~ Part One - Life before Sin City Wrestling ~

It's a hot, spring day in San Antonio, Florida as a middle aged man is standing in his front lawn holding a rake. Sweat is falling from his brow as he works to rake the leaves into a giant leaf pile. He is wearing beige cargo pants with a partial torn shirt tucked into the pants. The sound of a screen door slams behind him as a woman wearing denim daisy dukes and a button down blouse tied into a knot walks out onto the porch. She walks down the wooden steps holding a mason jar filled with sweet tea as the man places on arm on top of the rake.

Man: It's one hot day honey. I can't wait to leave this farm for bigger and better things.

The woman swings her free arm around his neck and kisses his sweaty cheek.

Woman: It sure is a scorcher. If you finish raking these leaves up then maybe we can go skinny dipping in the creek out back.

She gives him the mason jar with sweet tea as he takes a giant gulp of it. A smile comes across his face then he smacks his wife's butt with his hand.

Man: That sounds like a perfect plan babe but you know how our plans end up changing in a split second.

Woman:  Yeah, I know especially if your sister comes over with another one of her unexpected visits.

She looks at him as they share a chuckle between them. He hands her back the mason jar and resumes raking the leaves. The woman places the mason jar on sturdy portion of the railing on the porch as she picks up a rake herself. They work together to rake the leaves when a big navy colored 4x4 comes barreling down the driveway. Another woman sticks her head out from the truck screaming at the top of her lungs.

Woman 2: Horace. Horace Jackson, I have some major news to share with you.

The man lifts his head up as the truck swings into a stop behind his four wheeler. He shakes his head at the woman just getting out of the truck.

Horace Jackson: Hey Vivian

Vivian Langley: Horace, did you not hear me screaming at you?

Horace's wife picks her head up from looking at the ground.

Bridgette Jackson:  I'm pretty sure everyone heard you screaming Viv. You are the loudest person out here.

Vivian: I am sorry for disturbing your neighbors.

She takes a quick look around as there is no one around her brother's place.

Vivian: Oh wait, your neighbors are like a million or gazillion miles away. So they wouldn't be able to hear me even if they wanted to?

Horace: What is it you wanted to tell me sis?

Vivian looks at her brother, wraps her arms around her brother's waist as she looks up at him.

Vivian: What would you do if I kind of sent in an application for you to wrestle again?

Bridgette:  What are you talking about Vivian?

Vivian: There is a wrestling company called Sin City Wrestling and they were looking for new wrestlers.

Horace pushes his sister away while looking at her.

Horace: What did you do sis?

Vivian: I kind of sent in an application for you.

Horace: Why did you do that for? I don't remember giving you permission to sign me up for any wrestling. How many wrestling companies will hire someone the same age as me? I haven't wrestled in a couple of years and I could be very rusty.

Vivian: Come on Horace. You were unstoppable when you dawned that mask. I believe if you went to the SCW as that masked vigilante then you could easily get the crowd on your side.

Horace leans on top of the rake while rubbing his chin. Bridgette looks at her husband with a curious look plastered on her face.

Bridgette:  What you thinking honey? Are you wanting to do it?

Horace: It would be nice to get back out in front of that crowd again. Wrestling was the only thing that defined me before you came into the picture.

Bridgette:  If you want to do it then I will come with you.

Vivian: Don't forget about me.

Horace looks at his sister and laughs.

Horace: You certainly aren't coming Vivian. I love you but you aren't the brightest bulb in the bulb draw.

Bridgette tries to hold back her laugh as Vivian places her hands on her hips.

Vivian: If I don't come with you mister then there is no SCW Contract waiting for you.

Horace: Um, okay. Why is that?

Vivian: Because I am signed on as your official mouthpiece. Which means I either come with you or you stay here on this god forsaken place. It's your decision.

Horace and Bridgette looks at each other as they drop their rakes to the ground. Vivian smiles as Albert comes walking out of the house holding Horace's wrestling gear. Horace unzips the bag as he lifts up his entire wrestling attire. He holds it up as everyone around him nods their head in approval. He obliges them as they get into Albert's truck and leaves the farm house.

~ Part 2 - The Force is Coming to Congo

A few days have passed since Horace Jackson got the news from his sister about returning to the wrestling world. He is sitting in the middle seat of a crowded airplane right next to his bride Bridgette. He leans close her and whispers in her ears.

Horace Jackson: Are you sure this a good idea?

Bridgette Jackson:  Yes, it gets you out of the house. Why do you ask? Are you unsure if you still have the abilities to be one of the best wrestlers?

Horace sits back in his chair as she grabs his hand.

Horace: I just don't think I can hang with the young guys. I have been out of the wrestling ring for many years. I fear that the ring rust will take a long time to come off.

