Title: The Batmobile and The Afterparty

Monday

In just two weeks time, I have to face not one…not two…not even THREE other opponents.  No, I have to face FIVE other guys.  As if it wasn’t easy enough winning this title, now they are making it five times harder to retain it!  Well, I think I need to be honest with myself here and say there will be only three real challenges in this match.  The other two…well, they’re just filler.  This week is going to be a pretty busy week, so what I’m going to do is fairly simple to understand.  Since I have five guys to focus on, I’m going to take it one day at a time.  One day, one opponent.

I’ll work my way up, and save the most challenging for last.  So who do I think I need to worry about the least?  What man in this match do I feel simply stands no chance of walking out with the title, and was just thrown into this just because?  The answer is fairly simple.

Lucas Darby.

Seriously?  Lucas Darby?  Who the hell is this fool?  He debuted in SCW not that long ago, and already he’s got a title shot?  Now, correct me if I’m wrong, but I think that Lucas was just in the wrong place and the RIGHT time when the Mark and Christian decided to make this match.  Maybe I should have been paying closer attention to this guy though, because they wouldn’t have given him this shot for no reason, right?  I’d certainly hope not, because the beating he’s going to take certainly deserves a reason!

Lucas, you’ve been given a shot at something I worked my ass off for MONTHS to get.  You’ve been given a shot at the Heavyweight title…Wait, correction…MY Heavyweight Title, after just how long?  Don’t think for one second that I’m going to let all my hard work go down the drain for the new kid in town.  Not only that, but I’m fairly our other opponents won’t allow it either.  We’ll all be looking to take you out of the equation first, you know.  You’re fresh meat that wants something he hasn’t earned yet.  Maybe in time you’ll earn it, but as of right now, you haven’t.

But here’s my advice…Don’t give up.  Don’t let your impending loss at Summer XXXTreme drag you down, because I didn’t.  I’ve worked my ass off since debuting in SCW, and even before then to finally get to this point…to finally hold Heavyweight Gold in my hands.  If you want it that much, you CAN get it one day.  But, as I said, your day hasn’t arrived yet.  My time as SCW Heavyweight Champion has only just started, and I’ll be damned if I let some rookie climb to the top so soon.

So here is what I want you to do.  I want you to stand back and let the big boys fight it out, okay?  Don’t use this match as a way to show you can fight in the big leagues, because honestly, what you’ve been thrown into is not good for you.  If you make the mistake of pissing me off, I won’t hesitate to take you out!  I’ll end your career before it’s even had a chance to begin kid.  Think about it.

Don’t piss me off, Lucas.  Because if you do…it’ll only end badly for you.

Tuesday

The next person I don’t find a challenge might honestly surprise you.  This man has a very decorated career, albeit outside of SCW, but he is a multi-time champion in his own respect.  So why on earth would I not find a former champion a threat?  If you think about it, I have quite a good reason, which I’m about to explain.

Jordan Williams…Yes, I said Jordan Williams.  You may be a former champion.  You may have held World and Heavyweight gold many many times throughout your career, but let me make my opinion of you very clear right now.  You’ve lost your touch, bud.  You simply don’t have what it takes anymore.  You want to hold Heavyweight gold one more time?  Let me be honest with you hear.  Watching you continue on like this is pissing me off, but not for the reason you might think.

How many championships have you held, Jordan?  I can’t even keep count on my fingers and toes the exact amount, and for that, you have my respect.  But...[/b]BUT[/b], what exactly have you done in SCW so far?  Oh, I’m sorry, you held the Tag Team Championships with Casey Williams for a short time during your short stay in the New X-Tremes, but if you ask me, that win was nothing but absolute luck!  You were brought into SCW to make a statement, and for a brief second, you did.  But your return was quickly outshined.  No offense to my buddy Spike Staggs, but his choice in bringing you back as part of NXT was a big mistake.

So, why exactly are you pissing me off, Jordan?  What reason do I have to be so angry with you, that I’m going to enjoy giving you this beating at Summer XXXTreme?  You refuse to end your career on a high note.  You want to prove to everyone that you’ve got one last run in you as a Heavyweight Champion, and you fail to realize that all you are doing each and every day is showing that your time is done.  Your moment in the spotlight is over, and your just disappointing your fans every time you step into that ring.

How much longer can your body handle this?  How much longer can your MIND handle the constant travelling that you do?  Going back and forth between Japan and the United States has to be tough, Jordan.  So why do you continue to do it?  You’ve achieved so much in your career already, why go through the disappointment trying for “one last run”?

Do you want to know another reason I know you’re losing your prime?  You actually trusted Nick Jones.  Really, Jordan?!  You believed that act he was putting on for the past couple of months.  I think you’re starting to show signs of dementia old man.  What other excuse could you possibly have for actually believing that guys like Nick Jones can change?  I’m disappointed, Jordan.

