A Very Irritated Rage..
« on: November 28, 2014, 08:22:03 PM »
Climax Control number ninety-nine was a complete success on all accounts.  While none of the members of the Seven Deadly Sins had their own matches on the show, they made their presence known.  First, they exacted their payback on the members of the Player’s Club following the attack on Chris Shipman at High Stakes IV.  After Caleb Houston’s and JT Midas’ debut match, the Sins stormed down to the ring and attacked both men, proving when you mess with one member of the Sins, you mess with them all.

But that wasn’t all.  At least, not for the Sin of Wrath.  He had some payback of his own to exact on another man named Gabriel.  Gabriel Asar.  And he did so during Gabriel’s match against “New Blood” signing, Johnny Ajax.  Rage had tried to interfere and cost Gabriel the match, but Gabriel had other plans and he super-kicked the big man off the ring apron, allowing him to pick up the win.

Only that move backfired on Gabriel.  Rage had decided to attempt to break Gabriel’s arm, locking in a new submission finisher.  Ultimately, Synn and Kittie were forced to intervene and stop that from happening and they all made their exit backstage.  That attack on Gabriel Asar led to a mixed tag team match for Climax Control One Hundred.  Gabriel Asar and his debuting sister, Jemma, versus Rage and…Melody Grace!

Aside from having to team with a bubbly blonde who both intentionally and unintentionally annoyed him on a daily basis, Rage was very much looking forward to this match.

Monday November 24th
Rage’s Home-Las Vegas

After a busy and eventful night in Laughlin, Rage lounged on his large sofa, drinking an ice cold beer with a relaxed grin on his face.  The sun was just finishing its decent in the night sky, bringing darkness Las Vegas.  The rest of the Sins had returned to their own homes after their drive back, agreeing to just a couple days of rest before preparing for Climax Control One Hundred.

Judging by Rage’s unwillingness to move off the sofa, one could say he put up no argument to that decision.

Phillip: Is this how you normally are after every show?

Rage’s eyes moved up moving in the direction of his brother’s voice.  Phillip stood in the entrance to the hallway, leaned against the wall.  He stared at Rage with folded arms.

Rage: Unfortunately no.

Rage sighed and finished off his beer.  After the bottle was empty he set it on the floor next to him, but he didn’t move an inch from his current location.

Rage: Normally someone is knocking on my door within a short time of me being home.  I can barely get five fucking minutes of quiet time away from any of them.

Phillip: If that’s the case, why do you put up with it?

Rage chuckles.  He shrugs his shoulders, but Phillip is too far away to even notice.

Rage: I ask myself that question all the time.  It’s hard to explain, kid.  Sometimes the chaos is—

A knock at the door stops Rage short of finishing his sentence.  He sits up on the couch, turning his attention to the door as does Phillip.

Rage: See my point?

Phillip: Yeah, I guess.  You deal with whoever that is.  I’m gonna get some sleep.

Rage: This early?  Shit, we need to take you around the city one of these nights.

Phillip shakes his head with a laugh.  Another knock comes from the door and Rage stands up from the sofa.

Rage: I’m comin’!  Geez, hold your damn horses!

He strides over to the door and looks out the side window.  A low guttural growl follows before he puts his hand on the door handle and slowly pulls it open.

Rage: You couldn’t call or text before you showed up?

Kittie stands on his front porch, smiling brightly at him with her arms folded across her chest.  She reaches for the storm door, yanking it open and letting herself in.

Kittie: No, I couldn’t.  You would have found some bullshit excuse to not be here and I like pissing you off.

Rage: Clearly…

He closes the door and turns around to face Kittie.  She looks around with a raised eyebrow.

Kittie: Where’s the little brother?  I was hoping to finally get a chance to talk to him one-on-one.

Rage: He just went to get some sleep.  Why the rush to talk to him, Kittie?  He lives here now.  There will be plenty of time to talk to him.

Kittie skips around the room, taking in the beauty of Rage’s large home.

Kittie: No reason, I guess.

She turns on her heels, keeping her hands behind her back.

Kittie: You know, you still haven’t told me how the hell he came to live here.

Rage: Can’t it wait until Thursday, Kittie?  I can explain it over another chaotic Thanksgiving dinner at Synn’s place.

Kittie frowns but with narrowed angry eyes.

