Tuesday.

{We open staring at the white door. There’s a knock on it and the figure of Keira Fisher-Johnson walks into frame. She opens the door to find Roxi there, smiling broadly as she has her bags on her shoulders.}

Keira – Welcome home.

Roxi – Hey!

{Keira kisses Roxi on the cheek as Roxi get in the door and looks around.}

Roxi – Anything happen while I was away?

Keira – Nothing I couldn’t handle.

Roxi – That’s good.

{Roxi enters the bedroom and sets her bags down, she turns back and heads to the living room area, and Keira is there behind her with a plate of cupcakes.}

Keira – I made these just for you. Chocolate cupcakes.

Roxi – You know how to get me don’t you?

Keira – It’s a gift.

{Roxi takes a cupcake and begins eats it. As she swallows the last bit, she eyes the plate suspiciously.}

Keira – What?

Roxi – You didn’t just drug me again, did you?

Keira – No. Silly. I told you I’d never do that again. All the itches are out now. No more experimental drugging’s.

Roxi – …If you say so…

Keira – I promise! Look. I’ll eat one.

{Keira sets the plate down and eats a cupcake.}

Keira – See? Nothing!

Roxi – Alright, alright, I believe you.

Keira – Now, the real question is, how are you feeling?

Roxi – Like a million bucks. I don’t’ know what that stuff was last week, But I think my body has re-adjusted. No adverse pain from the last two nights, so I think I’m back to normal now.

Keira – Are you sure?

Roxi – Keira, I’m fine. I’m not hunched over in pain, I’m not moaning and groaning, I feel good.

{Keira gets sly grin on her face.}

Keira – Oh, if you wanted to moan, I can arrange that.

Roxi – I married a pervert.

Keira – Look who’s talking! You’re more perverted than I am!

Roxi – I am not. I keep our private life, private. You’ve been trying to arrange three and foursomes!

Keira – Only because I know you secretly want one.

Roxi – *Sigh* No, I’m quite alright with just you.

{Roxi and Keira snuggle on the couch, leaning back with Keira resting her head on Roxi’s shoulder.}

Roxi – It’s good to be home.

Keira – Or, what’s home now I guess.

Roxi – Yeah, don’t remind me.

Keira – Roxi, can you tell me something?

Roxi – What’s that?

Keira – What are we going to do about… you know…

{Roxi straightens up, and sighs heavily, she throws her arm around Keira.}

Roxi – I don’t know Keira. I don’t like this waiting game either. She’s not going to go away until she’s dealt with.

Keira – So we just sit here?

Roxi – Well, there’s other things we can do …

{Keira gives Roxi a knowing grin.}

Keira – ooh….

Roxi – But, let me put some of these clothes away first.

{Roxi gets up and walks into the bedroom. Once she is out of Keira’s sight, she instantly braces against the wall, having been hiding the pain for some time. She begins groaning in pain, finally collapsing on the floor, curling into the fetal position. Keira hears the loud thump and assumes its Roxi’s bag, leaving Roxi to writhe in pain on the ground for a few moments. Finally the pain has become unbearable, and Roxi’s body finally gives out, leading her to black out on the ground. Keira begins walking towards the bedroom, not hearing any sounds, she assumes Roxi is finished.}

Keira – That was fast I –

{Keira stops dead in her tracks and brings bends down to check on Roxi.}

Keira – Roxi? Get up! Please get up!

{Roxi doesn’t respond to anything, finally leading Keira to grab her wrist communicator.}

Keira – Vision! Vision!

Vision – What’s going on Keira? Is everything okay?

Keira – No! Roxi’s…. She’s… she’s hurt.

Vision – Okay, don’t panic. What exactly is wrong with her?

Keira – I… I don’t know! Lately she’s been in a lot of pain. Something is very, very wrong with her!

Vision – Okay, you’re going to have to bring her to us. We’ll have the medical team ready for her.

Keira – Okay. I’m on the way now.

{Keira quickly puts on her sash and changes into her costume, and she picks up Roxi’s lifeless body and carries her to the express elevator.}

Keira – Hang on baby. Please hang on.

{Inside the Guild HQ, Keira carries Roxi to the medical bay. She is placed on a stretcher and rolled away. Keira goes with them, but has to stop as the medical team holds her back as they rush Roxi into a room. A time lapse happens where Keira sits outside the medical bay waiting. A staffer comes out of the room.}

Keira – What happened? Is she okay?