As much as I feel for you, Jordan, I can’t allow your final wish to be granted.  I can’t let you have “one last run.”  You’ve had it all, Jordan.  You’ve achieved legend status in this business, but at Summer XXXTreme, it’ll all be done.  I’ll do my best to let you walk away with your dignity intact, but if you refuse to see that your career is done, I’ll have no choice but to show it to you first hand.  Fair warning, Jordan…It’ll be much more painful that way.

End your career on a high note, Jordan.

Wednesday

I’m taking a break from my opponents today, because at the moment, I have something much more important to focus on.  Something I’ve been waiting for for the past few weeks.  It’s time to take a day to have a whole lot of fun, and prove to Gabriel…and Angel…just who has the better car.  Las Vegas Motor Speedyway, here I come!!!

Today is the day…the day your SCW Heavyweight Champion has been bragging about for the past few weeks ever since Gabriel bought him his shiny new car. Ever since that day, when Rage first drove down the roads of Las Vegas, he formulated a plan in his head. He drove his Hennessy Venom GT as fast as it could go and an idea popped into his mind. And the next time he laid eyes on Gabriel’s car, he just knew what had to happen. If he couldn’t beat Gabriel IN the ring, he had found the perfect way to beat him OUTSIDE the ring.

In the days leading up to today, Rage had used every possible change he got to brag to Gabriel, showing off his confidence. Rage simply could not shut up about the race, and all Gabriel could do was sit back and laugh. He let the big man have his fun, because on Wednesday, he knew that would all change.

Well, Wednesday has finally arrived, and Rage’s confidence has not faltered one bit. As per Mr. Patterson’s orders last week, Rage has arrived at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway early to fill out some paperwork. Not only did he get the paperwork sorted, but he used the chance to do a drive a single lap around the empty track as a practice run. He couldn’t wipe that smile off his face as he sped around the track. As he approached the finish line, he saw Gabriel’s white Bugatti Veyron pulling into the speedway, followed by the familiar vehicles belonging to the rest of the Sins. Rage parked his car at the line and turned off the ignition as Gabriel drove around the track, stopping next to Rage’s car. Both men stepped out of their cars, turning their attention to one another.

Gabriel: Getting ready to lose, baldy?

Rage laughs and pats the top of his car with a confident and almost cocky smile.

Rage: Far from it, magic man. This car was made to win, but you’ll find that out shortly won’t ya?

Gabriel places his hands on the top of his own car, smiling just as confidently at his bald-headed friend and opponent for the day.

Gabriel: You know, normally confidence is a good thing, bud. But today, for you, it’s not. That Batmobile doesn’t stand a chance.

Rage rolls his eyes, letting a low growl out. As he is about to respond, he and Gabriel look in between their cars, as the third participant for today’s race has just arrived. Both men can’t help but chuckle as the ever familiar vehicle belonging to Angel is now parked in between the two, with Angel seated on top of it. Rage scratches his head, still unsure of Angel’s involvement in the race, but Gabriel keeps a smile on his face. Synn, Despayre, Shane, Fantasia and Kittie all walk up to the scene. Despayre is noticeably more excited about today’s events than the rest.

Despayre: Yeah! Me and Angel are so excited! We can’t wait for him to win today!

Rage lets out a loud snort that causes everyone to stare at him. He smiles and shakes his head and looks at Despayre.

Rage: Despy, you do realize that I’m letting Angel be a part of this race just for fun, right? That thing won’t beat mine or Gabriel’s cars.

Despayre folds his arms across his chest, pouts and then sticks his tongue out at Rage.

Despayre: I never said he’d beat Gabriel’s car. He only plans to beat the Batmobile!

Gabriel again smiles, and laughs, as do the others. Rage can’t help but show his amusement, even though his is for a different reason. But he continues to shake his head.

Rage: Oh really? Is that so?

Despayre nods.

Despayre: Yep!

Rage: Okay, then. How about we make a little bet then? That’s only fair, right? I mean, I’m racing Gabriel for the bar tab for Summer XXXTreme, so we should make our own terms.

Synn clears his throat behind them, showing he is against this idea.

Synn: I really don’t think that is such a wise idea, Rage.

Rage holds his hand up, nodding at Synn.

Rage: It’s okay, Synn. Despy can name his terms if Angel wins. As for mine…

Rage walks around his car, stopping right in front of Angel. He folds his arms across his muscular chest and grins.

Rage: Despy…Angel…When I beat Angel’s car in this race, I’m off the hook for the swear jar. I won’t have to put one more single penny in that jar! Ever!

Despayre runs up to Angel, scooping his loyal companion in his arms. He converses with Angel for a few minutes, quietly of course. He then spins around, grinning at Rage.

Despayre: Deal! But when Angel wins, you have to wear the costume that we picked out for you to our Superhero and Villains part tonight!

Rage snorts again and extends his hand out for a shake to seal the deal.

Rage: Alright, you’ve got a deal!