Kittie: No, it can’t.  And if I didn’t know any better, I’d say you’ve been avoiding me for the past few weeks.

Rage: You’re joking, right?  I’ve barely been away from you and the rest of the Sins since High Stakes IV and even before that!

Kittie again folds her arms and shakes her head.

Kittie: Oh?  So what was that little trip back to Boston to get your brother?  You didn’t even tell me about that shit!

Rage: Because you had no reason to know!  It was a fucking emergency situation so I went without telling anyone until I got there!  Why the fuck are you so pissed off about it?

Kittie: I’m not, but if you ask me it’s like you’re afraid to be alone in the same room with me since…Well, you know.

Rage snarls and looks towards the hall.  He lets out a sigh of relief and he takes a step towards Kittie, responding to her in a hushed voice.

Rage: Would you keep your voice down about that shit?  I don’t need Phil knowing about it.  Besides, you ran your mouth to that French whore, Delia, about it.

Kittie: Hey!  She fucking tricked me!

Rage: I don’t fucking care.  It doesn’t even matter.  I’m not afraid to be alone in the same room with you, Kittie.  I have no reason to be.

Kittie smiles then skips off towards the large living room.  She plops down on the sofa and Rage scratches the back of his head.

Rage: What are you doing?

Kittie: What does it look like?  Making myself comfortable, because you’ve got a long story to tell me!

Rage: I said not tonight.  I hate explaining the same shit more than once…

Kittie shrugs, glancing down at the floor beside the sofa.  She reaches down and picks up the empty beer bottle and holds it up.

Kittie: Geez, can’t you walk two feet to the trash can?

Rage snarls and clenches his fists at his side.

Rage: KITTIE!

Kittie drops the bottle and it clanks off of the hardwood floors, surprisingly not shattering.

Kittie: Geez, relax peanut head!  No need to yell at me.

Rage: Yeah…I do because you aren’t fucking listening to me!

Kittie pushes herself up on the couch, glaring over her shoulder at Rage.

Kittie: I don’t have to fucking listen to you, but you should know me well enough by now to know that I’m not fucking leaving until you tell me what happened in Boston.  I don’t give a shit if you’ll have to explain it again to everyone else.

Kittie once again makes herself comfortable on the sofa.  She leans back and crosses her right left over her left, looking towards the patio door leading out to Rage’s pool deck.  Rage lowers his head with a growl.

Rage: For fuck’s sake.  You’re worse than Melody sometimes!

Kittie chuckles.

Kittie: Just for that, I’m telling Melody you actually like her.

Kittie smirks and Rage narrows his eyes at her.

Rage: Sure, go ahead and twist my words and use them against me!  You know that’s not what I said!

Kittie nods with a cheeky grin.

Kittie: Of course *I* know that, but do you really think anyone else will believe you over me?

She shakes her head, still grinning from ear to ear.

Kittie: I don’t think so.  Now, sit your ass down and start talking or I’ll text Melody right now!

Kittie takes her phone out of her pocket ready to send a text to Rage.  Rage takes two giant steps towards her, snatching her phone out of her hand.  She spins around laughing until he finally gives in.

Rage: There’s a reason I wanted to wait to tell any of you guys what happened in Boston.

Kittie: Geez, is it that bad?

Rage sits down next to Kittie.  He folds his arms and takes in a deep breath, moving his head up and down slowly.

Rage: I don’t expect you or anyone else to understand, but I’m actually trying to protect Phil and make this shit easier on him.

Kittie raises an eyebrow and tilts her head to the side.

Kittie: Oookay…Why?

Rage takes in another deep breath and a look that is very uncharacteristic of Rage, he looks at Kittie with dark and saddened eyes.

Rage: Because apparently our parents screwed him up just as much, if not more, than they did to me and he tried to take his own life because of that shit.

Kittie’s eyes widen and her jaw drops open slightly.  She’s left speechless as Rage begins to tell the full events of what happened during his week in Boston.

Monday November 17th
Massachusetts General Hospital
Boston, MA
6 P.M

To say the past few days have been exhausting would be a bit of an understatement for Rage.  Just three days ago he arrived in Boston after a frantic call from his sister Ashley.  Once he stepped foot on to the floor where his brother Phillip was being treated, he knew it was more serious than Ashley was leading on on the phone.

And he was right.

