(Scene fades up with Candy sitting on her couch, looking kind of sad. She was alone, the TV playing low in the background. She was hugging a pillow)

Candy: NO… NOT MARLEY!

(She grabbed the remote and turned the TV off, quickly. Her heart beating fast and tears streaming down her cheeks. Hearing her little outburst, Marcus came running in from the other room, Ruby on his hip)

Marcus: What's wrong!?

(He paused for a second)

Candy: Marley's gonna be ok… right?

(Marcus looked towards the TV and saw the DVD case for “Marley and Me” sitting there. He sighed a sigh of relief and sat next to her. Ruby hopped into her lap)

Ruby: Mommy sad? Why mommy sad?

(Candy hugged Ruby close)

Marcus: Mommy was watching a movie about a dog. And it got sad.

Ruby: No be sad, mommy. I here.

(Ruby geny grabbed her mother's face)

Ruby: I make mommy not sad. Daddy help me.

(She squirmed out of Candy's lap to the floor and ran off into the other room.)

Candy: Marley's fine? Right!

Marcus: Why are you watching this movie? I told you it was sad.

Candy: I can't finish it.

Marcus: That's ok. We can make up our own ending. Marley is fine and lives out his days happy and healthy. How's that?

(Candy sniffles)

Candy: I like it.

(Ruby stomps back in, tugging on Marcus's arm)

Ruby: DADDY! COME HELP!

Marcus: You go ahead and I'll be right there, ok?

(Ruby nodded and ran back into the other room. Marcus gave Candy a kiss on the forehead.)

Candy: Too bad I can't make up my own ending to all my recent matches.

Marcus: You've never cared about winning or losing before.

Candy: I know… it's just…

Marcus: Look, go out there against Alexandra this week and do your best.

Candy: Ok.

(A stomp was then heard as Ruby was crossing her arms and giving quite a bit of attitude towards Marcus, holding an ice cream scooper in her hand.)

Marcus: I better go help her before her real attitude comes out.

(They both chuckled as Marcus got up to go help Ruby as the scene fades)

Scene One: Good Manners are a must!


*The scene opens up inside what looked like a classroom.  Not just any classroom, but a young child's classroom. Elementary school, from the looks of it. The room was covered with educational posters, there were about 15 desks facing the teacher's desk at the front. Sitting in 3 of the front row desks were 3 people… erm, yeah let's just go with “people”... to the SCW audience. Sitting to the left, her front paws on the desk and crossed like a proper lady, was the fan favorite pomeranian herself, Fluffy. Her pink collar reflecting sparkles of light as she sat like a cute little human. On the right, the ever chaotic pomsky that was a gift from 2 of her best friends, sitting all perched, was Hero. Sitting between them, her dark brown hair pulled back in the cutest little pigtails you have ever seen, was Candy and Marcus's now 4 year old daughter, Ruby. She sat there, trying to get Fluffy and Hero to play with her as Candy walked in dressed in what can only be described as something straight out of Legally Blonde.*

Candy: Ok everyone! We have a big match this week in SCW! We are returning against some one by the name of Miss Manners. So I figured we needed a brush up on our manners!

*Little Miss Ruby every so cutely raises her hand and speaks in the most adorable voice. It's really quite precious. Is the cute factor doing anything for ya?*

Ruby: A-scuse me mommy?

Candy: Yes Miss Ruby?

Ruby: I has to go potty. Can I be a-scused?

*Candy smiled proudly and nodded as Marcus came in the room and escorted the toddler out of the room. Candy focused back on the precious pupps*

Candy: Those were very good Manners. Miss Manners would be proud. We are off to a great start.

*Everything screeched to a halt as Candy's voice was heard talking over things*

So, I bet you are wondering how we got here today. It's kind of a long story… so strap in!!!

You see I was in SCW a long time ago.  Like a REEEEEEEALLY long time ago. I held the Bombshell Roulette Title for like, 6 months. I made some AMAZING new friends. But my time in SCW came to an end. I went home to PWS for a while, where I did some super fun stuff. I even made some new friends and everything!

But deep down, I missed SCW. So when I got the call from Christian to come back… I couldn't say no! Ruby is older now, why not!? Right!?

So I announced my return last week and I guess it upset someone named Necra Octopus Kanye? I've never even heard of her, or seen her, or anything. I dunno why she decided to attack me.

But it's OK! I'm not hurt. Sometimes, people like to hit before they get to know me and see how nice of a person I am.

I SHOULD BAKE HER COOKIES!!! YES! BIG HEART SHAPED COOKIES WITH BRIGHT PINK FROSTING AND LOTS AND LOTS OF SPRINKLES!!!!

I gotta go shopping…

Anyways. That brings me up to this week. Misd Manners. I've never heard of her either. But with a name like Miss Manners I'm sure she's gonna be super nice and super polite!

Right?

*Things screech back to life as Ruby re-enters the room*

Ruby: Mommy! I a big girl. I went pee pee on the big girl potty all by myself!

Candy: Great job, sweety!!!

