Act 1: Spending the holidays with the family

“The love of family and the admiration of friends is much more important than wealth and privilege.”

The scene opens on the beautiful countryside of Salerno Italy. The water shimmered brightly in the last rays of the setting sun, and the vineyards that had once been full of the finest grapes were now bare and thin, Massive ships and luxury yachts floated in the massive harbor, as people moved along the board walk enjoying the afternoon. The camera soon switches to a massive estate that seemed to stretch on for miles. The camera soon pans over a rather large villa that sat high on a cliff side over looking the vineyards, and Salerno harbor. The villa was done in the purest white marble, with frosted windows, and high ceilings. As the camera panned to the interior we see a massive Christmas tree set up in the foyer trimmed with bright lights, and crystal ornaments hung from each branch. The camera moves up the double staircase, and we soon see pictures of family and friends that line the walls. The camera comes to a room where the door was open a slight crack where we see steam rolling across the floor. The sound of water could be heard coming from the bathroom in the spacious room. A four poser bed carved from the heavy oak trees sat in the middle of the room, with heavy set drapes. The steam soon stops rolling out of the bathroom, and the water stops. Joanne soon comes into view wearing nothing but a silk robe, and a towel wrapped around her long hair. Her cell phone rings and she answers it.

Joanne: Hello?

Voice: Hello Miss Canelli?

Joanne: Yes.

Nancy: This is Nancy at the SCW front office. We just wanted to call and let you know that you have a match in two weeks time.

Joanne is taken back, and smiles. She had been away from the ring for almost a month, except for the autograph signings, and appearances.

Joanne: That's good to hear. Who's it against?

Nancy: I take it you haven't been really following the SCW website...

Joanne: I have been, but I've been busy the last couple of weeks. Who am I facin'?

Nancy: Well it's not just a normal match. It's an Ulitmate X Match for one of the newest titles in the SCW. You're going to be going up against seven other Bombshells for this one.

Joanne sits on the edge of the bed, and looks out the window.

Joanne: I have a title shot? That's a great way to start out the year isn't it?

Nancy: Indeed it is Miss Canelli. I'll send you the Bombshells you will be facing in a text. Good luck Miss Canelli.

Joanne: Thanks Nancy, but I won't need it.

With that Joanne hangs up, and smiles as she gets to her feet, and walks to her closet. She pulls out a  black cocktail dress, and tosses it onto the bed. Her phone soon chimes and she picks it up once again seeing the list of the Bombshells that she would be facing. A smile goes across her face as she looks at her phone, and then tosses it aside, grabbing the dress and walks behind the changing screen in the room.

Joanne: What a way to start off the year. I have a chance to get my hands on a brand new title. I have to say that I feel honored to even have a chance at it. There are others that could have had it, but now I have a chance to prove myself after being away for a while. I have to say that I feel sorry for the new girls. They haven't stood against anyone like me before and now they have to stare me down, and hope against hope that I will fall givin' them a chance at somethin' bigger then them. But soon they will realize they have yet to face anyone like me and manage to walk away the same afterward. Ask any of the Bombshells that I have faced before ladies, and they'll tell you that I am no walk in the park. But lets start with the person that walked away from the Daughters of Darkness. Zuri...

The robe is soon seen draped over the top of the changing curtain, as her silhouette is seen from behind.

Joanne: Zuri you and I have faced each other, and stood together several times over. Yet you walked away from the Daughters of Darkness all over the fact that you lost a couple of matches and lost a title. Zuri you are so much better then that and yet you didn't listen to either Necra or myself and walked away, leaving your sister with us, while you are tryin' to “find” yourself and who you are. You know that there is only one way this match is goin' to end, and that's goin't to be with me walkin' away with that new shiny title, and there is nothin' that you can do to stop me. I've been at this game a long time, and trust me I have done thin's that would make you cringe in the middle of that ring just to get my hands on a bit of shiny gold. Zuri from what I have seen you still haven't managed to “find” yourself or prove yourself at all. Do you really think this match is goin' to be any better then the last few that you've been tossed into? This is goin' to be one match that you're not goin' to win Zuri, because I'm not goin' to allow it. You can fight all you want, but it's not going to be enough to stop me, and you know that already don't you Zuri? You know what I can do, and you know that I don't play games when I'm in the middle of that ring don't you? You can try to stop me, but we both know that you've never been good enough to hold a title at least for very long have you?

She soon comes out from behind the changing curtain and has a smile on her lips that seems almost cruel and vindictive.

Joanne: Roxi are you still playin' the super hero? I mean isn't that getting' just a little old? You've been playin' that game since I've been here and I have to say that I have never been impressed with you. You've held titles just like me, but yet you always seem to lose them just as quick as you get them in your hands. If you want a villain to face the you don't have to look any further really. They consider me one of the biggest crime lords on the east coast, and I have been looked at by every so called hero that has crawled out of the wood work to try and take me down. What makes you think you can bring the Jersey Devil Diva down? We have faced each other before and it's always been back and forth. You've won a few and I've won a few but this match... This match is going to be different. This is goin' to be my first major win of the New Year and I will stop anyone that stands in my includin' some little wannabe freak in a mask playin' hero.

Joanne unwraps the towel from her hair, and tosses it to the floor. Her dark eyes shimmer in the light of the room, and her long black hair, falls down her back as she starts to brush it out.

Joanne: Cynthia Warren, or should I say Nurse Warren has been one of those people that wants to prove themselves but can never seem to get off the ground. You have stood against me as well, and how many times have you actually won somethin' without the help of others? Oh wait you never have won anythin' have you? At least not the honest way. I've watched your matches Cynthia and you are not that good at what you do. You think you can play with the big girls but once again you get pushed around and told that you can't. This time isn't goin' to be any different for you. This is a match that only true Bombshells should even be aloud to be a part of. Maybe this Mr. Wards and Mr Underwood's way of sayin' welcome back Joanne, by tossin' me fresh meat and wannabes that have yet to really show the world what they can do. I don't even know why I waste my time on someone like you Cynthia. You are so far below me it isn't funny.

Her hair is soon brushed out, and she starts to pile it up, making it curl and wrap around her head in a beautiful style that was popular with the ladies of Salerno. A knock soon comes to her door, and she looks back in the mirror as it opens seeing her father standing there.

Anthony: You look just like your mother.

Joanne blushes and smiles softly.

Joanne: I know.

Anthony: Where are you off to tonight?

Joanne: Reno is taking me out tonight.

Anthony: I see. Are you two gettin' close?

Joanne: No... I mean... I don't know. Sometimes I wonder if he even wants more but then there are times that he does somethin' right and I see a side of him that no one ever does.

Anthony: I see. I still can't figure out why you never married Du Lac. I mean he had everythin' goin' for him.

Joanne: He still does.

Anthony: You've seen him?

Joanne nods, as she starts to do her makeup.

Joanne: Yeah. A couple of times. He's working for the same company I am. So I've run into him in the hallway.

He leans against the door frame as she continues to get ready.

Anthony: Are you sure you're goin' to be all right?

Joanne: We'll be fine. I mean it's Salerno. Nothin' is goin' to happen.

Anthony: Just be careful. You never know who is out there, especially around here. You know that we can't trust anyone.

Joanne: I know. Reno and I are just goin' out to have a couple of drinks.

Anthony: Good. Well you go and have a good time Joanie. I'll see you in the mornin' then.

He walks into the room and kisses her on the forehead, and turns heading back out of the room, and closes the door behind him leaving Joanne alone once again.

Joanne: Now as for the new girls, I really don't know where to start. I mean have any of you even faced anyone like me at all? Hell have you even won a match since any of you started here? I don't really care because of the simple fact that I already know that I am better then any of you.

She smiles as she finishes with her makeup, and gets up from where she sits. She grabs a pair of shoes, and a small handbag from the table by the door.

Joanne: Mimi you've more then likely had one match in the SCW since you've been here, so tell me did you win it? Or did you blow it like so many others have in the past? You sound like a stuck up little bitch that thinks she has what it takes to bring down the big girls, but in truth you are a coward and shakes every time that they see real talent in front of them. In two weeks time honey there is goin' to be nothin' that you can to do stop the woman that has won titles in her time, and stood against some of the biggest names in this company, and walked away with the Tag Titles and the Roulette. I'm not afraid of some little girl that wants to try and stand against me. Trust me in the end you will wish you were never tossed into this match, or even stood against me.

She slips the dark high heels on and walks out of the bedroom, and heads for the stairs.

Joanne: *Voice Over* Desiree... You haven't been in the company a year yet and you think you're hot shit? Honey do you even realize what it takes to be a Bombshell around here? You have to be talented, you have guts, and you have to be able to stand on your own two feet. Somethin' tells me you spread your legs to get this job or rather into this match didn't you? Wouldn't surprise if you did. You seem the type. I don't like stuck up bitches, ask Veronica my former tag team partner, and she'll tell you that I don't like her or her friends because of that. If you're lucky enough to walk away from this match, then I'll be glad to take back what I said, but I know better and know that you are not goin' to make it through this. I don't hold back on anyone durin' matches like this or stop until I get what I want. If you think you have what it takes to stand against me then brin' everythin' that you have into the middle of that ring, and try to stop me.

Joanne walks down the stairs where Reno is waiting with Rude. He looks up and his eyes get wide as he sees Joanne.

Reno: Wow you look great.

Rude: Damn boss! You look hot!

Joanne: Thank you.

Reno: Are you ready to go?

Joanne: Yes. I got the keys to the jag for tonight.

Reno: Awesome. See ya later Rude.

Rude: Don't do anything that I wouldn't do.

Reno just smiles as Joanne heads for the front door. They walk out into the night, as the stars above shine brightly. They walk to the garage, and she opens the door, revealing a row of cars sitting against the wall as they walk inside.

Joanne: So where are going?

Reno: I figured we could have a nice dinner at one of the small restaurants in the city, and then go for a few drinks near by before calling it a night. If you want to that is.

Joanne was surprised but it was sweet and he was trying hard to impress her. She stops in front a deep blue jag, and tosses Reno the keys.

Joanne: Sounds perfect. Come on.

Reno nods, and catches the keys. He walks to her door and opens it for her. Joanne blushes and slips into the passengers side and the door closes once again. Reno is soon sitting beside her, and they pull off down the long winding driveway.

Joanne: *Voice Over* Jemma I don't know what it is about you, but I don't feel like I have to say anythin' really harsh to you. You come across as a half way decent person compared to the others that I have to face this time around. You see nice enough but I know that you're not ready for a match like this. Very few people are ready to face me in a match that always seems to play to my advantage, but you, you might actually survive this if you're lucky enough to not endure my wrath. It could be the fact that you remind me of myself when I was younger, wantin' to make a name for myself in the middle of the ring, by takin' on the biggest names that I could. And no look where I stand. I am one of the highest paid Bombshells in the SCW. I've held titles, and lost them, only to gain them back once again, and in two weeks time it's not goin' to be any different.

The car moves along the winding road, as they head toward the city of Salerno. The night sky was clear, and the water below in the harbor shimmered in the bright full moon that was above.

Reno: You look really good.

Joanne: Thank you. I wanted to look nice for tonight. I mean it's not often that we get out alone.

Reno: Yeah I know... Are you all right?

Joanne: Yeah, why?

Reno: You just seem kind of distracted that's all.

Joanne: Sorry. I got a call from the SCW head office a little while ago and I have a match comin' up.

Reno: Cool. Who's it against?

Joanne: It's one of those big matches, for a brand new title that they have just released.

Reno: Wow. You've been away from the ring, for like a month, and when you come back they give you a title shot. Do you want us there?

Joanne: Of course I do. You guys have always been there for me, no matter what.

Reno just smiles and Joanne stares out the window watching the countryside slowly turn into the outskirts of the city.

Joanne: *Voice Over* Mikah... you are another little bitch that thinks that she is entitled to everythin' that you can get your hands on, but like the rest of them you are not entitled to anythin' includin' that shiny title that they have on the line. Do you really think that you can last in this match? How long do you really think you can stay in the ring against me? I've been at this a while and the way you carry yourself tells me that you think you are unstoppable but you're not. I will do everythin' that I can to brin' you down with everythin' that I have. But remember that I am dangerous when I am cornered, that is why I am the best at what I do. I am not afraid to get my hands dirty, or to make my opponents bleed just to get what I want. How far will you go Mikah? How far will you sink to get that title? Will you scratch my eyes out so I can't see you walk away with my title, or will you cry in the corner because you couldn't beat the Jersey Devil Diva? Remember you are not alone in this match Mikah, and you're not goin' to be just my punchin' bag, but there's too. I'm not afraid of you, but you should be afraid of me. By the end of this match you will be broken, beaten, battered, bruised, bloodied, and humiliated. We are the Mafioso; and we get paid to kick your ass! See you soon.

Joanne smiles as she looks out the window as the city of Salerno appears around them. Reno soon finds a parking spot, and pulls in. The car is soon silent, and he gets out walking around to open Joanne's door. She steps out, and takes his arm as they start walking along the cobbled stone sidewalk as the scene fades to black.

Mikah sighed contently as she walks back into the hotel room they were staying in at The Elms.  She seemed as if she was in a good mood but Gavin on the other hand didn't.  Mikah had been dragging him all over the place, wanting to do some site seeing while they were in England.  And so far, she'd fallen in love with the place.  She'd forced him to go to the Twycross Zoo with her just because she wanted to see how different from the ones she'd been to in the states.  She looks at him, watching as he collapses on the bed. They had done a lot of walking so far and she was sure that he thought he was about to die.  She, on the other hand, felt perfectly fine.  Maybe it was because she ran so much that made walking like a piece of cake. She tried not to giggle as he laid back, staring emptily up at the ceiling.

;;Mikah  “Oh come on, Gavs.  It wasn't that bad.”

Gavin looked at her before rolling his eyes.  She just smiles innocently at him as she pulls her long blonde locks up into a messy bun.  It was cold out but that didn't stop her from making Gavin go places with her so she could explore.  Could she have gone alone?  Yes.  Did she want to go alone?  No.  So how did she get him to go alone?  She just told him that she could probably be abducted like the girl from Taken.  She didn't know if he believed her or not, but he went along with her.

She tugs the sweatshirt she was wearing off, revealing the long sleeved turquoise shirt she was wearing underneath that she had paired with grey leggings.  She smiles at Gavin before walking over to him and placing a kiss on his cheek in which he responds to with a groan.  Not that he didn't like the affection that she was showing him, but more of the fact that he was tired and she was still bugging him.

::Gavin  “So tired.  No more zoo.”

Mikah just giggles as she moves toward the desk and opens up her laptop before pressing the power button.  She watches as the laptop starts up before she puts in her password then turns to look at Gavin, letting the laptop load the settings she had set on it.

;;Mikah  “Oh come on, Gavin.  I run everyday, three times a day and probably around fifteen miles a day or so.  A little walking never hurt.”

She knew she was going to get a response out of him because a little walking wasn't what they had done; they did more walking than what one should be used to.  Even for a wrestler.

::Gavin  “A little walking?!  A little walking is what we do when you take me to the mall or when we go to the park with Leighton.  What we did this morning was almost close to being tortured!”

She just rolls her eyes at her husband.  She looks at him before smiling at him and getting up and walking over to him.  She carefully moves so that she's straddling him before leaning down just a bit, her face hovering over his.

