<marquee>THE FOLLOWING ROLEPLAY CONTAINS SCENES OF AN INTIMATE NATURE BETWEEN TWO MALE CHARACTERS. READ DISCRETION IS ADVISED.</marquee>
Primm, Nevada - December 4
That's right. Even though it's close to a week past, we are taking a little stroll down memory lane to the night of Climax Control. Or to be more precise, we are taking a stroll to just after Climax Control by a fair few hours. To a time when the men and women who work for Sin City Wrestling, putting their bodies on the line for the enjoyment and entertainment of the rabid people who have made up the fan base of SCW into a cult classic promotion, seek to rest and relax in the most basic way;
By drinking themselves silly.
Yes indeed! It is a tradition the world over after such wrestling events when the workers of the promotion, both wrestler and staff alike, head to a local hot spot and party in celebration of a night's work well done. Sometimes the interest is split in separate nightclubs and bars, but other times, such as the case with SCW, the owners host a party at a specific place as a means to say "thank you" for what their workers go through all in the name of making their home promotion such a success.
And afterwards? Well that would be where we find ourselves now at present, isn't it? Present? In a flashback? Get it? Nothing, huh? Hunh! Tough room. But I digress. The evening of drinking and socializing for contacts amongst other worldly things was not why we were here tonight, living for the moment within the past.
Wait, it's not?
No, it's not. Well, it is but there were more important things that happened during the night that need explaining, as it pertains to the young man whom you had come to see; one Jamie Dean. Yes, Jamie was at the party at the Primm Valley Resort. It was to be expected, after all. Jamie had a party boy reputation to maintain, and he was right there with wrestler, staff and fan alike, downing shots like a Trooper and dancing the night away. He even had hopes that Master Lily would make an appearance so that he could attempt (again) to lure her onto the dance floor. Even though she no longer served as the manager for the stable known as the Members of the Elders, the older woman made a lasting impression on the young man during their time socializing this past summer. He respected her, and even liked her, and personally he did not believe the Elders were the same without her.
If you want him to be perfectly honest, he'd tell you that when Alana Allure took over the managing duties, it was just asking for the stable to slowly crash and burn. Not because Alana had no skill at managing, but it was a simple conflict of interest on managing a stable while being an active member of that very same stable. Over the long run, it would not work and Jamie believed the best thing for the Elders was, in fact, their former manager.
Oh well! That was not his problem, although he had his concerns. No, Jamie had other things on his mind as he left the Primm Valley Resort's nightclub earlier than what some might have expected. Under normal circumstances, Jamie was not the type to leave any party early, especially one being held at such a trendy club. Jamie was more the type to close the place and even go looking for somewhere else to extend the fun after hours, but tonight was not the night.
Jamie instead walked out of the bar after making his round of good-byes to many a surprised Superstar and Bombshell, and headed into the annals of the edge and Casino; a convenient thing since the club was literally inside of the hotel where he was staying at. Short trip and all to rest and recuperate from what he had been put through, both during Climax Control as well as what he was certain was irreparable damage to his liver when he found himself in a shot drinking contest with both Amy Marshall as well as Ben Jordan!
Yeah, not the smartest thing to do against two hardcore drinkers such as they!
That, and the penchant for drinking an unforgettable amount of kamikaze cocktails just did Jamie in. Well, apparently they were forgettable because he had no idea how many he had consumed. Friends and fans alike simply kept buying them for him, one right after the other. Personally, Jamie was amazed that he was able to find his way to the elevator inside of the resort to take him to his room, without any help what so ever. That or Ben had helped him get to the elevator before returning to the festivities. Otherwise that was one hunky and well toned coat rack that followed him out of the club and held him up while waiting for the elevator.
His few friends in the business; Ben, Amy and yes, Samantha Marlowe, were as surprised as any when he opted to call it a night and go to bed. Alone. More so, actually. Jamie had some very appealing offers from whatever they call male "ring rats," but he had turned each one down as politely as he could as his head simply just wasn't in it. Not that he needed any blood in his head for a night of fun, according to Amy. Touche'! Yet Jamie held fast to his desire to simply make his exit and hit the sheets, citing his banged up body not being up to being "banged up" and "twisted like a pretzel" by some young, hung hunk for hours on end.