Despayre then places Angel’s little paw in Rage’s hand, surprising him. Rage reluctantly shake’s Angel’s paw, agreeing to the terms. Despayre starts running around excitedly. As Gabriel and Rage wait for everyone they’ve invited to arrive, Shane turns to Synn with a smile.

Shane: Are you gonna enjoy seeing the shock on Rage’s face when that little surprise under Angel’s car is ignited?

Synn: I tried to warn him, but does he ever listen?

Shane laughs and then heads back over to Fantasia, wrapping his arm around her. He leads her into the grandstands, with Synn and Kittie following behind. Despayre has rejoined Rage and Gabriel on the track as they wait for the race to start.

Over the next hour, the invited guests finally start to arrive, joining the Seven Deadly Sins in the grandstands. SCW Co-Owners, ‘Hot Stuff’ Mark Ward and Christian Underwood couldn’t pass up the opportunity to witness such an event, and they take a seat in the front row of seats with the Sins. They are followed shortly after by all three reporters, Pussy Willow, Ms. Rocky Mountains and ‘Stoner’ Scott Oliver. Several other SCW superstarts, mostly from the bombshell roster, filter into the speedway. New Bombshell Tag Team Champions, Brandi Schotze and Cookie S’Mores, known as the Party Girls, arrive first, holding their championship belts. They make their way over to where Kittie is seated, sitting in the seats next to her.

Shortly after, they are joined by Odette Ryder, still looking less than herself. She takes a seat directly behind her friends and turns around to see the next person arriving. Her former tag team partner and one of her opponents at Summer XXXTreme, Carly Athens, has just arrived. The two exchange dirty looks, but Odette is quick to turn back around and ignore her former friend. Down on the track, Rage and Gabriel have taken notice of Carly’s arrival. Carly smiles and waves to Rage, even blowing him a kiss, before she takes a seat. Gabriel sees Carly’s greeting to Rage. He raises and eyebrow and immediately questions Rage.

Gabriel: Am I seeing things or did she just blow you a kiss, baldy?

Rage rolls his eyes and turns his attention to Gabriel as the start of the race draws near.

Rage: Please don’t ask.

Gabriel: I just did…

Before Rage has a chance to come back with his angry response, the arrival of two women grab’s everyone’s attention. One of them is very familiar to those in attendance, but her equally feisty friend is new to the group.

“HEY SCW! ARE YOU READY TO HAVE SOME FUN?!”

Everyone in attendance turns around as the two women stand at the entrance. The familiar of the two, being the woman with reddish brown hair, holding a stuffed pink flamingo. It’s that crazy Maggie chick again! She’s been known to appear every so often with her stuffed pink flamingo companion, Chrissy in tow. Her arrival causes a few in attendance to laugh, namely Mark Ward and Christian Underwood. Down on the track, Rage shakes his head.

Maggie is wearing a ‘Team Rage’ t-shirt, while Chrissy the Pink Flamingo has on a pint-sized ‘Team Angel’ t-shirt. Their friend, the woman with wavy brown hair and about the same height as Maggie, is wearing a ‘Team Gabriel’ t-shirt to round out the teams, and she is holding a large bag in her hand. Their arrival doesn’t draw the attention they want, however.

Maggie: Geez, are you people deaf?! We asked if you’re ready to have some fun?!

Again, they receive no response, and both women get saddened pouting expressions on their faces.

Maggie: Wow, tough crowd. C’mon Courtney, let’s go find some good seats!

The two, err, three, skip off to find some seats. Courtney looks at all the Bombshells in attendance, smiling from ear to ear. In a very noticeable Australian accent, she addresses all of them.

Courtney: G’day slappers!

All the bombshells look slightly confused at this greeting, except Odette Ryder, who finally manages to crack a smile. Maggie and Courtney walk past Carly Athens, and Courtney reaches into the bag pulling out a t-shirt. She tosses it to Carly with a smile.

Courtney: We have t-shirts for everyone! Go Gabriel!

Maggie: No! Go Rage!

They two women then look at Chrissy the Pink Flamingo, and Maggie holds her up, showing Chrissy’s support for Angel. They are now receiving several laughs as they take their seats in the grandstands, turning their attention to Rage, Gabriel, Despayre and Angel down on the track. Rage is still shaking his head, trying to ignore the newest arrivals, when Mr. Patterson has joined them. He’s holding a microphone in his hand as he addresses all those in attendance.

Mr. Patterson: Hello, everyone, and welcome! On behalf of the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, I’d like to welcome you all to this very special race. Two of Sin City Wrestling’s champions will take to our track and—

Despayre: THREE! THREE OF SCW’S CHAMPIONS!

Despayre interrupts Mr. Patterson, causing another round of laughs from everyone in the stands. Maggie and Courtney cheer loudly.

Mr. Patterson: I do apologize. Three of Sin City Wrestling’s champions will take to our tack in this friendly race. Now, I’ve been informed that between Rage and Gabriel, whomever should lose, will be paying for everyone’s drinks on next week’s cruise for your supercard event, Summer XXXTreme!

