With the cruise drawing near and her partner Miss Evangelista nowhere to be seen Jessie Salco seemed to be in quite a bit of trouble heading into the Triple Threat Bombshell Tag Team Title Match but the young metalhead was determined to make her mark on SCW no matter what.

The Royal Monarch Cruiseship, the open sees
August 8, 2012, 11:00am

So this is what life is like on the open seas……pity I’ve been seasick twice.

Fortunately Katie had brought some pills to help with that as she often gets seasick as well so she leant me some, at the moment I’m chilling out in my cabin listening to Annihilator’s Alice In Hell album on my headphones, I’d be playing it out loud but the fans next door complained, just my luck that I had to be next door to two guys who listen to Justin Bieber, at least they were willing to compromise once they realized that I was one of the SCW Bombshells……though Jake being present helped.

I know I should be thinking about the title match but I don’t really have much to say about it, so far the only people who have taped promos for the match, besides me obviously, are the champs and if Miss Evangelista does fail to tape a promo I’ll be pissed off.

My thoughts are interrupted by a knock at the door and I groan. “I swear if it’s those guys next door complaining again I’ll scream.” I muttered under my breath before putting the headphones aside, pausing my music and answering the door, it is two guys but not the ones who live next door to me. “Craig, Johnny, glad to see you’ve finally found my room!” I greeted my step-brothers, Craig, being the sporty type, was lean and muscular with short blonde hair and blue eyes and was wearing jeans and a t-shirt, I could see that he had just been swimming because his hair wasn’t dry yet, Johnny had neck length dark brown hair, a matching goatee and blue eyes and was dressed smartly.

“Yeah well, it is a big ship.” Craig shrugged with a smirk. “How are you feeling sis? That chairshot did look painful.” Craig asked and I groaned.

“I’m feeling a lot better than I did last week, that’s for sure, besides my bouts of seasickness obviously.” I told them before stepping aside to let them in. “Don’t mind the mess; I’ve been listening to metal too much to do any cleaning.”

“So in other words, exactly like your room back home before you moved out to start your wrestling career.” Johnny said with a smirk and I rolled my eyes. “Are you looking forward to the match?”

“As much as you look forward to the latest snobby, pretentious “art” film by some director I’ve never heard off.” I said with a smirk and Johnny winced.

“OH, low blow.” Craig laughed and Johnny shook his head. “Don’t take it too hard man; we both know that she will take an action flick over artappartment or whatever it’s called.”

“Art-house and yes, I know.” Johnny said simply before turning to me. “You sure you’re going to be okay Jessie? You did nearly give mom a heart attack when she saw you charge into that chairshot.”

“Don’t worry, I’ve got a hard head.” I said with a good natured grin. “So how are mom and dad doing anyway? I’ve been trying to find their cabin but I’ve had no luck.”

“That’s probably because their cabin, and ours for that matter, is on the other side of the ship.” Johnny pointed out and I shook my head. “Anyway we’re glad you’re feeling okay, you think you’ll be able to make it to mom and dad’s cabin soon?”

“I’ll try, I did promise Odette I’d hang out with her by the swimming pool earlier.” I told them and they nodded in understanding before leaving, once the door was closed I sighed and turned to the camera. “I’m guessing you want some additional thoughts going into my big match on Sunday right?” I asked and the cameraman nodded. “I don’t really have much to add.”

“Well, think of something anyway.” The cameraman told me and I thought for a second.

“Okay, I’ll try.” I said with an annoyed sigh. “It’s been a week since my first promo for this tag team match and whilst me head is feeling a lot better than it did last week my opinions haven’t changed, teaming me up with Miss Evangelista is like mixing oil and vinegar together, they just don’t mix and no-one will be surprised to see this tag team implode at some point whether it’s at Summer XXXTreme or somewhere down the line, it may cost me my first ever title reign but if it means not putting up with that annoying bitch again I’ll welcome it, especially since she hasn’t shown her ugly mug to promote the match.”

Before I could continue my ring tone rang out and I answered it, it was a text message and I growled.

“Is that an Ex-Boyfriend?” The cameraman asked and I shook my head.

“Believe it or not I’ve never dated anyone, I had a few one night stands here and there, both genders, but that’s it, besides dating doesn’t exactly seem fair in this line of work.” I explained before noticing the look I was getting. “Yes, my family knows that I swing both ways but let’s shift the topic already.”

“Suit yourself, who’s the text from?” The cameraman asked and I shrugged.

“Doesn’t say, but I’ve been getting these texts ever since my debut match.” I said before deleting the text and tossing the phone aside. “It’s probably just a prank being played by an older bombshell; if it persists any longer I’ll complain to Christian about it.”

“Smart choice and speaking of Bombshells…..” The cameraman trailed off and I blushed slightly.