;;Mikah  “And I told you, I'd make it up to you later, didn't I?  Have I ever went back on my promises to you?”

He looks up at her, a smirk tugging at his lips before he shakes his head no at her.  She leans down and softly presses her lips against his, kissing him.  She lets the kiss go on for a little bit and giggles when he gets a little handsy before she pulls away from him.  She pecks his lips with a kiss once more before moving off of him.  She glances at his face, giggling at the small pout on his face as she moves back to the chair that was in front of the desk and she sits down.

;;Mikah  “Sorry babe.  But work calls.”

She winks at him as she sets up the computer some more, logging onto her new site that she was going to start using for this sort of stuff.  She glances back at Gavin before she tugs the ponytail holder out of her platinum blonde locks as she fumbles with some of the things on her laptop.  Her laptop was probably too high tech for her as she didn't spend much time on it; only to check her emails and sometimes her Twitter account.  She frowns a bit before clicking another button on the screen before pouting a bit.  She could never get the laptop to do exactly as she wanted.  She usually left it up to Gavin to help her with the stuff that she didn't know how to do but this time she was determined to do it.

;;Mikah  “And this is why I hate computers.”

She was mumbling to herself but Gavin could hear every word she said and it only made him laugh at her incompetence with computers.  She looks over her shoulder and scowls at him.

;;Mikah  “I don't find it funny!”

Gavin just laughs again, which only causes her to scowl, not happy that he found amusement in what she couldn't make work.

;;Mikah  “Well, at least I can walk without being tired.”

Gavin just rolls his eyes at her little dig but doesn't take it to heart.  He watches as she finally gets the device to work as she wanted.  She squeals in delight before adjusting the controls of her webcam before she fixes her hair using the camera as a mirror.

Mikah sits in front of her laptop, smiling at her own device before pushing her hair behind her shoulders.  She didn't really know what to say or if she even cared about what she was going to say.  Should she be worried that she didn't care?  Probably but she wasn't; she didn't worry about petty things like that.

;;Mikah “You already know who I am, I don't need to go over that.  I am done with introductions and all that weak shit.  You come to my website, you should know who I am.  So, shall we get down to business?  I don't like wasting my precious time.”

She smirks at the camera before moving to sit criss-cross style in the chair, making herself comfortable.

;;Mikah  “The last time any of you saw me, was merely three weeks ago when I had a tag team match against Melody Grace and the two idiots that she carried the whole match.  And you can either agree with me or not but that's the hard truth.  Melody carried her team to victory and those other two scrubs just let her do it.  If I was Melody, I wouldn't have put up with that and wouldn't even act friendly to those two audacious scrubs.  But Melody's way more nicer than I am and I'll admit it.  She should receive an award for being as nice as she is—albeit she's a little naïve but you know, sometimes you can't help that.”

Mikah glances back at Gavin, knowing the two were friends.  And she honestly didn't care that he had friends that were girls because she had friends that were boys.  Friends that probably had ulterior motives but she was better behaved and knew how to stay faithful to Gavin.

;;Mikah  “But maybe they won because they're little suck ups too.  I really don't know and frankly?  I really don't care.  I'm sure they think I care and I'm sure that they think they're better as team. And I want to correct them on that; they're not.  Roxi and Misty can only achieve success when riding somebody else's coattails.  Or with their lips wrapped around somebody's cock.  Or in Roxi's case, somebody's clit.”

Mikah smirks at the camera before hearing Gavin trying to disguise his laughter in the background.  She glances over her shoulder and allows a chuckle to escape her lips.

;;Mikah  “Enough about those disgraceful scrubs, back to me.  I've been put in some roulette match for some championship...”

She pauses, trying to think of what the title was called until Gavin chimes in.

::Gavin  “Bombshell Internet Champion!”

Mikah chuckles, laughing at her husbands knowledge of the card.  Or maybe he just knew because he was in the opposite match for the men.  Who knows.

;;Mikah  “Right.  That.  It sounds like a made up championship, if you ask me.  But I'm sure it's a legitimate title.  One that I'd gladly take after beating all of the girls that are in this match; too many to name really.  But if I don't win this match, I would only want Desiree Drake to win.  She's the only other girl in this match that can even function properly in a ring.  I mean seriously.  We have girls who throw themselves off the top rope, hoping to land on somebody, we have a girl that thinks she's superhero or something with the mask she wears and we have another girl who thinks she's something because her brother is employed here. What is wrong with some of these chicks that don't know how to be normal?  Or at least even act normal?!  I know I'm not normal but I don't go pretending to be some super-heroine.  I live in reality with my husband and my daughter.  I wonder how much time you girls have on your hands?  I mean really.

I sit here in my hotel room with my husband and we haven't been here hardly at all; I've been out enjoying the city and enjoying the sites.  I keep up with my routine and I make sure that I know what I'm going to do in the match.  I go on runs, I watch movies with my daughter, and the point, I go out and do things.  I think you girls just sit around waiting, and waiting for a match.  It's kind of pathetic, if you think about it.  Get a life.  Get a boyfriend.  Do something other than be waiting around like a fucking dog.  Wait—most of you look like dogs, so that's fitting actually.”

She just shrugs her shoulders.  She didn't care if it wasn't nice, when was the last time that she cared that she hurt somebody's feelings?  Maybe when Melody thought that she actually wanted her to stop talking to Gavin.  But that was because she didn't want Melody to view her as a controlling, jealous bitch.  She might be a bitch, but she wasn't controlling.  Gavin could talk to and befriend whoever he wanted to.  He was a big boy and she trusted that he could keep it in his pants.  Otherwise she'd divorce him.

;;Mikah  “Some of you probably don't even know who I am and that's okay, it'll be more upsetting to you when I kick your ass to win the championship.  I think it'd be a pretty good addition to my resume, don't you think Gavin?”

She glanced at him and watched as he nodded his head as he was back to playing whatever video game he was into this week.  She turned her attention back to the camera and shrugs her shoulders at it.

;;Mikah  “But my resume here doesn't matter.  Or at least not at the moment.  Because I don't want you girls to think that you can just look up my past and be like, 'Well, I know everything there is to know about her' because you won't know everything about me.  You will only know what I've done in the past, not what I can do come time for our match.  That's the thing, people should always be looking to change themselves, better themselves all the time.  And I can honestly say that I am not the same person I was when I started out.  I have a completely different arsenal of moves.  And so you can go study my previous self in tapes or whatever it is that you would look up.  It won't help you here.  So until you see me again, be thinking of how you can better yourselves.  It might help you but probably not.  You all, with the exception of Desiree, suck.”

Mikah winks at the camera.

;;Mikah  “And as for my fans, I hope that you come to the show and show support for me.  Because heaven knows I'll probably need it seeing as I have like five friends here, if that.  So until next time...”

She moves closer to the camera before winking at it.

;;Mikah  “Ciao.”

The minute Mikah turned the camera off and shut her laptop, Gavin grabbed her and moved her over to the bed.  She giggled and squealed as she felt him tickle her before he kissed her.  She squirms  bit as she tries to get comfortable as he removes her shirt from her body.

Mikah was sitting in one of the seats in the arena, looking at the empty wrestling ring.  It was something she did before every match she had.  And she'll do it again when it comes closer to time for the match.  But right now, she was enjoying the peacefulness of the arena.  She glances up to see Gavin walking down the stairs, searching for her before he walks over and sits next to her.  She smiles at him as he places a hand on her knee.

;;Mikah  “I love when it's peaceful out here; gives the arena a different feeling.  Don't you think, Gavs?”

He nods her head as she moves closer to him, resting her head against his shoulder.  He wraps an arm around her shoulders, pulling her closer to him.  She snuggled up to him, just looking at the ring that stood in the middle of the arena.

;;Mikah  “I am really liking England, it feels homey here.  And it feels like I don't have to worry about anything in the whole world.”

She might love being in England, but she would never give up her home in New York City to move there.  New York City and its chaos was her home.  She looks up at Gavin and smiles as she sees him completely relaxed.  She sighs as she cuddles closer to him.  They were a unique couple but somehow they fit together like a puzzle.  She leans up and kisses his cheek, a mischievous glint in her eyes before moving to straddle his lap.  He looks up at her, surprise written in his eyes as his hands go to her hips.

;;Mikah  “You know....there's nobody around...”

She looks down at him, an almost naughty look in her eyes as she looks at him.  He grins up at her before looking around them to appease her.

::Gavin  “It appears that we are...”

She giggles as she squirms on his lap, the skirt of her dress rising up just a little bit.  She leans down and kisses him directly on his lips.  He responds to her kiss, kissing her back as he slides his hands down a bit.  She pulls back, rubbing her lips together as they both seemed to have lust written in their eyes.

;;Mikah  “Just hope we don't get caught; wouldn't be a good thing to wind up in jail, now would it?”

He nods his head in agreement before pulling her head down to kiss her again, her giggles escaping her mouth during the kiss.

Mikah stands in front of the cameraman as he begins to record her second promo.  She smirks as the camera catches a glimpse of her.  She was wearing the outfit she had wore in her match against Jemma Asar and Mimi Winters but this time it was different; she was drenched in fake blood just like she had been in her very first promo that she had done for SCW.  She looks at the camera, an eyebrow raised.

;;Mikah  “Looks familiar, doesn't it?”

She smirks at the camera as she looks around the dim-lit room.  It was evident that blood was pooled around her and then there were comic books around her too.  They were ruined but Mikah really didn't care.

;;Mikah  “It seems familiar.  I mean, in my upcoming match I am facing Cynthia Warren, Roxi Johnson, Jemma Asar, Zuri Chastain, Mimi Winters, Desiree Drake, and Joanne Canelli.  And the only one I like in that list is Desiree Drake.  Let's have a little history lesson, shall we?”

She drops to her knees, the fake blood splashing around her a bit.  She sits back on her heels, smirking at the camera as she touches one of the bloodied comic books.  She then runs her fingers down her face, leaving a trail of blood from her eye to her chin.

;;Mikah  “My first match with this company was against 'The Nurse' Cynthia Warren. And how did that match turn out?  I beat that stupid bitch so fast that she didn't even know what happened. She's a nobody, a nothing, a has-been, if you will.  And why should she even be put in this match?!  Nobody's even seen or heard of her since then.  I was hoping that she'd be too embarrassed to even show her face in the company but low and behold, here she is booked in the match to get a shot at the Internet Championship. Maybe that's questionable booking on the owner's part.  But whatever, she can be disposed of easily.  I've done it once, And I will do it again.  Moving on...

And then there's Jemma Asar and Mimi Winters, both who I defeated in that silly triple threat match that was for absolutely nothing.  Both of those girls are worthless and shouldn't be more than a mere afterthought.  You should only think of those two when you're taking out the trash or maybe when you're trying to think of something so you don't get turned on.  Either or, I'm sure both options were good suggestions, right?  Cause what else have they done for this company?  Jemma's only relevant because her brother is employed here, you know.  But I wonder if she had to suck somebody's dick to snag a job here or if it was just handed to her because of her last name.  Doesn't that just make your curiosity run wild?  But then again, I bet it was Mimi Winters that was down on her knees sucking somebody's cock to get a job and I'm sure she's had to do it several more times just to keep her job.  She's pathetic.  And if she even thinks about calling me a blonde bimbo, she needs to take a long hard look in the mirror because that's more of what a blonde bimbo looks like. And if you don't like it, then go whine to somebody and suck a dick, because I don't care.”

She looks at the camera, a smirk on her face and a sinister like look on her face.

;;Mikah  “And we're back to Roxi Johnson, who was carried to a victory in the tag team match by Melody Grace.  I don't even care about her to even say much about her, really.  I mean what else can I say about her?  She is just pathetic.  Letting somebody else carry you to victory is ridiculous and I wish that Melody wouldn't have stood for it.  But you know, she's nice and has a heart of gold or something like that.  She couldn't help it but Roxi could have.  Roxi, you should have known better which is why I will not be allowing you to win this match.  Somebody like you that can easily take advantage of somebody as good as Melody.  Shame on you, Roxi.  So, in response to your stupidity, you won't win this match if it's the last thing I do.  Trust me, Roxi, I am not somebody to mess with.”

She takes a deep breath before grabbing a comic book from the fake blood and throwing it at the camera.

;;Mikah  “You won't be a hero this time, Roxi.  Or a fake one, either.  Moving on because she's no longer worth my time.  Although, I'm sure the same could be said about Zuri Chastain, somebody that I really don't know what she's all about.  I know that she wears a mask, like she's some superhero too.  I'm beginning to think that's the trend for the bombshell division; being fascinated with superheroes.  I don't get it, maybe I'm lacking that little thing that makes somebody become fascinated with a life that's not real.  And maybe she's not really into superheroes but it appears that she is.  Do you know?”

She pointed at the cameraman, clearly asking him.  He shook his head no, the camera also moving side-to-side as he did so.

;;Mikah  “See, not even the cameraman cares about you, Zuri.  What a sad day.  But even your fake super-powers won't help you win the match, Zuri.  You will be sad, and depressed when it doesn't happen for you.  Maybe that's just me being overly confident but shouldn't I be confident?  Besides, Desiree, aren't I the only other one that's competent in the ring?  I am, don't answer that.  Moving on to...Joanne Canelli.

Sounds like an Italian name, doesn't it?  I bet she secretly enjoys all italian foods; spaghetti, lasagna, pizza, ravioli, and let's not get into the desserts because we'll be here together.  I get the feeling that you think you're some bad bitch, Joanne.  Your own little nickname for yourself is, 'The Jersey Devil Diva.'   How lame.  I mean, so unoriginal.  You don't even know who I am, Joanne.  You don't know what I have in store for you at all, do you?  Do you think that I'm just going to let you walk all over me to get a good shot at that championship that will be hung over the ring?  Are you fucking crazy?  What do you drink in the morning?  Or before you go to bed.  Because you're living a delusion, Joanne.  I'm sorry but maybe you need to be checked out by psychiatrist or be checked into a mental asylum.  I'm sure there are plenty around here in England, don't worry.  I'll get a list of those for you and send them to your hotel room.  You can thank me later.”

She stands up before removing the hideous comic book character leggings and the mismatched top to reveal her ring attire that was white this time.  She then sits back down on her knees, leaning back against her feet.  She picks up one of the bloodied comic books and opens it before looking down at the bloodied pictures before holding it to her chest.

;;Mikah  “Man, I wish this match was here already so that we could just be done with this match, ya know.  I mean, every comic book has an ending right?  You read the book and it's done.  But this is a waiting game now.  I already know how I plan on winning the match but it's simple really.”

She looks down at the comic book, removing it from her chest to look at the pictures, her eyes wandering over the page.  She then throws it down, the fake blood splashing up and spraying all over her bare, flat stomach.

;;Mikah  “Well, I hope you all know what you're getting yourselves into...”

She smirks as she stands up and goes to speak but is cut off by the cameraman.

&&Cameraman  “Wait, you didn't mention Desiree Drake...”

She blinks at the cameraman, shocked that he would even think about interrupting her to voice his thoughts or questions.  She scowls at him before grabbing a bloodied comic book and throwing it at him.  She smirks as it hits him in the chest.

;;Mikah  “Do I need to say anything about her?  I already said that she was the only other person in the match that knows what they're doing in the ring.  Do you know what it takes to be in the ring, you slobby, fat piece of shit?  No, I didn't fucking think so, so you shut your fucking mouth and don't talk when I'm here, in front of you.  Or I'll cut your fucking nuts off.  Got it?”