In the stands, Brandi Schotze immediately jumps to her feet.

Brandi: Yeaaaaaaaah!

Rage and Gabriel can’t help but laugh, and Brandi once again takes a seat. Mr. Patterson even cracks a smile, witnessing this wild bunch for the very first time.

Mr. Patterson: Now, here is what is going to happen. This track is a mile and a half in length. At the wave of the green flag, all three participants will do one single lap around the track. Whoever crosses the finish line first is your winner! Are there any questions?

In the stands, Maggie and Courtney immediately raise their hands excitedly. Mr. Patterson points to them.

Mr. Patterson: Yes ladies?

Courtney: Can we wave the green flag?!

Maggie: Hey! No fair! I want to wave it!

Courtney: Ok, fine! Then you can wave the green flag, and I’ll wave the checkered flag?!

The two high five, and look down to Mr. Patterson waiting for an answer. Mr. Patterson looks at both Rage and Gabriel, the look telling them it is their decision. They both shrug then nod, agreeing.

Mr. Patterson: Very well then ladies.

Maggie and Courtney waste no time in running over to the balcony where the flag-man(I think that’s what they are called! Oh who cares!) is. He hands Maggie the green flag, and Courtney the checkered flag, and they all turn their attention back to the track.

Mr. Patterson: Ok then. Gentleman, please get into your vehicles and get ready for the race to begin!

In a show of good sportsmanship, Rage and Gabriel shake hands, also shaking ‘paws’ with Angel. They get into their respective vehicles, and moments later, the sound of the engines revving is heard.  Mr. Patterson looks between all participants, and then to the croud.

Mr. Patterson: Alright gentleman, and Angel…Are you ready?!

Rage and Gabriel rev their engines once again as a show of agreement, and Angel’s little car horn is heard.  Everyone smiles and laughs, as Mr. Patterson looks to Maggie as she is holding the green flag eagerly.

Mr. Patterson: Right…On the count of three.  One!

The engines revving gets louder and more frequent.

Mr. Patterson: Two…

Rage and Gabriel take one last look at each other, and then to Angel.

Mr. Patterson: THREE!

Maggie waves the green flag excitedly, and all three are off!  Rage and Gabriel take off like a bat out of hell, while poor Angel is quite a bit aways behind them.  Both men have special in-car cameras set up inside their vehicles.  The first switches to Gabriel’s car.  He looks in his rearview mirror, seeing Angel’s car, and a disappointed look almost falls over his face.

Gabriel: C’mon Angel!  What are you waiting for?!

Gabriel looks to his right, where he sees Rage’s car driving almost neck and neck with his, though Gabriel’s is just inches in the lead.  Rage looks towards Gabriel, an arrogant smile on his face, when the in-car view switches to his.

Rage: Now what, Gabriel?!  You’re going down magic man!  C’mon!

Rage slams on the gas, trying to get the edge over Gabriel as they round turn two of the race track.  Rage glances in his own rearview mirror, also taking note that Angel is still very far behind, and only getting further from his view.  Everyone in the stands seems to be rooting for Angel, and from the side of the track, Despayre watches nervously, rooting his bestest friend on!  Rage lets out a sort of a laugh as he shakes his head, but he turns his attention back to the race with Gabriel, who has now pulled further ahead of him!  Rage’s eyes widen.

Rage: No!  No!  No!  You’re not gonna win this one, Gabriel!

Rage slams on the gas once again, and his car gains speed, and distance on Gabriel.  He’s close to getting neck and with Gabriel once again, as they round turn three, getting closer and closer to the finish line.  Rage yells excitedly, and inside Gabriel’s car, he looks behind them at Angel.

Gabriel: Now Angel!  NOW!

And just as if Angel can hear Gabriel, everyone notices a large flame ignited under Angel’s car, and it speeds off like a rocket!  He quickly gains on the Rage and Gabriel, but Rage doesn’t seem to notice, as he is too focused on beating Gabriel and not Angel.  In the grandstands, everyone is on their feet at this latest development.  Rage looks briefly at those in attendance, thinking they are cheering him on and his confidence and arrogance finally gets the best of him.  He looks at Gabriel, who is smiling and laughing, and that one moment of distraction is enough to slow him down just enough.  Gabriel takes the lead, and shortly after, Angel speeds by Rage’s car!  Courtney waves the checkered flag as both Gabriel and Angel cross the finish line at the same time, and the crowd goes wild!  Rage, on the other hand, is in shock.  His mouth has dropped open, and his car has slowed down considerably as he finally passes the finish line, then slams on his breaks.  Gabriel’s and Angel’s cars have both turned around, and are facing Rage’s.  Gabriel is smiling widely at their bald-headed friend.

Gabriel: I told ya, baldy!  Better get that wallet of yours stocked!