*Ruby smiled proudly as she sat back in her seat. Candy grabbed something and walked over to her. She put a pink sparkly tiara on her as the scene faded*

OOC: Apologies to everyone. my work schedule shifted and i forgot today was friday till about an hour ago




Scene One: Family Game Night!
Where: Marcus Cage and Candy’s home
When: Friday 9/23, evening, roughly 5 pm

**The scene fades up inside the living room of Marcus Cage and Candy’s lavish Las Vegas home. There was a table set up in the middle of the room, a folding card table, with 4 chairs and a high chair seated around it. In the high hair was the ever happy and bubbly almost 2 year old toddler Ruby. She was in a white onesie that said “Daddy’s Angel” in pink glitter on the front. Her hair was pulled up in a cute little Pebbles inspired ponytail on top of her head. Sitting in the chair next to her was Candy, who was wearing a pair of denim shorts and a white tank top. Her hair was pulled up in a mess bun perched high on her head. Across the table was Marcus Cage, wearing camo shorts and a plain white t-shirt. On the other 2 sides, sitting on their chairs like they were humans, were the two pups Fluffy and Hero Fluffy, of course, had a booster seat under her so that she could see the table. Spread across the table was a beautiful, and brightly colored, board for the game… you guessed it… Candyland! Candy picks up a card and shows it to Ruby, who grins, recognizing the color**

Ruby: GEEN! DAT GEEN!

**Marcus and Candy couldn’t help but grin at the cute little voice of their daughter recognizing the color Green. Sure, she couldn’t quite pronounce the R yet. But she was proving herself to be a bright little girl. Candy reached over the board and moved one of the characters. She smiled up at her husband.**

Candy: I’m so glad you suggested family game night. This is exactly what I needed after Violent Conduct.

Marcus: What can I say… I know you so well that I know exactly what you need. Besides, this is kinda fun.

Candy: Yeah! I can’t wait till Ruby is old enough to play things like Uno, and Skip-Bo, and stuff with us.

Marcus: I look forward to that day. But not too soon. She’s already growing way too fast.

Candy: I know… she’ll be 2 in just like, 2 months. But I’m not ready to think about that just yet.

**Candy gazed at her beautiful daughter sitting next to her**

Candy: She’s part of why I keep going… you know that?

Marcus: Like I said, I know what you need. Sometimes even before you know you need it.  I could tell you were getting to a point where you needed… more. So I leaped into action.

Candy: You always know what to say, Marcus. You are the bestest husband and daddy ever. What did we ever do to get so lucky?

Marcus: Nah, I’m the lucky one. You saved me from myself many times. I only wish I had realized how I felt about you sooner.

Candy: Awe…

**It was in the middle of that beautiful moment that Candy’s face contorted as she smelled… something… foul…**

Candy: Uh oh… I think some one needs a diaper change…

**She plugged her nose as she lifted Ruby out of the seat to check her diaper… and her face contorted again**

Candy: Correction… some one needs to go straight into the bathtub!

Marcus: I’ll get the water running, gimme a few minutes.

**He got up from his seat and walked over to Candy and Ruby, giving each one a kiss on the cheek, before going upstairs to start the bath. Candy put Ruby down and she started running around the room**

Candy: You really are one of the reasons mommy keeps going, you know that right? Cuz mommy wants to show you that you never give up. You never quit. You never surrender! No matter what! You know what I mean?

Ruby: Mommy. I stinky. Stinky wike fwuffy.

**Candy couldn’t help but giggle as Fluffy’s ears perk to attention hearing her name… sort of. Rs and Ls were a weak spot for Ruby**

Candy: I know, baby. Daddy’s running a bath and we will get you all cleaned up. But you gotta promise me that you will never ever ever let anything bully you and push you around. Meanie heads like Violet or Mercedes… or even Bea. She’s one of the worst of em all! You can’t let them push you around or make you feel bad or let them keep you down, you got it?

Ruby: I got it, momma!

**It was then that Marcus yelled from upstairs that the bath was ready, and the scene fades as they head upstairs**

Scene One: Indi-where?

**The scene opens up inside a hotel room that looks a little… distraught… to put it nicely. There’s clothes, mostly those of a certain stubborn 18 month old little girl, strewn about the room. Pants on the couch, shirts on the floor. Why, it’s nothing short of mild chaos. A very uproarious young girls laugh is heard from the other room before the beautiful, yet mischievous, little girl with her brown hair up in pig tails runs out of the bedroom wearing just a diaper. Her laughter is infectious as she runs around the room, albeit a bit clumsy looking.**

Marcus: RUBY! GET BACK HERE AND GET DRESSED!

**From the same room comes the little girl's father, Marcus Cage, chasing her around with a pink dress in hand.**

Marcus: Mommy’s gonna be late for her interview if you don’t get dressed.

**The little girl hides behind the couch, giggling like crazy, as Marcus looks to the couch where a very well known furry pooch is perched.. Watching very closely.**

Marcus: Help me out, would ya, Fluffy?

**Fluffy stretches before hopping down off the couch and running over to Ruby. Ruby squeals with delight at the sight of the fluffball before she turns tail and tries to run off again. Except she was just so darn excited she tripped over her own feet and fell down to a crawling position. Fluffy instinctively bites the back of Ruby’s diaper and drags her back to Marcus. Marcus picks her up with a chuckle on his face**

Marcus: Come on let’s go get dressed. Do you wanna wear the pink dress, or the yellow dress?

Ruby: NO LELLOW!

Marcus: No yellow? That’s a new one. So the pink dress?

**The toddler nodded happily as she grasped the pink dress from his hands and hugged it, gleefully.**

Marcus: Yup, she’s definitely your daughter, Candy!

Candy: What can I say, she loves pink just like her mommy!

**Marcus sets her down on the bed and tries to help her put her dress on but she stomps her foot.**

Ruby: I DO IT, DADA!

**Marcus held his hands up in the air as he watched her TRY to put the dress on herself.**

Ruby: DADA! HEP ME!

**They both chuckled as she somehow managed to get both arms stuck through the same arm hole. He helped her get it on right when Candy’s phone rang. She looked at it confused.**

Candy: It’s Christian… wonder what he wants?

