Todd WHO?
« on: January 08, 2021, 11:51:08 PM »
Christmas Day 2020.

Christmas is the one time of year it’s expected for family to gather around the same Christmas tree to share stories of past times, to share warm regards for the future and to exchange pleasantries and gifts to signify just how much they mean to each other.  It was that time of year to roast chestnuts on an open fire, while humming joyful Christmas songs and exchanging the feeling of love and admiration for one’s family with stuffed roasted birds and overfilled gravy boats.

VOMIT!

The only thing Cassian cared about at Christmas time was while trying to keep his ears from bleeding as Mariah Carey bashed out her whistle notes in her horny Christmas ballad that for some reason, had full-fledged birds, dancing like prostitute at the thought of Christmas. He didn’t care a lot for Christmas, but he was happy to play along for the sake of seeing a decent pair of jugs being jiggled around in his face, covered in red and white velvet. Even if that did cost him a quid, it was money well spent, plus the season was for giving after all and who better to reward than one’s self?

Yet, 2020 was different… there wasn’t the same freedoms that Cassian was accustomed to so instead he decided it would be best to throw himself into work, instead of COVID and glitter coated breasts. Christmas for Cassian was anything but, for starters his family was across the pond in London, locked away from the rest of the world and for finisher he refused to be under the same roof of his father anyhow. Cassian had other plans to spend his Christmas day and like most days it kicked off inside the GO Gym where he would spend two hours in the gym, lifting weights perfecting his cardio then moving on to four hours of nonstop wrestling training under the watchful eyes of Gabriel, Odette and sometime even Synn hell even Despy. It was routine, it was now second nature for Cassian to complete his morning procedure. It might have seemed obsessive, it might have seemed a little OCD but since returning to America and returning to training Cassian had made valuable promises to a lot of people that he wouldn’t fuck around this time and spoil his opportunity of greatness. The last thing on earth he wanted to do was let down the people who had supported his move from the underground boxing world, into the wrestling world… plus imagine letting Daniel J Morgan down? That didn’t seem like a wise idea, I mean it might be tempting for others who enjoy spending some time underground, covered in dirt and pig shit. Who was Cassian to judge people for their sick fetishes?

Cassian, had made the long jog from his house to the gym as per normal and just as he went to open the front glass door of the GO Gym his momentum didn’t help him glide through the doorway as usual in fact his over the top keenness was slapped back into reality by the hinges of the door who refused to budge. Entry was denied, it took a while for it to click that the doors were locked, and for good reason. It was Christmas after all, but that didn’t stop the impatient Brit from rattling the door hand in his arm, as if that would be enough to force his way into the gym. The thought of smashing the glass with his elbow did cross his mind, but before he could putt hat stupid plan into action his phone started to vibrate in his back pocket. He wasted no time in retrieving it and the name “Gabriel” was flashing brightly across his screen. He slid his thumb across the screen to answer the call, before bringing the phone up to his right ear.

“Piss off mate, were closed.” Gabriel cheerfully shouted.

“Ah come on, what’s the entry code?” Cassian chuckled.

Cassian looked above his head to see a camera above the doorway, he must have triggered an alarm that had gone through to Gabriel’s phone, hence his timely phone call. He put on his cheesiest grins, looking his devilish best to try and win Gabriel over so he could continue with his daily routine.

“That’s not happening… only a select few get the code and you’re not one of them… it’s Christmas, go be with your family.” Gabriel instructed. “One day away from training isn’t going to hurt you.” He chuckled.

Cassian sighed as his teeth gritted together. “I can’t mate, trapped in London. So be a sport and let me open the door.” He smirked.

“You need a day off, so piss off and go bother Daniel. I’m sure there is something around the casino you could do for fun.” Gabriel demanded.

Before Cassian could argue or plead his case to be granted entry into the gym, the voice of Gabriel had been replaced with the silence of a hung-up phone call. Cassian moved the phone away from his face to see that the call had in fact ended, before he could consider redialing Gabriel to grovel to get his way a text message popped up from Odette that read “DO NOT TEST ME… ON CHRISTMAS DAY I SWEAR TO GOD! CASSIAN.” The message quickly scrolled up his screen as another message from Odette came through “Merry Christmas…” Cassian didn’t want to argue with her, Odette was crazy when it came to her family time and he knew he would be interfering… so what was a guy to do with his morning plans now interrupted?

“Pub?” Cassian asked himself. “Why the fuck not!” He replied.

