 It didn’t take much to get in to see Keira in the hospital after what happened. The Doctor said she’d made a full recovery, she was simply suffering from extreme physical and mental exhaustion. According to the doctor, whatever she was doing prior to being brought it caused the most mental and physical stress she had ever seen.

But while it was good to see Keira back to normal, the price was too heavy. I knew exactly why Keira was in that hospital bed as I watched her sleep. This was all my fault. I was the reason she was there. And I could never forgive myself for that.

{We see the hospital bed where Keira lies with an oxygen mask over her face, breathing normally and seemingly resting comfortably. Roxi is seated in a chair a few feet away. The time on the clock on the wall reads 9:54 pm. Roxi just stares at the bed, the pain and frustration written all over her face. One of the nurses walks knocks on the door and opens it slightly.}

Nurse – I’m sorry, visiting hours are over.

Roxi – I’ll be right out.

{The nurse nods and closes the door. Roxi slowly gets up and walks over to Keira’s bedside, Taking Keira’s hand in hers.}

Roxi – I’m so sorry Keira.

{Roxi bends down and kisses Keira on the forehead before letting her hand go and walking out the door, but not before taking one last look at Keira sleeping peacefully. Roxi nods to the nurse and walks off. }

Even nearly killing Cyrus gave me a certain degree of satisfaction, I knew that had Kiera done it, I would have never gotten her back. And I couldn’t afford to have that happen. Not after all I put her through. Not after what I put everyone through. I hurt so many people, and this was the price I paid for my actions. But even with all this, I still was not satisfied.

{It’s some time later at night, and Roxi rappels down the side of the hospital building, searching for the correct window.  Once she finds it, she cinches the rope in position, so it holds her in place. She jimmy’s the window open, and crawls inside. Unhooking herself, Roxi tiptoes over to the bedside of Cyrus, who is hooked to a respirator. Roxi carefully unplugs the call button on Cyrus’ bed, before her face turns to a scowl as she forcefully pushes both hands down on Cyrus’ ribcage. Cyrus’ eyes pop open and widen in pain. He strains to breathe, gasping for air and clutching at his bedside.}

Roxi – Wake up.

{Roxi straightens up and Cyrus eyes shift over to her and he frantically pushes the call button, he tries other buttons, realizing what’s happened.}

Roxi – I don’t think that works anymore. Too bad. It’s just you and me.

{Cyrus can’t speak, but his eyes plead for mercy. Roxi walks around the side with the respirator and she grabs the plug.}

Roxi – Do you know how bad I want to pull this plug out? I will never forgive you for what you did to me. For all the suffering you caused. But you don’t deserve that ending. That’s too good for you. What you deserve it far, far worse.

{Roxi drops the cord and walks back over to the bedside, leaning in and whispering to Cyrus.}

Roxi – I’m going to be waiting when you get out of here. If you ever come near me, or Alexis, or any of my friends ever again, you’re going to wish you were right back here just like this, before I’m through with you. Do you understand me?

{Cyrus does not move, still terrified of what Roxi might do. Roxi leans over and puts her elbow into Cyrus’ ribs and begins grinding it against him. Cyrus’s muffled screams of pain are seemingly music to Roxi’s ears.}

Roxi – I asked you a question.

{Cyrus turns and nods, still winching from all the pain. }

Roxi – Good.

{Roxi lets up and re-harnesses herself before exiting out the window.}

Even that wasn’t nearly what I wanted out of Cyrus. But if anything, he at least knew what would happen if he tried anything ever again. But that was one fire that I put out. All the things that happened without me around, all the suffering and alienation had increased tenfold. There was still a lot of work to do.

{The scene reopens the nexy day as Roxi once again is in the hospital, sitting at Keira’s bedside. The nurse is there and she removes the oxygen mask from Keira’s face. Keira sleeps as Roxi is hovering over the nurse’s shoulder.}

Roxi – Is she getting better?

Nurse – Her vitals have stabilized. Last night was merely for observation. When she wakes up, and she feels ready, she’s free to go.

Roxi – Thanks.