“Oh right, sorry got sidetracked.” I said with a blush. “As for the Party Girls, I agree with you on one thing, I didn’t exactly earn this title match, hell if anything I shouldn’t have been considered since I lost my debut match, but I’m not going to let that stop me from ending your title reign early shitty tag team partner or no shitty tag team partner I will walk off this ship with the titles.”

I checked the time and saw that I still had some time before I was due to meet-up with Odette.

“As for The Freekettes, like my partner they haven’t shown up yet but if they want to win the match they will, I’m not saying they will but I do like some competition!” I said before shaking my head. “I wish I had more to say about that but due to lack of promo from either of them I can’t really comment any further on them without repeating my lines from last week’s promo and I hate repeating myself so that’s out of the question.”

And with that I decided to wrap things up.

“Look I don’t care what the others say this tag team I have with Miss Evangelista isn’t going to work, at all, but if by some miracle we overcome our differences and win the tag titles I’ll be happy to win my first titles and I’ll be even happier when we lose them because that means I won’t have to put up with my bitch of a tag team partner.” I said before grinning. “In the meantime, Party Girls, Freekettes, just remember that when I’m climbing the turnbuckle ready to hit my 450 Splash you’ll know that Air Salco has passed you by……and I desperately need a better catchphrase!”

I said before shaking my head and searching for my bikini.

“Unless you intend to film me getting dressed and incurring the wrath of Jake I’ll suggest you leave.” I said as I turned my back to them and started lifting up my top. “Trust me, the site of Jake angry is not pretty.”

The cameramen quickly leave as the scene fades.

Supercard Archives / Are You Kidding Me?!
« on: July 30, 2012, 10:33:09 PM »
Even though Jessie wasn’t in action this past week on Climax Control she did end up being taken out on a stretcher due to her being whacked in the head with a Steel Chair by Carly Athens whilst trying to save Odette Ryder.

At Summer XXXTreme she was in the biggest match of her career so far as she was facing not one, not two, not three but four opponents as she was taking part in a Triple Threat Bombshell Tag Team Match for the Bombshell Tag Team Titles against the newly crowned champs The Party Girls and The Freekettes, only problem? Her tag team partner was Miss Evangelista, a women who Jessie had no kind words for in her debut promo and had cheated to beat her in Jessie’s debut match, would they be able to set aside their differences?

Dominican Hospital, Santa Cruz CA
July 30th, 2012, 11:00am

Ugh, my head, this is making my hangovers seem pleasant!

I glance around my surroundings and quickly realize that I’m in a hospital bed, though the bleeping noises from the machines probably should’ve alerted me to that fact first! Another thing I realize is that I’m still in my outfit from the show minus the denim jacket which is hanging over the back of one of two chairs.

“Ah good, your awake.” I looked up and saw a doctor standing nearby with a much younger nurse nearby, I noticed that some of the younger male patients where checking out the nurse but I ignored that. “Jessica, I’m Doctor Phillips, how are you feeling?” I groaned.

“My head hurts like hell for one thing, and I prefer to be called Jessie by the way.” I told him and the doctor nodded.

“As you wish Jessie, well you’ll be pleased to know that you only suffered a minor concussion and minor blood loss as a result of Ms. Athens’s attack on you,” The doctor added and I breathed a sigh of relief. “You should be free to compete at the Summer XXXTreme wrestling event that you’re employers are hosting in a couple of weeks.”

“That’s a relief.” I said with a grin. “Are my siblings here?”

“Yes, they are waiting in the waiting room; do you want me to send them in?” He asked and I nodded before he and the nurse walked off, it was around that point that I realized that I still didn’t know who my opponent was or what kind of match it was, my thoughts where interrupted when my siblings came into view and sat down.

“Jess, I think you’re taking the metalhead label a bit too literally.” Jake said as he sat down and I groaned as did Katie. “Oh come on! It wasn’t that bad!”

“Jake, trust me it was.” I told him before shaking my head. “Did my match for Summer XXXTreme get announced?” I asked them and they nodded.

“Good news is your competing for a title, namely the Bombshell Tag Titles.” Jake said as I turned to him. “Your opponents are the new champs and The Freekettes.”

“Guess I’ll have to end The Party Girls’ reign as champs early.” I said with a broad grin. “What’s the bad news?”

“Bad news is who you’re teaming up with.” Katie chimed in and I turned to her. “You remember Miss Evangelista from your debut match?”

“You mean that bitch that had to cheat to beat me? Hell yeah I remember her.” I said with a look of annoyance on my face. “Why do you……oh no, please tell me this is a giant prank you’re playing on me?!” I asked once it dawned on me.

“Sorry, I’m not the pranking type, that’s more your area of expertise anyway.” Katie said with a grin which I returned. “You’re teaming up with Miss Evangelista.”

“You have got to be kidding me?!” I said with an annoyed growl. “Did Christian and Mark even watch my debut match?”