Staffer – Take it easy. She’s stabilized.

Keira – What happened to her?

Staffer – Her physical and mental stress levels were through the roof. She was exhausted, and that’s not healthy for anyone. I’m amazed she lasted as long as she did. For now, she’s resting, but we’re going to have to keep her away from a lot of external stimuli until we can bring her levels back to normal permanently.

Keira – But the pain she was in…

Staffer – The stress is the most likely cause of that. The physical stress just wore her down over time. She’ll make a full recovery, it’ll just take some time.

Keira – It can’t be just stress! She was in too much pain for this to just be stress!

Staffer – We’re going to look into it. But now, it’s best to let her rest.

Keira – When can I see her?

Staffer – Morning.

Keira – You sure she’s going to be okay?

Staffer – Yes.

{The staffer re-opens the door the medical bay, as Keira gets up to leave.}

Staffer – You did the right thing getting her here.

Keira – Yeah.

{Time passes as Keira sits alone back in her apartment, she opens up the laptop, and Vision pops up on the screen.}

Vision – Hey Keira, how you holding up?

Keira – I wish I knew what was going on.

Vision – Roxi’s fine. She just needed rest.

Keira – Vision, I know her. Maybe better than you do. But there’s a lot more to this than stress, or fatigue or whatever. I don’t care what the Doctor’s say, she’s in trouble.

Vision – They haven’t found anything other than the stress and fatigue. She’s been running hard for a long time Keira, and I don’t think she’s allowed herself to relax for one second, even with all of us behind her. She’s very good at putting on a face, but she’s always worried about something.

Keira – But she couldn’t have always been like this…

Vision – No, in fact, for a long time, she was carefree, reckless, and out and out stupid sometimes. She’s been through a lot, I think now, it’s finally starting to wear on her. She’s become overly protective. Protective of the people around her. She hasn’t always been good at it.

Keira – What do you mean?

Vision – Well, there was Andrea, She was Roxi’s partner before you. She got chosen for a special assignment, and even though she’s still alive, Roxi was really attached to Andrea. So, in a sense, Roxi felt like she lost her.

Keira – What about… someone named… Claire. Roxi mentioned her before, but she doesn’t want to talk about her. What happened?

Vision – I… It’s not my place to tell you about Claire.

Keira – Vision, please! I’m beginning to think there’s a connection between what Roxi is going through, and this Claire person. I need to know!

Vision – How can that be? Claire is…forget it.

Keira – Come on! I’m begging you! Tell me about Claire!

Vision – Roxi would kill me. I can’t talk about it Keira. I wish I could, but it wasn’t easy for Roxi to get over. She almost drove herself insane because of it. I can’t, okay? I just can’t.

Keira – I… I’m sorry Vision, It’s just so frustrating to feel like I’m missing a big piece of why Roxi had this happen to her.

Vision – I know, but perhaps she’ll tell you, perhaps not. But I just can’t betray her trust like that.

Keira – I understand, but now I think more than ever, she needs to tell me.

Vision – Good luck with that.

Keira – Good night Vision.

{Keira powers down the feed, and sighs, holding her head in her hands. Keira then using the computer and begins a search look for Claire’s name in the city’s newspapers and whatnot. But only having the name “Claire” to go on, thousands of entries come up. Keira starts to search them, but soon dozes off.}

{We open back up the next day, where Keira comes and visits Roxi in the medical bay. Roxi still looks worn out and fatigued, but still smiles when Keira enters the room.}

Keira – Feeling any better?

Roxi – I feel great.

Keira – You’re a bad liar.

Roxi – You didn’t have to do this.

Keira – Roxi, you were unconscious on the floor! What was I supposed to do?! I thought you could have been in serious trouble.

Roxi –I told you I was okay. Now we’re taking up space in the medical bay when people need it.

{Keira grows more annoyed at Roxi as she sits down beside her.}

Keira – Okay, listen to me! You have been in constant pain since we came back. Especially since you checked out the apartment’s ashes. You’ve been avoiding this long enough! It’s time you started to actually think about your own health for one single damn minute! You’re making yourself stressed worried about everyone else!

Roxi – That’s my job Keira. That’s our job!