Nurse – Don’t thank me, thank the person who got her and the other two out that apartment caught fire. It sure if nice to know there are still people like that around.

{Roxi smiles to herself. It doesn’t take long for Keira to rouse from her sleep. She blinks her eyes, and sees Roxi smiling at her.}

Roxi – Wake up sleepy-head.

Keria – R…Roxi….? Where…where am I?

{Keira sits up frantically, Roxi right there at her side, holding her hand.}

Roxi – Easy. You’re in the hospital. But don’t worry, everything is going to be okay.

Keira – W…What…what happened?

Roxi – You…haven’t been yourself lately. But, that’s over now.

Keira – My head…everything is so foggy.

Roxi – Just, rest. Let the nurse take care of you. I’ll be back in a little bit, and we’ll talk about getting you home.

{Roxi hugs Keira and gets up.}

Roxi – Well, she seems to be okay, what about Alexis?

Nurse – She’s down the hall. She’s going to have to stay a lot longer, we’ll get her cleaned up.

Roxi – Can I see her?

Nurse – Room 237

{Roxi walks down the hall and enters the room, where Alexis is laying down, eyes wide open, fidgeting on the bed.}

Roxi – Lex, I’m so sorry.

{Roxi hugs Alexis, which causes her to wince in pain.}

Roxi – Oh, I’m so sorry! I didn’t mean to.

Alexis – I….I hurt…All over…

Roxi – It’s Morphine withdrawls. But you’re in a good place now Alexis, they’re going to help you get better.

Alexis – I need….the mor…more…morphine…The Pain!

{Alexis cringes, as her arms spasms involuntarily. Her eyes well up with tears. Roxi caresses her arm}

Roxi – Don’t worry Alexis, Everything is going to be okay. I promise.

{Roxi pushes the nurse call button and the nurse walks in.}

Nurse – Is everything okay?

Roxi – I’m just worried about her withdrawls.

Nurse – Poor thing. We’ll get her something to help.

{Roxi comforts Alexis, but there is a loud crash coming from up the hall.}

Keira?

{Another nurse enters Alexis’ room, and begins treating her as Roxi jogs down the hall into Keira’s room, where Keira is sitting up, shocked, as her window is shattered, and there’s broken glass everywhere.}

Keira – Roxi? ...Help me!

Roxi – Keira… what the heck happened?

{Keira stares at her hand, and Roxi rushes over to her side.}

Roxi – Are you hurt?

Keira – No… I…

{Roxi shushes Keira as the nurse enters.}

Nurse – What the heck happened in here?

Roxi – I don’t know, must have been a bird…or…somebody threw something at the window…

Nurse – Are you guys okay?

Roxi – We’re alright, we’ll just…need someone to clean up this glass.

Nurse – I’ll get the janitor.

{The nurse turns and leaves. Roxi looks back at Keira.}

Keira – What’s happening?

Roxi – I was about to ask you the same question. What happened?

Keira – I…. I just shot something… out of my hand… it broke the window…. Roxi what’s happening to me?

Roxi – I…I don’t know. Maybe it’s a side effect or something.

{KeIra clutches at Roxi’s arm.}

Keira – Side effect? What side effect? Tell me what’s going on!

Roxi – Keira, you’re hurting me. Let go.

{Keira lets go, but her eyes begin to well up with tears of confusion and fear.}

Roxi – I’ll explain everything later. First, we have to get you out of here. But don’t say anything else about what happened. Just go with it, and everything will be okay.

The truth was I didn’t know exactly what was wrong with Keira. I was scared for her, mainly because I didn’t know how to help her. But I couldn’t let her see me panic, because I knew she would. She was scared and confused, and I was in the same boat.

A whole new set of problems.

{We open back up with Roxi wheeling Keira out of the hospital, and into a waiting rental car. Roxi helps Keira get strapped in, and gets in the driver’s seat.}

Roxi – Are you okay?

Keira – Yes…I think so.

{Roxi begins driving, as Keira looks out the window. She is unfamiliar with the area they’re in.}

Keira – Where are we going?

Roxi – I’m taking you home.

Keira – But I don’t live around here.

Roxi – I know that Keira, we’re going to my home.