“Hard to say but if you want to win you are going to have to set aside your differences with Miss Evangelista, I know that’s asking a lot but still.” Jake told me and I shook my head. “The rest of the card was announced as well, they didn’t let me bring my laptop in so I’ll show you when you get discharged from the place, I have to say though, and it’s looking like a stacked card.”

“Doesn’t surprise me, it is a SCW Supercard after all.” I pointed out with a shrug. “Actually I think I know why they put me and Evangelista together for this match, because The Fallen are too busy fighting The Logan Boys for the NWA Titles.”

“Makes sense to me.” Jake shrugs as Doctor Phillips returned.

“You seem to be pretty popular Miss Salco, a woman just turned up wanting to see you, and I believe she’s one of your co-workers.” The doctor told me before pausing. “A Miss Odette Ryder I believe.”

“If she wants to see me send her in.” I shrugged and the doctor walked off to fetch Odette. “We’re going to need a third chair for Odette.”

“Good point, I’ll see if anyone has a chair that they aren’t using.” Jake said with a nod before walking off. “And no Jess, I’m not volunteering because I happened to find Odette and Carly hot.”

“Sure you’re not.” I responded with a grin and Jake rolled his eyes before walking off, I shook my head as I lay back in bed. “God I hate being cooped up in here.”

“That’s what you get for not going in there with a plan.” Katie shrugged and I glared at her. “Yeah, I know you didn’t really have time to plan for it but still.”

“Yeah and any planning I would’ve done would’ve jut given Carly enough time to have her way with Odette using that chair.” I pointed out with a frown. “Katie, just do me a favor and save the nagging just this once, I’m really not in the mood for it.”

“Sure, you did save Odette from a world of hurt anyway so I guess I can’t fault your decision.” Katie nodded just as Jake returned with a chair for Odette.

“So, I guess this is kind off a stupid question but you guys looking forward to Summer XXXTreme?” I asked them and my siblings grinned.

“Are you kidding? Before the event was announced the closest I got to a Cruise Liner was when I was shipped to Iraq when I was in the army.” Jake said with a grin which Katie returned. “We had a chat with Christian and Mark by the way and they agreed to let Craig, Johnny and our parents stay on the ship as fans.”

“That’s great news, I can’t wait to see them.” I said with a grin just as Odette showed up doing her best to ignore the wolf whistles. ”Hey Odette, what’s up?”

“Not much, besides losing my title no thanks to Carly.” Odette answered with a hint of annoyance in her voice. “How are you feeling?”

“Besides the splitting headache and the stitches in my forehead I’m fine.” I shrugged as I leaned back. “Still that’s the price I pay for saving you from a world of hurt.”

“True enough and you don’t hear me complaining.” Odette shrugged and I grinned at her. “I’m guessing you were told about your upcoming match?”

“Yeah, I’m not exactly looking forward to teaming up with Miss Evangelista after how our last match ended.” I said with an annoyed sigh. “Honestly this is probably one instance where I wouldn’t mind losing the match because then I wouldn’t have to put up with her for more than one match.” I added and Odette nodded in understanding.

“Sorry if I don’t seem that talkative, the whole Carly situation has me on edge.” Odette apologized and we nodded in understanding. “Thanks for the help anyway, if it weren’t for you taking the hit for me I’d be in your spot right now with a lot more than a busted lip.”

“Don’t worry about it, I’m still trying to wrap my head around why she turned on you to be honest.” I responded and Odette shook her head. “Well whatever the reason was you’ll get revenge on her soon.”

“You got that right.” Odette said with a smirk as Doctor Philips returned.

“Sorry but visiting hour is up; Ms. Salco will need her rest if she wants to recover.” The doctor said and the siblings and Odette left leaving me alone.

*the next day at the Salco Siblings hotel room*

I was discharged from the hospital earlier today and as a result I’ve finally seen the whole card for Summer XXXTreme, Jake wasn’t kidding, it’s a stacked card from top to bottom and I can’t wait to compete in it even if I’m teaming up with someone I hate.

I’m back in the hotel room that I’m sharing with Katie and Jake, Katie left about an hour ago to get food and Jake is busy working out at a local gym, he did invite me to come along but I told him that I wasn’t up for it as I just wanted to rest up and promote my match, and speaking off which…..

“I may be hurt but as my next opponents will soon find out it takes a lot to keep me down for any extended period of time.” I said as I sat down on my bed. “The Party Girls, The Freekettes, you may have a lot more experience than me but that won’t stop me from ending the reign of the Party Girls before they’ve even held the titles for a month, that said there’s pretty much only one person in this match that could possibly stop me from winning, my partner.”

I shook my head in annoyance.

“I don’t know whose idea it was nor do I care, teaming me up with Miss Evangelista is a disaster waiting to happen and if you want proof of that just look at our debut match! Evangelista, if we are able to put aside our differences, which is highly unlikely, there’s a good chance that we’ll win this match but like I said it doesn’t seem that likely and for once it seems that losing this match seems like the lesser of two evils because at least then I won’t have to team up with someone who had to resort to cheating in her first match!”