Keira – And look where it’s gotten you! The doctors said your stress levels were through the roof! Even if they let you go today, I’m not letting you do anything tonight! You are going straight to bed, and I’ll handle the patrol. Even if I have to tie you to it!

Roxi – I said I was okay, Keira.

Keira – Yeah, you say that all the time, but I know for a fact you’re not “Okay”. “Okay” people don’t fall unconscious on the floor. “Okay” people don’t hide their pain from everyone. You can fool everyone else, Roxi, but not me. Don’t play games with me anymore! I thought you told me no more secrets? Why are you hiding things from me?!

{Roxi falls silent after Keira’s outburst. She sighs and closes her eyes for a few seconds, breathing slowly. She finally looks at her wife.}

Roxi – I… I’m sorry Keira. I really am. I didn’t want things to go this way. But there’s so much going on, and I can’t sit idle while other people fight the battles for me. I won’t. I have to be there to serve as a positive influence on everyone. Because what they go through, the people out there, sometimes positivity is all they have. And I don’t want you to worry about me. If I have to crawl to be there for you, I will crawl. You mean too much to me, for me to let you down.

Keira – You’re not letting me down, you’re scaring me. I can’t lose you. You brought me back from the edge. But you’re not doing me, or anyone else any good by being here all stressed out.

Roxi – I’m sorry Keira. When I get out of here….

Keira – No. You need to help me, help you. I need you to tell me something.

Roxi – What?

Keira – Tell me about Claire.

{Roxi is taken aback by the request, she pauses and her eyes wander around the room looking for something that isn’t there. Her eyes finally come back to Keira’s.}

Roxi – I …

{Just then, one of the Doctors comes into the room.}

Doctor – Oh. I’m sorry. But, we’re going to need Roxi for a little while.

Keira – What for?

Doctor – Just some tests. If she passes, then we’ll let her go home.

{Keira stands up and walks towards the door.}

Keira – Don’t take too long. She’s got a lot to do later.

{Keira looks back at Roxi and then turns and walks out the door.}

Doctor – Is she going to be okay?

Roxi – I hope so. You’re a life saver, you know that Doc?

Doctor – Well, I do what I can, but I actually have some questions for you regarding your medical well-being.

Roxi – Okay…

Doctor – Have you… had any…foreign substances put in your body?

Roxi – What kind of “Foreign” substances are we talking about Doc? Like steroids?

Doctor – You’re blood contains particles of the extra-cellular matrix found in fetuses and pig bladders.

Roxi – Oh yeah. Dr. Birkin helped me with that! It’s pretty much a healing factor.

Doctor – Right. The last time we had your blood sample, the particles were much, much larger. Now they’re practically non-existent.

Roxi – What are you saying?

Doctor – Those particles have been serving as a barrier between you and most of the pain. But that pain has been building up over time, all of your injuries and wounds have added up. Now, that barrier is breaking down. And the pain is coming over the walls, so to speak.

Roxi – So how long is that going to last?

Doctor – It won’t be long until the barrier is completely gone. And then you’ll be normal again.

Roxi – Well, I started normal, I can end that way too.

Doctor – That would be great if it were that simple.

Roxi – Of course it’s not.

Doctor – That barrier is taking some of your bone density with it. You’ll be a lot more susceptible to permanent injury if it’s not fixed.

Roxi – You can’t take me out of the game, there’s still so much to do!

Doctor – I can’t force you to get treatment, only recommend it. Then, within say 6 months to a year, you’ll be back to normal.

Roxi – I can’t be out that long!

Doctor – Look, we’re going to run more tests, and maybe we can find another way, but right now, that’s the best option you have.

Roxi – How long can I go without the treatment?

Doctor – I’m amazed you’re still going now. You should not put this off any longer.

Roxi – I can’t Doc, not now.

Doctor – I was afraid you’d say that. Well, we’d best get to these tests, see if there is something else we can do…

Roxi – Good, and Doc…

Doctor – Yes?

Roxi – Don’t tell her about this…

Doctor – I…won’t.

Roxi – Good, because I want to.

{The test have now concluded. Roxi sits in her room, and the doctor walks back in.}

Roxi – So… do I get a clean bill of health?

Doctor – Actually, no.

{Roxi gives him a confused look.}

Roxi – Okay… Give it to me straight Doc, how long have I got?