He swallows hard before nodding his head, the camera bobbing up and down as he did so.

;;Mikah  “Now that that stupid, fat piece of shit is done talking.  Let me remind you once more what the outcome of this match should be.  It should be me, climbing that ladder to get that championship match.  Me or Desiree, that is.  I'm sure nobody else is even coordinated enough to do just that. I mean it's not like it's a turnbuckle.  Roxi will probably get lost on the ladder and be unsure of what to do.  And Mimi and Jemma probably don't even have a clue what the ladder will be used for.   Cynthia has probably forgotten how to get to the ring, but that's a whole different story.  And I'm sure that Zuri is just as clueless at the others.  So that leaves it up to Desiree and myself to make this match worthy to be watched.  I am not going to let this match be the pee break for everybody else.  Not this match; maybe the Players Club's match but not mine.  Oh no, not mine.  So I hope you all study up to at least be half ready for the match.  But you know, until then..”

She looks down at her blood covered body before looking at the camera, smirking.

;;Mikah  “Ciao.”

She winks at the camera, her hands covered in the fake blood as she walks away.  The camera stops recording as she walks down the hallway, leaving bloody footprints behind her.  She then passes a few of the people that are employed by the company before she spots stable member slash friend, Alex Kaelin standing by himself down the hallway.  She smirks as she walks over to him.

;;Mikah  “Oh, hey, Kaelin.  Good luck in your match....”

She then reaches up and smears the flake blood all over his face before she skips away, leaving him standing in the hallway with the fake blood smeared on his face.  She glances over her shoulder at him as she heads back to the locker room that she shares with Gavin.  She wondered what he would say this time about her being covered in blood.  She giggles to herself as she pushes the door open to the locker room and steps inside, closing it behind her.

::Gavin  “Blood again?”

Mikah nods her head as she tugs off her wrestling top before grabbing him and tugging him toward the showers to get cleaned off.  After all, if she was going to climb a ladder, she couldn't be covered in blood.</div>

 Natural light fills a small room in some unknown building where Zuri has been staying ever since she decided to go on her own. She has heard people talking about how she let the failures get inside her head. She has heard some say this could be a welcome call. However in her mind she saw it as an opportunity to return to her roots. She completely went off the grid after her final lose to Mercedes Vargas. She hasn't even spoken a word until a few days ago when her former partner Joanne Canelli basically call her out.

Zuri: You think you know everything don't you Joanne. You think you have me all figured out huh. You think I left the Daughters of Darkness because I wasn't listening to you or Necra. Why don't you just keep thinking like that Joanne? It's obvious that you have me all figured out like some damn puzzle. Well I will beg to differ with you on everything. Like for example, I left the Daughters of Darkness because I got tired of being in a war that really meant nothing to me anymore. You see my war was never with those fashion show rejects and never was. I was dragged into the war by every other damn knockout who had a problem with them. My only problem was Mercedes Vargas.

After we finally went toe to toe three damn times, I realized that she wasn't worth my time anymore. I mean sure she can be the best Bombshell Roulette Champion but that is all she will ever be in this company. She will always be the leader of the midcard nation and I needed something more of a challenge. At first, I was frustrated with my constant losing but when I was able to sit back and think about everything. That is when I realized the single denominator in the whole scenario. The moment I joined the Daughters of Darkness, I went from being taken seriously to being a damn sidekick.

I heard it from everyone. My sister was better. She should have gotten that title shot. That is why I left my sister with you. Throughout my entire career, I have had to carry someone. Whether it was Carly Mitchell down in ASW or my own sister. I always had to worry about someone else. Well those days are officially over with. This is a brand new year and a brand new me. I am done giving a shit about anyone's problems. I am here for two things. Those two things are dismantling bimbos and becoming a champion.

Luckily, I see this upcoming match as my way to reintroduce myself to all of these little girlies. First, I must reintroduce myself to all the scum who will be filling the seats. My name is Zuri and I will dismantle your heroes.

Zuri pushes herself up to her feet and looks out the window. She sees absolutely while leaning her head against the window sill.

Roxi Johnson is the first true hero in this match. I mean this bitch has done it all here in Sin City Wrestling. She has been the Bombshell Champion, Bombshell Roulette Champion and even Bombshell Tag Team champion, so why would this bitch want to be in a match with girls who are just trying to get their foot in the motherfucking door. Is she that fucking greedy for the damn spotlight? I know I have been in this company for a while but what do I have to show for it. Maybe a few good matches here or there but I have no championships to my name.

Cynthia Warren has done nothing but be the queen of disappearing acts. I wonder if she will actually show up or be the forever jobber that she will continue to be. No matter what she decides to do with her own career, the outcome will remain the same. I will dismantle her just like everyone else.

I am so ready to be in my 19th Ultimate X match in my career. I have only lost twice in this match but each time it was pure luck on the victor's part. Micah, Jemma and Desiree don't even deserve to be in this match. I mean what have they done in this company besides coming into this company and stealing the air from all those who are more talented them. What is with this company? They have no problem signing bimbos but what ever happened to actually having talent. I will not let some bimbo come in here and gain a championship when they have not paid their dues. Having one or two matches here mean nothing to me. The moment you have been in the ring with top notch talent then you can call yourself the best. Until then, your claims will be met with a swift kick.

I am not going to be like my opponents to jack their jaws proclaiming and saying what they are going to do in this match. I aim to prove it by being the one who climbs the scaffolding, shimmies myself across the steel cable and pulls down the championship. If I have do it with blood trickling down my face then so be it. I will be the one who walks away the new Bombshell Internet Champion.

Until then, continue to suck my air. I will hurt you. That I promise you.

The scene slowly fades as Zuri continues to look out the window.

BOMBSHELL ULTIMATE X MATCH (see thread!)
« Reply #4 on: January 03, 2015, 11:53:55 PM »
 So in a little over a week I get to step into what will be my biggest match yet since being in SCW. Everything has happened until this point has never worked in my favor. I feel like I have disappointed everyone who has ever put any faith in me. Whenever I step into the ring the end result is always the same. Little Cindy comes out to the ring. She pours her heart out she gives everything that she has in her, and at the end of the day I walk away with my head down in shame as someone else claims the glory that I believe was left to me.

But sometimes that’s just what my mind wants me to think. It wants me to point the blame at not being good enough. It wants me to act like a pessimist, and it wants me to become my own worst enemy beating myself up as if I was worthless, and didn’t belong in the ring. But in the end what is any of that going to solve?! Where is an attitude like that going to get me? I can’t afford to think like that because if I starting thinking like a loser, I am ultimately going to be one.

I just need to keep my head lifted high up in the sky and think about all of the positive strides I made this year. Granted the two times I walked into title matches before this the matches didn’t end in my favour. Mercedes was able to pick me apart holding onto her Roulette Championship, and I let Jessie Salco down as the Mean Girls were able to beat is. The moment that Jessie and I lose is the moment that she finds herself with her original partner in Amy, and it’s the moment that she and her go on to reclaim what they once lost. Things never seem to go my way but that’s fine because in this upcoming match I promise to the world that I will enter the ring with one purpose and one purpose only, and that is simply to win.

The previous title matches granted I really wanted to emerge victorious so that I could finally become a champion, they were just short stumbling blocks. Stumbling blocks that were designed to teach me what denial was so that I could put more work into the gym to get better. They taught me failure so that I could bring the drive to be determined, to be strong willed, so I could work myself up into being ready, and I know for a fact that at Inception I will be ready to finally become the one thing that has eluded me all of my SCW career, I will finally become that of a champion.

It’s not only about becoming a champion, it’s about becoming the first to do something. Becoming the inaugural Bombshell Internet Champion and that would mean the entire world to me. When you become the first to do something it will go down in history and everyone will reference you as being the pioneer of it. Your name will be etched into history as the name that set the standard and now it’s up to everyone else to try to walk in your footsteps.

At the end of the day I think that’s what I want more than everything else. I just want to be remembered and I want to be acknowledged as a woman who can be an inspiration for her little two year daughter. Not many people would take all of those years of attending nursing school ultimately gaining the job of their dreams, and then give it up in order to pursue something else that they might not be good at.

That is what instantly comes to mind when I think about me entering into the wrestling business. When I decided to wrestle it was something that didn’t sit well with my parents. Even my friends questioned why I would give up on being a nurse. It’s what my deceased brother would have wanted but as I think about it. The very thing that Richie would want the most for me is for me to pursue my dreams, and being a successful wrestler is one that I don’t wish to give up on.

And if everything goes the way I want them too, I can honestly say that it’s a dream come true if I manage to walk out of Inception as the first ever Bombshell Internet Champion. Being the first ever to do something is something that NOBODY can take away and as I was saying before I will forever be apart of SCW history.

Let’s just take a glance over at some of the first evers. You have George Washington the first ever United States President. Other Presidents may come and go, and although people might not know much about the ones in between everyone will have some knowledge about George Washington because he was the first.

Neil Armstrong the first man to ever step foot on the moon.

Barack Obama first ever Black US President.

Sputnik the first satellite to orbit the Earth.

All of these are great feats that won’t ever be forgotten so why wouldn’t I want to be the first person to ever win a championship?! I know my record doesn’t speak for much in SCW. It has been a career of it’s share of ups and definitely it’s share of downs, but I know for a fact that this can and it will be my chance to make something happen.

I am tired of being denied, and if there was a time ever to step up now would be that time.

My first title match in this company. It was my return match. I had taken a hiatus from the company and Mercedes Vargas was a tough defending Roulette Champion. She had been on the rise to claim the thing she lost, and she finally got it, and for some reason or another I was able to make my return to the company receiving a title match. She bested me on that night but it was a lost that served as a learning experience. A lost where I could learn from my mistakes so that I could get better.

Next up came the match in which I was able to team up with Jessie Salco. We didn’t win the Bombshell tag titles but that match taught me how to work with others, and would further prepare me for my next title match.

Here we are now, and in just a little over a week I will have yet another chance to become a champion. It is something that I dreamed of and as the saying goes the third time is definitely the charm. I can’t afford to strike out looking as if I was Casey at the bat. I can’t afford to let this opportunity fly right by me.

That is why I have to make the very most of this moment. I have to take matters into my own hand and grab onto my destiny and that championship with my own hands. Who knows when there may ever be another chance like this.

So 2015 and everyone on the SCW roster you all need to watch out because this will indeed be the year of Cynthia Warren. 2014 was all about being a good nurse and trying to help those around me, but with the turning of the year comes the dawning of a new day, and a new year of opportunity.

This will be my year, and it will be the year where I help myself. Help myself by becoming a champion, and it’s a dream that will come true on Inception.

To the other ladies that are in this match, it’s time to take a step back and prepare yourself to be examined because you will be in dire need of a checkup. Courtesy of yours truly.

Don’t worry when it’s all said and done I will still be there to hand out a lollipop. After all I am a nurse…

The scene comes into focus and as it does we are taken to the home of the Warrens in Charlotte, North Carolina. Everything seems to be fine until we can hear the loud sounds of a woman screaming. It is Cindy Warren and she jumps up out of bed. She broke out into a cold sweat as she breathes heavily noticing that she is in her bed. She looks over to other side of the bed noticing that Jimmy was asleep. She couldn’t help but shake him violently and he let out a long yawn as he started to wake up.

Cindy: Babe wake up. You have to wake up damn it.

Finally after some tossing and turning. James turns over until he is glancing at his wife in the eyes.

James: Cindy go back to bed. Do you have any idea what time it is?!

Cindy: I can’t… The nightmares are coming back… It was about Richard and….

James slowly sits up in his bed as his eyes meet with Cindy.

James: Look I know it’s hard to let it go but Richard has been dead for six years now. It’s time to let it go and perhaps move on.

Cindy: But I can’t move on! That’s the problem. Everytime I think I have this thing beat visions of my brother suffering and him dying right in front of me come back to haunt me. It’s hard to move on past that day. You don’t have any understanding on how much he suffered. Not many people go on to beat lung cancer Jimmy. It’s just a deadly thing that is taking so many lives and…

James just shakes his head in disgust as he looks back at his wife.

James: Cindy I know how cancer works. You seem to forget that I went to school to be a doctor. I think I know how diseases work.

Cindy: Yeah but…

James: In all honesty Cyn I think the reason why you are having all of those nightmares is because you aren’t fully committed to wrestling in the way that you want to be. Somewhere in the back of your mind you still see your parents and everyone telling you that you made a foolish decision, and you just need to let it go. The last time we visited them they were understanding that you wanted to take a step away from nursing to do the whole wrestling thing, and if they can believe in you. If I can believe in you. Hell if little Terra can believe in you, then I don’t understand why you can’t believe in yourself. What do you really have to gain by keeping yourself from going full throttle, and chasing after everything you want?!

Cindy just shakes her head as she offers a long sigh in return.

Cindy: What if everything doesn’t pan out in the way that I want it too. What happens if I make such a fool out of myself in the wrestling world that the hospital let alone any hospital would be willing to hire me back. I could bring on bad publicity and…

James: You are overthinking things, and besides last time I checked during your time of being at Charlotte University Hospital you were one of the best if not the best RN that they ever had. Always receiving praises from the families of the patients. Receiving mail and letters once a month. Who wouldn’t want a sweet individual like yourself? Lord knows I don’t get the priase that you do. According to many I come off as a vain and vile asshole.

Cindy forces a smile out as she looks deep into the eyes of her husband.

Cindy: Well maybe you should be a little nicer than! As for me… Well it was my job to be nice, and maybe that’s maybe part of the reasoning for the nightmares too. It was stressful working in the hospice unit. It get’s stressful working so hard to keep my patients comfortable knowing that in the back of my mind they would eventually die, and pass away. It was so stressful and do you have any idea what it feels like to work in that kind of environment?! And before that it was working in the Intensive Care Unit. Everybody was in the most severest of pain, and the only thing that I could ever do in return was put on a smile and act like everything was going to be ok. But it never was Jimmy… It never was…

Jimmy shakes his head as he looks deep into his wife’s eyes.

James: And I understand that but you have to remember that it takes a certain type of person to work in that atmosphere Cyn, and there was a reason why you were in the middle of it, and it’s because I think you are honestly the only one that can handle it. It pains me to see yourself tormenting yourself with all of these nightmares. How you allow your doubt cloud your judgement. You are the nicest person I know, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Not because we are married but because that’s what I honestly see when I look at you. I see a woman who is passionate about what she does, and when she becomes committed to do something she doesn’t stop until she achieves it.

Cindy looks away for a moment before James grabs her hand, offering a long smile as he looks back into her eyes.

James: Why can’t you see that?

Cindy just shrugs her shoulders

Cindy: I honestly don’t know. I never really thought about it in the way that you brought things up.

James: Of course not because your mind is always on the negative. It’s time to practice what you preach Cyn. It’s time to start believing in yourself. First thing in the morning we are going to work on some things. The only way that you will be able to be a champion or do anything is to eliminate the negative and accentuate the positive. You feel me babe?!

Cindy: Are you really trying to give me a motivational speech?!

James: You know what… Just go to bed we can continue this conversation in the morning. Just get some rest ok? I am sure you will have a clear mind in the morning.

With that in mind Cindy goes back under the covers as we fade out on this image.