With a simple shrug of his shoulders Cassian was left with no other choice, his hand was forced as he turned on the balls of his feet and headed off towards the direction of the Golden Ring Casino. There was a little bit of a jog in front of him to reach his destination, but at least there would be some normalcy in his routine after all… annoying Charlotte and Mackenzie, just got bumped to six hours earlier.

---

It might have been Christmas, but the Golden Ring Casino still had their doors open to the public, where else would the sad and lonely men and women of Vegas venture off to. To spend their hard-earned money that they didn’t have to waste on their families. It was safely deposited into the slot machines or slide across the tables at the Golden Ring Casino. London Underground had decided to send their workers home for the day shift, so they could be with the families while the rest of them picked up the slack at the bar. It wasn’t uncommon for Daniel to put his employees first in times like these, so it wasn’t uncommon to see Os pouring a beer or two to help the bar staff.

The main bar was being manned by Dani and Nicky, whilst Os manned security with Charlotte and Mackenzie, as Daniel moved between the group maintaining the smooth sailing of his prized casino. Cassian hadn’t been offered a job at the Golden Ring, as Daniel thought it was best for him to focus all his attention on his wrestling training, which suited Cassian perfectly because the lord blessed him with a condition that only allowed him to drink booze and not pour it. He was also a risk on security, his fleeting eyes towards all the good-looking birds in the casino would lead to major blindness when it came to ensuring the safety of the other staff was concerned. Cassian couldn’t help it, it wasn’t his fault he had a knack for hooking up, it also wasn’t his fault his parents had blessed him with his devilish good looks and baby blue eyes.

As soon as he burst through the doors at the Golden Ring Casino, his baby blues fell straight on to Mackenzie who in return looked at him, before rolling her eyes. It wasn’t that she hated Cassian it’s just she considered him to be a major pain in her arse. He didn’t waste any time making his way up towards her, slinging his gym bag over his shoulder as he developed a swagger in his step the closer Cassian moved towards her.

“I just knew Santa fucked up my address this morning, when I woke up and you weren’t under my tree.” Cassian charmed.

Mackenzie couldn’t help but gag at Cassian’s statement, but the worst thing is, she knew he was going to use it a number of times throughout the day and night and it was going to pay off for him.

“Don’t make me, break your nose on Christmas.” Mackenzie barked back.

“You love me Kenny… it’s one of the reasons you keep me around, I keep you feeling young.” Cassian smirked. “I keep you on your toes… and it works wonders for your calves.” He boastfully laughed.

Mackenzie didn’t have to say a word as Charlotte made her way up behind him and planted her open palm on the back of his head, rattling his brains around his skull for a moment in time.

“Oi… next time, aim for me arse, alright?” Cassian joked. “You know it gets jealous and longs for your touch.” He chuckled.

“Maybe I’ll ball it up next time and aim for your nuts.” Charlotte bit back playfully.

Cassian couldn’t help but cover up his privates as he knew Charlotte was never light handed with her words, let alone her threats. The girls watched him squirm before the offered him a light laugh and a wicked smile.

“What are you doing here so early?” Charlotte questioned.

“Gym’s closed.” Cassian sighed. “So, you ladies are stuck with me for the day.” He smiled passionately.

Mackenzie just looked at her friend with the most sympathetic smile she could offer before she spoke.

“Or you could find a job and make yourself useful.” Mackenzie offered. “Like being the dish pig… a bit of good hard work, would make an honest man out of you.” She followed up, hoping to trick him.

Cassian thought about it, but the more he looked down at his hands he knew there weren’t made for gloves… well at least not dish cleaning rubber glove. He looked at both the girls who were looking at him with wishful thinking in their eyes before Cassian just shook his head from side to side.

“I’d love too but I really can’t…” Cassian kicked off. “You see, water increases tenderness in the skin, which in turn causes weakness which would in turn create rips and tears and well… you know I need these golden gloved bad boys. I couldn’t do it to the lads, it wouldn’t be right… after all the heads we’ve punched in… it just wouldn’t be fair to treat them so poorly.” He smirked. “You understand right, don’t you Char Char?” He smirked.

Charlotte just rolled her eyes and before they could comment, Daniel’s voice was heard over their two-way radios. The two girls dispersed following orders’ leaving Cassian alone in the doorway, shrugging his shoulders he ventured off towards the bar, after seeing a smiling Dani Weston and a depressed looking Nicky George. Let it be known that Nicky had a bright grin on his face as well but in Cassian’s eyes he couldn’t stand the fact that his ultimate wing man, was in an loving relationship and Nicky’s smile to him was a scream for help.