And so, the elevator door slid open with a soft chime and Jamie stepped out, or almost fell out as he had slumped against said door, and he was on the fourth floor; his floor. With a hand propped up along the wall to steady himself, he carefully walked the hall, counting the doors carefully, making sure none of them changed on him, or moved. Hotel doors had a way of doing that when you weren't paying attention after a night of hard partying, and he was taking no chances. He passed only a single guest and a kindly hotel night worker who had the courtesy or letting him know he had gone the wrong way and redirected him to the other end of the hall to find his room.
Wonder how that happened?
Jamie then found himself outside of the door he had been searching for, and he fished his key card out of his pocket and squinted his blurry eyes at it, then at the number on the side of the door to compare. Success! He slid the key card through the electronic lock -- or tried to -- missed! He growled and tried a second time, but the damn thing moved on him! Gremlins! Leaning heavily on the door frame, Jamie verrrry carefully inserted the card in the lock and slid it -- SUCCESS! The little red light changed to green and Jamie turned the handle on the door, pushing it open -- and promptly fell the rest of the way in and right on his face!
"Son of a ...!" Jamie crawled to his hands and knees, and then managed to push his way to his feet with the air of the door. He gave the door a filthy look and then reached for the light switch on the left of the frame and gave it a flip, casting his hotel room in a soft glow. He then shut the door and locked it for privacy, then turned around and stopped cold....
WHY did he stop cold? Well, we'll get to that in a few moments. Ooo! Promo cliffhanger! Don't you just hate those!? well no fair scrolling ahead to find out the full story before I'm ready to tell you! There are rules for creative story telling and the reader has to follow them just as much as the story teller does. It's the LAW! For now, we're going back just a little while, back to the edge and the party that was happening.
What's that? A flashback within a flashback? Do we DARE!? Can it be done!? Well there was always a chance that it would cause reality to come crashing down upon us but I really want an edge in this match so here we go!
There was a darkness to the Resort and Casinoi's drinking establishment, as all nightclubs were prone for mood lighting, but the soft themed lightning and decor also offered a calmness for all who were here, despite the heavy thumping of the music that poured from the trendy sound system. The party for the SCW goers had hit its peak at the most popular time for the club, roughly towards midnight, and the place was packed with people to near standing room only.
Jamie and friends had been some of the few lucky ones to commandeer a booth for themselves, and Jamie sat back in somewhat comfort (?), his head tilted back against the plush edge of the back rest of the booth as another round of drinks had been placed down in front of him and company. The Kamikaze, a tasty blend of Vodka, triple sec and Sprite, was slid before him and his hand instinctively reached out to grasp the tall glass. Made right, a kamikaze would taste like the sweetest lemonade but it took only a few to knock you on your proverbial arse (that's a nod to me Cockney fellow, Ben right there!). And along with an innumerable amount of shots, Jamie had already consumed three of the cocktails -- there's a dirty joke in there somewhere.
"Problem, Jamie?" Samantha's words woke him up -- not that he had dozed off in a club! He was just resting his eyes. Honest! Jamie lifted his head, well as best he could, and looked to the fiery ginger and brilliantly replied, "Hm?"
"Your drink." Sam smiled. Only she could bring out such a dazzling smile that would light up a dark nightclub such as this. It was simply a part of her sweet disposition, to help make light of a night that had been less than ideal. Sam just wanted people to be happy and this night had been trying, to say the very least. She continued, "You usually have it half gone by the time it reaches your hand."
"Oh." Jamie forced himself to sit up straight. He pulled the glass closer to himself and picked it up. "The night's just catching up with me. maybe I'm getting old."
"Maybe you're just full of shit." Amy joked as she downed a shot of her own.
Jamie glanced around the club and said, "I think maybe I'm just ready to call it a night. Head to bed."
"Oh yeah?" Amy smiled. "Which rat has the honor of being company tonight? I notice the Asian bodybuilder had your attention the most."
Jamie glanced sideways and noted the young Japanese man, well built and very well taken care of himself, if Jamie said so himself -- which he just did. In some casual conversation with the fan, he had revealed he was a competitive bodybuilder, and Jamie had no reason to doubt him. the man was STACKED! And having shared an all-too brief dance with him, Jamie had come to understand the rumors were not always true what they said about bodybuilders. And the things he proposed doing to Jamie while whispering in his ear...
Jamie shuddered openly in delight before he collected himself and returned his attention to his friends. he shook his head, "No. Not tonight. I don't think I could handle it after what Shipman did to me."