Keira – Really? But you told me you were ….

Roxi – I know what I said. But, after what happened, I can’t continue to keep things from you. It almost got you killed.

{Keira looks bewildered at Roxi.}

Keira – Got me killed?! What in the world are you talking about? You need to talk to me!

Roxi – I will, once we get home.

Keira – No, you need to explain now! I just woke up in the hospital, I destroyed a window, and you’re telling me I almost died! I need you to tell me what the hell is going on please!

{As Keira gets more and more agitated, Roxi can see a faint yellow glow in Keira’s hands.}

Roxi – Stop!

Keira – No!

Roxi – Keira…look.

{Keira looks down at her hands. As soon as Keira realizes what’s going on, the glow starts to fade.}

Keira – Please help me.

Roxi – I’m going to. I promise. But you have to calm down and trust me.

Keira - …Okay.

{Flash forward to Roxi’s apartment as she opens the door and leads Keira in. Inside on the wall there is a map with a big red area squared off. Newspaper clippings of crimes and disappearances are pinned but to white board.}

Keira – What is all this?

Roxi – Sit down Keira, I’ll explain everything.

{Keira takes a seat on a recliner and leans forward.}

Roxi – Keira, I’m not sure how to explain all this without you thinking I’m crazy.

Keira – You can tell me, I want to know, I NEED to know.

{Roxi sighs and removes the hair from her face.}

Roxi – Keira, I…I really am…was a superhero.

Keira – Excuse me?

Roxi – I worked for the Guild of Superheroes. They protect the cities all around the world. I was mostly freelance, working where I was needed, it’s one of the perks that came with wrestling. But more to the point, I protected this city, and its people.

Keira – You’re right, I do think you’re crazy.

Roxi – It’s hard to believe, I know. But humor me on this. I tried to keep this from you to protect you. The less you knew, the less you could get in trouble, or put yourself at risk for my sake. I do not want any harm to come to you, least of all because of me.

Keira – I wouldn’t get –

Roxi – Yes, you would. I know you Keira. That’s why this is so difficult.

Keira – Okay, let’s say I believe you. What the heck happened and why did I wake up in the hospital?

Roxi – That was my fault. Remember when you told me about…Sin?

Keira – Yes…why?

Roxi – Well, I…I lost a little confidence in myself, I didn’t know what I was going to do. And I met a guy.

Keira – A guy? You didn’t…

Roxi – No. Nothing like that. He just…twisted so much around. For a while there, everything he said made perfect sense. I lost a part of myself, and I… I left you alone, I tried to make you understand, and I know you may never forgive me for that. I didn’t take into account just how bad it would be if I wasn’t around.

Keira – You unleashed Sin? Why did you do that?

Roxi – I didn’t mean to. I swear. I tried very much to keep her away. But, once you didn’t have me anymore, she took over.

{Keira’s head drops as she contemplates what happened.}

Keira – What did I do? I didn’t hurt anybody did I?

Roxi – That, I’m not sure about. But from the looks of things, I don’t think she did too much damage.

Keira – Jenny would know.

Roxi – We’ll talk to Jenny about that at a later time.

Keira – Yes.

Roxi – But, you came after Cyrus and myself. It culminated when Electra helped us.

Keira – Electra? That woman who beat you for the bombshell’s title?

Roxi – Yes. She brought me back to my senses. And she cut a deal with Sin to kill Cyrus.

{Keira’s eyes widen in shock. She stands up.}

Keira – WHAT? I killed him?

{Roxi places her hands on Keira’s shoulders and calms her down.}

Roxi – No. Fortunately, we stopped him before that happened.

Keira – Who’s “we”?

Roxi – I went to Cyrus’ place to stop him, Sin knew that, and she was about to kill him when I brought you back. I had Electra call an 911 to get you, Cyrus and Alexis to the hospital.

Keira – You brought me back?

Roxi – I remembered your favorite lullaby.

{Keira smiles and stands up, hugging Roxi.}

Keira – You saved me.

{Roxi gently pushes Keira away.}

Roxi – No, it’s my fault you were there in the first place. It’s my fault all of this happened. I let you down Keira. I let everyone down. I was just saving face.

