It was practically a tradition that after every Supercard a new crop of signees would sign with SCW and High Stakes X was no different as several new Superstars and Bombshells either made their debuts on the following show or returned to the company after a long absence and among them was Go Gym graduate and Adelaide. Australia native Krystal Wolfe who had been plying her trade in SCU for the past few months.
She wasn’t booked for the last show but she promised that she would announce her arrival and fulfilled it saying that she had signed with SCW to face the best of the best, the bosses were paying attention to her promo and granted her wish booking her debut match against former World Bombshell Champion Andrea Hernandez! Andrea was coming off a loss to Chrystal Rose at High Stakes X so it was easy to dismiss this as Krystal being thrown to the wolves (pun not intended) but can Krystal win?

It’s been a hell of a year, hasn’t it?
My original plan was to apply for SCW in 2021, that was the goal I set for myself back in 2016 when I graduated from the Go Gym, but then the Corona Virus happened and I found myself with two options, either focus entirely on my YouTube and Twitch Channels or sign with SCU, anyone who’s been following me for the past few months knows the choice I made and considering that I’m now part of the Main Roster barely five months after signing with SCU, I’d say I made the right decision.
I bet your expecting me to say something like “and that was before I learned that my official Main Roster debut was against Andrea Hernandez”, I’m not saying that, I wanted to face the best of the best and they gave me a former World Bombshell Champion, if you ask me, I couldn’t ask for a better debut match.
And as for what the bosses think? Well, last I checked I wasn’t a mind reader, but I think it’s safe to say that they are thrilled to have another graduate of the Go Gym on the roster.
“You made it Charlotte!” Makayla said over the video chat, Makayla, or Maki for sort, was the friend who took me in after I finally had enough of my dad’s bullshit and reported him to SAPOL, or South Australia Police, for not only the years of abuse I endured at his hands but my mom’s murder, that case had been considered a missing person’s case that had gone cold for several years because the police never thought to look at my dad for the crime, even they didn’t believe me at first until I showed them the evidence of abuse.
That is not a can of worms I’m going to open anytime soon (at least, not whilst sober) but all I will say is that I was dangerously underweight by the time I escaped my home life. “Tell me about it, Maki!” I responded with a grin as I fixed my ponytail. “The pandemic rushed things along but I’m finally making my Climax Control debut this Sunday.”
“I’ve got it set to record over here.” Maki nodded with a grin which I returned, encase your wondering about her calling me Charlotte, well I’m really only comfortable with people who I’m really close too calling me that and so far no one in the wrestling business has my trust that high, not even my fellow Go Gym grads, how close was I too Maki you may ask?
We dated., in fact she’s the one I lost my virginity too (when we were on the Cruise Ship for Summer XXXTReme III) and things got pretty serious after a while, however when I made the decision to move to the states we had to break it off, she was originally going to move with me but she got laid off at her job and had to focus on getting a new job, she was going to finally move to America this year but, well, take a wild guess as to what put a stop to that!
“I can’t wait to watch you wrestle on International TV at last.” Maki added and I nodded with a grin on my face. “So, have you found someone new yet? I know you’ve been hanging around that Ari chick.”
“Yeah, I have been hanging around her, no, I’m not dating her.” I responded as I shook my head. “For one thing, I’m pretty sure she’s straight even if her bestie is about as camp as they come, the other thing is that well, she just turned twenty, you know I prefer dating people who are my age or older.”
“Well, if you did start dating her, you’d at least get a chance to teach her how to cook.” Maki responded and I shook my head with a chuckle. “I am subscribed to her YouTube channel.”
“Recipe 4 Disaster, right? How that thing got a thousand subscribers that quickly, I’ll never know.” I commented dryly as I leaned back. “Ari is a unique case, she can cook, she works for the Gold Coast Casino as a prep cook for fuck’s sake, but her recipe ideas are, unique, and that’s me being polite.”
“From what I’ve seen, they’re “unique” enough to make Heston Blumenthal’s head spin!” Maki deadpanned before I heard a knock at the door. “Expecting guests?”
“Not really, I know things have eased up in America regarding lockdowns and shit, but I don’t really know enough people in the Vegas area to get many visitors.” I commented before turning to Maki. “I’ll call you back later babe, don’t want to keep the guest waiting.”
“Sure, just one last thing.” Maki responded and I glanced over at her. “I know we officially broke it off when you moved to America, but I don’t mind if you find someone new, be a guy or a woman.”
“Yeah well, I kinda gave up on dating someone in the wrestling scene.” I responded as I shook my head. “Most of the gay or bi women are dating/married too other female wrestlers and the guys are either already banging female wrestlers, are gay or insecure about dating someone with muscles.”
“In that business? That’s surprising!” Maki deadpanned and I shrugged in response as I was only giving my personal experience. “Talk to you late babe.”
“Later.” I responded before we ended the video call, I made my way downstairs and grabbed my mask from the coat hanger, once it was on, I finally answered the door.
There’s a list of people I expect to see at my door, one of my trainers is not on that list! “Hi Charlotte.” Gabriel greeted me and once my surprise wore off, I grinned under my mask, and yes, Gabriel and Odette can call me by my birthname, they are my trainers after all! “May I come in?”
“Sure, come in!” I responded before stepping aside to let Gabriel in. “Sorry I don’t have any tea or coffee don’t really drink the stuff and I don’t usually get guests over.”
“I won’t be here too long, don’t worry about that.” Gabriel assured me before he sat down in the living room and I sat down opposite him. “So, you’re making your Climax Control debut on Sunday.”
