 OOC: I just have a short RP since Fiz posted that they were not going to be back till the 10th, didn't want to go overboard if there wasn't going to be another rp up or put the pressure on.

There is a man in the SCW ring wearing a suit and tie wearing a mask.  As the man takes off the mask it can now be seen as Joshua Acquin.  He doesn’t look too pleased with the orders he was given by “Queen” Alice.  He drops the mask and puts a microphone to his mouth.

“This is utter bullshit.  I can’t take anymore of this.  I am going insane having to listen to U2 over and over.  Then when I need to get a break from it outside the arena here I have to say a password and be in this tux and wearing this mask?  Why? Why did you make that rule?  Why do you need to be playing U2 on repeat everywhere in this arena?  To top that I have a match against a former Tag Team Champion.  Welcome to the big leagues, you don’t have anyone to watch your back as close as down in the tag team division.  I can’t take this anymore I need to get out of here; the U2 is getting to me.”

Joshua picks up the mask he dropped and starts to go up the ramp to get out of the arena.

 Joshua is in the plane on the return trip from his trip to Florida with his new girlfriend and new daughter.  Joshua is getting asked a million questions from his daughter.

“So do I call you dad or uncle Joshua, I am so confused.”

Joshua laughs.

“I understand how it can be trust me.  I will tell you this call me however you feel comfortable with the most.  Dad, uncle, some weird guy that is now my long lost dad.”

They all have a laugh at that.

“So as you to know I have a show this weekend in Vegas where they will announce a tour.  I think we are going to Australia and New Zealand.  For the first few weeks I will be unable to bring you since it is such short notice and school and your working.  However I am thinking if you are fine with it, move to Vegas and while I have down time register you for school and have your mom work for me as a secretary until she finds a job. I have already pulled strings to get you into the best school in Las Vegas.”

Joshua waits for her response.

“That sounds great, dad.  Just don’t know what mom will think of it.  What about my friends?  What about my room?”

Joshua looks at her nodding as he understands everything she is worried about.

“Your mother and I have already talked about it and she is on board, but she wants you to be on board as well.  I will tell you this you have a room in our house in Vegas.  I have no issue if you would like to have your friends to come visit or you to visit them, with their parents ok.   Take this week to think about it and talk it over with mom and let me know.  I love you either way.”

Joshua leans back in his seat and closes his eyes

Acquin manages to get his shoulder up on time as Deveraux looks around, he slowly gets to his feet and watches Acquin as is about to grab him with his patented finishing hold as suddenly from behind it is Kris that drives a knee in the back that sends Deveraux into Acquin that drops to the canvas. Deveraux turns around and gets a dropkick into his painful shoulder, causing him to stagger backwards and fall to the outside as Kris senses the end is to be near and goes for the cover.

Justin:: The winner of the match and STILL SCW Roulette champion!! Kris!!!

Kris gets the championship belt handed to him as he rolls out of the ring and holds the belt up in the air and smiles against his two challengers that he just beat.


Joshua is in the trainer’s room re-watching the end of the match.

“I got robbed of a win, I should be SCW Roulette Champion.”

Joshua’s phone buzzes with a text message.

“Are you ok sweetheart?”

“Yeah I am fine just got the wind knocked out of me.  Getting checked out.  I will call you when I am leaving.”

Joshua puts his phone down as it buzzes again.

“We are here in the Gold Coast. Surprise.”

“So you saw my match.  I will be out shortly.”

Joshua gets cleared to leave by the trainer and grabs a shirt and throws on a pair of shorts to put over his wrestling attire.  He grabs his bag and walks toward the door.  He walks out in some pain as he slowly walks to meet Sonia and their daughter Madison in the general public area.

He sees them standing there watching the show.  He sneaks up on his girlfriend and grabs her hips startling her and Madison.  Joshua laughs at them.

“You’re an ass sometime honey.”

Joshua gives Madison a hug and gives Sonia a kiss.

“Shall we leave?  I have my car with valet.”

They go through the casino and head to the valet area.  The person in valet grabs Joshua’s  750i BMW.  Joshua pops the trunk and sets his bag in the trunk area.  He opens the door for Sonia and Madison then goes to his door and starts the car.  Both Madison and Sonia are taking it in.

“This is your car sweetheart?”

Joshua chuckles a bit.

“Yes it is.  Just got it a couple months ago.”

Joshua pulls out of the parking area and turns right to go down Flamingo Boulevard.

“Well Madison what do you think you haven’t said anything since we got into the car.”

Madison is taking in the luxury of the back seat and the views as they are going down the road.

“I am sorry just taking everything in and such.”

“Now Sonia why didn’t you let me know you were coming into town?”

“Well Joshua we wanted to surprise you, also I think Maddy has made up her mind and she wanted to tell you herself.”

Joshua looks into the rear-view mirror.

“Really what do you say sweetie?”

“I want to move down here and live here.”

Joshua smiles and pulls up to their house.

“So we leave for Montana in the morning to pack up your stuff?”

“No, my friends helped us pack up and all we need to d is drive the U-Haul from Montana down to here.”

“When did you want to go up and do that?”

“Well I figured we could do that sometime this week, we packed our bags and have enough for a few days.”

“Alright lets go inside and I can show you around.”

They all get out as Joshua opens the front door to the house. Joshua begins to speak in a joking voice.

“This luxurious estate home has exquisite amenities and boast over 14,300 square feet. of luxury living, including indoor outdoor living, movie theater, game room, formal living room, exceptional dining room, chic wine cellar & wet bar, state of the art kitchen including gourmet chef’s kitchen, wellness spa, extraordinary master suite with retreat, spa inspired master bath retreat, six luxury guest suites, elevator, including a ten car garage to pamper your finest car collection. Savant Smart Home Automation, Resort pool & spa, swim-up bar and outdoor dining with barbeque. Enhance your daily life by beautiful mountain scenery, Vegas strip and stunning golf course views... enjoy life at the top with relaxation, efficiencies and exclusivity.”

Joshua returns back to speaking like he normally does.

“Basically, it is a big ass house that has a lot of things.  My chief comes three times a week and makes meals for me.  I need to call his team and let the team know there will be more to do now and maybe have them come daily to cook.  Actually, are you guys hungry now?”

Both the ladies are still taking in the place and can only nod that they are.  Joshua picks up his phone and calls someone.

“Hey Tony, it’s Joshua.  I need you to send your team up here and make some food for my guest and me.  That sounds great.  See you then.”

Joshua hangs up the phone and hugs Sonia.

“They are on the way to make some food.”

Joshua starts to walk into the main part of the house.

Joshua is seen out and about in Auckland, New Zealand.  He is wearing jeans with a t-shit and hoodie.  Next to him on either side is his girlfriend Sonia and their daughter Madison.  They are seen walking toward Mount Eden.  As they walk up the path a few people recognize who Joshua is and ask for pictures with him putting them in various wrestling moves and for autographs.  As they get close to the base of the mountain they have a information booth.

“What can you tell me about this place?”

The person at the information desk gets up and comes around to talk to Joshua and his group.

“Mount Eden – Maungawhau, one of Auckland’s 48 volcanic cones and the highest natural point in Auckland. Discover the volcano’s history as a traditional fortified Māori village – join a guided tour, please see me for that, and see the occupation terraces, storage pits, and housing sites that give a glimpse into former Māori settlement. Then check out the 5.5-acre, award-winning garden on the side of Mount Eden, with its colorful plant collections, waterfalls, rock formations, resident native birds and fabulous city and harbor views.  There’s just as much culture here to match the natural attractions. Joshua looks on in amazement at what the person said.

“Did you have to memorize that?  If you did I think you have added your own spin on some of that.”

The information person smiles.

“Well sir I had to remember some items but I put some things in there that others do not.  Can I interest you in a tour later on?”

Joshua nods his head.

“Yes I would, I mean we would love to get a tour by you.”

“Great sir I will be able to do that in an hour.”

“Alright we will be back then.”

Joshua and his party heads to a table that is there next to the stand.  Joshua looks at Madison as he can tell she is still adjusting to the new relationship as father and daughter.

“Ok Madison I know you are having a hard time and you probably have a lot of questions that you may want to ask.  Since we have an hour why not ask away and I will answer them the best I can.”

Madison smiles as Joshua is trying to open up to her.

“Ok Dad, first thing why did you wait so long to get a test and find out about me being your daughter?”

Joshua sighs as she asks the question.

“Starting off with a big question.  I am not happy about doing it the way I did.  Your mom and I went our own ways and we knew deep down that you were our child.  That’s the reason I paid for quite a bit of stuff for your mom and you.  While apart your mom and I stayed in contact but went our own ways in relationships and such.  If I could do it again I would be there for you from the start.  Now when we found out what we knew, we started up our relationship again, not for you but for us and I want to do as much as I can for you.”

Joshua wipes a tear from his eye as he finishes talking.

“Next question is have you had any marriages and kids from them?”

“Another tough one.  Yes, I have been married one other time to a woman that was scamming me for my money and using a child in it as well which she stated was mine, but come to find out it wasn’t mine.  Now with your mom I am not worried about it.  We knew you were ours and got the test to confirm it.  Plus I know your mom better than most.  I love her and I love you as well.”

“Okay what’s your favorite color?”

“Now you give me the one I thought you were going to start with.  Mine is a dark blue.  What about you?”

Madison laughs.

“Dad I thought I was asking questions.  But if you must know it is purple.  Next question is do you have any friends in SCW?”

“Wow a work related question.  Yes I do have a few friends in SCW.  I have known Amy Marshal for a few years.  She has given me a couple of my tattoos.  James Tuscini is a newer friend I have.  I also have quite a few with all the feds I have been in.  I will let you know friends come and go.  True friends are there for the long run.”

“What is your favorite tattoo you have?”

Joshua shows the inside of his right forearm which reads Madison.

“This one is my favorite one I have gotten.  It is there when I get down on myself I look at that one and it keeps me going.  Before I go through the curtain at every show I look down at this arm and smile because I know I have won because I have some little girl that loves me.”

“What if I want to get a tattoo?”

“Well first off you are too young to get it without mine and your mother’s conceit.  Secondly if you were to be allowed to get one I would have to see if Amy would have any slots in her shop because I am very picky when it comes to getting any ink.  Third I want you to remember it is for life and make sure it is something you would want for life.”

“What would you do if I wanted to wrestle like you?”

Joshua thinks about what to say.

“The only way I would let you do that is if I could keep an eye on you.  For trainers I would be one as well as your aunt and uncle.  I may request some help from Amy because she is a great wrestler and has a plethora of moves that may help you.”

After the question was answered the information person came up to them and let them know they were able to start earlier.

Joshua is seen in his hotel room going over emails and other things when an email comes in and ask him what he thinks about the protest going on in the sports world.

Joshua sits back in his chair to think about how to word his response email.

In my professional view with this kneeling or sitting for the national anthem is one that I will personally not do.  That is due to me connecting with so many service men and women that allow me to do what I do.  I give my time and money to help veterans as well as do other events for the folks still in the service.  Now I have to go with what has been said and it is their First Amendment right to do this.  I think they said it was freedom of speech.  If my co-workers feel the need to par take in this I will not chastise them for doing so since that is what people do.  While we are on the subject of disrespecting the flag and anthem I would like to point out what some people like to over look and that is US Codes.  You know the ones that state you can’t use the flag as clothing and other things people need to look it up.  So as far as how I feel and how I react are two different things.  I am going to do what I do and stand and I will not chastise those who don’t since people want to pick and choose what they follow as well as what they want to complain about.  Now is there other things that play into this, yes there are and as long as they go unaddressed I think we will continue to have this happen.  Now I am not saying over night but start working on this now instead of kicking it down the road.

As Joshua finishes sending out the email he closes his laptop and heads to bed and snuggles up next to Sonia.

Nightmare hits the PA system and Joshua walks out onto the stage the crowd booing him as he makes his way down the ramp toward the ring.  He gets into the ring and poses from a turnbuckle and gets more boos from the fans in Auckland.

“Finally I have my one on one match with Kris.  Here in Acquin, New Zealand….I mean Auckland New Zealand.  I think it is better the first way I said it.  It rolls off the tongue better than the real name.  I have to give props to Kris he is one man that has been able to bring back any value to the Roulette Championship.”

Joshua paces.

“But that cannot be said about most other things about him.  He loves to have my name in his mouth.  He had a very short-lived show he did.  I think on every show but one he had something to say about me.  Let me put it to you this way Kris, I will ensure you will not break anyone’s record here in SCW.  Sure we can go into it how you have won the SCW Tag Team Championship as part of Jet City.  I have won that championship twice and with a different partner each time.  My first tag team champion set the bar for many as I surprised folks here with who my partner was.  You know what they say If you can steal them do it, so I stole half of the tag team champions and brought that gold back to me.  Now you broke away from Jet City and have got yourself a nice little run with a streak of not being pinned and what looks to be a good little streak as a champion.  If I was in that match back in May in New York I would be champion now and not you.  I would be the one that would break the record,  I should say it is a speed bump and I will be breaking records here in SCW.  I am a two time champion where I had to pull my partner through with me.  Look who I had for a partner the second time.  I had the Fearless One Steve Ramone, who right now is sitting his ass down at home probably wondering why he is no longer working for SCW.  Look at the tape Ramone you made the biggest fuck up you could and said if you lost you quit.  My first partner is no longer here as well now that I think about it.  But that is in the past this is now.  I am going to win this week and bring that championship around my waist and say good bye to your streaks.”

Joshua paces around some more.

“Now if any of you have been paying attention to my doings will know that I have a mutual respect thing with James Tuscini.  People are worried out there that we will become a tag team.  Right now it is not close to that it is where I have his back and he has mine.  I mean hell James has broken me in one hell of a match that was a draw.  That was way back at Blaze of Glory V.  Before that we both had to survive a Steve’s rule match.  Out of the three matches we have had against one another I have gotten respect for him.  He is one hell of a person and as much as he has my back for my match against Kris, he knows damn well I have his back and will not let anyone interfere in James’s match against Hawkins.”

Joshua thinks for a minute.

“You know I may have the gift of gab when I am out here.  But I can say this Kris your fantasy is over when I beat you this week it will be a nightmare for you and a sweet sweet dream for me and it will even be a better birthday present from you to me.  Kris looking back, you have an issue of beating me.  Only once you were the one that pined me or made me submit.  I am one that learns from the past.  I play that match we had in Washington D.C. at Climax Control 179 over and over again in my head.  Remembering how it felt when I lost to you.  Having to roll out of the ring.  Having you beat almost time and again drives me crazy.  But that also makes me train harder.  This time will not be as easy as you may think after facing not that long ago.  Last match I was not pinned in this ring by you.  I did most the work and came so close again.  So I have been playing both events in my head where we faced each other as one on one or triple threat.  Your record against me as a tag team is one where you won yes but you were not the one to force me to tap.  Then as you show your true colors you leave your partner in the ring because someone didn’t get the win like they think they deserve.  I got a nice little cut on my head that night from Tim’s baseball bat.  That was over two years ago and I still remember it like it was yesterday.  I was getting beat to a pulp by Tim and you threw basically a fit because he got the win.  Are you mad because you don’t get a medal for being in the match.  You make me sick, your generation is making everyone soft.  You have to watch what you say, everyone wins, just do your best.  You Kris are a millennial that I hate.  I may have been born in 1982 and be classified by year as one of you but I am far from that.  I grew up knowing not everyone is a winner.  If you do your best it may not be enough.  I have some thick skin and I will tell you I am not one to be politically correct.  I am going to take that championship from you and I am going to keep it and not give you a fucking participation trophy.  Look at my career here in SCW, the first thing you will notice is that I am not close to 50% on wins.  True I may come out and complain that I am not going for championships, that is not due to me being one of your generation.  That is me busting my ass day in and day out for the SCW fans.  You know how many times I have been told no, but I am still here doing this.  You know I don’t have to wrestle at all I am fairly well off in the money department.  I am out here to hear the fans boo me because of how I am out here and how they don’t like what I do from time to time, because I tell them how it is.  What a lot of fans and folks in the back don’t know is how much I get from SCW.  I will tell you this I get hardly anything from SCW.  After I get my checks from SCW I give away most of my checks to charity.  I give to my church and I give to other organizations that I want to be involved in.  I would give the shirt off of my back to anyone that needs it.  I am a big name in Las Vegas, not because of SCW but due to how I give back.  I give out meals to the homeless and needy.  Now this may go against me not being a millennial but I would like to point out every generation has helped the homeless and needy.  A lot of my workers in my resort are people I have meet on the street.  I give them a job and training and now they are giving back and helping others and not draining our economy.”