Hello SCW did all of you miss me?! I think I know the answer to that question already and considering what I have done so far in this business the answer to that question is definitely going to be a no, and I don’t blame you. I have been on the roster for a while now and I haven’t amounted to anything. I have dropped match after match and you are probably sick and tired of seeing me around, but the moment I got that phone call to be on Inception is the moment that I knew this might be my last chance to redeem myself, and I am now in the driver’s seat to my own career.

Not only do I get the chance to redeem myself by competing on a supercard but at the same very time I have the chance to actually become a champion, and that is something that brings a smile to my face. Going into this match I know everyone will be quick to run down all of their opponents and say the first thing that comes to their mind about this opponent and that opponent and they will do whatever they can to throw one another under the bus, and while that’s all fine and dandy I think I rather talk about things on a different scale, and let’s focus on the actual match itself.

We are walking into a match that could possibly end well before everyone even gets into the ring. So you could talk down everyone as much as you want but truth be told it doesn’t really do anyone any good if that person doesn’t even make it inside the match. What matters the most about anything in this match is that championship that will be hanging above the ring. Because at the end of the day that is the only thing that really matters. This match isn’t about beating the snot out of one another.

It’s not about being better than the other. The only thing that has any relevance in a match like this is who can climb up and make their way to the championship first, and in a setting like this it really is my chance to shine. Because the winner of this match is going to be a bombshell that comes out of nowhere, and who in this match has the ability to do something on something of that magnitude?!

Roxi Johnson?

Joanne Capelli?

The problem with big names such as that is that everyone has seen them achieve gold in this company once before. Joanne a multiple time Roulette Champion, and Roxi a multiple time Bombshell Champion. So you have to assume that everyone is going to have their eyes locked solely on them to keep them out of the mix. By being fixated on certain wrestlers that may come across as threats that opens the window of opportunity for women who aren’t expected to do much to come right in and grab the title, and to be honest that’s in the way that I love to work.

Judging by the history of what I have done in this company. I know for a fact nobody is expecting much out of me. I know everyone is going to overlook me as if I don’t mean anything. They are going to point the finger at me for being weak and judge me on my previous matches and assume the same Cindy is going to come down to the ring, not knowing what she is doing in hopes to collect a check but that isn’t the case at all. I am in this match for one purpose and one purpose and that’s to win. I guess when it comes down to it I am like my Carolina Panthers. Somehow or another I made it to this match. In the same way that they won their division in football. Be it with a losing record they won their division and now they have the chance to compete for a championship.

What happened in the regular season doesn’t really matters anymore. What matters is what you plan to do in the limelight. What you plan to do when you are playing under the big spotlight that is the playoffs. For me this match is the super bowl. It is my National Championship. I can’t afford to lose because I honestly don’t know when I might get another chance such as this.

That’s why I am pouring all of my heart, and all of my soul into doing whatever it takes to win.

This match is all about the climb, and I have done my share of climbing within my life. I had to overcome watching my sick little brother battle lung cancer, and I was in his room when he passed away. I have had to deal with being the head nurse of a Hospice unit. I was there in the Intensive Care Unit. I have basically done it all and have seen my share of things that may not be the happiest of times, but the truth is I have been able to climb through all of that because I am a survivor.

I am a woman who refuses to give up and I will keep climbing above the walls of doubt, and disbelief just to prove to you all that I am serious about being a wrestler. Not only will I prove the critics and the rest of the bombshells wrong, but I guarantee I will be the first champion?!

Why…

It’s not because I am the best wrestler. I am sure Roxi can say something about the accolades she had here. Joanne can too… Hell Mikah just beat me in her debut match so it’s certainly not because I am the best.

But out of everyone in this match I think I have what it takes to win because I am the one who wants to make that climb the most, and I will do whatever it takes to make that climb and grab onto what I want with my own hands.

Step by step….

Inch by inch….

I will grab onto my destiny. I will become a champion.

The only thing that is left to do is reach out and claim it.

Wake up bombshells because at Inception everyone will see what this nurse is all about and she will show why she has it in her to shake the very foundation of the bombshell division.

I think it’s time for a check up…

BOMBSHELL ULTIMATE X MATCH (see thread!)

 Issue #54 : Reboot

Hey there SCW!

First things first, happy new year to all of you! I trust you all had fun, and made the best of you holidays with family and friends! I mean, I didn’t even get to wish you guys a Merry Christmas either! I’ve been slacking I know.

2014 was… weird. There was a weird start, a crazy middle, and now, the ending was, unsatisfying to say the least. I have worked since that whole thing with Cyrus went down to make it up to you. I should not have been that person, I should not have done that to you, and as a result, I’ve been trying to make things right. I just hope I did some stuff right at the end there, to get back into your good graces. It means a lot to me, to make good on that. I do know that 2014 ended on a high note, as I beat Necra, and took a belt to the head for it, saved Delia from Necra trying to injure her, and then Team Super Sprinkles Unicorn Lovers United totally beat three bombshells in a 6 woman tag! Chalk up one for the good guys!

But, now, this is a new year. New year for all of us, but I’m looking to keep that momentum going! I mean, as much as I’d really like to be out there with Misty and Melody at Inception beating up some Mean Girls, or as much as I’d like to be competing for the Bombshell’s title again, SCW has decided that I have the honor of fighting to be champion of the interwebz!

SCW Bombshell’s internet champion! Sounds awesome! I know I’m very lucky to be able to sit here and tell you that I’m even in this match. Here, I was just hoping to get a match, and bam! Interwebz championship match! Gauntlet style, Ultimate X style, it’s all kinds of crazy, like it should be on Tosh.0 or something. Now, I’ve heard a few of the girls ranting and raving like crazy people, disrespecting me and the title itself when they are competing for it, which doesn’t make a whole lot of sense, but I like letting them go when they’re on a roll. It’s cute sometimes to see them so full of fire and anger. I mean, Mikah must be a little bitter after Melody, Misty and I beat her, and Desiree and Mercedes. But there is one thing I agree with her on… Melody did totally do an awesome job in that match! But aside from that, just the same, tired things that mostly everybody has thrown at me.

“Hey, superheroes are lame” … “You’re not even real” … and so on and so forth. You get the picture. It has never phased me because that’s now what I’m about, letting somebody’s words get to me. It doesn’t matter to me and of these girls have to say. Quite frankly, I’ve heard it all before already, but someone who’s probably more skilled. Mikah, and those who are like her, are just re-hashing old plots. While telling me they are the future and I should get out of the way. What do I look like?  The VCR? These ladies make me chuckle, because despite having not accomplished much, if anything at all, they’re talking like they’re ten years pros or something. Not that I mind. If you’re that confident, that’s awesome. I like it when people are full of confidence, it makes the match all the more simplistic for me.

The only thing is, with all the chaos that’s about to go down, it’s not really going to take pure skill to get a championship down. And, on top of all that, it’s not even fair to the person who draws the last number, as the match could be over before we all even get out there! It’s quick, it’s fast, it’s simple, it’s totally fitting of the Internet! That’s what the internet is all about. It’s perfect for a lot of these girls!

You see, the internet gives a bunch of people, who ordinarily have no voice, and no real reason to speak up or challenge or say anything crazy, a chance to just go nuts! Anybody can be internet famous! Look at that vine thing! 15 seconds of people doing silly things, and boom, you could have all kinds of fame. It’s crazy how quickly that kind of things works.

Now, I know I’ll have a large target on my back, and that’s okay. I’m always a target, an easy target too. I’m the nice one who everyone seems to mistake for the weakest person in the room. I don’t understand why that is, but be that as it may, it won’t stop me from the goal I have to accomplish. First champion of the whole internet is a pretty prestigious honor to have. I would very much like to have my name in the SCW history books as its first internet champion! That would be so cool! You only get one crack at something like this, so it’s time to put my best foot forward!

{Inside Roxi and Keira’s apartment, Roxi preps for her next day of work and Hamilton Inc. She brushes her hair as Keira finishes putting on her shirt.}

Keira – Well, what’s on tap today?

Roxi – They are apparently working on some kind of new project. They started before I got there.

Keira – I don’t like that place Roxi.

Roxi – Neither do I. But… there’s actually some good people who work there. They’re just… misguided.

Keira – That’s not what I meant.

{Keira walks to the window and hugs herself while looking out the window, obviously worried. Roxi put her blouse on and walks in behind her to comfort her.}

Roxi – Don’t worry. They really an inept.

Keira – But who knows what they have down there.

{Keira turns around, still concerned. Roxi kisses her before placing her hands on Keira’s shoulders.}

Roxi – It’s fine. Trust me.

Keira – I still have a bad feeling.

Roxi – Well, after this week, I’ll be away from there for a while.

{Keira smiles, but then frowns, her confusion growing.}

Keira – Wait, why?

Roxi – I’m going to Vegas.

Keira – Why are we going to Vegas?

Roxi – You aren’t going with me.

{Keira frowns more, miffed at the statement.}

Keira – And why not?

Roxi – Because… I’ve got to do this one alone. I’ve got to find my mom.

Keira – But…

Roxi – It’s important to me, okay? I need to talk to her. Get some answers.

Keira – Well, while you’re doing that…

Roxi – You, are going to keep yourself busy with patrols. And do not go near Hamilton...

Keira – I just don’t –

Roxi – I mean it Keira. I’ll keep looking to see if anything is going…. Even more wrong, but you need to stay out of it.

{Roxi kisses Keira again, and grabs her purse.}

Roxi – I’ll be back soon.

{Roxi walks out the door, as Keira sits on the bed, arms folded, as she pulls out her phone and starts looking for something.}

{Roxi enters Hamilton, and he receptionist is waiting for her.}

Receptionist – Here!

Roxi – What?

{Roxi is handed a photo ID badge with her name on it.}

Receptionist – New badges. The Company changes its badges every so often. Security purposes.

Roxi – Oh…. Okay…

{Roxi takes her badge and walk to the elevator. Carefully looking at her new badge, she notices that her name is spelled ROSIE JOHNSON. Roxi frowns, annoyed at the mistake. Taking the elevator to her floor, she exits and runs into Larry. Larry happens to be carrying a life-sized mannequin.}

Roxi – Larry? I think there’s…. why do you have a life-sized dummy?

Larry – Hey, someone pried a window open on the 20th floor, wanna go scare the crap out of floors 1 through 19?

{Roxi shakes her head.}

Roxi – As… much as I’d love to, I have to find HR, they made a mistake on my new badge.

{Roxi shows Larry her badge, and he chuckles. But then stops when Roxi doesn’t laugh with him.}

Larry – What? It’s funny.

Roxi – It’s not funny.

Larry – Maybe a little. And don’t bother with HR. I can fix any I.D. with some white-out and a razor blade.

{Roxi just shakes her head again.}

Roxi – Thanks for letting me know you’re were an under aged drinker, but I think I’ll just let HR take care of it. Play by the rules.

Larry – Pfft. Rules. If you love them so much, why don’t you just marry one. Then have a rule children, and a house made out of rules!

{Roxi just stares blankly at Larry.}

Roxi – A house made out of my children?

Larry – I…. I uh… well, I’m going to go throw his mannequin out of the window.

{Larry brushes past Roxi, who heads towards HR. Entering the room, the HR woman looks annoyed she’s here.}

HR Woman – So…. What the problem?
Roxi – There’s…. a problem with my badge.

{Roxi hands the badge over, and looks at it.}

HR Woman – Okay… let’s see what the problem is, Mrs. Johnson

Roxi – Roxi is my name.

{The HR woman rolls her eyes. The results for ROSIE JOHNSON appear on her computer screen, complete with Roxi’s picture}

HR Woman – No, it says Rosie here.

Roxi – I know, but that’s not my name.

HR Woman – Don’t take this the wrong way, but are you sure? It’s HIGHLY unlikely the system would make a mistake like that.

Roxi – I think I know my own name…

HR Woman – Whatever. Let’s see if we can change it…

{The computer makes a noise, and the screen reads… “File Deleted”}

HR Woman – That…. Did not help at all. The system deleted you.

Roxi – Wait, what? The system deleted me? Well… can you… bring me back?

HR Woman – No. There’s now no record of you anywhere.

Roxi – So… what do I do?

HR Woman – I’ll report it to I.T.

{As the HR woman begins typing, the Mannequin flies by the window…}

HR Woman – Did you see that?

Roxi – Yeah….

HR Woman – That will be some paperwork. But for now, you can’t enter the lab.

<HR>

{Inside the lab, Larry waits for Roxi with Marcos, Dave, and two other scientists, Dr. Howe, and Dr. Kline Dave and Marcos stare at a jetpack.}

Dave – This jetpack project is going to be so exciting. Jetpacks are the dream of every scientist!

Marcos – Ordinary citizens flying through the air at 60mph in any direction!

{Dave and Marcos stare at one another…}

Marcos – A lot of people are going to die…

Dr. Howe – Where’s Roxi?  She’s usually never late.

Larry – I’m sure she’ll be here soon.

Dr. Howe – Maybe she’s dead?

{The groans grow from the room.}

Larry – She’s not DEAD Cassie, you think everyone is dead.

Dr. Howe – People die, Larry! Ask my dead neighbor!

Larry – Really?

Dave – I do wonder where she is…. Perhaps that new yogurt in the vending machine caught his eye.

Marcos – She doesn’t eat yogurt. She’s probably out saving a kitten or hitting a home run.

Dr. Howe – Or… she’s dead…

{The group starts bickering again.}

Marcos – Things really break down when Roxi’s not around…

Dave – If she were here, she could tell us what to do without her!

{Roxi tries to find Heather, to fix her badge problem.}

Roxi – Heather, I.T. says my badge….

{Heather holds up a finger to stop Roxi.}

Heather – They already told me, the simplest way to fix it, is to reboot.

Roxi – So… when do they do that?

Heather – Never.

Roxi – But…

Heather – Rebooting shuts down our entire operations worldwide. And that means money, which the company doesn’t like to part with unless threatened by a stronger government, and there’s only 3 of those left.

Roxi – So... I don’t exist?

Heather – They’ll fix it.

{As Roxi and Heather walk, Marcos and Dave walk up to them.}

Marcos – Roxi, Heather.

Roxi – Guys…

Marcos – You missed an important meeting.

Dave – Were you having yogurt?

Marcos – Let it go, she doesn’t eat yogurt…. Right?

Roxi – Right.

Heather – She temporarily can’t go the lab. The meeting is rescheduled for the conference room.

Roxi – All the jetpack stuff is in the lab, we can’t really…. move it.

Heather – Blah, blah blah. No wonder the system deleted you…

{Roxi shakes her head.}

Heather – I’ll take care of it. Leave it to me.

{Larry walks up behind Marcos and Dave.}

Larry – What’s going on?

Heather – Larry… you’re in charge of the lab while Roxi can’t get in.

{Heather casually walks away.}

Roxi – Guys…. I…. gotta get this fixed…

{Roxi hurriedly walks past the group, and towards her office, only to find some new person in her chair.}

Roxi – Uh… who are you? Why are you in my office?

Man – I’m Tom from marketing I got told this is my office.

{Roxi throws her hands up in frustration and goes to see the HR woman in her office.}

HR Woman – Back so soon?

Roxi – This isn’t good. I have no office! I have no badge! I have not existing!

HR Woman – I know. But the computer is the one you have to convince.

Roxi – Can’t you just… add me to the system?

