Chapter 5: Proud Nomad

Lucy found herself in her locker room; she wasn’t in her mind right now. It was storming outside and she took in a deep breath, and ran her hand through her hair.

“I dunno what to say today, to be honest. My mind hurts from attempting to fathom where exactly I am. I've been trying to get far in this business for as long as I can remember. I've spent years trying to make a name for myself and actually get somewhere. Now suddenly... I'm here. I've signed with one of the biggest companies around and I've made the biggest impact a gal can make. I can't wait to actually prove this week that I'm not a fluke. I actually happen to be an impressive, passionate and extraordinary athlete.  I'm not formulating excuses at this point, that is actually a fact.”

She sat forward and looked back up at the camera.

“Initially, it doesn't seem as though there's much on the line but of course, there is. I've gotta focus this week on taking down five other people. That's another huge deal here and I haven't got the experience for something like this. But as per usual, I'm gonna handle the pressure like a pro.”

She paused.

“So it's true that I'm the girl around here with the most to prove. So what do I have to do to really get you all on side? I have to go ahead and defeat five other people. Now THAT is a big deal. If of course, I've got the balls to actually go through with it and do what very few are really able to do. I'll definitely give this my best shot and give them the fight of their life - but whether or not I do really have what it takes remains to be seen.”

Lucy shrugged.

“And while it has all got off to a great start, I am aware that it could go downhill quickly. I know at absolutely any point in my life, I could suddenly lose everything I've been working towards all these years so that's why I can sit around and worry about that, I have to fight without concern and just keep on gettin' through the day, doing what I'm doing. But that doesn't mean that I'm not gonna try my best - that's something I've learned over the years - no matter how tough things get, then I've gotta keep going at any cost. My success here depends on plenty of factors - including who my opponents are, how I'm feeling on the day, the abilities I've got - and more. And it's easy enough for me to state that I've done my homework and I know who I'm facing but at the same time, I can't really know any of that until I step into the ring with you, can I Seleana? I can research your techniques and what has cost you matches in the past but I can only get far with real experience.”

She paused and just stared at the ground for a few seconds.

“I do know what Keira is capable of. I know I might not look it, but I'm a strangely smart guy. I'm clever so I do my homework well in advance. I know what I'm up against and I'm up against one of the best. I've learned what her strengths are and what her weaknesses are.

“So I ain't gonna lie, Alicia I know how to use certain things against you and ensure they're beneficial to myself. I get that you're a veteran, dude, but I dunno of you'll be willing to learn too much about me. I'm kinda weird, kinda a dick and someone with a lotta problems so I get that some wouldn't want to get to know me all too much. But at the same, I'm a nice woman with a passion for what I do so ill ask this of you, Alicia - just don't underestimate me. And I'm saying that not only for myself but also to protect you. I know you ain't gonna wanna lose to the likes of me now since there's so much pressure on you to go ahead and win the whole thing like you have in the past. But if you were to lose this week because you didn't take me seriously - that's definitely something your future opponents - or even just the one opponent depending on how far you get - can use against you. So don't underestimate me - know you're up against a threat.”

Lucy rolled her eyes.

“I respect the hell out of you Roxi - I've seen what you've done in the past and I'm aware of what titles you've held. But I also have no doubt in my mind that I'll be one of the new greats. I am one of the brightest stars of this generation along with names. I'm not just saying that because we are friends but it's obvious - they are the future because they've proven it. We are the ones to take over but you're not ready to leave the spotlight yet, I get that entirely. But don't hate the younger generation - know that we're capable and more specifically, I am since I will do the near impossible this week. It is clear, Roxi, that you're obviously a much different challenge. You're a real fighter and not some aggravating asshole who just gets by with cheating in his way through matches. Last week, I knew I was going to head into the match already where the match could be going either way. This week, there is slightly more of an unknown quality dwelling. I have watched many of your matches so you're not a mystery to me but the fact that you are a much greater challenge than anything I've been faced with in the past is unsettling. But, I accept the challenge. I say bring it on because why not? I know you will give me the fight I want because that is why I came here.”

Lucy paused once more.

“But there's probably somethin' ya don't know about me, Sam. In fact, there's probably a lot you don't know about me but what is most relevant to this particular situation here is this - I don't quit. I never have - no matter how tough things get. I've not had an easy life - nowhere near. It's actually a surprise I'm even still alive on this earth. But I'm not going to go into detail with what I have been through - all you have to know is that because of it, I'm feeling better than ever before. And because of that, I push myself to the limit and beyond and to the point where I refuse to go down without a fight and heck, I refuse to go down at all. Quitting is something I've just never comprehended and I love taking risks - even ones that don't pay off. Maybe in our match this week, Sam, I will take some crazy risks that may either fuck up my career from this point forward and make people really pay attention. I don't care either way, I'm just happy to do something unexpected. Just be aware of what you're in for.”

Lucy took a drink of water.

“Not to say that is what is gonna happen. I'm smart enough to know when not to simply presume that something is going to happen. I can't say I will win - but I can't say I will lose. At this point, anything can happen and I'm excited to find out what that is. As I've said already, I hope that you are too because I don't want you to overlook me or think I'm just another newbie with unrealistic dreams - it seems we see way too many of those in this business. So I sincerely hope that you don't see me as one of those total noobs who think they deserve title shot after title shot after simply signing a contract with the company. No. I'm a humble gal and even being here is a dream come true. I was more than willing to work from the ground up but it seems I've been given a chance nice and early. Which I appreciate more than life itself but I am a real fighter - not one of these dreamers with no real skill to back their shit up. I'm not arrogant - not overly so, at least - so I know that the struggles will certainly be there. I will not succeed on a steady path but those who do generally have the world handed to them. Not me. If there's a woman around here with a tragic back-story but the desire to keep on going for all the right reasons, then that's me. I'm here to stay on track - mentally - and not allow for anybody to take me down. This is all about strength - no matter how you look at it. This is what I grew up with and I'm a tough SOB, whether I look it or not. I know what I'm doing, I know how I'm living my life and the others? I'm doing it by making motherfuckers who don't believe... believe. And I love the rush it brings. So I say, bring it on. I dunno how you feel about me and whether or not you see me as any sort of a threat... but I'm ready for the challenge. Always am. Ladies, let's go out there and do what we do best. No way it's gonna be easy but I'm up for the challenge. Bring it on, girls. Let's give the fans what they want.”[/color[

She ended with a simple nod of the head, having said and done all he can on the matter for now. What else could he say? This match was going to be a good one no matter what the outcome.

Fade to black.

Chapter 4: The Haunting

Part 1: “Tear Down These Walls”
Off Cam
Date: 3/18/21

He hadn’t shown himself in Denmark, not yet at least but Lucy knew Stefan wasn’t going to allow himself to be caught that easy. Maybe if Lucy asked Roxi for help it would make this easier but she knew Roxi was going through her own demons at the moment; Lucy knew at “Blaze of Glory” they’d face off. How many years has it been since the two met in the ring? A long time, or at least it felt like that for Lucy. Lucy though was looking forward to not only seeing an old friend but facing her.

“Hey Lucy, you alive in there or is Lucia taking over?”

Lucy looks up and sees Claudia with their Starbucks order in hand. Claudia sat down next to her cousin, they were outside in a nice 70*F weather. Lucy had looked like she saw better days.

“I’m here, sorry in thought.” Lucy replies.

“Thinking about the big match?” Claudia asks.

“Yeah and more…” Lucy replies.

“Want to talk about it?” Claudia asks.

“This whole thing, did Stefan and Tanja have to die?” Lucy sighs

“You know the answer to that already, Stefan has to, and Tanja knew the truth of it all; I know it’s heavy but the faster you and Maxim get him, the faster we can truly fix the issue at hand. Things that are dead, should stay dead.” Claudia replies.

“You’re right but…” Lucy was trying to express her thoughts and feelings.

“Hey, drink.” Claudia reminds her.

A passion fruit iced tea lemonade sat in front of her, Lucy picks it up and takes a sip from it. Claudia smiles at her and starts to drink from her Butterbeer frap.

“Look at us, sitting here drinking Starbucks looking out of place!” Lucy laughs.

“There ya go, laugh, smile, feel.” Claudia tells her.

It was Claudia’s idea to come here; Claudia knew that her cousin was overworking herself and the nightmares were getting worse.

“I’m sorry, I really am. But can you blame me for all of this? I feel like my sire in a way.” Lucy admits.

“No, you shouldn’t. You’re better than him. You need to do your job and that’s to protect the Magi-Blood, you’re the leader of the Assassination Guild and the top of the top in the ranks. Lucy, if we don’t fix this, who knows who else can come back.” Claudia voices.

Lucy knew she was right.

“I think you need to confront your past with your sire.” Claudia says.

Lucy blinks not seeing this coming at all.

“No, I don’t think it’s a good idea; I don’t think I’m emotionally prepared.” She sighs.

“Yes, you are. You took that first step with Beckett by learning what your sire’s name is.” Claudia points out.

Damn, she did have a point but Lucy didn’t need to agree with it. What all was she supposed to do? Raise the bastard from the dead? No, there was no way she’d be able to do that at this point unless…

“What did you have in mind?” Lucy asks.

“Well, you could try and see about summoning him in your dream. That way you can show that he has no power over you.” Claudia replies.

Lucy blinked; that’s right, in her dream he wouldn’t have any power. Maybe, just maybe it could work. Lucy would have to look up a spell or something; it would take sometime but it had to be done. Lucy couldn’t keep living like this. Lucy takes another drink from her cup.

“I guess I am going to have to open the door and face this don’t I?” Lucy asks.

“Yeah, you need to.” Claudia replies.

Lucy starts to think that maybe it would be a good idea. Maybe things would be put at peace, but she’d have to go through a lot of pain in order to do this. Maybe she could ask Lucia for help, the sire did in a way create her, thanks to the embrace. Lucy sips on her drink again. She looks up at Claudia.

“I’ll do it.” Lucy says.

“Really?” Claudia asks.

Claudia was shocked to hear that.

“Oh Lucy! I’m so happy to hear that! It’ll be great for you; I promise.” Claudia smiles.

“You sound like you’re a therapist or something.” Lucy rolls her eyes.

“I’m not though; I just want you to feel better.” Claudia tells her.

Lucy lets out a hum before Claudia hands her a book.

“What’s this?” Lucy asks.

“What you’ll need for this; it’s a book on dream and memory spells..hey are you gonna be okay with the whole Roxi match?” Claudia asks.

Lucy starts to look for the page Claudia was talking about in the book.

“Yeah.” Lucy nods.

“I know you’re friends and such.” Claudia adds.

Lucy found the page and starts to read it, she ignores Claudia’s statement. Of course she knew that but it didn’t truly matter once in the ring did it? They both wanted to win and Lucy felt like she still has to prove to the world something. Lucy though, wasn’t sure on that as much anymore. Lucy though hasn’t lost her will to fight, Lucy remembers why.

Lucy looks up at Claudia.

“This shouldn’t be too hard though. I mean it really doesn’t take too much material and time.” Lucy tells her.

Suddenly Lucy felt herself get tired; next thing she sees in herself in Lucia’s area. As always it’s night time with some purple and blue glowing lights. A huge tree forms down and Lucia’s throne is there, Lucia sat there and look upon Lucy.

“I don’t think you’re ready for this.” Lucia’s voice echos.

“I know I am. You’re the one who fears.” Lucy replies to her.

“Be silent, you want to be put through trauma don’t you?” Lucia asks.

“I am tired of having these nightmares night after night! We don’t rest good and we might as well be walking zombies at this point! But you’re against this aren’t you? Why, what has you so scared?” Lucy yells.

Lucy’s voice echoes and Lucia’s eyes look upon the woman she was trapped in. Lucia would love nothing more but to split from her but she knew it would be impossible. Lucia sighs and shakes her head.

“I suppose I can...I’m only doing this because of you and not for anything else.” Lucia answers.

“Really?” Lucy asks.

“Yes, maybe this way we can both find peace.” Lucia smiles.

Lucy never saw Lucia smile before; it was shocking but for once the two sides were going to work together to get over this. Lucia got off her throne and walks over to Lucy, she extends her hand. Lucy takes it and it was like the energy from them both went from chaotic to harmonic.

“Lucy! Wake up!” Claudia’s voice rings out.

Lucy felt like she got slap with a fish. She looks up and see Claudia in her face.

“Dude, you almost let Lucia out, we need to be careful.” Claudia warns.

“Yeah I know…” Lucy sighs.

Lucy took a sip of her drink and processes what just happen; her body felt calmer and Lucy smiles. The wind picks up and both Claudia and Lucy snaps their head.

“Hi ladies.” Stefan smirks.

Part 2: “Every Move You Make Creates Your Destiny”
On Cam
Date: 3/19/21

Lucy found herself in the study of her home; it’s silent and the clock could be heard.

“History, it sucks at times! For years, I’ve been haunted by a memory; every single night, nightmares plague me. Somehow I’m still alive, but I plan on fighting back. I won’t give up even if it does kill me. But I see this time around I face you Roxi...my old friend. Roxi, I am proud of you and Keira; you two are great Mothers to Nate but I think that goes without saying.”

Lucy grabs a file from the cabinet and tosses it onto the table.

“Oh Roxi, this file isn’t about you believe it or not. I don’t need a file on you; you’re my friend, I know as much as I can on you. No, this file is on the ghost of my past.”

Lucy disregards the file and sits back; the look in her eyes was one of fog, like a longing for life to be restore.

“Roxi, for years you’ve grown in the ring; you truly should be proud of yourself for that. I know you’re not in the tournament and I am sorry for that. But you get to face me at least. Roxi, I’m happy we get to meet in the ring again; it’s been years and I am sorry for that. I never meant to leave for this long, none of us did. But we did our best to keep in touch and help out when needed.”

Lucy tries and smiles.

“Roxi, I look forward to our match! In all honesty, I always look forward to it. But something’s bothering me...you seem off. I won’t pry but honestly. I wan the best from you. Do not take it easy on me, I want you to show me how much you’ve improved. Hell hurt me as bad as you want if it makes you feel good! I want the Roxi I know and love to show up, the fighter who always lit a fire under me. The inspiration that write better comics than Stan Lee can...okay I have no idea why I said that but you get the point.”

Lucy laughs.

“Roxi, you’re someone I see light with; no matter how much dark you walk through, you always come out okay. I trust you enough to know that in our match, we’ll give it our all. The crowd cheers loudly at us because they know we can do what we have to and still have fun. But know that I am not playing any games, I need to keep going, I need to win, I have to show the world that I’m still who I am.”

Lucy looks away.

“Even though I don’t owe anyone an explanation, I think I have more to prove to myself. Gods I sound like an angst teen. But Roxi what all can I say? I don’t want to sound like a broken record. Just know, I do have some new tricks and Mrs.Super Hero, I think you do too. The crowd knows this is Batman vs Superman, Sailor Moon and Sailor Galaxy, not Cloud vs Sephiroth!”

Lucy smiles and laughs again.

“But Roxi, no matter who wins this, I promise we’ll still be friends, I promise I won’t be upset if I lose, if I win, I celebrate it with you my dear friend. To me you’re important and no I’m not flirting with you, please Kiera don’t kill me. This match is important to us both, but history isn’t going repeat with a loss. This time I plan on winning. I wish you luck my old friend and let’s give the crowd and the fans at home, something to cheer about.”

The file on the table gets zoomed in on and it reads “My Sire.”

Part 3: “You Don’t Own Me”
Off Cam
3/25/21

Night tell fell and Lucy had set up a ritual circle; this should be easy enough. Lucy had the candles set up, dragon’s blood inscent burning, the area had been cleanse with sage, had spoke a prayer and place a lighter in her hand. Lucy took a breath in before beginning.

“Air, I call upon thee! Take the past and his memory away, never allow it to mess with my life again.”

She lit the candle and a huge gust of wind blew outside; Lucy chuckles before moving to the next one.

“Fire, I call upon thee! Burn the trauma away, make it into cinders.”

Lucy heard crackling in her fire place, a fire lit up causing her to blink. She moved to the blue candle next.

“Water, cleanse my soul and mind, give me peace.”

Lucy suddenly felt cold, like she was steeping under Niagara Falls itself. The green candle and the purple one remains.

“Earth, ground any negative emotions and return them into pure energy.”

Lucy felt herself feeling more grounded and calm. Lucy sits down and grabs the purple candle.

“Spirit, bring me to him.”

Lucy lights the candle and shuts her eyes. Lucy felt her sink into her mind, a meditative sleep if you think about it. Her breathing was stable and she felt relax. Lucy could feel her Sire near by. His soul enters Lucy’s dream state.

“Hello there childe.” He speaks.

“I am not your childe.” Lucy hisses.

Her Sire, smirks and walks over to her. He places a hand on her cheek; Lucy looks up at him with fire in her eyes.

“Johnathan St.Claire, born in the Ukraine; you were thirty when you were changed. The night you ran into me, you hadn’t feed in months; you were hungry. You saw me and captured me. You basically..and I hate using this word, but you basically did the vampire version of rape, turning me into something I didn’t ask for! I couldn’t find back and because of you I have to live with this! I’ve tried to lock away your memory, but every single night I dream of you violating me. I know for a fact you had to ask for permission to sire but I bet you didn’t.” Lucy says with an angry tone.

Johnathan stood at 6’3, black hair with some grey, tannish skin; but because he’s now a spirit, he’s a bit transparent. Lucy felt the chains that he had on her, pull her back. The scene changes and she’s back in the basement of that home; Johnathan slowly walks to where she’s at. His red eyes looking into her green ones.

“Now, now Childe; I guess Beckett never taught you any manners. You will leaning now. You shouldn’t have summoned me; now I can take over your body.” He smirks again.

Lucia walks out from the shadows; ready to do her part of this. Lucy looks quickly at her and then back to Johnathan.

“No..you won’t do anything to me! You hear me! You won’t do anything to me!” Lucy yells.

The ground started to shake, causing Johnathan to be shock.

“What the hell is this?” He asks.

“I told you that you will never do anything to me again. I cast you out now and forever! You memory dies here! I will never allow you to haunt me again; you will never disturb my dreams,  I am a Magi-Blood but I know for a fact that I am a mutant because of you; I swear it on an oath tonight is my last stand against you!” Lucy screamed on the top of her lungs.

“Very good, you feel your resolve to be free of your past pain rise in you my Dear. Now if you will allow it, allow a contract between two to be come one to vanish evil.” Lucia spoke.

“Yes, I agree.” Lucy nods.

“Very well, I am tho, tho art I; now rise my wonderful assassin!” Lucy yells.

Lucy lets out a scream of power and the chains break, her outfit changes into a modify version of Lucy’s assassin outfit, instead of being black with red and green trim, this was white with blue and gold trim. Johnathan jumps back as Lucia herself jumps onto his back. Lucy rush forward and stabs Johnathan. Nothing spills out since again, he’s just a ghost; but at this moment, at this very moment it freed both Lucia and Lucy from Johnathan’s grasp. Lucia jumps back as Johnathan falls onto his knees.

“You have no power here anymore...get out and stay away from my memories.” Lucy said.

“I will never become a memory.” Johnathan hisses.

Slowly he starts to fade away. Lucia smiles once and walks over to Lucy; Lucia hugs Lucy.

“You did it.” Lucia speaks.

“All thanks to you.” Lucy replies with tears in her eyes.

Lucia nods. Lucia knew what she had to do next would hurt.

“I have to go now.” Lucia says.

“What?”

Lucy was shock; leave? How? Why?

“I’m not the beast in you Lucy; your mind created me as a safe guard. I’m not like Kate Steele and Uriella. Once you overcame your trauma, I’d...I’d have to leave. You don’t need me anymore.” Lucia says lightly.

“Don’t leave.” Lucy felt her eyes tear up.

“I have to; it’s okay. You’re not alone, you were never alone. You have your family, your friends and your life. But you can call on me and I’ll come to you. Don’t care little one.” Lucia says.

Lucia takes a piece of her dress and cleaned Lucy’s eyes.

“I love you.” Lucy whispers.

“Love you too.” Lucia replies.

Lucia hugs Lucy and a light shines around her. Lucy hugs back and moments later Lucia vanishes. Lucy wakes up and it was day time. She took the whole night to do this, the candles safely burned down, the fire place was out. Lucy got up and saw the sun shining thru the windows. She slowly look around and felt different; it was light the light shined on her. Lucy slowly walked over to the door; she opens it with both of her hands.

For the first time the Night Assassin was truly embrace by the day.

Fade to black...

Chapter 3: Veil of Elysium

Part 1: Sunlight
Off Cam
Location: Moscow, Russia
NP: “Another Life” (Cover) by: Crystal Joilena

Lucy Seraphina hated the fact she was a magi-blood mutation. It killed her deep inside that she was more capable of killing someone. It killed her that she would have to drink blood from others in order to make sure Lucia stayed locked away. Lucy remembered how she gained the vampirism that flowed through her green-black coloured blood. She hated it and she hated how it was forced on her. She didn’t ask for it and part of her blamed herself for it.

Lucy found herself outside in Russia as the snow was coming down. Lucy remembered this being the place where it happened. She was only a teen; she couldn’t remember the age off hand. She just wanted to forget that memory. But it kept haunting her like a demon each day she lived. Lucy had dark thoughts about a certain topic but never said it out loud. She wasn’t going to let this beat her. Lucy felt the snow hit her hair and onto her cloak. The green eyes were filled with sorrow.

Lucy had woken up to a dim light. Her body ached as she looked around. Lucy’s eyes took a few minutes to adjust to the light as she saw something move from the shadows. Lucy had to force her head to stay up she was in so much pain. The last thing she had remembered was Rachel and her being jumped by a nest of vampires.

And that’s when she snapped out of it. Her body felt like a jolt of lightning got hit.

There are three rules when it comes to handling vampires on hunts. First rule is to never let them smell fear. It’s a stimulus to most of them. Lucy knew she had to calm herself or else this one would be all over here. A male walked out from the shadows, he had long brown hair, pale skin and ice blue eyes. A smirk was on his face and he stood in front of Lucy.

“It truly is one of the most delicious scents that humans produce.”

Lucy’s head went down to avoid the gaze. Rule number two, never look into a vampire’s eyes. Bad things can happen including “domination” and ability to make someone do something even against their will. The vampire lifted Lucy’s head up and Lucy saw his eyes. She knew he didn’t have the ability active so hopefully nothing was going to happen.

“Triumph only by your blood.  But there really is no need to be afraid…Cause the moment I sink my fangs into your neck, break your skin effortlessly, you’ll experience pleasure like nothing you never felt before. You’ll be riding on waves of ecstasy. It’s more than you deserve but it’s what you’ll get.”

Lucy gulped and couldn’t say anything. Yeah she was scared that this one was going to do something to her than just bite her.

“And there is there is no use in fighting it. You can struggle but, I will just take what I want. I’ll not hear your pleas. So just let it happen.”

Lucy tried to force a scream out to hopefully get Rachel to make the save. Nothing came out though and Lucy thought she was going to die. Her green eyes were screaming for her and because of the fear Lucy had felt her powers or little powers she had at the time were locked up.

“Let me lap up your blood…let it flow down my throat.”

Lucy shook her head no.

The vampire took in a whiff of her scent and Lucy whimpered.

“Hm…Now onto the main course.”

Before Lucy could blink the vampire bit her neck hard. Lucy let out the loudest scream she had ever produced in her years alive. It echoed thorough the walls and Lucy heard it come back into her ears. Lucy started to struggle but she was chained up to the wall.

“Stop!” Lucy screamed.

The vampire didn’t though, he kept tasting and Lucy could hear him talking to her. Suddenly though Lucy felt herself starting to shake. There was something wrong with her and she felt it.

“What are you doing to me!?” Lucy felt scared.

“I do pride myself on good taste.”

Lucy felt her body drop a bit from him lifting her to his height to drink from. Lucy felt like throwing up from all of this. Her body was in too much pain, she felt in shock and fear…oh so much fear coursed through her. Her scream still playing over and over on a loop in her head. The vampire smirked down at her.

“I always seek out humans, with the best viaet.”

“I’m not a human, vampire!” She growled at the male vampire.

