SCW STATEMENT RE: RE-USING PROMOS
Ladies and Gentlemen of SCW. The staff have had a testing week, this last seven days. While most of SCW has been enjoying a week away, the staff have been dealing with an issue we have never come across before.
It was brought to our attention by fans of SCW and fans from other promotions that promos from Laura Jackson, in the triple threat bombshell tag team title match, were recycled promos from past federations. SCW look down on actions like this, as it is unoriginal, uncreative and in the eyes of staff and peers alike consider this action as cheating. Therefore there will be consequences to these actions. As effective immediately, the SCW Bombshell Tag Team championships have been stripped from the Tattooed Goddesses and returned to Trish Newborn and Bianca Solderini. This match has been stricken from the records and removed from SCW records. Laura Jackson has also been warned about these actions and will be suspended if these actions continue.
We'd like to stress at this point that we do see this as an unfair punishment to Amanda Cortez, who has been unjustly punished for her partners behavor and SCW will be trying to make this up to her, but we can not allow people to get away with actions like this.
SCW has eyes all over the wrestling world, and know many people, inside and outside the wrestling business, will always see things like this. We refuse to let actions like this ruined the good name of Sin City Wrestling and tar the wrestling industry as a whole.
We hope this is the only incident we have to deal with concerning re-used promos.