Marcus: Tell him we will be leaving the hotel in 5 minutes, we’ll be at the arena soon!

**Candy picked up the phone, answering it.**

Candy: HI CHRISTIAN!!! We’ll be leaving in a few minutes! I know I’m a little late but Ruby…

**She paused for a minute**

Candy: What do you mean I missed my flight? I didn’t have to FLY to Indiana. We drove!

**There was an awkward silence then all you can hear is a very loud, verrrrrry angry voice over the phone**

Voice: INDIA! NOT INDIANA!

Candy: That’s what I said… Indiana!

**You just hear a very loud, exacerbated sigh come over the phone**

Marcus: Wait… We were supposed to be in India?

Candy: No, silly. Indiana.

Marcus: I think they meant the COUNTRY India.

Candy: Indiana is a state, not a country, silly.

Marcus: Not the state Indiana. The country… you know… like Bangladesh? Curry?

Candy: OH LIKE THe GUY FROM THE SIMPSONS! I LOVE THAT GUY!

Marcus: We’re gonna miss the show… I better call David and see if we can borrow his private jet.

**He lifts Ruby off the bed and on to the floor before taking out his phone. Candy goes back to her phone.**

Candy: Ok so… I’ll be at the arena in like… 15 minutes! …….. No silly it’s not a 16 hour trip.  ……… Of course I got my passport! ….. MARCUS! CHRISTIAN WANTS TO TALK TO YOU!!!!

**She holds out the phone out towards Marcus as he puts away his own phone and takes hers.**

Marcus: Yes Christian… yes there was a mix up… I know I know… don’t worry I called in a favor and got us a private jet. … Yes I know it’s a 17 hour flight. We’ll be there as quick as we can.

Candy: But with time zones it’ll be more like 12! I can do math too!

Marcus: I promise, we will be there in time for the show. … Yes, she will be there for her match against Twisted Sister. You have my word…

**Before another word can be said, the phone is hung up. He hands it back to Candy.**

Marcus: Well, let’s get everything packed back up. At least we did you practice and everything already.

Candy: Yeah, Twisted Sister is kinda crazy. At first I thought she would be like MY sister but she’s kinda weird looking and scary. Then I thought maybe she was a nun you know like Whoopi Goldberg was in Sister Act? But I don’t think They’d let her in a church.

Marcus: Yeah, she’s a litte bit… twisted. But nothing you can’t handle.

Candy: You’re right! Now let’s get to packing! I can’t wait to meet Apu and buy donuts from the Kwik-e-Mart!

**Marcus uses all his restraint not to facepalm as the scene fades to black**

Scene One: Blindfolded?
Location: Marcus and Candy’s hotel room
When: A few days before CC, morning

**The scene fades up inside the hotel room that was being rented out to the Cage family while they did their tour of Greece with SCW. In the middle of the larger room, next to a small table, was a highchair in the middle of the room was Miss Ruby. She was roughly 16 months old now, and just enjoying life! On the tray in front of her were some random cheerios that ended up more on the floor than in her mouth! Oh the life of a toddler! She was giggling as her dad, Marcus, sat in a chair at the table next to her and looked up from his phone every time she made a sound. He noticed that she didn’t have much left on the tray, so he grabs a handful out of the bowl on the table and sets it down on the tray. Ruby giggles and reaches for em as Marcus smiles.**

THUD!!!

**Both of their attention turn towards the other room.**

Marcus Cage: Candy? Are you ok?

THUD!!!

**Candy yells from the other room**

Candy: I’M OK! I JUST BUMPED INTO THE DOOR!

Marcus Cage: Do you need any help?

**Some steps were heard, very slowly, as you can now see Candy’s hands come through the door leading into this room. It was as if she was trying to feel her way around.**

Candy: NO! No help! I am in this blindfold match against the meanie head Alicia… and I gotta prepare properly! So I told you I am going the WHOOOOOOLE day in the blindfold! NO HELP! I mean it Marcus!

**He couldn’t help but smirk ever so slightly. The pride, and sheer determination, of his wife was inspiring to say the least.**

Marcus Cage: If you say so…

**She emerged from the other room through the door… and oh boy was she a sight to see! First thing you notice is the bright, and I do mean BRIGHT, pink blindfold that was tied around her head and covering her eyes. And… you guessed it… it’s sequined and sparkly. Sadly, that was the most normal thing on her! Her hair was pulled down into two low pigtails but… they were crooked and uneven. Almost as if she couldn’t see while doing her hair. She was wearing a pair of pink pants with a silver design sewn down the sides, and a pink shirt with purple stitching on it. Except… it was a totally different shade of pink that kind of clashed with each other. Her shoes… oh boy… her left shoe was a white sneaker, her right shoe was a black one. Marcus stifled a chuckle when he first saw her.**

Marcus Cage: Come, have breakfast with us.

Candy: OH! My first challenge! I’m gonna make a bowl of cereal!

**She felt her way over towards the small kitchen area that was set up. It wasn’t much, a small counter with a mini fridge, a plug in single burner stove top, and a small sink. Candy manages to find her way over to the counter and felt around for the cupboards. She found it and felt for a bowl, setting it on the counter. She then felt around for a box, finding a box of Lucky Charms cereal. She fumbles with the box and bit. As she is doing this, Marcus quietly gets up from his seat and walks over as quiet as he can towards her. She gets the box open and starts to pour it, completely missing the bowl! Marcus quickly pulls the bowl under where she was pouring, and she managed to catch about a half a bowl. She fumbled with the box again to close it and set it back on the counter.**

Candy: This isn’t so bad! I don’t know what Alicia was complaining about!