I sighed before moving on.

“As for my actual opponents, I’ll start with the ones whose last match I watched from the commentary booth with Jake, that’s right I’m starting with the Party Girls, Cookie may be a lot bigger than me and Evangelista and Brandi may have more experience but that won’t stop me from trying to beat you in our match at Summer XXXTreme, even if I don’t exactly like the idea of teaming with Evangelista if we win this match then I guess we’ll just have to set aside our differences.”

All though that sounds about as likely as Metallica ever releasing a decent album again right now.

“That just leaves two more opponents, the Freekettes and too be honest I’m not sure if Rochelle is even a woman based on those muscles, anyway those two may have been in SCW far longer than me or Evangelista but, and as much as I hate to admit it, we are the wild card in this match and we have that fact working to our advantage, with or without my partner’s help I will win this match!”

I guess it’s time to wrap things up, I think Katie should be home soon anyway.

“Injury or no injury, shitty partner or no shitty partner I will walk off that cruise liner with one of the SCW Bombshell Tag Titles in my hand, back at the start of the year I made a New Year’s Resolution to win a Woman’s Title in a major company by year’s end and even if I have to share that glory with Evangelista it’ll be worth it, just remember Party Girls and The Freekettes, when I’m soaring through the sky ready to hit you with my 450 Splash you’ll know that Air Salco has passed you by.”

I heard the door to the hotel room open and I went to see who it was as the scene fades.

Character Building Roleplays / I fucked up
« on: July 16, 2012, 09:43:37 PM »
“You okay Jess?” Jake asked as he entered the trainer’s room, it had been ten minutes since my debut match and I was being checked out by the trainer, Katie was sitting next to me and fortunately I only seemed to be a bit sore following my match.

“I’m not.” I said with an annoyed sigh as the trainer double checked his notes. “I fucked up out there; I shouldn’t have let that bitch get the better of me.”

“You’ll get her next time Jess; she only won because she raked your eyes.” Katie reassured me and I smirked at that. “Christian released next week’s card whilst you were out, you’re not on it but I think it’s just a precaution due to the drug test.”

“Great, I was hoping to make up for tonight.” I sighed in annoyance as I turned to the TV screen which was showing the rest of Climax Control, in fact the match between Misty and Roxanne was just starting.

“Okay Jessica, I can’t speak for the results of your drug test but you seem like a perfectly healthy young woman to me.” The trainer told me earning an annoyed look from me, I hated people calling me by my full first name.

“Jessie’s fine but thanks.” I told him before standing up. “Besides that I know that the drug test results will come up clean, I haven’t touched that shit since I was 14 years old.”

“I’ll wait for the results to come back Ms. Salco if it’s all the same to you.” The trainer said plainly and I rolled my eyes before I heard a sick crack coming from the TV Screen and looked up in time to see Misty pop her arm back into place, I glanced at my siblings and saw that they were wincing.

“Err, yeah, I’m sitting out the rest of the match.” Katie said before quickly leaving the room, I grinned as I watched the action on screen something that Jake noticed.

“Don’t tell me, you’re looking forward to getting in matches like that aren’t you?” Jake asked and I nodded.

“Hell yeah, why do you think I chose this place over WWE?” I asked with a grin and Jake shook his head.

“I know your stubborn streak is nearly impossible to break so how about this, from now on I’ll supervise your training sessions personally?” Jake offered and I frowned. “I may not be a wrestler but I did serve the Army in Iraq remember?”

“Yeah, true.” I sighed in annoyance. “You’ve got a deal.” I said after a few minutes and Jake smirked at that.

“Good, I’ll take you down to the local Gold’s Gym tomorrow afternoon, my membership there is still good and it shouldn’t take me too long to get you signed up there.” Jake said as he watched the match. “Holy crap, it’s like a horror movie out there.”

“I’m guessing you mean the gory kind of horror movie?” I asked and Jake nodded. “I’m heading back to my locker room; it’s getting a bit cramped in here.” I said honestly before leaving the trainer’s room, as I walked down the hall way I let out a growl of frustration. “How the hell could I let her get the better of me like that?!”

“Kicking yourself over your debut match huh?” A familiar Australian Accent rang out and I turned around and saw Odette Ryder nearby.

“Yeah, pretty much.” I sighed as I turned to her. “I would’ve won if I had just pinned Alexis after taking out Miss Whatshername with a dropkick or something, in short something that wouldn’t have given her the opportunity to rake my eyes like she did.”

“Don’t worry about it, you may have lost but you did turn a few heads during the match.” Odette reassured me before walking off. “If anything this will help you in the long run, even if you fail your drug test you’ll learn from your mistakes in your next match.”