Joshua is starting to get a mixed reaction.

“Yeah I know it is hard to hear me giving like I do.  But Sunday I am going to start taking and I am starting with the SCW Roulette Championship.”

Joshua drops the mic and stands in the middle of the ring motioning around his waist as if he has a championship belt around it.  As he continues to do it Pure Morning blares over the PA as Joshua prepares to fight.  After thirty seconds Joshua starts to laugh at the fans that thought something was going to happen.

“All of you are like sheep, trust me after this week he will not show for a while.”
With that Joshua leaves the ring heading to the back.

 OOC:Sorry about the RP work was a lot of hours this week.

Joshua is seen backstage sitting in a chair.

“Normally I would be out in the ring but with the travel and such I am too wore out to go to the ring but trust me I can still hear you.  So this week I have some New guy…Newman.  Wow it appears I am the welcoming party here in SCW.  I think my record it great against new comers.  I have put some on the shelf.  Some I have made not to want to be here.   I don’t understand it, one week I am so close to the win for a championship and the next I am up against a new person.  I am not worried about a new guy coming in through that door.  But I am done I am going back to my room and sleep.”

Joshua gets up and walks out.

 OOC:Sorry was working odd hours and travled here to Tucson almost didn't get this up.

Joshua is seen watching the replays of his match back stage at ITV6.  Smiling as he watches the part where he snapped the ankle.  He then watches the post-match attack that came out of nowhere.

“Joshua do you have a minute?”

Joshua sighs and looks unimpressed at Ms. Rocky Mountains as he responds.

“Please make this quick as I have plans.”

Ms. Rocky Mountains smiles and fixes her hair.

“Thank you.  Ladies and gentlemen I am here with SCWs very own Joshua Acquin.  Joshua tonight you had a dominating win only to be as some would say up staged by a returning Calvin Harris.  How do you feel about that?”


Joshua smiles and slightly laughs.

“How do I feel about being so called up staged?  You know what he had to pick up my scraps and attack an already injured man.  An one legged man at that since as you saw as you walked up I snapped his ankle.  I gave him an easy out and he didn’t want to tap so I took it up a gear.  I did say I would hurt whoever I was up against and I proved my word again.  Now I think Calvin came out as ordered by Christian and I think good old Christian told him to attack the loser planning on me losing given my track record.  But I won and to tell you the truth I find it pathetic that he went after a broken man and not after me.”

Ms. Rocky Mountains looks confused at what Joshua said.

“So you don’t think he upstaged you?”

Joshua looks a little irritated at the question thinking in the back of his mind it was a stupid question

“Please if anything he made me stand out.  If I was really upset about it I would have beat his ass down there and snapped his ankle too.”

After seeing and hearing Joshua’s reaction she thinks of what her next question should be as Joshua looks at his watch.

“Now that you have a week off what are your plans for this week?”

Joshua is looking at his phone as the question is asked.  Before responding to the question he sends out a text to someone.

“Well after this I am going to fly up to Boston and help my friend train some newer wrestlers for his company.”

“Are you trying to get new blood here in SCW?”

Joshua laughs at the question then his face turns serious.

“I don’t care if they come to SCW if they do good.  What I am doing is making sure they are not making a joke out of my job.  I am one that will make someone do something over and over again.  When we get in the ring we may make mistakes but we try to make it look good so we want to prevent as much as we can.”

Nightmare hits the PA systems the fans start to boo as Ashlynn walks out on stage to the boos the fans have for her brother Joshua.

“Fans of SCW please welcome the SCW great Joshua Acquin.”

From behind the curtain Joshua, wearing jeans and an I snap ankles t-shirt, walks through along with Austin. All three of them avoid any contact with the fans even going as far as walking down the ramp in a single line as fans outreach their arms to get a feel at Ashlynn to which Joshua and Austin threaten the fans that do. When they get to the ring Joshua and Austin hold the ropes open for Ashlynn followed by Joshua entering and finally Austin standing in the middle of the ring as Joshua poses to draw heat.

“Alright people out there think that I am upset that I got upstaged?  I don’t see it like that as I did all the damage and Calvin comes in and scraps up the carcass of a defeated man.  A man with one good leg.  It doesn’t take much to beat an one legged man.  But then I herd the rave reviews not for me but for him and how he has returned to SCW.  How do you praise a man that took out someone that beat on an already beat man more than he was when I finished him in this ring? Can someone please fill me in on how that is a rave review and me snapping an ankle is not?  I am going to prove a point here that Calvin should have stayed away from the ring here in SCW.  In between these ropes is my house.  I take any attack on my house, be it someone getting in and quote unquote upstaging me or taken too long to get out after I beat you, and I will make them pay.  So this has been brewing for two weeks now.  True at the start I said I was fine but in reality after it sank in it hit me that everyone was forgetting about what I did.  Calvin I am going to tell you this once never out stage me again.  Next time you do I will put you on the shelf as I have done to a few stars here in SCW.”

Climax Control Archives / Trying to get back to winning

 Joshua is helped to the back by his tag partner and friends after taking the loss.  Once to the back he is sitting in the chair with his head down and hands on the back of his head.  He sits up and looks drained from the match and he tanks the ladies for bringing him back to his locker room letting them know he is going to change so asking them to leave.  After the door shuts he stands up and folds the chair up and starts to slam the chair against the pillar that is in the locker room bending the chair with each hit.

“Why can’t I win one damn match lately.  I just want one win just one.  Maybe I am getting old.  I need to get out of here and clear my head.”

As Joshua leaves the arena he finds a stage hand and hands them a hundred-dollar bill and explains what happened.  He walks out the back door of the arena and puts his bags in the back of the rental car as he drives off the airport.

Later in the day he is seen walking through the McCarran International Airport terminal walking to the baggage claim.  As he sits and waits for his bag he is seen by a young SCW fan that sits next to a Joshua that is resting his eyes.

“Hi.”

Joshua is startled by the fan and jumps up out of his seat  shaking his head regaining his bearings.

“Oh hi, is there something I can help you with?”

The girl takes out he cell phone and makes the motion she would like to take a picture with Joshua.  He makes sure he is presentable to have a picture taken as he gets close to the girl and smiles as she takes the picture.

“No way my friends will not believe that I just met Joshua Acquin in the airport.  I thought you were on tour with SCW.”

Joshua shakes his head at her.

“Yes it is me Joshua and I am on tour but I have a week off so I came back home.  Is there anything else you would like?”

A look of thought comes across the face of the girl.

“Well there is one thing you could do and that would be to get me backstage so I could meet Amy Marshal  she is my favorite wrestler.”

Joshua nods his head.

“Yea she is a good person she is like my sister and I will see what I can do.  No promises but I will try my best and at least send her a text to let her know I bumped into a fan.”

She hugs Joshua as she leave and he goes to get his bag that is going around on the baggage claim carousel.  As he is leaving and getting to his car he text Amy and lets her know what happened and sent the picture that the girl sent to him.

After being off the SCW card for two weeks Joshua is sitting in his house when he gets a text from the SCW management team letting him know that he has a match on the 23rd of April in Washington DC and as he sees his opponent he shakes his head.

“Honey it looks like I will be out of town this weekend.  Think you can survive without me?”

Joshua’s girlfriend Catherine walks into the room with Joshua.

“I know I can survive without you for the weekend I have done it before.”

Joshua walks over and gives her a hug.

“Well I have gotten you a ticket to come with me. I would take the jet but it is getting worked on.  I have two tickets to DC and I have booked a suite at the Park Hyatt for the week.  So we could do some sight seeing.  So get your bags packed we are leaving tonight."

Joshua and Catherine are in Joshua’s car heading down the Interstate to the airport.  They pull into the long-term parking for terminal one and Joshua grabs the bags and walks with Catherine to the elevators to go down to ticketing.  As they make their way to the ticketing booth Joshua receives a text message that is confirming the suite in the hotel when they get to DC.

“What was that Joshua?”

“Nothing just a text saying the suite is ready when we get there.”

They walk up to the agent and Joshua tells them name and how many bags they are checking in as the agent types on the keyboard and wishes Joshua a good flight.  As they walk away from the counter he walks over to the USO that is in the terminal and shakes the hands to the military members that are there.

“Personally I would like to say thank you to you folks as you are traveling down range or coming back home to your families and I wanted to come over here and let you know that. So please come over with me to this bar so we can have a drink.”

Joshua walks up to the Layover Bar and puts his credit card on the bar and gets the attention of the bartender.

“You see the people coming over here from the USO I am putting all their drinks and food on my card and there will be a $500 tip on top for you.  Make sure they are taken care of.”

A few of the servicemen are in shock over what Joshua said and want to make sure it is ok.

“Yes it is fine also I want to know who is on their way home and I will have my assistant put you and your spouse or better half in a suite for free.”

Joshua gets the names of the ones that are coming back as well as handshakes, fist bumps, and hugs from the people as they are still in shock.  Joshua gets the attention of a passer byer and ask for them to take a picture of them all.  As they are about to take the picture Joshua stops them.

“Catherine get over here you are part of this group too.  Boys this one is mine and that’s one thing I won’t share.  I will let you get a free suite and get food and beer off me but not my better half.”

They cheer as the picture is taken and they exchange numbers so Joshua can text them pictures and keep in touch with the ones that are heading out.  

“Joshua we need to get through security to our gate the line is getting longer and we have less than an hour to get through.”

“Alright sweetheart.”

Joshua turns to the service members and gets their attention.

“Guys thanks again and whatever you want the bartender will get it for you.  Stay safe if you are going downrange and welcome home if you are coming back.”

Joshua waves bye and walks to the security checkpoint for the D gates.

Joshua and Catherine land in Washington DC as Joshua gets off and heads to the baggage claim he is stopped by a serviceman walking behind him deboarding the plane.

“Are you the one that paid for the drinks and food for everyone in Las Vegas?”

“Yes I am did you need anything?”

“No I was one of those people and I am still in shock at what you have done.  I have taken it up my chain and they want to thank you for showing hospitality toward us.  They want to get your name and contact information.”

Joshua smiles at the person.

“Funny thing is it isn’t that hard to get ahold of me.  I do own quite a bit in Las Vegas.  But it is Joshua Acquin A-C-Q-U-I-N.”

“Not the SCW wrestler.”

“Yes I am the one and same.”

“Wow I can’t believe the one person that did this was Joshua Acquin SCW’s Nightmare.  What are you doing here?”

“Well I am on tour with SCW and I have a match this week so I came out here early and with my girlfriend to be a tourist out here and see the sights.”

“Wow I am on my way over to Europe then to the Middle East.  My flight doesn’t leave here till tomorrow.”

“Do you need a ride to your hotel?  I know we have room in our rental car.”

Happily the member accepts the kind gestor.  As they get to the hotel Joshua looks at him and ask what kind of room he got and he is told just a standard room.  Joshua walks up to the desk clerk and sees how much it is to upgrade his room and after some back and forth with the clerk saying they don’t have a room for him Joshua leaves the hotel and informs the member that they don’t have an upgraded room for him at this hotel but he was able to get him a suite at a different hotel close to Joshua’s and he booked it for him and the clerk at the hotel is refunding the member for the room that he didn’t use.  Joshua ask the member when his flight leaves so he can pick them up since he has a car and doesn’t think that they shouldn’t have to get a taxi to the airport.

Nightmare plays over the PA system as Joshua comes out to boos from the crowd.  He slowly walks don the ramp mocking the fans as he does.  He finally makes it to the ring and gets in and poses on the turn buckle and grabs a microphone that has been placed on the edge of the ring.

“Well hello to you too Washington DC. Got to love this town.  Sure, I maybe on a losing streak but not as bad as the sports teams here I mean the Redskins can’t make it to the big game sine 1991, the Nationals were the Expos before they came here I mean they had a change as the Expos to win but the players strike ended that.  The Capitals are choking as they always do in the NHL playoffs, I mean how do you come in first place in the league and not sweep at least the first series?  Enough about that I mean I could say how bad the Wizards are and they had the best player in the history of the NBA but nah you already know how bad it is.  I mean I think this city is full of losers with monuments to winners here from the past.  You have the Washington Monument, The Lincoln Memorial, and the National World War II memorial.  My opponent this week thinks that since he beat me before he will beat me again.  Well the man from Jet City forgot one thing that was a tag match where if I remember correct his partner pins mine so he has never pinned me in this ring.  He is a cocky son of a bitch, has no one to back him, thinks he can do it all but in this ring, I will take Kris Halc from one end of this ring to the other.  Hell, I may even take him all around this arena, I do have till the count of 10to get back in, well to get both of us back in.  I don’t like winning via count out but if it is close number one priority is me.  I will send Kris back to Jet City where ever the hell that is.  Maybe it is a state of mind.  Anyway, when I am done with Kris and beat him I will be going to the back and demand a title shot for Lord Raab’s newly won Internet Championship.  So, I will make Kris’ dream turn into a nightmare when I beat him this week.”

Joshua smiles as the fans boo over everything he just said and he puts the microphone back to his mouth.

“Herr Raab Ich hoffe, Sie halten diesen Titel echt fest und polieren ihn, weil ich dafür komme. Du bist vielleicht ein Monster, aber ich bin ein Albtraum, der die Internet-Meisterschaft von dir nehmen wird.”

With that Joshua drops his microphone and walks back up the ramp and disappears behind the curtain to the back.

 Joshua is back in the trainers office getting his knee looked at by the training staff when the doctor begins to talk to him.

“Joshua you need to take it easy out there and not do the high risk moves.  You are not as young as you once were and it has taken a toll on your body.”

“Doctor I must say now you seem worried about me but not any of the other times I have spained my arm or dislocated my shoulder and has you pop it back in.  What gives?”

“Joshua I am going to say this right now but you have people that care what happens to
you in SCW and I have been told to warn you about your risky moves.”

“I still think it is funny you care about me here in SCW seems like you are reading a script.”

Nightmare hits the PA systems the fans start to boo as Ashlynn walks out on stage to the boos the fans have for her brother Joshua.  

“Ladies and Gentlemen of Chicago, Illinois you have the opportunity to see and welcome the SCW great Joshua Acquin.”

From behind the curtain Joshua, wearing jeans and a SCW’s Nightmare t-shirt walks through along with Austin. All three of them avoid any contact with the fans even going as far as walking down the ramp in a single line as fans outreach their arms to get a feel at Ashlynn to which Joshua and Austin threaten the fans that do. When they get to the ring Joshua and Austin hold the ropes open for Ashlynn followed by Joshua entering and finally Austin standing in the middle of the ring as Joshua poses to draw heat.