**She reached over for the mini fridge and opened the door. She reached in feeling for a bottle. She pulls it out and tries to open it.**

Candy: Marcus… this cap is too tight… will you open it for me?

**She held it out in the direction she THOUGHT he was in, only to smack him with the bottle.**

Marcus Cage: Sure thing.

**He looked at the bottle, seeing that she had grabbed orange juice instead of milk. He tiptoes to the fridge and switches it out for milk, then opens it and hands it back to her.**

Candy: Thank you!

**She starts to tilt the bottle to pour, about to completely miss the bowl. Marcus quietly moves the bowl into position as she pours the milk, puts the cap back on, and puts it back in the fridge. She then feels around and feels for a spoon, and pulls out what she thinks is a spoon… but is actually a fork. Marcus goes to grab a spoon but she closes the drawer before he can. He just shrugs and walks back to the table. Candy picks up her bowl in one hand and walks slowly towards the table, using her other hand to feel in front of her. She manages to get to the table successfully and sits down.**

Candy: OH BOY! I can’t wait to enjoy this bowl of cereal… that I made ALL ON MY OWN! Wearing a blindfold!

**She digs in, eating cereal and milk, with a fork. Marcus just grinned a bit and shook his head slowly.**

Candy: MMMM This is so yummy.

Marcus Cage: So, are you really going to wear that ALL DAY? I mean your match will be at most like 20 to 30 minutes.

Candy: YES! I need to get all my other senses working stronger so that I can beat Alicia. She did a lot of mean and evil things! I actually thought I hurt her. But I knew deep down in my heart that glitter couldn’t hurt some one like that! Glitter makes everything better! I don’t know what I ever did to her to make her hate me so much that she wants to try and ban my glitter.

Marcus Cage: Sometimes, with people like her, you just have to exist for her to hate you. She’s a very hateful person, and there’s nothing you can do about that. She hates anyone that isn’t like her, or that people like more than her. She’s just a grumpy bitter person and there’s nothing you can do to change that. You just gotta keep on being you. Don’t let anyone change who you are.

Candy: You are the sweetest, Marcus. I just know that I gotta go out there and do my best. It’s gonna be hard being blindfolded. But I’ll make it work! That’s why I’m practicing now! I’m getting pretty good at it!

**Candy gets up and starts feeling her way to the other room, bumping into different pieces of furniture… repeatedly. Ruby laughs a bit every time, as the scene fades to black**

Scene One: Valentine’s Day
Where: Unknown
When: Feb 14th, 2022. Time of day uncertain.


**The scene fades up with Candy in her bedroom, sitting at her vanity mirror. She was wearing a fancy, and of course pink and sparkly, dress. Her hair was down and flowing in loose waves as she was gently brushing it with a pink, sparkly brush. Her face was glowing with a soft smile that could melt the most frozen of hearts. Well, almost, I guess? Anyways. She appeared to be getting ready for a very special date with her husband, Marcus. She hears a soft knock at the door and she spins around in her chair to see Marcus standing there, wearing a nice fancy suit. Bowtie and all. His hair was slicked back into a sleek low ponytail. She smiled softly, a slight sparkle in her eyes, as she looked at him leaning on the door frame.**

Candy: OH EM GEE MARCUS! You look sooooo handsome!

Marcus Cage I clean up good.

**He winked at her and slid his hands into his pockets.**

Marcus Cage And dare I say, you look… magical.

**She blushed slightly and put down her brush. She stood up, her sparkly dress flowed down to her knees. She ran up and gave Marcus a quick kiss on the cheek, accidentally leaving lip prints from her lipstick. She chuckled as she grabbed a tissue and wiped it off, as he smirked a little bit.**

Candy: I’m almost ready. Is the sitter here?

Marcus Cage Yes, the babysitter is here, and Ruby is already in bed and asleep. She should have an easy time.

Candy: And she has our phone numbers in case something happens?

Marcus Cage Of course. And Fluffy and Hero are standing guard in her room, as always.

**She looked relieved as she bounced back to the vanity and touched up her lipstick.**

Marcus Cage So… how did it go with Goth today? Did she say yes?

**Candy shrugged as she put away the lipstick.**

Candy: Uhh…. I don’t know?

Marcus Cage What do you mean, you don’t know?

Candy: He uh… he didn’t exactly ask. And she didn’t exactly answer.

**Her jaw dropped as she realized something.**

Candy: OH NO DID I RUIN IT BY SHOWING UP???

Marcus Cage I doubt that. I can tell you from experience, asking a woman to marry you is one of the most nerve wracking thing a man can dol You play out so many different scenarios in your head. How you want to say it, how she will react, what she will say… I’m sure he was already PLENTY nervous. Hell, I bet you being there helped distract him a bit so that he could do it.

Candy: But he DIDNT…

Marcus Cage It’s ok. If he really wants to ask her, he will find the courage. You don’t even know how many times I wanted to tell you how much I loved you and wanted to be with you, but was too scared to tell you. And then how many times I wanted to ask you to marry me, but was just too nervous to do it. He’ll do it in his own time, when HE is ready. All you can do is support your tag partner, and let him know that you are there for him when he is ready.

Candy: You are so smart, Marcus. I should call him and tell him!

**Marcus almost leapt forward to stop her as she reached for her phone**

Marcus Cage NO… I mean… no. Let him have some time to figure things out, while you and I go have that romantic dinner and celebrate Valentine’s Day.

**She pulled her arm back from reaching for the phone and looked back at Marcus.**

Candy: Of course. It’s gonna be a great romantic dinner date. I love you, Marcus.

