***The scene opens up inside Blaque Hart's wrestling school "No Pain, No gain!" The camera pans around the facility showing the trainers and trainees in ring running the ropes and spots as well as some people just sitting or standing around conversing. The camera then enters the office of Bruce Evans who is sitting in his office behind the desk. He's wearing black slacks, a red long sleeve Canadian Hitmen jersey, and black and red shoes. His hair is tied back in a ponytail like usual. As the camera pans in on Bruce he looks into it and begins to speak***
BHBE: This Sunday, Sin City Wrestling presents Climax Control! The 94th Edition to be exact! It's nearing the century mark, and what better way to enter that historic number than to have the greatest of all time to start the show. Ya know, I was here when this company got off the ground, I was here when this company was at the top of the top. This company was sailing over all the others because we were the cream of the crop.... But I don't know where we're headed now!
***Blaque pauses as he looks out of the window to the office which points directly to the training ring. A few guys are running the ropes***
BHBE: I say that because honestly I don't know where this company is heading. At Violent Conduct I saw some things that made me question my return. I saw a division completely dominated by ONE group of girls. I saw a world champion that in my eyes CAN NOT be stopped by ANYONE but ME! Most important the world saw the return of a FRANCHISE, an ICON, and LEGEND!
***Bruce pauses again to take a sip of water from the bottle in front of him***
BHBE: Jon Dough. The first person sent at me from the front office. I guess they thought that he'd be the one to make me want to leave again. They were wrong. I guess they though he'd be the one to beat me and make me consider giving up this business for good, they were wrong. Ya see, I did exactly what I said I would do at Violent Conduct. I beat him! I taught him a lesson! I made him famous! Just by him getting in that ring with me I made him a household name. Jon, I know your life has been rough. Ya don't know much about where you came from or who you are. I'll tell you who you are.You are the man that will go down in history as the man that Blaque Hart Bruce Evans made his return to on my climb back to the top!
***Bruce looks around the office***
BHBE: This school right here is MINE!It's me showing these people how to be on that level. That level that many people will NEVER get to reach in their careers. I've been world champion before in other companies, but I've yet to hold any gold in this company. In the past I've blamed that on the office for holding me back and giving me matched with guys who were no where near my talent level. I've blamed them for putting me in matches with guys I'd never heard of. Truth be told, the roster in S.C.W. has been by far the best I have ever seen. It was me. It was me that held myself down and held myself back. I didn't have that confidence that made me the man that I became. Simply put I lost it. But boys, it's back and I'm back and I promise all of the people in this promotion that things this time around will be different because I am back to win some gold!
***Bruce stands up from his chair and stretches out a little. He then walks over to the door and opens it.***
BHBE: Rob, teach them to take back bumps from the top!
***The instructor Rob looks at Bruce and nods his head, Bruce closes the door back. Goes back to his chair and sits back down***
BHBE: So this week the company gives me another guy coming off the injured list. I don't know what they're trying to do here but I'll take it. Jon Dough came off the injured list and I beat him. Steve Romane is coming off injury and I'll beat him too. I see that he trains at the Staggs school which is cool. but trust me buddy that school is no where as hard and talented as mine. Ya see, my guys work their asses off and go on to join some of the top promotions across the world, and become some of the best of all time. I watched ya earlier and I will agree with you on one thing. I've NEVER held a title for this company and neither have you. We have that in common and lets face it that's all we have in common. Other than that we're on two different playing fields, in two different worlds. I am Bruce Evans, you are Steve Romane. It's like comparing apples and oranges. Two completely different things. In your career you have accomplished some great things, but they've been in the past and you haven't been relevant since. I appreciate what you've done in your career and the fact that you go out there and do all that you do for the fans. But, like JON we've seen that trying to please those people gets you no where. Face it, it's all about pleasing yourself first. So this Sunday at Climax Control, I'll do to you what I did to Jon at Violent Conduct. I will make you famous. By you just stepping in the ring with me your stock automatically goes up. You're not going to be famous for winning. You're going to be famous for stepping in the same ring with the greatest of all time.
***Bruce takes a deep breath as he looks around his office with a smile on his face***
BHBE: I've worked my ass off since day one. When I came in this business I had goals and to be honest I've reached nearly off of them. There are a few left but I promise they'll be done.This Sunday I do something I DO NOT take pride in. I go on a tour that represents the military of the United States. Anyone who knows me or has followed me through out my career knows how I feel about the united states. I'm born in Calgary Alberta, Canada and am a very proud Canadian. I don't agree with any of what the states has been doing in the past few years and I ain't afraid to voice my opinions. I think the president is a joke and the way things are ran over there area complete mess. Normally I would reject going on such a tour but I've agreed to do this one simply to prove that I am still the best at what I do. I'm not going to go out there and wrestle for the American troops, I'm going out there to wrestle for me. Steve Romane, you can surround yourself with whatever group of Sin City Wrestlers you want, just like America surrounds itself with the wrong people. Bottom line is this, Sunday Night you're another person in my way. I don't know you, I don't care! You just like Dough are just people put in my way at an attempt to stop me from climbing that ladder. Ya talk about your goals by the end of the year holding a title, that won't happen. Not on my watch anyways. As far as I see it the only thing you'll be doing by the end of the year is spending more time with your troll of a wife and that little kid of yours because if I get my way you will be back on that injured list. The Best there's ever been is back and it's time for me to show you all what I am capable of doing and exactly why I am exactly what I say I am. Romane, I'll see you in two days!
***Bruce stands up and walks out of the office to assist in the training of his students as the scene fades out***