“Yeah, I guess that’s true, thanks Odette.” I thanked her and she walked off, I heard the bell ring telling me that the match between Misty and Roxanne was over. “Based on what I saw a few minutes ago it must look like a Hostel Sequel out there.” I thought before heading off to the locker room.

*the next day*

As promised Jake had taken me to the local Gold’s Gym for training, we wouldn’t be leaving for the next Climax Control location until tomorrow so we had plenty of time.

Jake was lifting weights with the help of a buddy of his whilst I was on the rowing machine which was at its highest setting, we had been working out for about an hour and since my usual attire of jeans and a band t-shirt isn’t really appropriate for a workout I’m instead wearing tracksuit bottoms and a sports bra and I have my workout music, the Metallica song Battery, playing on my IPod, Jake finishes his workout session and sits up.

“Jess, if you keep pushing yourself like that you’ll put yourself on the injured list.” Jake warned me and I paid no attention to him. “I know you’re disappointed with how your debut match ended last Sunday but is this really the answer?”

“You worry too much.” I grunted as I rolled forward on the rowing machine, truth be told my arms where very sore but I wasn’t paying any attention to the pain. “Besides, no pain no gain right?”

“One injury and they’ll be no payday for you either.” Jake pointed out and I shook my head before continuing. “You’re not even in action this week on Climax Control, why are you training so hard?”

“Because I feel like it.” I replied as I glanced up at my older brother who shook his head. “That and I don’t want to repeat my mistakes from my debut match.” I added before wincing, I must’ve pulled something in my arm on the last pull.

“You okay?” Jake asked upon realizing I had hurt myself.

“It’s just a muscle cramp; I’ve suffered worse than this.” I replied before reluctantly stepping off the Rowing Machine.

“See? What did I tell you?” Jake said as another, older woman who had been waiting for me to finish took my place in the rowing machine. “Jess I know being a wrestler is tough but working out excessively to the point of injury isn’t going to help.”

“I know.” I sighed before sitting down on a bench and removing my headphones, before we could say anything else my ringtone, A New Level by Pantera, rang out and I grabbed my cellphone. “It’s a text.”

“Who’s it from?” Jake asked and I would’ve shrugged if not for my muscle cramp.

“No clue, the caller’s unknown.” I answered before looking at the text. “That’s not even the weirdest part, have a look.” I said before passing my cellphone to Jake, he took it and looked at the text.

“Get ready? Get ready for what?” Jake wondered as he looked at the text. “I wouldn’t worry about it; it’s probably just a prank that the older Bombshells decided to pull.” Jake said before handing it back.

“If it’s a prank it’s a pretty weak one.” I pointed out as I took it. “I should know, I was the queen of pranksters back in foster card.”

“Yeah, you told me, and even if you gave yourself that title it’s still pretty fitting.” Jake said before picking up a hand weight. “How’s your arm feeling?”

“Good, sore but I’ll live.” I shrugged as I felt up my arm. “I’m getting bored just sitting here, if you want me I’ll be over at the running machine.” I said before standing up.

“Try not to push yourself to hard.” Jake called out to me as he exercised his arm.

Character Building Roleplays / Family matters
« on: July 10, 2012, 12:26:08 PM »
It was the day after my promo for my debut match, Katie and I had long past settled our differences stemming from yesterday’s promo but unfortunately for her it hadn’t taken long at all for the other family members to find out about it.

I should probably explain, see my family is a pretty large one, two girls (me and Katie) and three boys make up the siblings of the family and we’re pretty close, well as close as a family of adopted kids could be anyway, my stepmom tried to give birth a few times before settling on adoption once she realized that she couldn’t give birth due to a medical condition, she tried five times before realizing the truth so they agreed that they should try to adopt five kids, Katie was the first and me? I was the last.

As you can probably imagine my siblings have been chewing Katie out for humiliating me on National TV like that and possibly screwing up the best chance I’ve had to make something of myself since I started wrestling, I tried putting up with it at first but I eventually gave up and locked myself in the bedroom before drowning out the screaming contests with Pantera’s Cowboys from Hell album, they had been going at it for several hours now and I’m beginning to wonder if the guitar mastery of Dimebag Darrell will be enough to drown out the noise coming from the main room.

“Ugh, I don’t need this shit!” I muttered under my breath as the album stopped playing and the sounds of Katie’s latest screaming match with Craig, the second youngest of the five siblings, soon filled the air, it was still early in the morning so I hadn’t gotten dressed yet, normally Katie would remind me to get dressed but she’s been too busy getting yelled at by my other siblings I lay down on my bed, grabbed the nearest pillow and tried to use it to block out the yelling, that didn’t work so I started getting dressed slipping on one of my many Exodus tops, a pair of blue jeans and black boots before grabbing a pen and paper, I quickly wrote down a note that said:

“Katie:

I tried putting up with it, I tried drowning it out with my music but your screaming contests with our siblings are getting too much for me to handle, I’m heading down to the lobby for breakfast, if you want to find me once your done you know where to find me.