Doctor – It’s not quite that bad, we don’t think. But in all seriousness though, we discovered, something else.

Roxi – Something else?

Doctor – There is an unusually high hormone count for a normal female. And it seems to be growing.

Roxi – Well, don’t women reach their sexual prime in their ‘30’s?

Doctor – Yes, but even right now, you have double that amount. And, it seems to be growing.

Roxi – That’s not good. Keira did drug me with some kind of hormone thing.

Doctor – Yes, we know.

Roxi – You do?

Doctor – Yes, we were among the recipients of a picture.

Roxi – Oh… Oh wow, I’m so sorry about that.

Doctor – But, that drug has run through your system, whatever’s doing this to you has the similar properties, but it’s quite the same.

Roxi – Hmmm… I’ll have to talk to Keira about that.

Doctor – Other than that, you seem to be okay. Just, take it easy until you can get some time off from wrestling to heal.

Roxi – I can’t do that Doc, I have to be out there.

Doctor – You’re putting yourself at great risk by wrestling and working with us. You can’t keep burning the candle at both ends.

Roxi – That’s for the advice Doc, but I can’t stop right now. There’s things going down, and I have to be there.

{Roxi pats the Doctor on the shoulder and walks past him and out of the room. She exits the medical bay, and finds Keira waiting for her.}

Roxi – Ready?

Keira – Are they letting you leave?

Roxi – Yes. I can go home.

Keira – And you’re okay?

Roxi – Actually, we can talk about that when we get home, because there’s much to discuss.

Keira – You’re telling me…

It was probably the most uncomfortable trip I’ve ever taken going back with Keira. We didn’t speak, and the tension was off the charts. I was making her angry trying to protect her. She was making me angry by asking too many questions. But maybe we’re both wrong. We just trying to help one another, and maybe, just maybe, we don’t want to admit we need the help.

We were going to have to learn to trust one another completely.

{We’re back in the apartment, and Keira sits down on the couch, folding her arms and giving Roxi a stern stare.}

Keira – Well, let’s talk.

Roxi – Can it wait?

Keira – You keep making me wait. I don’t like to wait when it comes to things like this.

Roxi – Look, there’s a lot of questions. We BOTH have some, but I don’t want to fight with you right now.

Keira – We’re not fighting, you’re being evasive. And what questions could you possibly have?

Roxi – We need to talk about drugging me again.

{Keira rolls her eyes in disgust.}

Keira – I didn’t drug you. Okay, maybe I did that one time, but I haven’t before or since. One time. That’s it.

Roxi – You sure?

Keira – Yes. Why?

Roxi – Okay then… the doctor told me that I have an unusually high hormone count, and it seems to be growing. Do you know anything about this?

Keira – No. Why would I?

Roxi – Because whatever you drugged me with, had similar properties to what’s causing this now. So, if you know anything, you’d better tell me.

Keira – All I did, was try to loosen you up a little. I accidentally mixed some of Sin’s energy in there. That’s why you were out of control for a little while. But that’s all.

Roxi – So, is there anything similar to Sin’s energy that you know of?

Keira – No. But then again, when I was Sin, there’s no telling what happened, I had no control over her then.

{Roxi begins pacing.}

Roxi – So Sin could have done something to me…

Keira – She could have, but I don’t’ know what.

Roxi – Great. Just great.

Keira – Now you going to answer my questions?

Roxi – Fine.

Keira – What’s really wrong with you?

{Roxi stops pacing and looks at Keira}

Roxi – *Sigh* Look, before I met you, okay, I was normal. No powers, nothing. But I took a shot of a serum that gave me a healing factor. And I was fine since then. I could heal from any injury within reason.

Keira – Sounds very useful. So what’s wrong?

Roxi – That serum bonded with my body, and it’s starting to wear off. And since the serum acted as a wall from too much pain. Now, the pain has built up, and the wall is coming down. And all the pain is rushing to me.

Keira – So, is there a way to fix it?

Roxi – Not without having a go away for a long time. And I can’t do that now.

Keira – Why not?

Roxi – Because there’s a crazy woman trying to kill us, remember? And there’s all these other fights going on. I have to be there.

Keira – So… can’t you get more of the serum?

Roxi – Doctor Birkin, the man who made it for me, has gone into hiding since the last time I saw him. He’s off the grid.

Keira – What happened the last time?