HR Woman – Only new hired get added to the system.

Roxi – Okay… so… what if I fill out an application? For… a job… I… already have?

HR Woman – Well… that makes sense.

{Roxi gets handed an application form, and heads to an open desk to fill it out. Seconds later, a frazzled Larry walks up to her.}

Larry – How do you handle them?

Roxi – Who?

Larry – The science nerds! I can’t keep them from losing me.

Roxi – Just listen, make sure they feel like they’ve been heard, and then… make a firm decision.

Larry – That’s the help?

Roxi – I can’t do much from here.

Larry – Are you… filling out a job application?

Roxi – Yeap… and now… I have to go hand this in.

{Roxi hands in the job application. As she leaves, it’s copied and sent to Heather’s office. Heather gets it, looks confused, then…}

Heather – Roxi! Get in here!

{Roxi wastes no time entering.}

Roxi – What’s going on?

Heather – You filled out a job application?

Roxi – I thought it would help me get back in the system!

Heather – No, you’ve caused the computer to think they’re an opening, which means, I now how to give you a full job interview.

Roxi – Job interview?

Heather – Let’s just get this over with. Now… why should we hire you over any of the other applicants?

Roxi – There are others?

Heather – The system thinks there’s an opening remember?

Roxi – Can’t you just hire me without this?

Heather – No, that would be breaking the rules.

Roxi – Of course…. I can’t believe this is happening.

Heather – I know, hard to believe giant companies don’t care about people, isn’t it?

{Roxi just shakes her head.}

Roxi – Fine, you know what… I…. I’m going home.

Heather – What?

Roxi – I’ve got go someplace where I exist!

{Roxi walks out the door, and to the elevator and exits the building.}

{Roxi returns home, flopping onto the couch and hugging a pillow in anger. Keira cranes her neck to the side with a confused smirk.}

Keira – Rough day at the office?

Roxi – I don’t exist.

Keira – Kinda hard to miss those boobs!

Roxi – Keira! I meant the company deleted me, so know I don’t exist!

Keira – I knew it!

Roxi – Knew what?

Keira – They don’t want you snooping around, I think they think you’re a spy.

Roxi – But… in this case… I AM a spy.

Keira – But they don’t know that! Maybe you snooped a little too much.

Roxi – They don’t even know my name! That’s what caused this in the first place!

{Keira rubs Roxi’s shoulders while she stands behind her.}

Keira – So… what now?

Roxi – I have to tell Vision, I have no idea what I can do.

{Keira grabs the laptop, and calls Vision.}

Vision – What’s new?

Keira – Roxi got erased.

Vision – Wait, what?

Roxi – Give me that!

{Roxi snatches the laptop away from Keira, who snickers and goes back to the kitchen to grab some food.}

Vision – What’s going on?

Roxi – The made a mistake on my badge, then the computer deleted me! I have no access to the lab now, so… I can’t you know, do anything. And they’re supposed to be testing the jetpack soon!

Keira – Jetpack?

Roxi – Shut up, you can fly.

Keira – But still… jetpack!

Vision – Jetpack aside, that’s not good.

Roxi – They need to reboot the system, but they never do it.

Vision – Maybe… feed it bad information?

Roxi – What?

Vision – If the computer thinks all kinds of weird things, it will self-reboot to fix the errors.

Roxi – That… might work. It’s just now I don’t have any way to… do that.

{Suddenly, there’s a knock on the door.}

Roxi – Who is that? Keira shut this down, hide the stuff, I’ll check this out.

{Roxi hands the laptop to Keira, who shuts it down, and then slides it under the couch, allowing Roxi to answer the door. Outside the door, are Larry, Marcos, Dave, Cassie, and Dr. Kline}

Roxi – Uh… hey guys…

Larry – Roxi… we need your help. Can… we come in?

Roxi – I… guess… hang on..

{Roxi helps Keria hide a few more things before she opens the door and lets them in. The groups takes some chairs and the couch and form a semi-circle.}

Larry – You make this team whole.

Roxi – Guys… they aren’t going to reboot the system

Larry – But you guys know that there’s a way?

Dave – Not really…

Roxi – There is a way, but it requires breaking a few rules…

Dave – oh…

Roxi – Crashing the main frame tomorrow will reboot the system.

Marcos – That’s brilliant! So… how do we do that?

Roxi – Well… here’s my idea.

{Roxi gets them all crowded around the table, using regular household items and a makeshift map.}

Dr. Howe – I’m not sure this is gonna work.

Marcos – No, it’s perfect, the badges track where we are when we’re on Hamilton property!

Roxi – You sure?

Marcos – Yes.

Roxi – Okay Cassie…

Dr. Howe – Why am I a triceratops?

{Cassie refers to the toy being used.}

Roxi – Is that really important?

Marcos – And these two?

{Marcos refers to the salt and pepper shakers on the table.}

Marcos – That’s me and Dave right?

Roxi – Yes…

Marcos - Which one am I?

Roxi – Well I…

Marcos – Oh, I know, I’m pepper, because I’m spicy.

Dave – And I’m salty, like a sea captain…

Roxi – Okay, guys... you know what…. Just find a way to collect badges. Then, give them to Marcos, and then..

Marcos – I will take them up, in the Jetpack, the computer will think hundreds of people shot themselves into space. When there’s only supposed to be one. That will cause the computer to think it’s malfunctioning, and whammy! Reboot!

Roxi – Okay guys… that should do it. And… thanks for this. I mean it.

Larry – Oh, you are our friend, and… you’re a shit umbrella for us!

{Roxi just shakes her head, annoyed.}

Roxi – Just… go get the badges okay?

{The group soon leaves, and Roxi is alone with Keira again, who walk by, shaking her head.}

Keira – Tsk. Tsk. Tsk. Bad girl breaking the rules.

Roxi – I… am not breaking any rules.

Keira – Technicality.

Roxi – Hmm… come on, we’ve got work to do.

{Roxi and Keira head to change into their costumes as the scene fades.}

<HR>

{Two days later, her plan having succeeded, Roxi returns to work.}

Roxi – Hello Heather.

Heather – I don’t know how you did it, but… you exist again…

Roxi – Yeah, and it feels good.

Heather – So… why did you even come back?

{Roxi turns to see Larry, Marcos and Dave walking with a plate of cupcakes.}

Roxi – That’s why… I like cupcakes.

Heather – Gross. Especially when they’re frosted with emotion…

{Heather walks into her office as Roxi greets to the group.}

Roxi – Thanks guys. For the cupcakes.

{Roxi reaches for one, but Larry pulls it back.}

Larry – Oh… these aren’t for you.

Roxi – Wait, what?

Larry – The window on 20 is still open! Wanna go break some rules?

{Roxi smirks.}

Roxi – Sure… let’s go make it rain cupcakes.

{The group celebrates.}

I’ve already spoken about Mikah, her bizarre strategy seems to be insult everyone and tell them they suck, which is… odd considering every woman in this match wants the same thing, so making everyone a sure-fire enemy is a bold move, cotton! But if that’s the way she wants it, then so be it. I was shocked she didn’t bad mouth her own teammate last time. You live and you learn I guess.

I learned a lot about Desiree Drake when we wrestled in that six-woman tag. One, she has WAY more class than Mikah, and for whatever reason they’re friends, but, I guess strange bedfellows and all. But I learned that Desiree has a whole wealth of talent. She, if I was going to pick someone to be like… a champion pretty soon, it would be her. Not gonna lie, she beat me up pretty good in that match. Win and pinfall aside. So, it doesn’t surprise me she’s in the match, what does surprise me is that she was the first to act excited, and then… poof, gone…. Sad really. I hope she does show up, and I hope she comes in and prove me right and shows all her talents, even though this is really about getting an object, and not beating everyone in the ring.  But having said that, I’m totally going to enjoy going against her again. She was nice enough to compliment me, so I’m returning the favor, and I’m looking forward to seeing what she can do out there. But, this match, is about that Internet championship, so, I have to beat her again.

I don’t really know Mimi, that well, or Jemma in terms of wrestling, so, I’m kinda feeling bad I have to lump you guys together. I mean, I know Jemma is a really great girl, and she was very nice to me when Keira and I went to Gabe’s for dinner one night. She has been nice to me from the day I met her. And now, I’m kinda feeling bad that I have to try and beat her at Inception. I know that you eagerly want to jump into the spotlight, because you think you’re overshadowed, and always being forgotten, and you know what Jems, I know I kinda did that to you. And I still feel bad about it, even after giving you a big hug!  I hate that I have to disappoint you again, I really do. I don’t know know Mimi Winters even socially, and I feel like I should. I feel like that one is totally on me. She seems like a nice person and all, and I’m sure she’s just a sweetheart personally. But in the end, I have to beat both of you, and that really does make me feel pretty bad. Like, here’s two people I barely know, and I have to possibly punch them in the face… It’s just a really awkward situation, you know?

Then there’s my lovely counterpart, Zuri. Zuri, I don’t know what’s gotten you so angry and bitter lately, but, you need to cheer up! I know that whole Daughters of Darkness thing is kind of a waste at this point, unless Necra actually comes through, but… I’m just not seeing that happening, much like I didn’t see you beat Vargas, despite all the trash talking you did. And you now come into this match, and now it seems like you don’t care. You know, even the guys from the COBRA were team players. You might get your butt kicked a lot out there, but you gotta keep going. Gotta wave the banner. And you, you seem to be already throwing in the towel, and that…. That sucks Zuri. Here, I was hoping for the Superhero vs. Supervillain thing, and thus far, you have fallen far short of expectations. I would think this would motivate you, but it seems to have demoralized you…. I’m very sorry Zuri, You’re going to be disappointed again.

Cynthia and Joanne, I know about equally as well. I’ve beaten them both, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to take them lightly. I’m just wondering at this point if Cynthia’s heads in game anymore, or if she’s going to fold like a cheap lawn chair again… it’s very sad to see that from somebody I saw do some good things in the ring. I know she has talent, but it seems to be...come and go at a moment’s notice. Which is even more disappointing. I said it before, but dang Cynthia, you could be so good if you wanted to, and you’re a nurse, so that’s cool too! Its just seems that you just want to turn it on like a faucet and hope that works. I really don’t think that’s going to help you in this match.

And Joanne, my favorite mob wife/girlfriend/boss person. You know, you keep flaunting the whole drugs thing in my face, and I will have to take some kind of action. You wouldn’t be the first mob person that have tried to push things in my town, and you probably won’t be the last, but the more you push, the more you make yourself a target. You are the one person in this match that I will actually enjoy punching in the face more than Mikah. Mikah is getting punched for her own good, but you… you’re getting punched, strictly on principle. You are the one person above all others in this match, that I will enjoy holding the Internet championship over. Beating you, just give off a little juicy bit of satisfaction that you just can’t find in many places. You want to be my villain? Small time drug dealers really aren’t my thing, but in your case, and because you asked so nicely, I will make an exception, a very punchy exception!

That's the way it's going to be ladies. I think there's some internet term for this type of thing, it'll come to me, it's that word where you tell everybody exactly what has to happen, and then you go and you do it, and you kinda ruin it for some people because they don't know about it yet...

Oh yeah

Spoiler Alert!

BOMBSHELL ULTIMATE X MATCH (see thread!)
« Reply #6 on: January 09, 2015, 01:40:34 PM »

It was a cold day in Essex when the scene faded in on the home of Jemma Asar and her husband, Dustin Byrd. It was public knowledge that Jemma and Dustin had some marital problems stemming from a huge fight the day after Christmas. Then Jemma decided to go back to England with him… wanting to fight for her marriage because even though things were strained… she still loved the man. So as the gray clouds filled the sky so that no sunshine could get through, Jemma grabbed herself a cup of coffee and decided to sit outside on the patio and think about a few things that revolved around her career as a wrestler.

Jemma slowly sipped at the hot liquid, thoughts running through her mind at a million miles a minute. Dustin would be home soon and she wanted to get over this funk so that there’d be no tension between the two. The day prior she had ventured into city for a lunch with a good friend, and her brother’s ex-girlfriend, Amy Marshall and on the tube ride back… it really had her think of things.

J E M M A A S A R
“I really wish my mind would just calm down so I can make a decision.”

She sighed deeply, bundled up in a heavy down jacket and a blanket across her lap.

J E M M A A S A R
“With everything that has been going on, the last thing on my mind is wrestling right now. I know I haven’t been living up to my brother’s reputation… I’ve lost every single match since I first step food into the ring. Gabe says he isn’t disappointed in me, but I can see it in his eyes that he wishes I was better. I’ve tried my hardest to improve but I am honestly beginning to think that I am not cut out for this business. At least as an in ring competitor. I just don’t know what to do to get better. Gabe… he is more interested in his girlfriend of the moment than helping me when I need him. I’ve been asking for weeks to get some more training… but he’s been pushing me off. Hell… his two most recent ex-girlfriends have been more supportive and open to helping me. I’m honestly beginning to believe that Gabe is ashamed of me.”

Tears begin to well up in the corners of her eyes, making her eyes appear as though they are made of glass. The usually smiling ginger had been depressed for a few days and it was now beginning to show.

J E M M A A S A R
“I’ve been racking my brain for weeks on whether or not I should give up on this and become what Dustin and I have talked about. I’d rather be here with him than traveling around the world doing something I absolutely suck at. He doesn’t know what I’m thinking and honestly, I don’t want to burden him with a talk about it. He is happy now that we’re back here. He’s happy that he has the one woman he’s wanted for most of his adult life. And I’m happy that he’s happy. I’m just not happy with my job.”

She sighs, taking another sip of her coffee as the tears slowly begin to trickle down her cheek. The air… was cold and there was total silence except for sounds of a cold breeze whispering through the trees.  Jemma raised the mug up to her lips and took another sip, this one longer so that she could savor its flavor. The warmness filling her every being as she hears a car pull into the brick driveway of her home. It could only be Dustin. Less than two minutes later, Dustin was at the back door, looking upon his troubled wife.

D U S T I N B Y R D
“Jems… are you OK?”

J E M M A A S A R
“Yeah… I’m just thinking about my match for SCW and everything. I’ve had a lot on my mind.”

D U S T I N B Y R D
“Do you want to talk about it?”

Jemma nodded her head.

“Let me grab some coffee and I’ll be right out.”

Dustin went back into the house and grabbed a cup of coffee. When he came back out, he moved the blanket and sat next to his wife, draping the blanket over his lap and his arm over her shoulders. Jemma wanted to talk, but she couldn’t find the words to say.

He put his lips to her cheek.

“I know Jem… but you… mean the world to me and I just want  you to see be the best in whatever it is you choose to do. If it helps… the company has allowed me to hire my own personal assistant. So… just keep that in mind.”

She turned and smiled at him. The camera began to back away and finally faded to black.

Act 1: Know thy enemies

"You have enemies? Good. That means you've stood up for something, sometime in your life."
Winston Churchill

On the Streets of Salerno
2 Hours Ago

The sound of shots rang out into the night, mixed with the sound of sirens and screams. The camera soon focuses on Joanne and Reno pinned down behind a tall solid white wall with bullets flying around them. Both of them sits with guns in their hands, and already empty clips lying on the ground in front of them. Joanne sighs, and we see a trickle of blood coming from her lip. Reno reaches over and wipes it away as she smiles.

Joanne: I can't even enjoy a quiet evenin' out with someone tryin' to kill me!