And just like that, Rage is in a full blow fit!  He is slammed his fist on his steering wheel screaming and yelling.  Just at the right moment, when his yelling turns to loud swearing, Gabriel lays his hand on his car’s horn, trying to drown out Rage.  It doesn’t seem to work, however, and on the track, Despayre looks at Rage in shock.

Despayre: THAT’S YOUR WHOLE PAYCHECK IN THE SWEAR JAR!!

Everyone in attendance just watches as Rage continues to throw his fit, and they all laugh.  Mark Ward and Christian Underwood smile and nod in approval, and the members of the Seven Deadly Sins can only shake their head and laugh at their big angry friend.  Kittie turns to Synn, smiling curiously.

Kittie: So, what costume did Despy pick out for our pissed off friend?

Synn turns and looks at Kittie.  Even he can’t help but let a little smile form at the corner of his mouth.

Synn: Take one look at that car of his and tell me the first thing that pops into your mind.

They all look at Rage’s car, and at the same time burst out into laughter.  Everyone, including Maggie and Courtney, make their way down to the track to join Rage, Gabriel, Despayre and Angel.

Later that night…

Everyone has made their way over to Synn’s place.  Cars are parked everywhere in the driveway, but only one vehicle is on ‘display.’  Rage’s Hennessy Venom GT is parked in front of Synn’s mansion (that’s all I can really call it!), and a photographer stands next to it.  A sign is set up a few feet away informing everyone to get a free picture taken with the ‘Batmobile.’  More guests arrive, dressed in their choice of costume for the night.  As per Despayre’s orders, everyone in attendance must be dressed as either a superhero or a villain!  Take your pick.

As the camera opens up inside, we see that not one person is out of costume.  There are Spidermen.  Supermen.  Wonderwomen.  Of course there are a few villains as well, but the Superheros only get the attention for now! \'tongue.gif\'

The members of the Seven Deadly Sins are all gathered at the bottom of the stairs, with the exception of Rage as he is nowhere to be found.   They are all dressed in their costumes, though Shane can barely be considered “dressed” in much of anything in that He-Man costume of his!  Fantasia stands next to him as Teela.

Despayre: WE’RE WAITING!

Despayre, dressed in his Robin costume for the night, holds Angel as Superbear in his hand and yells up the stairs.  Synn looks upstairs with a shake of his head.

Synn: I don’t think he’s going to come down here that easily, Joshua.  Perhaps Shane could drag him down here?

They all look at He-Man, and he shakes his head.

He-Man Shane: No way!  You saw that costume!

Synn then looks to Gabriel, dressed in his Venom costume.

Synn: Gabriel?

Like Shane, Gabriel shakes his head.

Gabriel: No thanks.  I’ll wait here.

Just then, Kittie shoves her way past everyone.  Her choice of costume for the evening?  Harley Quinn, the Joker’s sidekick!  She storms her way upstairs.

Kittie: Oh come on you big angry baby!  Get your ass down here!

Despayre: SWEAR JAR!

Kittie glares downstairs and sticks her tongue out, then continues walking up the stairs as everyone in attendance watches on, waiting for their guest of honor to make his appearance.  A door is heard slamming, followed by Kittie’s laughter.

Rage: GET THE HELL OUT OF HERE!

The rest of the Sins all laugh as the Rage and Kittie’s bickering goes back and forth.

Kittie: Suck it up and get your ass downstairs!  Everyone is waiting for you ya big ape!

Rage: No!  I’m not going down there dressed in this shit!  I look like an idiot!

Kittie: I actually think it suits you.  Now come on!

More shouting, and the sound of something crashing to the floor follows.  Synn’s housekeeper, Theresa, walks out of the kitchen just in time to hear it and she looks upstairs.

Theresa: I’m not cleaning that up!

The sound of the door opening is heard, and Kittie shoves Rage out of the room.  He lands just in front of the top of the stairs in plain view of everyone in attendance.  They gasp, and Shane and Gabriel laugh.  Rage is standing at the top of the stairs dressed as…

BATMAN!

Everyone claps and cheers for their SCW Heavyweight Champion, but he stands at the top of the stairs clearly not amused or thrilled.  His arms are folded across his chest and he glares at Shane and Gabriel as they continue to laugh at him.  Kittie walks up behind him and kicks his leg.

Kittie: You forgot something dipshit!

Rage refuses to turn around so Kittie takes it upon herself to wrap Rage’s SCW Heavyweight title around him, securing it around his waist.

Kittie: There.  Now get your ass downstairs and have a good time, would ya?

Rage shakes his head, refusing to join the others.

Kittie: Damn it!  They’ve already seen you, so just get it over with already!

Rage: No!  They’re all laughing at me already!  I’m not joining this stupid party!  I’m going to take this ridiculous costume off, and I’m leaving!

Rage turns around, ready to do exactly what he said he was going to, but Kittie stands her ground, refusing to step aside for the big man.  Rage looks down at her, giving her a warning look.