“So a couple weeks ago I loss in this ring tapping out.  I lasted longer than any of you would. Most of you would have to call out from work if your knee was as damaged as mine was.  I am not like you I am better than you are.  I was in pain when I was placed into that figure four right here in the middle of the ring no where to go. I am use to them tapping out in the middle of this very ring. But one bad move from me and I slammed my knees into the mat and I was taken advantage of.  I get a huge lecture from my doctor about taking it easy.  Also what is going on with the Blast from he Past first round match-up?   I think that it has nothing to do with Mark but Christian plotting to put my team against my friend Amy.  Maybe that “Bad Boy” Dax has something to do with that.  I have heard Christian will do anything for someone that goes under his desk. Christian, he is on a team called the bad boys but he is far from one.  Him turning on his partner, come on I had my partner do that my first Pay Per View, you’re a couple years late with that Dax.  People saw that happen twice in one night and I think the Mean Girls one was better.  Let me talk to you Christian business man to business man the way to get ratings isn’t by putting a championship caliber match in the first round.  But this is what creates cash and puts asses in those seats.  Then there is a rumor out there saying that I use brass knuckles and that is the only way I win, I have not used brass knuckles here in SCW.  Sure I may have them on me but I never use them.  Seems like we have a problem here with people saying I have to cheat to win.  I have never used these."

Joshua pulls a pair of brass knuckles as fans boo over it.

"Now I have no problem putting these to good use against Dax at all.  But I have to think how it will effect my friend Amy.  So I will hold onto this till after our match and when my team wins and heads into the next round I will help Dax to the trainer after I put these to his skull.  This week I have a tag match with  Kate Steele as my partner.  Usually I am not a person that will tag with anyone else but Austin, but for Kate I think I can tag.  She is a decorated vet here in SCW she has two championships held toward her Triple Crown and my goal is to help her toward that.  So I have seen how she holds her own.  I do have some history with Amy, we both were a team in last years Blast from the Past.  We both have crossed paths prior to SCW, however we were never in the ring at the same time.  I think the feeling between Kate and myself is mutual where we can get along for the match and win this whole Blast from the Past.  I am sorry Amy”

 Joshua is seen walking back stage before he is stopped by Hollywood stops him to ask a few questions.

“Joshua how do you feel about your latest loss?”

Joshua looks at her you can see the anger building.

“You know what people want to think it is so easy wrestling that they wonder how can you lose to him.  People want to know how I feel?  I feel like TNA robbed me.  I know I am a better wrestler than he is.”

“What is next for you?”

“Next for me is to keep on doing what I am able to do.  I am going to wrestle whoever management puts in front of me.”

“How do you feel about facing Ben Jordan?”

Joshua thinks about what to say.

“Ben is a great tag team wrestler.  I mean he did hold the SCW Tag Team Championship and when his partner retired he pick Jamie Dean and won it again.  But this is now singles world where you don’t have anyone looking out for you.  It is a different beast.”

“How did you feel about Amy and Jessie facing one another?”

“You know what whenever it is a friend you ae wrestling there is more feeling into the match.  You want to win but you know that you don’t want to do too much damage and have them go on the shelf.  I know Amy quite well and I know she had a hard time doing this match.  But she is a champion and will wrestle whoever they place in front of her.  They had a great match and Jessie got into the match and low blowed Amy and realized what she did and you saw it in her face.  Friendships can be broken in a match like this.”

“So with Blast From the Past coming up how does the field look and who would you like for a partner?”

“I will say this much it is always an all-star field.  You can never tell who is going to be put together.  You will have friends against each other.  You also have feuds that get started and continued.  So it is a great event to honor past wrestlers, and to showcase up and coming wrestlers.”

Joshua thinks about what to say next.

“Who do I want to have as my partner?  I hope that I don’t get Twisted Sister again.  I am a little messed up in the head but her?  She is on a whole new level of crazy and trying to talk to her when she only thinks about when can she use her chainsaw which I think she named or something.  But looking at the field I see names I would like and some I wouldn’t.  I know I was demanding certain people but I know that will not happen.  I would love to be wrestling with Amy of course, her or Jessie wouldn’t be bad.  Then you have people I would hate to be with like Evie Baang, that goes back to Bad Company days I personally have no issue with her but she does have one with me.  Even one person I had beef with the same time period as Evie I wouldn’t mind teaming with.  That person is Remi, I know she is a young woman that I think we could work together.”

Joshua stands and waits for another question.

“if you don’t have any other questions I am going to change gears here and talk about Ben Jordan.  Hey Ben I know about you quite well.  Hell I have been on your yaut and enjoyed one of the famous Ben Jordan all week long come and go as you want parties.  But one small thing we have to wrestle this week and I have been looking over tapes and looking at your weaknesses trying to use that information to my benefit.  You are a great tag team wrestler, just as I am.  However this is a new era for you coming to the singles realm.  I am your first for you back in the singles wrestling world.  I am not going to go easy on you and I expect you to bring your best because I am not going to roll over for the “King””

 Joshua is seen walking backstage after winning against a rookie that was placed in front of him.  As he turns the corner near his locker room a person comes over to interview him.

“Joshua tonight you got the win using a new submission move care to comment on that?”

Joshua gets a smirk on his face.

“Sure it is called a cross face it is a move I have been working on for sometime and also Jeff tried to get away and I was able to pull more on his arm and it caused him to tap.  Before you ask no I haven’t thought of a name for it due to the fact that it was a spur of a moment thing.”

“Do you have any plans for the off week?”

“Well since we just saw Amy win her match and become the new Bombshell Roulette Champion, I am sure I am going to hang out with her.”

“What about Joey, is there any bad blood…”

“Bad blood, why because over a year ago on SCWs Japan tour I let Amy know I liked her?  Maybe if you recall she told my she didn’t think of me like that.  So what did I do?  I went and became more of a brother to her.  I know a bit about her that stays between the two of us.  She knows I have her back and would do almost anything for her.  Now if you don’t mind I would like to change and get out of here and go back to my house.”

Joshua slams the locker room door as he goes through it.

Joshua is seen in his wrestling school walking around an area with six rings each with people in them.  He comes to one with his sister Ashlynn in it.

“Ash how are the women doing here?”

Ashlynn looks at Joshua and get out of the ring and walks up to him.

“How are they doing?  I think they are getting better by the day.  I mean there are a few that I think need to change their focuses on being a wrestler to something else such as a manager.  Those folks have better mic skills than the others.  Then there are those with both the mic skills and wrestling abilities.  I think I know what you are trying to do, you want me to pick out two to wrestle for the women’s championship here.”

Joshua nods his head.

“You know me quite well.  That’s only one thing I want.  Also, I was looking at doing a six person tag team championship with two guys and one female per team.   I also want all the women that you think can wrestle and we will have a tournament to crown the first women’s champion.  I was also debating on bringing a manager with me to SCW.”

Ashlynn shakes her head.

“What I am not good enough?”

Joshua laughs.

“I have never said that.  I want to give them a taste of way up there in SCW.  It pushes them to do more.  Now I need to find Austin and talk to him.”

Joshua and Ashlynn hug as she goes back to the ring she was in to train the people she was as they were staring at them as they talked.  A short while later Joshua finds Austin.

“Austin just getting an update on how these guys are doing.  Who am I kidding I train them with you so I just have a few things to run by you.  I want names for three tournaments, tag teams, and also names for a six person championship.”

Austin looks at Joshua kind of puzzled.

“Why so much we just opened the school back up.  Is there another motive for this”

“I just want to have this ran as I have envisioned it being ran.  I want them to practice as if it was real.  Have shows open for people.  Have them wrestle in front of crowds.  Have them win titles so they can get the feeling.  Make them have that drive.”

“Didn’t you try this before we closed down?”

“Yes yes I know but I took on everything my self and didn’t seek out from others.  I have a place to hold events where I can charge people so we can pay the students back so they get that feeling."

“Is that all Joshua?”

“I am also thinking about getting a protégé to follow me.  I will train them.  I could care less if it is a man or a woman.  I am getting to the end of my wrestling career here in the next couple of years.  When I do I don’t want to leave a hole where I was.  Over the last year we have seen that a few times.”

“Alright I will look and let you know.”

Joshua is in the ring at the wrestling school.  He has all the students around the ring.  Standing in the ring with him are his brother and sister.

“Welcome everyone.  I have called you here to let you know that we are making some changes to the way we do a few things here.  Some of you are doing great here with everything.  Some of you my siblings and myself will talk to you about doing something else in the scope of the wrestling rules.  We will recommend the possibility of being a referee, a manager, or commentary.  This will roll into what we plan on doing.  The plan is to make this place like a federation so you will train and have shows.  I have a few championships that will be contended for.  Eight will go for the Las Vegas Championship, eight for the Roulette championship, not to be confused with SCWs.  Eight for the silver star championship.  Now I have not forgot the women, we will have four go toward the Sin City Women’s champion.  Also we will have a six person championship, two men and one women per team.  Men face men and women vs women.  Good luck, I will have my eye on everyone and look out for the belts."

Nightmare hits the PA is Joshua walks out from the back soaking up all the boos from the crowd as he walks down the ramp to the ring mocking the fans and laughing about it.  As he gets to the ring he walks around to the announcer table and grabs a microphone and gets into the ring.

“I told each and every one of you that I would be victorious at Inception and every one of you fools thought I was washed up since I couldn’t put away the champ.  You all expected me to lay down and pass the torch onto the amateur here in SCW.  That’s not how it happens I have yet to see any newcomer that has the skills to lace my boots.  It isn’t worth my time to be in the ring with them.  I have held many singles championships, true not here in SCW but I am a two time SCW World Tag Team Champion and that is more gold than most get here.  I want to win my first singles championship here and I am willing to do whatever it takes.  I have taken the champ to the limit.  How do they repay me winning?  The management puts me in another match with a amateur and TNA.  I know TNA quite well and I know what to expect from him.  Lately he has been on his refocusing tour where he uses Ruby just like another person uses his woman to distract people from what he has to do.  Yes I am taking a shot at the fearless or should I say fearful one Steve Ramone.  I don’t have to use anyone to distract people from anything I do.  But as of late it seems like Ruby has found a better man.  Last time you went for gold you came up a little short witch Ruby got someone a little short to fill that gap.  I am going to say this right here to you TNA stay out of my way and I will not cause you to take the loss.  Get in my way and I will make you pay.”

Yeah I just called out the champion out to the ring.  To me I think a champion is more than the belt they wear.  They are the face that is the company, for SCW it is J2H.  Now he has said some things I took offence to and I couldn’t let it go.  You don’t sit there and call one of my friend’s a whore, in so many words that is what he alluded to Ms. Marshal as.  Now I know I haven’t written in this blog in some time as most in the crowd could care less about me and what I am doing.  Now as far as Ms. Marshal I will have to say a few things.  First we are not a thing, she has a great man in Joey.  Second her love for Japan is second to none.  Next she is a great role model for women to look up to.  Yes, you can ask about the videos and what not but, I must say that you have to admit that she is a great business woman that is a champion in her field.  This week I will not have a championship match.  No I will be fighting for something more, honor.  I want to be one that people can look up to and can say I want to be like him.  Now people have asked me if I was crazy calling out the champ like I had done in Reno.  Your damn right I am crazy because a woman should not be called that or even insinuated that.
Now J2H has some things going for him in this life.  He has the money, the championship, and a lovely wife.  Now half of me thinks that if someone did the same thing to his wife he would be in the same boat as I am right now.  However we are dealing with a boy that tried to earlier this year annul the marriage to that lovely woman Melody.  How crazy do you have to be to want to leave a woman like that?  He is some punk that thinks the rules don’t apply to him.  I was there before where I thought I could do whatever I wanted to do.  But then I grew up.  See you this weekend at the Gold Coast.

Nightmare plays over the PA as fans cheer Joshua as he comes out from the back wearing his wrestling attire high-fiving  fans and taking pictures with them.  The ring has tables in it with items under a cloth, also there is a couple picture easels set up with a cloth covering what is under them.  Joshua gets onto the apron of the ring and wipes his boots before he enters the ring.  Joshua poses on the turn buckle as the fans cheer for him.

“Wow is that what I have been missing all this time where I didn’t think I needed the cheers?  Thank you I am very honored to receive your cheers after all I have said and done.  Now for those of you that don’t know me my name is Joshua Acquin.  I have been to a lot of different companies, won titles, I run my resort just down the road, and I own a couple sports teams.  I will tell you this I am one that cares dearly for my friends as I only have few of them.  While I was out this time with what the doctors called food poisoning on that cruise ship, I took time off for myself to heal up.  Now as I was recovering I can’t lie that the thought of retiring crossed my mind…But then as I was going through all of this I had people visit me in my office, write fan mail, and call my phone.  I still have to find out who gave out my phone number.  But I had one person that I could talk to and she gave me her opinion on what I was thinking.  I could come to her about anything.  I brought things I couldn’t bring to my family, due to how they would answer the questions.  It has been roughly six months this has been going on and while I was out two became one.  I know people are like that’s quick after your failed marriage before.  This one is different from the start, there was no kid to start with that someone twisted emotions to make people think that child was mine but after I found out she was using me I had to let her go.  But this woman that became my wife recently I have had the joys of talking to her about issues that really affect me.  She told me I still have it to be here in this ring day in and day out.   Then I hear some punk talk about my friend like that gave me the chance I was looking for.  Now one more thing I couldn’t help but hear you think I have a thing for Amy?  If it is anything it is a brother sister relationship.  When we were in Japan I let me feelings about her known and she declined my advances.  Now people will laugh that I was friend-zone but I am here to tell you she does that to everyone.”

Joshua walks around the tables pointing at the two tables.

“Now I know you probably are wondering what is under all this and I am here to tell you and show you that someone says I am not in their league.  This could be but he is dismissing me after knowing very little of me so I will show and tell something here.”

Joshua takes the cloths and rips them off the tables that are holding championship belts.

“Now J2H you think you are all that but I will tell you this real simple.  All these belts are ones I have won.  I have my very first one that I had handed to me.  It is right here and I cherish it daily.  That one was one where I took the champion to the limit in an extreme rules match.  The next week he handed me this championship, management was messing with his contract and he didn’t like it so he handed it over to me.  From there I went to a company where I met my friend Amy.  There I won my match to win an Anarchy Championship.  True I lost it a month later but I fought my heart out to keep it.  Next are my tag belts I have held.  From East Coast to West Coast to here in SCW I have had the honor to be the top tag team in the company.  Those tag belts are more hard to hold then your Heavyweight Championship.  I say that due to the fact you have to rely on another person not only yourself.  I will tell you this that everywhere I have gone to I am a legend.  I don’t do this for the championships, I do it to put the best shows on for the fans.  I could care less about the Hall of Fame.  If some child and their parent come here and have a great time and bond that’s great in my book.  Maybe it is due to me being older but I love the fans.  Now I have said I have grown some in the past decade and I will tell you this, when I was younger I collected baseball and other sports cards.  Well now I collect the players for my teams.”

Joshua takes the cloths off of the picture frames and under them are picture frames with jerseys in them.

“Here you see one of the best teams I have paid for to own.  I own the Las Vegas Wranglers and soon they will be affiliated with the Vegas Golden Knights as the official AHL team for them.  People asked won’t that be bad to have both teams in the same city?  To that I say no.  Our ticket prices will stay roughly the same and  we give another option to watch hockey here that cost less than the Golden Knights.  Now I have told you of my success team, now I will say that with every good there is bad.  On this one you see the jersey for what was to be the Winnipeg Bobcats.  Now we had players signed ready to go and then the league just went away without letting anyone know.  I am hopeful that someday I will be able to remake this team.  But you may think Joshua why did you bring this up even?  Why this doesn’t have anything to do with your match this week.  To you I say that this does I am like each and every one of you.  I have highs, and I have lows.  People like J2H try to hide his lows as best he can.  That’s why he has his bodyguards.  I have had them in the past, I used them to help in my matches just like he does.  I see when he doesn’t have them he has issues.”