Reno: Are you all right? I mean that one guy hit you pretty hard before I could...

Joanne: I'm fine. How many clips do you have left?

Reno: Two why?

Joanne: I don't know if it's goin' to be enough to get us out of here or not... I'm sorry I got you into this.

Reno smiles and lights a cigarette.

Reno: Don't be. This is the reason your father hired me and Rude remember? Besides I couldn't think of a better way to spend a night.

Joanne: You're just sayin' that because I feel bad enough about dinner aren't you?

Reno: No. Now what do you say we try and get out of here?

Joanne nods, as she puts another clip into her glock that was in her hands. The two of them start firing at the people that had fired at them moving slowly trying to stay out of the range of the bullets.

Present Time

The sound of water bubbling could be heard coming from the darkness. A light soon comes on and we see Joanne standing in the doorway of a massive room with a large pool and hot tub in the center of the room. The ceiling was nothing but glass and the stars sparkled over head. She lets out a sigh, feeling the the heat that filled the room and removed the long robe she wore revealing a two piece black bikini. Joanne sets it aside and moves slowly toward the hot tub. Her muscles ached from the firefight that had occurred just hours before and she had a few scratches but nothing that wouldn't heal before her match on Sunday in England. She reaches the hot tub and slides in feeling the hot water move around her. Joanne ducks under the water, and comes back up, with her long hair over her eyes. She pushes it back and leans against the edge feeling the aches in her body starting to fade. She puts a hand to her neck feeling the small graze where a bullet had got her as her mind fades back to earlier.

2 Hours Ago

The scene changes back to the streets of Salerno. Bullets we flying from all directions and a few bodies now lay on the ground from the people that had started shooting. Joanne and Reno moved in an out from behind parked cars taking shots when they could. A bullet moves by Joanne's head, and she puts a hand to her neck, feeling the smoldering heat against her skin.

Reno: Are you ok?

Joanne: I'm fine... It just grazed the skin. We're almost back to the car... Damn it... How many of these guys are there?

Reno: I don't know... But we got to have get out of here. Do you think I should call the house?

Joanne: No. We can handle this.

Reno: Then lets take a few of these bastards with us.

Joanne smiles as she nods and runs out shooting all the while.

Present Time

Joanne: I know what you're thinkin' and all of you are wrong. I'll be ready for that match on Sunday night even if I have to limp there with an IV in my arm. I wasn't hurt as bad as you are thinkin' and it's not goin' to stop me from gettin' my hands on that piece of gold that they have up for grabs. The Internet Title is goin' to look really good on my arm don't you think? I'm goin' to do everythin' that I can just to get my hands on it, and just one step closer to gettin' back to where I was in this business before I went on my small vacation. But there are others that stand in my of gettin' it, but how far will any of them get before I am the last one standin' in the middle of that ring in the end?

She smiles and ducks back under the water feeling the heat going over her body.

Joanne: Mikah, I don't care how many matches you've won, because like so many others they were flukes, and you will never get to where I am. I've been to hell and back in matches, stood against some big names, and managed to walk away with what I wanted, and this time around won't be any different. Of course I've seen people like you, the ones that think they can stand against me only to fail and walk away with nothin' again, and again. But that's not why I'm goin' to enjoy beatin' the shit out of you. You insulted me and showed me no respect. That's not good. If you would have shown me at least some respect I would save you for last but no... You are goin' to be one of the first ones over that rope and when all is said and done you will wonder where you went wrong, and why I am just that much better then you. There is a reason that they call me the Jersey Devil Diva for a reason, and soon you will know why they call me that, and why you don't stand a fuckin' chance against me come Sunday night.

Joanne turns around and looks at the solid white wall in front of her as her mind flashes back to a couple of hours before. The sound of sirens still filled the night and echoed off the mountain sides.

2 Hours Ago

Reno and Joanne moved along the streets taking a few shots at those that were still standing. They come across one that was trying to get away with just a shot in the leg. Joanne grabs him, and slams him to the ground once again. An evil grin comes to her face, and she grabs him by the back of the head and drags him to a curb, and puts him down face first. She gets down and kneels beside him and grabs him by the back of the head once again.

Joanne: Now we're goin' to play a little game... It's called tell me who fuckin' sent you, before I break all of your teeth. Now who sent you?

Man: Fuck you bitch! I'm not telling you nothing!

Joanne: That's what I thought you would say. Let's start that cheap dental work I promised.

With that Joanne gets to her feet, and puts a high heeled foot to the back of his head and slams his mouth to the stone curb. He cries out in pain, as Joanne starts to laugh, as Reno walks up to her.

Man: You're fucking crazy! If I tell you anything I'm dead!

Joanne: You're goin' to be dead if you don't! Give me a name and I'll stop!

Reno: Joanne we got to go...

Man: Please let me go... I'm dead either way...

Joanne: Fuck that! You are goin' to tell me what you know, or I'll break your Gawd damn jaw.

Reno puts a hand on Joanne's shoulder and as she turns he saw a look in her eye that scared him. It was a look of insanity and a strange smile spreading across her face. He steps back as she turns her attention back to the man on the ground.

Present Time

Joanne: The look on that guy's face was priceless when I started in on him. But I have to say it felt good to let go of everythin' around me. Zuri I have no idea why you left the Daughters of Darkness but all I know is that you are not a side kick and was treated with respect and honor, but no that wasn't enough for you was it? You had to go and try to do it on your own, and still you haven't gotten anywhere have you? Tell me do you have a title in your hands right now? No. Have you even won a match against anyone since you left our happy little group? No. With us you could have people watch your back, stay at your side when you needed it, but no, you left... And that means you are our enemy and that is not a good thin'. You were so focused on Mercedes that you zoned out from everythin' else around you, but now... Now you are goin' to stand in front of me, and see how long that you are goin' to last in this match against me. I know it won't be long Zuri considerin' your track record as of late. I'm not afraid of you, and I'm not goin' to back down from this match at all. No this is my chance to get a piece of gold once again no matter what I have to do, and if I have to beat your head in to do it, then so be it.

Joanne smiles to herself as she gets out of the hot tub, and goes to the pool and dives in, parting the water as she does. She come up a minute later pushing her long hair back from her face once again.

Two Hours Ago

The sound of sirens got louder and louder, and Joanne still put her foot to the back of the man's head, as she continued her strange questioning method. With one last stomp the man's jaw broke, and he no longer moved under her foot. She starts to laugh a strange, and evil laugh, as Reno grabs her by the arm and drags her toward the car. She looks over her shoulder all the while laughing. They get back to the car and away from the scene of brutality and blood shed. Reno takes a deep breath and looks at Joanne with concern. There was something off about her, something that made him nervous. He takes her hand and looks in her eyes.

Reno: Joanne... Come on snap out of it.

Joanne looks at him with the same look but something in her had started to soften. The laugh starts to become less and less and soon it fades into nothingness from which it came. Joanne shakes her head and looks at him with a soft smile.

Joanne: How did we get back here?

Reno: You don't remember anything?

Joanne: All I remember is my foot going into that guy's head into the curb, and made him bite it.

Reno: You made him bite it all right. Come on we need to get you home.

The two of them get into the car and soon head back up the long winding road that lead toward the compound grounds.

Present Time

Joanne leans against the edge of the pool, and stares back up at the stars and couldn't help but smile.

Joanne: Cindy... I don't know why I'm even goin' to waste words on you. You haven't really done anythin' that great since you've been here have you? Every match you're in you always seem to come close to getting' that win, but for some odd reason you just can't reach that final goal can you? It's not as easy as you think to win a title and hold on to it really, so what makes you so sure that you're goin' to walk away with this one? I mean you're goin' to try but that's not goin' to be enough to stop me. Cindy you have to want this win more then anythin' or anyone else in the middle of that ring on Sunday night, but it's not goin' to be enough no matter what you do to try and stop me. What I did to those thugs isn't goin' to be anythin' compared to what I'm goin' to do to you. For one if you're goin' to face me then at least get my name right honey. I am The Jersey Devil Diva Joanne Canelli, not Capelli! This match is goin' to be one of the toughest matches you will ever be in Cindy, and I don't mean just because you have to face 7 other opponents, I mean it's goin' to be a hard one with  the simple fact that I am not givin' any of you an inch in this match. I don't plan on lettin' that title go to anyone but me, and I will do everythin' that I can to get my hands on it. If you want to try and stop me then bring everythin' you have and try to stop me. I'm not scared of you any of you.

Joanne smiles to herself, as she looks at the camera with her piercing brown eyes. She moves through the water with grace, and comes to a stop at the other end of the pool, and leans against the edge once more.

Joanne: Roxi do you have any idea who I am? I am the only female mob boss on the east coast that is actually taken seriously. I have hundreds of people under me, that work for me, that make sure everythin' runs the way it needs to just to move the shit that I get from over seas and the rest of the country, and yet... Yet you call me a small time drug dealer? How dare you? You are the one that is small time Roxi. You pretend to be somethin' that I have seen many times over. I've had my house nearly torn down, I've had clubs stormed, I've had my men beaten by hero's bigger then you. If I'm a small time drug dealer then why have I seen more then my share of hero's Roxi? I don't flaunt my dealings which is the smart thin' to do unlike most of the pathetic losers that you have faced in your time. Roxi when you step into the middle of that ring there will be nothin' that you can do to stop me this time. I plan on makin' an example out of you and showin' the world that you are nothin' but a wannabe hero. This is my time to shine, and it's time to put you in your place.

Joanne moves to the ladder, and climbs up with the water dripping from her tanned toned body. She grabs a towel and dries herself off and adjusts the lower half of her bikini.

Joanne: Jemma all you want in your life and career is to be just like your brother, to make the world see that you are just as good as he is, and even better if that was possible don't you? Of course if you're good at what you do you shouldn't stay with it. I mean if you think you can stand against me in this really big match then try it, and see how fast you fall Jemma! I'm goin' to stop until I get what I want and that is the title that we all seem to have our eyes set on. But I really don't have anythin' to say to you that I haven't already said to my important opponents for this match. I don't think you have what it takes to stand in the middle of the ring on your own let alone pick a fight against the woman that has managed to stick it out against Bombshells that have come and gone and yet I'm still here. No one is goin' to stop me from gettin' what I want, not you, or anyone else that will stand in my way. As for the other two that haven't said anythin' yet you made the biggest mistake in your life. That just goes to show me that you are spineless, and worthless in a place like the SCW. If you want to make it big here ladies show the world that you aren't afraid to step up, and show off to prove what you can do in the middle of that ring. Time is drawin' closer to our match and we all know what the out come is goin' to be when everythin' is said and done don't we? This is my time to shine ladies, and no one is goin' to stop me. We are the Mafioso; and we get paid to kick your ass! See you soon.

Joanne turns and looks at the camera with a smirk forming on her lips, and walks out of the room as the scene fades to black.

BOMBSHELL ULTIMATE X MATCH (see thread!)

 Inception

So if there was ever a time to get excited now is the time to get excited, because in a few short days Inception will be right upon us. Eight women will be walking into a match where they each will be trying to outdo the other. Out wrestle, out climb, and out shrine one another so that they can ascend to the top and grab the Internet Championship that will be hanging above the ring. When you take a look at this match you have perhaps eight different women who are all looking to do it for very different reasons. Let’s start at the top of the food chain with the woman who I think might be the biggest threat walking into this match. I am referring to none other than Roxi Johnson herself.

When it comes to a bombshell who has made an impact since coming to SCW. You have to refer to Roxi Johnson. She is a woman who is always giving her all in every single outing. She is always looking for a fight, and is looking to showcase to the world about the talent she possesses. She is a woman that I have come to respect since being in this company because she is a woman who knows what she wants and she won’t stop at anything to get it.

I am not referring to her in a Mikah sense. We will get to that blonde overrated bimbo in a moment. But with Roxi it’s all about fairplay and it’s all about fighting the good fight, and just genuinely being a nice person. I used to think that wrestling wasn’t too kind to people like me. To people are doing this for the spirit of sportsmanship, and for the sake of pure competition. It’s not often when you will find someone that can congratulate you on a hard fought match win or lose, but Roxi is that type of person, and if you don’t believe me just take a glance at her Twitter feed.

It’s always comes down to her telling everyone how much she loves her followers, ahd how she hopes they have a great night and cannot wait to hear from them again. Roxi there’s no doubt in my my mind that you are the cream of the crop when it comes to this match. You are the one everyone is gunning to beat and you might welcome the challenge because that’s just the type of person you are.

But excuse me while I call a spade a spade here, but let’s be honest what do you really have to gain from this match?! What could you possibly get from winning a match such as this? Something else to add towards your legacy of an SCW bombshell?!

To be honest you don’t really need this win. You don’t need it like some of the rest of us do. You ascended to the very top of the Bombshell division on two separate occasions. You were SCW Bombshell Champion twice. That’s twice when you can say you were the absolute best of the best, and there’s nobody that can ever take that away from you.

Hell before Delia came around with her current reign you held the Bombshell championship the longest holding it for almost a span of four months. That in itself is very impressive. So let me ask you this again. What do you have to gain from winning this match?!

To me for a woman who knows what it feels like to be on top. For a woman who ascended to the very top. Winning this new championship would be a step back for a wrestler such as yourself. That’s not me trying to get under your skin. That is me simply facts.

I know this match is right down your alley too. A match that emphasizes high flying, speed, the ability to climb. You have already shown on numerous occasions you have what it takes to go the distance but I believe that I just want this match a bit more than you. I know for a fact I do.

Another threat to worry about is Mikah and she is a woman who beat me in her very first match. I know it’s something that she won’t forget because it established her career here as a wrestler. But this match is a way to rewrite the history of that night for me. When the two of us faced the last time I was fresh off of losing in my big SCW Bombshell Tag Team Championship match. I didn’t think I had what it took to be a wrestler. I questioned if I even wanted to be a wrestler, and I had to do some soul searching for myself.

To a point where I was left empty, wondering if I should pick up the pieces on my nursing career or if I should conitnue on this path of trying to go the distance, and trying to do the one thing I set out to do, and that’s become a champion. Mikah to me you are nothing more than a superficial individual at best. I have seen your type so many times before. You come in, you think yourself to be all high and mighty.

You live off of your status and stature, and you throw it around like it is supposed to mean anything. If it’s not in the agenda of what you want to do then you want nothing of it. It’s go for broke with you. It’s either being at the top or it’s nothing at all, and that’s a shameful way to think if you ask me. I know your type. You claim like you are far superior when compared to everyone around you, and the very moment that you lose.

It’s almost like you have nothing more to say because you banked on everything being rainbows and sunshine. You banked on everything being so perfect because that’s how you see yourself but at the end of the road you aren’t as perfect as you claim yourself to be. You are an individual who has their flaws, and you get shone to amounting to being nothing more than mediocre at best.

There’s no in between, and that’s a damn shame. You just can’t aim for big steps without first learning how to take the small steps along the way. No one learns how to ride a bike by just hoping on one.

You have to have help, and there’s nothing wrong with admitting it. There’s nothing to be ashamed with having to use training wheels at first, but once you start going, and once things start working in your favor. It won’t be long before the wheels come off and you are off picking up steam on your own. Slowly pedaling your way to what you want.

I know the SCW Bombshell Championship is what you want but you need to go through this small step in order to get there. I can’t speak for the other bombshells in this match but I want be the same pushover that you fought in your debut match. You won’t be beating me, and that much I can promise you.