Keira – So what now?

{Roxi turns away from Keira and sighs.}

Roxi – Now I have to rebuild what Cyrus tried to destroy. People were mistreated, People were afraid of me, Keira. He turned us against each other. He tore us apart.

Keira – But we’re here now, aren’t we? Sin is gone, and we can rebuild it together.

Roxi – How can you be sure she’s gone? This is why I didn’t want you to know any of this Keira. I don’t want you worrying about me, and possibly thinking that I’m not coming back and she’ll be back again.

Keira – I know that you would never leave me unless you had a good reason. You are not that kind of person.

Roxi – I can’t risk that anymore Keira. Because of me, and what I did, you now shoot energy when your emotions get out of control. I did that to you, and I can’t help you now.

{Keira places her hands on Roxi’s shoulders as Roxi sits down in her office chair, holding her head in her hands.}

Keira – Maybe not you, but maybe that Guild can help me?

{Roxi looks back at Keira.}

Roxi – That’s if they ever speak to me again.

Keira – What do you mean?

Roxi – Prior to a few weeks ago, the last time I was Lady Bedlam, I quit the guild.

Keira – Maybe they’ll forgive you.

Roxi – I gave up on them Keira. That’s one fence I destroyed myself. They’ll never let me back.

{Keira sighs and goes back to the recliner and flops down, upset.}

Keira – So I’m stuck like this? I’m never going to be able to control this. I mean, if I go anywhere, they’re libel to label me a bad guy.

Roxi – I wish I could help you Keira, I really do.

Keira – You can. Just talk to them. Maybe they’ll take you back. At least, they won’t try to arrest me or anything.

Roxi – Keira… I –

Keira – Try dammit!

{Keira’s hard starts to glow.}

Roxi – Okay! I’ll try, just…calm down. Hand me that laptop over there.

{Keira picks up the laptop and dusts it off. Roxi connects everything and soon has booted up and tries her secure connection.}

Roxi – Well, my password still works, so there’s something.

{Soon, Roxi connects with Vision, who is on her screen.}

Vision – Roxi?

Roxi – Vision!

Vision – What the hell is going on? Where have you been?

Roxi – It’s a long story. But…I…need your help.

Vision – I thought you quit?

Roxi – I did, but this is kind of an emergency.

Vision – Rox, the Guild is not happy with you. I don’t think I could help you even if I wanted to.

Roxi – I understand that, and if they want, I can come explain everything, but I need help.

Vision – I…I’ll see what I can do.

Roxi – That’s all I ask.

Vision – What’s the emergency?

Roxi – My…girlfriend is shooting energy out of her body when she gets emotional.

Vision - … That does sound bad.

Roxi – I just need access to the medical team, so they can at least look at her, and maybe figure out something.

Vision – I’ll try, but, first the people in charge are going to need to see you. And they’re going to need to know how much your girlfriend knows.

Roxi – I can’t keep secrets from her forever.

Vision – I see. Look, sit tight and I’ll tell them the situation. They should at least be able to look at her so she doesn’t hurt herself.

Roxi – That’s fine, I just need to know what’s causing all this.

Vision – I’ll do what I can.

Roxi – Thank you Vision.

Vision – And Rox?

Roxi – Yeah?

Vision – It’s good to see you again.

Roxi – Likewise old friend.

{Vision disappears off the video screen.}

Keira – Can they help me?

Roxi – It’s going to take some time. I’m not sure how long, but there’s a chance. They should at least be able to look at your and figure out what’s wrong.

{Keira hugs Roxi tightly.}

Keira – Thank you.

{After letting go, Keira heads to the window and opens up the curtain.}

Roxi – What are you doing?

Keira – If you’re ever going to get back on track, I think you need to put tht costume on, and get back out there.

Roxi – Kiera It’s not that simple. I don’t know if I’m even allowed to do that anymore.

Keira – That obviously didn’t stop you before.

{Roxi smirks at this for a moment.}

Roxi – That was different.

Keira – No, it wasn’t. This is the part you were born to play. I know that now. You need to get out there, and do what your best at.