Joshua paces around the ring looking at everything that he has done.

“You know there is one thing that is great about growing old and wise.  I see everything I have done and accomplished and I am happy with it all.  If I was to never win another championship or make it into the Hall of Fame I am content.  I want to put on the best match for everyone that watches at home and here at the events.  I am not about wins and loses I am about entertaining each and everyone that watches this product.  I am ready to put a show on this weekend.”

Joshua gets onto the turnbuckle again and poses as Nightmare plays over the PA.

This week maybe the biggest one in my SCW career but I am ready to go out there and  knock some respect into the champion.  Since I posted m last post here people want to know more about what I did while I was away from the ring.  I will say that it has been up and down for me.  I have lost a close friend to me due to leukemia and I have seen the effects that has on other people and how it can bring people together.  I am getting ready to continue filming a movie that will be out next year.  As I said in the ring I was really thinking about hanging up my boots but I have a strong woman in my life that knows me better than I know myself.  Now I have been given this great Christmas present in the form of beating respect into J2H and I can’t wait to show him. Make sure you watch as I whip him all around the ring.  Have a Merry Christmas and a safe New Year’s.

 We open to a crudely put together gameshow set.  On the sign above the stage reads SCW Newly Wed Game.  As if on a timer the applause from a non-exisnt crowd can be herd.  Out runs Joshua Acquin wearing a suit and holding a microphone.

“Good evening folks my name is Joshua Acquin and I am the host of the newest segment in SCW the SCW Newly Wed Game."

Five people come out on stage it is obvious that they are actors.

"Let’s meet the contestants tonight.  He is from Bad Company and she is his new wife whom got married in Greece Caleb and Edie Houston.  Team two is the other half of Bad Company and they got married in the hospital while they were strung out Johnny and Remi who cares about the last name, look at that colorful hair.  See kids this is why you don’t do drugs.  Last team is…well lookie here it is the third wheel in Bad Company and her…You did bring someone right?”

Out of the left side of the stage someone runs in and jumps next to Evie waves to the camera and it is seen to be Joshua’s brother Austin.

“Sorry about that Joshua kind of overslept.”

“Alright it is Austin and Evie Ac…”

“Whoa whoa whoa, Joshua you didn’t remember I was a one-night stand.  I had to pay top dollar for her.  Doesn’t mean I am sticking a ring on it.  I even made sure to double wrap before I poked into her.  Can never be too safe.”

“Alright we have asked each couple a series of questions separately and now they are going to reveal to see who knows each other the best after a two-week relationship.  So without any further delay.  We asked each of you what is…”

As Joshua is getting ready to ask the question the actor portraying Remi gets a bag of white substance and a needle.

“Now Remi we can’t have you do that on set here.  Wait till you are done here and you and your boy toy can snort that off of each other.  Anyhow we asked what is the one thing your husband would say they are bad at.”

Joshua looks at them as no one is doing anything.

“So you are telling me that none of your Husbands, and I use that term loosely, have anything they are bad at.  Well I can tell you what each one is bad at.  Well I can sum of two of them with one thing.  Both the boys from Bad Company could care less about the state of their wife’s well-being.  All they care about is one thing, themselves.  Now if you look at me and think I have anything bad about me, no Joshua you can’t.  But I have a ton of things I am bad at.  The main one is I am bad to my fans that I have.  I could care less about them than anything else.  I could care less about Bad Company in any aspect outside SCW but while they are here I will be a thorn in their side, the knife in their back, I will even be the voice in their head they don’t hear.  As far as Evie she claims she is a good girl but look at her tweets folks it doesn’t take a rocket science to figure out she want to ride someone’s dick.  Hell I bet Bad Company does some things to her that I have done to one of my close friends and her ex.  Like I said I am not perfect.  But I will tell you this for that firecracker Remi you need to get her some help before she snaps and knees your groin man.  Then again when I was stomping you I heard you screaming more, more, more, so maybe you like it that way.  The only one I would look at having a good head on her shoulder would be…none of them they are all fucked up in the head.”

Nightmare hits the PA as Joshua and Austin come out from the back smirking as they walk down
to the ring.  They pose for more heat.

“Man even people here in northern Nevada hate us Austin.”

“Well it could be a couple things Joshua. They hate what we did to Bad Company or what we did to Remi.  That little firecracker.  We will show you both just in case you missed it.”

Dmitri and Tuscini leave the ring, leaving Bad Company in the ring. All of a sudden two Metro cruisers pull up to the outside of the ramp, fans cheer thinking they are here to get Joshua. Four officers get out and hop up onto the ramp and start to flank Joshua as fans boo seeing that Joshua has called them out here. Joshua moves around, grabbing a microphone from the announce table.

Joshua: "Hold it right there Bad Company, after your assault of me last week I have decided to get my friends at Metro involved. If you could be so kind to handcuff these men. Don't worry about Ms. Baang in the ring."

The officers handcuff both men of Bad Company while Joshua looks on and glares right at Evie as it is being done.

Joshua: "Alright officers you can leave the men right here and head back to my locker room and make yourselves at home. Actually leave me a pair of cuffs in case Evie decides to get out of line."

Joshua grabs the handcuffs and holds onto them as the fans boo. Joshua looks at Evie and smiles before taking both members of bad company with a double clothesline. After the move he whips his attention to Evie backing her into the corner. As he does a person jumps the barricade and jumps up onto the apron on the same corner as she is backing into and grabs her arm and handcuffs her to the top rope. Joshua smiles as Austin gets into the ring. Joshua walks up to Evie smiling a sadistic smile.

Joshua: "Ohh Evie you did one thing last week and now you are going to pay dearly for it. You know what you want to say that I was dragging your name through the mud. I just pointed out what was public knowledge. Just as it seems that you pointed out my so called flings, just because I say hi to whomever doesn't mean jack. I think everyone here knows my relationship with Amy is more brother sister than anything else. But mine and yours..."

He walks closer and in her range to back hand him as she smacks him he grabs her arm after the hit and cuffs it to the other top rope and backs away as she starts to kick at him.

Joshua: "You did think I would let you get more than one hit in on me. Luckily it is me and not Austin he like that kind of stuff. Sorry I couldn't get any of the pink fuzzy handcuff you maybe use to"

She kicks at Joshua. As Joshua over-dramatically jumps out of the way he notices both members of Bad Company start to get up. Joshua sees this and yells towards Austin. Joshua hits the Nightmare on Caleb while Austin does an Acquin Stomp on Johnny. Joshua rolls out of the ring and grabs two chairs and throws them in the ring as he gets back into the ring.

Joshua: "Now Missy you like to put your hands on ME? I could smash your face in with this chair easy. But no I am not that nice. You could care less if I hit you, plus you know I have been told to never hit a woman, or bitch. So what do you care about and it is so simple to see, Bad Company. Last week I took eighteen staples to my head because of your boys here. Eighteen staples that is painful as hell. I am Just starting to be your nightmare. You don't care about your well-being it is these two we have laid out here."

Joshua takes a couple chair shot to Caleb's back before picking him up and ordering Austin to place his chair on the ground as Joshua sets up for a Second Nightmare. Austin places the chair and slaps Joshua on the shoulder to let him know it is there. Joshua hits the Second Nightmare onto the chair busting open the skull of Caleb.

Joshua: "Oh no Evie you have some explaining to do to his arm candy. Here let me help you Evie. Eden I am not sorry for messing up your baes face."

Simone: Acquin is sick!

Austin tells Joshua to set up the chair where he can drop Johnny's head to and does a Jackpot on him.

Joshua: "Oh no Remi we gave Johnny a concussion maybe he will do whatever you want."

Adams: Whatever snapped in Acquin's head lately, needs repairing quickly

Joshua and Austin take Bad Company up the ramp to the Metro cruisers and give them both a powerbomb onto the hoods.

Joshua: "Evie you and your boys brought this on yourselves"

Joshua and Austin stand at the top of the ramp as Nightmare plays and Remi and Eden run in to check on Bad company as Joshua and Austin laugh at what they have done.

Simone: I can't believe they did that! They destroyed Bad Company in front of Evie Baang.

Joshua nods.

“You got that last bit partially right.  She is a fire…crack…er, or maybe fire…crack…whore.  Regardless Christian told me it was wrong for us to touch a female like we did with Evie.  I am just adding this to my file of information that I am pressing legal actions and now it is growing.  Mark I know you are on a vacation but I am telling you if nothing happens this week I will be forced to involve my lawyers whom you have meet before.  If you are feeling a little hazy with all the jack and coke’s Mark here is what will be added. ”

Joshua and Austin are sitting back watching and laughing about what happened. Joshua turns the corner and bumps into somebody. As camera pans out if this seem to be Remi and her sister Eden.

Joshua: Watch where your going. I swear these new guys get under foot to easy and think everyone is their friend.

Remi looks up to see Joshua Acquin and his brother standing there in front of the two. Eden was in tears after seeing what had happened to Caleb because of the Acquin brothers. Eden wasn't sure if she was supposed to be scared of the two or not and Remi just had a scowl on her face.

Eden: I can't...believe you would do something so HORRIBLE to another person!

Remi: Edie...

Remi tried to console Eden, knowing that Eden was much closer to Caleb and open about it than Remi was with Johnny. Eden pulls her arm away from Remi.

Eden: You're lucky that I'm going to to the hospital with my boyfriend.

Eden glares at the two before looking at Remi, giving her a look.

Remi: What?

Eden: Are you coming?!

Remi shakes her head no.

Remi: I will in a little bit. You go and take care of Caleb.

Eden just nods her head, shooting a glare at the two brothers before she herself walks off, leaving Remi alone with the two.

Remi: I bet you two feel real proud of yourselves, don't you?

The rainbow haired Bombshell crosses her arms over her chest, eyeing them up a bit. Joshua looks over at Austin and shares a smile with him. His face changes to go along with his mocking tone.

Joshua: Oh no Austin what have we done. We have hurt two people that mean nothing.

Austin plays along with Joshua.

Austin: Oh I really hope we didn't hurt them too bad maybe we can send flowers. Do you know of any flower shops that could send some dead flowers?

Joshua and Austin laugh at one another and turn back toward Remi. Joshua walks toward her and points to the staples in his head.

Joshua: Look right here to what your little boy toy did to me last week. Eighteen staples into my skull. I am not a nice person and put in that I had to spend half my night in the trainers room getting all patched up...it's not fun. Now if you don't watch it I will have to get some management involved and test some people here. I know we are clean. Are you?

Joshua and Austin look at her with inquisitive eyes. Joshua gets a smile on his face as he is in thought.

Joshua: There is one thing you can give to Johnny.

Joshua plants a kiss on Remi and steps back to see her reaction. Remi froze in her spot, completely frozen in place as he had kissed her, his lips on hers. She could feel the panic attack start and soon she was close to hyperventilating. She didn't want to be doing this in front of them. After calming down, she glares at Joshua before hitting him, punching him in his left eye.

Remi: I don't know who the fuck you think you are, you vile little cockroach but you don't get to put your filthy little mouth on me and think it's okay to do. I don't care if I'm ... with Johnny or not, you don't get to touch me.

Joshua grabs his left eye and steps back more in shock of what happen. After he composes himself he gets right in her face.

Joshua: Didn't your dad teach you not to hit a man. Maybe daddy didn't teach you how to be a proper way to be a lady. My mom on the other hand taught me not to hit a woman and it is taking everything in me not to send you through that wall.

Austin gets in between them and pushes Joshua back.

Austin: She's not worth it, Mark will turn a blind eye to that but Christian won't.

Austin is physically holding him back as Joshua is trying to get to Remi

Joshua: Don't think you got away with this your boyfriend will pay for this. Make sure he looks both ways crossing the street, wouldn't want anything to happen.

Joshua laughs as he waits to see her response to what he said. Remi tries to mask her emotions as he talks about her father, a figure that Joshua didn't know himself but Remi knew all too well. She checks out mentally for a minute, letting Joshua get what he had to say out.

Remi: Are you done? Are you done being a worthless piece of trash for one second?

She crosses her arms over her chest for a moment, glowering at him.

Remi: Johnny can handle himself. How many staples did you say you had in your head, Josh-ew-a? 18? I'm pretty sure Johnny and Caleb did that to you and enjoyed every second of it. I'm also sure they wouldn't mind doing it again. Hell, I only wish that I could be there to help the next time that they do decide to do it again. But I guess, I'll just settle for this...

Before he has time to register her words and realize something else is coming, she places her hands on his shoulders and knees him hard between his legs.

Remi: That's for being such puke.

Joshua is on the ground in pain and through labored breaths speaks.

Joshua: You...little...next time...we see....your boyfriend....we will....put them....on the shelf.

Austin walk past Joshua and targets Remi.

Austin: You think you can do that to Joshua and get away with it.

Austin puts his hand on her shoulder.

Austin: I want you to join your boyfriend the next time we see them so I can smash your face with a chair accidentally so you can feel what we felt last week. But now I think I will settle for this.

Austin starts to pick up Remi but she gets free. She struggles enough, causing him to drop her on the floor and she glowers up at him as she is on the floor.

Remi: You are a ...

But she stops and her eyes and face go blank as she stares up at him and then she scoots away from him, in fear, almost as if she saw somebody else.

Remi: Don't touch me! Get away from me!

She screams at him, causing a scene. Austin is shocked at the scene she is creating. Austin picks her up with her hitting him and screaming as he navigates the halls trying to find a room for her. He finds a broom closet and puts her in it.

Austin: Calm down.

Austin slams the door and walks the other way hoping that Remi stays in the closet. He walks up to a crew member and points to the closet and makes a gesture that lets them know someone crazy is in there

Austin shakes his head at the video that played on the screen.

“You know what Joshua they want to play hard ball with you, I mean us.  I know you bust your ass for this company and the way you get paid back is they don’t listen to your concerns toward the safety and health of the performers here.  I mean just think if heaven forbid you had your SCW World Tag Team Champions or the Bombshell equivalent all strung out on meth, coke, or heroin.  You see that would make the championships lose value.  Out of the Bad Company and their girlfriends the only one I truly feel sorry for is Eden.  Here we have a woman that is just trying to cling onto anything she can.  They both need help and We all know that the Bad Company boy care about themselves ask Evie.”

Joshua nods about all that Austin said.

“Not only that it is the double standards here.  I gently handcuff Evie not hurting her then she swings at me and everything.  The week before she choked me here in this ring.  This week I did that and on top of that Ms. Remi assaulted me in the back as you saw in that last video.”

Joshua paces in the ring.

“There is one man that I know can bring down SCW besides me and we may not see eye to eye on most things but I welcome my fellow crusader over the way SCW management turns a blind eye to certain stars and not to others.  I would like to welcome him here but he is quite busy with dealing being the Champion.  The man I speak of is J2H.  I can’t wait to see what happens because I know SCW leadership isn’t going to do a thing to him.”

Joshua taps the mic to his head.

“You see I gave them two weeks so by the end of this show I expect that Bad Company is fired or suspended and I am also adding Team Technicolor to be added to that list for Remi’s assault.  If they think, I am joking if it doesn’t happen next week I am going to sit down in this ring and the 153rd episode of Climax Control will not happen until that does.  The ball is in your court Mark and Christian.”

 Joshua is seen in the back after his match at Into the Void V.  He is smiling after what had transpired after his match, his brother bringing him some handcuffs, the beat down, and finally the reveal of Austin helping him.  To some fans they were seeing the tag team division growing leaps and bounds that night with more people returning and new people showing up.  Joshua takes a swig of water as he grabs his bag and starts to head out the door but before he could leave to catch his plane he sees Amy Marshall sitting by herself so he heads over to her and gives her a hug.