Rage: Kittie…Move!

Kittie shakes her head, and the others keep a close watch on the situation, though they are all still smiling.  Synn in particular, keeps an eye on Rage’s backside as he is dressed in that life-like Batman costume.

Kittie: Nope.  Don’t make me kick you down the stairs, because I’ll do it!

Rage: I’d like to see you try!  I can easily lift you up and move you myself, and you better believe I’ll do it if you don’t—

Just then, Kittie stomps down on Rage’s foot, which is the only thing that is not in costume, or protected by a strong set of boots.  He jumps back, nearly falling down the stairs, but he catches a hold of the banister just in time!  Kittie steps toward him, a look a fury in her eyes.

Kittie: GET YOUR ASS DOWNSTAIRS RIGHT NOW!

Rage: Alright!  Alright!  Geez!

Having no choice but to give in, Rage turns around, showing the reluctance on his face…or at least what you can see of his face as most of it is hidden through that batman mask.  He slowly begins making his way down the stairs, as his fellow stablemates clap and cheer him on with a few laughs thrown in for good measure.  Kittie follows behind him, making sure he doesn’t change his mind and quickly make a run for it back upstairs.  Once he has joind the others, he looks directly at Synn, very unpleased.

Rage:  What the hell?!  Where’s your costume, Synn?!

Synn: Do you really need to ask such a question?

Rage: Obviously I do, because I’m being forced to wear this ridiculous get-up, but you’re not?!  This is bullshit!

Rage is about to turn around and head back upstairs, but once again, Kittie stops him.  Even Despayre runs to stand in front of him, but he still looks excited despite Rage’s lack of enthusiasm.

Despayre: No!  You have to stay in costume!  We need a picture of Batman with the Batmobile!!!

Quiet chuckling is heard behind them, but Rage doesn’t turn around to address it.  He folds his arms across his chest and just looks at Despayre.

Rage: Excuse me?  What was that?

Despayre: Can’t you hear through that mask?!  I said, we need pictures of Batman with the Batmobile!

Rage: I heard you Despy.

Despayre: Then why did you ask?

Rage shakes his head and growls in frustration.  He turns around and looks to the others, still feeling like a complete fool.

Rage: Absolutely NO pictures.

Just then, that ever familiar Australian accent is heard from across the room.

Odette: Aww c’mon RageFace!  Don’t be a party pooper!

Rage shakes his head, and looks toward the floor.  He slowly turns around to face the bubbly Australian, and New X-Treme’s member.  Odette is dressed in a Supergirl outfit for the evening.  Odette walks up to Rage, and to his surprise, she grabs him by the arm, and starts dragging him toward to the front door.

Odette: Come on everyone!  RageFace is going outside for a little photoshoot with the Batmobile!  AND he’s even going to take a picture with each and every one of you with it!  He’ll sign autographs later!

Rage: What?!  NO I WON’T!  Let me go

Though Rage is clearly stronger than Odette, he doesn’t seem to put up a fight to get away from her.  She drags him outside to where his car is on display.  The photographer hired for the evening takes one look at Rage and can’t help but crack a smile.  Rage shoots him an evil glare.

Rage: Don’t even think about laughing jackass.

The photographer takes a step back, clearly intimidated by the big man.  Most of the party guests have made their way outside, not wanting to pass up the chance to join in on this fun.  Odette has managed to take the lead in this situation.

Odette: Alright, everyone form a line!  RageFace, go stand by your car.  I’ll go first!

Rage tries to back away, only to be blocked by Gabriel and Shane.  Both have big smiles on their faces, clearly enjoying every minute of this.

Rage: No!  NO PICTURES!

Rage turns around, bumping into Gabriel and Shane.  The other Sins have joined in on the “barricade”, and all the guests have started clapping their hands and cheering.  To Rage’s horror, they all start chanting “Batman! Batman! Batman!” This only further agitates him, and he shakes his head furiously.

Rage: C’MON!  This is bullshit!!  I look ridiculous!

Gabriel: No, you look bad ass!  Batman is bad ass, bud!

Despayre: Yeah!  Oooh, Angel!  That’s a GREAT idea!

Rage turns his head, immediately curious after hearing “Angel” and “idea” in the same sentence.

Rage: Whatever it is…the answer is NO!

Despayre: Angel says it will help you in your match!  Batman always beats the bag guys!

Rage: Despy, where are you going with this?!

Despayre: You need to be Batman during your match!  Then you’re guaranteed to win!

Everyone snickers and laughs, suddenly getting the image of Rage dressed as Batman in the main event of Summer XXXTreme.  Rage shakes his head furiously, pointing at Despayre.

Rage: No!  NO! NO! NO!  That is NOT happening!  I’d rather get my picture taken in this shit than EVER have to wrestle in it!

Odette: Yay!  It’s settled then!  C’mon!  Get your butt over here!