Marcus Cage I love you, too. I’ll meet you in the living room when you are ready.

**He blew her a kiss before turning and leaving the doorway. She looked in the mirror, and fluffed her hair a little bit extra, as the scene faded to black.**



Scene 2: Blast From The Past
Where: In the ring, during a house show
When: Friday, 2/25


**The cameras catch up at a local house show where the fans were going crazy! Standing in the ring were Marcus Cage and Candy. Candy was kind of bouncing around a bit as Marcus stood stoic in the middle of the ring. Candy motioned for the fans to quiet down, and they obliged, as Marcus raised the mic to his mouth.**

Marcus Cage Things are going to be different from here out. I know you all would love for my sweet wife to get on the mic and talk to you guys… but I’m going to be speaking on her behalf for a while. She needs someone to speak on her behalf, because frankly, and I say this in a good way, she is just too damn nice for the treatment she receives from so many of you. You fans, and those in the back. I’ve heard the comments, seen the faces, and sensed the judgment you all give to this kind woman. And she is so nice she won’t fight back, she won’t say anything. Because all she wants is to be your friend, and entertain you all in the ring. Yet she gets those who mistreat her and speak ill of her. Well, no more. I speak for her right now. I will say the things she is too nice to say, the things she wouldn’t speak on her own. Things that might make you look at her differently, things that might make you dislike her. But you can direct those feelings on me. I will jump on that grenade for this woman. Now.

**He paused for a moment as Candy leaned in and whispered something in his ear. He nodded.**

Marcus Cage The first thing she wants me to speak about tonight… is the current situation with that no good scum, Alicia Lukas. Alicia Lukas is nothing more than a bitter old bitch who wants to make everything and everyone as boring and unhappy as she is. She is unhappy with her career, she is unhappy with her personal life, and above all else, she is jealous of Candy. That’s right, I fucking said it! And i’ll say it again.

**He cleared his throat and spoke louder.**

Marcus Cage ALICIA. LUKAS. IS. JEALOUS. OF. CANDY.

**He took a deep breath as Candy was looking down at the mat.**

Marcus Cage And you can’t deny that? Why else would someone want to do something as pathetic and pointless as banning GLITTER??? Sure, it has been called the “herpes of the crafting world”... but it makes people HAPPY so who gives a fuck? So you gotta deal with a little extra sparkle in your life, your hair, or even on your clothes. Who cares! All Candy wants to do is make the world SPARKLE as much as she does. Is that a crime? You did the most unspeakable act, you lied and pretended that you were hurt. You acted like she BLINDED you. She cried for HOURS because she thought she actually hurt you, ended your career, and ruined your life. She felt terrible because she IS a good person and has feelings. Unlike you and your stone cold heart. And then you lure her out to the ring, making her feel even worse for you only to blindside her and attack her. You broke her heart. You truly are an unkind, unfeeling, manipulative bitch…

**He stops speaking when Candy taps his shoulders. She looks kind of sad but also a bit mad. He cleared his throat.**

Marcus Cage Sorry, where are my manners? Either way you used my wife for your own sick pleasure, and she is going to get revenge the only way she knows how. In the ring. You best believe that. Candy, anything to add to that?

**He held the mic towards her and she speaks kind of quietly**

Candy: Well, you were right, Marcus. What Alicia did was mean and wrong. You don’t pretend to get hurt just to hurt someone else. That’s just… MEAN! And WRONG! And I won’t let her ban my glitter! Everyone’s life needs a little extra sparkle, and I’m happy to help provide that!

**Marcus smiled and nodded as he moved the mic back towards himself.**

Marcus Cage And now we move on to more current events. The Blast From The Past Tournament.

**This caused the fans to erupt.**

Marcus Cage Candy and her new friend and tag team partner, Goth…

**Candy leaned in**

Candy: His real name is Gerrit but I like Goth better. It’s easier to remember! WE ARE TEAM DARK SPARKLEZ!!!!!

**The crowd cheered as she spoke.**

Marcus Cage Yes, Team Dark Sparklez are in it to win it. They had a great match 2 weeks ago, beating out the likes of SCU's Esther Azarov and the returning Finn Whelan. They made pretty short work of the team, with Candy getting a beautiful pinfall after an impressive Gumdrop on Esther. Granted, Finn walked away from the match, but that’s what happens when you treat your partner like garbage. Candy and Goth, on the other hand, have an indescribable amount of chemistry in that ring. Sure, they are about as different as different can be. But you can’t deny that in that ring, they make a great pair.

**Candy has started to perk up at Marcus’s words.**

Marcus Cage And that’s a lot of what this tournament is about. Taking random pairings and turning them into something amazing. And that is what Candy has done each and every year she has been in this tournament. Year one she teamed with the illustrious Austin James Mercer as part of Team Death Hugs.

**She interrupted him**

Candy: NO! IT WAS TEAM HUGS N CUDDLES!

**He stifled a slight laugh as he continued.**

Marcus Cage My bad, Team Hugs N Cuddles. And they made it to the Semi-Finals. Top 4… that's impressive. Especially for someone who was still in her rookie year teaming with a complete stranger. Year 2 she teamed with SCU at the time Tag Champion Colby Quik. Granted, they didn’t make it out of the first round. But he was kind to her, and they got along. Now, year three, she has Goth as her partner. And looking at all the guys she COULD have gotten, I’m glad he was the one drawn to team with her. They have this… strange chemistry in the ring. I can’t even describe it. Team Dark Sparklez. The wildcard team aiming to win it all. And I truly think they stand a chance. But there is a team standing in their way. The team of Sam Marlowe and Supreme Machine. One of which… Candy is quite familiar with in the ring. Think back to a few months into Candy’s SCW career. She went into December 2 Dismember in 2020 against Sam for that Roulette Title that Sam held so dearly. That match didn’t go the way Candy wanted, but she impressed management so much that they signed a rematch almost instantly! And the two went at it once more on Climax Control the next show. And this time… Candy walked out with the belt in hand. So Candy is more than capable of handling Sam Marlowe. As long as Goth can keep up with Supreme Machine.