“Hey it’s OK, you win some and you lose some.  Tonight wasn’t your night.  I am on my way to Miami but when I get back we will have to hang out in the off time.”

Joshua gives her another hug before heading out the door.

“I love you like my sister.  You have my number.”

Joshua’s jet lands at Miami Executive Airport the door opens up and Joshua steps out onto the tarmac and thanks his crew and the crew from the airport for the great job they did.  He heads to the terminal and messages his friend Justin Sprit and lets him know he has made it to Miami.  Joshua gets a message on his phone and looks at the message about his Uber driver in route to pick him up.  The driver pulls up and Joshua puts his bags in the car and gives directions to the location Joshua is meeting Justin.  After some small talk between the driver and Joshua they hit a long red light.

“So what are you in town for?”

“Well I am here to see a friend and go to the ECWF Madness show.”

“Oh I watch that all the time.  Who do you think will win the main event this week?”

“I would have to say my friend Justin Spirit.”

The driver looks into the rearview mirror and finally recognizes who he is driving around.

“You are Joshua Acquin right?”

“I am the one and only.”

“I thought you were in Japan for the Sin City Wrestling show.  Umm…Into the Void.”

“Yes I was there and then hopped onto a plane here since I was invited by Justin.”
The driver’s eyes got big when he said the name.

“You know Justin?  He is my favorite wrestler in ECWF.”

“Yes I am quite good friends and at one point and time was his tag team partner.
They drive a bit more and continue to converse about Justin and Joshua’s time in ECWF, his US championship and why he seemed to leave ECWF.  They pull up to the hotel where Joshua is staying at and he gets out and thanks the driver pays him and tips him a hundred dollars.

Joshua is walking into the SCW headquarters and is stopped by none other than Pussy Willow.

“Joshua do you have a quick minute for an interview?”

“I have some time for someone as lovely as you are.”

“Ladies and gentlemen I am here with SCWs own Joshua Acquin.  Joshua you have been here in SCW for a while what are your fondest memories here?”

“Well Pussy I have not been here from the start I came in at Climax Control 48 facing Casper Grey in a match that was short and to the point.  After that I disappeared from a while, not that I didn’t love SCW at the time but I had a prior engagement that didn’t let me break contract with them.  I then reappeared at My Bloody Valentine where I won again and became a mainstay here at SCW.  I would say I would put my winning the SCW Tag team championship one of my highlights.  Also seeing my friend Amy Marshall become the first Grand Slam Champion in SCW history was great”

“Joshua you said you had a prior engagement was that your now ex-wife?”

“Wow I tried to put that behind me but you just brought it back up.  That’s ok though.  That was not the case however, it was to a prior company that had my contract and they forced me to only wrestle for them or they would fine me quite a sum of money.  So I had to work for them.”

“So do you keep in contact with your ex-wife?”

“What kind of crazy man do I look like?  I would rather drag my body through lava then talk to the cheating, lying, psychopath whore of my ex-wife.”

“Are you planning on leaving SCW anytime in the future?”

“I would have to say no I am not planning on doing that since I am quite happy here.  Management here gives the freedom to do what I want.  With that said yes the dreaded R word comes closer each day but that is a while till I get there.  When it does come I hope that Mark Ward would bring me in to become a road agent.”

“Last question, are you in a relationship?”

“Right now no I am not and after finishing up the last two tours I have finally started looking again.”

Pussy Willow doesn’t get to say bye to Joshua as he sees Mark ward and starts to talk to him.

Nightmare hits the PA system in the Gold Nugget ball room.  Joshua and Austin come out and stand at the top of the ramp while the crowd boos them.  Joshua looks at Austin and mouths see how they boo me for no reason.  Austin mouths don’t worry.  They walk down the ramp and pose on the corners as fans boo even more.

“Wow I have been gone for two months and you still boo me.”

“Hey Joshua it seems like you beat up their favorite stars here in SCW.”

“True I have done that, I mean I even sent one back to his home land broken and battered.  But wait how rude of me.  My name is Joshua Acquin and this handsome guy is none other than my younger brother Austin.  From here on out our team name is The Arrogance of Excellence.  Where ever we have gone we have won tag gold and individual gold.  It is only a matter of time until we get gold right here in SCW.  We don’t care who we have to face to get it.  We cold have to face Bad Company, The Monstimals, The Surf Boys, or Team BJ.  We don’t care, they will all fall to us on our way to the belts.”

“Let me put it to you this way Joshua and I are very good at what we do.  Hell we both are skilled veterans of the squared circle.  We have faced each other.  My own brother snapped my ankle in order to get a championship match.  Was I mad? No, I knew it was business and that night we enjoyed every bar in that small town in Texas.”

“Now it has come to my attention that something I have said on my twitter feed was offending another group of people.  Now I under the counsel of my lawyers have asked me to apologize to said person and I did online by that was not enough for this person as she had the gull to tell me to do it live on Climax Control 150 this week right here in this ring.”

“I don’t think you should do it Joshua.  That little….”

“Austin I have got it sometimes you have to be the bigger person and do what is right so this week you will see me in this ring doing just that.  Anyway this week we face a man I have faced in Jon Dough and his tag team partner of Eyesnase.  Now Jon has not mustered a win over me.  I also took the title from him, now I may have taken his partner Mr. Frost, but let’s get real it wouldn’t have mattered who I picked I was hot and going to win.  I will win this time with my brother Austin with me.”

“Now I may be new to SCW but I am far from a rookie.  I have been a tag champion in three other federations with Joshua.  I have held other championships at those places. I have even faced Joshua for them and defended against him.  We may fight each other but when you get right down to it, blood is thicker than anything.  So we will be going to the top of the tag division and if one of us, will be very rare, gets put on the shelf, the other will go to the top in the Internet championship or the roulette championship.”

Joshua paces around the ring.

“Now for my soft side everyone here doesn’t know that I have a soft heart for dogs and cats.  So much so that I have three of each.  Each one of them has their own personality.  But there are people that get puppies for their girlfriend, mom, daughter, son, whoever without thinking about how big they will get or how much work they take.  All my pets come from the Humane society here in Las Vegas.  I take time out of my busy day and help them with whatever they need.  They need a walker I am there; they need someone to work a phone I am there.  Everyone needs to get involved however they can.  With that said for anyone that gets a pet within the next month I will buy the first bag of food and get their shots and registration for anyone.  But with that if at any point and time you feel you can’t take care of them I will take them no questions asked.  I will also donate $250,000 to our local branch here.”
For the first time Joshua is being cheered by the fans.

“Alright that’s enough of that find me one person that can resist an animal and I will show you a politician that tells the truth all the time.  I think my recent record speaks for its self when I say I am going to hurt someone I have.  I have gone through the favorites here in SCW.  I know folks would love to see me face the Fearless One Steve Ramone for his Fearless championship, but he hasn’t returned my calls.  Seems like he is full of fear.  Some would love to see me face the current Roulette Champion, but I have to step back and re-focus on me.  Now I am back in the tag division, I am going to get the gold and will springboard with my brother into singles…”

Austin stops Joshua from talking more.

“Joshua I know I have told you this before, but you talk too much.  The thing Is it doesn’t matter who we face we will make them all wish they didn’t face us.”

Joshua stops Austin from talking.

“Austin first off you know I am the mouth for us you are the pretty face for the group.  Second I hate when you do that.  Now let’s see if the guys in the back can use the right song, got to remember to remind them every time.”

100 Ways to Hate (Remix) by Five Finger Death Punch hits the PA as Joshua and Austin lave the ring heading to the back.

 Joshua is stopped by Pussy Willow while walking in the back after taking out his latest victim.

“Joshua do you have a minute?”

Joshua turns around and looks at her.

“Well if it isn’t the head interviewer here in SCW.  How’s it going Ms. Willow?”

“It is going fine Joshua but why did you go out there and beat down a man that had already been beaten by a seven foot monster?”

Joshua chuckles to himself.

“Well if you must know I was tired of seeing that guy stink up my ring and I am here to clean up SCW and hell if I can get my hands on them I am going to hurt them.”

Before anything else can be said Joshua walks away.

Nightmare plays over the PA as Joshua comes out from the back walking down the ramp as fans boo him.  Joshua just laughs as he walks past the fan made signs that has a counter on people Joshua has taken out.  Joshua gets to the ring and takes a lap as the boos continue as he does so.  As his theme fades out he brings the mic to his lips.

“Thank you for the very warm reception.  I know how everyone feels about me becoming the quote hitman of Sin City Wrestling.  I would have to say thanks to Hot Stuff Mark Ward in helping me bring back the Joshua Acquin of old.  I love it, I hope I have made it clear to the back.  I don’t care who you are champion or not, I will break you.  The two I have taken out so far no one has heard anything from them since I put them on the shelf.  But this is only the beginning of what I have started three weeks ago.  Maybe I can branch out and get a bombshell on my side and we can clean up SCW one by one.  Now this is getting me excited because it takes me back to a time when I first got here I took SCW by storm and shocked the whole roster and fans alike when I won a chance at the SCW World Tag Team Championship.  I picked one half of the current champs and won.  Now when I start doing this.”

Joshua points up to the screen and smiles when the clip play.

Acquin grabs Sharpe and locks one of his arms in a cross arm breaker submission hold as Sharpe desperately tries to get to a vertical base to release the tension on the arm but is unable to do so. Causing him to fall back on his back as Drew checks on him if he wishes to give in. Sharpe tries to resist, but the pain on his injured ribs and the submission hold locked on his arm is too much for him as he taps out at the final moment. Causing Drew to call for the bell



“The winner of the match!! By submission!! Joshua Acquin!!!”



Drew turns around and sees that Acquin has still got the submission hold locked in on Sharpe as Sharpe is still tapping out and screaming out in pain. Drew tries to pull on the winner of the match as he warns him to let go. Acquin is screaming as he puts more and more pressure on the arm. Drew starts to use the five count on Acquin, but this still doesn't help him as more and more officials run to the ring. Trying to get Acquin to let go off the hold. Suddenly Sharpe screams out loud when finally Acquin lets go, causing Sharpe to grab the arm in pain as the arm isn't moving. Acquin stares over the injured and fallen CJ Sharpe and starts to grin. He then turns his attention towards the fans who are booing him for the heinous attack on CJ Sharpe, chanting asshole because he didn't wanted to let go off the hold. The officials warn him to get out of the ring as Acquin finally decides to go out of the ring as he raises his arms in the air in victory.


Joshua laughs as the fans boo.

“I was so close to snapping his arm.  I wish I would have broken his arm.  People were upset wanting to know why I snapped and did this.  I explained myself and Mark enjoyed when I spoke enough to be one of his boys again.  Now I will let you know last week when I put number two on the shelf.  Lets watch.”

The next clip plays as Joshua stands and watches.

Markus spits at his opponent before kicking him in the face, he then walks over towards the top rope and looks at the fans who boo him. He spreads his arms before stepping over the top rope one leg at a time before jumping down to the concrete floor. Just as he is about to walk off we can see Joshua Acquin run towards the ring and starts to assault Constantine with series of punches to the face.



“What the hell?? What is Acquin doing???”



“ I have a feeling that he wants to make a point to the SCW locker room, just wonder why he is attacking a helpless and defenseless wrestler that already has gotten beat by a seven feet monster!!”



Acquin then grabs the arm of Constantine and locks him in the Cross Arm Breaker that he also put on CJ Sharpe a few weeks ago. Causing Constantine to scream in agony as he is tapping while the Jacob is trying to break the hold that Acquin has put on Constantine. Screaming at the newcomer before a few more officials run to the ring. Finally in the ring they manage to get Acquin off of Constantine before he rolls out of the ring and walks to the back, without paying any attention to his latest victim.



“Oh my goodness, I have never expected to see this from Acquin.”



Acquin turns as he is on the center stage and raises his arms before walking to the back.




“No one expected to see me keep up with this I am here in SCW taking out whoever I want, and there isn’t a damn thing anyone can do about it.  The reason for that is I have an ace up my sleave named Mark Ward.  I take care of wrestlers that are not making the cut in my eyes, I save him money and he gives me a nice kick back.  There is only one thing though I am not allowed to attack any of the bombshells even though I wanted to come out and help Amy out.  This week I have the chance to take two more out when I team with Mr. TNA against the Surfer Boys.  I will enjoy teaming up and taking out a tag team in what has been a weak tag division I have ever seen and the weakest I have seen it since I have been here.  I am not here to be their bro, I am going to take my time and if TNA follows my lead we will enjoy a victory and then I am going to injure both of them.  I love hearing the screams when I pull back and I can feel how they try to pull away but they can’t.  Mark up number three and four on that sign because The Surf Boys are going on the shelf and will not be seen for a few months like they always are.”

Nightmare plays as Joshua leaves the ring and heads to the back.

 Joshua is seen in his hotel suite in Tokyo with a crew of folks setting up an interview session.  He is interacting with the crew laughing and joking around with them.  A couple of them want a picture of Joshua putting a headlock on them as the other snap a picture.  From the other room the person doing the interview walks in and shakes Joshua’s hand and sits on the couch and gets wired up.  Joshua sits next to them and starts to be wired up by the crew.

“Welcome to the show I am here with Sin City Wrestling’s Joshua Acquin.  Thank you for taking this time Joshua, I know you are a busy man.”

“No problem at all, thanks for having me on.”

“Alright Joshua first question how are you feeling after that championship match that they called a draw when you passed out and were pinned at the same time.”

Joshua smiles and nods as the question is asked.

“Wow you are starting with a dagger.  I am feeling great took a week off and in reality I don’t remember much after I crashed through Mark Ward’s windshield, the next thing after that was me waking up in the trainers office.  But since then I have taken all the test needed to ensure I am good to go.”

“Alright that is great to hear Joshua.  Next question I know it just came out a few hours ago but did you catch Tommy Kn…”

Joshua cuts them off obviously furious about the pod cast.

“Yeah I caught what that little weasel said about me.  He said that I was losing my touch.  First Mark telling me I lost my fire and now this fucking big man behind a mic.  He is just mad that he couldn’t cut it in a ring or any form of a staff member in SCW he is just a fan boy who thinks he is bigger than he is.  I want him to bump into me so I could make him feel what someone that has lose their touch can do.”

“I am sorry Joshua I am just trying to do an interview.  Anyway this week Steve and James will have a title match do you feel that you should be in it as well?”

“No I lost my match and they need a clear winner but I will tell you this I am going to be coming back into the title hunt fairly quick.  I am looking forward to see who wins because I have faced them both.”

“Alright this week Josh you face a fairly newcomer CJ Sharpe, how do you feel about the match?”

“I will enjoy this match because people want to see me as a stepping stone and I am far from that I have been having a down time everyone has a few.”

“OK so now you are aware of the tag division and how some people call it weak.  Given your current singles run would you consider a move to the tag division?”

“Wow you keep stabbing at me maybe you are Tommy in which case I should slam you through the table.  But anyways I may return to the tag division if I could get a decent partner to where I am not carrying the whole team as I did when Steve and I were a team.”

“I can let you know I am not Tommy far from it…”

Joshua stands up and takes his wire off and takes the microphone portion and speaks into it.

“As you pointed out earlier I am a busy man and I am late to an event for the Make a Wish Foundation so this is over and if you are here when I get back I will kick your ass.”

Shocked the interviewer nods his head and tells the crew to clean up fast as Joshua leaves the room.

Nightmare hits the PA as Joshua comes out from the back wearing his wrestling attire and slowly walks down the aisle to the ring.  Once he makes it to the ring he grabs a microphone and lets his song fade out before he speaks into it.