Signed: Jessie”

I quickly unlocked the door to my room and left the note on the kitchen counter where she would easily be able to find it, before leaving the hotel room, the sight of a heavily tattooed young woman walking down the hallway did cause some heads to turn and some other tattoo enthusiasts even stopped to complement me on my ink but besides that it was a quick trip down to the hotel restaurant, the food may cost me an arm and a leg but I have some cash saved up and my upcoming SCW Debut should cover it, I took a seat and looked at the menu.

“You’re looking a bit out of place, aren’t you Jessie?” A familiar voice asked from a nearby table and I looked up, it was my older brother Jake and I grinned when I saw him.

“This is coming from the 6ft 10 guy whose dreadlocks look like they have a life of their own most of the time.” I grinned as I set down the menu. “Jake? I’m not complaining but why are you here?”

“The situation with your sister, that’s why.” Jake sighed and I lowered my head. “I’m guessing you finally got fed up with the screaming contests?”

“Yeah, after I tried drowning them out with Pantera.” I sighed as I shook my head. “So where Craig and Johnny as pissed off as Katie as they sounded on the phone?”

“Even more so than what you probably heard.” Jake said shaking his head. “That’s the kind of thing you shouldn’t say in front of strangers and especially not on National TV.”

“I agree there.” I said as I turned to my brother. “Not to mention humiliating me like that.”

“Yeah, Craig had a real go at her for pulling that on you.” Jake said before inviting me to join him at his table, I grinned before going over to his table and sitting down opposite him. “So err, any news on what the bosses might do now that they know about…..you know…..”

“None yet, it wasn’t exactly something I mentioned when I signed the contract.” I said with a sigh as I looked over the menu. “It’s like I’ve said before, my mistakes are nobody’s business but my own unless it’s a family member.”

“Yeah, don’t blame you, if I hadn’t been so honest about it during your promo then who knows what kind of rumors might have floated around.” Jake said as he shook his head. “When I was serving in Iraq eight years ago a guy in my regiment came out of the closet thinking it might help us bond a bit, then the rumors started spreading about who he slept with and he went AWOL rather than face them.”

“Jake, that’s not exactly encouraging.” I pointed out with a sigh. “I thought the army had a Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell Policy regarding that kind of thing anyway.”

“They do, but that didn’t stop the rumors.” Jake said before shaking his head. “That’s not why I’m here anyway; I and your sister had a chat about……well everything that’s transpired over the past few days including what happened at Climax Control.”

“What? You’re going to demonize me for having a bit of fun on my first night with the company as well?” I sighed as I glanced to the floor.

“Jess, you know me better than that! Off course I won’t.” Jake said reassuringly and I grinned at that. “As I said we talked and we agreed that I should accompany you two on the road and help out with everything.”

“Wait, really?” I asked with the surprise evident in my voice. “But our hotel room is a two room one, where will you be staying?”

“Kate sorted that out for me, I’ll be staying in a hotel room just down the hall from your room.” Jake told me and I grinned. “Following that, well we’ll see how it goes, but keep in mind that I will be helping Kate keep you on the straight and narrow.” Jake said and I frowned at that. “But unlike her I won’t be above letting you have a bit of fun every now and again.” Jake added and I grinned at that. ”So, your facing Miss Evangelista and Alexis Morrison this week, think you can beat them?”

“I’m not sure, I looked at both of their bios and they have a ton of experience under their belts, me? I’m a four year pro; they definitely have an experience edge over me.” I sighed as the waiter came over to take our orders, I didn’t order much just a small meal as I wasn’t that hungry, Jake, being the big eater he was ordered the largest meal on the breakfast menu and the waiter walked off. “You’re going to give yourself a heart attack if you keep eating like that?”

“Nah that’ll never happen, I was in the army remember? I’m made of stronger stuff than that!” Jake said with a good natured grin. “If anything you need to eat more anyway.”

“Ha, ha, ha, I may not be as big as you but I’m hardly skinny.” I said sticking out my tongue. “Besides I keep myself in good shape by working out, not to mention wrestling.”

“Yeah, I’ll admit that is true, and I’m sure the guys who were checking you out as you walked in can attest to that.” Jake said and I blushed a bit at that, however his tone went from joking to serious in a matter of moments. “Look, Jess, I may not be above letting you have some fun every now and again but if I feel the need to put my foot down I will.”

“Got it.” I replied reluctantly as our meals arrived, my meal wasn’t as big as his but then again the same could be said for most of the meals on the menu. “You sure you’re gonna be able to eat all that?”

“Aren’t you forgetting who you’re talking too?” Jake asked and I grinned at that. “Don’t worry about the bill either, I’ll pay for it.”