Lucy with whatever she could let out a spit ball which it hit him in the nose. The vampire whipped his face with his sleeve.

“And you are no exception.”

He punched her in the solar plexuses and Lucy felt like she got hit by a wrecking ball. Her heart started to beat faster trying to get enough blood flow through her body. Lucy’s eyes turn red from anger and she started to feel weird. Like the guy gave her drugs or something.

“Can you feel it? Pleasure coursing through your body? Through your entire being? It feels good doesn’t it? You want more…don’t you? Don’t you?”

“NO!” She screamed, tasting the blood in her lungs.

“I guess I can grant you this.”

The vampire bit into her again and Lucy again screamed. But this time around Lucy felt herself starting to burn. Her mind screamed loudly knowing what was going on…he was turning her.

“Don’t worry; you won’t lose too much blood. I’ll take it very easy and slow.”

“Let me go please! I can’t take it anymore.” She begged.

He pulled away and tsked at her. Lucy couldn’t do anything, he was going to change her and nothing was going to change that.

“Savior every drop.”

Lucy felt herself starting to fall asleep. This was taking a toll on her but the vampire smacked her in the face.

“Stay with me…you’re not allowed to pass out just yet.”

Lucy growled loudly as her took another bite.

“God you taste good! I’m normally not one to come back for seconds…but with you I might just have to consider it. Tell me how it felt for you. I want to hear how much you enjoyed this.”

“I hate it, I swear my sister is going to come and kill you.” Lucy spat.

“The feeling of your heart starting to slow down makes it so much harder to stop.”

The vampire licked up her wounds and closed the holes.

“Okay…that’s enough.”

The vampire backed away to control himself. Lucy started to tug at the chains and they started to come loose. The vampire took notice but the next thing Lucy remembers was a loud crack and Rachel standing over her.

Lucy woke up with a start; PTSD was a bitch. Lucy, having to dream that event a thousand life times, made her feel like she was drowning and at times she could smell her dead “sire”. Her heart raced and Bennett, her adopted Sire came in.

“You okay?” He asks.

“No, it was that again.” She gulped.

Bennett nodded and walked over to her bed. He sat down and handed her a glass; she sniffed and knew it was blood. She set it on the nightstand.

“Do you want to know about him?”

“If I said I would rather die, would that answer your question?”

Bennett chuckled.

“He’s dead, you knowing about him won’t hurt.”

“Even so, I don’t think I’m ready.”

“Could help with the dreams.”

Lucy had to think about that. On the one hand, Bennett could be right; this could maybe cure it. On the other hand, it could make things worse.

“Can I give you an answer another time?” She asked.

“Of course Neonate, take as much time as you need.” He nods.

Bennett moved towards her and pulls her into a hug. Lucy just started to cry, she wasn’t expecting it but she needed to. All the pain and heartache, the memory haunting her...And Bennett, he kept holding her, trying to be a good “Father”.

“What was his name?”

Lucy sat down alone at Aina’s house; Aina being Mel’s full blooded cousin had a house with Rhoda, Rachel’s cousin called “The Party House” honestly Lucy would wish the girls would group up but; Lucy would give them that they were slowly getting their crap together.

Lucy had the air on with it being hot as the afterlife. She was looking over the file at the kitchen table. On the side of it, it reads “Maki”, Lucy found out she was also a “Supernatural” which causes Lucy to roll her eyes; not at Maki, but at whoever wrote that.

Lucy placed the file down and took a swig from her water bottle.

“Another day, another match. I told Apple that she was gonna get cut up and she did. I won my match and now I have to face Maki. They’re dubbing the battle of the supernaturals; oh sweet Jesus I facepalmed hard at that one. It will be an interesting one at that. So Maki, name’s Lucy Seraphina and you say that you know my name. Honestly, that’s the first time I have ever heard someone say that. I’m impressed with that. But I have a concern.

“You see you’re not focused for this match and it shows, you were talking more about Crystal and Myra and you see that’s cool and all, but you need to truly focus on me. I am ready for this match; now you have Daniela, a female demon who comes out when you’re under threat. I have Lucia yes, but I don’t allow her to come out at all; she’s not a demon. You see I’m a Magi-Blood mutant, meaning when a Magi-Blood has something from a supernatural being come into their system, it can bond with their DNA. For me… It was vampire. Lucia is what we call “The Beast” and every vampire has a beast in them. It is said when a vampire doesn’t feed for the longest of time bad things happen. They slowly lose their humanity, and when that happens the Beast takes over. The beast is an inner demonic predator which lies in all vampires. Once a vampire loses their humanity, the beast will take over and frenzy. Frenzy is the act usually a result of extreme stress such as starvation, pain or public humiliation. The beast makes the vampire turn into something animalistic, and it kills everything until they’re calm…

“In a match I don’t allow any of this to happen; I just straight up fight. I don’t use powers or anything like that; not saying you do of course, but letting you know not to just expect Lucia to come out or any underhand tricks. But Lucia, she’s different from most and that’s probably from me being a Magi-Blood. Maki, you’re an interesting woman; I’ll give you that but I know for a fact you’re going to come and fight. But Maki...if you and Daniela are truly insisting on Lucia making an appearance, she might just want to do just that.”

Lucy looks into the mirror, her face is stoic but only in the mirror, Lucy smiles. Yeah Lucia was truly around.

“Maybe for all I know she is just the darker part of me. But I’m not worried about that at the moment. I am set for this match, But were you trying to provoke both of us? If so, well it might have worked. I promise a fair fight but I will do my best to just keep it supernatural free; Maki, maybe you are right, maybe Lucia’s a demon but it doesn’t matter. I’ll come out and kick ass like I always do. Being a Magi-Blood is a dangerous life, but also I’m honored that I could be one. It has made me stronger and it helps in matches; knowing that I’m more aware, I’ve trained longer, I’m stronger and faster than most and; if you don’t watch me, you’ll just feel my blade.”

A hidden blade with its bracer was sitting next to the file.

“Maki will you allow Crystal and Myra to haunt you in our match? Will your mind be with them? If so, you will fall fast into the darkness. Will you rise above your demons and fight in this match? I hope you can. I’m known for getting intel and I am also known for assassinations; If I have to do that to your demons, so be it. I’m on a roll and I won’t stop, I can’t stop. I will show the world that I am here to stay.

“I wish you luck to you both, and no matter what happens, let us both come out being better fighters. Now if you excuse me-”

“Lucy! We’re home! We got blood for you and food...and that book.” Aina yells.[.color]

Tell me what you see
Poisoned by your fly infested poetry
Liar liar on the wall
Give the world to me
A wasteland or a monarchy?
Liar liar...
Tell me what you see...”- Liar Liar, Kamelot

Part 1- The search
Location: Moscow, Russia
Off Cam

Lucy may have lost but that wasn’t going to bring her down; But back in Moscow, she had some assassin business to take care of. Maxim, her cousin and fellow assassin met up with her on Bolshevik Island.

“Hey Cousin.” Maxim smiled.

Lucy pulled her hood down.

“Good evening Max, so what are we doing tonight?” Lucy asked.

Maxim passed her a glass, filled with blood wine. Lucy took a sip about it and the taste hit her mouth. It had been ages since she had a drop.

“We need to find Stefan.” Maxim sighed.

Ah yes, Stefan Lajoie, the old pain in the ass of the Magi-Blood, better know in the Magi-Blood world as Zeus; somehow came back from the dead and the whole timeline got wacked out. The timeline was restored but those who came back from the dead are still alive. Athena, Mel’s kid can now age slide because her olderself coming through time.

“So we do need to kill him eventually?” Lucy asked.

“Yeah...we don’t have a choice, tie up loose ends, that means Tanja needs to go too. At least Raphael and Rachel’s Dad is dead.”

Alexander Rosangela, the abuser.

“So we can stop corruption right?” Lucy said.

“Yeah…” He nodded.

Corruption, the enemy of both man and magi-blood.

Both Maxim and Lucy look out toward the sea, staying silent; they knew taking out ones who they love wouldn’t be easy but it had to be done. The wind picked up and Maxim turned to his cousin.

“Anyways the mission?” Lucy asked.

“Right, so I hear that he’s been spotted around here in a hotel/bar.” Maxim explained.

“He can’t drink, he’s addicted to that, sex and drugs.” Lucy blinked.

“He knows that we’re coming for him, I guess he’s trying to party it up and maybe get some people knocked up.” Maxim replied.

The two started to walk the frozen tundra towards the inner island. They knew that there was a small town here at least, maybe Stefan was there. The town was quiet as it started to snow, the two Russian Magi-Bloods were able to withstand freezing temps. Maxim and Lucy kept an eyes out for him.

“I hate doing this.” Lucy told Maxim.

“Yeah, I know but we need to do this.” Maxim replied.

They could see the bar and hotel, the name translated into english is “The Red Spot”, Lucy rolled her eyes and Maxim and her entered it. The bar was nearly empty, save for a few people.

“I’ll talk to the patrons, you talk the bar tender.” Maxim said.

Lucy nodded and walked over to the bartender.

“Hello, what can I get you?” The bartender asked.

Lucy turned her phone to him.

“You seen this man?” She asked.

The bartender leans over to look at the photo.

“Yeah, he was here, rented a room for a week, supposed to be leaving in the next few days. Heard he’s going to Denmark. Guy bought a lot of vodka while being here.” The bartender replied.

“Any idea where he’s at now?” Lucy asked.

“Nah but if you stick around, he’ll turn up. Why, you his baby mama?”

“No, but I need to find him.”

“Room 100. Here.”

The Bartender tossed her a key and Lucy placed down some money for a thank you. Her and Maxim meet up outside. Lucy lifts up the key and nods. The two went next door and started to look for Stefan’s room. The two had to be careful, if Stefan found out they were there he’d run.
98…

99…

100.

Maxim stayed near Lucy as she went to open the door. Lucy turned the key and silently open the door; the two carefully walked into the room. Maxim flipped on the light switch…

Blood.

There was blood everywhere, both Seraphinas were in shocked.

“What the hell?!” Maxim yelled.

Lucy ran into the room and started to check the room. The bathroom was empty, he wasn’t under the bed. She started to shake and Maxim held his cousin.

“He’s not here but what the hell?” Lucy’s voice was shaking.

“This isn’t good, I can tell that this was some type of ritual.” Maxim looked.

“Damn it. Do you know what it was?” Lucy asked.

Maxim started to look around for clues. Lucy had a bad feeling and started to help Maxim find anything.

“I’d need to see the library, this is something I have no idea about.” Maxim replied.

Lucy was hoping to be able to get this done but now it was drawn out more. The two assassins heard the door slammed shut.

“It’s a trap!”

Part 2 – Time to rock
Location: Las Vegas, Nevada
On Cam

Lucy flung her body landing in the parking lot of the Park Theater; She landed in the superhero pose and got up. She looked up and saw where her next fight would be. But that in general was the life of Lucy; she wasn’t raised to be prim and proper, no SCW knew Lucy was a survivor. That was her family in general, they knew how to survive. They were living better lives with the family company of Angel Corp making things for the red market; but they enjoyed wrestling and nothing would change that. Making a difference to someone that watches made all the difference.

“Moonlight Sonata” started to play on Lucy’s phone and she picked it up.

“Hey Rachel what’s going-”

“Have you seen the file?!” Rachel yelled into the phone.

Lucy sighed wishing her older half sister wouldn’t yell like that. But that was Rachel Rosangela for you, the British woman was always angry. They didn’t call her Rachel Rage for nothing and right now Lucy was missing her.

“No, I haven’t why?” Lucy replied.

“Well you’re facing a Brit and you won’t believe the name.” Rachel said.

“Well my older half sister from London, you’re gonna tell me anyways.” Lucy laughs.

“Apple Coren.” Rachel told Lucy.

You guys know that look of when someone was so done, they wanted to just leave? That was Lucy right now. Just hearing the name made her think what the hell is wrong with her parents. Lucy shakes her head and walks into the place.

“Like Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin’s kid?” Lucy asked.

“Yeah.” Rachel replied.

“Holy shit, I feel for her, wouldn’t put it past her being bullied.” Lucy sighed.

“Actually she’s a “Lady” and basically-” Lucy cut her off.

“Someone who has been sheltered most of their lives, acts like a spoil brat, thinks they can fight but nine times out of ten get their ass beat?”

“Bingo, Sis.” Rachel chuckled.

Lucy wasn’t sure if she wanted to laugh at this over the fact that this whole thing has gone upside down or if it was out of aggravation. Lucy opened the door to the place and walked in, plenty of workers bustling around like bees. Lucy smiled.

“Honestly be careful though, I wouldn’t put it past her to try something sleazy.” Rachel informed her.

“Yeah, I’ll be careful. Shit I’m usually good about this.” Lucy said.

“Yeah, but you’ve been busy with the mission.” Rachel added.

That was true but Lucy would still kick herself for it. Thankfully Lucy didn’t have far to go, she opened the door to her locker room and sat down.

“Hey, I better get going; Claude is taking me out to dinner.” Rachel said.

“Yeah, tell ‘em I say hi.” Lucy put on a weak smile.

“Will do.”

Click…

Lucy placed her phone down and shut her eyes for a moment. Lady Apple Coren, flashed through her mind. Lucy opened her eyes and looked around; it was quiet and Lucy needed to think. The file was next to her and Lucy started to read it.

“Lucy-”

“Can you shut up, I’m trying to read.” Lucy said her famous line.

“Oh! I’m sorry I can come back later.” The voice said.

Lucy was a speed reader, she could digest quickly. Lucy snapped the file shut and looked up to see her old friend Pussy Willow.

“P! I’m sorry.” Lucy smiled.

“Hey it’s fine, I’m basically used to this now a days.” Pussy returned the smile.

The two friends hug.

“You mind if I do the usual?” She asked.

“Yeah, that’s fine.” Lucy nodded.

A camera man ran in and waited for Pussy to give the signal. She does and it was a-go-go!

“I’m here with SCW’s Angelic Assassin, Lucy Seraphina.” Pussy said to the camera.

It pans to Lucy before going for a wide shot.

“P, great to see you again.” Lucy said.

“Always great to see you, so last match it didn’t go the way you wanted, you both gave it a good shot. This week you face Apple Coren, your thoughts?” Pussy asked.

Lucy smirked; oh it’s that time of the night where Lucy just goes ham.

“Well after finally read the file oh I’m gonna have fun with this one. You see Pussy, Apple loves to run her mouth but how many times does she truly back her words up? Oh I’ll give you an answer, rarely. Seriously what is this your rebel phase because you’re sick of the way Daddy treats you?

“News flash Princess, this isn’t a game! You’re gonna talk trash and say how you’re gonna beat me and that last week wasn’t a fluke. I’m out for blood, I’m out for the hunt and frankly my dear, save your damn words. I don’t care and they won’t even phase me any. I’m here to be the best and to beat the best, you, you just prance and think you run the place. You don’t get to pick and choice your fights, you don’t demand title shots and honestly, I’ll enjoy our match.

“I enjoy taking spoiled brats like you down, they need to understand how the real world works. You can see this as a punishment from both Mark and Chris for being a rotten apple...yeah you see what I did there, maybe you were bullied in school for having a name like apple; hell maybe you had your own version of the Mean Girls, and no we’re not talking about the amazing stable in SCW.

“Know this match won’t be easy, this match will be hard and you might just want to run...thing is you won’t be able to run, you won’t be able to hide; I am an assassin, I find my targets and take them out. Simple as that, it’s not an easy job, it’s not for the emotionally weak either. Honestly, Mark, Chris...thanks. Maybe they’re asking me to be an assassin for them.”

Lucy pauses and Pussy tries to keep a neutral facial expression.

“And you want to be mean to Pussy, nah that isn’t gonna fly. I’ll be glad to stick my blade down that throat and cut your damn tongue out. I guess that saying is right, ladies should be seen not heard. Isn’t that what you’re supposed to be a lady? Yeah...and I’m the Queen of Russia.

“Oh what’s that? I can’t hear you over the sounds of you screaming and me peeling you. And I promise by the end of this match, you’ll be screaming for your Daddy to share you. No one is going to save you, not a guard, not staff, no one. For all I care you can pppttt jog on! Yeah I watch and love “Hot Fuzz” what are you gonna do about it?

“Apple, I want you to stop and think about your words; I’m pissed and trust me when I say this, don’t fuel it.”

Her eyes turn red in anger and not hunger.

“I am someone you want to keep on your good side and not an enemy. Cross me and you’ll pay for it in the ring. When I said that I was coming back and going to the top, I meant it. So humor me Apple, will I have to bite you, or are you gonna run like the little lady you are? All I can say is good luck.”

“Thank you Lucy and this has been Pussy Willow!”

~Present Day~
It had been two long years since any of the Magi-Blood were in a wrestling ring; they had their reasons, ones where the normal world wouldn’t truly understand. Lucy, SCW’s “Angelic Assassin” had gotten that phone call for Blast From the Past. Lucy was planning on meeting with Hitamashii at Hell’s Kitchen, yeah that Hell’s Kitchen.

“Holy shit! If this was anymore raw, he would still be finding Nemo!” Gordon yelled at one of the chiefs.

Lucy shakes her head and see Hitamashii coming over; the GRIME nightmare champion. Of course Lucy would have done her homework on the man. Lucy got up and the two shook hands before sitting.

“So you’re Lucy Seraphina; wow I can’t believe it.” Hitamashii spoke.

“Yeah, I’m her. So we’re facing Lachlan Kane and Mikah.” Lucy’s face turned cold at the mention of her latter.

“Not a fan of Mikah?” He asked.

“No...she’s a work horse, I’ll give her that but before we left, Mel, Sam, and I, she was one hell of a bitch.” Lucy replied non-nonchalantly.

Hitamashii let out a laugh with a nod of his head.

“I’ve had my boys do research on you.” He said.

“Yeah, I know, Dying Breed right?” Lucy replied.

Hitamashii’s eye went wide at that; he then laughed again.

“Holy shit, I heard the rumor that you’re a walking library but didn’t know it was true.”

Lucy had shrugged; they also didn’t call her the “Wisdom Angel” as well for nothing. Lucy laid down four files in front of her tag partner. The first reading “L.Kane” the next “Mikah” then “Hitamashii” and finally “L.Seraphina (female)” Hitamashii glanced at them and looked impressed.

“I should be scared shouldn’t I? I mean look at this, how the hell did you do this?”

“It’s not that hard, I mean I am the Magi-Blood’s leader of the Assassination Squad, the wisdom angel and recon is something I specialize in.”

“You’re not going to kill me...right?”

“Not unless you back stab me.” Lucy’s turn to laugh.

The two sat in silence minus Gordon screaming his head off at the chiefs for screwing stuff up like crazy. The waiter had place down their starter meal, it wasn’t a date, it was more of a business meeting. Lucy took up a sip of her drink.

“Where have you been the past two years?” Hitamashii asked.

“Around.” Lucy replied.

“Seriously? No one vanishes from the world just like that.”

Lucy blinked and gave him a zone out stare, Hitamashii gulped before taking some water in.

“Sorry, not meaning to be noisy.”

“It’s okay; I’ll sum it up like this, we had to go and fix a lot a thing in order to be able to do whatever we wanted outside of that. I’m sorry, I’m not ready to go into detail; normally people would think it’s something out of a supernatural, sci-fi, horror books.”

He could only nod.

“How about coming back here?”

Oh now that was a bit of an interesting story…

~A few weeks ago~
Lucy had just got in from a mission; this one was simple, find out some stuff and get out. Lucy tossed off her cloak and was about to go get some food before her phone rang. Lucy pulled out the Samsung A11 and saw a Vegas number. Lucy accepted the call, even though she had a weird feeling.

“Hello?” Her Russian accent rang out.

The house was empty, causing her voice to echo.

“Lucy! Great, you still have the same number.” A British accent replied.

Mother-

“I hate you.” Lucy said to the caller.

The caller laughed.

“I missed you too you crazy Russian...whatever you are. Anyways do you have time to talk?”

“Why should I talk to you after the fact you really tried to screw with Uriella’s head years ago? Gods know I should have stabbed you.” Lucy hissed.

“Oh Lucy, really you don’t hate me that much.”

That smirk, that damn smirk, Lucy could see it.

“What do you want Mark Ward!? Make it quick.”

“Blast From The Past.” He replied.

Lucy blinked and knew she had to come back; Mark Ward had the damn checkmate right there. After losing in the finals, Lucy swore if she was asked back, she’d come back but this time, she’ll win. Lucy would do what she could...minus breaking the rules of course.

“I’m in.”

“Just like that?”

“Yeah.”

“Great, I’ll let Chris know and I’ll send you an email with details, speaking of how is Uri-”

Lucy hung up on him and let out a loud sigh. Life was about to get even more insane than it was.

~President Day~
“Wait! You mean to tell me the Boss was messing with your Sister’s head? What a baka.” Hitamashii commented.

“Yeah, you could probably find it in the archives, hell if I could, I’d probably would end up paying him back. I know my twin brother wants to.”

“The Pyro demon guy?”

“Yup.”

That was Lucien for you; the demon of the group loved his lighters and given any reason, he’d set something on fire. Lucy sat back and started to think, doing this was like riding her motorcycle, once you learn you never forget.

“Blast from the Past, that time of the year where “old” meets “new” and all sorts of chaos reigns. I guess this place hasn’t fully changed though. Not from what my research shows; but you know that’s okay. I haven’t lost my step and I won’t lose this time. I may have fallen a few years ago but absents makes the heart grown fonder.

This time I got the GRIME nightmare champion, Hitamashii as my partner.”

“Yo!” He smiled.

“And we are so going to rip everything apart. I wonder how many of you doubt me, say that I won’t cut it and I won’t be able to make a new dent here in SCW, well I know many of you are excited that I’m back; I’ve seen it on social media and I’m touched. I know you and my tag partner have asked where I’ve been...now that’s a very long story and I doubt we have time to recap the two years. Maybe one day but now.

“Now this time we have Lachlan Kane and Mikah for the first round. Now while these two are an interesting combo, I think they’ll have problems. I mean are you sure you two can truly work together? I mean the one is a diva and I mean that in the highest while the other has their head on their shoulders. But I want to see what you two have to offer, of course I’ll keep my eyes focus on you both. Mikah, I know but Lachlan, not so much. Even though I can’t touch him because of SCW rules, it doesn’t stop me from studying him and trying to learn.

Lachlan, the scrapper; originally from Ireland and now living in New York. I find the man interesting-”

“He’s not that good.” Hitamashii interjected.

Lucy ignore him on that.

“He’s headstrong, has a family which truly gives him a reason to fight. But I want to see more, I want to see that burning fire I know all the Irish have in their souls; that fire that gives them a cutting edge in a fight and makes them a force to be recon with. You came here just as I was leaving if I remember, I mean your name does sound familiar; maybe I’m wrong. Your last match just showed me that you’re someone I will keep my eye out for. You’ll have to deal with Hitamashii, and good luck with that for sure. Hitamashii has that fighting spirit in him and doesn’t say die.”

Hitamashii smiled at Lucy as more yelling could be heard.

“Now as for Mikah...wait she’s the tag team champion for the Bombshells? Who the hell could stand her ego enough to do that?”

“Name’s Courtney Pierce.” Hitamashii told Lucy.

Lucy looked like she was going to faint. To hear this was a major shock and Lucy should know. Lucy shook her head and got out of that thought.

“Well gods bless the girl on that. But Mikah, I’d be scared if I were you. While you love to be the biggest diva bitch in the world and think you’re the best, I’m here actually ready for our match. It’s been two years but I bet somewhere in your barbie body you’re scared. You may not think it, you may not feel it but it’s there.

“Fear...it’s a powerful thing and I know; I’m one of those people you see as someone different, someone that doesn’t fit a mold but you know me, you know my family and you know for a fact how dangerous and deadly we are. I haven’t stopped, no, I haven’t stopped training, I haven’t stopped fighting. These two years while you thought we were gone, we truly weren’t, it was only just the start.

“Now that I’m back, I plan on winning the tournament and much much more. And who knows! Maybe there might be another Blast From The Past for the Bombshells.”

Lucy winked and Hitamashii smirked. He was letting Lucy work and could tell she was ready, that the woman was about to kick ass.