"That's understandable." Samantha nodded, her face marred with concern at having witnessed what Shipman had done to Jamie following the defeat of the "Original Sinner." It could have, and most likely would have, been so much worse had it not been for Ben and Despayre's intervention of the post-match attack.
"I hope you at least got his number." Amy smiled devilishly, as was her nature when chiding her good friend.
Jamie smiled and held up a slip of paper. "Digits. Freakish delights -- and cup size."
Satisfied, Amy held up her glass to congratulate her buddy on a night's work well done, and Jamie lifted his own glass -- as did Samantha, and the glasses clinked. Jamie then opted to forgo the straw in the drink and just downed the cocktail in one fell swoop, while the ladies watched, impressed.
"Wow." Was all that Samantha mumbled as Jamie set the now-empty glass down onto the table top and stood upright, or did as best he could. The aforementioned bodybuilder made a move to assist him but was waved off politely by another helping hand. Had the fan assisted him back to his room, Jamie might have found himself doing something that in a rare case, he was not in the mood for.
Which brings us back to the present!
I hope that was as painless for you as it was for me. True, Jamie would have liked to have stayed and continued the night away, but this night his heart was simply not it in. It wasn't just the fact that his body was feeling beat up as a result of that nutball, Chris Shipman, but his mind felt the very same. It wasn't just the fact that in a week's time he was going to be forced into the ring against his friend and partner, Ben Jordan, (although that was a very big piece of the puzzle) but the fact that Christian Underwood's words cut through him like a hot knife through butter. It had forced him to face the fact that his tag team with Ben was most likely over -- unless "Hot Stuff" Mark Ward pulled off some miracle in these new negotiations he had scheduled. It had forced him to see that Ben had not even told him he had possibly changed his mind. Christian was right about that one thing.
He had found out through social media of the fact.
And it bothered him. More so than he thought it should. Hm? What was that? Oh you already know all of this? well, excuse me! Oh! You're still waiting to find out what happened with Jamie in his hotel in the previous scene, aren't you? Oh well that's easy....
It was the drink. it had to be. Well it was either that or he had passed out and was still in the bar, having some sort of erotic but wonderful dream. It was the only explanation, because right there, across his hotel room and laying under the covers of his bed -- was none other than Samuel Devereux!
<img align=left src= "https://media.giphy.com/media/QkMgeacHvva5a/giphy.gif"> He was propped up on a single elbow, the fingers of both hands intertwined with the other, and his eyes were solely on Jamie who was staring at the sight before him like some slack jawed yokel. But oh what a delectable sight it was! The lights in the room were not overly bright, but somehow what was offered illuminated Samuel just perfectly so. The tanned flesh exposed on his body almost glistened, as if he had anointed his body with oil before this very moment, and THAT particular thought made Jamie's throat go dry and feel in desperate need of a drink of water.
And what a fair amount of tanned flesh that it was, exposed for Jamie's appreciative eye. The covers of the bed were drawn up Samuel's body, yet not quite reaching his waist so as to deny Jamie a tantalizing glimpse of Devereux's hip. As Jamie took a cautious step further inside of his room, feeling out of place and unsure of what was happening, his eyes managed to pry themselves away from that hip and further up to Samuel's bare upper body for Jamie to fully appreciate; as if that was what Samuel had intended. The sleek, washboard abs and firm, round pectorals ... the toned, muscled arms and a warm and inviting throat....
Jamie paused, shaking his head. Wow. he really had to have drank more than he thought tonight! He opened his eyes, sure the illusion would be gone, but nope! Still there, and still waiting! Still inviting! Samuel's eyes were locked onto Jamie's own, and that smirk on those full lips practically screamed of confidence. They must, because here he was, naked in Jamie's hotel room and...
"Wait..." Jamie paused from admiring Samuel's form and turned and looked around at his surroundings with a curious eye. It looked like his room, and yes. There was his laptop on the bedside table and his clothes were hanging up on the rack just outside of the bathroom door. This WAS his room! So then why ... how...
"Problem?" Samuel asked in his distinctive accent, his smiling lips parting just enough to show a hint of white teeth.
"Yes. er, no?" Jamie reached up and rubbed at his scalp, growing more confused by the moment. "I don't know." He looked around again. "This is my room, isn't it?"
"It is." Samuel calmly nodded, the smile never leaving his face. "I would have felt a bit ridiculous had I came in to wait in the wrong room."
