Christmas time is here
« on: December 15, 2016, 08:19:30 PM »
Since Into The Void, the team known as Justice League has been busy trying etch their names into the history books of Sin City Wrestling. Zuri Chastain, the Masked Vigilante, has done everything within her power before this moment in time to achieve individual success but it wasn't meant to be. Every time she tried, she couldn't pull the trigger. Now she stands side by side to a woman who gives any opponent a headache. She isn't flashy like most female competitors. She doesn't rely on outside interference in order to secure victories. Belinda Warwick is SCW's version of The Beast Incarnate. Only a one woman has managed to lift her but that same woman suffered for it later.

Climax Control episode 166 saw Belinda Warwick send a clear cut message to The Female Elders that next year, Justice League will be wearing gold in 2017. Before we can get to that point in the near future, Justice League must face the Angel Clan on the final Climax Control of 2016. This challenge will not be an easy feat as Uri and Lucy have amazing team chemistry and a bond that seemingly looks to be unbreakable. In order for Justice League to stand a fighting chance against one of the premier tag teams in the bombshell tag team division, they must find away to gel like a unit.

With the holidays creeping up on the two ladies, gelling like a unit doesn't seem to be on the priority list. Belinda has been home in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada spending sometime with her sisters as the first snow of the season begins to fall. Belinda is standing in front of her living room window looking out at the white blanket covering the ground with a cup of hot cocoa in her hand. Her curly light brown hair is flowing in the soft breeze moving through the house as her younger sister Selina walks into the room still in her pajamas. "Are you just now getting up child?" asks Belinda as she uses the corner of her eye to look at Selina. Selina looks at Belinda, "Why would it matter? You ain't my momma," she answers. Belinda quietly sipped on her cup while turning around slowly.

Meanwhile Zuri is crouching on a rooftop in downtown Las Vegas. She had just gotten home after dealing with some very personal business in London and Japan. Zuri did manage to catch a few airings of Climax Control and she couldn't believe her eyes. The last thing Zuri wanted to have happen had happened. Blanca slowly crosses the rooftop as her movements are quiet enough that no one heard her. "What are you doing up here Zuri?" she asks bluntly while trying to figure out her sister's motives for allowing Belinda to return home instead of training for their upcoming match. "I'm scouting Las Vegas for potential holiday crashers," answers Zuri. The answer was extremely vague as Blanca moved closer and crouches down beside her twin sister.

"This wouldn't have anything to do with what happened in Japan or that our worst nightmare has risen from the eternal depths of hell," remarks Blanca as Zuri snaps her head around to look directly into her sister's eyes. "I will not discuss what happened in Japan. As for the other thing," Zuri says sharply before turning back towards the skyline. Blanca knew with The Mean Girls back that Justice League will be working over time to help maintain honor and integrity within the bombshell division. Zuri was disgusted that Delia would turn her back on Celeste like that and for Holly Wood still having the power as an official was another painful reminder that The Mean Girls will always be girls.

Back in Vancouver, Belinda is still standing in front of the window but is facing her baby sister Wyonna who just came home from school. This holiday season was going to be difficult one with the three sisters and two brothers having to depend on each other this time. Their mother died from breast cancer three months ago while their father was brutally murdered by his business partner. Belinda has always been the sole provider for her family ever since her deadbeat older brother had gotten himself incarcerated for aggravated assault on his ex-girlfriend. "Belly, what's it like competing in the ring?" asks Scottie as Belinda glares at him. She never liked the nickname Belly but that's what her siblings has called her most of her life.

"It's a live action workout session. Whenever I step between those ropes, whatever is on my mind before the match begins disappears and I zero on the task at hand. It's totally different than playing a video game. There is no rage quitting when a match doesn't go your way. You can't just throw down a controller because you didn't come out victorious. When you are inside the ring, you enter survival mode and the main thing you want to do is survive," answers Belinda as her siblings are listening to her speak about her excitement for wrestling. Her siblings know the seven year struggle Belinda has endured over the years. Competing in small promotions throughout the British Columbia province and even over in Europe. Belinda has done well but has yet to hold any major championships.