**Candy looked confused as she tapped Marcus on the shoulder again, leaned in and whispered in his ear again.**

Marcus Cage No, I’m sure he’s not a robot.

Candy: But what if he IS a robot?

Marcus Cage I don’t think they’d let a robot wrestle people.

Candy: Then why is he called Supreme… MACHINE… HMMMM?

Marcus Cage You got me there.

Candy: So how is Goth supposed to fight a robot? Robots are super smart and super tough. They are made of metal. You can’t punch metal or you might break your hand. I don’t want my partner to break his hand! We can’t win and Team Dark Sparklez will not make it to the finals! OH NO THIS ISN'T FAIR!!!

Marcus Cage I’m sure he isn’t made of metal. It’s not like Goth will have to handle R2D2 or something like that.

Candy: Are you sure?

Marcus Cage Positive.

Candy: Ok. I trust you.

**He shook his head a little bit, trying not to laugh, as he went back to what he was saying.**

Marcus Cage Goth, my wife is trusting you as her partner. And I am trusting you as well. Trusting that you will do everything in your power to take your team to the next round. Trusting that you will do what I can’t do during this match, and that is protect her. And you know that no matter how much she tends to get on your nerves. When she pops up randomly and seems to be a bit too much to handle. You know deep down one thing. That you can trust her and depend on her to have your back. And I am trusting you to do the same in return. There is no one you can trust more than Candy. And THAT is why Team Dark Sparklez is going to out there against Sam Marlowe and Supreme Machine and win.

**With that, he lowered the mic and looked to his wife as the cameras cut**

**The scene fades up with Candy sitting on her couch with Miss Ruby sitting on her lap. She had a foldable table sitting in front of her with her laptop on it. She was on a video call with her husband, Marcus. Ruby kept blowing kisses at the screen.**

Candy: I hope you can get a flight out soon… I know the weather is kinda yucky and I just want you to get home safe.

Marcus: Don't worry, I’ll be home safely before the show this weekend, I promise. Even if I have to rent a car and drive.

Candy: We just miss you so much.

Marcus: I miss my 2 pretty ladies too.

**Ruby is babbling and keeps reaching for the screen saying “DADA” repeatedly. Marcus smiles softly and blows a kiss to her, which causes her to smile and continue babbling. Fluffy and Hero were sitting on the  floor by Candy’s feet, as if keeping watch.**

Marcus: Speaking of the show, are you ready for Crystal?

Candy: As ready as I’ll ever be! I’ve been practicing and working out whenever I can… but this little cutie here hasn’t wanted to nap properly… I think she is teething.

Marcus: Awe… put a damp rag in the freezer for 10 minutes then let her chew on it. The cold will help.

Candy: THAT’S GENIUS!!! You are so the brains of this family!

**Marcus chuckled a bit**

Marcus: Well, I gotta go check with the people at the airport to see if I can get on this flight or not. I’ll talk to you later. I love you guys.

Candy: We love you too!

**They all wave and the video call ends. Ruby, sad to see her dad leave the voice call, starts pouting and crying. This causes Fluffy and Hero’s ears to perk up, as they look around. Candy stands up and cradles Ruby, trying to comfort her.**

Candy: I know sweetheart. Mommy misses Daddy too. He’ll be home soon, I promise.

**She starts gently rocking the fussy little one in her arms, and she begins to sing to her**

Candy: Rock-a-bye baby in the treetop… when the wind blows the cradle will rock…

**Ruby begins to calm down at the soothing sound of Candy’s soft singing voice.*

Candy: When the bough breaks… the cradle will fall. And down will come baby… cradle and all…

**Candy looks down and sees that Ruby’s eyes are closed and her fussing has stopped.**

Candy: Rock-a-bye Ruby… in mommy’s arms… as long as she lives… you’ll come to no harm…

**She keeps singing**

Candy: Daddy will be here… before you know it… and mommy will win… her match with a pin?

**She squinted a little bit… as she was making this up. She looked down and heard soft snoring coming from the baby in her arms. She spoke to her in a whisper.**

Candy: That’s right, sweety. Mommy is gonna go out there this week against Crystal… Zud…Zood…ZDDDDd… just Crystal… and win. Because mommy finally won her last match against Char… whatever her name was. And Mommy wants to keep that streak going.

**Candy slowly lowers Ruby into a bassinet they had sitting in the living room. Ruby stirred a little bit before curling up and going back to sleep. Candy let out a sigh of relief as the scene faded to black**

Scene One: Baby’s First Cruise and Fireworks
Where: Candy and Marcus’s home
When: July 1st, mid afternoon.

(The scene opens up in the bedroom of Marcus Cage and Candy. On the silky pink bedcover sat 3 different suitcases wide open. In her baby swing next to the bed was baby Ruby, who looked to be about half asleep as her seat was swinging back and forth gently. At her side, as always, were Fluffy and Hero, being her protector. Marcus comes out of their big walk in closet holding a few tshirts in his hands.)

Marcus: Do you think 5 sets of clothes should be enough for the trip?

(Candy scrunched her face up, deep in thought.)