{Keira opens the window to hear the sounds of sirens}

Keira – This city needs you.

{Roxi gets up and walks to the window.}

Roxi – I just don’t want you to worry.

Keira – I know that. But there are people who need you more than I do. And it’s your job to protect them.

{Roxi walks away from Keira into the bedroom, Keira soon wanders in and finds Roxi changing into her costume.}

Keira – Skin tight spandex…I like it.

Roxi – Very funny.

{Roxi finishes, and walk by Keira back to the window.}

Roxi – Stay here and relax.  I’ll be back. I promise.

Keira – I know.

{Roxi kisses Keira on the cheek before putting her mask over her face and firing off her grappling hook and swinging off.}

It was nice to be in costume again, swinging around the city I love so much. It felt good to be back, or at least, beginning to come back. There was still plenty for me to do, and a lot people I had to see, and make things right with.  Alexis would get the care she needed, though her detox would be painful at times. I can still see that face in anguish when I would fall asleep.  Cyrus had gotten her re-addicted to Morphine, drugging her into basic slavery. I went to see Alexis every day. Making sure she knew that I was always going to be there.

After a few days, Keira had settled in, and things were going about as smooth as they could. I made up with Kurt Newman, Emi and I were friends again, and the Guild wasn’t as mad as I thought they’d be. With Keira’s help, my life was getting back to normal.

Well, normal for me anyway.

{We see Roxi and Keira on the couch, snuggling up to one another as Roxi’s laptop goes off. Roxi walks over and answers Vision’s call.}

Roxi – What’s the verdict Vision?

Vision – Well, they’ve agreed to see Keira and try to help her. But they still don’t approve of you re-joining right now. You can bring her in, and they will talk to you about it while the medical team sees her.

Roxi – That’s all I ask. Thank you so much Vision.

Vision – Don’t mention it. I’m just glad you’re back.

Roxi – Me too.

Vision – Just remember, she can’t know anything else about us. You’ll have to make sure she doesn’t see anything.

Roxi – I know the drill.

Vision – I’ll see you there then.

Roxi – Right.

{Vision logs off, and Roxi stands up and looks at Keira.}

Roxi – Well, they’re going to see you.

Keira – That’s great.

Roxi – But, I can’t let you see where this place is. So, I need you to put this on.

{Roxi produces a blindfold from the desk. She tosses it to Keira.}

Keira – Do you always have a blindfold laying around?

Roxi – Always.

{Keira arches a brow.}

Keira – Kinky.

Roxi – Just put it on.

{Cut to the inside of the Fortress, Roxi is lead away as Keira is taken to the medical bay. Roxi walks with the guards in an awkward silence. She is lead to a control room. She slowly enters.}

Commander Lyon – There you are. Please have a seat.

{Roxi sits down.}

Commander Lyon – So, what’s the story behind all this?

Roxi – Commander, I was…. I was in a bad place emotionally, after everything that happened with Wally, and some other things. I was obviously hasty in my rejection of the guild. I apologize.

Commander Lyon – Lady Bedlam, you quit the guild. We should have had Atom come and erase everything from your record. But we knew that there was possibility that this would happen. But this will not go unpunished.

Roxi – I understand, and I accept any punishment you give me.

Commander Lyon – For now, you are forbidden from being Lady Bedlam until we decide on how to proceed. The medical team is looking over Ms. Fisher, and once that’s done, our business is over. If you heed our warning, you may be welcomed back.

Roxi – Thank you.

Commander Lyon – We will conduct a test to make sure you’re ready to return, if you are able to heed our warnings.  Even then, there is no guarantee that you will be brought back.

Roxi – I understand.

Commander Lyon – Very well Lady Bedlam, you are dismissed.

{Roxi gets up and turns to leave.}

Lady Victory – And Lady Bedlam…

Roxi – Yes?

Lady Victory – It is good to see that you are in good health.

Roxi – Thank you.

{Roxi walks and is escorted to the medical bay, where Keira lies on a bed. Roxi sees the medical team looking at their findings.}

Roxi – How is she?