“Had a feeling that was what this was about.” I commented as I made myself comfy. “It just felt like the right time to sign that contract, I had been spinning my wheels in SCU since I ended my rivalry with Veronica and well. I didn’t want to leave Ari and Carter along in SCU either so I’m pulling double duty.”
“Let’s hope it works out for you like it did for O’Malley.” Gabriel nodded in response and I quickly nodded in agreement, as a person I can’t stand O’Malley, but I will admit he is one of the most successful Go Gym graduates in SCW. “And you’re not starting off easy either.”
“Since when have I ever done things easy?” I asked rhetorically before leaning back. “I could’ve easily had my debut against either of the Metal Maniacs or Apple Coren but no, I made it clear in my debut segment that I was in SCW to fight the best of the best and they gave me Andrea, a former World Bombshell Champ and one of the fastest rising stars of recent times, who also happens to be coming off a loss to Crystal Rose at High Stakes X.”
“If I were you, I’d watch yourself out there.” Gabriel advised me with a serious look on his face. “Andrea will be looking to avenge that loss and she’ll be angry from that loss given everything she said about Crystal in the weeks leading up to High Stakes X, she likely views you as someone to take her frustration out on.”
“And if she was facing Ari or someone else who is still in their rookie year, maybe she’d have a point.” I pointed out as I shook my head. “But I’m not some raw rookie she can beat up for a few minutes and get an easy win, from next July I’ll be a five year veteran of this sport and I’ve wrestled all over the world, if she’s underestimating me then she’s in for a rude awakening.”
“And you’d be wise to not underestimate Andrea either.” Gabriel nodded in agreement before the tone shifted a bit. “So, have you decided how your signing off your first promo?”
“Still working on it, “Bringing them down with the Down Under Thunderbomb” worked in SCU just fine but I feel like I need something new now that I’m on the main roster.” I explained as I shook my head. “I did consider “Hungry Like the Wolfe” but Team Go groaned at the pun so that’s out.”
“I’m sure you’ll think of something.” Gabriel nodded as he leaned forward. “If you want, we can bounce some ideas off each other.”
“Sure, my next stream isn’t scheduled until later anyway.” I responded with a nod and before long we were bouncing ideas off each other, however we still didn’t have a clear idea by the time Gabriel left.

Gabriel left hours ago but I still have a couple of hours before my next stream, so I figured, screw it, let’s get my promo done.
“So, the cat’s out of the bag, I’m the latest Bombshell to sign with SCW! This, for me, has been years in the making and it’s like I said last night on Climax Control, I came to SCW/SCU to fight the best of the best and do the Go Gym proud, well, the bosses granted me my wish because this week on Climax Control I’m making my main roster debut against Andrea Hernandez in the second match of the night,”
I said before shaking my head.
“Stop me if you’ve heard this before, big bad bitch suffers embarrassing loss at a big event and threatens to bring hell on the rest of the women’s division, I’ve seen it before Andrea and it’s nothing new, only difference this, this is the first time I’ve seen it in a major company from a former World Bombshell Champion who I happen to be facing in my debut match, and don’t think I haven’t seen your tweets about this match either.”
Yep, I’m bringing that up, alongside my phone.
“And I quote, “You poor fools in @SCWrestling1 leading an innocent lamb to the slaughter…….. lol”, “There’s going to be a whole lot of hell next Sunday…...” and last but not certainly least, “Being booked against that type of opponent is pretty insulting.”, so Andrea. What exactly is so insulting about being booked against me, someone who plied their trade in SCU for a few months before getting a shot at the big time? Someone who was trained by Gabriel and Odette Stevens, maybe you’ve heard of some of their other students? Does the name Fenris ring a bell? Or do you find it insulting that your being asked to build yourself back up after a loss?”
I bet it’s the last one.
“Andrea, this Sunday you’ll be learning the hard way why it was a bad idea to underestimate me in the first place, oh sure, you’re a former World Bombshell Champion and sure, you fought a war against Christina Rose at High Stakes X, I was backstage for that match so don’t think I’m coming into this completely blind! But how long did that reign last? One defence? And against my fellow Go Gym grad from Down Under Evie Jordan no less! And as for that war, how did it end again?”
I got the match up on the TV and fast forwarded it to the end.
“That’s right, you said “I Quit”, now granted most people would prefer to not get stabbed with a screwdriver but after everything you did to Christina heading into High Stakes you lost the match? Not only did you lose, but you also did what Jessie couldn’t one year ago, you brought out Christina’s aggressive side and yes, I am comparing you negatively to Jessie Salco because at least she won her feud against Christina! Wallow in that fact for as long as you want Andrea, I know what you’re capable off, I have a pretty good idea off your mindset heading into this match and more importantly, your about to be embarrassed again! This time by beaten by the newest Bombshell on the roster!”
And with that I decided to wrap things up.
“You haven’t been in SCW as long as some of the other roster members Andrea so you gotta remember what it was like to be in my shoes, freshly signed contract, debut match booked, your date with destiny set in stone, for most people this would be daunting enough without facing a former World Bombshell Champion in your debut match but that is the situation I find myself in this Sunday at Climax Control but you know what they say, pressure can bring out the best in people! Underestimate me at your own peril Andrea, otherwise you’ll be brought down by the “Down Under Thunderbomb” courtesy of “Down Under Thunder” Krystal Wolfe!”
I went off to get everything set up for my stream as the scene fades.