He made haste as he took a seat up at the bar, looking at Dani as she fussed over the bottles in the bar making sure they were clean, tidy and all in the correction positions. While Nicky was going his best to serve customers, pour beers and hand them over while keeping his eyes on his soon to be wife. The thought of Nicky getting married repulsed Cassian. It had to be a joke, so Nicky could get a green card surely. Cassian waited for the line to die down before he flagged Nicky over.

“The usual, I suppose?” Nicky grunted.

Cassian just nodded his head and watched as Nicky poured him a pint of beer, before placing it down on the countertop in front of him. Nicky waited for Cassian to hand over his money, but the payment never arrived as Cassian just shook his hand and offered him a Merry Christmas.

“You know, one day you’re really going to have to foot your part of the bill.” Nicky chuckled.

Cassian screwed up his nose, as if Nicky had just offended him. It wasn’t the money jab that had Cassian in knots it was this new side of Nicky he was witnessing that had him missing the good old days.

“Who even after you?” Cassian questioned. “What happened to the rough as guts, Nicky fuckin’ George of London? Huh? Where did that lad disappear to?” he shook hie head from side to side.

Nicky just shook his head side from side matching Cassian before he started to wipe the counter top down, Cassian couldn’t take it anymore as he brought the glass up to his lips and down a fair chunk of his beer in one swift mouthful. His slammed the glass back down o the bar, capturing Nicky’s attention before he started to speak.

“Remember when you were fun… like when you swagged up to flock of slutty birds and clicked ya fingers and their knickers would just drop… whatever happened to that guy?” Cassian crowed.

He had a miserable look in his eye as he looked at Nicky, he couldn’t make any sense out of it how Nicky George the notorious ladies man was now about to day his “I Dos” to some bird that he has known for like 3 hot minutes. Little beknown to Cassian as he spoke to Nicky, Dani had walked by and overheard what Cassian had said and shocked her into stillness. Nicky could already tell that Dani was standing behind him frozen, he didn’t even have to turn around. With a stern look in his eyes Nicky looked towards Cassian raising his voice as he spoke as he wanted to get his point across loudly and proudly.

“He fell in love.” Nicky smiled. “Now do me a favor and kindly fuck off from this bar.” His teeth clashed together.

Cassian did as he was told as he got down from his chair from behind the bar, he brought his drink along with him. He knew that Nicky would be eager to sort things out with Dani and he knew he had crossed a line, but he would never admit fault. He couldn’t be blamed Nicky had a reputation just as wild as his own, if not more legendary and he couldn’t get past that. They had spent years together on the London scene, picking up chicks, spending the night with them before turning and burning them the following morning. They had built competitions on it. It just didn’t seem right to Cassian that Nicky had thrown it all away for Danielle, but then again the boy had never been in love nor knew what it felt like to want to spend the rest of his life with someone. That story would have to be for another day and another time slot.

Cassian moved across the casino to see Osbourne sitting by himself about to tuck into his breakfast as he had taken his meal break earlier today. He was in the furthest booth away form the hustle and bustle of the foot traffic of the casino. He really seemed to be enjoying his time away from everyone else. The big guy did appreciate his silence after all. Cassian made his way over towards him, and slipped himself into seat across from Os, so now the big guy was forced to look at Cassian’s big bright white toothy smile. With his beer in hand, Cassian charged his glass towards Os’ knocking them together for a Christmas morning toast.

“STARING CONTEST.” Cassian challenged him.

Os didn’t say a word, but he did plant his elbows on the table in front of him and the two exchanged a heated glance between friends. A minute ticked by and neither one of them looked as if they were willing to blink. Sweat started to bead on the top of Cassian’s forehead as he maintained eye contact, while Os looked like this was just another day job, easy peasey. It didn’t come into play that Cassian was going to lose as he felt his head started to tremor from the pressure of wanting to blink but he couldn’t… he wouldn’t allow himself to lose to Osbourne of all people.