“Wait, really? Jake I have some cash saved up; you don’t have to do this.” I protested but Jake shook his head.

“Hey just because you’re going to be bringing in some serious money working for this company and NWA doesn’t mean…..” Jake started but stopped when he saw the confused look on my face. “You haven’t signed up for the NWA?”

“No, I think I’ll wait a few weeks before I do anything like that.” I said shaking my head. “Besides I still don’t know how tough the competition here is going to be, let alone in the NWA.”

“Fair enough but you are going to see about getting signed up for the rankings at some point right?” Jake asked and I shrugged my shoulders in response.

“Enough talk, I think our food’s getting cold.” I pointed out and Jake realized that I had a point before we started eating our meals.

Climax Control Archives / Ow, my head……
« on: July 08, 2012, 09:38:34 PM »
This past week on Climax Control saw many changes, a new Bombshell Champion was crowned, Odette Ryder was in NXT, Marty McFarge discussed Matthew Kennedy’s sex life……that sounded a lot dirtier than I intended.

However one change flew under the radar, namely the debut of a new bombshell by the name of Jessie Salco who was seen mingling with the other bombshells at Odette Ryder’s party…..where she subsequently hijacked the DJ booth, this young metalhead was facing two other new women in SCW, Miss Evangelista and Alexis Morrison,

Outside the hotel room shared by Jessie and Katie Salco, Malibu, California
July 9, 2012, 11:00am

The hallway where the two sister’s hotel room is is relatively quiet considering my music tastes, off course at the time I was half awake and nursing a hell of a hangover so I was hardly in the mood for anything right now, unfortunately for me it would turn out that I wouldn’t have a say in the matter.

Ms. Rocky Mountains: This is Rocky Mountains standing outside the hotel room where one of SCW’s newest Bombshells Jessie Salco, who many are already calling the Headbanging Mistress of Mayhem based on her antics at the recent Climax Control Bombshell Party, I’m hoping to get a word with her regarding her debut match against Miss Evangelista and Alexis Morrison so let’s see who answers the door.

Rocky knocks on the door and after a few moments my sister answered who was not looking too pleased to say the least.

KS: Oh you’re that interviewer who took Jessie to that party last night, Rocky Mountains was it?

Ms. Rocky Mountains: Yes, I am hoping to get a word with Jessie regarding her debut match against Alexis Morrison and Miss Evangelista next week on Climax Control, is she awake?

KS: Oh, she’s awake all right, come in, I’ll show you.

Katie held the door open for Rocky and the cameramen letting them in, the hotel room is pretty large with a kitchen and two bedrooms, off course Katie’s the one paying for it so I’m not complaining, she leads Rocky to my room and the cameraman shows my half awake, hung-over self still wearing the outfit I wore to the party last night.

KS: Rise and shine Jessie.

JS: What….what?

Ms. Rocky Mountains: Oh….err, I can tell this is a bad time so if you want me to leave I will……

KS: No, no, I want you to stay, show the world just how bad an idea it is for a young impressionable girl to get caught up in a party like that!

It was at that point that I was starting to get my bearings, emphasized by the glare I was giving Katie.

JS: Young? Impressionable, my ass! Don’t give me that bullshit Katie; I’m 22 years old for fuck’s sake!

KS: And I’m 27 years old and I was in the same position you were when I was your age Jessie.

JS: All I wanted to do was have a good time and make some friends, not to mention introduce myself to the SCW Audience! That’s it! So what if I had a few drinks?

KS: A few?! Jessie by night’s end you were too drunk to walk let alone drive, I had to carry you to the car once the party ended!

JS: Okay maybe I went a bit overboard but that unless you invited them here to humiliate me on TV that doesn’t explain why they’re here!

I said pointing to Rocky and the camera crew who were watching the argument on the sidelines whilst looking visibly uncomfortable.

Ms. Rocky Mountains: I can answer that, Jessie whilst you were passed out your debut match was booked, and you are facing Miss Evangelista and Alexis Morrison in a Triple Threat Match that will serve as the opener for next week’s Climax Control.

I grin at that, my first match and it’s a triple threat, this was going to be fun.

JS: Good, two times the opposition two times the ass I will kick in my debut……well as soon as my hangover passes anyway.

I groan as I clutch my head, Katie shakes her head.

KS: So my sister behaves irresponsibly on her first show with this company and they award her with this match hmm? I swear I don’t understand wrestling companies sometimes!

JS: Okay, Katie, what the hell is your problem?!

I snap at her catching Katie and the interviewer off guard.

KS: Excuse me?!

JS: I chose to attend that party to get noticed and maybe make some friends, I was bound to get drunk at some point and here you are demonizing me for it! Why?! Ever since I started wrestling you’ve pretty much criticized every move I make out of the ring!

KS: Maybe I wouldn’t need to do that if you weren’t a recovering drug addict!