Roxi – A lot.

Keira – Does…that have something to do with…Claire?

Roxi – *Sigh* Yeah.

Keira – What happened? Who is Claire? Why won’t you tell me about her?

Roxi – Because I don’t want to relive the pain.

Keira – You said no more secrets.

Roxi – This one, I can’t tell you about.

Keira – I want to help you…

{Roxi begins walking away towards the bedroom.}

Roxi – Then stop asking about it!

{Roxi slams the door to the bedroom and begins changing into her costume.}

Keira – Roxi, open the door. Please! I’m sorry!

{Keira leans against the door trying to reason with Roxi.}

Keira – Roxi, I’m just trying to figure this out… We can talk about this…

{Keira leans into the door, and hears nothing. She opens the door, and Roxi is no longer in the room, but the window is open.}

Keira – Dammit.

It’s just a secret, but really, it’s not. It’s a painful memory of my failure. A failure I don’t intend to repeat. Not now, not ever again. I let too many people down in the past, and the only way I know to make up for it, is to put out more effort.

To be better.

Because I have to be.

{Roxi walks alone on the roof of a building far away from the apartment. She stares at it off in the distance. She begins walking towards the edge, before sitting down and moping. But there’s rustling behind her.}

Roxi – I can hear you Keira. Go away.

{Roxi turns towards the noise, but it’s not Keira…}

”Lady Bedlam” – Problems at home?

Roxi – Shut up.

”Lady Bedlam” – That’s rude. I don’t even get a hello anymore…

Roxi – I said shut up. You finally ready to settle this?

”Lady Bedlam” – Sort of. First, I need to test you.

Roxi – Test me?

”Lady Bedlam” – I’m going to do the cliché thing here, and send my men in, while I stand around and watch. I feel like we’re missing that part.

Roxi – I’ll take your goons out, and then I will take you out.

”Lady Bedlam” – I’m counting on it.

{The imposters military style thugs quickly emerge and surround Roxi with a wave of her hand.}

”Lady Bedlam” – Did you see that? That was so cool! I just did a hand wave thing and poof, they hit their marks perfectly.

Roxi – Whatever. Let’s get this over with.

”Lady Bedlam” – Gladly.

{The 4 men ready themselves as Roxi gets into a fighting stance. The first charges, Roxi throws a kick, which is blocked, then Roxi blocks a strike. Roxi sways and throws a punch, but it’s swatted away, but she connects with a kick to the stomach, then an elbow to the nose, causing him to stumble back and fall. The second man dives in, Roxi takes out her staff and blocks a few attacks, but cannot land a blow herself. Then the third seemingly comes from nowhere with an aerial attack, but Roxi uses her staff to hit him in mid-air and fling him to the ground. However, the momentary distraction is enough for the original man to get up and shoulder Roxi from behind, putting her on the ground, and in a lot of pain. Fighting it off, Roxi gets back up, and uses her staff to block the first two as they attack together. But Roxi is backed up into the fourth man, who has a taser at the ready. Jamming it into her back, it goes off. Roxi screams out in pain as she collapses to the ground. She struggles to breathe, as the taser hits her again. The men then stomp and kick her while she’s down, putting a pretty bad beating on her. They stop momentarily as the imposter looks on.}

”Lady Bedlam” – That has got to hurt. Good thing you can heal.

Roxi – How…

”Lady Bedlam” – Do I know? I know all about you. Okay boys, make sure she gets a proper work out.

{The beating resumes as Roxi is beaten and bloody. Then, like a flash, there are energy blasts that knock the four men down, and off of Roxi.}

Keira – Get away from her. NOW!

{The 4 men ready themselves to fight Keira as well.}

”Lady Bedlam” – Whoa, whoa. Boys, another time we’ll teach Blondie a lesson, our job is done. You’re not ready for me yet Rox, You failed. C’mon boys.

{The 4 men and the imposter drop off the roof, out of sight. Keira rushes to Roxi’s aide.}

Keira – Come on. I’ve got you.

Roxi – T…T… Than…Thank you…

{Keira carries Roxi as she passes out in her arm, headed back to the Medical wing.}

Thursday.

