It finally happened, Logan has lost his first match in SCW as Miles scored the win in a chaotic match! But this week? Well, he was facing the man who officiated his first ever match in SCW (not to mention his debut match) Guy With A Cape! But this was a Guy’s Funhouse Match! Meaning? Guy could do whatever he wanted! Logan? He had to abide by the traditional rules! Can Logan bounce back?

Climax Control didn’t go as planned.
For all our planning, for everything that Brooke did to help me against Miles there was ONE thing we didn’t account for and that was Miles’s husband choosing love over loyalty to the Go Gym.
And to think, I once respected HB Carter as a competitor!
And now I find myself in a completely different match against Guy With a Cape, a jester pretending to be a referee who was finally called out for his bullshit after the match between Callaway and Wolfe which led to this match being made because he was the referee for my debut match against Justin Smith, a debut match that he nearly ruined for his amusement, I have no time for that idiot’s games but Christian saw fit to make this match before the match between me and Miles started.
It wouldn’t have affected my status in the chamber match if I had won really, it was just a matter of whether or not this would build up my momentum for that match and now? Well, I still have a way to get on the Blaze of Glory card because me and LJ still have unfinished business.
Including the challenge for a mixed tag match that was laid out.
“So, you two came back from San Diego late last night, you stormed up to your room and Logan went straight down here.” Brooke’s older twin sister Marissa, or Mari as she liked to be called, commented as she walked towards Brooke who glanced up at her. “I take it Climax Control didn’t go the way you wanted?”
”Everything was going to plan before HB Carter stuck his nose in and derailed everything.” Brooke explained as she shook her head and I continued to work out. ”As a result? Logan suffered his first loss in Sin City and what would’ve been his first title match has been delayed.”
”THAT FUCKING TRAITOR!” I roared as I continued to punch and kick away at a punching bag and the two women watched on. ”Choosing love over loyalty?! Who the FUCK does Carter think he is?!”
“Wow, and I thought you were salty when we played multiplayer games when we were little girls Brooke.” Mari commented as she shook her head and Brooke just rolled her eyes. “But seriously, I know wrestling can be intense but this can’t be healthy for Logan.”
”Logan has anger issues for days, I know it, the other Go Gym guys and gals know it, even Aolfie knows it!” Brooke asserted as she folded her arms and leaned against the ring apron while I stormed up to them. ”Gabriel specifically told me to not let him come to the Go Gym until he’s calmed down, how long that’ll take is anyone’s guess!”
“I know Gabriel’s the head trainer/co-owner with Odette of the Go Gym and that he serves as a mentor for the graduates, you and Logan included.” Mari commented as she shook her head and Brooke nodded. “But how did Logan graduate in the first place with a temper as volatile as………..”
”I graduated because I am one of the best wrestlers to graduate from the gym in some time!” I interrupted them before pointing an accusatory finger at Brooke. ”And you didn’t do enough to help me win on Sunday! This is all your fault Brooke!”
”WHAT?!” Brooke snapped back at me as she got in my face, despite being 5ft 4 to my 6ft Brooke wasn’t backing down and given that we were both trained wrestlers? She could handle herself against me if it came to that. ”I did EVERYTHING according to the plan we set out for the Elimination Chamber qualifier, the one thing we didn’t account for was Carter! I was already in hot water for that tweet I made to Despy, I wasn’t going to risk further damaging my reputation with the Go Gym by attacking Carter!”
”And in the process you cost me the biggest match of my career to date!” I snapped back at her as the two of us seethed. ”I don’t care if you’re my mouth piece and breadwinner Brooke, when you’re my manager you do everything in your power to make sure I win!”
”In case you haven’t noticed the stipulation for the match with Guy has my hands tied! How am I supposed to do that when that idiot is practically making up rules as he goes?!” Brooke answered back as she stared right into my eyes. ”Like it or not, this partnership of me as your manager and you as my client is a team effort! I can do as much as I can behind the ref’s back but you’re supposed to hold up your end of the bargain as well Logan! There’s only so much I can do when you’re out there getting pinned by a Sunset fucking Flip!”
”Without me you’re nothing! You wouldn’t even be associated with Sin City Wrestling if I didn’t bring ou on as my manager!” I responded but at that point Mari had finally had enough.
“Both of you, SHUT THE FUCK UP!” Marissa interrupted and we turned to them. “I swear to go, that whole exchange just reminded me of why I decided against following Brooke into the Go Gym! You!” Mari pointed her finger at my chest, being twins? Her and Brooke were the same height, really the only difference was Brooke had dyed her hair red during training while Mari kept her natural dark brown hair, but she wasn’t backing down. “Go upstairs and find something else to take your frustration om, I will not stand here and listen to her talk to my baby sister that way, am I fucking clear?!”
I hesitated for a moment before I stormed upstairs without a word, Mari then turned to Brooke. ”Thanks sis, I think things would’ve turned ugly if you hadn’t stepped in.” Brooke responded as she took a deep breath and Mari nodded. ”Well, uglier.”
“Hey, what are sisters for, right?” Marissa reassured Brooke before sighing. “I think we’d better head out of the house for a while, let’s get lunch out.”
”You read my mind.” Brooke sighed before the two sisters left the home gym.