As Belinda continues to sip on her hot chocolate, Zuri is scaling down a building in Las Vegas as she looks to be in pursuit of a purse snatcher. Blanca is right on her heels as the two finally land on the ground. Zuri looks one way than the other while Blanca places a hand on Zuri's shoulder. "Zuri, this is ridiculous. What the hell happened in Japan that has you so fucking paranoid? You and Belinda need to be on the same page if you are going to beat The Angel Clan. Lucy and Uri are not going to be as easy to defeat like Azz n Class was which happens to be the only victory you guys have," Blanca is trying to talk some sense into her twin until she is slammed up against the solid brick wall. Zuri is seething while glaring at her twin sister.

"I told you not to ask me about Japan. As far as Belina and I being on the same page, we are on the same page. We don't have to be shoulder to shoulder every time we are slated to compete. She does have a family to provide for and I respect her for it. She knows that when its time for work and time for relaxing. I know we only have one victory to our credit but dammit we have fought extremely hard in our losses. Why should we let others get chances when we don't get any huh? Team technicolor got a title shot and they hardly work here. The Angel Clan are tough but we are tougher. I'm not going to let their success scare me off. I have been here for three years and not once have I been selected as a top female competitor. Lucy and Uri are the team to beat so Belinda and myself will have to dig down deep to pull out a miracle," says Zuri as she removes her hand from around her twin's neck. Blanca is grabbing at her throat as Zuri is walking off toward the left. Blanca stands there for three seconds before joining her sister.

Back in Vancouver, Belinda has finally taken seat on a leather footstool in front of the fireplace. A fire was just beginning to form as the room was starting to get a little warmer. "When are we getting our Christmas Tree?" asks Selina as she looks at Belinda. "I don't know Selina. Maybe this weekend after I do a few promotional events with Sin City Wrestling," answers Belinda as a look of disappointment lines Selina's face. "I wish mom was here. She would have homemade eggnog ready for us while Stevie gathered the firewood," adds Wyonna as Belinda nods her head. "I miss her too. At night, I can almost hear her tell me to keep my head up. She always told me to believe in myself and things will fall into place. She knew how to motivate someone even when she was feeling poorly. Mom would make sure we were fed, clothed and kept safe from the cold. I just hope her words of wisdom can help push Zuri and I towards the tag team belts. Zuri has worked so hard to gain some kind of footing in the company but I have made quite the impact myself. I am looking forward to facing off against The Angel Clan," says Belinda as Selina sits up from her position on the couch.

"Do you think you guys can pull off the upset victory over The Angel Clan?" questions Selina as Belinda just smiles. "I have all the confidence in the world that Zuri and I can pull off a miracle on 34th street size victory. It's going to take a lot more effort than we gave against Azz n Class. The Angel Clan are top level competitors and we must push ourselves in order to reign supreme. We are almost evenly match. Uri and I are the tallest females on the roster. Lucy and I are probably equal in the strength department but we are hungrier than they are for this opportunity. The Female Elders called us out and we won't back down from a fight. I respect The Angel Clan but this Sunday it's going to be strictly professional and all business. Lucy may be powerful but I am still stronger than her. I am the immovable object and they will get dropped hard," answers Belinda as her siblings are smiling.

"Christmastime is here and thus is the season of giving. This year, I plan on handing out beatings that rival the beatings I gave to Mercedes Vargas. The Angel Clan will have to contend with the X factor in this match. Both ladies are extremely powerful but they are both slow. I doubt they can keep with me but it will be a fun time in Las Vegas. The Gold Casino is going to be decked out for the holidays while the crowd watches Justice League ground and pound on the Angel Clan. Tis the season for beatings. Remember ladies, no one is immune for the Justice League. Crime happens on any level but know this Sunday. No one crosses Lady Justice," adds Zuri as she and Blanca are just a few blocks away from the Gold Casino.