Osbourne leant across the table, inching closer towards Cassian as if to challenge him, to which Cassian refused to participate in as he started to stand up. Osbourne mirrored him and soon enough the two were standing across from each other, neither one of them wanting to blink until Cassian did the unthinkable reaching across and flinging the back of his right hand across Os’ Jacobs. Osbourne was forced to blink, his hands reaching down to cover himself as Cassian yahooed and cheered himself on from victory. It took Os only a few mere moment to recovered before the sound of the air escaping his nostrils hit Cassian’s ears and like a rabbit being set after in a hunt, Cassian was quick to make a mad dash around the casino with a very heated and wild Osbourne in hot pursuit for pay back. All the while Daniel looked down upon them form the highest point in the casino the observation deck, shaking his head from side to side.

“Bunch of childish Wankers…” Daniel sighed.

Stepping back from the two-way mirror, Daniel made his way towards the door of his office, meaning one thing he was coming downstairs to knock Cassian’s and Osbourne’s heads together for causing a fuss in the Golden Ring Casino.

The scene opened up outside the Gold Coast Casino in Las Vegas, it would be the arena for this week’s Climax Control. The first one for the year 2021, so you just knew it was going to be a night of nights for the SCW roster. The cameras panned up on the glowing name of the Casino before it started to dwindle its way down towards the front doors, to which had been barricaded off. There was no one in sight, no one walking in or out of the building just an empty stage for someone to fill and Cassian Reed didn’t waste any time before he stepped into shot. He was dressed in a pair of bright white Nike shoes, this week he was sockless, as his peach colored pants reached halfway down his calve muscles. Around his waste was a slick black belt, he had a bright white business t-shirt tucked into his trousers, with a matching peach colored jacket. Big and bulky gold cuff links dragged on the fabric, but only so they could highlight they were pure gold. Around his neck was a thick gold chain that danced on his skin as he moved towards the camera. The best gift of all to the Sin City Wrestling audience watching at home was the bright white smile, that was unmistakably his. Once Cassian’s baby blue eyes fell on to the lens of the camera, he was more than happy to kick things off.

“It’s about fucking time innit?” Cassian kicked off. “I made my debut into Sin City Wrestling a number of weeks ago and it’s taken them up until now to make sure my face is back on your television’s screens this week. I get it, I understand… it must have been hard for the officials of Sin City Wrestling to restore the server in which I crashed in my debut match… it must have taken the IT Monkey’s weeks to be able to restore all the damaged that I caused, purely because I waltzed on to your TV set, your computer screens and into your living rooms… let’s face it. I was a star in my debut… a big fucking bang and the ratings couldn’t handle it, you couldn’t handle it… the bosses couldn’t handle it and that’s why I’ve been kept off your screens until now.” Cassian grinned wildly.

The smile on his face said it all, he believed every single word he was saying.

“You see, I have it on good authority that Sin City Wrestling didn’t have to close their doors over Christmas… they had no other choice but to upgrade their connections, double up on their resources… because they knew if they wanted increase their ratings in twenty twenty-one they were going to need a bigger server to handle all of this.” Cassian paused.

He fanned his hands beside his body to show off, his hands ending up outstretched as if to let the fans bask in his glory as he took it all in.

“It’s not easy being this fan-fucking-tastic but I can promise you ladies… I’ll make sure that week in and week out I’ll be that guy for you, I’ll be the man that you gaze upon and wish that your husbands, boyfriends, casual fuck buddies… could be like me… could look like me… could act like me…” Cassian winked. “And with the upgrades… I’m sure the HD, 4K… 8k… 10K whatever the fucking K is… it still won’t do me the justice I fucking deserve… because let’s be real… I’m a star and you’ll all be reminded of that this Sunday night when I get back into the six-sided ring and make minced meat out of some debuting New York flog… Todd Williams.” He snarled.

Cassian brought his hand down to his side before he drove them into his pockets. An unamused look on his face, but still a smile beaming bright enough to light up the dark.

“Todd Williams… like that isn’t a name that doesn’t sound familiar… oh wait, maybe it’s before his leeching on to a family name in Sin City Wrestling… maybe it’s because he is part of the tangled web that is the Crystal Hilton, Crystal Rose, Cristina the fucking Ballerina circus that has plagued Sin City Wrestling for years. Way to go mate, jumping onto your ex wife’s coat tails to ride into a wrestling job, wishing for an easy breezy first-time victory.” Cassian cringed.

He stepped towards the camera once more, his face lit up with a wild smirk.