Rage takes a deep breath and shakes his head in shame, finally having no choice but to give in.  He walks over to his car, almost pouting.  The photographer gets his camera ready, and he directs Rage where to stand.  As if being in character perfectly, Rage doesn’t smile once.  He does as he’s told as one by one, every one of the guests takes their turn standing and posing next to him…next to Batman.  Rage breathes a sigh of relief as the final guest steps up to the car with him, and the photographer snaps the picture.  He is about to head back inside with the rest of the guests, when a familiar voice is heard behind him.  Luckily Odette has disappeared back inside, otherwise Rage might have to play referee.

”It seems as though you’ve saved the best for last.”

Rage turns around, and who should be standing in front of him?  CATWOMAN! Well, it’s Carly Athens dressed at Catwoman.  How fitting, considering the odd relationship, if that’s what you can call it, these two have been involved in lately.

Rage: What do you want?

Carly: What?  You mean you don’t have any compliments for my costume?  I picked it out especially for you.

Rage takes in a deep breath.  He does his best not to notice Carly’s costume, but he’d be a fool not to notice the form fitting leather body suit.  Carly walks towards Rage very seductively, pulling him towards the car.

Carly: It’s time for a real photoshoot.  This party just got a hell of a lot better now that I’m here.  I hope you’re ready to have a good time, babe.

Rage glances down at Carly, and although you can’t see it through his mask, he raises an eyebrow.  She begins doing pose after pose against Rage, as the photographer keeps snapping the pictures.  Rage doesn’t move an inch, and even attempt to argue as he lets Carly work her magic.

Thursday

Opponent number three is a man I can h onestly say I don’t have one ounce of respect for.  This man has done nothing to earn my respect, or anyone else’s for that matter.  Even “Hot Stuff” Mark Ward can’t stand him, and he’s not without good reason.  Oh, it was great to see Mark beat the hell out of Kain at London Brawling.  I just hope one day I’m lucky enough to get that chance.  But, I’ll finish what Mark started.  I’ll end Kain, whether he thinks he’s invincible or not.

Kain is the type of guy I despise…I loathe with every fiber of my being because he does whatever the heal he wants.  He thinks he deserves everything, when in reality he deserves nothing.

Kain walks around backstage week in and week out, claiming he owns SCW and that he’ll end my reign as champion.  He runs his mouth constantly saying he’s the real champion and he calls himself the “King of Kings”.  If that doesn’t make me want to punch the fuck out of him, just his voice only would do the trick.

He has this annoying God complex going on, and he thinks he’s tough shit, but all he’s showing me is how big of a douchebag he really is!  He’s been running around attacking Nick Jones the past few weeks, but aside from that mess that was the six man tag team match this past Sunday, he hasn’t attempted to make a statement to the one who really matters at the moment…Me!  In fact, none of these idiots have.  If Kain is as great as he thinks he is, you’d think he would want to prove it right?

Apparently not.  Apparently big bad Kain is too scared to try and attack me, because he knows I’ll embarrass him.  He’ll never admit it, but he knows I’m better than him because I am the one holding the title and he’s not.  He couldn’t do what I did.  None of these dumbasses did.

Kain is the one man in this match I’m going to enjoy beating his ass all over the ring.  He can fling out all of his self-centered egotistical bullshit, but in the end, it’s not gonna pay off.  He’ll have another failed attempt at getting what he thinks should have been his all along.  It infuriates me that Kain walks around expecting everything to just be handed to him.  He thinks he’s the best wrestler to ever grace a wrestling ring, but he hasn’t impressed me one bit.  The bosses obviously see something in him if he keeps getting one opportunity after another.  Either that or they are just trying to shut him the hell up because him constantly running his mouth is really fucking annoying!  He thinks I’ll bow to him?  *evil laugh*…Please!  I don’t bow to anyone, and if I even look like I’m going to bow to him, what I’ll really be doing is giving him a swift uppercut to his family jewels!

Christ just thinking about Kain is getting my blood boiling!  If there is one thing I will guarantee, it’s that as long as I’m breathing, he will NEVER be the Heavyweight Champion.  He’ll have to kill me first, because I’d rather see Nick Jones as the Champion then ever see Kain holding the title with that fucking ego of his.  You want respect, Kain?  Fucking earn it!  You may be one hell of a fighter, I’ll give that to you, but you’re no champion in my eyes.  You’re a whiny little bitch, who come Summer XXXTreme, will finally be silenced.  I am YOUR leader, Kain.  Whether you like it or not.  I’m the champion for a reason, and you’re making mistake after mistake as you continue to underestimate me and what I’m capable of.  Keep running your mouth Kain.  Keep thinking you’ll end my championship reign.  All you’re doing is angering the monster inside of me.

And that monster is not something you want to see.