"But, how?" Jamie asked, finding the confidence again within himself to move further into his room. Ordinarily he would have immediately went on the defensive and been on guard at finding someone in his room, but for some reason, he felt oddly calm about this situation. Calm, and eagerly anticipating the unknown. "How... did you get in?"
Samuel calmly shrugged a bare shoulder and with an impish manner, answered, "I have my ways."
"Uh huh." Jamie nodded, then having found himself at the bedside and looking down at this gourmet platter of "man cake," he went on and asked, "You -- you're not wearing anything, are you?"
Brilliant deduction, Sherlock!
Samuel shook his head in a silent answer to Jamie's question, but Jamie was ever the inquisitive sort, and as if he didn't believe, or just wanted a peek, he grabbed the covers of the bed with his left hand and lifted it just high enough to have a look see at what treasures lay beneath, and Samuel just smiled, not objecting one iota. Jamie lowered the blanket and looked off into space, as if his mind were attempting to comprehend what he was going through, then quickly picked the covers back up and had another look.
Hey! He is a man after all!
He lowered the covers once again and blinked at Samuel, swallowing hard and asking, "Wh-wh-where are your clothes?"
"I had them sent to the front desk." Samuel leaned heavily on his forearm and the smile was enough to smolder the Polar Ice Caps. "With instructions to burn them."
That caused Jamie's eyebrows to almost rise into his hairline and he asked dumbly, "You told them to burn your clothes???"
Samuel shrugged his bare shoulder indifferently and answered, "I didn't believe I'd have a need for them."
Jamie swallowed hard -- you know, again. He reached up and rubbed a hand down his face and along his jaw. Okay, sure he'd paid particularly close attention to Samuel ever since he first laid eyes on him. Sure, he fantasized about doing things with the man that would get both condemned by the board of health and risk breaking the laws of about seventeen states. And fine! Jamie did make sure at times to hit the showers as soon as Samuel entered them himself! But for the man to be here ... in his bed and... Jamie just didn't know how to react!
He shook his head in a vain attempt to clear it and asked, "What ... are you doing here? ... I mean, you're married."
Samuel nodded.
Jamie added, "With kids."
Again a nod of affirmation.
Jamie looked around, clearly confused but the energy brewing between the pair was burning the alcohol from his system and he held his arms out, "Then ... what is it that you want?"
Samuel simply laid back along the bed, stretching his body out to its full, taut extent. His one arm now rested behind his head while the other glided up his torso as he smiled, "You're a smart boy. Use your imagination."
"Oh, okay." Jamie finally nodded. "I get it." He sighed hard and set his hands on his hips, unable to fathom he didn't notice this about the man sooner. He observed, "You're just one of 'those' straight guys that get their rocks off by flirting with gay men."
Jamie didn't even have time to call out, or realize what had happened until he felt Samuel's strong hands grip his own arms and before he realized it, he had been thrown over onto his own bed and Samuel was pinning him down with his own body! Jamie's eyes were as wide as saucers as Samuel leaned in closely and whispered into his ear, "You figured me out."
"Samuel. Seriously? Samuel Devereux?" Amy Marshall asked with more than just a trace of disbelief in her voice as she jogged on the treadmill machine side by side with Jamie Dean in the YAS Fitness Center, a premiere and modern athletic gym. Yes, as you may have guessed, we are back in the present! See? That wasn't so hard to deal with, now was it? Okay unless you have a bit of a squeamish side when it comes to man on man (literally) situations, but hey! It's almost 2017! Get with the times! And besides, it's not as if we went and TOLD YOU what exactly happened between Samuel and Jamie Dean!
Unfortunately!
Much like Jamie had spent the early morning doing, sharing the intimate details with an ever inquisitive Amy Marshall, Jamie's best friend and soon-to-be tag team partner. It had been a number of days since Jamie had contacted her, and if truth be told, he was in no shape physically to do a get together with his bestie. Not because of Shipman, mind you. He had recovered from that days ago! It was because of Samuel! The man was insatiable! Such a giving man, Mister Devereux was. He gave until it hurt.
Literally!
"Trust me." Jamie said as he ran in place on his own treadmill, working hard on his cardiovascular conditioning. His stamina often had a big part to play in his in-ring conditioning, and he knew he'd have to work extra hard if he had a hope of outlasting his good friend, Ben Jordan in active competition. And after what he had recently experienced, he would have to work extra hard if he had a hope of lasting against a certain someone else in an altogether different nature.
