[Cookie S'Mores]

 

Narrator: When one visits Las Vegas, Nevada for the first time, you might find yourself looking about in wonderment at the bright lights, the multitude of casinos and in general the influx of the seemingly mesmerizing influence of life itself brought on by the people that call the fabled "City of Sin" their home.

On the flip side of the coin, those who call this city home are more than likely so used to the sights and attractions, that it just does not hold the same fascination for them that it does for visitors and tourists.

That is one of the goals we here at World Web Wrestling sought out when we contacted one of the special ladies of Sin City Wrestling who calls herself a Bombshell.

Cookie S'Mores is shown walking down the hall in a modestly decorated one bedroom apartment. The walls are a cream colored tone with a painting of a forest lake and a waterfall feeding it adorning the bare area of the hall.

Narrator: This is Cookie S'Mores, one of those very special Bombshells of Sin City Wrestling, and one-half of an all-female tag team combination known as the Party Girls.

Cookie is sitting on a foot cushion in her apartment, speaking into the camera.

Cookie: My name is Cookie S'Mores, and before you ask, no that isn't my real name. It's my stage name I adopted when I signed a contract with Sin City Wrestling.

Cookie is shown in the ring, scooping a female opponent up and driving her down easily with a body slam.

Cookie: I've been wrestling for less than a year. I was trained for the ring by another woman who really made a name for herself in this business, Brandi Costantino.

Narrator: Of course. A former multi-time champion. We know Brandi well.

Cookie: Brandi is an intense worker. She mainly competes in Japan now a days, which is my goal as well. But let me tell you she does not take it easy on anybody in the ring, student or pro. I'm told she's been responsible for training a few men as well, and I can believe it. She wanted anyone she took the reigns for to know what they'd be in for when they finally broke into the sport. If we couldn't handle her training, how could we handle the business itself?

Cookie is shown standing inside of a small wrestling ring with two other women and a man, each clad in wrestling attire as the female legend Brandi is demonstrating a maneuver to them with the help of another student.

Narrator: Well, you're here, so you were obviously able to stick it out.

Cookie nods.

Cookie: I was one of only three who went the distance in the class I was in. Just me, another chick and a man. I know they both found their spots in other promotions pretty fast, but Sin City Wrestling was the only promotion at the time who would hire me.

Narrator: And why is that?

Cookie chews on her bottom lip as she rolls her eyes. This topic has been addressed a number of times -- so many, in fact, she is tiring of the subject being brought up.

Cookie: Mainly because the vast majority of wrestling promotions these days want women who look the part of super models, not super hefty models. I tried applying at other promotions before I knew about SCW, and some looked at my application but nobody ever called me back. I was about to give up when out of the blue I got a call from Mark Ward. He was starting a new indy promotion in Las Vegas, which is obviously my home, and Brandi just so happened to pass one of my photos and applications along his way.

Narrator: And he obviously liked what he saw.

Cookie laughs.

Cookie: I always liked to think so, but try getting that shy man to admit to anything. mm. Tightest buns I ever felt on a man.

Narrator: You mean tightest you've ever seen on a man.

Cookie nods, eyes wide as if she got 'caught'. She looks into the camera instead of at the narrator conducting the 'interview'.

Cookie: Oh yeah, that too.

Narrator: So you got signed to a deal in SCW, and your first match was against a future Bombshell Champion.

Cookie: And you couldn't have asked for a better opponent to go up against than that woman. Raynin can kick the butts of all the women and a few of the men. It's just a good thing Mark and Christian don't allow intergender matches or else some of those boys would be in trouble.

Narrator: Including by your own hands?

Cookie: Oh my own hands have probably gotten a few of the guys here in trouble already.

Cookie laughs, as does the narrator.

Cookie is shown during a broadcast of Climax Control, practically ambushing ring announcer Justin Decent and nearly stripping him naked.

Narrator: And it wasn't long after that you found yourself in your first tag team match with Brandi. Tell us what that was like.

Cookie: Well we were put into a tag team match against Veronica Taylor and Jesse Atlas. Veronica stuck it out, I have to give her credit for that, but Jesse? She just upped and vanished. But I can tell you that Brandi and I did walk away with the win that night.

Brandi slams Jesse down and Cookie comes off the second rope with a splash for the three count.

Narrator: And since then?

Cookie: It's been nothing short of a grand time with my girl, Brandi. I don't think I could have ever asked for a better partner, especially now that Mark and Christian have sanctioned a tag team championship for the Bombshells.

Narrator: Your first round opponents won't be easy. You've drawn Rock Rose and Felony Fontana for the opening round.

Cookie shakes her head.

Cookie: No they won't be easy for us at all. I know all about Gene Banton's legacy in this business. Anybody would have to be a fool or a hermit to not have heard what the man has accomplished as a manager. He's led every one of his wrestlers to a score of titles. You know, it is a damn shame though that he doesn't wrestle himself any more. But if managing is his shtick, so be it. He's laid out all the evidence of his wrestlers's qualifications. I'm sure Rose and Felony will be no different. But while they won't be easy for Brandi and me to take down and knock out of the tournament, we aren't going to be any easier for them. Much respect to the Goldenboy and those two chicks of his, but Brandi and I are going to be moving on and the Party Girls will be the first ever Bombshell Tag Team Champions.

Narrator: Before we conclude this first edition of our story with you, could you give us some hint as to why you and Brandi are such a success together as a tag team as well as friends?

Cookie shrugs, a smile on her pretty face.

Cookie: That's simple enough. The fact is that we're both just a couple of fun loving girls who enjoy going out there, having fun, and neither of us really gives a damn what anybody thinks. We're happy to lay a pounding on a few Barbie dolls in the ring, then go out afterwards for drinks.

Narrator: And pick up a few guys on the way home?

Cookie winks.

Cookie: If they're lucky enough.

The narrator laughs.

Narrator: Well that about draws us to an end for this first of a special series into the lives of the SCW superstars and Bombshells. If we're lucky, perhaps we'll get a chance to talk to you again, or to Brandi.

They both laugh.
