Caleb surprised everyone when he made a surprise appearance at Into the Void where he challenged the flamboyant but talented youngster HB Carter to a match at CC 400! And after being cleared for competition, Carter accepted but not before challenging Peter Vaughn for the SCW Internet Champion, can Calb win his first singles contest on SCW TV in nearly three years?

Why did I do it?
Why did I put my name forward for Blast from the Past after three years away from SCW? Why did I take part in that second chance Battle Royal? And more importantly, why did I challenge HB Carter to a match at Climax Control 400?
Why not?
I haven’t isolated myself completely for SCW since Adrienne left the company at the start of that Greek tour, SCW will always have a special place in my heart after all, I just wanted to keep track of the goings on in SCW and that included seeing Team Go move up from SCU to SCW after it was announced that SCU was closing.
I knew off HB Carter and Ariana Angelos off course, especially when they represented SCU on SCW PPVs every now and then, and I knew those kids had talent, it bummed me out that Carter’s arrival in SCW happened after I was put on the injured list at High Stakes X because I knew he’d be a good fit for me as far as in ring style was concerned but now?
We’re going to steal the damn show!
“So Caleb.” I glanced up and saw Katie walking up to me with Adrienne not far behind. “Are you ready for your first singles match in SCW in three years?”
”Been ready for this for the past few weeks, trust me babe, I’ve got this.” I assured her as I turned to the two women. ”Carter will be a tough opponent but I’m ready for him!”
”I’m not so sure Caleb.”[/font] Adrienne responded as she shook her head. ”Carter’s a Go Gym Graduate, I trained alongside him and I know how tough he is!”[/font]
”Well, yeah, but I also trained at the Go Gym when I was prepping to fight Fenris, remember?” I reminded them and Katie and Adrienne nodded, ”And I have been training for this mini comeback so yeah, I’m ready.”
“Just be ready for a motivated Carter since he’s going after Peter at the cruise.” Katie reminded me and I nodded in response to. “Speaking off, are we attending the cruise?”
”Wouldn’t miss it!” I responded with a grin and the two women grinned in response.
Caleb’s home gym, Syracuse, New York
Friday the 19th of July 2024, 13:00pm

As I got ready for my match I had a lot on my mind.
”Hard to believe that we’re already coming up on a decade since I signed with SCW, you know, give or take a couple of years.” I commented as I leaned back. ”A lot has happened since then but I’m still the same wrestler I was back then only a lot more experienced and at Climax Control 400 I’m taking on HB Carter in a match I challenged him too back at Into the Void.”
This will be good.
”Why? Because aside from the fact that I’m straight and Carter isn’t, I see a lot of myself in Carter, we both entered as young and hungry wrestlers and we’re both high flyers, however I have the experience edge here but it’s not like you haven’t beaten more experienced guys.” I stated as I folded my arms. ”But I won’t go down that easy for you Carter and that’s a promise.”
Indeed.
”Because inthis battle of storm vs. flamboyance I think the storm is gonna blow Carter away!” I could’ve sworn I heard Katie snickering behind the camera but I ignored her. ”I know we are going to tear the house down on Sunday night but in the end I will get on top of Carter for the 1 2 3!”
It’s that simple.
”What can I say? I’m gonna love to manhandle you in this match Carter and Miles is gonna have to watch as we go at it!” Katie was clearly struggling to hold back her laughter at this point and I wasn’t sure why. ”Or hell, maybe we’ll see just how much of a bottom you are when I make you submit in the middle of that ring? Either way, this is gonna be a hell of a match!”
And with that I decided to wrap things up.
”Carter I know you’re a tough wrestler but I’m even tougher and I will prove it when we get in the ring on Sunday so bring me your biggest fight because I will bring mine!” I added as I walked towards the ring ropes. ”Because there’s a storm coming through and his name is “The Metal Storm” Caleb Storms! Carter, I’ll see you in the ring!”
Katie turned off the camera as the scene fades.
