Lizzie lost the fatal four way match after Ruby pinned Amanda with the Maximum Overdrive whilst Lizzie and Parand where brawling on the outside, however Lizzie wasn’t done being in action as one week later she was in an even bigger match.
How big? She was teaming with “The Fallen”, Raynin and the reigning Bombshell Champion Gothika, to take on former Bombshell Champion Roxi Johnson, “The Jersey Devil Diva” Joanne Canelli and SCW’s only Bombshell from New Zealand Emma Rose in a six person tag team match with possible implications for later matches but can Lizzie and The Fallen win?

Well, that was a bust.
Not only was my blind date a total bore to the point where I’d prefer dating Jason Adams over him but I lost my Fatal Four Way match against Parand, Amanda and Ruby (though I wasn’t involved in the decision thanks to Parand) and I have yet another loss on my record as a result.
But with any luck that’ll change with my match this Sunday.
This week I’m teaming with The Fallen to take on Roxi Johnson, Joanne Canelli and Emma Rose in a six person tag team match and I think that I’ll be unstoppable with The Fallen on my side even if the other team features two former champions and Emma Rose, in a way it’s kind of a mirror match as I’m teaming with two champions as well yet I have yet to hold a title yet in SCW.
That’ll change soon but first I have to get this match out of the way!
“Hey Lizzie, got a minute?” I looked up and saw Marty with what looked like a line-up for something. “I know you want to go to Bloodstock but maybe you can go to a bigger one instead?”
“What, you mean like Download?” I asked and Marty nodded. “Download’s the one you have in mind and they just announced their headliners?”
“And special guests for the headliners.” Marty added and I raised an eyebrow. “On Friday Avenged Sevenfold are playing with Rob Zombie as their Special Guest.”
“That’s not bad….” I trailed off with a wince, ask any UK based metalhead and they’ll tell you that Download’s announcements usually got worse after the headliners announced with a few exceptions, usually those exceptions are on the smaller stages.
“On Saturday Linkin Park will be playing Hybrid Theory in full with Fall Out Boy as their Special Guest….” Marty trailed off and I looked at him as if he had just grown a second head that was speaking in tongues. “Yes, that is really what they said.”
“Oh for fuck’s sake.” I grunted as I messaged my temple. “Hybrid Theory is a good gateway album into the more experimental side of metal as far as I’m concerned but Fall Out Boy? They’ve never been good!” I grunted as I glared at him. “The last announcement had better not be Aerosmith.”
“Actually it is.” Marty responded and yep, that settles it, I don’t give a flying fuck who their Special Guest is because I’m not going. “And After Bridge is their Special Guest.” Marty added and I paused.
“They should’ve just scrapped Aerosmith and had After Bridge headline.” I grunted as I shook my head. “Marty, if you even think about booking tickets to that festival I’ll kick you in the balls so hard that they’ll retreat into your stomach.”
“But…..but…..Dying Fetus is rumored to be playing.” Marty pleaded but, as much as I like Dying Fetus, there was no swaying me.
“Ugh, I need a good Bloodstock announcement to wash out that taste.” I grunted in annoyance and just then the door opened and Zach entered with a grin on his face, I had put him and Al in charge of keeping an eye out for Bloodstock announcements since Marty booked my tickets last week. “Zach, you had better have good news for me.”
“Bloodstock has announced that Evil Scarecrow….” Who? “Crowbar…..” Okay that’s pretty good. “Obituary…..” Holy shit, there’s only one other announcement that’ll stop me from French Kissing him right now. “And Children of Bodom are playing at their festival!” And I French kissed him.
“Lucky bastard….” Marty grunted under his breath as I broke the kiss. “So I guess Download’s out of the question?” Marty asked and I nodded without hesitation.
“Yeah and don’t try to get me to go to any other UK festival.” I responded and Marty nodded with a gulp. “Do the Salcos know?”
“Al e-mailed them about ten minutes ago, Jake answered with a link to that “For When Something Good Happens” ESults video with the caption “pretty much our reaction”.” Zach answered and I raised an eyebrow at that. “Yes, it’s the same vid with the audio that could double for porno audio.”
“I knew Jessie loved metal but damn!” I answered with a slight laugh. “Well thanks for that, I needed a lift for my spirits after what Marty just told me and as a result I’ll talk to Matthew about giving you boys a pay raise and a reduction for Marty.”
“HEY!” Marty protested but I ignored him and Zach grinned.
“Well you could repay me in the bedroom as well….” Zach trailed off and I paused, looked him over and grinned.
“You know what? Give me until after my promo and if you’re any good we’ll start dating.” I told him and I could’ve sworn I heard Marty’s jaw hit the floor when he heard that, alongside the sound of the Skar Bros. high fiving. “Well Marty, feel free to take your blue balls into the other room, I’ll make sure Al finds some porno for you to jerk off too.” I told him and Marty reluctantly left the room, now that I’m alone I started on my promo. “I’m not going to waste any time here, this week I’m in a huge six person tag team match and I’m teaming with The Fallen, together we can’t lose but I still have to do this!”
First up is the former champion.
“Roxi, Roxi, Roxi, you were holding that Bombshell Championship for so long that it was almost like a hostage situation! But alas you finally lost it to one of my partners in this six person tag team match and obviously your attention will be on her! Big mistake as far as I’m concerned because whilst you may be SCW’s resident superhero not even you can fight off me and Raynin!”
Next up is her partner from last week Emma.
“For the second week in a row Emma Rose and Roxi Johnson are teaming up, you’d think that they were going after the Bombshell Tag Titles! You may have had a relatively easy win last week Emma but this match will be anything but easy for you! On a side note, first opponent to make a joke about how easy it is to get me to spread my legs will get hurt, badly, as for you Emma, you’re not as notable as your partners and you’ll be defeated all the same!”
Last but not least is Joanne.
“And that leads me to the wildcard on the opposing team Joanne Canelli The Jersey Devil Diva, correct me if I’m wrong, oh wait, I’m not wrong, it was on TV for fuck’s sake, anyway the bottom line is you took the fall for your team last week and you are being forced to team with the team that defeated you last week, it doesn’t exactly take a genius to figure out that there’s bad blood in the water and me and The Fallen are sharks that smelled the blood!”
It’s that simple.
“You girls may not like it but the truth is that you can’t ask for a better trio of Bombshells in this company! You have the experience of The Fallen coupled with my many talents in the ring and you know what that equals? An unstoppable team, we’ll be a well-oiled machine, no innuendo intended, and you free will be fighting us and a civil war amongst your ranks, that only means one thing and that’s my team walking out the winners.”
And with that I decided to wrap things up.
“Emma, Roxi and Joanne is an all-out brawl waiting to happen, me and The Fallen complement each other’s styles so well you’d think I was the fourth member of The Fallen! If you can’t get the subtle hints then here are the facts, the Future is here and the Prodigal Daughter is teaming up with The Fallen, we can’t lose!”
I left the room as the scene fades.