“But I make no promises, but Mikah, honestly pray to whoever you want; they can’t hear you over the sins you’ve done. I’ll enjoy taking you out and showing you why I’m back. No one can help you and you can’t run. Those who always do my family wrong, always get theirs.

“I can get down and dirty with the best of them and that was proven. Now that I’m back, I plan on going all the way to the top and I won’t stop. This is just the start. Hitamashii and I are winning this. You never cross an assassin who is ready to take out their target, sorry Mikah, that’s you. Really who did you piss off to get in a match with me?”

Lucy let out a dark laugh.

“No matter, no matter what I say, you’ll down play it and assert your superiority like always, in two years you haven’t changed; but I, I have only gotten better. I’ll prove it to you and the rest of the world once again.”

Lucy sat back and a bumbling waiter spilled Lucy’s wine onto her skin, the red gave the pale white a contrasts. Lucy turned and took a breath to not get kicked out. She could see JP was on this season and he’d kick someone out for being an ass. The waiter apologized and tried to clean Lucy up a bit. Lucy took the napkin and started to clean herself up.

“Guess you can try and take the Magi-Blood out of SCW but you truly can’t. And you can try and ignore that vampire in you but you can’t. Damn it is really great to be back, I have missed everyone but what I did was needed for my family. But this time, I’m back and for good. I wish you both luck but be warned, the scariest things are always in the dark and, my blades are in the mood for blood.”

Lucy was able to get most of the wine off the best she could.

“Nicely done!” Hitamashii complemented.

“Thank you. Let’s go, he’s about to-”

“SHUT IT DOWN!”

Maxim: You know, it’s been a struggle to live in our world.

Claudia: You all aren’t really ready for us. We’re the new people and you guys, need to watch out.

Maxim: When people hear the name Seraphina, it scares them. I can’t help but to laugh at that. So when this match happens, we’re going to show everyone why we’re ready.

Claudia: I’m rolling my eyes at everyone’s talk.

 Book 1: Kill ‘em
Chapter 1: Ain’t my first dance

At present, the two were just hanging out in their hotel room as they had no other plans currently than to spend time in each other's company. Well, Maxim was supposed to go to the gym but he couldn't bring himself to at the moment, enjoying being with Kya too much for that. Kya wore a smile on her face but it dropped slightly as she tilted her head, staring at Maxim.

Kya: You know, you never did tell me why you hid this from me.

Maxim: What, me joining the company? It was more fun not to...

She punctuated the sentence with a shrug of his shoulders as Kya again, lightly tilted her head to one side.

Kya: Well, I do like surprises... this happens to be a great one. But still, I wish you had told me. I knew Lucy was up to something... I didn't expect it to be her getting you a job here...

Maxim: I knew you'd like it. It's awesome to be with this company since I've heard so many good things about everyone here. And it's about time I actually had a steady job, let's be honest.

Kya nodded.

Maxim: Even though this is only my second match, I am already kinda feeling the pressure now after hearin' who I'm facing this week. Talk about being thrown straight into the deep end. I'm not usually an apprehensive individual but this is intimidating to say the least.

Kya: Yeah. I'm not even going to lie here; this Ty guy talks a big game.

Maxim: You think?

He questioned as Kya just nodded her head.

Maxim: I've hardly proven myself yet in comparison to everyone else on the roster so I can't imagine this will go too well - I mean, I doubt anybody even remembers my name. Or if they saw me backstage in the locker rooms, they'd be like - who the hell is this guy?

Kya: Hey, don't worry about it. Sure, Ty is a legend and one of the biggest names on the roster but he can't win forever, you know? Now is the time for the new generation to take over - and you're one of 'em!

Maxim: Well, I do think I have a shot - I'm not saying I don't...

Maxim shrugged his shoulders.

Maxim: I have already made a huge impact and this week might be the time to do it again. Can ya imagine? Me? Defeating a legend?

Silence consumed the scene again momentarily - only for it to be broken by Kya once again.

Kya: Did you ever think you were gonna get to this point?

Maxim: Are you trying to say you didn't think I was?

Kya: Shut up, you know what I mean.

Maxim: Yeah... honestly, I didn't. I know I'm nowhere near to where most are and this is only my second match over all so I'm not feeling particularly on top of the world.. yet. I'm so close to being to where I wanna be and this match could definitely define my career even more.

Kya: Well you know I believe in you. It's gonna be tough but what do you expect? SCW has more currently active legends than any other company out there. Ty is one of 'em and I wouldn't be surprised if you face more in the future.

She said as she sat up. After a light sigh, she turned back to Maxim and placed her hand on his arm.

Kya: I guess it's time you hit the gym - I don't think we can't just sit here all say achieving nothing. Sorry I've been keeping you...

Maxim: No problem. Life can't all be about business, can it? Plus, since this week has been all about business, it's about time I took a break. But now, I've gotta take a break from the break...

Kya: Exactly. I'd join you with training buuuut... I'd rather have a lazy day personally.

Maxim: Fair enough.

He nodded as he finally sat up as well.

Kya: Though having said that, I do have to go and babysit my neice tonight - again. Ugh. Not that I'm complaining, I'm just tired and that means I probably can't hang out with you. But eh, I'm sure I'll catch you before Climax Control itself but if not for some reason - good luck!

Maxim: Do I really need it?

Kya: Of course not. Nothin' wrong with me saying it though, right?

Maxim: Fair enough... I guess it definitely can't hurt. And I promise, I won't let you down.

He leaned forward and planted a quick kiss on her lips before he rose to his feet, grabbing his gym bag and disappearing out of the hotel room. He was aware of the importance of preparing for a huge match like this although it was true he wasn't even used to it - given this was his first real shot in his first real company. So he didn't quite have the experience edge in this match but he liked to think he had other qualities that were going to get him through it.

- - - - - - - - - -
Following his work out - an imperative work out, at that - Maxim was understandably tired but at the same time, he knew there was plenty more to do. He was clearly worn out right now and frankly, he looked a bit of a mess but he didn't care as he sat in front of the camera in the locker room.

Kameron: I dunno what to say today, to be honest. My mind hurts from attempting to fathom where exactly I am. I've been trying to get far in this business for as long as I can remember. I've spent years trying to make a name for myself and actually get somewhere. Now suddenly... I'm here. I've signed with one of the biggest companies around and I've made the biggest impact a guy can make. I became the Hardcore Champion in my first match and to me, that's a big deal. I can't wait to actually prove this week that I'm not a fluke. I actually happen to be an impressive, passionate and extraordinary athlete. The reason I haven't succeeded in getting far prior to now isn't because I'm not a great wrestler - I'm just an unlucky guy is all. I'm not formulating excuses at this point, that is actually a fact.

He sat forward and looked back up at the camera.

Maxim: Initially, it doesn't seem as though there's much on the line but of course, there is. I've gotta focus this week on taking down a legend. That's another huge deal here and I haven't got the experience for something like this. But as per usual, I'm gonna handle the pressure like a pro.

He paused.

Maxim: So it's true that I'm the guy around here with the most to prove. I walk into the company, beat a complete loser for a championship in my debut and didn't show a whole lotta skill in doing so. One match isn't a strong enough sample for you all to be judging me on. So what do I have to do to really get you all on side? I have to go ahead and defeat a legend. Now THAT is a big deal. If of course, I've got the balls to actually go through with it and do what very few are really able to do. I'll definitely give this my best shot and give Ty the fight of his life - but whether or not I do really have what it takes remains to be seen.

Maxim shrugged.

Maxim: And while it has all got off to a great start, I am aware that it could go downhill quickly. And it's easy enough for me to state that I've done my homework and I know who I'm facing but at the same time, I can't really know any of that until I step into the ring with you, can I Ty? I can research your techniques and what has cost you matches in the past but I can only get far with real experience.

He paused and just stared at the ground for a few seconds.

Maxim: I do know what Ty is capable of. I know I might not look it, but I'm a strangely smart guy. I'm clever so I do my homework well in advance. I know what I'm up against and I'm up against one of the best. I've learned what his strengths are and what his weaknesses are.

So I ain't gonna lie, Ty, I know how to use certain things against you and ensure they're beneficial to myself. I get that you're a veteran, man, but I dunno of you'll be willing to learn too much about me. I'm kinda weird, kinda a dick and someone with a lotta problems so I get that some wouldn't want to get to know me all too much. But at the same, I'm a nice guy with a passion for what I do so ill ask this of you, Ty - just don't underestimate me. So don't underestimate me - know you're up against a threat.

Maxim rolled his eyes.

Maxim: I respect the hell out of you - I've seen what you've done in the past and I'm aware of what titles you've held. But I also have no doubt in my mind that I'll be one of the new greats. I am one of the brightest stars of this generation along with names.I'm not just saying that because we are friends but it's obvious - they are the future because they've proven it. We are the ones to take over but you're not ready to leave the spotlight yet, I get that entirely. But don't hate the younger generation - know that we're capable and more specifically, I am since I will do the near impossible this week and defeat the legend himself. It is clear, Ty, that you're obviously a much different challenge. You're a real fighter and not some aggravating asshole who just gets by with cheating in his way through matches. Last week, I knew I was going to head into the match already a winner. This week, there is slightly more of an unknown quality dwelling. I have watched many of your matches so you're not a mystery to me but the fact that you are a much greater challenge than anything I've been faced with in the past is unsettling. But, I accept the challenge. I say bring it on because why not? I know you will give me the fight I want because that is why I came here.

Maxim paused once more.

Maxim: But there's probably somethin' ya don't know about me, Ty. Maybe in our match this week, Ty, I will take some crazy risks that may either fuck up my career from this point forward and make people really pay attention. I don't care either way, I'm just happy to do something unexpected. Just be aware of what you're in for.

Maxim took a drink of water.

Not to say that is what is gonna happen. No. I'm a humble guy and even being here is a dream come true. Not me. If there's a man around here with a tragic back-story but the desire to keep on going for all the right reasons, then that's me. I'm here to stay on track - mentally - and not allow for anybody to take me down. This is all about strength - no matter how you look at it. This is what I grew up with and I'm a tough SOB, whether I look it or not. I know what I'm doing, I know how I'm living my life and Ty? I'm doing it by making motherfuckers who don't believe... believe. And I love the rush it brings. So I say, bring it on. I dunno how you feel about me and whether or not you see me as any sort of a threat... but I'm ready for the challenge. Always am. Ty, let's go out there and do what we do best. No way it's gonna be easy but I'm up for the challenge. Bring it on, Ty. Let's give the fans what they want.

He ended with a simple nod of the head, having said and done all he can on the matter for now. What else could he say? This match was going to be a good one no matter what the outcome.

Book 1: Blood in the night
Chapter 3:
~Part 1: My Brother is stupid!
Lucy: What do you mean Lucien shot Mel?!

Lucy was in Quebec City, Canada at the Hunter Society’s Canadian base. Her cousin was watching her as walked back and forward. Maxim wanted to sit her down. Lucy was enraged right now and for good reason. Her sister Melanie was pregnant and Lucien apparently shot her. On the other end of the line was one of her other brother Michael Anxo, Medical Doctor.

Michael: Sam had told me the story. Apparently Lucien had found out that he was born a demon. You know how demons are around us. They’re territorial as heck anyways so he burst into Mel and Sam’s room. He raises up the gun and accuses Sam of using Mel. Sam’s trying to explain to him what’s going on but you know Lucien, he doesn’t listen. He shoots the gun off and Mel takes the hit. She’s not as fast as Lucy but fast enough to take it. Sam is flipping out at this point and Mel’s knocked out. Lucien’s freaking out thinking he killed her.

Lucy face palmed. Her phone was on speaker phone so Maxim could hear it.

Maxim: Then what happened?

Michael: Mel’s here now. She’s okay, the babies are okay. Lucien tried to visit but Sam had snapped at him.

Lucy: I can’t say I blame him. Plus what was he thinking?!

Michael: He was trying to keep his sister safe.

Both Claudia and Maxim looked at each other. Maxim’s eyes showed worried while Claudia’s showed anger.

“I have to go, I’ll update you all later.”

“Bye Michael.”

Claudia repeated the same thing as her brother. She placed her phone onto the table and looked at Maxim again.

“I wouldn’t be surprised if Sam killed Lucien. Honestly that was stupid on his part! He could have died for all we know…plus I didn’t know that about Sam.”

“Sam has been acting strange as of late. I hope he’s okay though. Sounds like Mel is okay. Knowing her she shield herself when taking that. Plus what was she thinking?! She could have died!”

Lucy: You’re bitching about Mel…we’ll you’re right. But still I’m shocked she’d do that.

Maxim: She loves him that’s why.

Lucy nodded and Maxim opened the door for them both. Lucy walked out and her eyes screamed from the bright light. Lucy winced and Maxim couldn’t help but to chuckle. Lucy hit him in the ribs and Maxim let out a yelp.

Lucy: Asshole. My eyes are sensitive.

Maxim: Sorry, sorry but that was funny!

Lucy rolled her eyes.

Lucy: I don’t want to be here. Honestly Quebec is the last place I want to be.

Maxim: Stefan?

Lucy nodded. Just right now her “relationship” with Stefan Lajoie, one of the most famous wrestler from where  the base would take place at was rocky. Lucy knew he was a sex addict and he was gunning for her but she didn’t want that. She wanted a real relationship when she was ready.

Lucy: Fucking Zeus! He’s lucky I don’t rip his balls off!

Maxim: Okay Lucy, calm the hell down. I don’t need you to lose control.

It was true. If Lucy got upset to a certain degree she would lose control of her abilities. Lucy sighed and nodded.

Lucy: Fine. Anyways what are we doing here?

Maxim: Rumors circle that Alexander is here.

Lucy heard that and her eyes turn wide. Alexander Rosangela wasn’t someone to mess around with and he was the Father to the Rosangela twins.

Lucy: Why?

Maxim: Trying to find another magi-blood body for necromancy.

Necromancy, a forbidden magick to perform. Claudia and the other dark magick casters could do this but against it is outlawed. Necromancy, the magick of dead…the abilities to control the dead and bring them back to graze the iceberg of it.

Lucy: Who would he try to bring back? No other magi-blood are buried up here. They’re normally buried where powers come from.

Maxim: You know I would doubt him trying to bring a mortal back.

Lucy: Yeah…you could be right on that. We need to help the older Athena and get him back to his own line.

Maxim: Athena had said if and when this happens, it’ll effect the magi-blood timeline. Hopefully fixing it.

Lucy and Maxim had walked away from the manor and towards the parking lot. Maxim’s car was waiting for the two.

Lucy: Too many lives have been killed in our war. I’m worried how many more before it ends cousin?

Maxim shrugged.

Maxim: I…I don’t have the answers to that cousin. I wish I could tell you but I don’t. As long as the other six demons are roaming more will die for the cause. I thought after we took the one down out of Uncle Anisim it would have been done with. I guess we were all wrong.

Lucy I’m sorry Max…I wish I was stronger.

Maxim: Don’t be. You’re fine the way you are Luce. We’ll make it through all of this come hell or high water.

Lucy: People don’t trust us.

Maxim: Fuck them! If they can’t then they’re stupid. So we’re heading out towards the main city. Remember try to blend in as best as we can. No abilities in public that’ll cause attention. Kinda treat this like the Masquerade will you?

Lucy looked at him like she was going to stab him.

Lucy: You lecturing me on hunts? I’m not stupid and far from it.

Maxim: I apologize for that. Wait here I’ll get the car okay?

Lucy nodded and watched her cousin run off.
~Part 2: Research~
Long ago in the dawn of time the first born became. The first born was known as Chaos and Cosmos, the God of discord and the Goddess of harmony. They made the heavens and the planets and everything we know in space. But one day that all changed when they decided to create just more than that. They created what the rest of the humans would know as the mythologies.

At first the Norse, the Romans and the Greeks were created. Then the Egyptians, Slavic, Baltic, Finnish were next to be “born”. The rest followed a few days later and that made the first born happy. In total the world would know of twenty-six mythologies in total. The Earth would worship them in their own ways.
One day though crisis broke out in the different mythology worlds…

The end of days, Ragnarok, the cycle of rebirth was among them. It was the first in many cycles that this would happen. The Gods knew of their enemy named “Corruption”.

Corruption was born from the sins of the humans. It was a side effect of everything evil in the worlds and without evil, we could never have good. But corruption would end up taking over one of their own; it would cause a war which would end up killing the Gods. But the first born had a plan.

Their plan was to incarnate part of their essences into human bodies once the war was over. Knowing that it would take a while for their God forms to regenerate, this would keep the balance of the universe at stability. Cosmos-Chaos knew that it would change the colour of the human’s blood into one of ten different colours. The rest of them agreed that this would be the best for them.

After Chaos-Cosmos sacrificed themselves and the rest of the creator Gods were dead the war was over. In that night it was like stars were falling from the skies but it was their essence. With that this is the story of the first time the Magi-Bloods came to be in the world.

Lucy: You sure that’s how the book goes?

Anisim: Yes well at least for us Slavic. Remember each of us has a book and they all have details that the others are missing.

Lucy sighed an nodded.

Lucy: You’re not making this easy on me.

Anisim: Of course not.

The Father, Daughter team smile at each other.

Anisim: How are you?

Lucy: Lack of blood but okay.

Anisim: You should feed Lucy.

Lucy didn’t need to hear this, not now at least. Lucy was currently down in the grand library trying to do some research.

Lucy: I’m fine!

Anisim: I can tell you’re not.

Lucy: We can debate this later. Right now I need to focus on this. Anyways why are you here? You offered the info yes but you have alternative motives.

Anisim: I wanted to see my children; is that so wrong?

Lucy shook her head no and smiled.

“ Magi-blood, the essences of the Gods incarnated in their descendants. A power that can either be salvation or destruction at use by the person. In total there are ten colors: red, blue, green, yellow, purple, white, black, gold, silver and rainbow. Some magi-blood holders are purer and some are mix. But what sets the rainbow color apart from the rest is, it's the the rarest one of them all. Only about one-hundred of them are left in the world...or at least that's what my mother, Melanie told me.

Mutation, when the powers of a magi-blood tries to compensate from injuries or a change from a supernatural creature like vampires. Once this happens the DNA in the holder is changed for good. My Uncle Michael has spent his life trying to find a cure for mutations and, even magi-blood itself!

The waves of war, when the magi-blood are at war with a great evil. Two out comes can happen out of this. Either the magi-bloods win, but at a cost or the great evil enslave the world. For the longest of time my Mother would wonder if there was another way to win, if the loss of the victory could be saved.

And the gate of the realms. The final stand for each of the waves. Here the magi-blood can travel to where their deities lives. Here if the great evil gets to any of the spears, bad things happen.

My family and their friends are heroes. Their stories still are told thought the Earth and the different realms.”

Both Anisim and Lucy look over to see the older Athena walking into the room.

Anisim: I heard the stories the time traveler but I guess they were true.

Athena (older): Hello Anisim. Aunt Lucy if that means anything to you, I hope I helped.

Luckily Lucy had wrote that all down.

Lucy: It could help. Thank you Athena.

Athena nodded and smiled at the two.

Anisim: Yes thank you Athena, it means a ton that you’re willing to help us.

Athena: Of course…Aunt Lucy are you okay? You look paler than normal.

Lucy’s vision blurred out and the vampire magi-blood passed out. Quickly her Father caught her in his arms.

Anisim: Go get Claude and Michael, I’ll take her to her room!

~Part 3: Let’s go ~
Lucy: In Greek mythology, a phoenix is a long-lived bird that cyclically regenerates or is otherwise born again.

Associated with the Sun, a phoenix obtains new life by arising from the ashes of its predecessor. According to some sources, the phoenix dies in a show of flames and combustion, although there are other sources that claim that the legendary bird dies and simply decomposes before being born again. There are different traditions concerning the lifespan of the phoenix, but by most accounts the phoenix lived for 500 years before rebirth. Herodotus, Lucan, Pliny the Elder, Pope Clement I, Lactantius, Ovid, and Isidore of Seville are among those who have contributed to the retelling and transmission of the phoenix motif.

In the historical record, the phoenix, could symbolize renewal in general as well as the sun, time, the Empire, metempsychosis, consecration, resurrection, life in the heavenly Paradise, Christ, Mary, virginity, the exceptional man, and certain aspects of Christian life.

When you think of Kira Phoenix, you think of someone who is rising from the flames and burning bright. She might be but when it comes to me, you know that I am someone who is important here in SCW. I have learned plenty about him. This is still an advantage to some extent but it does also mean that she has learned plenty about me but I ask you, Kira - is that enough?

Your tenacity and determination is what has lead you to this point. It's because of that fight in you that you were able to reach this point. You automatically made a name for yourself and set yourself up for so much more. That's how you made an immediate impact in SCW and why you're about to challenge for one of the most prestigious Bombshells in the company. You've achieved what so few have been able to do in this business so I honestly couldn't be prouder of you for it. I have no problem in saying with confidence that you will come close but at the same time, I know that it's not going to be enough.

Kira, I do respect you and I have to remain amicable with you for that reason. I have nothing but admiration for your talents but it is far too early in your career to become a World Champion so until you gain further experience, you won't be able to achieve what you want nor take me down. It just isn't going to happen.

I know that this is going to be a challenge and one that will give me a reason to keep fighting. I can't become too arrogant here or complacent. I like to believe that we're two of the best but now is my time to show the world why I am far superior to you. I don't like wording it that way but it's true. It just means that I am confident and ready to participate in the match of my life on the show of the year. So let's just head to the ring and steal the show, yeah? We're both more than capable so let's do just that, Kira. Do we have a deal? I sure hope so because when I walk away with the victory in this, I want you to still be proud of what you've achieved, which was taking Lucy Seraphina to the limit. That's all you'll be able to take away from this week but I sincerely hope that you're able to live up to your promises and the high standards that I always set.

I have rarely faltered and honestly, I don't intend on letting it all slide now. With with all of the hard work I've put in. I refuse. So while there is a chance you could indeed dethrone me here, I'm not confident of that and regardless, I want to just thrive by participating in the greatest match possible. I will be giving this my absolute all.

I will see you out there, Kira. Between us, we'll do an amazing job and we'll show the world what we're capable of and why we are the two greatest athletes that the SC have to offer right now. I will show the world why I'm the face of Climax Controll! and why I will continue to be upon leaving the greatest and most prestigious show of the entire year. That's what we're capable of and Kira, I expect a lot from you. You are rarely one to disappoint and I do appreciate that about you. I can't say that I have that much admiration for anybody else on the roster, other than a select few. So this is a big deal and I am genuinely excited to share the ring with you as an opponent as opposed to a partner. It will be a change, that's for sure but one that I embrace. I am ready for this and I am excited about the prospect of stealing the show. Let's do precisely that, Kira. I trust you.

Book 1: Blood in the night
Chapter 2: Home, sweet home
Seraphina, the last name either strikes fear into everyone (including the Russian mob) or, people are entice by it. I know out of the whole Magi-Blood, we’re the ones that seem the darkest and secretive of them. I mean, think of us as the Tremere from Vampire the Masquerade; that clan that is very secretive and in order to know the magick, you have to be in the pyramid and be a Tremere. Well, that’s us for the most part.

“Lucy, c’mon! Dad’s here with Maxim and Claudia.” I hear my twin brother Lucien yell from downstairs.

Moscow, Russia, that wonderful and cold place that Dmitri and the Seraphinas’ call home. This time though I was at my Father’s cottage and I loved it here. So very peaceful and a good place for a book or a spell. I walked down the stairs quickly and saw Lucien standing there.

“So what’s up?” I had asked.

“Dad wants to talk to us about something.” Lucien shrugged.

“Of course he does! I mean, I doubt he asked us to come out here for no reason.” I rolled my eyes.

I could hear Lucien chuckle under his breath. I walked over to him and felt that something was wrong with him. Lucien’s eyes told me not to ask about it though. I knew better than to test my brother, seeing how he’s not only a Magi-Blood but also a demon.

“They’re in the dinning room.” Lucien told me.

I nodded and we started to walk off. It wouldn’t take us long to get to the dinning room though, we had to cut between the kitchen and family den to get there. When we opened the doors, we saw not just our Father, Anisim but our two cousins Claudia and Maxim sitting there as well.