Doctor – It appears that there was someone, or rather, something inside of your girlfriend that she was holding in check. We’ve isolated this being and we’re going to contain it.

Roxi – What about the energy?

Doctor – That appears to be a side effect of their last encounter. Apparently, some of this beings power has been left behind. Once we remove this being from her, she should be free of that stuff.

Roxi – Then do it.

Keira – Hey! Don’t I get a say in this?

Roxi – What do you mean?

Keira – I mean, I want to help you. Maybe we can put that energy or whatever to good use. Maybe like some kind of item that I can wear and use the powers.

Roxi – You are not doing that.

Keira -  And why not?

Roxi – This isn’t a game Keira. You don’t need to do this.

Keira – But I want to.

Doctor – This would have to be approved by the Guild leadership.

Roxi – Kiera, This isn’t necessary You’re only going to get hurt.

Keira – We are a team, both privately, and professionally. This is what I want. I won’t use whatever you put the energy in, unless I’m with you.

Roxi – I’m not arguing with you about this anymore. Doc, get that thing out of her. Have Vision call me when it’s over, I’ll be back.

{Roxi leaves as Keira is put under for the operation.}

I understand why she wants to help, but I cannot allow it.

{Roxi is then shown in front of a camera, with the SCW logo at the bottom.}

Hey guys. I know it’s been a while since I’ve been in front of you, and I can say with all honesty that I really missed this kind of thing. I know it’s been a long time, but I think I can still handle this stuff. But let’s see how it works, I’m just going to speak from the heart to get this rolling here.

I meant what I said last week when I said that I have to apologize and make up for all the bad things that were done and said while I watched. I felt so helpless and I feel so bad that all of that happened, and that I was responsible. And for that, I can only say I’m sorry, and that it’ll never happen again.

The past couple of months have been sort of a blur, I’ve watched it back since I came back to my senses, and boy, did I just suck it up or what? I mean, everybody and their mom were just beating me left and right. I sure am glad that’s over.

Although, now I get to face the person who certainly had my number over the past few months it seems.

This week, it's Emma Rose. I never asked for it to be easy, and it sure isn't this week. Emma is an awesome wrestler, and I don’t think she’s even reached her max potential in SCW, and although she may be a rookie here, she certainly does not act like one, in or out in the ring. She's taken down quite a few of SCW's girls right from the get-go. I've watched as she has held her own, and in some cases, more than held her own against top competition. Kind of reminds me of me.

No, I don't make that comparison to patronize Emma or to toot my own horn, but I make that comparison because it's true. When I first arrived in SCW, I was taking down those who had been established, and those who were just making their way into SCW too. I swam with the sharks, while most sank. Emma has done the same. Our careers have been extremely similar. The only exception is, I won the bombshell’s titles along the way. But I can easily see that in Emma's future before too long.

No Emma, this isn't me blowing smoke or sunshine. I don't throw praise lightly. I do tend to try to help everyone, that's just in my nature, and I am a nice person, but I don't just hand people my endorsement. I am fully aware that you possess skills in the ring and you are very, very good. In fact, I'll go a far as to say you might just be the most talented wrestler in SCW who hasn’t been the Bombshell’s champion.

I mean, you’ve certainly been able to beat me a time or two. There’s nothing for me to really say in defense of that. You beat me, and part of me is glad that you did. You didn’t let anything stand in your way of becoming a force to be reckoned with in SCW. I appreciate that kind of attitude. You have become not just a great wrestler, but a great champion, turning back challenges left and right, always having a champion’s determination, all the while not losing that hunger to be the best. I admire that.

This is one of the prime reasons I'm excited for this match. Because you are a great test, and a great challenge to me, to see just how good you are. From watching you and the way you carry yourself and how you've handled yourself thus far, I knew that the time that we were going to wrestle would be a special one. I knew that you could be a very tough challenge and that's what I expect from you. Nothing less.