Friday

There is one man in this match that I feel has been held back in SCW.  One man who, out of every single person on this roster, hasn’t been given the credit he truly deserves.  I’ve watched this man wrestle, and his dedication and passion for what he does should be respected by more.  He’s a former Roulette Champion, and had Nick Jones not cost him that title just a few months ago, he’d STILL be the Roulette Champion, though he deserves much more than that.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again.  I have no hatred towards Bo Dreamwolf.  If I could change the type of person I was, I can honestly say I’d want to be more like Bo Dreamwolf.  Now, as much as I enjoy unleashing my anger and beating the shit out of people just for the hell of it, the fact that it takes quite a lot to piss him off.  And even when he does get angry, he’s able to keep that anger under control.  I don’t know how he does it, but hell maybe if he wants to get anywhere in this company he should be taking lessons from me.  Austin Parker has done a damn good job training him so far, but if he wants Heavyweight gold, he needs to toughen up some.

He’s got what it takes to be the top champion, there’s no denying that.  There is no doubt in my mind that any championship that he will carry, he’d hold with dignity and with pride.  He’ll be a respectable champion…in due time.  But he has to want it as much as the rest of us.  He has to fight like he’s never fought before, and right now, I just don’t see that desire coming from him.  He can say he wants to be the Heavyweight Champion, but if he really wanted it…He’d have it by now.  He would be representing SCW as the Heavyweight Champion right now, but he’s not is he?

Why is that Bo?  What is holding you back from really shining here?  I know deep down, you’re dying to hold the Heavyweight Championship in your hands.  You’re anxious to feel the Heavyweight Title strapped around your waist.  You just haven’t admitted it to yourself yet.  And until you do, you’ll never have it.  You’ll always be so close…but so far.  You’ll have the title within your grasp, but ultimately, you won’t succeed.

And that…that makes me angry.  To know that you’re a part of this business, but you don’t show the same drive…the same HUNGER for the top prize.  I don’t get it!  You’ve got everything else it takes to be the Heavyweight Champion, but you’re just not ready.  And it really is a shame to say that.

I know at Summer XXXTreme you’ll put up a hell of a fight, but not for the same reasons as everyone else.  You want to put on a great show for the fans.  You want to show them what this sport is all about, which is respectable, but the rest of us will be focusing on walking out of that ring as the Heavyweight Champion first.  Putting on a show for the fans is second…or in some cases, the least of our worries.

Stepping into the ring against you Bo is actually an honor, but at Summer XXXTreme, I’ll be fighting to keep what is mine.  I need to do everything I possibly can to retain my title, so don’t get in my way.  I’d hate to have to hurt you…and you know I can do it.

Saturday

I’ve saved the best for last.  And I only consider this one the best, because he is the man I beat just a month ago.  This man is our former SCW Heavyweight Champion.  He held the title for five long months, until on July first, I ended it all.  I took out the man that everyone thought was unstoppable.  I beat Nick Jones!

Some called it luck…Some called it a fluke.  Hell, even Nick is running around saying I had help from my fellow Sins, but did they once lay a hand on him?  Did anything they did break the rules?  No!  They were trying to stop his piece of shit entourage from doing what they were attempting to do…help Nick win.  Nick can cry foul all he wants to, but I beat him fair and square and that is why he’s pissed.

Nick hates the thought of someone being better than him.  He can’t stand that someone else…ME…is walking around as the Heavyweight Champion.  He tried to find every excuse to blame his loss on, when he wasn’t seeing the truth.  Nick thinks that being the “nice” guy cost him the title?  Nick, quit trying to fool yourself.  Deep down, you were NEVER the nice guy.  You were just trying to convince yourself that you were, but I saw through it.  Everyone else might have been fooled for the briefest of moments, but I know guys like you…because you’re just like me.

I may not be the cocky, arrogant son of a bitch that you are, but our temper and our anger are almost the same.  I was getting pissed off the longer I went without the Heavyweight title around my waist…You’re getting more pissed off the longer you go being known as the former champion.  It’s eating you alive.  I can see it.  And now you get your chance to reclaim what was once yours.  The only difference?  It’s not a one-on-one match.

I know why you were trying to form an alliance with Jordan Williams these past few weeks.  I’m not stupid.  You were doing that because you know now that I have the title, it’s going to take everything in your power to get it away from me.  And then, you’d use the opportunity to turn your back on Jordan and take him down.  Because we all know you could beat him on your worst day.

Let me make one thing clear Nick.  You held the title for five months.  You had more time than you deserved as champion.  I’m not going to let you take it back.  I don’t care what alliances you may or may not form.  I don’t give a rat’s ass if you fight fair, or if you do what you do best and fight dirty.  I’m going to fight harder.  I’m at the top of my game right now and there’s not a damn thing you can do to drag me down.  My win over you was not a fluke and I’m going to prove it.  I’m the champion.  I’m going to remain the champion after Summer XXXTreme.  You’re not the best anymore Nick.  I am.

Does that make you angry, Nick?  I hope it does, because it makes me very…very..HAPPY!

See you all at Summer XXXTreme…I’m ready for a fight!