When I arrived at the Go Gym the next day it was a couple of hours before Gabriel called me into his office, but rather than address me right away he told me to wait and the reason became clear when Brooke arrived shortly afterwards.
”Brooke, Logan. The two of you have certainly had an interesting start to your wrestling careers.” Gabriel started as he addressed both of us. ”We talked about your attack on Caleb Storms the week after your debuts but since your debut match against Justin Smith Logan? You’ve terrorized LJ and Alexandra, even dragged LJ around a parking lot via a chain attached to Brooke’s motorbike, and as of the last Climax Control? You lost, thanks to Carter.”
”After he carried me to the back towards the end of the match!” Brooke grunted under her breath as she folded her arms. ”Closest thing his hand has gotten to an ass like mine in like, forever!”
”Yes and he told me that he still hasn’t gotten the smell off his hand.” Gabriel chuckled and Brooke huffed. ”But for now? The two of you have bigger fish to fry, I never thought I’d see the day where one of my students was wrestling a referee but Guy is far from a traditional referee!”
”A match where I have to abide by the rules while Guy gets to do what he wants?” I scoffed as I shook my head. ”And that delusional idiot wonders why everyone hates him.”
”Yeah, there’s another first for you Gabriel, a referee competing with a wrestler for Most Hated at the Year End Awards!” Brooke scoffed as she rolled her eyes. ”All that matters is that we put Guy out for pasture, beyond that? Who knows.”
”Really?” Gabriel asked with a raised eyebrow and we exchanged a look. ”Because your sister Marissa called me after the two off you had left Brooke, and she told me about the argument you had yesterday.”
”That argument was resolved once cooler heads prevailed.” I insisted and Brooke nodded in agreement. ”The situation is behind us, that’s all you need to know.”
”Forgive me for hardly believing you Logan but I told Marissa to keep me updated.” Gabriel responded plainly as he turned to Brooke. ”If there’s another incident like that I’ll be the first to know.”
”There won’t be another incident like that!” Brooke insisted as she folded her arms. ”Me and Logan have been together for a year now, if arguments like that were a recurring thing, people would’ve noticed while we were training.”
”True, especially after Carter’s abusive relationship with his ex.” Gabriel nodded in agreement before he leaned forward. ”But it’s for that same reason why I refuse to take chances! Logan, Brooke, you have matches to prepare for, I suggest you get too it!” Gabriel added before we left his office.

*promo time*
I was overlooking a hill in the Nevada Deset as I processed my words for my promo.
”Worthless, a joke, a complete and utter joke, THAT is what you mean to me Guy! And yet somehow I get roped into a match where you get to do what you want and I have to abide by the rules.” I stated as I turned to the camera and Brooker stepped into view with her arms crossed. ”Tell me, how am I the bad guy here?! Guy nearly ruined my debut match against Justin by making it all about himself and he has done that in three other matches as well.”
”Bombshell Internet Title: Cassie Wolfe vs. Aleesha, should’ve been a great match but Guy had to get involved, Miles Kasey vs. Kevin Carter? Same story, different division, Cassie Wolfe vs. Alexandra Callaway?” Brooke scoffed as she looked at her nails. ”It’s almost like he’s a delusional narcissist! And believe me, we were among the ones filing complaints against that buffoon and while I’m glad that Christian is doing something about it? The fact that he got talked into a match where the odds are stacked against Logan?! And we were never even consulted?!”
I shook my head in disgust.
”It’s an absolute disgrace that someone who was so fast to fine Brooke for her attack on LJ lacked the backbone to say no to Guy! And I am the one paying the price!” I growled as I folded my arms. ”Sin City Wrestling, hear my call, this Sunday you will bear witness to The Death of a Clown in Bakerfield, California at Climax Control 417 as I will rid SCW of the vermin known as Guy With a Cape!
And be honest, you will thank for me my public service when all is said and done.” I added as I paced around a bit. ”After all, I will be remembered as the man who rid SCW of that vermin!”
”Who needs an exterminator when you’ve got us, am I right?” Brooke asked with a smirk. ”And as for the whole “we have to abide by the rules and Guy doesn’t” thing? Puh-lease! Rules were meant to be broken and we will find workarounds for your stupid little match Guy! And once the dust has settled? Me and Logan will focus on our real enemies, don’t think we’ve forgotten about you LJ and Alexandra because we’ve had you at the back of our minds over the past two weeks.
Your challenge for a mixed tag will be answered in time, I can assure you of that, but we’re also thinking about the bigger picture, namely Blaze of Glory.” Brooke added as she flipped some hair over her shoulder. ”Logan might be out of contention for the chamber but we will be on the card!”
It’s that simple.
”But first? I have an idiot to deal with, Guy? You got yourself into this mess and now? You will pay!” I added as I spat to the ground. ”Because this Sunday night we will have our revenge and it’ll be a dish best served cold! Remember one thing Guy: you brought this upon yourself!”
”To paraphrase a Batman quote: Logan is not the hero Sin City Wants but it’s the hero Sin City Wrestling deserves!” Brooke added as she sat down on a rock. ”We will accept the thank you letters and e-mails after the fact, believe me but until then?”
And with that I decided to wrap things up.
”I will take great pleasure in watching Logan dismantle this idiot piece by piece.” Brooke smirked before she nodded to Logan. ”But don’t take my word for it.”
”No, take mine instead because Guy? Your days are numbered and they will come to an end this Sunday.” I added as I made a fist. ”And when you reach Hopes End? Embrace oblivion!”
I turned off the camera as the scene fades.