“Claudia, Maxim? What are you two doing here?” I asked.

The two of us sat down while Claudia sat her tarot deck down and, Maxim, looked up from the book her was reading. Anisim had a smile on his face which was rare.

“I’m sorry for making this sudden but I had to call you here because I heard some news.” My Father spoke.

“What? Did the Russian mob finally admit that they’re pussies compared to us?” Lucien laughed.

My brother always hated the mob and, for sport would end up hunting them. Maxim was trying not to laugh at that and my father shook his head.

“I wish but no, it has to do with our family; so you know how we have our own cemetery nearby?” Anisim replied.

We all nodded; the cemetery is in St. Petersburg though.

“Your Step-Mother’s remains were dug up.”

The four of us looked at each other! That means Claudia’s and Maxim’s step-aunt was dug up. Oh man, this wasn’t good; I can’t believe someone dug up Annik.

“Who would do that!?” Claudia started to freak out.

“I swear, they’re dead.” Maxim said darkly.

I could see his eyes turn red in anger.

“Hey, calm down, we’ll figure it out.” I told him.

Maxim didn’t move.

“We better go then, only Gods know if they’ll be back to dig up more.” Claudia said standing up.

“Shouldn’t we plan first?” Lucien asked.

“We don’t have time for that!” Maxim snapped.

“Maxim, relax! We know how close you were to her, just relax. If you go into this without a plan and ill-headed, bad things will happen.” I sighed.

“I came up with a plan. I’m taking my car to the yard and I’m going up the main gate. Maxim, I want you and Claudia to go together and enter thru the back. Lucien take your car and park a few blocks away. Climb the trees and watch the shadows, you’re the first one to know if they’re on the outside. Lucy, take your motor cycle and park a few blocks away, get inside the yard and scope it out. Stay on the mausoleum if you need to. Look before you jump.” My Father gave out the plan.

The four of us nodded and Maxim ran out quickly.

“He’s pissed.” Lucien sighed.

“I don’t blame him. C’mon guys, we need to get going.” Claudia slowly started to exit the room.

Father went with her and I turned to Lucien.

“It has to be Alexander!” I told him.

“You think?” Lucien asked.

“It makes sense, he’s been trying to take out demi-bloods so he could turn them.” I thought out loud.

“Yeah, I can see what you mean.” Lucien replied.

The two of us heard the cars shoot down the street. Lucien exited the room, leaving me to close shop so to say.

“Dmitri and I came out on top in our last match. So once again, Song, Casey, thank you for that match. You keep us on our toes and you guys didn’t doubt us. Mad respect goes out to you both and, I hope that we get to face each other again. Now, Dmitri and I have to get ready for our match against Wyatt Peterson and Amy Marshall. Man, oh man, this is going to be extreme let me tell you.” I smiled.

I flipped off the switch in the dinning room and, made sure the door was shut behind me. I started to walk between the living room and kitchen.

“You all know me and my family. Honor is a huge thing and so is respect. I know for a fact I can say to Wyatt and Amy that I do respect them for their hard work and, accomplishments. When Climax Control comes and round two happens, we both want the win. But, Dmitri and I know that we have people depending on us. People like Casey and Song, who believe in us and are on our side. Of course though, we both know you two have people who want you both to win. It’s going to be another match of where, it’ll be close but only one team can get the job done.” I nodded.

Another light switched turned off but I kept the overhead light on the stove on; at least to let us be able to see when we get back.

“Easier said than done, I know. I believe in us though, I mean look at Dmitri, I remember when he first got to SCW, people didn’t believe in him; but I saw that spark in his eyes, the same spark that I had when I first started. Now that spark became a fire and it’s blazing never like before. Dmitri’s out for blood and that man is going to get some.” I chuckled.

I look out the window and see Lucien was already gone.

“Wyatt, oh man, that guy is impressive. He’s different and he’s got training from Tom Dudley. I know Dmitri will have to face him but I’m going to say my peace at least. Wyatt, congrats on being back in the tournament, you earned it for sure! I can’t wait to see what you can do in the ring against Dmitri though, I mean me and him, we’re not normal. Dmitri’s a vampire while I’m a Magi-Blood, to say the least, you got Team Supernatural on your hands. But, I’m seeing you’re a man who fights the good fight. So Wyatt, bring it on!” I could feel my resolve growing.

I made sure the rest of the lights were off before heading to the door. I took out my key and stepped outside.

“Amy, hey! Long time, no fight. Okay, that was cheesy of me but it’s the truth. Now, I know I got competition when you step in the ring. Look at who you are! You’re Amy Marshall, the Punk Princess and SCW Hall of Famer, it’s always an honour to step into the ring with you. Amy, don’t hold back on me please! You know I can take the pain just as much as you can. I want to step into the ring and show them why us Bombshells are the ones they need to watch out for.” I winked.

I locked the door and I started to make my way to my bike. I was hoping that we could end this sooner tonight.

“So, with that said, good luck and let us steal the show. Just remember though, the best things always happen in the dark.”

Fade to black.

Book 1: Blood in the Night
Chapter 1: Book
Moscow, Russia had snow coming down for it being April. Lucy was in the Serphina’s safe house right now with a book in her hand. Melanie and Sam had found this in Helena’s home, which Helena, their Mother passed it off to Lucy. Lucy, being someone always up for a mystery, would undertake this task.

Lucy: Now a possible cult! We have enough on our plate with Alexander and the whole timeline thing!

Lucy put the book on the table and walked to the kitchen. Her phone vibrated and she checked it. It read “Message from Dmitri” and Lucy placed her phone back in her pocket. She’d reply to him after she finished this job. Lucy grabbed a mug and filled it with tea.

Lucy: Or maybe we’re wrong and this might be a good thing.

Lucy slipped in a blood tablet and felt the warmth from the mug. She walked over to the sofa and sat down, setting the mug next to the book.

Lucy: So what’s with this book?

Lucy carefully cracked it opened.

Lucy: I swear by the Gods that this book shall we be protected; those who seek to cause Ragnarok with this book shall be cursed by the power of Hel herself. This, a knight of Thor, take this oath as not only as a heathen but protector and, follower of Thor. This book has the writings of the Volva, she who has been blessed by Freyja herself and, I, her protector who has been blessed by Thor himself.

Lucy took a sip of her drink and looked at the book weirdly. She then grabbed a knife and cut her palm on with it. Blood dripped down onto the page of the book and it lit up. Lucy blinked in shocked and dropped the knife.

Lucy: What the hell!?

The book then made the beam of light smaller and a figure showed herself. The figure had long blond hair, silver colour eyes and pale as snow skin.

“If you’re watching this, then my spell worked. There are ten copies of this book and please listen to me! My name is Aslaug Helsdotter and I have a group called “Hel’s decedents”, we’re a group of people that worship the Norse Goddess Hel. Please do not let the books get into the wrong hands. These have magick that can bring back the dead.”

Lucy gasped and felt herself tremble in shock.

“I just hope everything goes right though. I don’t regret my actions, following my Mother’s footsteps. The new priestess of Hel will be a decedent of mine with powers of the darkness. It will be a male this time but he should be one of light.”

Lucy slammed the book shut and quickly got her phone out. She hit dial.

Sam: Hello?

Lucy: Sam, we need to talk! It’s about the book, where are you?!

Sam: I’m in Denmark, picking up Mel.

Lucy: Stay at her office!

Lucy hang up and rushed outside; the cold blasted her hard and she got to her Harley. Lucy focused on the Angel corp office and grabbed her Harley’s handles tight. With a huge gust of wind, Lucy teleported herself and the bike to the area. Lucy saw Mel and Sam exit out of the place.

Sam: Lucy?

Mel: What are you doing here?

Lucy: I have news about the book.

Mel and Sam smiled.

Lucy: Sam, I think the book is linked to you.

Sam: How so?

Lucy sighed and touched his forehead, replaying everything.

Sam: Hel?

Lucy nodded.

Lucy: We need to find the ten books before Alexander does.

Mel: Yes, we do. Lucy, you can stay at our place.

Lucy smiled and nodded.

Lucy: Thanks you two, let’s get going.

Sam got Mel to their car and Lucy started up her bike.

Lucy: Blast from the Past, I’m back and this time I’m winning it all. Last time I was in it, I came second place. I won’t take second this year and well this year it’s interesting. I’m teaming up with Dmitri against Casey Williams and Song. I know a lot of you are thinking “You’re teaming with Dmitri, a full-blooded vampire while, you’re a Magi-Blood mutant.” Yeah, I know you guys can come up with some cheesy jokes with that one. But, Dmitri and I have a lot in common and, it’s interesting to say the least.

Lucy followed the married couple closely, hell if you asked her, Lucy could do this route blind-folded.
Lucy: I’m happy though to have SCW back too. I enjoyed it here, best competition since ECCWF/PWU trust me. But anyways, I know people have been throwing out there accomplishments here but, I’m not. Everyone has known what I have done here, so why bring it up over and over again?

Lucy heard herself chuckle a bit.

Lucy: So, Dmitri, that guy is something else isn’t he? The guy is a vampire and he’s from Russia like I am. I guess you can say this team is a match made in the supernatural. I do respect the guy though, he’s misunderstood like I am. Even so, you have to admit in the ring, he is fantastic. The guy has impressed everyone and you don’t want to mess with him. I know he won’t have any reservations about sucking someone’s corpse dry of it’s life force.

Lucy slowed her bike down and looked around, that feeling of being watched came over her. Lucy shivered but had to continue, she was slacking and Mel and Sam were up a head by a lot.

Lucy: But…I know Dmitri isn’t a savage like Hollywood or the books like to portray vampires. Does that mean you shouldn’t fear him? Well, I guess it’s up that’s up to the person. But I don’t fear Dmitri and he knows this, the man isn’t stupid like people wish he were. I know for a fact that our opponents won’t take us lightly nor think that we’re below them.

Lucy paused and felt her phone vibrate again.

Lucy: Song, Casey, I just want to say, thank you for the competition you two are going to give us. Also, for your words of respect, I also feel the same for you both. Casey, you’re a guy that is a veteran here at SCW. If anything, I’d listen to what you have to say closely. Now, the phrase, “Colour me impressed” is something that sticks with your name for sure. I’ve watched you here and I am impressed.

Lucy hit a bump and nearly went flying.

Lucy: If I had the choice, I’d fight you. I mean I have fought both men and women before, but you know that we both respect the rules that Mark and Chris have put in place, even if they’re stupid at times. But really what are you gonna do about it right? Casey, show us you haven’t loss an ounce of your fight. I’m expecting the best for you.

Before she knew it, Lucy and the couple made it to the castle, Lucy cut off the engine and both Mel and Sam exited out of the car.

Lucy: Ah, Song, it’s been a while hasn’t it? I remember the many of battles we’ve had here and at LAW. I do miss you in the ring though. You were always the interesting one of the Elders. I’m happy to be facing you once more and I know you’ll bring your best. You always had an interesting fighting style but so do I. So, I want to see what all can you do in this match.

Lucy walked up to them slowly.

Lucy: I want to see how much you’ve grown and, if you can keep up with me. Yeah, I know that’s a Mel saying but still! Song, please rise to the challenge and show me that you have. I’d hate to be wrong for once. Good luck you two!

 Book 1: Silent Shadow
Chapter 20:
Part 1: Betrayal (NP: “Forsaken” by: Johnathan Davis)

Years earlier…

I couldn’t believe what I had just seen…

Why Pietro?

Why?

The question was echoing through my mind like a ghost. I couldn’t understand why he would turn his back on his brothers and on me basically. I knew something was wrong when Dmitri and Angela gave me the night off. My cousin and her husband were notorious for playing people and I should have known they’d twist Pietro. Aleksei was too unstable and Anton wasn’t stupid and me…they wouldn’t dare.

The motor of my bike hammed as I skid into the area. I saw my friends Jeffery and Evie standing there and I cut the engine off. I toss my helmet off and they could see the fire in my eyes. The two walk up to me and Evie pulled me into a hug. I couldn’t return it; I was just too enraged to care. Jeffery gave me an empathic smile.

“Where is he?” I asked seething.

“He’s in the locker room; it’s not far from here.” Jeffery told me.

I nod at him and Evie slowly let go. She could feel my sword connected to my right side. Jeffery took notice as well and without an expression I walk away from them. I despot my keys in my left pocket and swore the world had frozen. Everything was so silent and cold but I knew that everyone knew I was here. Them just hearing my bike made the scatter and for good reasoning. I, having the blood of Russian in me and that alone made my temperament something to fear.

“Where are you?” I whisper to myself.

I took out my sword and dragged it along the floor, the nose it made would make a normal person’s skin crawled but for me it was music. Out of the corner of my eye I could see Artem.

“Artem!” I barked loudly.

The echo even shook me as Atrem stopped. He looked over at me and he saw the sword. He gulped and nervously smiled at me.

“Ah Ms.Seraphina, um…w-what can I do for you ma’am?” He asked.

“Where is Pietro?”

He pointed to the hallway he was just exiting. I nod and smile at him, placing my sword back in its holder. I walked up to him and grabbed him by the shoulders. I ran and lifted him against the wall. The look in his eyes was pure fear.

“I know you work for them. Aretim, I’m not stupid and I’m not going to kill you. You helped me and I know I can’t have you alerting anyone. I’m sorry, forgive me.”

I right hooked him in the solar plexus and I could tell her was knocked out. I dropped him lightly, propping him against the wall and turned to continue my walk. I could see the door closing and I smirk was on my face. I timed my steps so they would be silent; no one would be able to notice I was around and that was good. My heart was beating so hard though and I could feel a bit anxious. How was I going to handle this and would something bad to me or Seth?

With that, me being lost in my thoughts I didn’t notice I was at the door. My hand grabbed the handle and with a breath I turned it.

“Artem that was fa-” I heard Angela say.

Everyone stopped talking and looked at me. Dmitri was near the TV, Angela was sitting on his lap, Joey was closets to me, Boris was on the opposite wall and in front of was Pietro. Again I felt the fire light in me and I could hear my ancestors calling for blood, for vengeance, for their souls. Seth could tell I was in this mode and he took a step forward. I take my sword out and pointed at him.

“How could you do this to us? How could you betray us! After all that we have said and done, you- you betrayed our group, you had these two “give me the night off” and for what? To have me have less of a heart break? I am so enrage, I hear them calling for your blood to be spilled, for vengeance to happen because of your dishonor, for your soul. Pietro…you doing this, how can I trust you? I love you, we’ve been dating since you started and now…how do I know this just wasn’t a lie?! How do I know you weren’t just using me?!”

Tears were slipping down my face and rarely did I call him by his real name. I could see that he was in shock from what I was saying.

“I thought maybe this was some ploy to destroy the rebellion…I guess I was wrong, do you know what they’ll say? They’ll say you sold out Pietro, they said you back stabbed your brothers and only God knows what they’ll say about us. You know when you asked me to marry you, it was the best day of my life but right now…I feel like this is a nightmare that I know is real.”

“Luce, I did this-” Pietro started to say.

“Don’t…don’t say for us. You didn’t; you can’t lie to me.” I sighed and put my sword away.

Silence…

“Believe in the Magi-Blood.” I growled.

I turned on my heels and started to walk out the door. I couldn’t do this! I couldn’t strike him down like I should have. Instead I felt everything shatter around me, the fire in my eyes died and my faith; my faith was gone. I felt myself starting running.

“Lucy wait!” I hear Pietro yell.

I didn’t though; I kept running and running, not caring where my feet would take me. All I knew was that I needed to get away from Pietro, get away from everybody. I couldn’t stay and I felt sadness not just from me but from Pietro as well.

“I-”

“Lucy please wait!”

“To-”

“Don’t leave!”

“Get-”

“I did it for us!”

“Away!”

As soon as I finished my thought, I felt a sharp pain coursed through my body. I scream loudly and dropped to my knees. It felt like my whole body was on fire and I screamed again. My vision slowly started to blur as I heard voices coming toward me.

“Make it stop!”
Part 2: Darkness Returns (NP: “Vampire” by: People in planes)
Honestly, I'm intrigued by this challenge - much like I was at the time of our first meeting Mikah, I have nothing more than respect and admiration for you and I wish to make that clear. You are a smart woman, with all the potential in the world to go far. I'll continue to offer such compliments until a time in which you are deemed no longer worthy of respect. However, where it pertains to your skills, I admit that you are perhaps one of the greatest yet underrated stars around. By now, I would say that you should have achieved far more and it is questionable as to why you haven't.

So why? Why has Mikah not become a huge name as of late, the way that plenty of others around here have? What has been holding her back? Why has Mikah not achieved more?

I suppose I'll await the answers, regardless of whether they are on the horizon or not. I'm confident that Mikah will indeed be able to step up and finally find a way to deliver. However, will her achieve this monumental ask? Will he finally gain notoriety as a history-maker as being the first to try to beat me again? I am not convinced, Mikah. I hold nothing against you, of course. While we once were enemies, we are now associates - to some extent. That is perhaps going slightly too far but we are no longer bitter rivals - except for when the Championships stands between us. Considering that it does, I'm not going to hold back. While your talent is undeniable and your skills are well-documented, you are about to face a man who is willing to cause significant harm to you. I'm a bloodthirsty woman, whose primary aim is to hurt. If you are standing in my way of success and doing your utmost to take away something I have continually and consistently worked hard for, then I can guarantee that you are going to suffer.

After all, this isn't about admiration for one another. Instead, this is all about fighting with passion and determination that is unquestionable. We will both showcase just how much this means to us to the point where we're able to steal the show. After all, we are both capable of this sort of achievement. However, when it comes down to it, I will, as ever, be the one to leave with the victory and my hand raised in victory. This is because of my track record - but in addition to that, my mentality. I am not fazed by the ongoing issues within  my life. As I see it, that is a non-factor and therefore, I am more focused than ever before. Can you say the same, Mikah? Can you genuinely claim that your mind is truly set on the task at hand? After all, desperation is mounting within you and I can see that. Will you let it break you? Will you allow it to take you down yet again? Or will you actually thrive under that sort of pressure? I suppose only time will tell.

I - for one - am not doubting you nor would I ever. I do understand where you're coming from. You are tough and vicious. In theory, you're a man who should have the world in his hands. You should achieve everything that you set out to but for some reason, something has stood in your way. Something has torn you down and held you back. Do you know someone who has not had to feel that sort of negativity within their SCW career? You're right - it's me. I have remained consistent and unstoppable and it's obvious to say but it's a relevant point. Have you ever felt that confident, Mikah? Have you ever had a reason to? I don't wish to speak down to you but given your history, I can't feel too confident in your chances. You're hard-hitting and I will admit that - I felt that in our last battle so won't deny you of it.

Mikah - I'll hold nothing against you. Regardless of how you choose to go about business, I will continue to respect your talent. Regardless of the end result, I know that we will both be able to leave with our heads held high and with no shame. I wish the best for you but I'll also have to be somewhat harsh - the best for you is not now.

I understand that you believe this is your opportunity. I understand that you do hold no real admiration for me or my talents. I understand that your arrogance is going to consume you, much like it has to many of my prior challengers. You carry a significant amount of flaws, which is a shame. However, I'm not going to pretend that I don't still recognize you to be a legitimate threat. Very few have been seen in the same light but Mikah, I do see strength, determination and a bloodthirsty nature that I approve of. However, your weaknesses have started to overtake those strengths and for that reason, you've struggled as of late to truly make a name for yourself.

Now, you have achieved those goals and aspirations you had set yourself back then. Congratulations. You now have the enjoyment and satisfaction of calling yourself a champion. However, you seem to take more pride in righting the wrongs as opposed to halting them from happening in the first place. While resiliency is key and awfully admirable, that can also be used as nothing more than an excuse for those who don't know what it means to be truly dominant nor consistent. It's a smart defense. Those who are less intelligent than you would simply deny it entirely. You can at least distort the truth to the point where you seem slightly more commendable. Again, congratulations. Others might not see though that.

However, this is where the reverence ends. I'll continue to respect you, Mikah. You are hands-down one of the most talented in-ring professionals I have had the honor of sharing the ring with. You are not invincible, though. You portray yourself as a man who knows it all and a man who can do it all. You can't. It's a harsh reality to be faced with and it is tough for you to have to accept. This same sense of pretension took you down last week, for example. You have now suffered a loss to me, when you least expected it. I am not claiming that you are now on some sort of downward spiral all because of one momentary lapse of judgement. I wouldn't be as foolish as to do so.

I'm not going to head into this in a nonchalant manner because I'm aware that I am the one with more to lose in this battle. Losses, while not common for you, are possible and I am a prime example of that. I'm one of the few in the elite group who can say with confidence that they once got the best of the mighty Mikah. I will also be the first to say that I did that on more than one occasion. I should perhaps be more defensive, considering that it is my undefeated streak on the line. Obliterating that and catapulting yourself to greatness is in your grasp, Mikah and you believe you can take it. There are very few in this world with the capabilities of doing just that. It is possible, of course. Nothing is sacred, nothing is out of reach. I won't remain undefeated forever and I have accepted that as an inevitability. You can defeat me, Mikah but I will argue my case as to why this will not be your opportunity to take - not this week. A victory over me will once again elude you - it's merely out of your grasp.

Good luck and remember…

You’re just another target.

Chapter 17: Bloody snow
Snow was coming down gently in Moscow; it was another day, another recon mission. Lucy was already annoyed with what was going on. Christmas was coming up and both her and Uri were on edge. With both Alexander and Hunter running around, it would make this one interesting. Meanwhile in the UK, Rachel was at the manor with Claude, taking it easy. Lucy stood on top of a church waiting for Uri. Moments later though Uri shows up.

Lucy: Finally!

Uri: Sorry I’m late. Anything pop up?

Lucy: No, been quiet.

Uriella could tell something was up though. The story behind Lucy’s eyes was damaging, Lucy looked tired and beat up a bit. Uri had heard that Lucy wasn’t sleeping as of late. Lucy sighed and turned to Uri.

Lucy: Stop worrying about me. I’ll be fine, I just have a lot of my mind.

Uriella sighed and shook her head.

Uri: That doesn’t matter. You need to sleep and tell me what’s wrong.

Lucy turned away from Uri. The vampire magi-blood felt the cold air come into her lungs. Lucy was tired of this. She was tired of being away from her family, having to fight and all of this.

Lucy: A lot of shit. It doesn’t matter now Uri.

Uri: Bullshit! Honestly Lucy, I can tell when something is wrong! You need to tell me. I’m so sick of feeling like I’m left out.

Lucy didn’t say anything at first.

Lucy: I’m just tired of this life.

Uri: Everyone is! You’re not the only one Luce. We all want this bullshit to end. We’re tired of this and we just want happiness.

Lucy: I feel like I failed everyone.

Uri blinked, not expecting the answer. Uri pulled Lucy into a hug and she heard Lucy crying.

Uri: One day…I promise.

Lucy: Don’t promise me what you can’t keep.

Uri: I can keep it.

Lucy pulled away and kept quiet. She turned and looked down at the snow. It started to stain red, Lucy’s tears were dyed red.

Uri: Hey, don’t cry.

Lucy: Can’t help it.

Both Uri and Lucy look at each other.

Lucy: I know, I know. It's fucking cool to see the Angel Clan in the ring. At the same time, it’s a little weird that we don’t have the championships.  I know it wasn't the ideal way to go about business but it's not as though that was planned or something I was ever aiming to do. Hey, I didn't even know it happened until afterwards. I'm not going to complain though but I don't doubt that Elders will so I'm prepared for that. We'll have a lot more of that in store for us, I'm sure...

Uri: But enough about them because that's what they want this to be about. Instead, I'm going to talk about me because well, that is what I'm here for. Honestly, it means a lot to me to be able to be called in a match again. I feel like it's been a long time, even though it's not, really. Doesn't matter. Point is that I am a fighter again and that means the world to me. I get to do that alongside one of my sister so it's safe to say I'm stoked about that.

I mean, it's tough to have to deal with the Justice League. So yeah, I am very happy right now.

Lucy: Hey, me too. It's a shame I'm not Champ anymore but this is one helluva replacement.