In a shocking turn of events, he learned that his younger brother had tried to end his own life and was still being treated on the Intesive Care floor.  And although they were keeping him heavily sedated, he still remained restrained to the bed for his own safety, perhaps as well as the staff.  After seeing his brother in that condition, Rage’s whole thought process had changed.  He never expected to actually care about Phillip’s well-being, especially after their confrontation at their father’s funeral just weeks before, but he somehow did.  And he was determined to help him.

But he soon realized he would need someone else’s help.  A man who was more experienced with a situation such as this.

Synn: Rage?  Wake up!

Rage was just dozing off in the waiting room when Synn walked up.  He jumped out of the chair and let out a big yawn, looking around the otherwise empty seating area.

Rage: Shit, I don’t even know how long I was out.  Last I remember there were two other people in here.

Synn chuckles.

Synn: Well perhaps your obnoxious snoring scared them off.

Rage rolls his eyes.  He smoothes out the back of his hair that was in the beginning stages of being considered “Bed Head.”

Rage: Very funny.

Synn: I thought so.  Now, care to explain what was so important that you needed me here so quickly?

Rage scratches the back of his head.  In his head he goes over how best to explain the situation, but Synn is more intuitive.

Synn: Rage, just tell me what is going on.  There is no need to sugar coat things given what floor we’re on.

Rage: Just…follow me.

Synn doesn’t even have the chance to protest as Rage turns and heads towards a set of double doors.  Synn follows as Rage leads him down a long corridor up to the window of the nurse’s station.  There is more security on this floor than just a few days ago, and after some persuading, the nurse buzzes both men onto the floor.

Synn: Rage, would you just tell me who is being treated on this floor?

Rage suddenly stops in front of a room.  He looks into the room through a small window, then points.

Rage: See for yourself.

Synn raises an eyebrow.  Rage steps aside as Synn steps forward, glancing inside the room.

Synn: Is that…your brother?

Synn turns and glances at Rage.  Rage nods.

Synn: I’m sure there is no need to ask this, but why are his arms restrained to the bed?

Rage: Because every time they try and take them off, he puts up a hell of a fight.  He tried to kill himself and clearly he still wants to.

Synn: Have you talked to him yet?

Rage rubs his temples.

Rage: They weaned him off the sedative on Saturday and when he was awake enough I tried but…

Synn: That didn’t go over so well I’m guessing.

Rage shakes his head.

Rage: About as well as when our old man died.  I admit I was furious at the kid after all that happened, but seeing him like this…I don’t know, Synn.  Ashley and our bitch of a mother are supporting him being here, but fuck if I do.  I can’t let him live in this place for however long they’re going to make him stay here.

Synn: So what exactly do you plan on doing?

Rage: This might seem crazy but he needs to get the hell away from this place.  I’ve got more than enough room at my place back in Vegas.

Synn folds his arms across his large chest.

Synn: I’m inclined to agree.  How can I help?

Rage: He won’t talk to me, Synn.  I’m allowed to visit, but he goes crazy every time I walk into the room.  You’re the only one I thought of that could through to him.

Synn: Well isn’t this a first.  You actually asking for my help.

Rage rolls his eyes.

Rage: Yeah well considering everything you went through to get Despy out of that place in Canada, I knew you could help.  So are you going to help me or not?

Synn: Of course I’ll help, but it might not be easy.

Rage: I’m not expecting it to.

Synn nods and takes in a deep breath.  Not another word is spoken between the two as Synn walks inside the room with Rage standing close to the door to hear what happens.  Phillip stares towards the opposite side of the room, not even bothering to see who walks in.

Phillip: I don’t want any God damn visitors.

Synn stops short of the bed, glaring at Phillip.

Synn: Unfortunately for you, you’re in no condition to throw me out of this room.  Not that you could even if you weren’t restrained to that bed.

Phillip turns his head sharply to look at Synn.  He narrows his eyes and tugs at the restraints around his wrists.

Phillip: You…I recognize you.

Synn: Good, I’m glad you do.  Sadly, last time I saw you I wasn’t given the chance to properly introduce myself.

Phillip I don’t want to know you.  Or any of those people my brother associates himself with.

Synn: So you felt the need to attempt to end your own life?  Do you even know what you want, Phillip?

Phillip’s nostrils flare.  He struggles with the restraints again, but they are around his wrists rather tight.