“Yeah boo me out of here it doesn’t matter you have got me this week and I know each and every one of you idiotic fans were happy that I lost my match back in Phoenix in a parking lot where I passed out and was pinned at the same time.   That match was hell and I was out last week due to it but now I am back and I am renewed.  I heard from Mark that I was getting soft so I enjoyed wrecking your car that you parked in the wrong lot.  I am coming back fired up to prove him wrong and I am going to destroy whoever is placed in front of me.  This week you have the battle of the nightmares and as you know I AM SCWs NIGHTMARE.  I will take him in this ring and make him fear me.  I will make him feel the pain that I felt when I lost my championship match.  I will make him tap out with my move that I have been working on with my great friend Amy Marshall.  I loved seeing her back in this ring last week and I can’t wait to see her win some gold.  Am I worried that my ship has sailed for the Roulette Championship, but I am not worried I will be back and James or Steve or both keep that belt nice and warm and shine it up real good.  I am going to be coming for it and when I do I will walk out with it.  CJ this week I will make you regret coming to SCW and I will help you send you packing back to Norway and maybe you could pick up Tommy Knocks and take him with you.  Tommy I was listening to your little pod cast where you think I missed my flight you know what I was liking your show till that happened.  You don’t even have the skills to lace my boots, I would trust Steve more than you to do that task.  You want to hide behind that microphone on you little pod cast get your ass out here to Japan and face me or when I get back I will find your ass and I will kick it so you will have to cancel your show for a few months because your jaw will be broken.  Mark get his ass out here on a plane and make a match of Tommy vs Joshua Acquin and make it a no DQ, no count out, falls count anywhere match.  I don’t have to worry about him because he is all bark and no bite.  He wishes that he could have a woman in this company that he has no chance at.  When I win this week I am expecting an apology from him.”

With that Nightmare hits the PA as Joshua leaves the ring walking back up the ramp passing fans that are booing him and throwing popcorn at him.  Joshua just laughs at the attempts to hurt him with popcorn.

 Joshua is seen sitting at his desk in his Las Vegas home reading the newspaper when a ding from his computer grabs his attention.  As he reads the email that came in he nods his head and then begins to type on the keyboard and gets up from the computer and leaves the room and turns the light out as he leaves the room.

Now we see Joshua at the home of good friend Beck and Mel Ramsey.  He knocks on the door and is greeted by Beck and Mel and enters the home and sits on the couch in the living room as Mel gets Joshua a drink.

“Now I have known you two for some time.  I was at your wedding and now that I hear you two are now expecting your first child, I couldn’t be happier for the two of you.  As my gift is you can go to any store in Vegas drop my name as the one who is paying and they will put it on my tab.  Don’t worry about the cost.  You are my friends and it is the least I could do for the two of you.”

Mel is beside herself when Joshua says this, you can start to see tears well up in her eyes as she gives Joshua a hug thanking him.  Beck shakes Joshua’s hand and thanking him.

“Trust me guys I know you are well off but I want to do this for you.  Now Beck I know you have retired from the ring but I just gained ownership of a new sports team in a league that is getting ready to play in a couple months and I know who I want to coach the team.  I am on my way to Winnipeg right after this so I will have my people get with your people and we will see about getting this done if you would like.”

With that Joshua excuses himself and leaves the home of the Ramsey’s with them waving as he pulls away in his BMW.

Joshua is seen getting off his jet at the Winnipeg James Armstrong Richardson International Airport waving at people as he walks into the customs area.  From there he gets into the waiting limo and takes it down to the MTS Centre and is greeted by the mayor and Winnipeg City Council welcoming him to the city and that they look forward to working with him.  Joshua shakes each of there hands and continues into the building to meet with the leadership of the league of the team he just bought.

After a few hours we see a stand that has a backdrop that is dark blue and gold and a bobcat logo on it.  On the table we see a football helmet that has the same color as the back drop and logo.  Then Joshua walks up onto the stage wearing a dark blue suit and gold tie.
“Ladies and gentlemen my name is Joshua Acquin and I have bought the rights to a team in the upstart Soulbird Football League or the SFL.  The team I have picked right here in Winnipeg will be known as the Bobcats.  We will be playing in the Canada West Division this year and we look forward to bring home a championship to this great city after the last major championship happened with te Blue Bombers back in 1990.  Twenty-six years is too long for a great city as this to not bring home a championship.  I have been in contact with various people to start filling the head coach slot and when anyone has decided to become the head coach you will know about it.  I am not going to take questions right now as I have some more business to take care of.
Joshua walks into the same press area and sits down in his seat compiling his notes before he gets up to address the press that has gotten to the press room.

“Good evening ladies and gentlemen I have called you all here to address the head coaching search.  I have found our man and it is a person I know quite well.  Also I will announce our first signing to the Winnipeg Bobcats.  But first I am willing to address a couple issues that people have been asking me.  Some will be thinking this will take from my time in SCW.  At this present time with the way the games will be played and everything with the SFL I will not have any issues honoring my contract to SCW.  Right now I am 33 and even though I am not actively thinking about retiring soon, there is always on the back of my mind.  So when I retire I need something to fill that time and that is the reason I attained this team.  This week has been a whirlwind from arriving I have enjoyed your city’s hospitality and can’t wait to bring home a championship team.  Without any further delay the first head coach in Bobcat history is, Beck Ramsey.  Our first signed player is Meg Morrison she will be the first quarterback to start for the Bobcats.  Please give them a round of applause and they will answer questions when they come up and give their comments.”

Joshua is backstage waiting for Steve to walk by to have a nice face to fist conversation to thank him for the previous week costing him a match.  Joshua hears Steve coming and gets behind a box before launching his attack on the Fearless one.  After they are pulled apart Steve can be heard screaming that he doesn’t give any charity title shots.  Joshua is escorted out of the building and he then leaves the area.

Winnipeg Bobcats head coach Beck Ramsey has announced his captains and is sitting with one as Joshua slides behind them wearing a suit and tie wearing his sunglasses.  As he takes off his sunglasses he is seen sporting a black eye.

“Sorry I was late but I was taking care of some things. Now before we go any further I think I need to do this right now.”

Joshua stands up and walks to the edge of the stage where his assistant hands him a bag. He heads back over to his seat and looks at Beck.

“Mr. Ramsey I am going to give you a feedback right here and right now. First off you are doing a great job, you have taken care of the team. You have kicked their ass during practice, including mine. Yea that’s right I was running drills and lifting with the team. But I have noticed you are missing something, I want to fix that now.”

Joshua pulls a Bobcat polo from it and holds it out in front of him. It has Beck’s name embroidered on it along with the word Coach above it

“Now I can’t have my coach not have any team gear. Sorry it has taken so long but here you go. Wear it proud as I know you will, come September I want to see you holding that Lya Cup up. They are also sold at the team store now for thirty loonies or dollars we will take both. Also Meg there seems to be something missing from you and I am going to fix that right now as well.”

Joshua goes back into the bag and pulls out a Bobcat jersey that has the number 15 on it with Morison on the back and on the front was the captain’s C.

“Now I want you to wear this with pride. You are the team leader on and off the field. My expectations maybe high but I know you can attain what I have expected from you.”

Joshua gives the jersey to Meg and shakes her hand.  Joshua’s phone rings and he excuses himself as he walks to the side of the stage answering his phone.

“What do you mean I don’t have that title match yet?  Are you serious that we have to have a match where he will be able to decide and interpret the rules?  And it is that kinda match with him trying to add some flair.  Looks like I will be staying here in Winnipeg getting ready I have things to do up here but we have the training facility.”

Joshua hangs up his phone and is upset but puts on a smile for the event.

Nightmare plays over the PA as Joshua comes out from the back ready to wrestle.  Unlike how he is normally Joshua means business as he hurries down to the ring.

“Cut my music.  Steve you have avoided me for the last time this week.  You cost me my match two weeks ago and I got a little payback last week.  I still want my title match…but you avoid me in saying you don’t do charity.  Then why did you stick your nose in my match two weeks ago?  Is it due to you being scared seeing me bust my ass each week I am in here.  You are so scared that I will take that belt from you.  That’s why you have taken on being the special referee for this match this week for me against James.  Not only that, it is a roulette style match.  What that means is it’s up to him to call the match.  It could be the same one as before a 5 count pin match.  Go back and look and you will see that I had Steve down for the normal three but since it was a five count I didn’t win.  He wants to claim that he did all the work in the match where he won that championship.  Truth is Steve there was three other men besides you in that match and by the end it was you and me.  I had my own pin during that match to make it down to you and I.  So you go and talk a big game but how is it charity when we were in a match with three others?  Now if I was one on one with you and I lost I would have no issues waiting my turn as you say.  But you know as well as I do that match was not all your doing that did me in.  Come on there was Casey Williams and Mr. TNA.  You know that both those men are not push overs but you didn’t pin one of them as I did.  That is why I get a championship match over anyone else in this company.  Anyways I went off on a tangent there back to this week.  It could be a mud pit match, which was one I was part of as well.  It could be anything and with Steve having Hot Stuff’s ear one can only know what it will be.  Watch it be a match where Steve has nothing to do.  It would fit him well since he avoids all he can.  James I am sorry about what I am going to have to do to you this week.  That’s about as sorry as I am going to be.  You are in the way of Steve and myself, if I have to put you on a stretcher board I will.  If I have to kick you in an open hole and bury you I will do it.  Point being there is nothing I wouldn’t do to get at Steve.  If I had to sell my soul I would just to take that belt off of Steve.  The best you can do is lay on the mat while Steve does what is best for him and count one…two…three.  I recommend that Steve doesn’t try anything during the match but do what he needs to because I will lay him out.  Three weeks Steve you better shine that belt up real nice and good.  Sleep with it because at Blaze of Glory V you will lose that championship to me and that championship will be coming back with me.”

With that said Joshua drops the microphone and leaves the ring heading to the back.

 Joshua is seen in the back just after talking to Steve. Walking around to find Mark’s office, when he arrives Mark is busy with someone else so Joshua writes a note and pins it onto the door and walks off. As he walks away the camera catches what the not says.

Joshua is seen in his office reading the paper where the headline reads that the pig farm in North Las Vegas is moving from where it is after people have been complaining about it more and more. Joshua thinks to himself about the day when he made his first deal and it was to the farm. But in order to get it Joshua had to do some work for the owners. He sat there and started to write an editorial about it.

Ten years ago, right around this time, I wandered onto a pig farm in North Las Vegas to meet a guy named Bob Combs. As always, I didn’t know the precise nature of what awaited me, which is partly why the ensuing 12 hours were among the most delightfully disgusting and unforgettable I’ve ever experienced. So when I learned that Bob and Janet were pulling up stakes, I must confess I was overcome with a sudden feeling of sadness

I’ll never forget that massive cooker in Bob’s backyard - a towering, Rube Goldbergian
contrivance cobbled together with random parts from various junkyards. Conveyor belts traveled in every direction, transporting an unholy smorgasbord of food scraps into a giant stew pot three stories high where they were brought to a slow and aromatic boil. Bob said the smell reminded him of a “bakery.” Opinions vary, but the machine itself was undeniably brilliant, and Bob built the thing himself, by hand.

Also unforgettable: the pick-up truck from WWI, the silos filled with rancid ice cream, the hospitality of his lovely wife Janet, the diabolical feed cart that redefined conventional notions of “right” and “left,” the mud, the smell, the expression of wonder on Barsky’s face, the perpetual soundtrack of squealing and slurping, and of course, several hundred ravenous pigs that ate like kings, thanks to the ingenuity and dedication of a man who takes his vocation very seriously.

Bob Combs is also a genuine steward of the environment. I’m not talking about a traditional proponent of all things “green,” or a champion of the latest codes and compliance - God knows, Bob is not a poster child for the EPA, and over the years he’s stepped on the toes of more than a few elected officials. But you’ll not find a more perspicacious or persuasive advocate for commonsense recycling than Bob Combs.

For 50 years, Bob has brought his pigs to market with Vegas house money. As other farmers pay more and more for grain, Bob controls expenses by collecting countless tons of uneaten buffet food from casinos and feeding it to hundreds of pigs. Hard work to be sure, but over the decades, it’s impossible to overstate his impact on the local ecology by working smart as well as hard. No shortcuts. Bob’s approach to conservation is so rooted in practicality. It was Bob who showed me that Brown was a far more sensible better color to rally behind, for those serious about sustainability and meaningful conservation.

Wherever Bob and Janet are headed next, I can only wish them browner pastures, and all the luck in the world. Feel free to join me.

Nightmare hits the PA in the Rialto Theater in Tucson Arizona. The fans boo as Joshua walks onto the top of the ramp. He walks down the ramp and gets into the ring quickly walking over to the edge to grab a microphone.

“Cut my music. Mark I asked for a title match aginst Steve and this week you slap me in the face and give me a match aginst Matt Spears? Come on Mark I thought we were cool. Remember HIS, where I did all your dirty work in this ring? Is that what I have to do? Do I have to come down here and beat Matt to a bloody pulp to get this? If that’s the case then Matt I hope you have great insurance that will take care of your family while you are in the hospital. I don’t hate you I am going to step on every throat and break every knee cap to get what is rightfully mine. Steve has a match one on one that he will give me. I still owe him for that belt hit he had when we lost our tag championships. So Mark until I get that match I am going to destroy everything you place in front of me. I will interfe in Steve’s matches in the Blast from the Past events. Sorry Alexis I know you don’t care for your partner in the tournament anyway. So I will destroy anyone you place in front of me starting with Matt Spears.”

Joshua drops the mic and walks to the back.

 Joshua is seen sitting in his dressing room after the roulette title match.  Sitting in the chair with his head in his hand.  He was so close to winning the belt.  In his mind it wasn’t too big of deal except losing to Steve Ramone.  Now I get to wait and see who I am going to be stuck with at Blast from the Past.  After waiting till close to the end of the show he gets the news of who his partner would be, Twisted Sister.  Maybe things are looking up.

Joshua is seen in his office with the same youtuber/blogger Steph.  They are in the middle of an interview which seems to be going well.

“So Joshua you lost the championship match last week and this week the Blast From
the Past starts you know who your partner is.  How do you feel?”

“If I didn’t have to worry about this tournament I would ensure that I would become the Rouleete Champion.  I have Twisted Sister as my partner.  She is a little unstable.  I mean who comes to the ring in a straight jacket.  Who do they plan on taking her out of that?  Sure as hell isn’t going to be me.  I don’t get that much payment to do that.”

“So have you talked to Twisted Sister?”

“Like I said she is a little messed up or crazy in the head.  I try calling her texting her going through the management and still have nothing.  One thing I know I would rather be on her side than against her.  If you haven’t seen what she has done since she has been here I would say look it up.  I don’t think she has any limitation to who she will do a fireball to.  I am not talking about the drink.  I wait to see if she will do it to some of the guys.  Before you ask if she does that to a male competitor I would use that to my advantage and hopefully we could get on the same page.”

“You said that your focus is on the tournament so what happens if you have a match with Steve?  Would you focus on that match or ask to have the match later?”

“I would be stupid if I turned down a match for a championship after coming so close
to the win.  One or two more moves I would have walked out with the belt.  Now if by chance I meet with Steve’s team, which I hear he isn’t too thrilled about I would love for it to be a championship match.  But if his team lost and it wasn’t him that took the loss I am sure he wouldn’t want to give the belt up.  I should know since I did all the work when we were a team and now when he lost it was my fault even though he was the one that was pinned.”

As the camera pans out we see that Joshua’s secretary has come in and given him a paper and hurries out.  Joshua excuses himself and heads out the door after his secretary.

“Nightmare” plays over the PA as Joshua walks from the back and slowly makes his way to the ring.  Once in the ring Joshua grabs a mic that was placed on the edge of the ring by a stage hand.