“It isn’t going to happen, you see I couldn’t give two shits knowing how you got here, whom you were married to, or who your daughter is… you see, all I give a fuck about is what’s in my near future and that’s more bright lights, that’s main events… that’s championships opportunities and endless reigns. You see I didn’t come here to become a puppet in the Crystal Fucking Hilton-Lopez-Zdunich show. I came here to be the next big thing in Sin City Wrestling, I came here to make a name for myself by the way of using my own damn name… I didn’t come here looking for petty family drama or child support hand-outs… I came here to put the male roster back on the fucking map because for months its been drowned out by the bombshell’s in the business and trust me, I have no problems with females kicking arse… I mean top ten turn on if weren’t talking about it…” Cassian winked.

The cheesy smirk on his face said a million words.

“What I’m saying is that I didn’t come here to be a circus clown, I didn’t come here to play second fiddle I singed the dotted line to join Sin City Wrestling so I could cast a shadow on the legends that have previously walked in Sin City Wrestling… but I don’t want to just match them, fuck that… I want to beat them. I want to be the standard and trust me… mark my words, I’ll be the top dog in this company before you can say… who the fuck is Todd Williams.” Cassian laughed.

His well-known HA-HA broke through the airways before he continued with a cheeky glimmer in his eyes.

“Let’s face it Todd… it won’t be long before the Sin City Wrestling crowd is asking who the fuck you are… you might have held titles in previous companies, but that doesn’t mean you’re worth a pinch of piss in this company mate… in fact the only reason you’re here is so that you can try and prove to Crystal that you tie your own laces…. But like the rest of us mate, she ain’t interested no more… Your debut with be nothing more that stale piss in a bottle mate… and I show the world that you’re a fish out of water… the rest of the roster will have nothing left to do with you then pick away the remaining pieces… I don’t fuck about in the ring mate, I’m not a pussy… I’m not a coward… I don’t have a fucking glorified cheerleader standing out the outside handing me bottles of water, so you can force a time out… the fact is this… I’ve done my research and if you think for a single moment, I’m going to let you get away with your wanker like behavior at my expense… I’ll knock your teeth so far into the back of your throat mate, you’ll have to brush your arsehole for the rest of your days.” Cassian sighed.

His blue eyes looked deep into the lens of the camera, as he spoke it was as if Cassian wanted his messages to Todd to drive home.

“You might think you’re edgy cool dude with flips and tricks but where I come from, you’re a flog… and I don’t have time to entertain bell ends who aren’t willing to put in the work. You’re fucking lazy… a waste of fucking time in the ring and that doesn’t sit well with me. I’ve had to scratch, bite, claw my way out of the gutters of London to get to where I am in the world of wrestling today… so don’t think your fancy fucking connections is going to play on my mind, don’t think you’re going to get one over me because you once banged Crystal and gave the world Brittany… that doesn’t mean you’re going to be successful in Sin City Wrestling, if anything it means your fucking cursed mate and I’ll have no issues in showing you just how bad it’s going to be for you here this Sunday…” Cassian smirked, proudly.

Cassian brought his hands out of his pockets, bringing them together her cracked his knuckles one by one.

“There can only be one way to start the year off in Sin City Wrestling on the right foot and that’s through victory and if you think that you’re going to stop me from accomplishing that… you have another thing coming. I’m not going to be a one hit wonder, I’m not going to let the victory of my debut fade on someone like you… because trust me… you aren’t worth it. At the end of our match Todd there is only going to be one man left standing and you can bet your last dollar… it isn’t going to be you. It’s going to be me… getting my arm raised in victory, because I’m the whole fucking show, I’m the future of this company, I’m the new face of this business.” Cassian crowed.

The look od dedication was unmatched as he stared down the lens of the camera in front of him.

“You’re not the only one that has family in Sin City Wrestling mate, I’m London Underground through and through and there is no way in hell…. I’m going to let a lazy wanker like yourself think you piss on our good name.” Cassian drove his next point home. “Not now… not ever.” He paused.

Taking one last look into the camera, Cassian shook his head from side to side just thinking about possibly letting London Underground down had him seething but he was quick to knock those cobwebs from his mind before he finished this one up.

“I’ll see you Sunday Todd… where you’ll expect to jump up the ranks in Sin City Wrestling with an awesome victory, but I can promise you… you won’t be leapfrogging me mate, you’ll be forced to jog on back to the bottom of the line and that’s where you shall stay for the remainder of your Sin City Wrestling days.” Cassian smirked.

With that said and done the cameras focused in on Cassian’s bright white smile before it faded to nothing.