Phillip: Why the hell do you care?  You don’t know me!

Synn: I care because your brother cares!  He asked me to come here to help him help you!

Phillip laughs and lays his head down on the pillow.

Phillip: You honestly expect me to believe that crap?

Synn: Yes, I do.  Because if it weren’t true, not only would I not be here, but neither would your brother.

Phillip rolls his eyes, keeping them off of Synn and locked squarely on the ceiling.

Phillip: Ooh goody.  He decided to show his face after how many years?

Synn: Through no fault of his own!  He had no idea you or your family was alive, and judging by what you said at your father’s funeral, you were told he was dead, too.

Phillip goes silent for several moments, processing Synn’s words in his mind.  Meanwhile, outside the room, Rage has taken this as his opportunity to sneak inside.  He stands in the doorway and Phillip now looks in his direction.  The tension in his face has eased up as he looks back and forth between Synn and Rage.

Phillip: So how exactly do you plan on helping me?  What the hell do you think you can do about anything?

Synn is about to respond, but Rage steps in and answers.

Rage: Get you the hell out of this hospital and out of Boston.  You can come live with me and never look back.

Phillip raises an eyebrow.

Phillip: You…You’re serious?

Rage nods and Synn speaks up.

Synn: The choice is ultimately yours, Phillip.  Either go and live with you brother in Las Vegas and let us help you live again—or spend the next few months in a psychiatric ward for trying to kill yourself.

Rage folds his arms across his chest, not adding anything else.  He and Synn wait for Phillip to respond, as the troubled young man just lays his head back again, trying to decide what to do.

Phillip: I…I don’t know what to do...

Synn: That’s the point!  You don’t know!  And had you succeeded you wouldn’t have been able to change your mind afterwards.  No matter what you think you might have gone through, it doesn’t compare to half of what THAT man..

Synn points to Rage.

Synn: ...has been through and he STILL wants to help his ungrateful little brother.
Phillip tries to defend himself, but Synn interrupts him one last time.

Synn: And one last thing…If you choose to move to Las Vegas and you still want to perform this little “woe is me” act, remind me to introduce you to my son sometime so you can TRULY see a heart rendering story.

Synn turns and looks at Rage before walking out of the room.  Rage stands there for a moment, staring at his brother, but you can almost hear the crickets chirping in the room.

Rage: Your decision, kid.  I’ll give you a little while to think about it and be back later for your answer.

Phillip nods with no other response.  Rage walks out of the room, gently closing the door behind him.  Phillip lets out a sigh and plops his head back on the pillow, now with a huge decision to make.

*************************

Kittie just blinks as she stares at Rage.  As she is left speechless, she turns and looks at her, trying not to crack a smile over the dumbfounded look on her face.

Rage: That’s basically what happened.  Shocking, I know.

Kittie scratches her head.

Kittie: Yeah, just a little.  Wait until everyone else actually hears you have a heart…

Rage rolls his eyes at her but then leans back on the sofa.

Rage: They would have done the same damn thing if they were in my shoes.  If they want to give me shit about it, they can kiss my ass.

Kittie laughs and shakes her head with a smile.

Kittie: Relax, I was just kidding!

Rage: You guys have a real fucked up way of joking around with me.  You guys like to piss me off, but when I’m actually nice about something, you joke about it.

Rage pushes himself off of the couch, storming into the kitchen.  Kittie stands up and turns around to face him, confused about his sudden mood swing.  Rage grabbed a fresh beer out of the fridge, promptly popping the top off and taking a long swig.

Kittie: Maybe because you’re rarely nice about anything.  You’re always true to your fucking name and in Rage Mode twenty four hours a day seven days a week!  You better at least by nice to Melody Grace this week if you expect to have any chance of working together against Gabriel Asar and his sister, Jemma.

Rage laughs and nearly chokes on the beer.  He sets the bottle down on the counter top, laughing at Kittie.

Rage: Yeah well make sure someone tells her not to annoy the shit out of me and maybe I’ll be nice to her.  She’s too fucking happy and bubbly about everything.

Kittie: Maybe you need to try that sometime.  Quit being such an asshole.  People might like you more.

Rage narrows his eyes and growls.

Rage: I don’t give a shit if people don’t like me.  Like I said, if people didn’t annoy me so much, maybe I’d be a little nicer.  To you included!