“Well, well, well, here we are still in California.  I can’t say anything nice at all about this damn state.  So I will keep my mouth shut on that part.  First off I know people may not like this but happy birthday Roxi, I hope you are enjoying your birthday before facing Twisted Sister, whom I think has a little bit of derangement in her.  I do worry that your quote fans will be worried and sick when Twisted Sister meets you in this very six sided ring.  Luckily you don’t have to worry about me giving you a nightmare only Twisted Sister fire balling your face.  As for Casey Williams, you call yourself the feight train of pain?  What do you know of pain?  Do you know how it feels to be entangled in razor wire feeling the blood leave your body rolling down your face and body thinking that it is sweat but you know that it is blood.  Do you know how it feels to get cut out of razor wire where the medical team is there because the company is worried about the blood loss?  You know maybe that’s where it all changed for me.  Where I changed into a man that could care less about anything.  Maybe that’s where I changed into the man that drives the nightmare of any and all that face him.  Maybe that’s where I changed into who I am today.  I am SCW’s nightmare and this week you will find out your biggest nightmare is facing me.  This week your dream of becoming a champion becomes your nightmare of losing that shot before you get into the ring with Twisted Sister and myself.  Even though we are an odd pairing we will bring nightmares to any and all."

With that Joshua leaves the ring and walks up the ramp.

 Joshua is seen in his hotel room in Buenos Aires sitting at the desk on his laptop talking to his wife and son.

“Are you being serious right now?  You think that something is going on with me and I am cheating on you?”

“Yes Joshua I am being serious, I have a feeling something is going on with you and at least one female while you are on this world tour with SCW.  So since you cheated on me I am cheating on you.”

“Really you are doing that to me with not there and not once piece of proof that I am cheating on you at all.”

“Well you can check your email because I sent you the paperwork to get an annulment since we haven’t been married more than a year.  I would like for you to sign them and get it back to me as soon as you can that would be great.”

“So what about Joshua Jr.?”

“I am not even in Vegas and I don’t plan on going back.  I am with my parents and they are supporting me till you give me the money you will give me.”

“So you think that I will give you money, my wife that has said she has cheated on me and after I opened the email you sent me with pictures of it you think any judge in their right mind will make me give you money.  I will give Junior money to help him.  I will see you in court.”

Joshua slams the laptop closed with the frustration that has been building throughout the chat.

Joshua is seen later training in a ring with Austin.  After a bit Joshua drops
Austin down harder than he meant to. Austin gets up holding his back and walks to the ropes as Joshua and Austin have agreed that when one of them do that it is break time.

“Austin are you ok?”

Still holding his back Ashlynn has brought the ice pack for Austin.

“Thanks Ash.  You know what I will survive but what is going on Joshua?  Seems like something is up.”

“Well I am single again once the paperwork goes through and then it will be a battle to ensure that I don’t have to pay that cheating bitch.  She thinks I have been cheating on her while I am on the road.  I thought we had worked through this that I am faithful to her and that if I did do something I would tell her and ask for her forgivness.  But I have kept my end and she thinks that I haven’t so she went out and messed around and now she is trying to take me to the clears to get money and holding Junior over my head.”

Austin and Ashlynn shake their heads.

“Joshua as much as this hurts me to ask did you ever do that paternity test to see if he was yours?”

“Yeah I did but I never read the results that I got in the email, because I thought we were going to be together forever.  Well let me look it up on my phone right now.”

Joshua starts taping at his cell phone and going through emails and gets to the email in question.  Joshua gets a big smile crossing his face.

“Well that takes care of one issue, the boy that I thought was my son isn’t my son.  However I am going to set up an account for him to have his own money.”

Austin and Joshua go back to sparring with Joshua in a better mood.

Nightmare hits the PA as Joshua walks out from the back and he walks his way down to the ring and wipes his feet before entering the ring.  He goes to the turnbuckle, climbs it and taunts the crowd as they boo him.  Joshua is handed a microphone from the time keeper and he raises it to his mouth.

“Hello Buenos Aires.  My name is Joshua Acquin and you can say I am on a losing streak and I know each and everyone of you guys are cheering for that.  Granted I know that is what is expected and all, but I have something you guys may want to hear.  I have started to feel that you guys want me to fail to make your own failures seem so small.  I mean come on no one would put any of your ugly asses on the television because I know in America, better make sure you know I am talking about the United States.  In America we have an orginaztion that will fine television companies for things that people don’t like and here tonight I am seeing things I can’t stand to see on my television.  That is why none of the cameras pan out into the crowds.  I have had a rough time after I lost my World Tag Team Championship.  I am going to face one half of Danger Zone this week.  The one I am facing is Andrew Watts.  I am sure you guys love him due to the pranks they pull.  The “goop” on the doorknob prank.  Trust me I had to ensure that I wasn’t the first one out the door and I sure as hell didn’t shake the hand of Steve after I knew something was up.  This week I see things working out as such.  Andrew Watts will come around with his boyfriend and try to mess with me.  You know what I don’t need to stoop to that childish level.  I will take him to hell and back this week in this six sided ring.  Sure he has Ethan in his corner but there is nothing a good beat down before the match will not fix.  I will knock down Mr. Watts ego a bit.  There is only room enough in this ring for one ego once I come down to this ring and that ego is ME.  Trust me Andrew I remember that night in June when you won the belts from Steve and I.  It was a perfect match for Danger Zone.  But from what I remember is that Ethan and Ms. Parker did your dirty work.  So I got this thing I have been mulling around in the back of my head, who is the brains of the Danger Zone?  Well Ethan has the brawn so that must mean you are the brains, right?  Just think you keep putting Ethan down in the back, we all know you do.  You come out and do your pranks week in and week out to build him up so he will stay with you and protect you egotistical ass.  Nothing wrong with being an egotistical ass, I am one myself.  But for fuck sake be a man and do your own shit.  You don’t see me marching to the ring with someone I put down.  Hell Ethan I will treat you as an equal and you know I have done it once before shocked SCW to the core when I chose one half of the World Tag Team Champions to be my partner.  Funny thing is I really hope you have not forgotten that I have a rematch for your belts.  Maybe I will shock the world of SCW again and deside to make Ethan “The Rebel” Alexander my tag partner and lay your ass out and take your half of the championship and then everything will be right again.  This week I hope you can stand on your own two feet after the match because Ethan maybe teaming with me.”

With that Joshua drops the microphone and walks back to the back.

When he gets to the back he is met by a lawyer in a suit and tie that has been waiting for Joshua since Austin and Ashlynn were keeping him busy.  Joshua walks with him to a back room.

“Mr. Acquin I am here to hand you your paperwork and you are officaly a single man again.  Enjoy your time.  Also don’t worry the account was set up and I ensured that your ex only was able to get 100k from you.”

Joshua takes the papers and shakes his lawyers hand.

“Thanks Steve I think I should give you a raise but I am not.  But you will have a nice check coming for you in the mail or something like that.”

Joshua turns to look at the camera man and looks straight into the lens of the camera and smiles.

“Andrew this week I am a free man again and I can do whatever I want.  I am going to enjoy our match this week.  All the pain I have held in my heart for the last week will be placed on you this week. Tick tock see you out there this week.”

Joshua’s smile drops as he leaves the room making people wonder what’s going on in his head.

 Joshua is laying on the floor with the trainers tending to him putting the smelling salt under his nose.  He comes to gripping for his newly won championship.  Joshua looks over at his partner laying on the ground.

"What the fuck happen?"

The trainers have a towel on Joshua's head where he was split open.  They walk him over to a chair and start to patch him up.

"Joshua do you know where you are?"

"Yes I am in a lot of pain from two other's I think one was Andrew Watts and he was saying something about the danger zone."

They finish patching him up and Joshua checks on his partner.  Just then they get word of the net stops card and Joshua is facing half of the team they just beat.  Joshua and Steven trade cocky looks and laugh about the card.

Joshua is seen in Egypt at his hotel where he has set up for the stay in Alexandria for the weekend.  He has his championship belt on the table as the trainers are checking on the cut they stitched up at the last Climax Control.  They see everything is healing fine and let him know they are giving him the green light for him to fight this weekend's show.  After the training staff leave Joshua gets onto his computer and opens up Skype and signs into his account.  Joshua sees it is 8 AM in Egypt.  Joshua places a video chat with his wife Tiffiny.  She answers it and since it is 11 PM in Las Vegas is in her nightwear.  As soon as they see each other they smile.

"Hey sweetheart sorry to wake you.  Just wanted to say hi and see if you liked your birthday present."

Tiffiny still smiling shows Joshua the necklace that she got from Joshua.

"I love it Joshua.  Thank you."

"Well John always was a good jeweler that I can trust."

Joshua scratches his head and griminess in pain as he goes over the stitched up area.

"Are you ok Joshua?"

"Yea just a little sore from this Sunday.  Got a cut on my head and just a little tender still."

Joshua grabs his championship belt and holds it so Tiffiny can see it.

"That is so great babe.  You have worked so hard to get that.  So did it happen during the match or after?"

Joshua sets down the championship.

"It happened after when we were celebrating the win.  I thought you were watching while I was out."

"I would have Joshua but I was out with my friends enjoying my birthday.  I would have rather had you home."

Joshua nods his head.

"I would have loved to be home for your birthday.  Soon I will be able to fly you out with me once Junior completes school for the year."

"Josh it is nice hearing from you but I want you home."

Joshua laughs a little.

"You know I would love to but I am enjoying this championship.  I will try to get home before the next big show.  By then Junior should be done with school and to have you guys on the road will be nice."

"I know but it is still hard not having you here.  Anyway I am going to bed so I will talk to you later this week.  Love you."

"Love you too Tiff.  Have a good night."

Joshua shuts his laptop and picks up his phone to call someone.

"Hey Amy you must be asleep or something.  I was calling to see if you wanted to do anything.  Call me back."

Joshua hangs up his cell phone and grabs his wallet as he heads out the door.

Joshua is seen outside the arena walking inside carrying his bags into the back entrance as a  young fan stops him and asks him for his autograph.

"So are you going to the show?"

"No sir my family can't afford tickets."

Joshua shakes his head.

"How many people are in your family?"

"There are six people."

"Where are they at?"

"They are at home.  I walked all the way here from my house."

"Well I can't have you walk home let me get you a cab."

Joshua hails a cab and tells him to take the child home and gives him some Egyptian Pounds and hands the child about eight hundred Egyptian Pounds.

"This is for you and your family I hope to see you at the show."

The cab drives off as the child thanks him.

Nightmare plays over the PA as Joshua wearing jeans and a SCW's Nightmare t-shirt comes out with the SCW World tag team Championship belt over his shoulder.  Fans are split over booing for him and cheering him.  As Joshua walks down to the ring he sees the child from earlier with his family and goes over to them and takes a rare picture with the family as they thank him.  After he is done with that he continues down around the ring to the announcers table to pick up a microphone and climbs the stairs and wipes his boots on the outside of the ring and enters the ring.  He goes up to the turnbuckle and climbs it and points to the title on his shoulder.  He goes to the other turnbuckles and does the same.  After which he goes to the middle and brings the microphone to his mouth.

"Man have I missed this championship. I lost it 364 days and then I regained it.  I told you all that I would.  Now there are tag teams coming out of the wood work to try and claim these belts.  I am here to tell you they can try but they all will fall to The Arrogance of Excellence.  Danger Zone, R.O.A.R., and whoever else would like to try will fall to us.  We have the gold we are the champions.  We will decide when and who to lose them to.  This whole tag team division was hurting for me to come back and save it from itself.  I mean it seemed like this title has changed hands more than it should.  This week I get to go up one on one with Dark Tiger.  I am giving this giant a foot in height difference.  People are worried that I am going to loose to him.  No, no, no.  I pinned him last week in this ring and I will ensure that the same thing happens this week.  I have worked too damn hard to fall to the man that I beat to win this title last week.  You know what they say about the bigger guys right?  The easier it is to beat them.  Of course our partners will be there in our corners and I have a feeling that my corner is a little bit stronger then his."

Joshua paces in the ring and rubs his head where the stitches were.

"Now as far as this Danger Zone team.  Good job you got us when we had our backs turned.  You just proved to us that you are too scared to face us and do it to our face, well try to at least.  After this match I have this week maybe I should come down and watch your match against Raab and show you this title close up and off the side of your head."

Joshua stops and thinks about something.

"Now people know I am friends with Amy Marshall and they call me and text me about what is going on with her.  You know something I am her friend and I may or may not know what is going on in her head.  If you really want to know ask her.  I did and I got what I wanted from her.  Think about this her close friend is hold a title and day in and day out it seems like it is rubbed in your face.  That is enough to get the blood boiling and as she said it isn't personal it's business.  Do I think she will hold the Bombshell Internet Championship?  Yea she will.  But if you want more put on your big boy pants and ask her yourself.  What's the worse that could happen, punched in the face?  Enough about that.  This week I will beat Dark Tiger and send R.O.A.R. away to the end of the line.  Why do I say that because I am one half of The Arrogance of Excellence and we will win"

Joshua drops the microphne and hold up his title as Nightmare plays through the arena.

 Joshua is seen in his locker room after his ladder match that he was so close to winning.  A trainer is in the room with him checking him after the match.

"Joshua you need to take it easier on your body out there.  You're not a young pup anymore."
Joshua looks at the trainer and shakes his head.

"I know that but you know I throw everything to the wind when the fans start chanting.  It fills you up with things I can't even explain.  I was right there climbing that ladder to the promised land.  I will try to calm it down."

With that the trainer pats Joshua on the shoulder as he leaves.

"I am going to tell the management to rest you for a week.  Enjoy some time off with your wife and son."

"Thanks."

Just then Joshua looks at the screen to see Amy's match get called by Drew for her safety.  Joshua shakes his head and runs out the door to the ring with the trainer in tow.  When he gets there he sees Amy on a back board on a stretcher.  Joshua goes by Amy's side and reassures her that she did her best she could and that she will get another match for the title.

Joshua is seen later in the week getting off his private jet at the San Jose International Airport in tow are his wife and son along with his brother and sister.  Joshua is wearing a black suit and gold tie with a white shirt on.  Joshua heads to the waiting limo that takes them to SAP Center.  Joshua and his party enter into the back entrance and they go up to the suite that is set up for the visiting owner.  As he passes fans of the Outlaws and SaberCats alike they stop and want to get pictures and get him to sign anything for them.  One little boy, a SaberCat fan, taunts Joshua telling him that the Outlaws will loose.  Joshua walks up to the boy just as the boys parents get there.

"We are sorry about our little Jimmy, he is a die-hard fan."
Joshua nods his head and gets down on one knee and looks the boy eye to eye.

"How about we put a little wager on this game then.  If your SaberCats win I will pay for you and your family to fly out to Las Vegas next month to see the game from my personal seats in the Thomas and Mack Center.  They are front row mid field.  But when my Outlaws win tonight you will have to take off that T-Shirt for the SaberCats and wear one for the Outlaws."

The boy thinks about it as the parents chuckle at what they assume is a joke.  After a few moments the boys eyes light up and he agrees to the bet. Joshua gets the information from the parents where they are sitting and then shakes their hands and walks up to his seats.

As the game ends in a loss for the Outlaws Joshua makes his way down to the seats where the boy and his family was sitting at.  Joshua sits at the end of the row in an empty seat.  The parents are shocked that Joshua came down.  Even with the fans roaring during the closing minutes of the game it can been seen that Joshua handed them a card and again shakes his hand and walks back to his seats.

The next day Joshua is doing a radio show for the Outlaws on the ESPN affiliate for Las Vegas.

"Welcome listeners to the Mitch and Pritch show there on ESPN Radio 100.9 FM, 1100 on the AM dial.  We have a guest with us, he maybe one of the biggest ones we have had on our show.  I am speaking of the Outlaws owner, Joshua Acquin.  Welcome to the show Joshua."