Uri: But this week brings a new challenge. It's surprising to me that myself, Lucy and the JL haven't really crossed paths before but of course. So I guess I'll be dragged into that this week but that's not a problem. I'll always have Lucy's back and now is no different. She wants me to kick their ass? Then that's precisely what I'll do. Well, I would have anyway but y'know.

Lucy: But as a competitor, I can say that I am beyond excited to step into the ring with them. As a competitor? They’re without a shadow of a doubt, one of the best out there right now. They’re a surprise.

Uri: What the fuck? I guess that is the only phrase I can use to describe my life as of late. I'm not gonna lie though, I have no idea what is happening but one thing I can gather -

Bitches.

They be crazy.

As my friends say, at least. I've been told any times that bitches in these parts are indeed crazy and this past week has been my first real encounter with the craziness SCW has to offer me. Some deranged psychopath decides to target me and why? Jealousy or lack of direction or general delusions or because he has a deathwish - or all of the above. Who the hell knows or cares?

Lucy: You know I have nothing against you. I still have a lot of respect for you, you know that. I know that if there's a threat to me in this match, then it's you. But at the same time, I do know precisely what it takes to defeat you and I won't hesitate to beat you yet again but no matter what, we will both earn ourselves a shot at the championships. JL, you and I could steal the show.

Uri: But as I said, bring it on. I don't back down from challenges... or even situations like this, where it's simply masquerading as a challenge because it sure as hell isn't actually one.

I'm at a disadvantage there - not gonna lie. But experience isn't everything - I do know what I'm doing and I know that I have what it takes. I can walk out of here with the win.

Lucy: Respect tends to mean shit to a lot of people in the industry so take it or leave it. Doesn't mean it's not there. So JL I respect you as a women and as an athletes. But as a champion - naturally - it means a lot to me because I like to believe I am a respectable champion. But if you love pain, you are in the right place because you'll get more than enough this week. You'll get fuck all for it but still, maybe you can enjoy the bloodshed. Who knows?

Uri: Good luck.

Fade to black.

Chapter 16: Time to roll
~Part 1: Remember~
I swallowed hard… Raping the thick leather, the lights above beaming down on my forehead, displaying the salty sweat of my determination run free down the sides of my face, over the bridge of my nose and dripping to the matt floor. Cocking my right arm back, I dive in for another right hook before his gentle white Caucasian face startled me, he stood in front of the punching bag in a shimmering glory. His blonde hair brushed back at the top, shaven at the sides and his tattoo’s brightening under the light… he reached out for me as I lunged, to brush my cheek… and I fumble… heart thumping hard in my chest as I fall forward, face first in to the punching bag before being spun to the matt on my back. Heart leaping in to my throat, I look up in distress… my ears opening up to the creak of the chains… and he was gone like a translucent ghost, he was yet another figment of my imagination trying to play parlor tricks on my brain… and mistakenly my heart.

Then I closed my eyes…

He took a deep breath, breathing me in to his lungs. My warmth filled his body, as his cheeks appeared less flushed. For lack of better words, it felt perfect to him as he thought back through the years, as I spoke, he had wondered where life might have taken us, had the short comings in the past didn’t happen… didn’t happen like they did.

"What happened that made you feel alone?.... I assure you Uri I've always been there with you waiting.... just too scared to act.”

Taking in the memory like a soft sponge filling with cement, I rolled over to my knee’s slamming the sides of my palms in to the matt before pressing my forehead down. ‘You’re gone…’ I knew this is, I had to tell myself this over and over again…. ‘I need something to numb the pain,’…. I spend my days locked in a haze…. Because I can’t stop missing you… babe! Her words ran through the buds in my ears like a pendulum.

I will forever be alone…,it’s a curse…

Mumbling to myself as if reassurance had been necessary, I felt the sharp pains pierce my heart, harder and slower than the metal that had melted through my flesh back in November. Succumbed to the trauma of the last few months had caused my mind once again to be hazey… unable to reconcile with the memories of the past with the dire consequences of the present.

You made sure of that…

The burden had been overwhelming, Unable to pull the proper amount of motive to continue going… curled in to the fetal position like I had… brushing off the undying pain as I push myself off of the matt and exit to the showers. I had thrown in the white towel for the day, needing a change of pace, a change of scenery. And as if the ladies of fate had been witnessing, my phone’s silent buzz alerted me to the message on my phone as I ripped it from my right arm pocket.

Deabs: Check your bag…memory strain.

I had waked over to it and see a vile with a blue glow. I took it out and touched it, looking into the glow from it. I felt like I had been slapped.

It had only taken a few minutes….

A few minutes of blank peaceful serenity to pull me back to the darkened reality of terror. As I open my eyes to red, my body stiffened with much panic as I turn to the shower head, spitting out a rain of blood over my skin like liquid velvet. Ultrasonic waves of screams echoed the stalls with a deafening punch… I could nearly feel the tile adorning the walls crumble around me in a façade like 911 to my feet…

They reached out to me…

Their fingers began to pull at my gravitational force… cementing me in place as I attempted to claw my way through the rubble… as I attempted to run from place but unable to move. A knot formed in my throat as I inhaled sharply… holding in my breath as I closed my eyes. My mentality couldn’t handle it, I felt it all sucking me in, like a master playing it’s puppets in his perfect and morbidly twisted play. A sharp pain punched through my skull as I crashed to my knee’s… opening my eyes to stillness.

There were hundreds of them…

Hundreds of desperate hands reaching out to me as if I became their savior. As my heart thumped my chest like a whole punch… as the blood beaded against my face like a torrential rain. I lay amongst the hard white bricked floor, feeling death climb over me… lost in transition as I slip away in to unconsciousness a small brush touches my cheek. Silence pulls over the stall eerily as fingers trail my cheek as if being cupped by two pairs of small hands, those of a child. Then I made the most daring move… a terrible mistake…

I opened my eyes...

Their eyes bore in to mine… tear soaked. Pain washed over their face as if retelling a tragic story, their voices muffled in the distance although they were near. I watched as their lips moved, and my heart hardened with fear as I watched them plead... plead for me to come close. Something inside me pulled towards them as I attempted to skirt myself across the floor and reach out to them but no matter how far I stretched their distance furthered until a large “POP” sounded off against the wall like a firecracker and both girls’ bodies ricocheted backwards as their small bodies were penetrated by bullets.

“NOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!”

Everything stood still, for the longest minute of my life… before the small bodies jumped in grotesque distortion… their eyes masked in blood and their faces dark like possession and screamed at me…

“MOMMMY…. HELP US!

I don’t remember screaming like that…. I don’t remember the EMT’s rushing towards the gym showers with such haste… and I certainly don’t recall bashing my head off the side of the shower stall. Everything hazed over as they pulled me from the stall, covered in a towel and before I slipped away from consciousness I gazed quietly back over to the stall where the only evidence of struggle was head sized crack in the tiles and tainted blood colored water staining the floor.

~Part 2: Recurring vision.~
Lucy wasn’t known for having visions; but at times she would have them and it scared her. Lucy was in Russian when she got one.
Uriella hated having this nightmare. Honestly this was nightmare fuel for her and she would have it up to six times a month. It would start off with her talking to him and then it would get worse. The night would always be intergraded into her mind and it was the night Uri nearly died…

“It’s great to see you Uriella! You look very good!”

She didn’t in all honesty. He was sick and twisted! He would hit her; talk bad about her, made sure was basically anorexic skinny. Uri had to fake a smile knowing her relationship was sour. Uriella sat down on his grey sofa and her dead eyes looked into his lively ones.

“I should get you on the scale later! You know the skinner you are the better men will love you!

Uri knew that was a lie. Uriella looked like she was just bones. Her hair lost its shine, the light in her eyes was gone, her skin super pale, her energy wasn’t even there. She lied to her siblings about being fine but they knew something was up.

“But you’ve always looked wonderful to me!”

If that were the truth why was she looking like this? Wouldn’t he want to see her at a healthy weight? Uriella stayed silent not wanting to upset him. The make-up hid the bruising on her skin. Hunter got up and walked over to his bar. Yes in France the drinking age is sixteen for wine and beer but eighteen for spirits and liquor. He poured both of them a drink. Uri wasn’t paying attention. Her own depression swirled around her head. Before she could register what happened, a glass was in her hand.

“You know I love you very much you know that right?”

Uri: Oui.

“And I want to tell you something.”

Uri: Which is?

“Well first why don’t taste your drink. It’s a new one I’ve wanted to try.”

Uriella nodded and took a sip of the drink. It tasted bland but like a shock of lightning she knew something was wrong. Uriella fell to her knees and started to feel sick. Her body slowly heated up like she was set on fire. Her vision slowly started to blur out as her heart beat fast and hard. Her body could feel her blood flow. Uri’s hair got snagged up by him and Uriella let out a loud scream.

“If I can’t have you no one will! I know about you planning on leaving me you ungreatful bitch! Did you not think I wouldn’t find out! You are going to pay with your life. I made you; I made you into the ultimate eye candy. I promise you Uri…we’ll be in Hell together!”

His laugh rang out in her ears and Uri felt herself going insane. He pushed her head into the ground and kicked her ribs.

“Too bad I don’t get to see you end.”

The front door to the home opened and closed quickly. Uri wanted to give up; her body wouldn’t be able to handle it because of health. Uri knew this was the end for her, her vision blacked but her pain receptors kept her going.

Uri: HELP ME! HELP ME PLEASE!

“Don’t give up.”

Uri tried to move her head around but she couldn’t.

Uri: Who’s there?!

“My name is Claire…don’t worry Uri, help is on the way!

Just before Uri passed out she heard the front door open.

Michelle: URI!

Lucy blinked and looked up to see her Father standing in front of her.

Anisim: Are you alright?

Lucy: No not really. I guess I saw Uri when she almost died.

Anisim: He’s playing mind games with us.

Lucy sighed and felt herself curl onto the sofa. Anisim sat next to her and pulled her into his arms.

Anisim: It’ll be okay, we’ll take all of them out if we have to. Don’t fear this Lucy.

Lucy: I’m not, I’m worried about Uri.

Anisim: I can read your emotions Lucy. I can tell that you’re scared something is going to happen to her.

Lucy: Oh what gave you that idea?!

Anisim shook his head.

Anisim: You don’t need to yell.

Lucy: Trying not to, sorry.

Anisim: It’s okay; we’ll figure it out Lucy I promise. I’m here with you all like it should have been before.

Lucy nodded knowing what he was referring to.

Anisim: Let’s go.

Lucy got up and ran out with Anisim; the night was cold and Lucien was waiting for them. They were going to meet up with Claudia and Maxim to hunt for the man.

~Part 3: Gonna fight~
I'm not gonna lie, I'm still feeling the highs of last week and since then, I've been taking this week all in my stride. Knowing that I'm coming off of a huge win and can go straight into another one here. It's great. I wouldn't change a lot right now, to be honest - not even this week's challenge. It's another huge one. And no - I don't have a massive amount of title defenses behind me so I could do with a successful one. I mean, I need to really solidify my place as a dominant force. I suppose I haven't really done that for a while - which is a shame but I am prepared to do that this week and at any cost. Well, not at any cost... that makes me sound like I'm willing to cheat my way through this - which I'm not.

I'm going to get through this match by using my usual talents and in-ring skills. I'm sure the same could be said for you, Elders. Not every single match of yours has perfect nor have roughly half of your matches worked out for you. I don't need to tell you, though, you're aware of it, since you were there. But does that mean that you know what you're doing? Well - you're not a rookie but you're not the most successful. You're just resting comfortably in the middle. So now is your opportunity to break away from that and truly make a name for yourself.

I'm confident that's what you're craving, isn't it, ladies? I'm sure that deep down, this is what you want. Whilst on the surface, there is a distinct lack of real focus on who I am, what I stand for and how I perform in addition to all I have achieved on the past, I'm sure that the intellect is there. Thus far, it's just not on display. I'm not doubting you - but if the awareness and insight is not prominent, then there is a moral struggle for me. Do I award you with any level of credit, merely applaud you on your noteworthy creativity or just shrug off your attempts thus far? I dunno - it's tough to judge. While you do carry yourself as a smart and worthy challenger, there is something off about you. I'm not sure what it is, exactly - but there's a disconnect of some description.

Unfortunately, there is a lack of logic in your arguments and no understanding of what facing the practically undefeated  SCW Bombshell Tag Champion is truly going to be like. A shame - a real shame. If you had opted to instead, take a look back at my history and gain a real insight and observation of what I am capable of, perhaps it would be easier for me to take you more seriously. I am taking you very seriously and the subsequent challenge but ahhh, it's just tough for me to really agree on your approach here.

I am actually excited about another defense. I haven't had that many, actually - so I am happy to have another and it's actually against someone that I can respect. I'll just do what I gotta do. I still have a lot of admiration for my challenger, them, though - don't get me wrong. I mean, as an athlete, they have a lot going for them. They’re not just cornering himself here as many others do. Instead, they’re not relying on one skill like plenty do. They’re an all-rounder and I like that. It's actually something that them and we have in common. I think we perhaps do have more in common than we initially believed.

I mean that in terms of not only in-ring skills but also in terms of personal traits. We do have many similar qualities. Typically, we're fairly nice people, filled with respect and admiration for those around us who deserve it. So could you potentially slot into tag champion position? Sure. I don't see why not - the only reason you are being held back and are not quite up to par is simply for the fact that you're not living up to your full potential. That's all I can really put it down to.

But at the same time, there are plenty other ways in which we differ. One is more tenacious than the other. One is more capable than the other. One is more successful than the other. They are all me. I am the answer to those points and more.

I mean no disrespect with anything that I have said this week - at all. I'm not the kind to do that. I mean, sure, I'll chat shit about people who deserve it - because there is plenty to use against them but there just isn't with this guy. He does seem to be one of the good ones - which is a rarity. That is a bit of a generalization to make but it's true on most occasions. While there are plenty of good guys left in this business, there are more than enough who aren't. So to face one of the good ones? Yeah... that's cool.

How are you planning to be the second person in the space of almost a year and a half to defeat me? Have you got a gameplan? Have you thought this through? Do you understand what it is going to take - and do you feel capable of reaching those expectations? So many questions and so few answers right now.

Oh, and another question - do you even know what it means to be champs, ladies? Do you have any idea of what it's like to even be in contention for it? I mean, there's a lot of honor tied into a situation like this. To be here - it stands for greatness. It stands for being a hard-worker, a fighter, a dominant force. It's also an opportunity to be part of a rich history. Do you understand that, Elders? Do you get how important this truly is?

But then I ask myself questions as well - primarily, do I have to watch my back here? I mean, Paddy, you don't have any mortal enemies around here so you'll be fine. You won't have anybody looking to screw you out of this opportunity - not really. Me, on the other hand? I've always had targets on my back. Right now, my enemies come in the form of the creatures people don’t understand. I'd love to be able to give them what they want - but I'm afraid that I just can't do that.

Either way, I know that it's imperative that I watch my back in this one. Did you know that means that you have an advantage here, ladies? Did you recognize that as being a glaringly obvious factor? Probably not - I just had to spell it out for you. I mean, you could potentially be handed the win here through the means of a screw-job. Thankfully, though, I have plenty of people to back me up. So if it does happen, then I'll not only be able to counter it myself the way I have in the past but I'll also have the entire Clan to watch my back and that's worth more than any partners in the world

So good luck, guys, you're going to need it if you do wish to get involved. And uh, yeah, I did get a little side-tracked there. I won't in the match, though. I will be as focused as ever when the time comes, trust me. I will watch my back - I always have to these days but ultimately, my focus is on this match and what is on the line. I'm a hard worker and I have worked extremely hard to be in the position I am currently in. I earned the right to be called the Tag Champions.

I'm sure I know how you will answer that particular question and that response will be far different to mine, I assure you. It's a shame but I have you figured out, ladies. After all, I went into this week, hoping that you were not going to rely heavily on your size against a woman like me - but you did just that. Hopefully you will soon see that my strength is far greater than you believe. I can take you down, Elders, trust me. If you believe that I can't handle a man of your size and strength, you have been sorely misinformed.

So let me make this clear. I know that I've got this but I've not getting too arrogant or complacent. I will definitely have a fight on my hands because it's going to be tough to counter all your skills - but I do always find a way and I intend to this week as well. So I'm going to go ahead and wish you two  luck - I'm not saying that he needs it but it's always good to have it, right?

Chapter 16: PMC part 2
~Part 1: (#NP: “The Devil’s Bleeding Crown)~
Lucy had to bite her lip hard, the stench of blood was running through her nose and it made her lust for it. Lucy had to cough loudly to get it out of her and to resist sinking to temptation. Lucy though was in a middle of a blood bath, the walls and floor were stained with it.

Lucy: How did this happen!?

Bennett: I have no idea but my God; you’d think that some vampires were pissed.

Lucy looked up toward the elder vampire and nodded.

Lucy: I can tell…Bennett, I’m really getting a bad feeling from this.

Bennett: I know neonate.

Lucien walked into the room he held his nose.

Lucien: Holy fuck what the hell?!

Lucy: Brother…I dunno what happened.

Bennett: This isn’t good you two. I have a feeling that Alexander is up to something.

Lucy: I second that.

Lucien: Or his underlings.

The trio nodded and felt the room become colder and darker.

Lucy: You guys, I think we’re not alone.

Bennett: We’re not.

Lucien: Lucy-

Lucy was walking off, following the trail of what she was feeling. The more Lucy followed it, the more she started to feel weird. Of course there was a trail of blood where she was stepping but she wasn’t caring at this point. Lucy though had to try to hold her breath; Lucy had a rule about the dead and that is:

Don’t drink from them.

No matter how bad temptation was, you never drink from the dead.

Lucy: Halloween time here I come…

Within a blink of an eye Lucy found herself standing in front of a door. Slowly she pushed it opened and looked inside. The room was clean, almost empty minus for a mattress and a fire place. As soon as she looked at the window; that had pouring moonlight in, she heard static in her head. Lucy screamed loudly and grabbed her head, trying to make it stop.

Lucy: Stop!

“You could never escape me could you?”
Her neck started to burn…the bite…

Lucy: No…

Lucy fell to her knees but slowly looked up and swore she saw someone at the window. They were looking outward and their face was toward Lucy.

“I could have taught you our ways but now… now…now I have to destroy you.”

Lucy let out a loud screams and footsteps were running toward her.

Lucien: Lucy?!

Bennett: Neonate?!

The two get down to her.

Lucy: Rachel killed him…how is he back?

Lucien: What are you talking about?

Lucy looked up to see no one but the three of them there.

Lucy: But-

Bennett: Lucien, let’s get her out of here. She needs blood, she’s hallucinating.

Lucy growled darkly.

Lucy: I wasn’t! I saw my…I saw my sire.

Lucien: You can’t Lucy. He’s been dead for years.

Bennett threw Lucy over his shoulder and walked out with the Seraphina twins. But Bennett knew something was wrong. He didn’t want to say it out loud though. Lucy was already going through something and Lucy looked back up at that window. She saw him waving at her, his black and silver hair covering around his neck, his skin, pale as the moon’s rays, his eyes were pure black. Lucy wanted to scream again but she bit her lip.

Lucien: Where’s the nearest place?[/color

Bennett: Blood bank in the city.

Lucy: Don’t you dare!

Lucy started to growl at them darkly. She didn’t want a drop of blood in her mouth. She hated it and she would rather go insane then to have any.

Lucien: Lucy, enough or else I’ll knock you out.

Lucy: If you touch me, I’ll rip your balls off.

Bennett sighed and shook his head as Lucien started the car up.

Bennett: Was that really necessary?

Lucy: Don’t you dare take his side! You know how bad I hate this! How I hate being a so called freak and not being understood by anyone. Do you know how it feels to be talked about behind my back at work? Oh I hear them all whispering about how I’m a freak, I’m someone who should be in a mental house, how I have no place being here. I swear if I could…if I could I’d make an example out of one of them for this.

Silence…

Lucien: Now someone fuckin gets it. Seriously I’m tired of this bullshit we go through. I swear I’m ready to light someone on fire.

Lucy laughed.

Bennett: You, no lighting anyone on fire and you, no turning anyone. I know you’re upset with things Lucy but I think people are slowly accepting it.

Lucy didn’t say anything as the car drove.

~Part 2: (#NP: “My Demons” by: Starset)~
Black…

That’s all I could see and my body throbbed in pain like when Hunter had tried to kill me. Oh God I hope no one was trying to kill me right now. But I can’t remember what happened where I ended up like this. I tried to open my eyes but I couldn’t. I tried to move and still nothing. I sighed and then I heard a chuckle.

“I think it’s about time we have a talk Uriella.”

I wanted to scream, this couldn’t be happening right now. She shouldn’t be awake right now!

“Ah it sounds like you don’t want to see me dear.”

Shit I forgot she could hear my thoughts.

“Of course I can! I mean to doctors, I’m all in your head and you should be on meds. But of course you can’t be on meds. I mean remember what happened to you when you nearly died. That’s why you can’t. That man fucked you up so damn bad to the point where he makes Stefan’s deed look like child’s play.”

Uri: Stefan! Oh God! My match!

“Yeah about that, Uriella. I want to talk to you about it.”

Uri: Why?!

She stepped out from the darkness…Claire, my split personality. A smirk was on her face as I could see her strawberry Blonde hair cover one of her black eyes.

Claire: I don’t think you’re fully up to this.

Uri: Let me out Claire! You can’t keep me here, I’m in control of this body not you!

Claire: I locked us both in and, that means only I can let us out. Now listen to me. Damien Drake and Stefan Lajoie, you know it’ll be a challenge to you. I mean the one guy you don’t know jack crap about but Stefan…He’s an issue.

Uri: What’s that supposed to mean?!

Claire: You know what I mean. Uriella I want to ask you something, do you think Stefan cares about you?

Uri: What kind of question is that?

Claire put her hand out and made a chair, she sat in it and looked up at me.

Claire: The answer you think to be true is false.

Uri: Who the heck are you to say that?

Claire: Well you in a way. I guess you can say I’m the dark side of your mind. I’m that part that questions everything, that doubts and hell maybe knows the truth.

I didn’t say anything but I was getting pissed at her. I could tell Claire was seeing that. My eyes changed from their brown to red.

Uri: Go back to “sleep” Claire.

I slowly looked up and saw that I was chained to the “wall”. Yep I was screwed! I couldn’t move and she was right, she had the key and I would have to sit here and listen to her.

Claire: I can’t now. You need me Uriella.

Uri: I DO NOT!

And for a moment everything had went silent. I could hear my voice echo for that amount of time.

Claire: Are you done? Good, because I need you to wake up. He “left you for dead”, he hurt you and used you. Do you think that he’s healthy? No he’s not he’s toxic and we know him. This is his game; he’ll stay for a while and then go. It’s a cycle and if he did love you like he claimed to, he wouldn’t have done all of this.

Uri: You didn’t make it any better.

Claire rolled her eyes.

Claire: I don’t think you’ve noticed something Uriella. Why is it when you’re emotionally distort I come out?

I didn’t say anything; I couldn’t because I couldn’t explain it. She was right though; she always woke up when I was having an emotional episode.

Claire: My point. You have no answer Uri. You should think between you and I, who is really in control. Is it me or you?

Uri: Me.

Claire: Oh yeah? Doesn’t look like it to me.

Uri: Fuck you!

Claire: Oh that’s a good one. But Uri, no one really cares about you. It’s just you and I. All the guys you’ve been with really didn’t care either minus one person. Cole…

That right there made me want to fly across the “room” and kill her myself. That was uncalled for!

Uri: I should kill you!

Claire: You can’t, good try Uri. Anyways look, Hunter tried to kill you, Stefan you know and Deabs…Oh God don’t get me started. The only one was Cole; Cole loved you like the Goddess he knows you are. The rest of them only wanted you for your looks. They never saw the real you. They never appreciate how smart you are, how powerful and how wonderful of a shattered soul you have.

A tear rolled down my face. I know Claire can be a bitch but her sayin that last part hit me in heart. Rarely does she say anything kind to me or anyone like that. But she was right. I am smart, powerful and wonderfully shattered.

Uri: I miss Cole.

Claire: I miss him too…I’m sorry for all of this Uri.

Uri: No don’t be. You’re just trying to show in your own way that you care.