{Roxi lays in the medical bay, heavily bandaged, but breathing. Keira holds her hand.}

Keira – Please…Roxi, you need to get through this. I’ll do anything. I –

{Keira stops and looks down at her sash, her eyes dart around, and she then sighs heavily, before standing up and removing the Sash. Placing it on the table.}

Keira – I never wanted to do this again, but I guess I have to.

{She stares down at the Sash.}

Keira – I know you can hear me. I know you hate this world for it's sinners. I know you've been growing in power in that sash... but I can't lose my Roxi. She means the world to me.

{Keira peers back over to Roxi, before turning back.}

Keira –Please Sin. Save my Roxi...we need to...to...reunite

{As Keira says the words, Roxi’s eyes open slightly, She looks over as sees what’s happening. She can only watch as the Aura engulfs Keira’s body. Keira begins to scream as her hair changes color and falls over. Roxi is too weak to do anything as the brilliant lights eventually goes out.}

Roxi – Keira… Don’t…Sin…

Keira – There is no…

{Roxi's eyes widen, knowing what was coming...or so she thought}

Keira – There is no Sin.

{Keira turns to her and smiles.}

Keira – There is no Sin. Only Keira. But I had to. For you…

{Keira places her hand on Roxi’s body, and it jolts like lightning was shot through it. Roxi flops back on the bed, and get up, her hand over her heart.}

Roxi – What….What did you do?

Keira – I gave you your healing back. You should never lose it again.

Roxi – How did you…

Keira – Shh… Just relax. Everything is going to be okay.

{Roxi tries to protest, but Keira places her finger over Roxi’s lips, and then pulls her in for a kiss, and turns to pick up her sash, and she leaves.}

And…color me confused.

{Roxi is waiting for Keira as Keira returns to the medical bay.}

Roxi – I think we need to talk some more.

Keira – I know. But did they check you out?

Roxi – Yeah, just…like you said last night, I’m all healed. And it’s better than ever. I don’t know what to say…

Keira – You don’t have to say anything. Just understand that you don’t have to face this stuff alone. I’ll be right beside you.

Roxi – I know that now. You saved me, three times this week. I guess I owe you.

Keira – Owe me what?

Roxi – Maybe something special tonight.

Keira – What did you have in mind?

Roxi – We’re going to get all this stuff settled. Tonight.

Keira – Okay…

{Roxi throws her arm around Keira, and the two walk off.}

I don’t know how she did it, or what she actually did, but all the tests came back as passing with flying colors. I’m back to being able to heal properly again! But I know it comes at a cost, and I’m not happy about that part of it.

But she saved my life.

So I’ll forgive her.

{Back home, Roxi sits Keira down on the couch.}

Roxi – Okay, I’m not sure exactly what you did, but I’m going to need answers.

Keira – You were dying Roxi, I had no choice.

Roxi – You put Sin BACK in your body! The whole reason we took it out was so she didn’t come back!

Keira – It was necessary. It allowed me to heal you permanently. And most of the bad energy was taken out, so I’m able to control it a lot easier.

Roxi – I’m not comfortable with this. I’m really thankful you got me back to normal, but seriously, Sin can’t come back. We don’t need her at a time like this!

Keira – Just relax. I got it under control. Sin’s power and knowledge of you helped me save you.

Roxi – What knowledge?

{Keira’s rubs the back of her head and looks around the room.}

Keira – Yeah… about that…

Roxi – Keira….

Keira – When I was Sin, I kind of put… Sin’s offspring, into you.

Roxi – Excuse me?!

Keira – Yeah, that would explain why your hormone count is so high, the “lust” entity is inside you. It also would explain the similarities to Sin when they took her out of me.

Roxi – What?! I can’t have that! I have to get it removed.

Keira –If you do that, we’re back at square one again.

Roxi – What is lust doing inside me?

Keira – Well, it’s lying dormant for now. You have a lot more control then I do, so you’ve been able to keep it in check. As long as you don’t lose that control, nothing should happen.

Roxi – What do you mean…should?

Keira – Well, there might be some flare up, but nothing too crazy.

Roxi – I’m not going to have this inside me Keira. I never asked for it. I don’t want it.

Keira – I know, it’s something that kind of happened.

Roxi – So now, we both have crazy things inside our bodies.

{Roxi turns away and places her hands on her hips in frustration. Keira stands up from the couch and puts her arm around Roxi.}

Keira – We’ll get through this. We’ve got each other.

Roxi – I know.