Kittie: What?  So I annoy you now?

Kittie frowns and Rage again laughs.

Rage: Quit acting like you didn’t know that shit.  You do shit on purpose just to piss me off and annoy me on a daily basis!

Kittie strides over to the counter, standing directly across from Rage.  She places her elbows on the countertop and leans forward with a grin.

Kittie: I need to have fun somehow.  Don’t act like you don’t like it, Rage.

Rage takes a slow swig of his beer, continuing to glare at Kittie.  A long silence falls between the two, but you can almost see the heat between them.  Rage sets the half empty bottle of beer back down on the counter before he walks around it, stopping right in front of Kittie.  He looks down at her, breathing slowly with nostrils flared.

Rage: I don’t like it.  So if you’re going to keep it up, you can walk right back out that damn door and leave.

Kittie looks up and taps her chin, thinking about it.  She then shakes her head and smiles at him playfully.  She walks around Rage and then jumps on to the counter, taking a seat right there!  He closes his eyes and turns around slowly.

Kittie: Nah, I kinda like it here.  You really should let people over here more often.  It’s a great house!  Perfect for Sins parties and get togethers.

She looks around with a smile and Rage shakes his head.

Rage: Synn’s house is better for that, so no.  Now would you get off the damn counter!

Kittie shakes her head and Rage takes a step towards her.  She runs her hands along the marble counter top, admiring it.

Kittie: This is a really great counter.

Rage stops directly in front of her, placing his hands on either side of her.  He leans in close, and she leans in closer until they are just an inch apart from one another.  She has a daring look in her eyes and when the corner of her mouth turns up with the hint of a grin, Rage takes her by her waist, picking her up off the counter.  He doesn’t, however, put her down on her feet.

Kittie wraps her legs around his waist and her arms around his neck and brings her lips to his as the two engage in a fiery passionate kiss.  The two continue to kiss, and Rage carries her down the hall and into his bedroom, kicking the door closed behind them…

Thanksgiving Day
Synn and Despayre’s Home

The air is filled with the scents of Thanksgiving.  Apple pie.  Pumpkin Pie.  Turkey and stuffing.  You name it.  Walking into Synn and Despayre’s mansion like home, Rage’s stomach immediately starts rumbling.  He takes in a deep breath, enjoying all the smells and Phillip looks around the home in awe.

Phillip: Damn, who knew you could find a place like this in Las Vegas.  This place is huge.

Rage: Yeah, Synn went all out.  But with all the people that are in and out of this place, it’s the right size.

The two head into the living room where all the Sins are seated, waiting for dinner.  Everyone except Despayre and Melody Grace.  Rage looks at Synn.

Rage: Where are the two trouble makers?

Gabriel chuckles as he turns his attention to Rage.

Gabriel: I thought you were the only trouble maker, Peanut Head.

Rage scowls in response.

Rage: Compared to Despy and Melody Grace, you know that’s complete bullshit.

”SWEAR JAR!”

Despayre’s voice travels out of the kitchen as Rage looks up.  He shakes his head and looks back to Synn.

Rage: I don’t know how the hell that kid hears so well.

Synn: It is perhaps one of those questions you just shouldn’t ask.  But to answer your first question, Joshua and Melody Grace are in the kitchen helping Theresa with the food.  Things must be going pretty well as we haven’t heard any crashes.

Rage laughs as does Phillip.  Rage turns to his brother.

Rage: I’ll be back in a second.  I’m gonna head into the kitchen for a second.

Synn: Make yourself comfortable, Phillip.

Phillip nods in agreement.  As Rage walks towards the kitchen, Kittie, who had been seated on one of the sofas, pushes herself up to her feet and follows after him.

Kittie: I’ll go with you.  I need another drink anyway.

Rage rolls his eyes, but he doesn’t argue and the two disappear into the kitchen.  Phillip, meanwhile, takes a seat near Gabriel, Odette, Shane and Fantasia.  Everyone turns their attention to the new face and Phillip tries his best not to look too uncomfortable amongst them.

Gabriel: So is Peanut Head driving you crazy yet?  I don’t know how the hell you can stand to live with him.

Phillip cracks a smile and lets out a quick laugh.

Phillip: He’s actually not that bad, surprisingly.  But the walls are paper thin in that damn house.