Claire snapped her fingers and the chains vanished. I started to fall but Claire got up and caught me before I could hit the “floor”. I started crying, feeling a wave of emotion coming over me and Claire hugged me close to her.

Claire: Shhh it’s okay Uri. We’ll make it, I promise and I won’t allow you to lose. Together we’ll get stronger. No one can stop you and if anyone tries; you’ll cut them down.

~Part 3: Ready for war (#NP: “Glorious Domination”)~
Lucy’s hidden room had her standing in it. This time though she put up both Song and Alana’s pictures on the wall. A smile on her face as she did this and Uriella opened the door. Lucy looked at her and Uri shut the door behind her.

Uri: Great job out there.

Lucy: I should tell that to you. I mean you did pick up the win for us.

Uri again smiled and sat down in a chair while Lucy sat on a table. The two half-siblings look at each other and knew what was going to happen at Climax Control. It was the Angels vs the PMC for the belts. For the two, they knew Jessie and Amy were going to come out hard on them. It was all good though, the Angels loved a challenge.

Uri: Jessie and Amy.

Lucy: PMC. Anyway, more on topic here... If ever there was a time recently that I've been unsure of an outcome to a match, it'd be now. Jessie and Amy has shown their passion for this business so strongly and there's nothing I respect more than passion. And that in itself makes these two one of the greats and women that as they would be it themselves, is totes awesome. They don't appear to have had the easiest of lives, which something I can particularly relate to on that level but their come through it all as a very strong individuals. They could be on top of the world in a matter of days. And even if they don't manage to dethrone us now, that isn't the end of them. They've done one helluva job to even reach this level this quickly and as I said, there's still plenty for them to achieve here. They’re always the future of this company, no doubt. And if I'm honest, the two has practically said exactly what I've been sitting here thinking. I essentially agree with everything they've said. And it's reaaaally not often that I say that.

Uri: They’re right in saying they’re going to give their all; I have no doubt about that. He's right in saying I'm going to give my all. They're right in saying that this match is going to be nothing short of incredible. They all say also said that we’re the favourite to win this... eh... that's somewhat right, somewhat wrong. There's plenty of people out there who support them and are perhaps pulling for them over me... the same people who believe that my time is up and I deserve to lose. But no matter who they want to see succeed personally, there's still tons who don't consider me to have this match won. Not by a long shot. So that? Not so right. But they’re also right in saying I have nothing to worry about in terms of anyone. I now believe that, so they are right after all. The ladies are clearly wise and knows what they wants. But do they know how to go about getting that?

Lucy: They seem to be women with almost everything they crave in life... almost.

Uri: They have mentions the few things are missing from their lives and I sympathize with many of those things... they are aspects of his life that aren't easily replaced but Jessie and Amy has many admirable qualities as well as many material possessions that mean a lot to them. PMC could full well have another material possession at the end of the week. It can't make up for a lack of certain other things but it's a start. Punk and Metal in the process of getting theirselves back on track and I respect that also. They could quite easily quit... walk right on outta here and never look back. But no. They are fighter and it shows.

Lucy: That fighting spirit is something I look up to. I come from a family that has this business in their blood and having that passion and respect for it came to me naturally and it's something I've had all my life. I never learnt it, it's just always been there in me. So when I see others who are quite clearly lacking that aspect.. it sickens me. But when I see those who possess it to the level that you do, it's great to see but it's certainly rare.

Uri: I must admit, I enjoy these sorts of matches more. Yes, I looooved kicking the ass of a people I hated several times because it provided me with a chance for revenge as well as an opportunity for me to show my violent streak. Those are fun, don't get me wrong. But it's also enjoyable to be involved in a match in which things are fueled more by respect and admiration than anything else. Hate is great. But respect is better.. And that is what is no doubt going to assist you and I, Amy and Jessie, in reaching the same level of greatness. Sometimes the best matches occur due to opponents ripping one another apart due to sheer hatred. Other times, incredible matches are born from competitors trying to outdo one another... not in terms of trying to simply better one another but to also continue building up the standards they've set so they keep doing better and better and better until boom. Match of the freakin' Year.

Lucy: Many people could be slightly disappointed by the lack of trash-talk exhibited by us and the Punk and Metal Connection this week. Yeah, perhaps at the start of the week, I was all for that. Some of us just have a natural bitchiness to us. But... when you sit back and start to really think about it, you realize that there just are some people who you know you can't disrespect because there's just nothing negative you can think of. It makes a pro-wrestler sound somewhat soft when they say something like that but ah well... believe what you will, I still get the job done in the ring and the world knows it. I've proved that enough times.

Uri: So we're just four individuals who haven't stood in front of the world and mocked the other or ranted endlessly about how we're better than the other in every way, shape and form. We haven't stated that we're gonna wrestle circles round the other and win the match with the greatest of ease. We may have said things similar but thinly veiled and somewhat transformed into compliments. Of course, we do not know one another on a personal level but again, if my sister supports the two, then I do too.

Lucy: I'm going to wrap things up again here. My final statement to you, ladies, is that I'm looking forward to this immensely. Not since my battle with you both the first time have I been experiencing the same excitement mixed in with the same anxiety... but it's a good feeling, trust me. While I want nothing more than this match to be filled with the back and forth that a match of this caliber requires, I'm also aiming to walk out victorious and still with the Tag Championships in my possession. And when I do, you shouldn't be disheartened. You gave it your all and at the end of the day, that's all you really can do.

Uri: All I'm saying is... ladies... let's make this totes awesome.

Chapter 15: Long stretch

~Part 3: Fight~
Both Lucy and Uriella sat in their locker room getting ready for their match. They both knew they

Lucy: Our prayers have been answered and the time is soon. We get a challenge and someone has stepped up to it! It’s time for a fight and we’re ready for it!

Uri: So bring it Female Elders!

Lucy: I know my career has essentially been a rollercoaster ride for me but I'm in a solid place now. I started off strong and it was a fairly slow burn for me throughout the majority of my time here but I have since had my ups and down and recently, I've stagnated. I've hated that and my random outbursts have probably shown that on more than one occasion recently. But I needed this. I need this opportunity to strike and get back on track. Frankly, I thought I'd either do that solo or with the Clan but this is interesting and I like it. I like change and I like dealing with something that is a fresh challenge for me. This week, I am not only just dealing with the challenge being dealt by the likes of Alana Allure and Song but also the challenge of overcoming team work. It's interesting and enjoyable to me. I need something like this to happen to continue to survive in this industry.

Uri: So am I confident? Damn fucking right I am. Why wouldn't I be? I'm used to working with greats such as Mel, Stefan Lajoie and Click so this isn't anything new to me but having a chance to now work with Lucy Seraphina more. That's not something that I ever saw coming but I'm glad it is. It's not something that you're always able to say that you've done with your career but here is a chance for that. I'll add it to my collection of achievements and I'll do that with pride. I know that I'm not a legend or even a veteran. I'm not even close to being inducted into the Hall of Fame but I have achieved a lot here so hopefully, Lucy here does believe that she's working with a great wrestler too. Honestly, I don't know what she thinks there but I'm optimistic!

Lucy: Either way, we are an intimidating team and a duo that should be a formidable force. Frankly, The Female Elders should be worried but I doubt they'll put that across. They won't show that we stand a chance and that they're in an unenviable position because they're far too arrogant and that's pathetic. I won't be a hypocrite by saying that I think we've got it in the bag because let's be honesty, ladies Uri and I do have more experience as a team than us so sure. I believe in us. Given the success that we've both felt, it would be strange that anybody should doubt what two of the very best can do when we step into the ring together.

Uri: When we first started I know that the world never believed they would see the names Uriella Abaddon and Lucy Seraphina placed side-by-side as a team and I'd even agree with that. I mean we’re on opposite ends. There was once a time where you could state that and I'd laugh and say you're bullshitting. Right now, this makes sense more than ever. We respect one another and we can work together for the greater good. In the process, we can defeat a well-established and notorious team. That's going to be awkward for you two, isn't it? However, this was something that I'm sure we can all agree we saw coming. I know we've got our doubters but myself and Lucy will work together and we will get that all-important victory. It is strange even for me but I am prepared for that. I've dealt with strange in the past so this is hardly a new notion for me. In fact, I'm used to it and frankly, I'm excited for it. This is a new chance for me, a new opportunity and one that I will accept with open-arms. It's the much-needed change I have craved for some time now... regardless of the confusion potentially surrounding this situation.

Lucy: There are plenty of obstacles ahead of us and I don't mean that just in terms of the Female Elders standing in our way but it includes doubt from others and overall uncertainty of what lies ahead. It is going to be difficult and both myself and Lucy will accept that but considering any combination of Elders members aren't quite able to see the truth ahead of them and the challenge that awaits them, they often fail before they even step into the ring.

Frankly, it's not because they don't have the skill... they do. Honestly, they all have the skill in the world and can easily get far but why aren't they? Because their minds are warped by their own sense of over-arrogance and that's pathetic. They get inside their own heads and either fuck each other up or they just over-think things and underestimate the competition.

Uri: However, it doesn't mean I'm still not going to be happy to state it because it helps me work out where their weaknesses are and clearly, those weaknesses certainly are prominent enough for everyone to notice. I am certainly not the only person who has noticed that and it's said on more than one occasion so why do you not do anything to make the change? My life wasn't particularly going amazingly prior to now so what did I do? I made the change... look how that's working for me. I'm doing far better than the two of you combined and that is because I am choosing to do what is best for me.

Lucy: So ladies, you don't understand what is ahead of you, just as you will fail miserably again in a matter of days. If I even had a shred of respect for you, then I would hope that you did indeed start understanding what is ahead of you but you simply don't. You are not the team who deserve that sort of admiration, since you are too oblivious to what is happening around you in addition to being too ignorant to accept it.

Uri: You are all about to witness something amazing. You are all about to see something new and exciting. You are all about to see something that nobody once believed would be a reality yet here it is. It might still lead to doubt from some but myself and Lucy Seraphina will make one hell of a team and show the world that when two of the best join forces... we just can't be stopped.

Lucy:  We plan on holding these titles for the long run. Honestly, study and do what you can to win. You got Abaddon’s incarnate and the Assassin for opponents. We don’t take you two lightly and in our match you’ll see why. The Clan always comes back for more, simple as that. You can’t kill us and people have tried and failed. When we won these belts I swore we’d keep them for the longest of time.

Uri: Here at SCW, we are the revolution! We asked for teams and you two and a few others came. We want more! You hear us! MORE! So step up and try to take the titles. Thing is, you won’t get them without destruction and blood. Good luck ladies.

Fade to black.

 Book 1: Life
Chapter 14: What can I do for you?
~Part 1: Prologue: An introduction! A sneak peek of the book “Family Matters” (#NP: “The Element of one” by: Killswitch Engage)~

"Mama! Mama!" A young voice rang out in the halls of my chateau in France.

I look up from my sketch book to see my oldest child Ulrich run in. I smile at him and turn to my son. He is growing so far this his blonde hair, bright skin and equally bright blue eyes. His iPod is in his left hand and he is jumping up and down. A smile on his face and it made me smile as well.

"Are you alright?" I ask him.

"Pokemon GO came out!" He tells me.

Now if anyone knows me and my son; they know he had gotten me into Pokemon. I had pre-order Moon for myself and Sun for him. When Ulrich had told me about this he was ready. I take out my phone and activate the download for myself, Ulrich hands me his iPod and I got it downloading for him.

"Now we can go be trainers together." Ulrich beams.

I nod and he runs off; probably to get ready to go out for our morning walk.

My name is Uriella Elizabeth Abaddon:
Fashion designer/model
Former Playboy model
Champion
Wrestler
Mother.

I used to go by the nickname "The French Angel" but not anymore. I, now go by "The Angel of Destruction". My story is like the others, a dark and one of roses. I turn back to my sketch pad and smile at what I have on it. Something that Claire would be proud of.

"Where's the boy?" I hear her ask.

"Getting ready." I reply.

I look over my shoulder and see Claire Steele looking at me. The left side of her hair covers the eye and a small smile shows on her face. I never could really remember when she ever smiled. Either way it seems like my life was going good for once. I'm thankful for that. We all never really get to see that often.

"You look worried. What's wrong?"

"I still haven't told Stefan or Deabs."

She blinks.

"When are you going to?"

"When I can...when I can..."

And that right there is the start of our story.

Uri: Honestly this is a good opening for my part of it.

Johnathan Harper: I’m glad you like it Miss.Uriella. Now what part do you want to cover next?

Uriella sat in the chair next to him and had to stop and think. Uri wasn’t sure what all she wanted to tell the world. Uri though wanted in this project seeing how it’ll help. Claire was standing against the other wall. Her eyes showing a bit of light while she actually smiled.

Uri: I want to address Hunter.

Johnathan’s eyes widen.

Johnathan: Are you sure? I know we can get to that part later if you-

Uri: I have to.

Claire: Uriella?

Uri: I am sure.

Johnathan nodded and opened a new document.

~Part 2: Brother sister ~
Paris, France was home to the Abaddon clan line. Uriella had an influence with the magi-blood in that area. The French Angel smiled as the weather was warm and, the day was going good. Uriella was at the Succubi drawing up some sketches for the newest clothing line she was going to do. “Blood on the Floor” by: Incubus was playing and Uriella had a smile on her face.

Uriella: Good, good! This is good!

The door to the club opened and Uriella looked up. Her twin brother Uriel was at the door. In his hand was a bass guitar. Uri smiled widely and dropped her pen. She got up and walked out from behind the bartop.

Uri: Bonjour Uriel.

Uriel: Bonjour Uriella!

Uri: You playing tonight here?

Uriel: Of course my dear sister.

The twins hugged each other and Uriel set his bass on a table. Uriella grabbed him a chair and the two sit down.

Uriel: Are you okay?

Uri: Yeah why?

Uriel: I heard you ran out of Dr.Garland’s.

Uri eyed him angrily. Uriella didn’t want to think about that again…

~A few weeks ago~
I sighed smelling the vanilla in the room, the aqua coloured walls and dark red carpeting met my eyes as she sat a crossed from me. Claire was leaning against the wall watching the two of us. I hated coming here but I didn’t have much of a choice. After what Hunter had done to me years ago caused Claire in the first place.

Dr.Garland sat across from me in her leather chair. Her brown wooden desk sat next to her with her laptop on it. I sat on the fake leather couch and I was only in jeans, my chuck Taylors and black “Angels are forever” tank top. Yeah I was representing the Angel Clan today.

Dr.Garland was in a white dress, red cardigan and red heels, her blonde hair was tied back and, she smiled at me. Claire rolled her eyes and chuckled. I wanted to tell her to stop but I didn’t need Garland think I was seeing her again.

Dr.Garland: Uriella, what’s wrong I can tell something isn’t right.

Claire: Oh what gives you that idea!?

I bit my lip trying not to pay attention to Claire’s ridiculing of the doctor. I kept my eyes on Garland to make sure that she wouldn’t suspect anything.

Uriella: I’m fine.

Dr.Garland: I can tell you when you’re not. Please Uri; remember I’m here to help you. You should tell me what’s wrong but I won’t force you too.

I nodded knowing she was right.

Uri: I think I…I think I still like Stefan.

Dr.Garland: Oh really now?

Uri: I dunno I think a part of me never stopped loving him after what all had happened.

Dr.Garland: I see… If he were to ask you out today would you accept it?

Uri: I…I honestly don’t know.

I really didn’t. With everything going on and how I’ve been feeling I guess Dr.Garland was concern about me being able to handle it. I can’t blame her either.

Claire: Fuck him! He’s not worth it, what don’t you understand he’ll do this to you again!

Uri: Shut up!

Dr.Garland: What was that Uri?

Uri: I sneezed.

She knew I was bullshitting. I could never fool her even if I tried hard enough. I heard her pen tap the top of her pad.

Dr.Garland: You’re hearing Claire again aren’t you?

Claire: So the hell what!? Nothing you can do about it!

I sighed and slowly nodded.

Dr.Garland: Uri, Dr.Anxo has told me that he might be. Uri what is she saying?

Claire: Don’t say a word. Let me take over.

Uri: No.

Claire: Uri, please. I want to leave!

Dr.Garland: Uri pay attention to me.

The match between Garland and Clair ends up starting. All that I hear is them yelling and it starts to blur.

Uri: Stop it…

More yelling, it gets louder and louder to the point where I wanted my sword.

Uri: STOP IT!

Everything cuts out and I realize that I’m on my knees, holding my ears tightly shut with my hands. I slowly look up and Garland’s looking at me and Claire hasn’t moved an inch. I slowly got up from the ground and felt myself run out in a panic.

Dr.Garland: Uriella wait!

I didn’t wait, I ran out of their as fast as I could. I wanted to get away from her, from Claire, from everyone. I got into the car and shut the door. I swear I couldn’t breathe, my body was shaking and I didn’t need this. I didn’t want to think about him or anything or anyone for that matter. I somehow got the key into the ignition and started up the car. I didn’t take off yet as I tried to calm down.

~Normal time.~

Uriel: Uri?

Uri: Don’t worry about it okay?

Uriel: You know that’s easier said than done.

Uri nodded and saw Claire out of the corner of her eye.

Uriel: She’s here isn’t she?

Uri again nodded.

Uriel: Uri be careful. I don’t need you ending up dead.

Uri: I promise I won’t.

Uriel smiled at his sister and got up. Before Uri could say anything Uriel vanished. Uri could see Claire just watching her.

~Part 3: The message (#NP: “Next Contestant” by: Nickelback)~
On the Clan’s blog site, Lucy and Uri were typing up a new entry to address the SCW fans!

Lucy: So... here we are. I'm back in action and it's in a championship defense. I've had plenty already and I've stood out as one of the best champions this company has to offer. There are plenty who are on a roll or who are considered to be dominant but there are few who are undefeated as in that they're yet to be pinned or submitted. I am one of those few. I take great pride in that and I always will. Well, for however long it lasts. Hopefully, I've still got a lot left in me but I guess we'll have to wait and see... as negative as that sounds but hey!

Uri: So now, I have a fresh challenge and that is from the female Elders. I watched his match closely last week. I mean, I had to, didn't I? It was a match to determine who was going to be next to step up and challenge me and while Technicolor impressed me and did come close to the victory, it was The Elders who walked away with the victory.

I saw precisely what they can do and I took note of how they went about that. It wasn't pure luck, there was real skill involved in his win so yeah, I know how they went about that. I'm aware of their strengths and also their weaknesses. I'm already one step ahead.

Well, I like to think so, anyway. It's not easy to have to stand in front of the world every week and start going on about how much I believe in myself. I'm not the kind of person who enjoys doing that but it seems it's necessary. I mean, I need to show that I am confident but I feel awkward having to basically continue reassuring myself but hey, what can you do?

Lucy: But do I feel confident? Yeah. I'll be honest, as I said. It's far better than bullshitting your way through a week and claiming to be something you're not. Do I see myself being able to defeat them and leaving still as the Tag Champs with Uri when the week is through? Of course. I can envision it. I can see it vividly and that's purely because it's happened so often. Again, that was arrogance, right? Nah. I like to think not. It's honestly... big difference!

That's not me being presumptuous. Maybe the Elders has or is intending to do their homework ahead of time. I've just been faced with so many opponents in the past who haven't done that. They just haven't let it happen. They've failed to do their homework and understand what I'm all about. They just immediately shrug me off and refuse to take me seriously, regardless of all I've achieved during my time here.

I know I'm a bore and I ramble on a lot but that doesn't mean there still isn't a lot to learn. I'm somehow both a simple and a complex guy. You can learn a lot just from digging a little deeper and doing your homework on an opponent. Doing that is probably a good reason I have managed to get this far.

I've put all of me energy into this. I'm not here to be overlooked or for all of my efforts to be in vain. Instead, I'm here to ensure that my efforts aren't in vain and that the opposition takes me seriously. In theory, they all should but there are plenty of people out there who just aren't quite smart enough to understand the facts. But whatever. The female Elders seem to be smart women so hopefully they'll be able to understand that. It's pretty straight forward so it shouldn't be tough for them to get it.

So... ladies. It's clear you're talented. You've got strength on your side and technical prowess. You've found a way to hone those skills to near perfection. You're very almost there but are you up on a championship level right now? You're a little far off but why exactly? Why am I making that claim? Well, you're yet to do something spectacular. You're doing well, ladies, don't get me wrong but you're yet to face huge names and you haven't quite been able to stand out as much as you should.

I know someone like me shouldn't say that, since I fucking fade into the background and I'm forgettable as a person but as an athlete? I have proven myself to be one of the best, since I hold victories over others who are considered to be just that.

I'm not sure how you really feel about that. Does that intimidate you? Does it just spur you on to be the one to prove me wrong? Do you want to step up and be at that level? Or do you not even care? I'm not sure.

Uri: So for me, to be able to say that I'm one of the best Tag Team Champions for some time? That's amazing to me. This championship means the world to me for the fact that it's essentially what defines my career so far. It's what I'm going to be remembered for and some people might not like that but I do. I'm a fan. I'm totally okay with dominating this division because do you know how many amazing Tag Champions there have been in the past? Loads. There have been some who made history and were just unforgettable and while I don't necessarily fit into either of those categories, that's not the point. I'm still honored to be here.

Would you be as well, Elders? I mean, this is the point I was really trying to make here. I'm passionate about what this championship stands for but I'm not yet sure if you would be. I'm waiting to find out. I guess I'm likely to find out at Violent Content or even ahead of it. But no matter what the answer to that question is, it's not going to change anything. I'm still just here to do this for myself and continuing living out my dreams. Nothing you can bring to this is going to be enough to stop me.

Good luck and give it all you got.

 Book 1: Silent Shadow
Chapter 19: Confusion is life
~Part 1: Visions (#NP: “Haunted” by: Evanescene)~

~Part 2: Novices (#NP: “Misery Business” by: Paramore)~
If you were to ask Lucy Seraphina what the worst thing about the Assassin job was; she’d answer it was training the rookies. It wasn’t the fact she could get killed at any second, it wasn’t the fact that the smell of blood could make her go frenzy; it was the damn rookies.

Lucy hated having to train them for three reasons:

1-They always act that they were masters at the craft.

Lucy nine times out of ten had to send at least a half of them to the hospital. To say the least Michael wasn’t thrilled about it. Both him and his sister dreaded the warm weather because that’s when the rookies would start their training. Spring time was the recruitment and Lucy knew that someone would be the smart ass.

2- Lucy would usually have to train them alone.

It always seemed that Maxim and Aliceandrea had something to do or some excuse. In secret they didn’t want to deal with the rookies just like Lucy. So the number two and number three of the Assassination squad had left the number one do this alone. Lucy though would get her revenge later on.

And finally…

3- Someone will most likely die.

Lucy was someone who cares. She hated to see these young kids get killed every training season. But such is life and Lucy felt herself having to become stone cold. She knew that thought love would keep these rookies alive and, Lucy had just pulled up to the training area. Her green and black Harley Davidson shined from the sun. Lucy looked over and saw five girls and five boys standing there waiting for her. Lucy cut the engine off and jumped of the bike.

Lucy: Well, well, well! Look at all the Novices. You lot have three minutes after I finish this if you want to leave, alive and well…or you could die with honor. Pick one and pick fast, the life of an assassin is a fast and dangerous one.

None of them moved and Lucy had kept the time in her mind.

Lucy: As I thought. Now if any of you want to act that you’re above rank think again. Many of you die because of it. Many of you die because of your stupor. Some of you get hurt from the unknown. But many of you will live if you listen to me. My name is Lucy Seraphina, leader of the Assassination Squad and number one rank on the list. If you truly value your fellow magi-blood, your fellow Assassin and your life…pay attention. You all seem to be the smart type. None of you even flinched when I spoke. It’s different from that last batch.

Lucy started to pace in a line, watching them.

Lucy: You know what you all can do? Sprint and hide. If I find you, you failed your first assignment…now go.

The novices sprint off leaving Lucy alone. Lucy had her eyes closed and took in the air sharply. Sure the novices never truly knew if rumors of Lucy’s mutation were true. Either way though Lucy enjoyed this game when it came to training; it gave her a sense of being able to let go.