Katie quickly covers her mouth once she realizes what she has just said on National TV but the damage is done, the camera picked up every word of that sentence.

JS: Get out!

I said in a low voice that made it clear I was angry, hell I was pissed off at this point!

KS: Jessie I……

JS: I SAID GET OUT!

I snap at her again and Katie winces before leaving, Rocky Mountains shared a look with the camera crew before excusing herself leaving me alone with them, I took a deep breath as a ran a hand down my face.

JS: First shot at a major promotion and my sister already fucks it up for me! God damn it!

Cameraman: Err, if you want us to leave we’ll understand.

I shake my head.

JS: Fuck it, you’re here, I have a match to promote, we may as well get this over with! But first I want to address what my sister just said if it’s okay with you?

Cameraman: Sure, go ahead.

JS: I won’t go into detail so I’ll keep this brief, I was a foster kid growing up, never met my real parents, whilst I was growing up I turned to drugs, the hardcore stuff you know? I’ve cleaned up since then and Katie’s family adopted me shortly after that but Katie constantly worries about me going back down that path and turning to drugs again, to the point where she insists on accompanying me on the road, as you can tell things can and do get heated between us.

Cameraman: Yeah, we noticed, so about your match?

I sigh as I grab a hairbrush so that I can straighten out my hair, any enthusiasm I had for my match a few minutes ago just got sucked out by my argument with Katie.

JS: I won’t lie, I’m looking forward to it, it’s my chance at the big time and I really don’t want to screw this up, what do you have on my opponents?

CM: Err; nothing on Evangelista but Alexis is pretty much the opposite of you, here, have a read.

The camera guy hands over a piece of paper with info on Alexis and I frown.

JS: Ah, yeah she’s one of those girls.

CM: You mean the satanic type?

JS: Pretty much, I guess this is the part where I’m supposed to trash talk them huh?

CM: If you want yeah.

JS: Okay, hello SCW Fans, I’m Jessie Salco, you may remember me from last night’s Bombshell Party, and in fact I’m still feeling the aftereffects of the party! This week I’m facing not one but two other women in my first match here in SCW as I’m taking on Miss Evangelista and Alexis Morrison who are also making their debuts, I’ll get to Miss Evangelista or whatever her name is in a minute but first let’s talk about the Satanic Chick!

Fun, isn’t it?

JS: Okay before I continue how many in this room heard that “Heavy Metal is the devil” bullshit that was spread through the news media during the 80s?

I ask the cameracrew who sheepishly raise their hands.

JS: Yeah thought so, hell my stepparents thought the same thing until I introduced them to bands like Kamelot and Helloween, back on topic, as a metalhead I hear that bullshit a lot from friends who’s only exposure to metal is through the Black Metal genre and trust me I can rant all day about that! So the fact that I’m getting the chance to kick the ass of a Satanic Chick is quite a bit of poetic justice in my book!

I shake my head,

JS: Granted Alexis you do wrestle a similar style to mine but trust me, that’s where the similarities end! I don’t know if you’re into metal or not but if you are then you give metalheads a bad name with your satanic bullshit, needless to say I’ll take pleasure in kicking your ass.

And now it’s time for me to address Miss Whatshername.

JS: Miss name that pretty much tells me that you’re a snob just by looking at it; I wish I could say I had as much material as I do for Alexis but I don’t! I don’t know much about you besides the fact that your name is snobby and a tongue twister!  If I end up being right then oh this match will be perfect for me because I get to kick the asses of two people of hate the most, snobs and satanic chicks!

I’m about to wrap things up when Katie enters the room, I sigh as I set the hairbrush down.

KS: Jess, I shouldn’t have said that, I’m sorry.

Katie sighs and I shake my head.

JS: Kate, you revealed that I am a recovering drug addict on TV; do you have any idea what this could do for my career?

KS: Yes I do, I said it in the heat of the moment and I regret saying it, really.

Katie says with a look of sincerity and I sigh.

JS: I’m sorry as well, I never should’ve snapped at you like that and I’m a dumbass for even thinking about it, at least I had a blast behind the DJ Booth!

Katie chuckles at that.

KS: Yeah, I’ll admit, that did look like a lot of fun, so friends?

I smirk at that, related or not we’re still sisters and no matter how bad the arguments get blood’s thicker than water.

JS: Yeah, we’re friends, hell we’re more than that we’re sisters, we shouldn’t fight like that.

KS: Agreed, come on, I’ve fixed ourselves up some breakfast, should help with the hangover if nothing else.

JS: Sounds good, just gotta finish this promo.

Katie nods before leaving the room and I turn to the camera.

JS: Alexis, Evangelista, I may not be experienced as either of you but once I get flying you’ll have no chance of stopping me, just remember girls, when you’re on the matt and you see me heading up top, you’ll know that Air Salco has just passed you by!

I leave the room so I can eat breakfast as the scene fades.