Shane chuckles.

Shane: Big man’s snoring is a pain in the arse, isn’t it?  He tries to deny he snores that loud but everyone has heard it.

Gabriel: Sounds like a damn forest being cut down…

Everyone shares a laugh at Rage’s expense, but Phillip’s next statement is about to take everyone by surprise.

Phillip: His snoring I could deal with, but everything else?  Not so much…

Everyone goes eerily quiet as they stare at Phillip blankly.  Synn is the only one who seems to know what he is talking about, but Gabriel and Shane lean forward looking at Phillip for answers.

Gabriel: What do you mean everything else?

Shane: The big man a little loud with his nightly dates with his right hand?

Fantasia elbows Shane but everyone again chuckles.  Phillip shakes his head.

Phillip: Bad image, thanks.  But no, I was talking about him and that Kittie chick.  I’m gonna need to invest in some ear plugs if that is going to be a regular thing…

Jaws drop and a collection of gasps follow.  Everyone but Synn seems genuinely surprised to hear this.  Their attention is turned away as they hear Theresa shouting from the kitchen, with Rage rushing back into the living room with a grin.

Theresa: Out!  If you’re not going to offer any help, you can wait with the others you!

Rage stops dead in his tracks and stares ahead as all eyes are now on him, and Kittie as she appears next to him giggling.  Rage looks around the room and blinks.

Rage: What?  What the fuck did I just walk into?

Kittie: Chris, Peanut Head…What did you do now?

Gabriel turns his attention to Kittie and cracks an amused smile.

Gabriel: You, apparently…

Gabriel laughs and Odette follows Fantasia’s lead and elbows her husband.  Kittie and Rage stand there, frozen and speechless.  Shane now looks at Rage and snickers.

Shane: I should have known that would happen eventually!  You two already act like a married couple!

Having spilled the beans, Phillip looks around and scratches the back of his head until he looks at Rage apologetically.

Phillip: I…I thought they knew!

Gabriel and Shane look at each other with a proud smile.  Synn remains mum on the situation as does Chris Shipman.  Odette and Fantasia share a look as their better halves get a kick out of this latest development.  Rage turns to Kittie, wide eyed.

Rage: I TOLD you, you were being too fucking loud!

Kittie glares at him.

Kittie: Me?!  You were louder than I was with all that grunting and panting, asshole!

Everyone in the room loses it.  Roaring laughter ensues as Rage and Kittie argue over who was louder and subsequently gave up their secret.  Even Odette and Fantasia are now laughing and Despayre and Melody Grace come bounding into the room.  The look at Kittie and Rage as they argue and wonder why everyone is laughing.

Melody: What?  What did we miss?!

Despayre: We always miss the best jokes!

Gabriel turns to his little brother and Melody Grace.

Gabriel: Kittie got Rage laid…

Gabriel chuckles again but Despayre looks at Rage and Kittie, confused.

Despayre: You went to Hawaii without me and Angel!?  How rude!

Despayre storms off back into the kitchen as another round of laughter ensues.  Rage shakes his head as Melody Grace shoves her way in between him and Kittie.

Melody: So when’s the wedding?!

Rage: What?!  Melody there is no wedding!  Geez!

Melody frowns, her bottom lip pouting out.

Melody: So you two will make a bed walk across the bedroom floor but you won’t marry her?!

Rage: No!!

Melody slaps Rage in the chest.

Melody: Such an a-hole!!

She does what Despayre did just a couple minutes before her and storms back into the kitchen.  Rage is fuming by this point and he bounds over to where everyone is seated.  He plops down next to his brother, folding his arms across his chest, refusing to speak another word until Phillip turns and looks at him.

Phillip: I’m sorry, dude.  I really thought they knew…

Ruge snarls and shakes his head but he doesn’t make eye contact with his brother.

Rage: Not your fault, kid.  Just drop it.

Rage silently pouts and Phillip turns back to Gabriel.

Phillip: Is it always like this at these gatherings?

Gabriel: Pretty much, but you’ll get used to it.  It’s fun pissing off your brother.  Give a shot sometime.

Phillip looks at Rage from the corner of his eye, but the look on his face says that he’ll give that idea some time.  He gets into another conversation with Shane and Gabriel as Theresa, Despayre and Melody are seen starting to carry the dinner fixings out to the dining room.  Synn stands up and heads off to help them and Rage and Kittie quietly glare at one another, never taking their eyes off of each other.  At least not until Synn announces that dinner and the race to the dining room ensues.