Candy: I… don’t know. Better go with 10 to be safe! You never know! What if you make a mess at dinner?

Marcus: Good point…

(He puts the shirts in his suitcase and goes back into the closet. Candy goes over to a shopping bag that was sitting by the door and goes back to the bed, pulling out several new onesies for Ruby. She unfolds one that says “Baby’s First Fourth of July” on it in red, white, and blue glitter on a black background. She sets it down on the bed, laid out flat, as she grabs an adorable little baby tutu that is made of red, white, and blue sparkly tulle. She smiles big as she sets it down on the onesie to display the outfit.)

Candy: This is your perfect outfit for your first fireworks! Oh you are gonna look so pretty. I hope the fireworks don’t scare you.

(She continued to fold several different outfits for Ruby and pack them in the suitcase.)

Candy: I’m so excited to take you on this cruise, sweet baby Ruby. You are gonna have soooo much fun… that reminds me… MARCUS??? DID YOU GET THE SUNSCREEN?

(He popped out of the closet for a moment)

Marcus: Yeah. They are on the bathroom counter. I didn’t know what kind to get so I got a few different kinds. Couldn’t risk Ruby getting a sunburn.

Candy: You are the bestest!!!

(She goes in the bathroom and grabs them, taking them back to the suitcase and putting them all in.)

Candy: I’m so excited!!! After I beat Azurril again this week… It's all eyes on the cruise ship. And Violet. That meanie head has me SO MAD!!! And I feel bad that I’m gonna let out some of that anger on Azurite. She seems really nice. She talks kinda funny tho…

Marcus: She is a bit hard to understand. I think it's the accent.

Candy: She uses funny words too. But she seems nice. And I had a really fun time wrestling her last time. I hope this time is just as much fun.

Marcus: I’m sure it will be. You always go out there and have a lot of fun. And we already know you can beat Azurine. You’ve done it before and you’ll do it again. And it will give you all the momentum going into your match against Violet. Speaking of which… have you gotten all your supplies for your glitter bombs?

(She giggled as she looked at a LARGE suitcase that was sitting on the floor, zipped up.)

Candy: Plenty of supplies!!! I’ll be working on those on the ship so they are nice and fresh and ready!!!

Marcus: That sounds perfect. Did you pack Ruby’s bathing suit?

Candy: Actually… I packed 4 of them!

Marcus: 4? When did she get 4?

Candy: I bought her 2 new ones the other day. They were so cute! And she even has one that matches mine! Isn’t that the cutest???

Marcus: I’m sure it is.

(He comes out with a few more folded shirts, and some shorts, and puts them in his suitcase. He sees the outfit on the bed and smiles.)

Marcus: It’s perfect. She will be the absolute cutest thing on that ship. Center of attention.

(He puts his arm around Candy and they both look over at Ruby, who is now full out sleeping in her swing.)

Marcus: You are balancing motherhood and wrestling so much better than people thought you would.

Candy: It’s hard sometimes. But just knowing that I am doing something that she can be proud of… makes it all worth it.

Marcus: She is very proud of you, I can tell. And she is going to be so excited when you walk out of this weeks show victorious.

(He planted a kiss on her cheek as the scene faded to black.)

Scene One: Ruby’s First Cook-Out
Location: Candy and Marcus’s home, Las Vegas, NV
Time: Late afternoon, Memorial Day, Monday May 31st


**The scene fades up outside, in the back yard of Marcus Cage and Candy. There was a large grill set up, with tons of hot dogs and hamburgers cooking on it. Marcus was at the grill with his best friend, and tag team partner from back in the day, Dynamite. They were talking back and forth but their conversation was not audible. The camera turned to show a few people, friends and family, who had gathered. The camera stopped to show in the middle of the grass Candy was sitting on the ground with a blanket laid out on the ground. Laying on her stomach, lifting her head and looking around curiously, was baby Ruby. She was roughly 6 months old now, and was at early stages of trying to crawl. She got herself propped up on her hands and knees as her two pup protectors watched her closely. Her eyes were very much glued on her daddy as he manned the grill. Candy giggled a little.**

Candy: I hope you are enjoying your first cookout, Miss Ruby. Everyone here loves you so very much… and I think your Aunties Keira and Roxi are coming by at some point. Mommy even made her special yummy pasta salad. Too bad you are too little to eat it.

**Candy laid down on her side next to Ruby, facing her, and props her head up on her hand.**

Candy: I know you don’t quite understand… but today is more than just a day to  have a fun cookout and eat lots of yummy food. It’s a day to honor the people who gave their lives for our freedom. Cuz I couldn’t be doing what I do without that freedom. One day, you will understand. I promise. But for now, just know that Mommy loves you, and Daddy loves you…

**Ruby let out the most adorable little giggle.**

Candy: Se? You get it. I am so happy to be your mommy. Everything I do is for you, Miss Ruby. Every time I go out to that ring in SCW and wrestle some one… it’s for you. I just want you to be proud of me. Which is why I’m gonna do bestest to beat Maki and Char. It won’t be easy! Maki is really good. She’s beaten me before.

**Ruby giggled again. Candy sat up and put Ruby on her lap**

Candy: That’s right. Now I better go make sure Daddy and Uncle Dynamite aren’t burning the food. You stay right here with Fluffy and Hero.

**She kissed Ruby on the top of her head and put her in her walker. Fluffy and Hero both went and sat on each side, guarding her, while Candy walked over to where Marcus and Dynamite were, a few feet away at the grill, as the scene faded**

Scene One: Baby Things
Where: Marcus and Candy’s Las Vegas Home
When: 2 weeks ago, Friday March 26th. Early afternoon, roughly 2 PM.