Zuri Chastain. You know when it comes to you I can’t even take you seriously. You are a woman who has so much potential, and you are someone that I can honestly relate with. Not in a sense that I think you are some top notch amazing wrestler. Not because I think you are good but just like me you have a lot of potential but that potential is misplaced, and whenever the ball is in your court you simply just don’t deliver.

You just like me had a chance at Mercedes Vargas. You had the biggest opportunity of your SCW career despite a pretty mediocre record, and you had plenty of championship opportunities. You know what you did with those chances right?!

Nothing… You didn’t past go…. You didn’t collect 200 dollars. Well you did past go. You got the biggest pay day of your career. The chance to win some gold but the moment you pass go is the moment that you are landing on that dreaded income tax spot, and are giving back the opportunity that was given to you. If you didn’t make the most of those previous matches what makes you think you can just waltz right into this match and make a difference?!

What are you planning to do that’s different than those last championship encounters?!

I don’t think anything will be different. The more you think things will change are the more they will in fact stay the same. You are going to be in the same exact place that you were in before going into this supercard. Doing nothing, another opportunity thrown down the drain, and left lingering waiting to see what comes next.

It’s honestly a joke, and it’s on that basis why you don’t deserve to win the championship. You lack the will power. The motivation to get ahead. At least I can admit each match was served as a learning experience. What is your excuse?!

Next up comes Joanne Canelli. A woman who has been Bombshell Tag Champion and of course a former Roulette Champion. Thinking about you Joanne I can’t see what you have done in your career. Granted you have won your share of championships here but they are just reigns that seem to be padding your career.

You are what a two time SCW Bombshell Tag Team Champion, and both reigns were ended a  month after you won the championship.

There was the time when you won the Roulette Champion but one might forget you had even held it considering it was a reign that lasted two weeks at best. It really is a shame when you think about it. Because your problem is that of consistency.

You can win titles but you don’t know how to have some stability. You don’t know what it takes to actually keep them and be that of a fighting champion. At least with Roxi you know what kind of wrestler she is because her legacy follows her. With you it really is the unknown.

You could be in this to be a champion that will eventually be forgotten but I don’t ever want to be forgotten. I want a title reign that means something, and I see you as a hurdle that needs to be jumped over. I don’t care about the history that follows you.

What you did in the past is irrelevant to me. The only thing that matters is what you plan to do the night of Inception and I doubt you have it in you to beat me. So do whatever it is that you do and rest assured I will be the one giving you trouble because I have preparing my entire career for a moment such as this.

You also have Desiree Drake, and I haven’t been in the ring with her so I can’t judge her much but another woman who feels like they are better than everyone else, and these types don’t last long. They are a dime a dozen, and if I could prove anything to Desiree inside of the ring. It’s the fact that there are people that are far better than she is. People like me who aren’t in this for the fame, the wealth, or the money.

People like me who are here for the wrestling, and the moment the bell rings she will witness that I am the chick that simply came to be better than her in the ring. It isn’t about a beauty contest it’s about taking my mistakes from my previous matches and turning them into my biggest strengths.

Last but not least this leaves me to Mimi Winters and of course Jemma Astar. It’s pretty cool to be in the ring with two younger wrestlers, and unlike Mikah and Desiree I know you two are both in this for the same reasons that women such as myself and Roxi are in for it. I know you two are going to want to emerge out of your shells to put on a breathtaking performance but what makes you think that I don’t want to do the same thing?

Jemma I just want to say I think it’s cool to be English and all. I have a younger sister in law who actually started wrestling two 3 years around your age, is English and is practically the best friend that I have in my life. If you have anything close to her spirit then I know for a fact I will have my work cut out for me. I know that what you will bring to the table will be intense.

And Mimi I don’t really know much about you to be honest but I can sense you trying to emerge from your shell within this upcoming match but what I have that you two don’t have is that I am a few years older than you. I am a little wiser, and I have been down this road many of times.

I know for a fact that you will be down this road again and there will be opportunities that will be knocking on your door but for me it’s win or go home. I have been preparing for myself just to have this very opportunity and I can’t afford to let it all fade away now.

When it comes to Cindy Warren. I know everyone will be saying the same exact thing.

They will say that she is a modern day houdini. You never know if she is going to show up or if she will pull a disappearing act. Or as Forest Gump would say a box of chocolates, not really knowing what you are going to get. I haven’t been the best wrestler in this company, and my inconsistency will show that but I am entering Inception with one purpose and one purpose only, and that’s to show that I am in it for the long haul.

I am walking into the supercard with the intention to grab that champion within my very hands and showcase to the entire world that I have what it takes to become a champion. I know nobody has faith in me, and nobody expects me to win but to me that makes it all the better because a win from me will come out of no where.

This is my last chance at redemption.

My last chance to make a statement, and you better believe on the heart that is beating within my body, on the little soul of my two year old daughter that I am walking into the ring with the intention to win.

It’s time to change what all of you think of Cindy Warren and start rewriting a history where you all take her seriously. At Inception I will prove why I want this more than every other Bombshell in this match and I will finally become the thing that has been eluding me my entire career.

I will finally become that of a champion. So whatever it is that you think of nurses. You can throw all of that logic out the window. This nurse isn’t in the mood to help others. She in it to help herself. Don’t worry I will still make sure to bring the band aids after all we all know the bruises will be coming.

SCW it’s time for a check up. So sit back, take a seat and relax. It won’t be long before you all get a visit from the nurse…

Charlotte, North Carolina
University Hospital

Cindy decided to take a trip to her old job at the hospital. She found herself at the Hospice wing of the hospital where the visiting hours were unlimited because at any times a loved one could have passed away. Cindy didn’t know what to expect as she walked on the top floor of the building but one thing is sure she had hoped to see some of her old patients, and she hoped that none of them had passed away during her Leave of Absence. For Cindy it felt weird to be on this floor without her scrubs on. She walked over to the nursing station as she made sure her hair was wrapped into a tight pony tail. As she approached the nurses station smiles were instantly lit up on some of the staff. “Cynthia is that you?!” A voice called out to her. Cindy let a smile escape her lips as she felt like she hadn’t missed a beat. It was just like old times with all the familiar faces and the atmosphere.

Perhaps this is where she needed to be all along. Perhaps her life was meant to be at a hospital. Her eyes flicker for a bit before she nods her head in agreement. “Well unless there’s another Cindy Warren that I don’t know about. Then yes it is me. Long time no see… I just been worried about how things were going up here so decided I should come and visit. Just to see how things are going…”

“They been going fairly well… With the exception that they moved Juliet from ER to oversee this wing in your absence…” Cindy’s eyes were that of pure flames as she quickly shook her head. “They let that Bitch run up here?! She is terrible with patients. She receives nothing but complaints working down in ER and they think that she can handle being up here?! It takes a certain person to be in charge up here. Someone who shows genuine concern for the patients. Someone who is willing to sit down and just communicate with them. One who can relate one who is….”

The nursing assistant just shakes her head as she offers a sigh looking back at Cindy. “You mean someone that is like you Cindy? Look people like you are hard to replace Cindy but the hospital is just trying to make due with what it has, and besides snce joining this wing. Juliet has changed. She is bonding with her patients, and it’s almost like she is becoming that of a different person. Maybe you were always too hard on her, just didn’t give her much of a chance…”

Cindy blew it off as she quickly shook her head. “I highly doubt that. Change doesn’t come overnight Rachel. You should know that by now especially after telling you about my obnoxious brother in law Todd. Seriously I don’t know why Kate says with him…”

“Or your very own Jimmy Cindy… You did tell me he cheated on you a year ago. Perhaps you should worry about the salt in your eyes before you get all judgemental and start judging everyone else…”

Cindy just shrugs it off as she walks away. “Right… Whatever but I just wanted to visit some of my old patients. Now if you would excuse me I believe Mr. Conklin would be happy to see my face…”

Cindy headed off in a very familiar direction but as she was walking towards her old patient’s room she qas quickly called back by her former nursing assistant. Rachel raised her voice as she yelled at Cindy. “Wait Cyn… I really think we need to talk about before you get disappointed…”

However it blew right in one ear and right out the other. Cindy was on a mission to see her former patient. She finally reached his old room, and as she walked inside her eyes opened wide up as the patient resting in bed wasn’t the one that she remembered. Her heart started to beat rapidly as she exited the room, and her back slumping against the wall. She slowly slumped all the way down to the ground as tears started to swell up in her eyes.

“I knew I should have never left this place… I knew I should have stayed here,,, He needed me… Mr. Conklin needed me…”

Is all that Cindy could mutter out as she started to become a sobbing mess. “What was the point of becoming a nurse if I couldn’t even help those that were struggling…” More sobs escaped her lips but as she sat there she was finally approached by Juliet. The new RN of this wing. Juliet held a clipboard as she shook her head staring down into the eyes of the former.

“Well if it isn’t Cynthia Murphy-Warren. Never really took you as the crying type. Especially not after seeing you act all prissy every day with that wide grin on your lips. It’s not like you to cry…”

Cindy snapped back at the woman as she tried to hide them. “You wouldn’t understand because unlike you. I  actually get attached to my patients and Mr. Conklin…”

Cindy couldn’t bring herself to say her next line as she knew what was coming next. Mr. Conklin was close to what her brother had when he passed away. Stage Four Lung Cancer. Cindy’s tears got the best of her as they kept steadily flowing, and Juliet made sure to sit down next to Cindy on the floor as she handed her a tissue. “Please stop your crying. It really is not that necessary…”

“No you don’t understand Juliet. You never understood anything. I told Mr. Conklin that I would be there for him. That I would see him again, and now I won’t ever have that chance now…”

“And why wouldn’t you?”

“Because he’s gone… How can you sit there and not even care…”

Juliet just laughs as she nods her head in agreement. “Exactly and when they are gone you can’t see them here at the hospital, but you could still go see him. I know for a fact he would be happy to see you. You were one of the first people he wanted to talk to when he found out the news…”

“And what news is that?!”

Juliet cracks a wide smile as she looks right into the eyes of the blonde. “Cyn. He went into remission. He was able to go home… He is on the mend now and the only thing he kept talking about was you and your smile…”

“Seriously?!”    “No I am just making this up for my own benefit… Yes I am seriousness...I know sometimes it may seem like you have never done enough but you have touched so many here, and you have some big shoes that are hard to follow. If you want to visit him then go for it. I know he would enjoy it. You should know where to find his folder. You worked up here long enough…”

Cindy’s eyes opened wide up. She couldn’t believe it. She couldn’t believe that things were starting to look up. Maybe things weren’t as bad as her nightmares had her believed. Perhaps it was safe for her to be away. One thing was for sure. Cindy would make sure to visit Mr. Conklin. After all that is the least she could do right?!”

With that in mind Cynthia picked herself off of the floor as she gave Juliet a passionate hug. She walked back over to the nurses station and it’s on that image that we fade out on.

 {Roxi is shown packing her bags for Vegas. She neatly folds everything, including her costume inside her luggage, before zipping it up. Keira comes in the doorway.}

Keira – I still don’t see why I can’t go.

Roxi – Because I have to do this alone, and two, someone has to watch over the city while I’m gone. This is my mom we’re talking about…

Keira – I just think that you should have someone to go with you, just in case this doesn’t work out.

Roxi – We’ll work it out. It’s my mother. I just…. Need to ease her in, is all.

Keira – Ease her in?

Roxi – I don’t think having you there, and having to explain to her that I married you is the best thing to hit her with right off the bat…

Keira – Point taken.

Roxi – Thank you.

Keira – What about Hamilton?

Roxi – I told them it was part of my wrestling obligations, they were pretty linnet on me.

Keira – Well… I’m still weirded out by that place.

Roxi – Keira, I told you, they’re inept. Nothing they make works, except for that jetpack, and… well… it won’t work anymore now.

Keira – You sabotaged it?

Roxi – Yup. According to the data, it will explode if it’s used for more than an hour.

Keira – But… it’s a jetpack!

Roxi – Don’t start with the jetpack thing again. We can both fly!

Keira – Still… Jetpack!

Roxi – Enough already.

Keira – But that place still weirds me out, I get some bad vibes from that place.

Roxi – It’s a weird place, I’ll grant you.

Keira – No… I mean, I just, have a bad sense of that place. And I want to at least…

Roxi – Keira, no. You are not going to go anywhere near that place while I’m gone.

Keira – But, but….

Roxi – I said no, Keira. And I mean it!

Keira – I’m telling you, I have sensed this kind of stuff before….

{Roxi places her hand over Keira’s mouth to stop her from talking.}

Roxi – Enough. I mean it.

{Keira nods, and Roxi removes her hand from Keira’s mouth.}

Roxi – You ready to go now?

Keira – Go where?

Roxi – To the airport, with a little stop beforehand.

{Keira frowns, and nods in acknowledgement. She turns and puts her jacket on.}

Keira – I still want to go to Vegas again…

Roxi – You really just want to go for the blackjack and hookers….

Keira – … Noooo…..

{Keira and Roxi share a knowing grin, and Roxi shakes her head before grabbing the car keys.}

Roxi – Come on, let’s go.

Keira – Uh… we can fly you know!

Roxi – I’m taking the plane, like a normal person.

Keira – But you’re not normal.

Roxi – Touché… Still, gotta keep up appearences.

{Roxi and Keira head out the door, and walk down to their car. They get in, and drive off. After visiting Roxi’s sister Nicole, Keira drives Roxi to the airport. Roxi gets out, and heads to get gate to catch her flight, she gets a call from Keira.}

Roxi – Kiera? .... No, I didn’t forget anything. … I … Yes I promise I will call you when I get in … We just had this conversation before you drove off. … Yes, I will. … And Keira, remember what I said. Do not go near that place! … I mean it! Okay… Okay I love you too…

{Roxi hangs up her phone, and sits down, patiently waiting to board her flight.}

{Meanwhile, as soon as Keira hangs up her phone, she dials Vision on her wrist communicator.}

Vision – Keira?

Keira – Vision… I need a favor.

Vision – Wha’t that?

Keira – I need to layout for Hamilton Inc.

Vision – And… why?

Keira – Because I need to get in there.

Vision – Uh, Roxi is handling that.

Keira – I know, but I sense something evil in there.

Vision – They are a big evil corporation.

{Keira rolls her eyes.}

Keira – I’m aware of that. But I sense something truly evil in that place. Like, not normal run of the mill thug evil… like… a huge evil! And… if I’m being honest here, a familiar one…

Vision – So, what are you asking?

Keira – I need security, camera locations, the whole nine yards. My sense will tell me where to go, I just don’t want to be spotted doing it.

Vision – I’ll… see what I can do. What exactly do you think is in there?

Keira – I don’t know, but I don’t like it.

Vision – Didn’t you tell Roxi you had a bad feeling?

Keira – She’s caught up trying to find her mom. There’s places she can’t go yet, but if I’m in and out, I can prevent a lot of damage in a short time.

Vision – Well…

Keira – In and Out. I promise. You never have to breathe a word of this to anybody. In fact, your probably shouldn’t period.

Vision – Look… I said I’ll see what I can do. No promises Keira.

Keira – And Vision?

Vision – Let me guess, I ESPECIALLY can’t tell Roxi about this?

Keira – Yeah, that wouldn’t be good for either of us.

