 It almost seemed like a nightmare to Jessie and many other Superstars and Bombshells that SCW employed but it was true, come January SCW would be no more as the federation had announced that it’ll be closing after its first and last Supercard of the new year aptly titled Full Circle but before that there was the final episode of Climax Control, Episode 200 no less and the previous week Jessie had thanked SCW for taking a chance with her and whilst she did mention the fact that she had yet to hold the World Bombshell Championship she claimed that she wasn’t going to turn her message of thanks into a plea for one last title shot.

Never the less the bosses decided to forgo their previous last chance match for Jessie and had booked her in a match that would determine the next challenger for Mikah’s World Bombshell Championship, her opponents? Her longtime friend and Tag Team Partner Amy Marshall, her longtime rival Mercedes Vargas, the last Queen for a Day Alice Knight and newcomer Kira Phoenix, this was literally Jessie’s last chance at possibly getting to achieve her long-term goal of winning the World Bombshell Championship as there would be no SCW after Full Circle and Jessie’s career in PPW would’ve kicked off properly, but can Jessie end her SCW career on the ultimate high note?

This is a like a nightmare than I can’t wake up from but it’s true, SCW will be closing in January following its last Supercard Full Circle emanating from where else but the Gold Coast Casino here in Las Vegas, Nevada, and for all it’s ups and downs, I’m going to miss it.

What I said Sunday night during my interview with Ms. Rocky Mountains? I meant it, all of it, including the part about me not turning my sob story into a plea for another shot at the World Bombshell Championship and I’m eternally great full to Mark and Christian for taking a chance on a 22-year-old recovering drug addict who had been a nobody prior to Sin City Wrestling (and no, I’m not talking about that stable Tim Staggs was in charge off) and not only helped her kick the addiction to the curb but made her a star in the process.

Or to quote Jason Adams during my segment: do you really think PPW would’ve made such a big deal about my signing if I didn’t start out in Sin City Wrestling?

Anyway, back to the World Bombshell Championship because despite me pointing out that my segment wasn’t a World Bombshell Title plea the bosses decided, after a drinking contest that I’m assuming Mark won after what he said on Twitter, to put me in a match for a shot at the World Bombshell Championship at Full Circle, my opponents? Amy Marshall, Mercedes Vargas, Alice Knight and Kira Phoenix, how Kira went from losing to Iron Maiden to possibly being in contention for the World Bombshell Championship at the last Supercard will be a riddle for the ages I’m sure, but my guess is that they needed an extra body for the match and Sam Marlowe’s to busy with her family feud to take part.

And as for Alice Knight, well I’m going to assume that she used her last uses of Christian’s credit card to buy them Christmas gifts, what’s that? You expected me to make a sucking dick joke? 1: did you suddenly forget that Christian’s gay? And 2: do I look like a London Underground member to you? No, off course not, I still have all my teeth!

“It’s been a long five, nearly six years.” I sighed to myself as I looked at the glass which by this point was half full with Jack and Coke or “The Lemmy”, after I did my promo for PPW on Monday and spent most of Tuesday trying to keep my mind off of SCW’s impending closure by way of video games (it didn’t work) I decided that we needed a change of scenery for the third day of the week since my PPW promo was conducted at my house and, as I said, I spent most of yesterday gaming at home hence why we’re out at a metal bar on a Wednesday evening. “And SCW won’t be around for year seven.”

“It sucks but at least when SCW does close you won’t have to worry about unemployment.” Jake commented as he turned to me, it was metal karaoke night and Shane was up on stage singing “South of Heaven” by Slayer and normally I would’ve put my name down to sing in a heartbeat, only problem? The impending closure of SCW has not put me in the mood for it! “PPW does look promising and if that falls through you can always try your luck with Honor.”

“Try my luck with a fed that shares about 50% of its roster with SCW? I chose PPW because I wanted a fresh start!” I responded before taking a sip from my drink. “Though on the other hand I heard Mercedes is undefeated over there, maybe I’ll go over there for one night and break that streak?” I added with a grin and Jake chuckled.

“How about you focus on your match against her on Sunday rather than any hypothetical match in Honor Wrestling?” Jake suggested, and I couldn’t help but agree with him as we could hear the ending solo and glancing over my shoulder I could see Shane wind milling in time to the song. “For one thing your next, and last, SCW match against Mercedes is for a shot at the World Bombshell Championship!”

“Yeah I know and if I screw this one up I’ll never get to join the Grand Slam Club.” I sighed before finishing my drink just as Shane joined us. “And as much as I shudder at the thought of Mikah being the last World Bombshell Champion, she’s proven that she can beat Mercedes and Alice, I’m pretty sure she’s never faced Amy and since I’m away from my laptop I can’t go back and check that and as for Kira? I’m still trying to figure out why the fuck she’s in this match to begin with!”

“Well look at it this way Jess, if you win the World Bombshell Championship on the last SCW show it would be one hell of a Cinderella story.” Shane nodded in agreement and I guessed that he got the gist of our conversation from what I just said. “And unlike your other title reigns, this one won’t end on the first defense, because SCW will close.”

