of a claim to a title shot is if you went up to the bosses and demanded a title shot on your first day with the company but that’s beside the point! The point is that this Sunday I’m going to kick your ass from pillar to post for interfering in my business.”

And speaking of interferers, next up is Ryan!

“And in Christian’s never ending quest to make his man-crush a future Hall of Famer here’s Ryan Keys potentially getting his twentieth undeserved Roulette Title Shot this year! Only this time I’m not going to let it happen! Instead I am going to beat up Ryan so badly that he will be unrecognizable to his own mother and maybe then that idiot known as Christian will stop putting him in championship contention but to be honest, I’m not holding my breath on that one!”

And with that I decided to wrap things up.

“Back in my day title shots were earned and I mean ACTUALLY earned and not given to random wrestlers on the roster just because they worked hard and this Sunday I’m going to kick the asses of two special snowflakes who have no business being in title contention! Travis, you were a failure as a champion and this Sunday I’ll show the reason why that is a fact and Ryan? I’ve said it before and I said it again but just because the boss finds you cute doesn’t mean you should get title shots and I’m going to prove that this Sunday! I went off to find the others as the scene fades.