But while you have beaten me before, I feel like this is the new beginning for me, a clean slate, a fresh start, and as I said, I could not have asked for a better opponent. You Emma Rose, the Bombshell’s Roulette champion, probably the best female wrestler in SCW right now. How great this match is going to be, goes without saying. But beating you, making sure that I get back on the comeback trail properly, and get a victory over one of the top bombshells in SCW speaks volumes. I know I have to earn my re-match against Electra, or whomever is the champion when that time comes, and beating you would be a major step forward. And I know that I can beat you. I am not trying to downplay the fact that you beat me, by making excuses. I am capable of beating you, I just didn't those times you got the better of me. Cyrus may have been around, but he wasn't in the match. But now, I'm free of that one dimensional line of thinking. I'm not out to destroy you, or take over the division, or anything like that. And even if I did, I have you for competition. But the fact remains that I should have been better for those match, and now, I am. For a while, I forgot who I was. I forgot that I, am perfectly capable of beating anyone in the world of wrestling if given the opportunity. I forgot that I was once bombshell’s champion, and did a pretty good job of it too. But I remember now. I remember who I am, and what I do. I'm back, and I can lay claim to being one of the best.

That is not trash talk, it's not cockiness, it's fact.

I'm heading into this match expecting a tough fight, and I sincerely hope that you are too. I know that one day, you will be exactly where I was. One day, you will be a prime time player for SCW before it's all said and done. And one day, you may rise to become one of the top wrestlers, not just female wrestlers, but wrestlers in this company period.

But I’m back now, back to the way I was before, and if I recall that, I was pretty good, as many can attest to. So testing myself against you is exactly what I need. It’s time to get back in the race and make this bombshell’s division what it should be, and put on the show the people deserve.

And to be the hero the people need me to be.

I’ll see you out there Emma. Good luck. I can’t wait.

{The camera cuts out. We cut back to the Fortress where Keira comes out of the operation.}

Roxi – How do you feel?

Keira – Better.

Roxi – Good, let’s go home.

Keira – Actually, I have to tell you something.

Roxi – What’s that?

{Keira leads Roxi down the hall, and towards the control room. Roxi stops her, getting suspicious.}

Roxi – Keira, what did you do?

Keira – I tried to help.

Roxi – What …

{Commander Lyon motions for them to come in the room.}

Roxi – Oh no.

{They enter the room, and both sit down.}

Commander Lyon – Lady Bedlam, you are in luck. Ms. Fisher has relayed a great idea.

Roxi – Sir?

Commander Lyon – Ms. Fisher has suggested that she be your partner, and you train her. In exchange, you will be allowed to be Lady Bedlam again.

Roxi – Keira…you did this?

Commander Lyon – She did. She has a lot of affection for you, and it’s a good way to study these energy effects.

Keira – They gave me this cool sash, I put it on, and I have the powers again.

Roxi – Sir, are you sure abou this?

Commander Lyon – I think that’s up to you. I present you with the choice, you can take it, or we’ll go back to our original deal.

{Roxi frowns and looks around, trying not to make eye contact with Keira. She finally shrugs.}

Roxi – I guess if it gets me back in, and I get to work with my girlfriend, I’ll do it.

{Keira smiles and hugs Roxi, who then hugs her back.}

Commander Lyon – Then let the training begin, you’re both dismissed. Vision will be updated, and you will report to him about the progress you make.

Roxi – Yes sir.

{Roxi and Keira leave. We cut to later where Keira is wearing an all black catsuit, and modeling in the mirror.}

Keira – What do you think?

Roxi – It looks great.

Keira – I’m thinking “Kat” for my hero name. What do you think?

Roxi – Kat is a little lacking, don’t you think?

Keira – It fits with the look. It fits me. I’m going with Kat.

Roxi – Alright, I can see there’s no arguing with you on this.

Keira – Now, I think I should test these powers.

Roxi – You can’t leave without me.

Keira – Looks like you’ll have to catch up with me.

Roxi – Keira!

{Roxi is too late as Keira uses her grappling hook and swings out of the window. Roxi gets up and runs to the window.  A sly smile creeps over her face, as she whips off her hoodie, revealing her costume underneath.}

Alright, I'll admit it, She's awesome for doing this, and I love her for it.

{Roxi slides the mask over her face and begins to give chase. Fade out.}

I feels so good to be back. I missed this so much.