Keira – Now, you said something about a surprise tonight?

{Roxi turns to Keira and smiles.}

Roxi – I did. Sit right there. I’ll be right back.

{Keira sits on the couch as Roxi walks into the bedroom, and turns up her ipod player, and comes back out to the familiar tune.}

Roxi – (Singing) They say we're young and we don't know
We won't find out until we grow

{Keira instantly joins in.}

Keira – (Singing) Well I don't know if all that's true
'Cause you got me, and baby I got you

Both – Babe
I got you babe!
I got you babe!

{Keira throws her arm around Roxi as they sway to the music together, and then kiss as the song continues. We fade out.}

So, after all that, we’re back in the saddle, ready to fight again. I guess it’s a bit of a rejuvenation isn’t it? I’m feeling good, I’m happy, and I’m motivated. Because this week, the fight against the mean girls continues.

This week, it’s Liz Smalls and Veronica.

The infamous Liz Smalls I guess would be more correct. Though I’m not sure why. Liz seems like just a ditz who has a bad habit of running her mouth a lot. But, she’s still a teenager, so I’m not surprised by that. I am surprised by just how many people simply hate your guts Liz. I mean, people really, really despise you, and I'm not really sure why. You're a kid. Kids make mistakes, I get that, that's not really a reason to be up in arms over what you do. I guess I'm just more forgiving than anyone else.

No, I don't hate you Liz. I really want you to know, that...despite people thinking you're a miserable human being, I don't hate you. Now, Let's not mistake kindness for weakness here. Simply because I don't hate you, doesn't mean I approve of the things you say and do. I don't approve of you running around with girls who act your age when they're supposed to be adults. I don't approve of insulting people outside of this format I'm using right here and now. But that's what you've chosen to do. Inside the ring, inside this world, you can call me every name in the book. You can run my name through the mud, not that your friends haven't done that enough already, but yeah, go for it, the spirit of competition and all that. I get it.

I'm sure you've got some cooked up just for me. Stuff about comic books and superheroes, and being basic and that schtick you do, I'm cool with that. Parrot what Delia said or come with something cool. That's the time and place for those type of things. But outside the ring, that's another story. There is no call for some of the things you say, and some of the things you imply. You have little room to cast judgement on anyone, from what I understand about your past. I won't dig into it for a cheap shot, in fact, I applaud you for overcoming what you've overcome. I applaud you for being a world champion. I applaud you for beating Equinox a few days ago. I by no means am going to underestimate you when it comes to our match on Sunday.

You are one heck of a wrestler inside the ring.

But outside of it, you're not.

And those you've chosen to hang around with set a bad example for you, and people like you. You've chosen to run with a crowd that's going to get you in even more hot water. You're on the team that's going to lose this war Liz. People say you're stupid and a lot worse, but it looks like you don't really do much to sway people from that opinion. I notice these things.

But that doesn't mean I think you're dumb or anything. But you do have a lot to learn. I can and will serve as a teacher come Sunday, I will school you in the ring, world champion or not, you are stepping into the ring with me, and I don't roll over for anybody, championship around their waist or not. Everyone who has ever faced me has had that little notion of doubt. That little though creeps in, and they know they are in for a long night, win or lose. I don't give ground Liz, you have to EARN every single inch. I know Delia has probably told you what you think you need to beat me, and Veronica will be there cheering you on, and that may fill you with even more arrogant resolve, but rest assured, I'm popped many of bubbles in my career, and made more than my fair share have a different outlook when it comes to me.

But even after I beat you in this match Liz, I'm not going to hate you, I won't even rub it in, You'll just be another person I get through, and another tally in my "W" column. Nothing more. Now, if Veronica sticks her nose into this match, as I know she will, or at least make an attempt, I will deal with Veronica the same way I deal with you. Like a parent, disciplining an unruly child. I'm going to put an end to the silliness of Liz Smalls being a person no one seems to be able to touch without a baseball bat. I will beat you soundly in the ring Liz, it's just the way it is. I'm better than ever now. No retreat, no surrender. You're dealing with someone who is going to bound and determined to put an end to your little group trying to run the show. Vixen and Misty already came up big last week, and I'm going to continue the trend against you.

Then you can go shill your nail polish and all that stuff, and still be a mean girl if you want, just with the knowledge that anytime you try to get one over on me, you'll actually be...