Lucy: Ready or not here I-

“Fuel” by: Metallica boomed on her phone causing Lucy to jump.

Lucy: Damn it.

She answered it.

Lucy: What is it?

Lucien: Look behind you.

Lucy turned to see her twin brother standing there.

Lucien: Hey sibling heard you’re training noobs! I want in.

Lucy: Sure.

Lucien jumped into the air.

Lucy: See, I told you you’d probably enjoy a game to relax. We’ve been so stressed out the last few weeks, I think we need it.

Lucien: So you think dear sister, we need to be on alert at all times. Plus I’m fine! You know I’m not really in the mood to play a game but seeing how I’m willing to honor our bet, I am. I hope you’re happy! Really I would have figured Draven would have won.

Lucy sped run up her brother and giggled. She plopped down next to Lucien and cleaned off the side of her mouth with a fanged smile.

Lucy: Nope! He’s not as good as Stefan is. Honestly it was your hate towards the Lajoies that got you stuck playing this with me. Come on Lucien! Loosen up and try to have a bit of fun. I mean we love playing games.

Lucien: Yeah but usually that’s toying with others. So where in this damn thing are we? I mean what are we supposed to do next?

Lucy: Simple, we try to find the others and if they are found they fail the first test.

Lucien nodded.

Lucien: That’s it?! We really are starting from the beginning aren’t we?

Lucy: You insisted jackass.

Lucien rolled his eyes.

Lucien: So where are they?

Lucy: Not far from here, he’s a few places down. Plus I think we should get going; it’s either that or we’ll be sitting here on our asses.

Lucien felt something was off.

Lucy: What’s wrong?

Lucien took his lighter out and shot a fireball at the intruder. The woman stopped it in midair and shot it right back at him. Lucien fell onto the ground and the person ran over at him. He felt a chain wrap around him and before he could react he went flying into the air. Lucien landed again onto the ground. He this time took his lighter out and got the room illuminating a dim glow. Lucien’s eyes grew wide at who his attacker was. It was his older half-sister Uri.

Lucien: Uri what the hell?!

She smirked at him.

Lucien: Or is it Claire?

“Uri” shrugged and helped him up.

Lucien: Why are you here?

Lucy: Uri?

Uri looked at them and it was like she was in a trance.

Lucy: Claire?

Claire: Where am I?

Lucy: The Assassin’s training grounds.

Claire blinked.

Claire: Something’s wrong with Uri. She’s not answering me at all.

Lucy: Uri, come on wake up!

Lucien: I’ll take her home, you go on and find your students.

Lucy nodded and started to run off.

Lucy: I have a bad feeling about this.

Lucy kept running, she felt a cold sweat break out on her back. Lucy wanted to scream for some reason and it was making her body shake.

Lucy: Jackson!? Lee? Halford? Moody?

It was like the world was sealed off now. That no one could hear Lucy calling for them. Lucy stopped as she heard rustling from the trees. Lucy took out a knife and threw it that way. A body fell out but wasn’t hit thankfully.

Lucy: Jackson. Oh thank God!

Jackson: Ma’am are you alright?

Greg Jackson was a man who grew up in the south in the USA. He was born in Texas and specialized in anything to do with guns. The man though lacked the ability to stay hidden. Jackson joined because he figured it would help with a good cause. He descended from Mayan mythology. The tan man stood at attention.

Lucy: I need you to help me…you feel that?

Jackson nodded.

Jackson: It’s bad I can tell you that.

Lucy: You’re right Jackson. Now I need you to help me find the others. If this is who I think it is, we all know that your fellows could end up dead.

Jackson: Yes ma’am…but couldn’t you recall them?

Lucy nodded no.

Lucy: They’d think that it is just a coy to draw them out.

Jackson: I see your point…alright let’s roll.

Jackson took out his gun and shot it in the air.

Lucy: What the-

A few more bodies drop own and Lucy blinked.

Jackson: I figured that would work.

Lucy: Jackson, I’m going to like you.

~Part 3: With Claude (#NP: “Mistress” by: Disturbed)~

Lucy and Claude sat back outside of Silent Rage’s home in Lancaster, South Carolina. Lucy had a smile on her face as Claude was telling her a story.

Claude: And that’s why we nearly got banned from Russia.

Lucy: Dios mio! What am I going to do with you two?

Claude: Well you don’t really need to worry about me for much longer…

Lucy looked at him with an weird look.

Lucy: What are you talking about?

Claude: With Rei and I getting married.

Lucy: Oh…oh damn Claude don’t scare me like that!

Claude: Sorry! Did I tell you how it happened?

Lucy shook her head no.

Claude: Well it happened last month….

~Last month~
Rachel had felt so tired after all this time. She was in bed knowing that Claude was waiting for her outside. Rachel was so done with fighting and trying to figure out where her Father was at. To say the least Mistress Rage was losing the fire in her eyes. It was being replaced with ice cold doubt and Rachel hated that. She hated that she was losing the fire in her because of her Father. Fear to her was a powerful thing and every magi-blood could say that. Rachel tossed the covers off and walked to her closet. She put on a purple dress and black heels. She quickly fixed her hair up and walked out.

Claude: I’m out in the backyard!

That was sent to her phone and Rachel couldn’t help but to smile. Now-a-days Claude was the only true hope she had. Her mind set on autopilot guided her to the outside area. The backyard area at night was mostly dark, you could see to an extent but nothing more, nothing less. But now it was lit up dimly like the night sky.  A dinner table was in the center and to Rachel when her mind snapped back in. Claude was smirking like a smooth dude.

Claude: Hello my English Mistress.

Rachel: Oh Claude.

Claude took Rachel’s hand and sat her down. Rachel felt herself smile as Claude sat across from her.

Rachel: Did you cook this?

Claude nodded. He wasn’t the best cook out there but he tried at least.

Claude: I tried at least. I hope you enjoy it. I mean you deserve it after all that’s going on. I could see it in your eyes that you’re stress. You haven’t gotten out of bed for a while and you know Rachel…I love you and I mean it.

Rachel tries to speak but Claude cuts her off.

Claude: I have a lot to say but I’m not sure how to go about it. Maybe like this…Rachel, since we first met I knew something in me came out for the best. At first I wasn’t sure about how I wanted to ask you out. Everyone knew it would happen soon but I wasn’t sure. My mind was trying to come up with creative ways to do this.

So when I did, I swore I thought you were going to turn me down. I heard you laugh and when you said yes, I felt like a King. You’re my muse Rachel, now, forever, always. We’ve been through so much together and, I know there have been times where you wanted to leave me. I’ll admit that I’m not the most perfect partner in the world.

But somehow you stayed and fuck! You took me back even though I really fucked up with you. That right there made me think Rachel. It made me think how special and wonderful you are and I mean truly are to me. Not just the whole sex or the mistress thing. I mean you as you and only as you. It’s about time I do this…

Rachel look down please.

Rachel looks down and saw something glimmer on her left hand. She brought it up slowly and saw a ring sitting there. The center gem was amethyst and diamonds surrounded it.

Claude: Rachel Amber Rosangela, will you marry me?

Lucy by this time had tears in her eyes. She reached over and hugged Claude and it sorta shocked Claude. Claude slowly hugged back.

Lucy: I am so proud of you Claude.

Claude: Thanks Lucy…that means a ton.

~Part 4: Lucy’s entry (#NP: “The Nobodies” by: Marilyn Manson)~
So now the Angel Clan knows we’re facing Team Technicolor at Summer XXXTreme IV. I remember last year Mel had won the Bombshell Roulette Championship while the Fallen were the Tag Champions. This year Uri and I walk in as the Champions and we’re leading the revolution of Tag Teams! We called for it and some answered, I dunno maybe most didn’t because of how destructive we can be? Really I have no idea! But I hope this is only the start of things.

We said we wanted you to face us, we’ll put the belts on the line whenever and we’ll be doing that soon.

But this week I’m facing Remi from Team Technicolor. Now this girl and her partner Eden as we have said are impressive. Now Remi I get some one on one time with in the ring. I can say that I like her though, she’s different like me. You look at her rainbow coloured hair and you could tell that she’s different, you look at me and you could tell I’m different.

Remi, this is what this division needs. We need people who are different like us to spice up the Bombshells Tag Division. With that said, they placed us against each other for a reason. I guess they wanted us to test each other and that’s fine by me. I’m ready to once again step up and win a match.

Sure my last match wasn’t a win but I’ll keep coming back for more. That’s me Remi; I keep coming back even if they don’t want me to. I guess maybe it’s my magi-blood will that makes me keep going. I’ll let you in on something…

I take this seriously, I go out to the ring day in and out and act like every match is my last. I take whatever you can throw at me and I still keep coming back. Trust me when I say that I’ve heard people call me all sorts of names but that only fuels me inside. People can throw things at me and I bat it right back three times fold.

Remi I promise I’ll come into this match with nothing but respect. You haven’t shown me why I shouldn’t give it to you. I try to give everyone the benefit of a doubt and again your match against Azz & Class, both Uri and I can say you both are impressive. But remember you need to focus on this match against me. For you though, it won’t be that hard even with Eden and Uri at ring side.

I have thrived in this company thus far for a number of reasons. I am stronger than most, faster than most, smarter than most, more technically capable than most. Just because the paradigm of this match is quite a significant shift from my usual battles, that doesn't matter. I am still able to adapt to any situation and becoming proficient in tag team action is one more skill I add to the list. I've stated since day one that I am the complete package and with each passing week, I am proving that.

They don’t call me the “Wisdom Angel” or the “Vampiric Assassin” for nothing. I take people down and I don’t stop till I get my target. It’s always been like this and Remi, I’ll show you that.

Remi, I can’t wait to see how you can do in this match. I wish you luck in this and see you out there.

 Book 1: Life
Chapter 11: One step closer
~part 1: Fill me in! (NP: “Crimson blitz” from Lightning Returns: Final Fantasy XIII)~
“If you remember this, this was a recap for me. My niece Athena figured it would be good for me to know what had happened. I wasn’t sure how she got her or what had happened at first. So Mel also had filled in the blanks for me.”

~April 10th, 2016 10:46 am, Copenhagen, Denmark: Angel Corp. HQ~
They ran into the building as fast as they could. Their footsteps were echoing seeing how it was after hours it the business. The men are Stefan Lajoie and Samuel Devereux and I have a weird relationship with these two. You see some odd years ago Stefan and I ended up sleeping together and then nine months later Athena was born…yes my first born; a young lady who has the genes of two of the best fighters in the world. Not only that our daughter is royalty in the eyes of the magi-blood. I, having the powers of the first born or well borns if you want to say that while Stefan has the powers of Zeus in him.

Then you have my husband Sam who in his own right is a prince. Having the abilities of Baldur. To him Athena is like his own daughter. And well Athena accepts him as her Father. I guess you could say my Daughter has one mom and two dads.

Anyways Stefan and Sam took the elevator up to my office on the top floor. The elevator opens with a ding and the two scramble out like they got bit in the ass.

Stefan: I got the buzzard.

Sam: Alright.

Stefan jumped over my secretary’s desk and hit the buzzard on it. The door to my office became unlock and Sam opened the door. Stefan strolled over and the two of them calmly walk into the room. But they didn’t see me in there.

No…

Sitting on my desk was a woman, look to be eighteen maybe nineteen years old. She has long brunette hair and blue grey eyes.

“Well hello there…Fah, Papa. It’s good to see you again.”

Stefan: What in the-

Sam: - Hell is this?!

The person laughed as the door to my backroom opened. I walked out and the two men turn to me.

Mel: What?

Sam: Who is this?

I sigh knowing that this was going to be hard to believe. I didn’t at first but I was able to sense it. But after listening to her story and everything, it added up. I brought her to my office and well I set this up. I know Sam and Stefan are freaking out right now. I walk over to my daughter and sit on my desk.

Mel: Sam, Stefan...this is Athena. I know this is going to be hard but the rules are gone.

Sam: What do you mean?

Athena: Let me explain. You know me as Athena Lajoie or is it Gabrielle or Devereux? But after some events I had changed my name. I am known in my future as Lagertha Ironside, ruler of the Magi-Blood. I’m only twenty years old and I’m ruling. In all honesty I wasn’t thinking of that for many more years. Now the rules are gone and change because of one man. Alexander Rosangela.

Corruption the hell that the humans made for us… it wasn’t truly sealed. Corruption for us comes in seven waves. They have taken the names of the archdemons. The one that was in Anisim was named Ahriman. After his defeat Balan rose to power and he’s the one who brought Alexander back from the dead. There are five others: Asmodeus, Sammael, Lilith, Baliel and Moloch.

Now for Alexander...Alexander isn’t the one from your timeline. Ahriman has brought him from an alternative timeline, the one where I’m from. Because of that now our timelines have merge and it’s not looking bright for you all. Mom’s in a coma, Fah is dead from trying to keep Mom safe and Papa… you’re missing.

Alexander with his new power can bring people back from the dead...just the issue is, his power is unstable. For whoever he brings back, they come in pairs. There is a two for one. Which brings me to Dad.

Athena turned to Stefan.

Athena: Dad...I don’t fault you at all but he used you to be able to break the rule. He was able to use his power to bring your spirit back. You wanted to come back so bad and well...you had Rhoda, myself and Uri break taboo. We could have died because of that! But I digress, because of that he was able to get here.

Stefan didn’t say anything.

Sam: So what else?

Athena: Honestly...anything goes. If I were you three, I’d get ready for hell itself. War is coming and you’ll need my help. I sent myself back for this...it’s my mission and right now Ulrich is ruling in my absence. I’m not sure how long I’m staying for but I want to fix the timeline and this mess up asap. I believe that it’ll reset it and ONLY FOR MAGI-BLOOD! No one else will be affected.

Mel: Who are you talking to?

Athena: Uh...no one sorry.

No one spoke for a while. We all really had to take this in. Reset...what the hell did that mean really?

Athena: I know this is a lot. I’m sorry that I just dropped a bomb.

Stefan: It’s fine, we’re all used to it.

I couldn’t help but to feel a bit worried. If the rules were thrown out the window that means anything could happen. That includes necromancy…the forbidden magick path.

Mel: Athens?

Athena: Yeah?

Mel: Is there really anything you can tell us?

She smiles.

Athena: Something good happens to you.

~Present day~

Lucy: Oh wow! I didn’t know that.

Athena (older): Well yeah but I bet you’re wondering how I made it here right?

Lucy nodded as Mel was sitting in a chair, she was showing a little. Not a lot but just a small bit.

Lucy: Yeah how did you make it here?

Athena: Aunt Uri was able to tap into Chronous’s power after being able to do certain things. She sent me back to help you all. Nikola also helped as well, you know he’s smart at this stuff.

Lucy: Claude and Rei’s kid?

Athena nodded.

Athena: Yep! The little shit is smart, takes after his Dad in that aspect.

Lucy remained quiet. Lucy was planning on asking a question but she wasn’t sure if it was a good idea. Mel’s phone started to ring “And Forever”. It was Sam and quickly Mel left the room leaving the two of us alone.

Lucy: I have a question. I’m not sure if I should ask this though.

Athena: Rules have changed. Ask away.

Lucy: What did Uriella do to get Chronus out?

Athena smiled at her.

~part 2: Plotting revenge (NP: )~
Lucy had gotten her hands on some of the old tapes of the Masquerade. The Masquerade were enemies of the Magi-blood and mainly a lot of people in UWF. Lucy couldn’t believe that Claudia would sign them at PWU but Lucy had revenge in her eyes. Jared had jumped Aina Gabrielle and it wasn’t a smart move.

Lucy: Let’s see what you can do.

Lucy pressed play.

A younger Jared Kenway was making his cosplay debut. The young man was nervous seeing how it was his first time doing this competitively. Jared had chosen the Joker for this one. He had always loved the DC villain and he read the comics. Of course if you’d asked him Heath was the best out of all of them.

Jared sat down waiting for his number and name to be called. He loved coming to Com-con and he was debuting on the biggest stage of them all. He can thank his Uncle Miles for all of this. Jared’s folks were in jail for drugs and robberies and Miles had taken the boy in. Miles had supported the boy with this and saw it was a term of expression. Of course Miles was out in the audience waiting to see his boy do great. Both of them knew Jared would come in the top three. No way in hell was he going to lose with the fantastic make up job.

“You new?”

Jared: Yeah I am, I’m Jared Kenway.

In front of him was a guy dressed as Ezio from Assassins Creed two. He stuck out his hand.

“Name’s Randy, Randy Colburn. Nice make up job. It really looks great man.

The two competitors shook hands.

Jared: Thanks Randy. Did you make your costume?

Randy: Damn right I did. I like making things; it helps with my stress issues.

Jared: Yeah I hear that.

Randy sat down next to him.

Randy: Templar or Assassin?

Jared: Assassin, fuck the Templars. Rat bastards!

Randy laughed.

Randy: Good man! I wish you best Jared; I better get going my friend is waiting for me.

Jared: Yeah you too Randy. See you around.

Randy took his leave and Jared breathed in and out feeling nervous. It was only a matter of time but he knew what he was going to do. Go out there, rock it and pull off a “Dark Knight.” But in the back of his mind he wondered how long Randy was doing this. It made Jared though feel more tense knowing that the competition was going to be big.

MC: Introducing next number 425, Jared Kenway as the Joker.

The crowd cheered and Jared got up. He walked onto the stage and smirked seeing everyone in the audience. He found his Uncle and Miles nodded at him. With a flip of a mental switch Jared wasn’t Jared. He was Joker ala Heath Ledger. Jared let out a laugh.

Jared: Wanna know how I got these scars?

That made the crowd pop.

Jared: My father was… a drinker.

Jared found the bottle placed on the stage. He grabbed it and examined it.

Jared: And a fiend. And one night he goes off crazier than usual.

He tossed the bottle to the side and the glass broke. The music from the Dark Knight started to play.

Jared: Mommy gets the kitchen knife to defend herself. He doesn’t like that.

Jared wiggled his right index finger side to side.

Jared: Not-one-bit. So – me watching – he takes the knife to her, laughing while he does it!

Suddenly Jared takes out a fake knife from the jacket of the costume with his left hand.

Jared: Turns to me, and he says, “why so serious, son?” Comes at me with the knife…

Jared made his eye grow wide and he backs away slowly.

Jared: Why so serious?” He sticks the blade in my mouth… “Let’s put a smile on that face!”

Jared screamed out in a fake pain while grazing the fake scars on his mouth.

Jared: And…Why so serious?

Jared threw the fake knife down and lets out one hell of a Joker laugh and the crowd clapped and cheered for him.

Lucy: Claude is so not going to be happy.

Claude: What am I not going to be happy about?

Lucy looked up to see Claude smiling down at her.

Lucy: You know how this guy is like the Joker?

Claude nodded.

Lucy: He’s twisted almost to the point of your twisted…

Claude didn’t say anything.

Lucy: He’s no you though.

Claude: Oh I know…I know…wait isn’t this the guy who jumped Aina?

Lucy: Yep!

Claude left the room and Lucy had a sense of nervousness wash over her.

~part 3: The morning (NP: “My heart is broken” by: Evanescene)~
The morning fog lightly blankets the forest floor as I jog along a dirt path. This is a ritual that I try to keep every morning of every single day, come rain, snow, sleet, or hail. I have to be more attentive when I take my morning runs in cities where SCW holds their shows, but I still manage to take in some nice views along the way, such as jogging downhill toward the waters of Japan and the pristine mountainous terrain surrounding the bay that has yet to be touched by urban development.

For me, a morning jog is theraputic for my mind. It's a way for me to exercise my brain mentally by thinking about whatever opponent I may be facing that night or later on that week. It also gives me the time to think on past events or concentrate on current problems in my life. Physically, people run or jog to get or stay in shape and to stay conditioned physically in terms of cardiovascular and respriatory health. Mentally, people run or jog because it strips down any and all distractions from a mental zone that best allows the mind to reflect and to think. If you've ever seen Forrest Gump, running is taken to a high extreme late in the film in the use of mental and spiritual cleansing by the main character.

The sound of a barking dog brings my mind back from city hazards and obstacles and I can't help but grin as my feet tramp along the path in a jogger's rhythm. My friend Minako has been spending some time at my home with me while having work done to her apartment back in Los Angeles. And wherever Minako goes, her puppy dog Artemis goes whenever he's able. I was initially concerned about her bringing Artemis to visit. The outdoors aren't great for a city pet, especially with the woods being a ripe spot for a dog to get ticks. However, my worries proved to be unfounded. Mina looked after Artemis the way a mother would dote over her only child. She'd came prepared with tick spray and a flea collar and our morning runs would always end with a post-run check of Artemis by both of us just to make sure he didn't have any ticks whatsoever.

I jogged on, pushing myself just a bit harder, unaware that the fog was starting to thicken up instead of slowly beginning to dissapate. I'd picked a four mile loop trail for us to take our run on this morning. Mina and Artemis would go one way. I would go the other way, with the three of us meeting somewhere in the middle. I continued on, listening for another bark or the sound of footsteps running toward me from the other end of the path.

The only sound I could hear was my own breath and footsteps. I strained to listen and suddenly I realized that I could no longer hear any birds chirping or twittering in the trees. The wisps of fog clung to the bushes and nestled along the base of the tree trunks that stood on both sides of the path. Suddenly, I felt very nervous and I came to a stop. I looked up, hoping to see a glimpse of sunlight through the canopy of branches above me. I could only see a ugly grayish haze in what few holes there were in the net of leaves and branches.

Lucy: Minako? Kon'nichiwa, anata to iu kotodesu ka? (Minako? Hello, is that you?)

I ran ahead along the path, calling her name and fearful of what I might find. If Mina wasn't answering, something was terribly wrong. For a while the only sounds I could hear were my footsteps, heavy breathing, and my own voice as I listened in vain to hear a reply to my frantic shouts. I couldn't let anything happy to Mina.

As I ran, I could hear the sound of running water growing closer and closer. I knew something was terribly wrong then because the loop trail crossed no stream big enough to make the sound of roaring water that I was hearing now. A bolt of terror went through my mind. Maybe Mina wasn't the one who was lost or in trouble out here in this fog. Maybe, just maybe, it was me.

Suddenly the fog gave way. I found myself standing on one side of the bank of a swiftly roaring mountain river, almost forty feet wide. A wooden pole spanned the river from one bank to the other. On the other side, I saw Mina and Artemis. She smiled and waved at me from the other side as Artemis was barking happily as he chased after a leaf being playfully tossed about by an unseen breeze.

Minako: Lucy nē! Okaerinasai! (Hey Lucy! Welcome home!)

Artemis ran up to me and started to jog next to me. I pet the white dog’s head and smile down at him.

Lucy: Hey Minako, why didn’t you answer me?

Minanko: Sorry Lucy, I guess I didn’t hear you.

I nodded and the two of us started to run off.

Minanko: So how do you feel about your match?

Lucy: Pretty good actually!

Minanko: That’s good. Have you heard from Emi?

I stopped and turned to her.

Lucy: No…why?

Minanko: That worries me. She always answers her phone.

I felt a bit of bile start to act up in my stomach.

Lucy: I have a bad feeling about this…

~part 4: I tell it as it is. (NP: “You’ve got time” by: The Wind and The Wave)~
I don't like saying I told you so. Not really. I don't get as much satisfaction from saying that as perhaps some others do. But let's be honest, most of my past opponents refused to take me as seriously as they should have. I did tell them in advance that I was ready to pick up the win and go on to become #1 Contender to the Bombshell Tag Team Championships and I damn sure know that the two of them won't be the only ones who claim that I'm not ready for this. I mean, the champ, for instance? I can practically guarantee that Roxi and Keira, the current holder of the Championships, will not believe I'm ready for this.

That's kinda crazy to me and while I was feeling confident about earning this opportunity, did I actually think that I'd reach this point so soon? I'll be honest... not really.

I can't honestly say I did. I've been completely honest about that. I did perhaps suffer from the most significant weaknesses but hey, I still made it work! But when it comes to facing Roxi? Well, that's entirely different, isn't it? Roxi is a legend. I'm surprised she's not in the Hall of Fame because from what I gather, she deserves it. A lot.

So am I a little intimidated by that?