<img src=http://i59.tinypic.com/xcixab.jpg>

”Boy, Mark and Christian sure do like to have fun at my expense, don’t they?  Teaming me with Miss Sunshine and Rainbows, Melody Grace to take on the Asar siblings?  Don’t get me wrong, I’m looking forward to beating the fuck out of Gabriel Asar…again…but I never understood the point of Mixed Tag Team matches, nor have I ever really had any damn desire to be in one!”

“Mixed tag team matches are completely pointless, especially in a fed where the guys can’t lay a finger on the bombshells so I they wanted me to face Gabriel Asar anyway, just book a damn singles match and throw Melody in a singles match against his red-headed sister!  Seriously, what the fuck is so damn hard about that?  You’re just throwing me in a situation where my partner is probably going to irritate the fuck out of me and play nice with my opponents because she’s friends with every damn person she comes into contact with.”

“No offense to Melody Grace but even when she’s trying to be all mean and angry, it just doesn’t work out.  It just turns into some big joke, especially where Gabriel Asar is concerned and I know for a damn fact he’s going to use that to his advantage.  He’s enjoying the fact that me and Melody might have a bit of a problem working well together, because let’s be honest, she’s not going to like the fact that I’m going to fucking crush her buddy Gabriel.”

“Ain’t that right Gabey boy?  I bet I can tell what you’re planning in your head right now.  You’re going to play all nicey-nice with Melody and it’s going to piss me the fuck off.  What am I going to do in response?”

“Bash your fucking skull against the canvas.  Or the ring post.  Or the steel steps.  I can’t quite decide.  My point is that I’m going to beat the living fuck out of you and you know what is going to happen?”

“Miss Sunshine and Rainbows is going to cry…and I’m going to have to deal with the wrath of a crazy pregnant Australian woman!  It’s pretty much a lose fucking lose situation for me because if Melody and I lose…which I hope to fucking God we don’t…you and your sister will have bragging rights…But if we win, and I do what I’m setting out to do and break as many bones in your body as I possibly can, Melody will cry and apologize to you because you two are friends.”

“Personally, I don’t fucking care.  Your name may be Gabriel but you’re not a member of the Sins so you just don’t matter.  You made a huge mistake in pissing me off at High Stakes IV, then attacking me after my match, and you’re going to pay dearly for it, bud.  What I’ve done to you so far is just the tip of the iceberg and trust me…I’ll get my way.”

“But here’s how it’s going to go down.  I’m going to hurt you this Sunday, but I’m not going to stop there.  One way or another, I’m going to get you in a one-on-one match and that, Gabe, is where you’re fucking doomed.  Like everyone else, you like to take what I say and turn it into a big fucking joke, but you won’t be laughing after I’m through with you.  I know you and your girlfriend are into all sorts of kinky bullshit and airing it on Twitter for the whole world to see, so I’ll do ya a favor.  I’ll make it so she can be your nurse for the rest of your life and she can wear whatever slutty outfit she has in that trunk of skanky shit of hers.  I’m sure you’ll enjoy that.”

“I don’t know why Melody likes you so much, and honestly I don’t fucking care.  Even if she begged me not to hurt you on Sunday, I wouldn’t listen to her.  She knows me…she knows how I work.  If she’s smart, she’ll let me beat your ass and she can play nice with your sister all she wants.  But she knows…she knows that if she does anything to cost us this match on Sunday, I’m really going to be pissed.  But, in the long run, I think she’ll make the right decision.  In the long run, her loyalties lie with the Sins, and they always will.”

“So Gabriel, get ready.  Take a look back at my track record as of late, because two of the last few guys that fucked with me and pissed me off like you did, they disappeared from SCW, and if you continue to push my buttons, you’ll wind up in the same boat, lost as sea.”

“As for your sister…I don’t know a damn thing about her, and I have no desire to know anything about her.  You be a good brother, though, and make sure to tell her to stay out of my fucking way.  I’ll make sure Melody Grace is good and prepared to handle that sister of yours and get the job done and we’ll see where your friendship with her is after this match on Sunday.”

“Time is ticking, Gabriel…and your time will be up very soon.”