“Thanks for reminding me that the fed that I’ve called home for the past five years is closing its doors.” I grunted in response before standing up. “You know what? Screw it, I’m going outside to do my promo but when I come back in I’m going on stage for a song, maybe I’ll go all sappy and dedicate it to SCW, who knows?”

“I can’t think of many metal songs that would fit but good luck with that, in the meantime, we’re putting ourselves down for a duet of Sweating Bullets.” Jake responded, and I could see that Shane had grabbed a song card, regardless I headed outside and, after taking a second to grab a song card myself, I got started on my promo.

“The new year is right around the corner usually that means a time for new beginnings as we head into 2018, however for SCW Superstars and Bombshells like myself it means the end of an era, this Sunday the last ever Climax Control will air live from the Gold Coast Casino and after that? They will hold their last Supercard in the New Year aptly titled Full Circle and after that SCW will be no more, London Underground may end up being the last ever tag team champs in their respective divisions, Cadence Carter and Crimson might end up being the last Roulette Champions, Diamond and Griffin Hawkins might end up being the last Internet Champions and Calvin Harris might end up being the last World Heavyweight Champion.”

Did I forget someone?

“What’s that? I forgot about Mikah? She won’t be the last World Bombshell Champion, not if me, Mercedes Vargas, Amy Marshall, Alice Knight or Kira Phoenix have anything to say about it! This Sunday at Climax Control 200 I’m getting my literal last chance at the World Bombshell Championship as I compete against the four women I just mentioned for a chance to be the last World Bombshell Champion that fans can be proud off and not some spoiled brat who throws away titles like they don’t mean anything just because she’s bored! I have a tall order ahead of me but to end my SCW career by FINALLY winning the World Bombshell Championship I will do anything!”

Including starting with the new girl!

“I’m sorry but who the fuck is Kira Phoenix and what incriminating photos does she have of Christian, Mark, or both, to get a huge opportunity like this? I worked my ass off for the past five years to get to the point where I could even be considered Main Event material and, yet this new girl comes from out of nowhere, loses her debut match and suddenly she has a one in five chance of being Mikah’s last challenger? Yeah, no, I’m not buying it, Kira won’t be rising like a phoenix in this match! She is so out of her league she could almost be compared to our current president, only difference is that she showed some actual competence last week!”

And now onto the actual challengers, like Alice!

“At least Alice Knight has been in the ring with Mikah twice, once as the ref for Mercedes’s rematch against Mikah and again in a match where she had to put her home on the line to get a shot, I’d almost ask if the stipulation this time was that Alice’s legs will be broken if she loses if I hadn’t already seen the card for this week’s show! Seriously though, Alice has been impressive since her debut and the fact that she won the Queen for a Day Ladder Match speaks volumes about her talents but Mikah’s last challenger? Ha-ha, no! You stand a slightly better chance that Kira does Alice and that’s not saying a lot!”

Next up is Mercedes.

“Mercedes, even on the last ever Climax Control we can’t escape each other! It’s the very reason why I decided to join a fed that didn’t feature you when I learned of SCW’s closure last week, but I digress! You almost had a rematch for the title against Mikah two weeks ago, a two out of three falls match no less but then it got mysteriously cancelled, what? Did the bosses realize you hadn’t earned it? Wait, no, that doesn’t account for Alice and Kira’s presence in the match, either way this match will be yet another win for me over you and who knows? Maybe I’ll show up at Honor Wrestling soon just to break your undefeated streak over there!”

Finally, is Amy.

“Amy, we started off as enemies, then we formed the Metal and Punk Connection and became good friends and now, on the last Climax Control we find ourselves as adversaries again, I know from our Best of Three Series earlier this year that we’ll put on a hell of a show once Kira, Alice and Mercedes are out of the way but in that best of three series I came out on top and in this match the result will be the same! I don’t know if we’ll meet up again after SCW closes for good Amy, but it’s been a hell of a ride and I am honored to have called you my friend and tag team partner!”

And with that I decided to wrap things up.

“This is my literal last chance to make this count! Either I win this match at the last ever Climax Control or I throw any hope I ever had of being a Grand Slam Champion in SCW out the window! Alice, Kira, I don’t know what the bosses were smoking including you in this match, but it must’ve been some strong shit since they clearly think that you have a chance of winning as well! Mercedes, I’ve lost count of the number of times I’ve kicked your ass and you, being SCW’s historian, will probably fill me in on that fact when your promo airs but the only fact that matters is that I’ll be kicking you to the curb! And Amy, it’s been real Amy and I know that we’ll put on a hell of a show on Sunday, but I will win my last Climax Control match! This is the Heavy Metal Angel Jessie Salco signing off on a Climax Control promo for the last time! Kira, Alice, Mercedes, Amy, regardless of what I said in this promo let’s make this a series finale to remember!”

I returned to the club as the scene fades.