Maybe. Okay, sure. I'll openly admit that because that's what real women do. Roxi is a pretty scary opponent so I can't honestly say how this is going to go. This is my biggest challenge to date and I'm basically being thrown straight in at the deep end but I did know what I was getting into when I signed up for this. I'm aware of the challenge ahead of me and I'm excited for it. I love it.

Roxi, I respect you. I do. I tend to respect people who go ahead and earn it. There haven't been too many throughout my career that have but I'll be honest and say that a handful of my previous opponents have. For example... Kate Steele? Yes. Mikah? Yeah, a little. Crystal Millar? Not so much... but still, two outta three ain't bad.

Point is, Keira is awesome. She is. I know she's not the most popular person in the world but it doesn't matter, that's irrelevant here. What does matter here is the fact that she's one of the best in-ring competitors around these days. She really is. She's done amazing things and is always in the spotlight. A guy like me can't really counter anything like that. I mean, I'm not on her level and I'll be honest about that. But one thing I can do? Use heart, determination and speed to my advantage. I'm not saying that Synn can't use those exact same qualities but hey, I damn sure can and that's what I'm focused on here.

I know I'm the underdog and I'm used to it. It's just normal to me now to play that role but it does get a little boring after a while, if I'm honest. I want to be a threat. I want to be someone who people look at with fear and concern. I refuse to be the underdog for too much longer. I don't want to be that guy. I want to be a real threat and with this victory, I will be. It sounds impossible and I wouldn't blame people for calling me crazy.

I'm not crazy, though. Maybe I'm not exactly a realist either but I set my sights high because what's the point of not doing that? Okay, I'm not the favorite and that's fine but personally, I wouldn't call myself the underdog either. Nah. I stand a chance. Can anybody tell me why I don't? I mean, HERO isn't completely unstoppable. I think they’re excellent and they have been on a dominant roll but that doesn't mean that she's invincible. All it's going to take is one opponent to push themselves a little harder and boom! They've proven everybody wrong. They've taken advantage of a situation, they've pulled off the upset. Of course it's possible so I ask, why not me?

So bring it on, aldies. Do what you always do and that is impress. Go right ahead. I wouldn't blame you for even getting a little defensive and feeling as though this is just another match. I wouldn't blame you at all but I know you're smarter than that. I've seen it from you, particularly recently. You're not the kind of woman to just take crap and you're definitely not idiotic enough to underestimate anybody. I know you'll take me seriously but please don't think I'm not ready for this. I might not have quite had enough time to make a name for myself or grow into a well-known name but that doesn't mean I'm not as prepared for this as a guy can be because I am. I've done all that is required ahead of this match so I'm strong enough for this!

I can defend myself as much as I want ahead of this match but I'm not too sure that many people are going to be listening, to be honest. That kinda sucks... but oh well! I'm an eternal optimist. Call me whatever you want and doubt my chances. I'm fine with it. It's not as though I've not dealt with adversity in the past so hey, I'm used to it. And let me tell you that back home in Russia? I've handled similar pressure perfectly before. I'm aware that this is different, there are more fans watching to see whether I succeed or fail... but I'm got enough experience to get by.

It's a little weird... some people can shoot straight for the top and think that they deserve to be handed everything or there are people who prefer to have more time to hone in their skills and work their way towards something. I'm comfortably in the middle. I didn't think I would be in this position but since I am, I'm going for it. I'm going for gold.

So HERO, I'm ready for this. I know you and probably many others out there, don't think I'm ready for this but in my opinion, I've been building towards this for a long time. I've been in this business for years and while I haven't achieved too much in those years, now is my time to finally make an impact. I have been building towards this and to me, this has been a long time coming so I'm not concerned. Say what you will about me and this potentially premature match but I'm ready. I really am.

Fade to black.

 Book 1: Family
Chapter 10: Struggling
~Part 1: Vampire the Masquerade: Magi-bloodlines (NP: “Deception” by: The Crüxadows)~
Stefan Lajoie knew it was going to be a slow night. The forecast called for torrential downpour and high winds. He had no training to do seeing how he got that done earlier with Mel. The first born kicked his ass pretty good during it and he was sore from it. He had no missions either, one of them would have sent him by now. He was a bored magi-blood stuck in a huge castle.

Stefan knew that all the angels were here and he was getting a bit horny...okay that was an understatement. He was a full on boner by this point! He needed to fuck and bad but he wasn't sure where they were all hiding. Stefan had checked their rooms and they weren't there. He was getting a bit pissy.

"What the fuck?!" He sighed.

"Looking for someone?" He heard a French accent.

"Where are you all?" Stefan asked Uriella.

"Basement." Uriella replied.

He wondered why they were in basement. It didn't matter though, he'd figure out in a few minutes though. Stefan sighed and pressed the button for the elevator. It dinged and the doors opened. Stefan stepped in and pressed the button for the basement. The doors closed and it moved down the shaft. Moments late he heard the ping nose and stepped out.

The basement was dimly lit but that was made up with candle lights. Stefan could see everyone gathered around the table in the middle of it. Everyone was mainly dressed in dark colours and Stefan was a tad creep out about it.

"About time you made it neonate." Lucy greeted him looking up from the table.

"What are you doing?" Stefan asked.

"Waiting for your stupid-CLAUDE YOU IDIOT!" Rachel yelled.

"Oops! Sorry Mistress." Claude apologized.

"What Rachel was trying to say was, we were waiting for you because we're about to play." Lucy smiled.

"Play what?"

"Vampire the Masquerade."

"That computer game you play?"

Lucy laughed and got up. Lucy was in a red dress with a black overcoat. Her long black hair was braided and Stefan could see a necklace on her. It had a circle with square in the center and a triangle on the north eastern part.

"It's originally a table top game. We all tend to come into the basement every Saturday of the months and play for a while. It's kinda like D&D."

"So it's something Claude would play, okay I gotcha. Well I gotta fuck so anyone want to join?"

"If you sit down and play someone will!” The females yelled at him.

Stefan put his hands up.

“No offence but I’m not a gamer.”

“See this is where I can call you an idiot. Stefan unlike you I’m not only just a gamer but I love doing stuff my ladies love to do. I know in return I get laid because of it. Now this is why I don’t complain about it. So after this I’m taking them upstairs and rock their worlds like I rock this D10!” Claude said giving the trademark Lajoie grin.

Rachel kissed Claude’s cheeks and Claude felt like he was a pimp. Stefan went to say something but Claude grinned wider. Stefan sighed in defeat and walked over to the group. Everyone smiled at him.

“Fine! I better be getting an orgy after this. Anyways what do we gotta do?”

“We wait for the Prince and the Sherriff to come.” Michelle said looking up from something.

“Prince? Sherriff?”

Lucy nodded.

“Those who follow the Camarilla have a Prince of a city. You have the Sabbat which no one here plays because they’re mindless assholes.  And then you have the Anarchs who rebel against the Camarilla to put a long story short.”

“Oh…okay.”

“There are thirteen clans but we only play seven of them. It makes it easier for us. Our clans that we play with are the Brujah, the Gangrel, the Malkavian, the Nosferatu, the Toreador, the Tremere and the Ventrue. The Prince is a Ventrue, most an Anarchs are Brujahs.” Raphael explained to his “brother in law” as the males put it.

“So what Clan am I?”

“The Prince will pick.” Phe replied.

Footsteps echoed above and turned to the door. It opened and Click, Hawk and Danni Powers walk in.

“Stefan!”

“Click! Hawk! Danni! What are you three doing here?”

“Silly Stefan, we play the game! Are you joining us?”

Stefan nodded and the other trio of the one percent joined the Clan and the Aesir at the table. Lucy handed them their character sheets and everyone was talking amongst themselves. Stefan felt like a fish out of water though. He was the only one in the main group who had no idea this was going on. He had a feeling this had been going on for a while and it clicked on why Saturdays were silent nights. A light breeze swept in the basement and everyone looked over to see that Mel and Sam with grocery bags covering their arms.

“Sorry we’re late.” Sam said to the group.

“Okay let’s see…ah Stefan is joining us! Great.” Mel smiled sitting down at the table.

“Who is he a part of?” Lucy asked.

“Ventrue hands down, his personality fits it…did you feed at all today?” Mel asked back.

Lucy hadn’t said anything about that. The answer though would have been no. Lucy had been avoiding the stuff like the black death. Lucy ignored the question and smiled at the group.

“So I just have to fill this out?” Stefan asked.

“Excuse me.” Lucy said getting up and leaving the group.

Lucy sped run upstairs and had to catch her breath. Everyone in the room was starting to get to Lucy even with the widows and door open. Lucy knew that her thirst was going to come back to her soon. That she would have to drink blood and she hated it. She hated being like this and she wished she could be cured. Lucy slowly slid onto the floor, the cool ties soothed the burning in her throat.

“Lucy?”

Lucy’s mind screamed for her to run.

“You haven’t fed have you?”

Lucy looked up and saw Claude on her level.

“Feed Luce, don’t starve yourself.”

Lucy wanted to, her fangs were ready to take in any blood.

“No.”
~Part 2: Magi-blood history (NP: “Mystery of you” by: RED )~

~Part 3: Drink Lucy. (NP: “Blood” by: My Chemical Romance)~
Lucy woke up a little while later in her bed. Her body felt rusty from passing out and she knew she was in some deep crap. She looked up and saw an IV in her right arm. She mentally was kicking herself in the ass for this. Lucy tried to stay calm the best that she could though. She didn’t want anyone to notice that she was awake.

“Why are you pushing me away?”

Lucy mentally swore.

“Lucy answer me! Why are you pushing me away? Did I do something wrong? Do you not love me anymore?”

Lucy: Claude…

Lucy could see that he was angry.

Claude: Lucy why would you do this to yourself?! Is this some suicide attempt?!

Lucy: No it isn’t, I’m not mad at you either.

Claude: Then why?! What do I have to do to get you to feed?

Lucy: I’m so sick and tired of this! I guess you all don’t understand that I drink blood, I kill people. I hate my life! The fact I can’t be a normal magi-blood hurts. I’m scared Claude. I’m so scared that I’m going to end up killing you. Claude…you smell so damn good.

Claude sighed.

Claude: We’ve been over this! If you need to drink from me it’s okay. You can trust me.

Lucy wanted to turn over. She didn’t want to deal with this. Lucy sighed knowing even if she tried to explain that Claude might not understand. Lucy knew if she had cravings she’d have to take care of it quickly. She didn’t want to bite Claude even though he was tempting. The smell of lilac filled her noise but Lucy tried to fight it off.

Claude: Lucy, you've gone dark, don't think I haven't noticed.  I try to support you, I try to be courteous and kind, but then you go and do things like this.  Sometimes, I wonder why I bother...

Despite his anger, Claude still can't resist looking at Lucy's luscious curves. Lucy felt Lucia’s power emerge in her. Her body started to shake as she felt herself trying to not tackle and bite Claude. She screamed loudly in her mind from this.

Lucy: Because you care about me. I know you do Claude and it’s not hard to see. You know I’ve been dark always but unlike my Father I don’t succumb to it. I fight it every day because I have you.

Claude: Yes, I do care about you.  And yes, you have me.  But for how long?

Lucy snapped and tackled him to the ground. She tried to restrain herself but her fangs bit right into him.

Claude: Just like that babe.

Lucy: Asshole, you did that on purpose!

Claude laughed.

Claude: I did and it worked. It’s okay Lucy…it’s okay.

But for Lucy it didn’t.

Lucy: I don’t-

Claude: For once can you stop fighting with me and just drink?

And with that Lucy couldn’t help but to smile.

~Part 4: Lucy’s entry. (NP: “Warriors” by: Imagine Dragons)~
So here we are and I’m kinda nervous. I know I shouldn’t but I am. I think it has to do with change in the air. Do you feel it? I do and it’s getting dark and it’s suffocating.

So this is what it's all about. How do you feel about that? What does the Tag Team Championship mean to you? It means the absolute world to me and that's not going to ever change. No matter what happens... if this title opperunity is taken from me or if I am given other opportunities, my love for this championship will never change. When every single person steps into this business, they have their sights set on something.

Sure, I'm hoping to be there one day but never did I expect to be there immediately. Instead, I want a slow rise there and that's damn sure been happening. I guess that's why I'm so happy.

So for me, to be able to say that I'm one of the best Bombshell that has broken on the scene for some time? That's amazing to me. This oppertunity means the world to me for the fact that it's essentially what defines my career so far. It's what I'm going to be remembered for and some people might not like that but I do. I'm a fan. I'm totally okay with dominating this division because do you know how many amazing  Champions there have been in the past? Loads. There have been some who made history and were just unforgettable and while I don't necessarily fit into either of those categories, that's not the point. I'm still honored to be here.

Would you be as well, HERO? I mean, this is the point I was really trying to make here. I'm passionate about what this championship stands for but I'm not yet sure if you would be. I'm waiting to find out. I guess I'm likely to find out at Into the Void or even ahead of it. But no matter what the answer to that question is, it's not going to change anything. I'm still just here to do this for myself and continuing living out my dreams. Nothing you can bring to this is going to be enough to stop me.

My life still hasn't been perfect and I've continued to have a rough few weeks in terms of personal things. I'm still not at my best but I know that I can always rely on my job to keep me sane. I absolutely adore what I do and I wouldn't change this for the world. I love being here, stepping into the ring on a weekly basis and somehow managing to improve with every passing week. Can you say the same, ladies? I mean, I put my absolute all into this and I make sure that my focus is squarely on this and nothing else. What about you, though? What really drives you?

I guess I can continue to stand here and question you. It's almost as though it's some sort of interrogation. I mean, who am I to stand here and start questioning your beliefs, your passion, your place here? But it makes sense, ladies. Do you understand how important it is to get inside the mind of your opponent so you can understand her mentality? I don't know if you approach matches that way but I damn sure do and it's been paying off so far.

You two are far more complex women to understand but I don't have a problem with that. I'm happy to put in the extra time to understand you but trust me - I'm getting there. I certainly know what you're doing where it pertains to your in-ring abilities. I'll cover that a little later, though.

But for now, I guess I'll just say... can you really do this?

You're slightly more erratic and I'm more analytical. It seems both work individually but what happens when we step into the ring against one another. I'm confident that women who has more idea what she's doing is likely to succeed. Again, let me make it as clear as possible that I am not thinking too highly of myself here. I never do.

Instead, I prefer to force opponents to understand why I am a threat to you but at the same time, understand that I am still kinda humble. I know you'll bring it, HERO. Of course you will. This is why you're here. Deliver on those promises. Live up to your own expectations. Heck, live up to the expectations I've set for you as well. I know you can... so go right ahead.

As I said, we're different people. We come from different worlds. We enter this battle from different backgrounds. Therefore, this match could go either way. We've so far not been able to prove which side is the right one or the superior one. I appreciate that you do think differently and that you are someone who is definitely outside of the norm. You're both interesting, you have an edge and you're more memorable, as a person at least.

I'm just a magi-blood. I've got emotions. Sometimes I let 'em out, sometimes I don't. I enjoy fighting and I love my job. Mostly because my job is fighting but still. I might not be quite as interesting as others but I do know what I'm doing in the ring and that means I'm going to push myself this week to be the first to really stop you... and I don't regret anything.

So Roxi, Keria, it seems we both Uri and I have a lot to prove. You want to show that this is a position you are worthy of being in as well as proving that you're not only championship material but you're good enough to be the first to defeat me. Me? I need to show that I haven't lost a beat. I'm still as dominant as ever and I'm still good enough to become champ. Just because there is somewhat of an air of mystery about you, that doesn't mean I'm backing down…

 Book 1: Silent Shadow
Chapter 18:

~Part 1: Bennett~
~Years earlier~
Lucy felt like she was going through withdrawls. She was going insane without fresh blood and for a vampire...or well maybe part or something like that. Lucy didn’t know what she was but she knew that she was tied down to her bed. She felt like her body was tearing itself apart, she felt the blood flow through her body, it felt like she was turning once more. Lucy let out a loud scream. Lucy didn’t know that back then she was on the verge of frenzy.

Frenzy, the Beast takes over the vampire's personality, usually a result of extreme stress such as starvation, pain or public humiliation. The primary purpose of the frenzy is to kill or otherwise neutralize the stimulus responsible for inducing it, so a vampire driven to frenzy from hunger will attempt to feed on anything.

Lucy felt tired at the same time. She wanted to sleep but Lucia wouldn’t allow it.

Mel: Lucy?

Lucy: Let me go!

Lucy tried to break her binds again.

Mel: Lucy listen to me…I brought someone to help you.

Lucy: There is no way to help me!

“There is a way my dear.”

Lucy looked up to see a man with silver hair, sun glasses, a brown trench coat, jeans and a black shirt.

Lucy: Who are you?

“My name is Bennett, Lucy. I’m a full vampire and your sister seek me out. I heard you’re a neonate.”

Lucy: My bastard sire is dead.

Bennett: I heard, Lucy if you want I could take you back to Moscow for three months and help you learn our ways.

Lucy nodded.

Lucy: Deal!

~Part 2: Noel (#NP: “Hope’s theme song” from Final Fantasy XIII )~
~over a year and half ago~
Lucien, Gabe and Rhoda were stuck in a match together. Lucy was supposed to be over but she was late. The trio was at Lucien’s home in Washington. Gabe was playing Final Fantasy on Lucien’s big screen while Rhoda was painting her nails. Lucien was in the kitchen cooking for the three of them. Lucien sighed knowing he didn’t want to do this. He was willing to suck it up though.

Lucien: Hey guys I’m going out for some air. Dinner will be done in a bit.

Gabe: Alright we’ll watch the oven.

Rhoda: See ya in a bit!

Lucien walked out of the kitchen, past the living room and opened the front door. He saw storm clouds as he shut the door behind him. Lucien walked deeper into his yard; trying to get some space away from the gamer and the nail painter.

Lucien: Damn that nail polish is strong.

He took in a deep breath and took out his lighter. He started to play around with it.

Lucien: You’re late!

Lucy ran up to him.

Lucy: Sorry about that. Having to track people isn’t easy. Anyways what’s up?

Lucien turned his head and saw a basket on the door step. It made him raise his eye brow as he walked over to see what was in it. When he made it over he saw a baby girl in a blanket. That’s when the demon for the first time in his life felt joy in his heart.

Lucien: Come on, let’s get you inside.

Lucy: Is that a baby?

Lucien: Yeah it is.

Lucien picked the baby girl up.

Lucy: So you going to keep her?

Lucien nodded and walked into the home. Gabe and Rhoda looked up at the twins.

Gabe: What’s wrong?

Rhoda: OH MY GOD! GABRIEL LOOK!

Rhoda pushes Gabe out of the way.

Rhoda: Oh wow she’s a bundle of light. What’s her name?

Lucien: Noel.

Lucy looked up at him as Gabe walked over.

Lucy: After Grandma?

Lucien: Yes.

Lucy smiled as Noel’s eyes opened.

~Part 3:Lucia’s memory ~
She had just walked into his room. Her laptop bag went onto the tray table, noise filled the room. She had her back turned to him as he lay in bed.
“Hi”. He spoke to her.
“Hi”. She replied.
She still had her back turned to him. She started to take her laptop out; she had a hunt to study on.
“Hi”. He said again, not being able to hear her the first time.
She turned her head to him and smiled.
“Hi”. She said a bit louder.
Little did she know that this day would be a shocker. This day she would feel her heart break from the one person she loved for years, the closest thing she had for a parent. It was supposed to be a normal trip to the “Hell hole” as she called the place but it would be the last time she’d be there. Her brother was out in the hallway grabbing a straw when…it would happen.

Lucy: Have you ever felt that you were bounded by chains. That you were stuck in one place because of that person? That you felt pain from them basically making you stay with them, getting them things and not getting a single thank you? Oh how one day that person did turn on you and yelled, swore and damned you because they were losing their mind. You would cry out in for freedom, you would scream out in pain, you would feel your body burn from the darkest parts of your mind.

“Don’t you yell at me”! He roared.
She jumped and turned to him. Her hands didn’t leave the laptop’s charger.
“I didn’t yell at you”. She replied.
“Yes you did”! He yelled at her.
“I said hi to you not once but twice. I raised my voice because it’s so loud in here”. She said calmly.
By this time though her brother came into the room.
“What’s going on”? He asked.
The two at the same time spoke but he had heard both. She had turned and shut the AC off; her brother though was with her relative.
“She had her back to me”. The man from the bed said.
“She was taking her laptop out”. Her brother replied.
She went back to taking it out. This time she got the charger out. She started to untangle it but only would have it put back.
“I don’t want her near me”! The man from the bed exclaimed.
The charger dropped back into the bag.
“Let’s go! I’m not putting up with this”. She told her brother.
But her brother protested at first.
“You need to apologize to her”. Her brother told the man.
“Sorry…

Go to hell”! He said looking at her.
She felt her heart break. It felt like she was stabbed and tears started to flow down her face.
“Let’s go”! She yelled at her brother. “I’m not going to be taking this”!
Her brother though looked at the man in bed. He walked up to him and got in his face.
“You do not talk to her like that! You need to stop acting like a bitch”! Her brother yelled at him.
She was already at the door, her bag in her hand.
“You’re a bitch”. The man in bed replied.
Her tears stopped. She only watched this time.
“No, you know what?! You go to hell”! Her brother yelled and this made the two leave the room.

Lucy woke up with a start.

Lucy: Son of a bitch.

Claude: You alright?

Lucy nodded.

Lucy: Lucia again…

Claude: It’s okay I promise I’ll keep you safe.

Lucy laughed.

Lucy: Okay.

~Part 4: Japan (#NP: “Welcome to the Masquerade” by: Thousand Foot Krutch )~
I don’t have a problem with Mikah and she knows that. The fact that she doesn’t seem to care irks me though. Mikah you do know that I am someone who you don’t play around with. I know we’re polar opposites. You remind me of Uri while I’m more darker and not normal. But being normal is an illusion created by elites.

I'm sure the same could be said for you, Mikah. Not every single match of yours has perfect nor have roughly half of your matches worked out for you. I don't need to tell you, though, you're aware of it, since you were there. But does that mean that you know what you're doing? Well - you're not a rookie, You're just resting comfortably in the main event. So now is your opportunity to break away from that and truly make a name for yourself.

I'm confident that's what you're craving, isn't it? 'm sure that deep down, this is what you want.

It just tough for me to really agree on your approach here. Have you got a gameplan? Have you thought this through? Do you understand what it is going to take - and do you feel capable of reaching those expectations? So many questions and so few answers right now.

But then I ask myself questions as well - primarily, do I have to watch my back here? I mean, Paddy, you don't have any mortal enemies around here so you'll be fine. You won't have anybody looking to screw you out of this opportunity - not really. Me, on the other hand? I've always had targets on my back.

Either way, I know that it's imperative that I watch my back in this one. Did you know that means that you have an advantage here, Miks? Did you recognize that as being a glaringly obvious factor? Probably not - I just had to spell it out for you. I mean, you could potentially be handed the win here through the means of a screw-job. Thankfully, though, I have plenty of people to back me up. So if it does happen, then I'll not only be able to counter it myself the way I have in the past but I'll also have the entire Clan.

I'm ready to smoothly transition from one type of opponent to another. While HERO was a far more fiery opponent, Miks is a more reserved one. Bot while they have their significant differences, there are also similarities between them such as their desperation to finally achieve something, given their past failures are still looming over them like a dark cloud they can't shake. I'm not entirely certain why - either they don't have the required skills, are simply unlucky or perhaps it's just because they're faced with men like me - unstoppable forces who show little to no weakness or vulnerability the way that the majority of my opponents have had flashing like fucking beacons.

So this is likely to be another repeat performance. I'll stand in front of the world and discuss how I feel I'm going to defeat you whereas you attempt to verbally defend yourself. I'll head down to the ring and you'll head down to the ring. We'll go to war. We'll both display an excellent level of talent and passion. Ultimately, my power, my dominance and my talent will far exceed yours and you won't be able to escape - not with the victory, at least. No, that's forever going to allude you. It's forever out of your grasp - particularly since you keep getting thrown into matches with the likes of me. I almost feel sorry for you there. You have so much promise, yet you're forever left being held back and that's because of me - because you're not being given the chance to shine.

Mikah…good luck.