Jamie continued, "You sound probably the same as I looked when I found him there! But I swear to god..."
"I know, I know." Amy assured her friend, her own body glistening as much as his was. "Most men exaggerate their tales of conquests but you've always been honest." She smirked and cast a sidelong glance at him, "Maybe brutally so."
Jamie smiled, and a laugh escaped him before he could stop it. He said, "Okay, so maybe I over share a bit. It's a part of my charm. But I'd never have fudged the details on this story. Not when it could end up making me look bad!"
That brought a frown to Amy's face and she asked, "Make you look bad? How the hell could having sex make you look bad?"
"Well he is a married man, Amy." Jamie reasoned. "And I've never been with a married man before!"
Amy turned her head and looked pointedly at her friend and he shrugged, "Okay, so that one time but that was hardly my fault. Those goddam paramedics never give up!"
Amy smiled, turning her head away, feeling good that Jamie had found a way to ease his own personal demons, even if this one had drawn up a fresh one. She just understood that his current situations with Ben Jordan was playing hard on his mind and their upcoming mixed tag team match was not making things any easier.
"It's no big deal." Amy stated simply. "Samuel is obviously bisexual and is into you. No harm, no foul. It's not as if Melanie minds." Amy cast a hurried look to Jamie and asked, "Does she?"
"Christ I hope not!" Jamie said. "That's the last thing I want or need, to have an angry wife to deal with! I guess I'll have to bring it up with Samuel if, you know. Things start to happen again."
Amy laughed, "Considering the trouble he went through in order to get you into bed, I'm assuming it will! And often."
"God willing!" Jamie looked Heavenward and laughed.
Amy calmed herself from joining him in their shared laughter and said, "So if Mel doesn't mind, why should anyone else? She lets Sam get some fun on the side when he's on the road, and you can play a little when he's not..."
"Er, not exactly." Jamie interrupted, looking almost sheepish and a faint blush colored his cheeks, surprisingly enough.
"What do you mean, 'not exactly'?"
"Well, "Jamie almost acted like a timid school boy. "When we were... you know, and he was ... you know, he kind of ... sort of ... 'claimed' me."
Amy frowned and turned her head, "Claimed you. What do you mean he claimed you?"
"Well for lack of a better term," Jamie cleared his suddenly dry throat and explained, "He basically said 'that ass belongs to me and me alone now'."
"Hm, kinky." Amy said, and she indeed had an appreciative nature for such things. "And do you mind?"
"Not in the slightest!" Jamie laughed.
The two friends then continued on with their workout for several long and silent minutes, just enjoying each other's company as true friends could, and feeling the luxury of their muscles gaining the most from out of their workout. That was at least until Amy found her voice again;
"Well, this just told me one thing."
"What's that?" Jamie asked.
Amy answered, "I was wondering why you were walking funny and couldn't sit down."
Jamie's head snapped sharply to the side with his cheeks colored and he all but forgot himself and what he was doing -- and as such the treadmill got away from him! His feet slipped out from under him and he was practically thrown off and crashed against the wall, causing Amy to completely lose it in a fit of laughter!
After his workout concluded with Amy, Jamie sat on a bench in the men's locker room with a towel draped around his neck. He leaned back against his reserved locker and sighed gently.
"It's hard to find the right words to say when you find yourself in a situation when words fail you. I mean, literally fail you. I never had the talent that Ben had when it came time to cut promos and shoots. I tended to just follow his lead but I think we can all agree on who held up better when it came time to talk smack about our opponents, even if Ben wasn't the sort to just flat out talk smack. He had a way about him, being the polite British gentleman and all, and still make it sound like he was about to go out there and kick some ass, while all but ensuring everyone still liked him -- including the guys whose asses he was about to kick! But this situation?"
Jamie shook his head.
"This is something entirely different. Well, not really. In case some forgot, Ben and I did compete against one another once before. Years ago, and ironically in a mixed tag team match. It was in the second annual Blast From the Past tournament, and it was actually my debut in SCW. Kain had shown himself to be something of a candy ass and backed out, and Christian and Mark pushed my debut ahead of schedule and the rest was history. Granted, my team didn't advance, but it also wasn't my shoulders who got pinned to the mat. Taking nothing away from my partner at the time, SCW Hall of Famer Vixen. I was just more than a little proud of myself that I was able to hold my own against a man the level of Ben Jordan and keep him from beating me because he sure as hell was capable!"