Vision – I’ll work on it. Good-bye Keira.

Keira – Thanks Vision!

{Keira hangs up, and heads back to the apartment.}

<HR>

I know that soon enough, I’ll be in England, and I’ll be facing 7 other Bombshells, in a battle to have my name engraved on the title bar to be the first SCW Bombshell’s Internet champion. And I’m fully aware of how important that is. And I’m fully aware of how lucky I am for the opportunity to be in this match, and have this opportunity. Unlike some of the girls in this match, who have already squandered their chances at it, it seems. I’m not saying they can’t surprise me with a Herculean effort at the buzzer, but somehow, I doubt it. It’s almost like some cool new video leaks on the internet and you got to see it, and bam, your ge Rick Rolled.

Yeah, remember when that kept happening? Remember when that was a thing? That’s how I feel right now.

I know now you want to click away from this video and play “Never gonna give you up” repeatedly, but just bear with me for just a few minutes. I’ll remind you again at the end of the promo, don’t worry.

Anyway, there’s a lot of emotion going through my mind right now, sitting on a plane, wondering if I’ll get to even find my mother, let alone talk to her, or get even a little bit of closure if things don’t go well. I don’t think I’ve ever been as nervous for anything in my entire life, and I have no idea what I’m getting into. I haven’t been this scared and nervous ever. I understand how important Inception is, and how I need to make a good impression and do my best to make sure that I win, this… is kind of taking a hold over my priorities right now. I can handle 7 girls trying to take my head off, but this… this is crazy. I can even handle giant robots, and super soldiers, and monsters, and aliens, but my mother? Goodness I’m sweating bullets!

I feel like I’m in an internet prank video at this point, both with my match, and meeting my mom. In the match, I feel like everything is set up to prank me, because it’s like, my opponents are either trashing the championship, or calling me pretty much the same thing: A fake. It’s getting to the point where I’m just wondering if anybody outside of Joanne, Cynthia, or myself is even taking this match seriously. Again, I do kinda expect someone to just throw everything against the wall here in this rush of promos, but… it’s been kind people just going through the motions. Not really understanding the prestige of what we’re all in this match for. It’s just… shocking.

Here we are, SCW Inception fighting for a brand new title, and boom people have just… given up the fight already! Desiree was all jumping for joy, and she’s been as quiet as a church mouse all of a sudden. It’s kind of dampening the whole vibe here in this match. I feel bad for Mimi and Desiree who are seemingly throwing this match away for some strange reason.

I feel the same way meeting my mom, that this is too good to be true. Somewhere, someone has a hidden camera, and they’re waiting to crush my dreams to catch my reaction on camera. Like that telling your kids you ate their candy prank. That’s just cruel! And I don’t want that kind of thing happening to me when I find my mom, or come Sunday at Inception. Nobody is going to crush my dreams.

First champion of the interwebs! I mean, there is no one who can do what I do, on the interwebs!

But… first, things first.

I need my mommy.

{That evening, having received her plans, and layout, Keira arrives on the roof of the Hamilton building. Having made alterations to her suit to sneak in. She finds a vent and crawls in.}

Keria – This had better lead to the laundry room.

{Making her way through the vent, and making quite a bit of noise, her movements are soon drowned out by the laundry room’s dryers making noise. Keira is able to sneak down successfully into the laundry room, and out of the vent. Having done so, Keira starts focusing, and looking at her map, trying to figure the best way to get where she needs to go.

Studying the map, Keira knows where she needs to go, and begins heading towards the basement narrowly avoiding the one patrolling guard. The guard seems to be half-assing it anyway, so Keira just casually walks down the hall that he walked by, heading towards the elevator. Walking into a lab area, Keira notices a sign that reads “hazmat area” She shrugs, walking down the hall, then ducking into an office when she seems a hazmat suit. Putting it on, she walks out, and towards a large room. There is a guard there, who looks up at her as she walks by.}

Guard – Excuse me? Can I help you?

Keira – Gotta head down stairs, I missed a check on the project earlier. Don’t want the bosses up my ass about it again…

Guard – Oh…. Alright.

Keira – Thanks.

{Keira enters the elevator and it shuts behind her as she leans against the wall.}

Keira – Their security is atrocious…

{Taking the elevator down to the basement, Keira gets off, and casually walks down some corridors before a large metal door blocks her path. To the right, a keypad and a video screen. Keira touches it and it activates.}

Keypad Voice – Attempt 1 of 3… Please enter the 5 digit access code.

Keira – Uh-oh… Hmmmm…

{Keira pushes the buttons, 1-2-3-4-5.}

Keypad Voice – Access granted.

{The metal door whooshes and slowly opens. Keira is stunned.}

Keira – That is… just sad.

{Undaunted, Keira walks in, and looks around, before the lights automatically come on. Inside the room are a bunch of documents, and glass wall, leading to a room that is consumed by some kind of fog. Keira looks at the documents on the table. She walks over and picks them up}

Keira – Project S.I.N. *Gasp*

{Keira is stunned, and afraid. She hangs on to the document, and then peers through the glass, and then walks through it, where a giant tube is held. Inside the tube is something even more horrifying to Keira. She steps back and shakes her head in disbelief.}

Keira – It … can’t be… How? How can this be? Oh crap…  I gotta… I gotta get out of here!

{Keira walks with the documents and heads back to the elevator, making sure everything is as it was, minus the documents she carries. Once inside the elevator, she quickly removes her hazmat mask and stuff the documents in her suit. Quickly putting the mask back on, she casually walks out of the elevator and by the guard.}

Keira – Have a good night. Don’t’ work too hard!

Guard – Good night!

{Keira walks out of the sight of the guard, before ducking into a room and changing out of the hazmat suit, and taking the documents with her, and sneaking back into the laundry room, and out of the building again.}

Keira – This is not good…

{Having seen what she needed to confirm her fears, Keira quickly makes her way back to the apartment, where she contacts Vision.}

Vision – How did it go?

Keira – Their security leaves a lot to be desired, but… I’m about to send you some documents.

Vision – Okay…

{Keira pulls out her phone and takes a few pictures of the Project S.I.N. documents and sends them to Vision.}

Vision – What is this? Project S.I.N.?

Keira – Remember when you guys pulled that little demon out of me…

Vision – So? What does that have to –

Keira – Inside that chamber, is Sin herself.

Vision – I thought it was killed?

Keira – It is… or was…  Whatever. But I know what I saw.

Vision – Well, this has to be turned in, and Roxi needs to know about it.

Keira – No! I mean… I’ll tell her myself.

{Keira’s phone rings as she looks down as she’s Roxi calling her.}

Keira – YOU TOLD HER ALREADY?!

Vision – No! I swear!

{Keira lets it ring a couple more times before answering.}

Keira – Hey baby! …. No, I just came in from a patrol…  I’m glad you’re safe…. No …. Nothing out of the ordinary … I will … You just find your mom … Uh-huh … talk to you soon … I love you!

{Keira hangs up, and breathe a sigh of relief.}

Vision – I have to turn this in to the Guild.

Keira – Can you make sure they don’t tell Roxi!

Vision – They’re going to call her in. I can’t let this sit Keira.

Keira – Just… give me or something. At least until she comes back. Let me tell her.

Vision – I can’t. I won’t tell her, but when the guild finds out, they will speak with her, and tell her they know.

Keira – Just … don’t turn it in until tomorrow. I will call her and… I will tell her so she’s not bombarded.

Vision – You’ve already done that Keira. It’s good that you found this out, but… It’s not going to be good for Roxi.

Keira – Damn it… Not til tomorrow Vision… Please!

{Vision sighs}

Vision – First thing. You’d better get a hold of her fast!

{The following day, Keira dials Roxi’s number, but it just goes straight to voicemail.}

Keira – Baby… please call me… I have to talk you urgently! …

{Keira continually dials, trying to catch Roxi on the phone, but her phone is shut off, and continually goes to voicemail. Vision then calls her on the laptop.}

Keira – Vision? I need more time! Her phone is off!

Vision – I can’t give any more time. I had to turn it in!

Keira – Crap! What am I gonna do?

{On the bottom screen, there is a call incoming, with Roxi’s name next to it.}

Keira – She’s calling!

Vision – Well… I’ll let you take it from here.

{Keira ends the call with Vision, and accept the calls with Roxi.}

Roxi – Keira!

Keira – Hey… baby…

Roxi – Keira, I’m so sorry I haven’t called in a while, I… forgot my charger…

Keira – Even though I asked you if you forgot anything?

Roxi – I know… I’m sorry. But, I have great news! I found my mom!

Keira – That’s…. that’s great!

Roxi – I know! I’m so excited!

Keira – Where is she?

Roxi – I’m letting her sleep in the room. I’m in the lobby.

Keira – That’s great! I… I can’t wait to meet her!

{Roxi can notice the synthetic enthusiasm in Keira’s voice and tone}

Roxi – Keira…

Keira – What’s up?

Roxi – What is wrong with you? Did something happen?

Keira – No…. why?

Roxi – Keira… I know that tone of voice….

Keira – Can… can we talk about something?

Roxi – Oh my god you’re pregnant…

Keira – What?.... NO! I… I mean I don’t want to have kids just yet but… No, that’s not what I need to talk to you about! I… I need to have a “private” conversation with you…

Roxi – Okay…. Let me go to the bathroom. We can talk there…

{Roxi gets up and walks to the bathroom, sitting down in a stall and locking the door.}

Roxi – Okay… what is it?

{Keira takes a big breath and rubs her face.}

Keira – Look…. I know you’re going to be mad and yell at me but… I have to tell you something…

Roxi – Keira?

Keira – I…. I may have snuck into Hamilton last night…

Roxi – WHAT?! Keira I told you not to do that! How could you have been so…. Gah!

Keira – I’m sorry I disobeyed you. But I had to. I had to find out what it was that gave me the creeps about that place!

Roxi – Do you realize that makes me look terrible, right! I was going to get to the bottom of things!

Keira – I had Vision watching me!

Roxi – Vision? You got him in on this too?

Keira – I didn’t mean to make you mad…

Roxi – How else did you think this was going to go Keira?!

Keira – I’m sorry. I really am. I but… that’s not the worse news I’m afraid…

{Roxi arches a brow.}

Roxi – Excuse me?

Keira – Roxi…. I found… I found… something in the basement….

Roxi – What did you find in the basement?

Keira – I…. I found…. Sin…

Roxi – WHAT?!

{Roxi shouts, but covers her own mouth for a second, then whispers.}

Roxi – What?

Keira – I don’t know how they got a sample of her, but… I know what I saw. I saw…. Me.. in a tube.

Roxi – How do you know it’s Sin?

Keira – Because…. I felt her. That’s why I’ve had the bad vibes… She’s in that tube!

Roxi - *sigh* Okay… look… I… I will deal with this later. My mom and I have to catch up, and… I don’t even know… Wait… why is the GUILD calling me?

Keira – I…. I kinda had to tell Vision, and he… he kinda told the Guild…

Roxi – Keira! This is the worst possible timing!

Keira – I’m sorry…

Roxi – I’ll deal with you…. Later….

<HR>

{Roxi ends the call with Keira, and opens up the Guild’s access.}

Roxi – Come in…

Robotic Voice – You’re presence is requested.

Roxi – Copy…

{Just that abruptly, the call ends, and Roxi has no choice but to go. She walks back upstairs and sees her mother still asleep, sleeping off her hangover. Roxi climbs out the window to the roof, and waits sending out her beacon, soon, she is transported to the Guild, where she enters a room with Captain Freedom.}

Roxi – Sir…

Captain Freedom – Is there a reason that your partner is doing your job?

Roxi – Sir, I can explain…

Captain Freedom – Your partner snuck into Hamilton last night, and uncovered a possible bio-terrorism project…

Roxi – She did? … I mean, sir, I told her not to go in there. She kept having these…. Senses, bad vibes, whatever… but She snuck in without my knowledge until 10 minutes ago!

Captain Freedom – Lady Bedlam, I’m all for partners sharing the workload, no one should be alone, however, your partner is inexperienced, and could have been compromised with her reckless actions.

Roxi – Yes, sir…

Captain Freedom – If you can’t control your partner, she will be removed, or transferred away.

Roxi – She’s my wife! I can’t have that!

Captain Freedom – Then you need to keep her out of trouble. Now… granted, what she uncovered is big.

Roxi – Really?

Captain Freedom – Yes. But according to these documents she uncovered, the project is still in progress, and not ready for testing, but is in the final stages of preparation. This does not include the details of what exactly is it, which is now, you’re main goal. Find out what Project S.I.N. is…. And stop it.

Roxi – Yes, sir… I will.

Captain Freedom – Good. Not this is the last time Lady Bedlam, control your partner.

Roxi – Yes, sir…

{Roxi leaves the room, and is soon transported back to the hotel roof, where she re-enters the hotel and heads back up to meet her mother.}

Do I dare run down the list of the opponents not having been mentioned yet?

Mikah is just telling everyone she’s the greatest thing since youtube, and it’s already wearing thing, considering her biggest accomplishment is beating Cynthia Warren, which isn’t really worth bragging about. She’s been telling everyone who will listen she’s just amazing, and… really… I don’t find anything to write home about, about her. She’s done some good things, and she’s a competitor, and I’m not taking her lightly, but come on, Is there some kind of factory where these girls are coming from where all them just feel the need to put everyone they come across down? It’s getting to be pretty sad when the best she can come up with is making fun of superheroes, because a) that’s totally Mercedes Vargas’s territory, and \'cool.gif\' it was tired when she used it. At least she got creative. Mikah just ran her mouth and made people want to change the channel because they can hear better promos elsewhere.

Joanne and Zuri are in this match, trying to keep the Daughters of darkness thing going, and quite frankly, it’s been a rag tag effort at best by them. The Daughters have beat up Veronica Taylor, which… hey, I’m not exactly complaining about, but outside of that, and some sneak attacks, The Daughters of Darkness as a failed experiment. Joanne can talk as tough as she wants, and make mention of how much crime she does, because apparently she likes to incriminate herself on television, but if she really wants me to come after her and bring her down I will. Until then, I’ll settle for making sure she doesn’t steal this championship, because she doesn’t belong on the interwebs! Mob wives isn’t even a good show!  No one talks about that on social media, like ever! Zuri I guess is just going through the motions and that’s sad.  I was so hoping for our awesome superhero vs super villain thing that we totally had going, and she just... dropped that I guess, and shown she's not going to stand on her own. She chose to stand with the daughters of darkness, but in the end, that's proven to be an unwise choice. It would have made for a great photo set somewhere.

And Cynthia. Awesome job. I'm very proud of you. I'm glad you finally decided to wake up from... whatever it was you were doing to make you quite lazy. I'm glad you are one of the people actually taking this seriously. But, that doesn't change what I need to do. Nurses are really good internet material.... Okay, maybe not YOUR kind of nurse, since the interwebs to full of nurses doing... un-nurselike things, but still... Look, my point is that you have shown fire and some actual effort this time, and I don't want it to go to waste. I hope that you keep this up in the future. But champion of the internet? Cindy, that's not for you. You're barely on the internet! I just want the first bombshells internet champion, to be one who is tech savvy, and that is totally me!

So, girls, I wish you all luck. I hope that you all give it your best shot. But my name, being going down in history as the first Bombshell's internet champion? that sounds like it just belongs.