"Thanks for having me, but you forgot one small detail I am also the owner for the soon to be AHL Las Vegas Wranglers."

"Oh I didn't forget that Joshua it seems that the Wranglers in there last season in the ECHL have tanked.  Want to comment on that before we get on about the Outlaws?"

"Sure I will let you know that the Wranglers this season have the highest attendance in the ECHL.  So for you to assume that since we are hitting a hard spot this our last season in the ECHL, and in the Orleans Arena, that we will have no turn out is sadly mistaken.  Las Vegas is not a city that have a lot of fair weather fans, such as you are."

"I never..."

"You know what I  can read you better than you can think.  I am not in the mood for you to put a spin on this to make the Wranglers look bad.  You know damn well we came to your radio station to let you put it on the radio waves and your station said no and now your competition is beating you because they did and your made so you try to spin it that way."

"Well Mr. Acquin let's continue on.  Your Las Vegas Outlaws lost last night.  You were seen with the family of fan for the SaberCats.  Care to explain?"

"Is that why you have me on?  Not for the wins we have had as a first year team.  That is what is wrong with you guys you spin it to be bad like I was sleeping with the enemy.  I made a deal with the little boy if you need to know.  I was making good on my part of the deal.  You know what I am out of here I don't need this from you guys."

With that Joshua takes the headset off and walks out of the studio.

Joshua is seen later in the week at his wrestling school which is booming after he gave his siblings a month to turn it around.  He had his normal students and new ones that looked like they made the wrong turn and caught the bug.  Joshua is in a crowd of people watching two wrestlers train in the ring.  He is in the back unnoticed by the students.

"Well, well, well.  Ever since this place had a revive you two have been going at it week in and week out.  Just stay right there and I have to get something."

The crowd of people are whispering and wondering what Joshua is going to do.  Meanwhile Joshua goes into the back office area and takes a bag from his desk and walks back out to the ring area.  He throws the bag in the middle of the ring.

"Now as I have said you two have gone at it week in and week out and now if you have to ask what's in the bag you can go out the door and leave my school.  Who's going to ref the match you ask.  Well it will not be me but it is none other than my brother and one of your instructors Austin."

After the match is done and over Joshua is in his office with Austin.  Austin is wiping sweat from his forehead.  Joshua puts his feet on his desk looking at a picture of Austin and himself when they were younger.

"Man those were the days weren't they Austin?"

"Yeah to be young once again."

"You know Austin I have been thinking it maybe time to hang my boots up.  I am not getting any younger."

"Joshua you are crazy if you think that.  Remember what you are doing this for.  You have fans out there and they are starting to cheer louder and louder.  So much so that they drown out the boos.  Maybe it isn't time to hang them up maybe a time to get a change.  Instead of being the one to hate be the one to like."

"Maybe your right.  I still remember when this picture was taken.  It was the night we won the tag belts at that one company that likes to screw over the real workers and put over the ass kissers.  Funny thing next stop on the SCW world tour is going to be myself with someone in a tag team championship match.  Trust me I would rather work with you then someone else."

Joshua pulls out a couple of beers from the mini fridge under the desk and throws one to Austin.

"Here's to the next SCW Tag team Champion."

Nightmare hits the PA system in the El Menzah Sports Palace.  There is a mixed reaction from the fans as it seems to be split down the middle as cheering and booing.  From the back Joshua comes out wearing his trademarked SCW's Nightmare t-shirt and white trunks with black designs.  He keeps his distance from the fans as he heads to the announcer table to grab a microphone.  From there he climbs the stairs and wipes his feet before getting into the ring.  As the song fades he brings the microphone to his mouth.

"Good evening Tunisia.  My name if you don't know it is Joshua Acquin and I will tell you this after this stop you are looking at one half of your SCW World Tag Team Champions.  I would lie if I didn't say it has been too damn long since I have held any gold here in SCW.  I lost my SCW Tag Team Championship belt 364 days when I will win it again.  I lost it on 25 May 2013 in Africa so I am going to win it to bring my tag team record to 1-1 in Africa.  This week I will go into this match with someone that has the same focus as I do.  We both want gold and are hungry for it.  I have put my body in singles title matches that are not one on one.  I wouldn't be telling the truth if the thought of hanging up the boots didn't cross my mind this past year.  I mean I got married, found out I had a kid, started an AFL team, hell maybe I should hang it up.  But then my brother the man that few know here looked me in the eyes and talked me out of it.  He said the boos are fading and coming out here tonight I hear it.  Now maybe that's because you enjoy what I do in this ring.  If I was back in Vegas it would be the loudest boos.  Now after I thought of it I got this match and I am going to do it for myself and the fans.  Now this partner of mine has a slightly smaller ego than myself.  This week SCW will have a new World Tag Team Champion.  We will be a force in the tag team and we are drawing attention from other tag teams that will never cut it in my tag team division."

With that Joshua walks out of the ring and to goes to the back while Nightmare plays over the PA.

 Joshua is seen backstage after losing the match in Belfast.  All of a sudden an interviewer comes into the shot behind Joshua. “Mr. Acquin do you have some time I have a couple questions to ask you.”  Joshua looks at them angrily. “You have the balls to ask me questions after I took a loss?”  The interviewer gulps and continues on, “Mr Acquin you teamed with Amy Marshal and you were forced to tap out.  How does it feel to take the loss for the team and be out?”  As Joshua is getting ready to answer it Amy walks through the shot and Joshua gives chase trying to talk to her and trying to apologize all the way back to the changing room which she slams the door and locks it in Joshua’s face. Joshua turns around “She will be fine, she just needs to cool off.”

The Club, past the hive of offices, the team facilities, the glass walls of the rink side club; through the den, through the doors, through the entry, to a discreet, dark hush.  The room is oddly shaped. There are no windows. Short metallic curtains, glinting in the low light, hang from the ceiling in geometric arrangements; cocktail tables hold neat clusters of white roses. Pendant light fixtures, bronze polyhedrons with intricate cutouts, cast lacelike shadows on the gray and pale gold walls. A bar occupies one corner, with a bartender who looks a little bored. Wrangler’s Arena has 10 of these “ultra-luxurious suites,” touted by the local fans as its “most exclusive destination.”  One of these suites will cost you a little more than half a million dollars for the season, though this particular one is not for sale, it is the owner’s Joshua Acquin.
In the Vault on this night, is a woman who represents the owner’s interests. Her name is Ashlynn Acquin, Joshua’s sister. She is diminutive, but with a strikingly vibrant presence. She wears a black ribbed skirt and a black fitted jacket that frames the bright plumage of a blazing yellow shirt. Her buoyant blonde hair is burnished by the low brass light; her nails are painted jet black. Perched on a leather couch in a corner of the room, as if ready to take flight, she speaks softly but intently to a man in a gray suit; it is Austin Acquin, brother to Joshua Acquin and one of his closest allies.
It is nearly game time. Ashlynn stands up, smooths her skirt, and takes her leave. She glances at her phone, its screen crammed with texts: so-and-so needs an extra ticket, so-and-so doesn’t know where to go, so-and-so wants an escort, and can’t Ashlynn come herself? Ashlynn is CFO of Acquin Sports and Entertainment Holding and is the official conduit between the Wranglers business management, the ECHL, and Joshua Acquin. She is on the board of directors of the Wranglers and of Wranglers Arena LLC, the company that runs Wranglers Arena, and she represents the team on the league’s Board of Governors, the council of all ECHL teams’ owners, if Joshua is unable to attend. On some days, her attention is preoccupied by spreadsheets, contracts, statements, meetings, phone calls, emails. She has to think about issuing bonds for the new practice facility, or digital marketing initiatives, or how to balance Joshua’s majority interest in the Wranglers when he is on the road. This day, though, is different; tonight is the Las Vegas Wranglers special event, the Indoor Winter Classic. It is, she likes to say, a huge party, one with 15,000 guests. As it happens, one of them is the son and wife of the owner of the Vault. Joshua Jr and Tiffiny Acquin are in the house. They have shown up due to Joshua being on the road in England and Scandinavia to watch the Las Vegas Wranglers, along with 15 or so guests — advisers, associates, and friends. They are somewhere in the arena at that moment, making their presence felt.
Ashlynn strides out of the suite, plunging into the rush of the crowd. She walks fast, the red soles of her black Louboutin stilettos flashing. Everywhere there is the sharp air of anticipation, the distant thump of music, the buzz of voices, some close, some directed at her. Ashlynn! Her attention is given freely — to security guards, colleagues, gawking fans; to people speaking Russian, English, and other languages. She has a voice that can travel far, a smile that can travel farther. A few people she passes require something a little extra — a soft touch of the forearm kisses on the cheeks, a little melody in her lilting voice. Even then, she only seems to stop — in reality, she barely slows. This is her charm, this is what people usually first mention when they talk about her — her extraordinary, almost genius ability for making people feel the full force of her attention. “Some people have this talent: They can talk to you for 30 seconds and then disappear, but still make you feel really good,” says her friend. “She has that.”
She would make a perfect hostess. It seems almost cruel to say so; she is one of the top executives of the Las Vegas Wranglers, one of the highest-ranking women in all of professional sports; she is entrusted with the authority of one of the United States more powerful men. She is hardly a woman who just throws parties. Were she a man, it would be hard to imagine her fielding texts asking her to escort rich businessmen from the gift shop to their seats. But there it is; one cannot help but feel it. And one senses that if she could, she would buy the flowers herself. She has never hidden the fact that she is a woman. She seems to embrace it. She uses her smile; she banters; she dresses to flatter her figure. She has experienced, of course, sneering comments and quick dismissals, and she knows that the golf course can turn business into a boys’ club. But she claims her gender isn’t a disadvantage — not even in the boardroom. “Actually, I find that when there are few women in the room with men, they actually listen to what you have to say,” she says. “Because it’s kind of more unusual, and I am never shy about voicing my opinions when I have them.”  Besides, it is impossible to watch her command the hall at the arena and not see that while this may be like a party, a night of wine and small talk and even sports, this is really business.  She makes it to a secluded room to where on the screen is Joshua Acquin. “Hey Ash how’s it going there, sorry I have to miss this game I have enjoyed going to the game every year.  But this week I have a major match so I am glad I can entrust you with the running of the team.  By the way I have picked you up some gifts on my trip like you have asked.  Anyway what was the major news you had to tell me.”  Ashlynn looks around the room seeing her other brother, sister-in-law, and nephew sitting in the room waiting.  “Joshua the big news is that next season you have been invited to play in the AHL in a new division the AHL is opening by moving teams from the east and a couple teams in the west.  It is so teams on the west are not sending players across country, a cost saving move.  Now right now we are not affiliated with any NHL team but if we make the move we have the option of four teams.  The four AHL teams they gave you the option is Lake Erie Monsters, Utica Comets, St. John’s Ice Caps, or the Portland Pirates.  They have already moved five other ones and you would be the sixth team.  Don’t worry whichever one you pick will get a replacement team.  But they have given a deadline of 1 March to answer them.” Joshua can be seen thinking about the major news and choice he has to make.  “ I think that we will need to have a board meeting and depending on my schedule after Sunday I may be able to fly back during the week but there may be the possibility of another VTC like this.”  As the scene fades out he can be seen talking to everyone as the door closes

Before Joshua goes outside to his car he is stopped by a random backstage interviewer asking for an interview to which Joshua agrees.
“Welcome to Oslo Norway SCW fans.  We now have started our second leg in this world tour.  With me at this time is one competitor for the SCW Roulette championship match, Joshua Acquin.”  Joshua steps into the shot.  “Joshua first thing first how is Amy doing?”  “Well Amy is doing alright we had a talk about what happen in Belfast while we were supporting SCW in Whales and of course we were both upset over the issue but in the long run we are still friends.  Even though she doesn’t have a match this week she will be cheering me on and will be the first one to get in the ring and hand me my championship.”  “Do you think you will win the championship this time?”  Joshua chuckles to himself.  “What kind of question is that, of course I will win the championship I am going to leave this cold fucking city with a championship around my waist.  If you think I am going to let this slip through my hands again you are sadly mistaken.”  The interviewer holds their ear like they are receiving a question.  “Joshua this week Las Vegas lost a person that was well known in the city of Las Vegas, of course I am talking about Jerry Tarkanian.  Did you have anything to say about him?”  Joshua talks a moment to think about it.  “The things I could say are numerous about this great man.  He gave the city it first team that drew everyone’s attention with a college team.  Let that sink in and he didn’t do it with top recruits.  No he took the B players and players that may have had issues.  To me that is a man that took little things and made them great.  In my resort I own I will sometimes take people that no one want to hire and I hire them now sometimes I hit gold and sometimes I strike out but at least I give them a chance.  Now I am going to give The Tarkanian Basketball Academy 500 thousand dollars to make improvements.  Also I am opening my resort to any family member that needs a place to stay through this tough time.  Now people may think that I am crazy for doing this but I think he was a sports pioneer in Las Vegas.”  The interview nods.  That is a great jester.  Now you have not seen your wife and son in a little over a month.  Being a newlywed how do you cope with this?”  “Well thanks to technology I can Skype my wife and son every day.  Plus after I am done here I am going to pick them up so they can be here when I win the championship and also so I can take my son around to learn about the Vikings at the museum here.  I mean this is the place to learn about them right?  Nothing but the best for my friends and family.”  With that Joshua takes his leave and walks out the side door to his waiting car.

Nightmare plays over the PA system as Joshua waits till the lyric Nightmareeeeeee hits, he then walks out onto the ramp wearing his trunks and a T-shirt that reads SCW’s Nightmare.  As he slowly makes his way the ramp he walks around the ring walking past the broadcast team and grabs a microphone that is laying on the table for him.  He climbs up the stairs and wipes his boots before he goes though the ropes.  He walks to the center of the ring.

“Now for those of you in Oslo that don’t know me I am Joshua Acquin a one-time SCW tag team champion.  It has been too long since I have tasted any gold here in SCW and my latest try to win anything here as far as a tournament fall flat on its face.  Now I am not going to blame Amy for what happen.  She wrestled her little heart out and I was the one that let them team down.  I mean we had the best pick of the tournament in her and I.  But now I have been chosen to main event here in Oslo.  Not only that it is for the SCW roulette Championship.  I have tried to get this before and was out classed by one of my opponents for this match.  But that will not happen again as I have learned from the last time I have faced him.  I went into that match under prepared to fight.  But as always I took something from that match.  Hell I am ready for anything if I can work in a pudding match I think I can fight in a three-way random match.  The champ is a one Alex Kaelin.  He won it in the fore mentioned tournament to the other person in this match.  That person is none other than Sephiroth Du Lac, whom had to go to a dirty trick of spraying red mist in my eyes while the ref was turned to worry about a little blood on me.  This time I am going to ensure he will not get that in on me, the champ had better worry about not even being the one I pin in order to win the championship from him.  Maybe I could even just wait outside the ring and wait till it is the right time to jump into the match.  Take the ultimate opportunity to win the championship.  Now will I win?  As much as you guys hate me you know that I am right when I say here in Oslo I will walk down this ramp here a contender and walk out and up that ramp a champion.  I will put money on that.”

Joshua drops the microphone and raises his arms in the middle of the ring and takes in all the boos from the crowd as they are showing him all there hate.  As he walks to the back he stops at one particular family and gives them a hug and kisses, he even grabs the boy and brings him over the railing.

“Now if I wasn’t a confident person in my abilities to get this championship would I fly my wife and son over here to Oslo to watch me win.  Before you freak out and say Joshua he is supposed to be in school, don’t worry he is home schooled and still better than any of your kids.  I mean come on he came from me and I am pretty damn good myself.”
