Matthew wasn’t in action last week but Marty did make his presence felt when he accidentally cost Team Erick Teammate “Amazing” Ace Baldwin his match against Jordan Williams, now it was up to Matthew to make up for it!
And he had an opportunity to do just that! He was taking on Argento in a Single’s match that Matthew pretty much had to win to get back in Team Erick’s good graces, can he win?

There are times when failure cannot and will not be tolerated, and the events surrounding Ace Baldwin’s match against Jordan Williams last week on Climax Control definitely count.
I left Marty with precise instructions, cost Jordan Williams the match in any way that he saw fit and I expected to come back to the tour and be greeted with news of Marty’s success, only to learn that he has not only failed but barely escaped Jordan Williams’ wrath.
To say that I am not happy is like saying that Gay Marriage is not a hot debate,
“Oh come on Matthew!” Marty pleaded with me as I paced back and forth inside our hotel room, the Skar Brothers where standing by with their hands behind their backs. “I made one mistake, so what if it cost him the match?”
“So what?” I asked Marty as I turned around. “I gave you instructions to do whatever you deemed necessary to cost Jordan the match, instead Ace lost the match and I now have Erick and Ace livid at you and by extension me!” I said and to be blunt I was fuming at this point. “And you have the nerve to say “so what”?”
“Okay, I admit I fucked up!” Marty grunted as he put his hands up defensively. “But it’s Ace’s fault! He went for his finisher in a position where he could clearly see the porno mag…..”
“First off, as beautiful as Odette Ryder is I don’t care how you got the mag I want it destroyed!” I interrupted him and Marty went to protest. “Destroy it or your fired as my manager!” I added and Marty gulped before nodding. “Second, did you even consult Ace before the match?”
“Well…..no…….I was doing research on the members of Team SCW and……” Marty trailed off and I smirked under the impression that he was doing work.
“He was looking at Lesbian Porn sir.” That is until Al decided to chime in.
“Al! I told you not to tell Matthew that!” Marty yelled at the bodyguard who simply folded his arms.
“You wasted valuable time just so you could masturbate to attractive women having sex with each other?!” I said with venom in my voice and all color drained from Marty’s face.
“Well…..technically it involved a group of Japanese school girls, a goat and a tentacle monster…….I’m not helping my case am I?” Marty responded and I pinched the bridge of my nose in annoyance. “Oh look at the time! I’d better go downstairs and grab some breakfast, you guys coming?” Marty asked the Skar brothers but he didn’t give them a chance to answer before leaving the room as quickly as he could, the brothers just shrugged their shoulders before leaving the room, now that I have some time to myself I guess it’s time I address the situation and my match with Argento.
“I make no excuses regarding anything I do, unlike some of my allies I’m actually honest about the fact that I cheat to win or cost my enemies a match, yes I am looking at you Amanda Cortez and Necra Octavian Kaine, and that is no different when it comes to a certain incident that happened on the last addition of Climax Control where my manager cost Ace Baldwin his match, my only saving grace is that I beat Argento this week on Climax Control.”
And trust me; I intend to do just that!
“Myself and Argento have one thing in common, we are both former Roulette Champions who didn’t get to enjoy long title reigns but that is where the similarities end! I realized when Erick Staggs started this revolution that the chances of anyone enjoying a lengthy reign who aren’t close allies of Christian and Mark are very slim as Ms. Jessie Salco found out two weeks ago, she’s a smart girl and I’m sure that if it weren’t for her rivalry with Amanda she would’ve realized that and joined our cause, who knows? Maybe she’d be the one defending the SCW Bombshell Roulette Title against Faith”
But alas that isn’t the case.
“What does this have to do with Argento? Because I hope that he is smart enough to realize this himself, aligning with someone as corrupt as Mark Ward and as idiotic as Christian is nothing short of a disaster waiting to happen and if Argento is smart he’ll join the cause and support for the current bosses will whittle down until it’s non-existent!”
But what if he isn’t smart enough?
“Not everyone on this planet is a genius, that’s a cold hard fact of life, but even then some people are smart enough to see the writing on the wall, and in the possibility of Argento not being smart enough then maybe, just maybe, I can beat some sense into the so-called Italian Stallion, can’t be that hard! After all, he hasn’t stated who he’s aligned with yet.”
Then again not everyone did that right away!
“If Ace Baldwin tries to make life difficult for me in this match then I will be ready for him, as I am ready for anything that Argento throws at me! But if he is professional enough to set aside his rage and assist me in this match then there won’t be any problems will there? I’ll defeat Argento with ease, Ace will realize that it was a mistake and I will be back in Erick’s good graces, and to be on the good side of the soon to be sole owner of Sin City Wrestling is a very profitable position to be in!”
Mark and Christian on the other hand…..
“To be blunt trusting someone like Erick Staggs in the first place was Mark and Christian’s first mistake, not realizing that he was forming a revolution from right under their noses was their second mistake, their third? Recruiting men and women who are either too caught up in their own rivalries to see the light and join the revolution or idiots who think that they can do no wrong, Argento, I hope for your sake that you realize that as potential alliance with the current owners can only end in the end of your career in SCW and if it is up to me to end it then I will!”
And with that I decided to wrap things up.
“Argento, you may be a former Roulette Champion like me but unlike you I was actually able to defend the title one time before I lost it! To be quite frank I don’t care who you align with, join the revolution and you will be a valuable ally, join the resistance and be trampled underfoot by the new regime, my name is “Prime Time” Matthew Kennedy on behalf of the future boss of SCW Erick Staggs, Argento is about to be cancelled.”
I turned to my laptop as the scene fades.