Jamie leaned over at the waist and picked up a water bottle from the cooler before him and unscrewed the cap. He took a deep drink from the contents and shook his head.
"But this time? This time is a lot different than the first. I'd like to think that I'm a lot more experienced than the wet behind the ears rookie Be faced that first night, but on the flip side, Ben has only grown more experienced as well. Ben has that edge on me. I'd be a damn fool not to admit it. Look at his record in ACW, and the string of victories that the man piled up in SCW before I even showed my face, and after! But, and I almost feel bad in admitting this, I want this one. I want to win this one. I don't want to fight Ben. I don't want to wrestle him, not after everything that he's done for me and to help elevate my career. Had he not contacted me about becoming his tag team partner, taking a risk on someone he barely knew at the time, god knows whether or not I would have ever even made it back to Sin City Wrestling. Yet the entire time he and I had our initial tag team run, I was hearing the exact same thing, time and again."
Jamie raised a hand to emphasize each spoken word.
"Ben deserves more. He should be targeting the singles championships. He could be World Champion."
Jamie looked into the camera.
"Jamie Dean is holding Ben Jordan back."
He looked away again and exhaled gently.
"That hurt. Perhaps not intentionally, but it made me wonder if I ever even should have come back to SCW. I questioned myself repeatedly. Was I holding Ben back? Was his teaming with me all that was holding him back from putting J2H's shoulders to the mat and taking his rightful place at the top?"
Jamie shrugged. "I didn't know then, and I still don't. But maybe that's a silver lining to the dark cloud that jackass boss of ours put us in. If I can hold my own against Ben, maybe then people will stop acting as if I didn't exist, even when I was standing right beside him."
Jamie put the cap back on his water bottle and set it aside before leaning back and frowning.
"And yes. I saw the Tweets. I realize that our partners are going to work overtime to try and make certain Ben and I don't even have to set foot inside of the ring with one another. The thought is appreciated, ladies, but it's hardly fair to have the two of you shoulder the burden of this match that we're in when we're supposed to be a team."
Jamie smirked and looked to the camera again.
"I guess that brings me to you, Evie. I don't find myself having a lot to say to you, or about you. After all, it's not as if we'll be finding ourselves facing each other in this match. Thank god for SCW's refusal of inter gender rules, eh? You're Amy's business, and I'll let her worry about what to do with you when the Bombshells are tagged in, but out of fairness, I'd be amiss to not speak of you at all. Why? Because I'd be lying if I were to say I had no respect for you."
Jamie shrugged.
"Although that's not to say that I exactly like you, either. I can't say I don't, because I just don't know you. Not outside of what I see on the monitors, but I know how I used to feel. I didn't understand how you could show up out of the blue and act the way you did with Ben. You practically threw yourself at the man, and despite his every attempt to tell everyone that there was nothing between the two of you, you seemingly did or said everything in your power to undermine his words and infer that there indeed was something going on. And the spot he found himself in, thanks to the higher ups? I just feel like Ben deserves so much more than to be shouldered as a glorified babysitter."
"It felt like it was your way of taunting people, and you didn't care if it annoyed or upset anyone. Though coming to understand you, if I do, that seems to be your Modus Operandi."
"You enjoy getting under peoples' skin. You have anger issues and you use them to your utmost advantage when inside of the ring. I admit I had bet money on you at High Stakes VI that you would have walked away with the Internet Championship, I was so impressed with you and what you accomplished. Where most people with anger issues in the ring tend to lose themselves as a weakness, you embraced it and used it to strengthen your resolve. I can't deny that, and won't. But my partner, Amy Marshall, has accomplished a lot more. SCW Hall of Fame. Grand Slam Champion. Everything you perhaps aspire to? She's already accomplished. And that is the very same woman you find yourself in the ring against. A woman who is not afraid to bleed or break bones, or even have bones broken. A woman who has faced some of the most dangerous women in the most dangerous matches, and time and time again, she has walked away with her head and arm both held up high."
"That is the woman you have to contend with on Sunday, Evie. That is the woman I have full confidence in."
Jamie slowly stood up.
"Let's just hope after this, we can all put this bullshit behind us."
And that being said, Jamie walked towards the showers and the camera cut to static.