Bridgette:  Ring rust is going to be there babe but I know you can still hang with the young guys. I have faith in you.

The airplane starts to descend into the Congo Airport as the flight attendant comes over the intercom.

Flight Attendant: Ladies and gentlemen, thank you for flying Delta airlines. We are descending into the Congo Airport for a quick stop before continuing our flight Japan.

Nervousness starts to fill the face of Horace as he squeezes Bridgette's hand. The plane smoothly lands into the Congo Airport as they both get off together. Vivian exits the airplane sticking talking to her husband who seems to be ignoring her. She smiles toward her brother and motions for them to move.

Vivian Langley: Time to introduce to the audience here in Congo and to the SCW Universe.

Horace: Can we just wait for a minute? I don't know if I can do this Vivian. What if the fans haven't missed me? What if they don't even know me?

Vivian: Horace, why don't you stop worrying before you make those wrinkles permanent. Now just leave everything to me. I assure you everything will be fine. I promise you by the end of Climate Control everyone will remember the name of Horace Jackson. Now let's get going.

Horace shrugs his shoulders while walking towards the rental car that Vivian paid for while on the airplane. Albert gets behind the wheel as Vivian suggests her big brother to ride up front so he doesn't feel squashed in the backseat. Vivian gives her husband the directions to the arena where Climate Control is being held at while Horace is looking over his old wrestling notebooks. The engine starts up as Albert puts the car in reverse and pulls out of the parking lot. He puts it in gear as Vivian has him take a right. They drive down the road as Horace looks out the window just trying to collect his thoughts.

Albert pulls into the parking lot as multiple cars have filled almost all of the spaces close to the building. He makes a direct decision to pull into a vacant spot as Bridgette starts showing more excitement for husband getting back into the wrestling world. Albert puts the car in park and cuts off the engine as Horace opens his door. He gets out of the car followed by everyone else. They all look around the place as Horace has no clue where is at. Vivian pats him on the lower part of his back as she walks toward the employees entrance of Stade de Shark XI. Horace follows his sister as he still is unsure about this whole plan she has come up with.

She opens the metal door and steps through it as if she was the leader of this long train. Albert is the next one to walk through the door followed by Bridgette. Horace stands outside of the building under the awning trying to gain enough courage to fight back his fears. He takes a deep breath then walks into the building as he sees no one standing in the hallway besides him and his family.

Horace: Where is everyone?

Vivian: They are still getting here Horace. The cars outside all belong to the backstage crew. They are making sure everything is in working order before the others get here.

Horace: Have you considered that this could be a huge mistake? What if I am not as good as I once was? It's not common for a 41 year old like myself to out wrestle a young buck. I'm sure most of the people here are going to wonder why I'm not in some retirement home somewhere.

Vivian: Horace, have you not looked in the mirror lately? I have never seen you in this great of shape in a long time. I know you are scared that you might blow a hip but trust me okay. You have the talent that makes you look young again. Sure Jericho Hill and Thomas Knight have the youth factor working for them but you have the experience that they lack.

Bridgette steps in front of her husband and pulls him down to her level.

Bridgette:  I normally don't agree with your loud mouth sister but she is right this time. You don't think I watch you when wrestling comes on. You yell at the TV because someone missed a golden chance to win. You cheer for the good guys and wish you could hear the crowd chanting your name again. So take your sister's advice and lace those boots back up. It's time for the Beast from the Southeast to re-emerge from the depths of the deep blue sea.

Horace kisses his wife while looking at his little sister.

Horace: What's next on the agenda Vivian?

Vivian smiles at the sound of her brother finally coming to his senses.

Vivian: First, you need to suit up then we are going to introduce yourself well I'm going to introduce you.

Horace: Okay.

Horace gives a brief smile as he walks off to find an empty dressing room. Bridgette and Albert leave Vivian alone to explore the building. Horace returns dressed in his wrestling attire as Vivian's smile grows wider.

Vivian: I am so proud of you big brother. You still look handsome in your Darth Vader uniform.

Horace: I'm just glad no one here knows what my face looks like. Now what do we do.

Vivian: Just follow me.

Vivian walks off toward the stage entrance as Horace follows her.

~Part 3 - The force has arrived ~

The sound technician is setting up the sound equipment when he sees Vivian Langley walking towards him. He looks down at his notepad as he nods toward them. He queues up their music as Horace gets close.

The arena goes dark as silver lights fill the space as a voice comes across the speakers saying "THE FORCE IS STRONG IN THIS ONE." Right as that is said, the sound of light sabres fill the airwaves when little men in white suits walks out onto the stage and forms a long line down the ramp and around the ring. The light sabres fade out as "Close My Eyes Forever" strikes up and a white light shines above the entrance area. A beautiful woman walks out first as she is wearing a sparkly dress followed by a big black man with a woman by his side as well. Right as "Heaven is in the palm of my hand" is sung, Horace Jackson comes walking out dressed in his Darth Vader like gear. He stops at the top of the ramp as the crowd is going absolutely crazy.