**The scene fades up inside the living room in the home of Marcus Cage and his wife, Candy. In the middle of the floor was a pink and white baby blanket with some toys spread across it. In the middle lay baby Ruby, laying on her back. Above her was one of those toys for babies to play with while on their back, with little animal toys hanging down from it. She coo’ed a little as she batted her little hands at one of the toys. Candy laid on the floor next to her, on her side, just watching her play with a huge smile on her face.**

Candy: Can you believe it, Marcus? We’ve had baby Ruby for a whole month now and I love her sooooo much. She has really changed our lives.

Marcus Cage: She certainly has.

Candy: Makes you feel so… complete. Marcus?

Marcus Cage: What?

Candy: Is it wrong that on one hand I do want them to find a family for rubh… so she can grow up happy and healthy… but on the other hand I don't want them to find her a family because then she will have to stay with us for ever and ever???

**He smiled softly and sat down on the floor next to her**

Marcus Cage: Not at all. You want what is best for her. That is what being a parent is all about. There’s nothing wrong with that. But speaking of…

**Before he could say anything else, there was a knock at the door. He gets to his feet and answers the door. It was Tonya, the lady from the foster agency. Marcus welcomed her in and closed the door behind them. They walked into the living room where Candy had gotten up and picked up Ruby. She was holding her on her hip and Ruby was just being so adorable, smiling like crazy.**

Tonya:[/b Oh look at you, darlin’. You have grown so much.

**Tonya played with her for a moment before looking at Candy.**

Candy: So, what can we do for you? Is this a random check in to make sure everything is ok?

Tonya:[/b Uh… no. I’m here because we have a family who want to adopt Ruby.

**Candy’s face drooped almost instantly. Tears began to well up in her eyes.**

Candy: So… you are here to take her from me? NO! You can’t have her back… I love her too much… Marcus… do something.

Marcus Cage: There’s… really not much I can do at this point. It’s pretty much all done at this point, right Tonya?

**He looked at Tonya who nodded.**

Tonya:[/b All but the last signature.

Candy: No…

**Tonya reached into her briefcase and pulled out a folder with some papers in it. She held them out and handed them to Marcus, who took them and walked up to Candy with a pen in his hand.**

Marcus Cage: I know how much you love her, I love her just as much. And I don’t want her to go and live with another family either. Which is why last week I contacted Tonya and started the official adoption papers. She was able to push them through rather quickly… so just one little signature from you and it’s all done.

Candy: I… I don’t understand?

Marcus Cage: These adoption papers? They are so that WE can adopt Ruby. Officially, and permanently. Once you sign these papers, she is ours. So… what do you say… Mommy?

**Candy’s eyes lit up as the tears started to flow down her cheeks. She handed Ruby to Marcus and quickly signed the papers, handing them back to Tonya.**

Tonya:[/b I will get these filed right away. You guys are going to be a great set of parents to her. Congratulations, Mom and Dad.

**Tonya smiled as she put the papers away and lets herself out. Marcus looks at Candy and the two share an embrace with baby Ruby.**

Candy: Marcus… you are the best.

Marcus Cage: I knew how devastated you, and I, would be if we had to give her up. I see you with her and that first night, as I watched you cradle her in your arms and softly sing a lullaby to her, I knew she was meant to be OUR baby. I felt it.

Candy: I DID TOO!!!

Marcus Cage: And THAT is why we are the perfect team. Happy Anniversary, Candy.

**Marcus holds Ruby out a little bit and starts talking to her in baby talk.**

Marcus Cage: What do you think of that, little Ruby Cage?

Candy: I LOVE THE SOUND OF THAT!!!

Marcus Cage: Me too, Candy. Me, too.

**Ruby coo’s and reaches out for Candy as the scene fades to black.**


Scene Two- A Super Sweet Return
Where: The Arena
When: Friday, April 9th. Late afternoon.

**The scene opens up in the back of the arena where Pussy Willow was standing in the interview area with a mic, standing next to Candy.**

Pussy Willow:[/b Hello SCW Fans! I’m standing here with former Roulette Women’s Champion, Candy.

**Candy smiled wide and waved towards the camera.**

Pussy Willow:[/b Candy, you have been out of action for about a month, and you are making your return to the ring this weekend. Everyone is wondering what had you out for so long, and if you are ok?

Candy: Yeah, I’m ok. Better than ok, I’m amazing and perfect! I took a little time off so that me and Marcus and Ruby could be together as a family because… well.. We officially adopted her!!!

Pussy Willow:[/b That’s amazing! I’m so happy for you.

Candy: Thank you! But I’m ready now to come back to the ring and make my SUPER SWEET RETURN!!!

Pussy Willow:[/b And what a return it is! Krystal Wolfe and Bea Barnheart in a triple threat Roulette Qualifier.

Candy: I’m suuuuuuuuper excited to be able to be in a match like this. I mean, I have wanted to win my Roulette title back since I lost it… but things have been so crazy with everything going on. But… I’m a mommy now… and that means that everything I do is no longer just for me…  it’s for my family. And I want Ruby to be able to be proud of her mommy. And I am gonna make her proud by winning this match and qualifying for Into The Void.

Pussy Willow:[/b Any words for your opponents?

Candy: Well, I don’t really know Krystal that much. But she seems nice. I have beaten Bea before, so I think I really stand a chance. And I’m really really motivated to win. So I wanna wish them good luck. Because this is really really REALLY important to me. And I’m in it to win it!!!

**With that, Candy skipped off down the hall, sending the scene to black**