Vivian pulls out a microphone from inside her jeans jacket. She knows there is no one in arena besides the ring side workers but that doesn't stop her.

Vivian Langley: Ladies and Gentlemen of Congo and those watching at home. My name is Vivian Langley and I am the spokesperson for the newest superstar signed to Sin City Wrestling. He is a 15 year veteran of the wrestling business who took some time off to be with his family. He is now back in the wrestling world. He will be making his debut and return to the wrestling ring on SCW's top show Climate Control. Now he maybe over 40 but don't let his age fool you. He can still get it done between those ring ropes.

They continue to walk down the ramp as the workers have stopped to see this new phenomenon entering the SCW Universe.

Vivian: This man I am alluding to is my big brother Horace Jackson. Now to give you all a quick background of my brother. He is a former Marine who did three tours over in Iraq and Korea. He started wrestling when he was 17 and well he never looked back. He began wrestling in small promotions in Texas, Florida and even the Persian Gulf. He's known for his brute strength and raw power. He is also agile for a man of his size. My brother stands 6'10 and weighs 375 lbs. Don't be surprised if he pulls out the victory in his first match.

Horace stops at the bottom of the ramp as Vivian walks around the ring and goes up the steel ring steps. Horace reaches up and pulls himself onto the ring apron. He steps over the ring ropes as Vivian enters the ring the traditional way.

Vivian: Now that we got the back story out of the way. Let's get right into the upcoming match shall we. The first man on the list is Thomas Knight. You know my brother really loves Great Britain Thomas and he probably will show you some sympathy. Horace would you like to say a few words before I continue.

Vivian hands the microphone to the completely masked Horace as he brings it up to his lips. He begins to speak as his voice is mixed with a voice modular.

Horace Jackson: Thomas my child, it is a pleasure to meet another fine chap from the Queen's country. I myself have enjoyed my travels into Great Britain. From looking at Big Ben to the house of Parliament. I don't want to make you regret leaving your home country because of what the crowd already thinks of you. You are hero to them and I respect heroes. Grant it most fans enjoy the dark side as well. This is going to be a great test between the both of us.

Horace hands the microphone back to his sister as she shakes her head.

Vivian Langley: Please forgive my brother, he hasn't had the crowd cheer for him in quite sometime but don't let shadow your judgment about my brother. He may sound like some baby boomer but he can get the job done inside this ring. Thomas Knight, you may want to give the Queen a call and tell that her hero will be coming home empty handed. You are hoping to gain a victory but in reality you will gain nothing. The only thing you will gain is the knowledge of my brother proving that sometimes size does matter.

A picture of Jericho Hill appears on the giant screen as Vivian looks at it.

Vivian: Horace, would you like to say a few words about Jericho Hill?

Horace Jackson: The dark shadows are roaming free inside this man of mystery. He is the returning golden boy of the Sin City Wrestling. Apparently he seems to be odds on favorite to come out the victor in this match. Well, I plan to play the part of the party spoiler for you Jericho. I can already see the fans turning against you but that isn't even the fun part about this. I can see you falling into the deep pit of despair. You are a follower of the dark forces but sometimes followers need a lesson taught to them by the master. Jericho Hill, the lesson is about to begin.

Vivian regains control of the microphone.

Vivian: My brother may sound like a lunatic but I assure you all that he only speaks the truth. Jericho Hill and Thomas Knight you both will find out the hard way what happens when you come across the dark side. The dark side is not to be played with and the forces that are at play should not be taken lightly. The Beast from the Southeast will break out from his deep slumber and make a meal out of both of you.

Horace takes the microphone from his sister as she looks curiously at him.

Horace Jackson: I feel a great disturbance in the Force. It is as if a billion of voices are crying out at the same time. I feel something terrible has just happened. That is exactly what will happen once you step into the ring with me. You both will be silenced for going against the Force. Don't under estimate the Force. For the FORCE IS STRONG IN THIS ONE. You will not know the power of the Force. The force is great and you will bow to the force. If you don't bow then the force will make you weep.

Horace pauses to collect his thoughts.

Horace Jackson: MAY THE FORCE BE FOREVER IN YOUR memory bank. For it will lead to your utter destruction and bitter sounding defeat. GO with The Force or Go Home.

Horace tosses the microphone down as Vivian shrugs her shoulders at those comments from her brother. "Close My Eyes Forever" starts to play as Horace lifts his arm high in that air the scene fades.
